Web-Impac, a division of Hampton Bates Public Relations, is an impressive, new player in the internet applications and software industry.  With this event, they mark the first time in history that the entire internet world will have the opportunity to vote either Republican or Democrat in a virtual American election that features Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump, the final contenders in the 2016 race for the White House.
