A federal appeals court has permanently blocked the Biden administration’s bid to force doctors and insurers to perform or pay for gender-transition procedures even if they object on grounds of conscience and medical judgment, with the court basing its decision on constitutional protections of religious freedom.
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit issued a unanimous ruling (pdf) on Dec. 9 blocking the controversial U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) transgender mandate.
Issued in 2016, the mandate interpreted the Affordable Care Act in a way that required doctors to perform gender-transition procedures on any patient, including children, even if the doctor was convinced the procedure could harm the patient.
Controversial Mandate
The mandate also required the vast majority of private insurance companies and many employers to cover the costs of gender-transition therapy or face penalties.
The HHS’s own panel of medical experts acknowledged that gender-transition procedures can be harmful and in many cases not medically justified, with HHS determining that Medicare and Medicaid should not be forced to cover such procedures.
Research has shown that gender-transition procedures carry significant risk for children, including loss of bone density, heart disease, and cancer.
‘Do No Harm’
Religious organizations and states sued to block the mandate, with the Becket Fund for Religious Liberty and the North Dakota Attorney General’s office representing some of the groups.
“The federal government has no business forcing doctors to violate their consciences or perform controversial procedures that could permanently harm their patients,” Luke Goodrich, vice president and senior counsel at Becket, said in a statement.
“This is a common-sense ruling that protects patients, aligns with best medical practice, and ensures doctors can follow their Hippocratic Oath to ‘do no harm,’” he added.
Becket filed the lawsuit in 2016 on behalf of a coalition of Catholic hospitals, a Catholic university, and Catholic nuns who run health clinics for the poor.
A federal district court blocked the mandate from taking effect, leading the Biden administration to appeal the case to the 8th Circuit, which in its Dec. 8 ruling concluded that the lower court “correctly held that ‘intrusion upon the Catholic Plaintiff’s exercise of religion’” justified a permanent injunction.
The Biden administration has 90 days to appeal the decision to the U.S. Supreme Court or 45 days to ask the 8th Circuit court to rehear the case.
There was no immediate reaction from the White House to the ruling.
Goodrich said in a call with reporters that he doubts the “Biden administration will pursue either of these avenues.”

There has been much knowledge gained since January 2021 about Covid, the various vaccines used to treat Covid and the effects of the Covid flu and the vaccines on individuals.
I, the author of this column, and my wife and family have all had Covid and none of us were or have been vaccinated.
Our experiences are that, working with our family pulmonologist, we recovered with minimum trauma. Only one member of our family was hospitalized, all others recovered using various treatments at home. In my case I have severe asthma and 33% of my lungs do not function properly.
My wife and I were prescribed by our pulmonologist Paxlovid, steroids and a Z-Pac. We both fully recovered. However, my wife, who is a nurse, had a rebound effect from the Paxlovid and we will not be taking that drug again, should we once again come down with the Covid flu.
What we now know about Covid
We are learning a lot about Covid, its origins, its impact on humans and various remedies for recovery. Of course, like any flu, some will die, others will suffer major effects and be hospitalized and others will, via our bodies natural immune system, simply recover completely, with the aid of some medications unique to our needs.
Coming down with Covid is not a national emergency, rather it is a personal medical emergency that requires a solution developed between one’s physician and us, the patient.
Government has no role in this most recent pandemic other than to tell the truth and aid in the discovery of useful remedies to recover.
What is becoming clear are the following:

Clearly Covid is not a serious national healthcare threat to Americans.
However, it does require that, like the ordinary flu, if one feels ill they should test themselves for Covid and if positive seek medical help.
What do Americans say about the side effects and the efficacy of taking the Covid vaccines?
So it appears, according to the Rasmussen poll, that what one believes about getting vaxxed depends on one’s political affiliation and not personal experiences nor the facts or data from reputable sources on the side effects and efficacy of Covid vaccines.
What we now know about the Covid vaccines
It now appears that the U.S. government and those agencies who monitor our health have not been forthcoming about the side effects of getting vaccinated. It is also problematic that individuals who experience serious side effects and even death from taking one of the vaccines cannot sue the pharmaceutical companies because the U.S. government has given them immunity.
There is growing medical evidence that pharmaceutical companies and our own government are working to push vaccines that are indeed harmful and even deadly.

Government has no role in healthcare. However, since the passage of Obamacare, government has increasingly become the monitors, judges, jury, enforcers and executioners of government healthcare mandates.
Today, the patient and doctor relationship is, via programs such as electronic heath records, no longer private. What the patient wants and what the doctor thinks is best for individual patients no longer matters.

Restore the unique patient doctor relationship that is private and secure from interference.
Immediately stop all Covid federal government mandates.

Quite some number of years ago whilst attending an interview for a job, the interviewer asked me a very unexpected question. It was a question, a statement, which has remained with me since, and for which I often think about:
“Can a Leopard, change its spots”?
My instinct in answering the question at the time, was to apply it to human nature, and to state that they can, no matter what their personality has been perceived to be. There is always the possibility that despite being a certain type of person, people can, and do indeed change for the better.
However, despite feeling quite satisfied and very considerate with my ‘on the spot’ answer, I do remember coming away pondering much more deeply upon it. There was possibly a lot more depth to that question, and it deserved much more consideration.
Life in the Jungle
In observing human nature, a British reality TV show entitled “I’m a Celebrity – Get me Out of Here” is an entertaining yet somewhat difficult show to watch. Set in the outback of Australia, the format consists of celebrities living in extreme conditions, with none of their creature comforts, undertaking various challenges to win food for the group and avoid being voted out by the viewers.
Living in those conditions as members of a team who have never mixed before, often highlights a side of the celebrities’ personality that the public may have been unaware of.
This year there has been an enormous amount of controversy in relation to a very well- known politician taking part. It has been a major topic of conversation and distraction to say the least.
Matt Hancock, the former Health Secretary of State for Health and Social Care from 2018 – 2021 for the UK, who strictly enforced Covid laws during that time and then broke them himself, announced he was entering the jungle to highlight ‘Dyslexia’ and to embrace popular culture and get more people interested in politics. He also stated he wanted to show the public that politicians were ‘normal’ in the three weeks he would hopefully spend in the jungle.
Karma Chameleon
In attempting to normalize a politician’s appearance he appeared to sail through every single challenge and also appeared to become popular with some of the viewers through acting very cordial and considerate to his camp mates. He was likeable.
On the questioning of some of his parliamentary decisions and actions, and the pain he had caused to the public from team members in the jungle, and his breaking of the covid rules himself that he had enforced on others, he attempted to weakly appeal to a forgiving side of their nature. The only time he became indignant was when he said he had not broken any Covid laws because those rules were purely ‘guidance’
Whilst watching small clips from the show, it was also interesting to hear him speak about his affair and how he simply fell in love with his aide, Gina Coladangelo, during Covid.
I wondered if he felt any consideration towards his wife and three children at home in the UK, and how they would react to that being broadcast, and if this was now the popular culture he was embracing, and for what reason?
There were of course other celebrities in the show with chequered pasts. One was the singer Boy George. Ironically, he is known for a famous song called ‘Karma Chameleon’. Here he was living amongst lizards and snakes. Together they all joined in singing the popular song.
The show became a strange and bizarre parody where the former Health Secretary who in the real world would often been seen running away from journalists at top speed, or dodging important questions with a basic arrogant ‘No’, now saw his redemption as answering some very basic questions with a softly spoken voice in a ‘reality show’.
One member of the team wanted Covid sweeping under the carpet now he had answered the basics. They were there in the jungle to have fun, in a once in a lifetime experience, and get on together. But, did they really got rid of the elephant in the room?
Is this the general attitude towards the ‘Amnesty’ that is now being manipulated and sought across the world, in regards to those who have committed very serious crimes against humanity?
Is it too painful and unforgiving of people to face the really serious consequences which were caused by the unmerited and inhumane actions of politicians against us?
The Snake
In a recent reading of a poem ‘The Snake’ penned by Oscar Brown, and recently read by Donald J Trump, once more I thought about the question once posed to me of a leopard changing its spots, and the inherent nature of a snake.
After a woman shows love and consideration to a dying snake, the recovered snake then bites and kills the one who has saved his life. On complaining, the poem ends with:
“O shut up silly woman, said the reptile with a grin
“You knew damn well I was a snake before you let me in”
The correlation between the nature of animals and reptiles in relation to human nature is often misunderstood, most especially as some animals have become domesticated. However, I do believe that the example of the leopard and the reptile can serve as an example to humans in that caution should always be sought in that some people have traits in them that can fool you, manipulate you, and even kill you without any conscience.
From a Christian perspective, a forgiveness towards others is usually coupled with also forgetting the perceived offence.
Manipulators, are very aware of this.
However, history, although divisive, and sometimes questionable, also tells us that millions, if not billions have been intentionally killed under cruel dictatorships. These are instances we should never forget.
Under one example only from the recent history of China, under a five-year plan from 1958 to 1962 it is claimed that in his Great Leap Forward policy, up to 45 million people were killed under the dictatorship of Mao Zedong through famine and murder. It is also claimed that between two and three million victims were tortured to death, for slight infractions under that regime.
The Great Leap Forward is a good study in how people can be divided and have all of their belongings taken from them.
Post Covid, it is quite alarming to find that such an historical event is now being quietly swept under the carpet and that many people do indeed have a wish to forget it and move on. This may be because they cannot see the bigger picture on what is being slowly implemented over a proposed 10-year world-wide plan by globalists, or they cannot believe that people can be so cruel, most especially as we have had the perception of being free people up until now. It may be that they have not been personally damaged or affected by the cruel and inhumane way they were treated. They may believe it is all over.
Matt Hancock – Leopard, Snake or Human?
My final observations about MP for West Suffolk, Matt Hancock are not definitive. His heart and his actions are known only to God, the Creator of mankind, who loves justice and righteousness. The parts we play in every aspect of life, most especially when we cause harm to others are ‘answerable’
Leaders are people we should be able to trust, but we no longer do. They should not consider themselves to be celebrities, but should be servants to the people.
Already, the launch of his new book ‘The Pandemic Diaries’ is becoming questionable in that he is being accused of re-writing history.
We cannot afford to forget or re-write history.
The Human Jungle
Whilst currently resting in our hammocks, it was recently alleged that plans were afoot to create ‘climate lockdowns’ in the city of Oxford for 2024, which would restrict residents who do not possess a ‘pass/permit’ from using cars on busy roads during peak periods.
Under the £6.5 million scheme, the council have stated these the allegations are false, and that the scheme is not a climate lockdown but a ‘trial’ and that they are creating filters to give priority to buses, taxis and cyclists to see if the traffic will flow more freely and ease congestion around Oxford.
That’s a very expensive experiment!
Residents will not be locked down from entering or leaving their area but automatic number plate recognition cameras will register if a driver without permission attempts to use a road they shouldn’t.
After claiming that staff and councillors have been abused from residents who have protested due to the ‘misinformation’, they have stated they are now working with Thames Valley Police to report the most extreme cases of abuse.
Bearing in mind that many leading councillors in governmental positions, together with some heads of police forces, can be ‘common purpose’ trained, meaning that they are trained in using behavioural modification (coercion for the greater good) to lead outside of authority to their own agenda, does indicate that the public are now not completely blind to lies which eventually can lead to the real reason why permits have to be gained in order to travel in the city where they already pay council tax.
Permits and passes to move freely, regardless of filters to ease traffic should not be on the agenda. Is this another microcosm experiment for use on a larger scale across the country and the world? Do permits and passes equate to ‘pass-ports’ and who are the people who will may be disqualified further down the line?

A large Planned Parenthood affiliate has been doing more sterilizations on men this fall since the U.S. Supreme Court ruled on Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health.
Dr. Grace Shih, director of vasectomy services for Planned Parenthood Great Northwest, told KIRO 7 News that they have seen a 34-percent increase since the June abortion ruling, according to Fox News.
Shih said one man told her that he believed having a vasectomy was an “act of love.” Others apparently never want to have children.
“Men are interested in learning about contraception and learning about a vasectomy. I think the change in our political climate brought ideas and motivations that were there but to the surface,” she said.
Her Planned Parenthood affiliate has facilities in northwestern states, Alaska, Hawaii, Indiana and Kentucky. In some of those states, unborn babies now are protected from abortions.

Redfern told Fox News Digital: “The Surgeon General is opposed to experimental and irreversible medical treatments on children and teenagers that suffer from gender dysphoria. The state has no place in the raising of children, except in cases of child abuse when a child might become a ward of the state. But the American government has found its way into your home to assist you in raising your child.
The National Child Traumatic Stress Network (NCTSN) came out in support of attempts to switch children’s genders in a statement titled “Gender-Affirming Care is Trauma-Informed Care.” The organization “was created by Congress in 2000 as part of the Children’s Health Act to raise the standard of care and increase access to services for children and families who experience or witness traumatic events.
Less than two months ago, U.S. President Joe Biden claimed that American states had “no right to restrict treatments like hormone blockers or sex change operations for transgender children.” He called any denial of such treatments “outrageous” and “immoral.” Texas Governor Greg Abbott, on the other hand, signed an order that designated giving children hormone therapy to be child abuse. Biden takes it for granted that a child is capable of determining his or her gender identity, a decision that will affect a child throughout his or her entire life. Such a presumption also strips parents of their rights to raise their children. There is a reason why children need adult care and supervision.
If you are of a Judeo-Christian background and adheres to the Genesis verse about “male and female He created them,” your religious rights are also being encroached upon. It is wrong for the state to meddle in the business of families by using the publicly-funded public school system to teach underage children that they can “choose” their gender. Youngsters are ill-equipped to make sound choices for their longterm best interests, even under the best of circumstances.
Since the NCTSN asserts that “gender affirming care is trauma-informed care,” the message is that if parents oppose “gender-affirming” care, the state can deem them to be subjecting their child to “trauma.” Under this model of “healthcare,” there is no consideration of the power of peer pressure among youth, nor of the natural emotional instability of youth as they transition into adulthood. Congress is tightening its grip upon families, trampling the rights of parents, and rejecting a child’s natural need for sound direction and stability. Given the religion of wokeism, an entire generation is at risk.
Children are being used in a dangerous experiment as pharmaceutical companies sell puberty blockers and psychoactive drugs, and trans clinics sprout up everywhere. In Canada, if all doesn’t go as planned, when you’re 18 or older, you can qualify for help to kill yourself. An egregious Canadian law has been “sanitized” as a “service” called MAID (Medical Assistance In Dying); the law no longer requires “a person’s natural death to be reasonably foreseeable.” Among criteria to qualify for MAID: the patient must “have enduring and intolerable physical or psychological suffering that cannot be alleviated under conditions the person considers acceptable.” Proponents of the spreading euthanasia death cult put a pretty face on death, convincing victims that they are doing it to help them. A recent ad campaign showed “loved ones waving bubble wands next to the ocean, having picnics in the forest with friends and watching a puppet show.” Although the U.S. is not there yet, doctor-assisted suicide is still legal with conditions in ten US states and the District of Columbia, and given woke trends, it likely will not be long before America catches up to Canada. Now there is debate in Canada about offering MAID to underage kids, even babies if they are suffering from a “defect.” The message: just put them (and their parents) out of their misery.
It’s no secret that there is more psychological pain in the transgender community. These kids need rescuing from the woke system.
Data indicate that 82% of transgender individuals have considered killing themselves and 40% have attempted suicide, with suicidality highest among transgender youth.
What society and mainline churches (which are far too quiet on the issue) did not realize early enough is that there is no limit whatsoever to woke madness, or to the lust for money and power at any expense, including the sacrifice of a nation’s children. The proponents of this madness have no respect for the intrinsic value of human life.

Given the natural turbulence of youth, brought on by hormones and an innate process of natural separation from parents as they embark on adulthood, it is dangerous to allow transgender indoctrination in schools. The NCTSN document instructs:
Believe and validate youth when they share their gender identities with you by always using and validating the names, pronouns, and identities that youth share with you, even if those change while they are exploring their identities. Many children are aware of their own gender identity as early as 3-5 years old.
Vulnerable kids are in the grip of a range of “experts,” many of whom (including Dr. Rachel Levine) are deeply troubled themselves and are too quick to attribute the cause of a youngster’s difficulties to gender dysphoria. Kids are being taught that their gender is fluid, and they can be whatever gender they want to be, including more than one (“they”). This is a recipe for emotional and physical trauma, both short term and long term. Children who are susceptible to this indoctrination find other kids who are likewise susceptible, and they encourage one another. These children are indoctrinated and backed by the powerful trans lobby and the state. What better way to make a child feel empowered? But it’s only temporary. The manipulative adults behind all this gloss over the fact that youngsters are ruled by short-term emotions. Indoctrinated trans kids are inevitably cut off from communication with nature’s support system: their parents who love them and are invested in them. Parents are deemed to be abusive adversaries of their own children if they attempt to intervene. These kids are little match for adult, seasoned woke propagandists in the media and the state apparatus.
Disney is back in the news, this time appearing to eat a small slice of humble pie for leading the charge in the War on Parents.
How sincere or long-lasting Disney’s new tune will be is anybody’s guess, but let me start by saying something I’ve said many times before: There have always been gay and transgender people. Nobody should hate them or shoot them up in a nightclub. But that doesn’t mean I want them in charge of public policy. I do not want the tail to wag the dog, or for religious liberty to come under assault in a country founded on religious liberty. If the radical communist-inspired gay political agenda upsets you, roll up your sleeves and get to work – the right way.
Disney went all out in pursuing its self-described “not-so-secret gay agenda” and “adding queerness”, in its own words, to children’s programming. Which led me to wonder why any parent of young children would invite Disney into their living room. But this week, returning Disney CEO Bob Iger said it’s “important to listen to an audience. It’s important to have respect for the people you are serving.” He suggested the company should refrain from getting so involved in politics.
You might recall Disney had publicly condemned Florida’s Parental Rights in Education law aimed at preventing the sexualization of young children in public schools. Disney went even further and said it would work to repeal the law. This led to a battle with the state of Florida over the company’s special self-governing status in Orlando. “I was sorry to see us dragged into that battle,” Iger said this week.
Florida Governor Ron DeSantis was not impressed with Iger’s comments. He said the state has no plans to restore Disney’s legal privileges in Orlando. “They brought this upon themselves,” DeSantis said. “All we did was stand up for what was right.”
You have to wonder if the big flop at the box office of Disney’s “Strange World” – an animated feature film about a gay teen romance – had something to do with Iger’s expression of regrets. The film could lose as much as $100 million dollars. The shareholders aren’t gonna like that.
It remains to be seen whether the Magic Kingdom will really listen to them or anybody else. I have my doubts. Disney has been pedal-to-the-medal sexualizing children and pursuing the radical gay agenda in recent months:
it’s new Christmas TV series features children holding signs saying “We Love You Satan”
it bowed to pressure from the Left and started running political and issue ads on its streaming service, Hulu
it funds an advocacy group that is creating propaganda to influence policymakers to advance the LGBTQ agenda in schools
it lobbied the Senate to pass the so-called Respect for Marriage Act which, critics say, threatens religious liberty
Disney has a lot of gay and Woke employees. It’s not clear Iger can make any headway against what is now a very entrenched sick company culture that demands the right to sexualize your children and to have you pay them to do it. It’s also not clear Iger even wants to. After all, he’s the guy who said the Florida parental rights bill seemed wrong to him and would harm children. He also said his stance wasn’t about politics. I don’t know about you, but I get very nervous when somebody advocates for a left-wing cause and tells me they’re not political.

Spain is on the way to recognising 16 types of families, none of them the traditional nuclear family.
The Respect for Marriage Act has sailed through the US Senate, amidst great jubilation. Twelve Republicans, including former presidential candidate Mitt Romney, voted with Democrats to pass the legislation by a vote of 61-36. Now it goes to the lame-duck House of Representatives, where it is certain to pass.
This will be one of President Joe Biden’s signature achievements. The Act will basically codify Obergefell v Hodges, the US Supreme Court decision which legalised same sex marriage. If SCOTUS happens to overturn Obergefell, as many people fear, same sex marriage will still be safe.
The President tweeted that: “our nation is on the brink of reaffirming a fundamental truth: love is love.”
New York Senator Chuck Schumer, whose daughter is a married lesbian, tweeted: “the Senate has sent a message to Americans everywhere: No matter who you are or who you love, you deserve dignity and equal treatment under the law.”
I just called my daughter and her wife—who are expecting a baby next spring—to let them know that this Senate passed the Respect for Marriage Act!
Heart-warming sentiments, these. What lies ahead for same-sex marriage now that the US Congress is about to codify “love is love”?
The Senators who voted against the Respect for Marriage Act warn that it will be used to strip religious institutions of their tax-exempt status. Texas Senator Ted Cruz commented that “Not only does the so-called Respect for Marriage Act open the door for a weaponized IRS to target religious non-profits, but it will start a race to the bottom, forcing the most extreme marriage laws from any state onto every other state.”
In a speech to the Senate Utah Senator Mike Lee reminded his colleagues that the possibility of a conflict with religious freedom was also predicted in the oral arguments before SCOTUS:
Justice Alito asked whether, should states be required to recognize same-sex marriages, religious universities could lose their tax-exempt status. His response, the response from [then] Solicitor General Verrilli was chilling. He said, quote, “It’s certainly going to be an issue. I don’t deny that. I don’t deny that, Justice Alito. It’s going to be an issue.” …
But if you want to look even further ahead, consider Spain, which legalised same-sex marriage in 2005, ten years before Obergefell v Hodges. After almost two decades of experience, it is moving on to bigger and better things. The government there is a left-wing coalition and the Minister of Social Rights and 2030 Agenda, Ione Belarra, belongs to Podemos, a party at the extreme left of the left-wing.
The bill’s explanatory memorandum states: “The family no longer exists, only families, in the plural, exist”. Based on rulings by Spain’s Constitutional Court, it declares that “the concept of family is not limited to those of matrimonial origin”.
Accordingly, the Minister says that Spain must give full legal recognition to this array of families and to protect and support them with government services.

The linguistic and legal creativity is astonishing. What’s notable about the list is that none of the 16 categories corresponds to the traditional definition of family: a married woman and a man and, if they exist, their children.
In Minister Belarra’s narrative, two-parent families (familia biparental) include married couples and defacto couples and could even squeeze in gay and lesbian couples. Married couples (personas unidas en matrimonio) include heterosexual and homosexual couples. She has even created new words to describe gay and lesbian couples (familia LGTBI homomarental y homoparental).
Clearly Belarra’s aim is to create a blizzard of labels in which the nuclear family disappears from view. It will no longer have a privileged place in Spanish law or a special claim on government services.
Furthermore, Spanish schoolchildren will be catechised in the new order of things. According to the draft bill, “family diversity is a principle of the educational system”. The list of family types must be included in textbooks and in the syllabus for trainee teachers.
What if parents object?
They can’t.
The bill specifically states that “parents or responsible adults may not limit or impede the access of children and adolescents to information and their participation in activities to raise awareness and disseminate family diversity that take place within the educational framework, in order to avoid restricting their rights to education and the free development of their personality”.
Spain is a country where politicians like Ione Belarra are unafraid of defending and imposing loopy laws. Once in power, opposition energizes them and fills them with righteous conviction. Whether or not her proposals succeed completely, it is clear that the nuclear family in Spain is in the sights of a very large LGBTQI cannon.
In the near term, the Spanish experience will not easily transfer to the United States, which has a federal system of government and a larger and more intellectually diverse population.
However, it’s a clear warning of what lies ahead. If American courts and legislatures can redefine marriage to include gay and lesbian couples, why can’t they include polyamory or polygamy?
Or still worse, redefine marriage to include so many relationships that it means nothing at all?

Anyone shocked by the report that the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) withheld data about a potentially fatal complication from COVID-19 vaccinations until it was forced under court order to release the data hasn’t been paying attention to the CDC’s multitude of misstatements and lies over the last two years.
As reported by Just the News, data released under court order shows 1 in 3 among the earliest populations to get vaccinated reported needing medical care, missed school or work, or was unable to “perform normal daily activities,” while the CDC continued to fight to keep the data from the public.

Among the 10 million-plus users of the agency’s v-safe active monitoring smartphone app through July — 8.5 million of whom signed up between December 2020 and April 2021, before all adults were eligible for COVID vaccines — nearly 8% said they required medical care after receiving the vaccines.
For patients ages 3 and older needing such care, nearly 3 in 4 couldn’t rely on telehealth visits. They required urgent care (48%), emergency room (15%), or hospitalization (10%).
For infants who were authorized to receive the jabs this summer and are enrolled in v-safe through parents or guardians, hospitalizations were much lower (2%) but urgent care [was] much higher (66%).
The v-safe active monitoring smartphone app allows users to quickly share post-vax experiences with the CDC. V-safe uses text messaging and web surveys to provide personalized health check-ins after users receive a COVID “vaccine.” (COVID-19 “vaccine” is no more a vaccine than is a flu shot.)
The v-safe app proved to be an early hit, with more than 10 million symptom reports filed each month from January through April 2021, dropping to 5 million in May and hovering around 1 million for the next few months. The reports jumped above 2 million again in October following Biden’s (unconstitutional) vaccine mandates for roughly 100 million workers, and dropped dramatically to the low- to mid-hundred thousands from January through July 2022.
Why? Because an overwhelming majority of Americans are over the COVID scare, perpetuated by Biden and the Democrat Party, and the left-wing media sock puppets. Simply, tens of millions of Americans grew weary of Joe “Winter of severe illness and death” Biden’s COVID fearmongering, and have kicked the virus to the curb.

The v-safe data obtained thus far are posted by the Informed Consent Action Network as both interactive graphs and several gigabytes of files. It got them through ongoing Freedom of Information Act litigation against the CDC.
Those are just the data the CDC affirmatively sought through checkboxes on v-safe surveys, which are sent to users daily for the first week after each dose, then weekly for 6 weeks and 3, 6, and 12 months after the final dose.
As JTN noted, it took a year and a half to get “five excel files which likely took the CDC minutes to download and produce,” as ICAN said in its portion of the Nov. 4 joint status report filed with the court.
And here’s the tragedy: Chest pain and other cardiac symptoms that could indicate myocarditis and pericarditis — now known to be more common post-vaccination in people under 40, according to JTN — are completely missing from the survey checkboxes, without which, input data are harder to standardize.

Protests erupted across China in recent days as demonstrators have taken to the streets in what is being described as the largest mass protest in the nation since Tiananmen Square.
From Shanghai to Beijing to college universities across the country, Chinese demonstrators have come out against the ruling Communist Party’s zero-Covid policy, which is entering its fourth year.
Video of the protests has emerged, and the footage is intense and troubling—particularly the images of Chinese security forces beating up defenseless civilians.

While there is general agreement that the protests stem from the state’s draconian Covid policies, it’s unclear as to why the protests have erupted now.
Videos shared recently on social media show Chinese citizens being sealed into apartments. While the clips have rightfully captured a great deal of attention, it’s important to understand this practice is not new. Videos as far back as three years ago show Chinese authorities using the same inhumane tactic.
While it’s possible that Chinese citizens may have simply had enough of these brutish tactics after three long years, something else may have triggered the mass demonstrations: the World Cup.
As early as the day before Thanksgiving, reports had emerged that images from the World Cup—which showed thousands of maskless fans from around the world watching soccer in Qatar—were not sitting well with people in China.
It’s one thing to continue to shut down entire cities and seal off communities (out of benevolence, of course). It’s another thing to do that while millions of people have to watch others having the time of their lives at the biggest international sports event in the world. Chinese viewers were not having it.
“Some people are watching World Cup matches in person with no masks, some have been locked at home for a month, locked on campus for two months without even being able to step out the door,” a Guangdong-based user on the social media platform Weibo wrote, according toFrance 24. “Who has stolen my life? I won’t say.”
The Chinese government maintains a notoriously tight grip over media, but even propaganda has its limits. The images of humans gathered from all over the world celebrating maskless in a crowded stadium had a clear impact on Chinese viewers.
“The World Cup has allowed most Chinese people to see the real situation abroad,” another social media user wrote.
‘Aren’t They on the Same Planet We Are?’
Some might have doubts that images from the World Cup might be responsible for the uprisings in China, but one body is taking the idea seriously: the Chinese Communist Party.
Following the public unrest—which is rare in China—Communist Party censors added a 30-second delay on the games, which gives government authorities time to remove any material the party might find problematic, including images of fans celebrating without masks. And that’s exactly what they did.
“Footage reviewed by Bloomberg News and shared on social media appear to show state broadcaster China Central Television pulling back on footage of the stadium crowds compared to other international networks,” Bloomberg reports. “While not removing them completely, CCTV often substitutes crowd close-ups with video of coaches, the team bench or anything other than the thousands of jubilant or despondent fans.”
Additionally, social media posts that raised questions about mask efficacy were also targeted by state censors. This includes a viral post (now removed) which asked why no one in Qatar (where masks are optional) was wearing a mask.
“Aren’t they on the same planet we live? Doesn’t the Covid virus hurt them?” the unidentified user wrote.
Who Gets to Choose?
China’s Covid state is running up against the same realities that killed the Covid state in the United States, Europe, and basically everywhere else in the world (though it’s trying to survive).
The reason the Covid state collapsed around the world was not because people stopped dying of Covid. (They haven’t.) It wasn’t because the lockdowns worked or because the vaccine stopped the spread. The Covid state collapsed because it was exposed as a charade.
People tolerated wearing a mask to their dinner table and then removing it when they sat to dine in a restaurant…for a while (and to our everlasting shame). But the policies couldn’t withstand the light of truth. The speaker putting on a mask just before the cameras begin to roll, only to remove it moments later. The pro-mask celebrities living it up at the Super Bowl…sans masks. The pro-mandate politician flouting the law to get her hair done secretly. The governor eating at the French Laundry in violation of his own protection order.
All these actions had the effect of showing just how hollow these policies were.
When the people passing draconian and invasive policies in the name of the public interest refuse to follow these policies themselves, it’s a clear indicator the policies are basically rubbish. Yet the economist Ludwig von Mises pointed out the practice is quite common.
“All those not familiar with economics (i.e., the immense majority) do not see any reason why they should not coerce other people by means of force to do what these people are not prepared to do of their own accord,” Mises observed.
What Mises understood is that the planner is not so much concerned with the outcomes of a given policy, as he is with substituting the individual’s plan with his own. And like so many US politicians, Xi Jinping sees no reason to practice the stringent policies he enforces. He recently met Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel in Beijing; neither man wore a mask.
Yet unlike US politicians, Xi doesn’t have to worry about getting elected, so China’s mad policies have continued year after year. It’s unclear if the Chinese people are even aware of Xi’s mask-wearing habits. What is clear is that the sight of hundreds of thousands of maskless fans celebrating the World Cup in Qatar had the same effect as Americans seeing politicians ignoring their own Covid policies. They’ve begun to suspect that the Communist Party’s Covid policies might not really be about saving lives at all.
The Covid state is a powerful example of why authoritarian regimes can’t tolerate free speech. The lies become powerless when the light of truth exposes them.

As noted by former U.S. Rep. Dr. Ron Paul in the video above, World Economic Forum (WEF) founder Klaus Schwab and other globalist leaders substitute truth with their own opinions. They decide what’s right and wrong; they decide what’s right for everyone. They dictate what’s “true” on any given day.
Anyone who disagrees with them is an “enemy of the state” — they being “the state” or, more accurately, the Deep State, the hidden power behind the apparent power of official government. Who are the members of this cabal? There’s no official membership list, but over time many of the individual players have become discernible.
The globalist cabal includes but is not limited to government heads, bankers and members of nongovernmental organizations (NGO’s) and liberal think tanks around the world.
One way in which the cabal hides its undemocratic influence is by having its members in dozens of different organizations. When several organizations agree on an issue, it makes it appear as though there’s a majority view, a consensus. But in reality, it’s the same small group of individuals asserting their agenda.
G20 Green-Light International Vaccine Passports
The G20, a group of 19 nations — including the U.S. — plus the European Union, recently held their annual business meeting (B20) in Bali, Indonesia, where they declared that digital vaccine passports, standardized by the World Health Organization, will be part of international pandemic prevention and response moving forward.1
Part of the policy declaration3 reads:4
“We support continued international dialogue and collaboration on the establishment of trusted global digital health networks as part of the efforts to strengthen prevention and response to future pandemics, that should capitalize and build on the success of the existing standards and digital COVID-19 certificates.”
The rule for standardized international vaccine passports will reportedly be introduced as a revision to the international health regulations during the next World Health Assembly in Geneva.5
What this means is that when the next pandemic is declared, only those who have this digital health certificate will be allowed to move about freely and travel internationally. And, of course, only those who have been appropriately tested and/or vaccinated will have a valid passport.

Schwab Tells Us What the G20 Are All About
Aside from key government leaders, high-profile globalists such as Schwab were also in attendance at the G20 meetings. In his B20 keynote address, Schwab highlighted the cabal’s agenda and goals:6
“What we have to confront is a deep, systemic and structural re-structuring of our world … [The] world will look differently after we have gone through this transition process.”
Part of that worldwide restructuring of society that the WEF, the G20 and many other organizations are working in lockstep to achieve is the implementation of a global vaccine passport, which all of the G20 members have now agreed to. In the case of the U.S., President Biden signed the declaration despite the promises made by his White House COVID-19 Response Team leader, Jeff Zients, who in April 2021 stated:7
“Let me be clear that the government is not now, nor will we be supporting a system that requires Americans to carry a credential. There’ll be no federal vaccination database, no federal mandate requiring everyone to obtain a single vaccination credential.”
Basis for Vaccine Passports No Longer Exist
If you’re a rational person, you’re probably thinking, “But wait, the COVID jabs don’t prevent infection or spread, so there’s no basis for vaccine passports anymore.” Indeed, this fact has now been established many times over. This alone proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that COVID vaccine passports have nothing to do with public health or safety.
An international vaccine passport is the gateway to complete totalitarian control, because the entire control grid around a person gets tied together by it.
Their purpose is not to prevent or contain pandemics. They’re a control mechanism,8 and a really important one. Vaccine passports are THE gateway to complete, totalitarian control of the populations of the world. The globalist cabal desperately needs everyone to have this passport, because the entire control grid around a person gets tied together by it. This is why fighting for informed consent is so crucial.
But how is the G20 getting around the obvious fact that the COVID passports are useless for their stated purpose? They ignore it, and instead stress that everyone also needs a digital identity, and this digital COVID certificate does both.
Outside their own circle, this rationale makes no sense whatsoever, but as noted by Dutch legal philosopher Eva Vlaardingerbroek, the fact that vaccine passports are sold based on a fraudulent premise is now “so obvious that they’ve thrown logic out the window.”9
Their decisions make no sense, and they have no intention of making them sensible. They’re banking on being able to entrap us in their control system, at which point they’ll be able to tell you the moon is made of cheese and you’ll have no way of correcting them without losing everything.
Digital Identity Is Total Surveillance to Control You

In March 2021, Naomi Wolf, author of “The End Of America,” warned that accepting digital ID will be the end of all freedom:13,14
“I cannot say this forcefully enough: This is literally the end of human liberty in the West if this plan unfolds as planned … Vaccine passports sound like a fine thing if you don’t know what those platforms can do.
I’m CEO of a tech company, I understand what this platform does. It’s not about the vaccine, it’s not about the virus, it’s about data. And once this rolls out you don’t have a choice about being part of the system. What people have to understand is that any other functionality can be loaded onto that platform with no problem at all.”
Liberty Counsel Founder and Chairman Mat Staver has also issued a warning, saying:15
“Digital health or vaccine passports along with tracking and tracing apps present a serious threat to freedom. Vaccine passports and tracking apps are about collecting data and control. The vaccine passport is being promoted worldwide to limit a person’s ability to leave home, work, shop, dine, travel, attend a public event, or even worship.
COVID is being used to advance this dangerous threat to freedom. We must never accept vaccine passports or tracking apps as the new normal. The implications for freedom are significant.”
Vaccine Passports Are Gateway for Complete Financial Control
When vaccine passports first became a topic of international discussions, many of us saw the writing on the wall and warned that such an implementation would become a tool for complete financial and physical control, and would automatically eliminate basic human rights and freedoms.
At the time, we were labeled crazy conspiracy theorists, but it didn’t take long before our worst fears were confirmed. Your vaccine passport will be your digital identity (as confirmed by the WEF), and to that digital identity they plan to add a programmable central bank digital currency (CBDC) and a social credit score. These plans are not a conspiracy theory. They’re out in the open.
When you add all of those ingredients together — vaccine requirements for maintaining a valid passport, a digital identity, a social credit score and programmable CBDCs — you end up with a control grid that will eliminate your freedom to live life according to your own desires.
Even your diet can then be dictated by these megalomaniacs. They’re hell-bent on eliminating your ability to eat meat, for example. The whole world, especially the Western world, must transition to insect protein, they say. Meanwhile, you will not find meal worms and crickets on the menus at their globalist gatherings.16 No, insect protein is for the expendables.

Once vaccine passports/digital identity and CBDCs are in place, the global cabal will be able to control your physical movements, behaviors and purchases based on how well you conform to their ideals, no matter how irrational, immoral, unethical, unfair or dangerous those may be. If that’s the case, I suspect the central bankers and 0.1% know this and might be prepared to usher in the new system before the old one collapses on itself — even as they loot it on the way down with the most significant wealth transfer in human history.

From my vantage point, it’s impossible to overstate the risk presented by CBDC. Whether it’s a utopian vision based on good intentions or a sinister plot to crush our sovereignty, the result may be the same: control. A Central Bank Digital Currency has all the downsides of fiat money, plus the added layers of surveillance and programmability overseen by the state.
So many people on Team Reality have likely felt like dissidents over the last few years simply for challenging anything beyond the herd mentality … Imagine a monetary system with features baked-in to socially engineer how we live. For example:
Health: ‘You didn’t take your booster … you’re not allowed in public spaces.’
Energy: ‘You used your energy allotment this month … your electric car won’t start.’
Food: ‘You ate too much meat this week … your money is only good for plants (or bugs).’
Savings: ‘If you don’t take your rations soon … your money will expire at the end of the month.’
Free Speech: ‘You shared info that we disagree with … our algorithm is fining you.’ (PayPal has already started doing this) …
As we saw with the lockdowns, China is the model emulated in the west. Like the creep towards health-related authoritarian measures, unelected globalists with financial interests lurk in the background …
If you have yet to notice, a primary theme of the last three-plus years (at least) is ‘freedom vs. control’, so it’s not hyperbole to suggest that the future must be decentralized if we want to ensure our children grow up in a free world.”
Globalists Have Overplayed Their Hand
If there’s a silver lining in all of this, it’s that the globalist cabal — the “deep state” that pulls the strings of governments around the world, the hidden power that is making decisions that are devastating for the entire world — overplayed their hand during COVID, exposing their heinous ideologies and plans for all the world to see. As noted by Maajid Nawaz in an interview this past summer (video above):
“When dogma defines your behavior you’re no longer looking at reality … so you’re going to be less pragmatic … That leaves serious blind spots. You end up not seeing reality for what it is, and that is why they ended up overplaying their hand. They’re not looking to reality, they’re looking to their dream, their ideal, which is actually a nightmare.
One great thing that happened during COVID is they overplayed their hand. They exposed themselves … There’s now very little doubt, among those who have heard of the World Economic Forum, that it’s attempting to influence how we do government and politics …
Why do we have an unelected bureaucrat, and a foreign one at that, telling us how to live our lives …? It doesn’t make sense. But then we go further. Why do they all seem to be beholden to this unelected foreign bureaucrat? Why do they all appear to be doing this man’s bidding? … Why can’t they just say no?”
As noted by Nawaz, the government leaders who are not saying no to Schwab for some reason cannot say no, likely because they’ve been compromised. Compromising and blackmailing officials on behalf of the globalist cabal was Jeffrey Epstein’s specialty, and there’s no reason to assume their secrets died with him.
Those with cleaner records may have been threatened into compliance. I would add a third possibility, and that is that they’re in on it because they share the globalists ideals, which include not only top-down authoritarianism but also transhumanism and eugenics. A fourth possibility is self-preservation. They may simply want to secure their own position within the ruling echelon in the new world of “have it alls” and “have nothings.”
We Now Know What They’re Capable Of
Whatever the incentive, the problem they now all face is the fact that they’ve prematurely exposed themselves and their plans. They’ve also exposed how far they’re willing to go. For example, we know they’re willing to seize your bank account and close down your ability to transact over something as minor as making a donation to a cause they don’t like or posting “wrong”-think on social media — and that’s without the benefit of CBDCs!
So, they’ve already shown us what they WILL do once CBDCs are in place. The only difference is that penalties can then be automated. Is this a world you want to live in? Is this what you want for your children and grandchildren? If not, it’s your duty to be the resistance.
Adults today are the last generation that will be able to prevent this global tyranny. If we do nothing, our children will be ensconced in a digital prison they won’t be able to break free from. So, we cannot leave it to them. It’s up to us. So, when CBDCs are rolled out, we must reject them, no matter how inconvenient that might be. When vaccine passports are rolled out, we must reject them, despite the limitations that might bring.
In 2021, countless people were coerced into taking the jabs because they wanted to travel, fearing travel bans for the unvaccinated would be permanent. Well, they weren’t, because enough people pushed back.
We may have to endure limitations if we refuse the coming international vaccine passport, but if enough people around the world refuse, the system won’t work, and those limitations will prove to be temporary. The only way any of the globalists plans can become permanent is if we do as we’re told and go along with them.

I hope one of the lasting legacies of the COVID pandemic is mistrust of government. Here’s why: government officials and agencies showed themselves to be a bunch of quacks and liars during the pandemic, and they’re still lying today, recent reports show.
Anthony Fauci told us to wear a mask. He even told us to wear two masks. But in a deposition last week, he could not name a single study showing masks work. And now we find out the CDC’s mask guidance for school children was driven by political polling results, not science.
The CDC knew COVID vaccines were associated with heart problems, but did not include heart problems in its list of checkboxes on its v-safe survey phone app. Survey respondents had to write heart problems into the free-text field on the survey and the CDC fought disclosure of those answers in court. We now know from other sources virtually 100 percent of mRNA COVID vaccine recipients suffer some degree of heart injury. Also, the CDC covered up other data showing 18 million people ended up in the hospital after getting their first COVID shot.
I’ve been trying to get more information about why the government didn’t pull the COVID vaccines from the market after they were linked to thousands of deaths and a million other problems, like it pulled the swine flu vaccine in 1976 after that vaccine was linked to only 25 deaths. My case is in federal court, but the government filed a motion to dismiss and the judge has yet to rule.
There’s more. The FDA put out statements prohibiting the use of ivermectin to treat COVID-19, even though aggregating all studies shows ivermectin cuts mortality in half. Now the FDA claims it was just giving a recommendation, not putting out a mandate. Three doctors aren’t buying it and have sued the FDA for interfering with their doctor-patient relationships. The government didn’t have the evidence when it was disparaging ivermectin, but that didn’t stop it from pushing bivalent boosters and Pfizer’s Paxlovid treatment without testing the boosters on humans or testing Paxlovid on vaccinated individuals.
Also regarding vaccines, there have been reports along the way their efficacy wanes and even turns negative after a short period of time. Finally, we have the stunning admission – from the Washington Post, nonetheless – that “a majority of Americans dying from the coronavirus received at least the primary series of the vaccine.” Simply put, more vaccinated people than unvaccinated people have died from COVID. The vaccinated are also more prone to repeat bouts of COVID. That whole thing where the government and the media vilified and ostracized the unvaccinated turned out to be completely unjustified. Where are the apologies?
The media campaign to push the vaccines, a campaign that was bought and paid for by the government, was completely unjustified, too. The campaign also enlisted entertainers, celebrities, and late-night TV hosts. The government spent a billion dollars to have hundreds of media outlets spread the government’s phony narratives on COVID, including the phony narrative the vaccines are safe and effective. So the media are a bunch of liars, too. They’ll shill for anything. At least now we know what their price is.
It’s time government officials learn they don’t get to lord over us. They get only the respect and trust they earn. They burned it all up in the pandemic. Right now, they have zero credibility and will have to dig themselves out of a very deep hole. If you trust the government after all this, you’re out of your mind.
