Indiana: ISIS Wife Guilty of Sneaking Money to the Terrorists

Editor:  Hope you had a great Thanksgiving!  Sorry, I haven’t written much at ‘Frauds and Crooks’ lately but things are hopping on the refugee front and I’ll have to keep my focus there (at Refugee Resettlement Watch) in the coming weeks.

The President’s September Executive Order which would give state and local governments some say in whether refugees will be placed in certain locations has energized the refugee industry and all across the country they are mobilizing to pressure governors and local governments to tell the President that they want MORE refugees.  Six governors have so far said—send them to my state!  There appears to be a late December deadline for all to weigh in, but guidance has not been published as far as I can tell.

The day before Thanksgiving, I published a list of 88 mayors who said they wanted more refugees and that post went viral.

Here is the news I had planned for today.

I’m reminded once again that a gullible young woman got involved with a (likely charming) Moroccan national and produced 4 children with him while helping him help ISIS.

He is dead, she was returned from Syria to face justice in the US, has lost her children to Indiana social services and now faces prison time.

Sentencing is scheduled for March 2020.

Time is short (must get back to RRW), so I’m posting only the Justice Department press statement from earlier this week, if you want to learn more about her, search her name and you will see several news accounts giving more details about how she became a traitor to America.

Former Indiana Resident Pleads Guilty to Concealing Terrorism Financing

Samantha Marie Elhassani, aka Samantha Sally, 34, formerly of Elkhart, Indiana, pleaded guilty yesterday to a one-count Information charging her with concealment of terrorism financing in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 2339C.

“Elhassani admitted that she traveled overseas and pre-positioned over $30,000 in cash and gold, knowing that the funds would be used by her husband and brother-in-law to join and support ISIS in Syria,” said Assistant Attorney General for National Security John C. Demers.

“The National Security Division is committed to identifying and holding accountable those who support foreign terrorist organizations. I want to thank the agents, analysts, and prosecutors who are responsible for this result.”

“Samantha Elhassani pled guilty to providing financial support to individuals who desired to support ISIS, a terrorist organization that has committed acts of violence against Americans,” said U.S. Attorney Thomas L. Kirsch II for the Northern District of Indiana. “She traveled with her husband and brother-in-law to Syria, both of whom became ISIS fighters, putting the lives of her children at risk. Yesterday’s guilty plea to federal terrorism charges reflects the seriousness of her criminal conduct. My office is committed to prosecuting those who provide support to terrorist organizations. ”

“The charges that the defendant in this case has plead guilty to are a reminder the FBI will never relent in ensuring that Americans who abandon their country to further the heinous goals of a designated terrorist organization like ISIS see justice for their betrayal”said Assistant Director Mike McGarrity. “I am proud of the work of the FBI’s Indianapolis Field Office on this case and grateful for the assistance of our many international and interagency partners.”

“Ms Elhassani knowingly engaged in the concealment of resources which were intended to support future ISIS fighters whose intent is to harm her fellow Americans and others, and her plea should serve as a strong reminder that these actions have serious consequences and will not be tolerated,” said Special Agent in Charge Grant Mendenhall, FBI Indianapolis. “The defendant also exposed her young, impressionable children to an environment of hatred and violence with no regard to the harm she was causing them.”

In November 2014, Elhassani was informed by her husband that he and his brother wanted to travel to Syria to join ISIS, which she knew was a terrorist organization that engaged in terrorist activities. Between November 2014 and April 1015, Elhassani helped the two men join ISIS by making multiple trips to Hong Kong and transporting more than $30,000 in cash and gold from the United States and depositing it in a safe deposit box in Hong Kong. Elhassani melted down the gold to look like jewelry and did not disclose the cash and gold on customs declaration forms. At the time Elhassani transported the money and gold, she knew that her husband and brother-in-law had expressed an interest in joining ISIS and that they intended to use these resources to support ISIS.

In July of 2018, Elhassani was transferred from the custody of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) to U.S. law enforcement custody.

I would like to know how she hooked up in the first place with a Moroccan national who was apparently living in Indiana.  How was he here?  Legally? Illegally?  If anyone sees any news about that, send it my way.

Soros-Funded ‘United We Dream’: ‘We Need to Abolish ICE’

United We Dream, an open borders lobbying group partially funded by billionaire globalist George Soros, wrote on Twitter Wednesday that “we need to abolish” the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency to protect illegal aliens accused of visa fraud.

“All year, ICE has been running a fraudulent university to bait and arrest (mostly Indian) immigrants looking for a chance at higher education,” the group tweeted. “They’ve arrested 250 people. This agency is vile. We need to #AbolishICE!”

This week ICE arrested about 250 foreign nationals in the case of a fake university set up by the Dept. of Homeland Security. The DoJ said 100% of the “students never spent a single second in a classroom” because the fake university had no teachers or educational services.

United We Dream, funded partially by Soros’s Open Society Foundation, wants an end to national borders and amnesty for all illegal aliens, along with the Soros-funded American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) and American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).

On February 14, 2019, UWD held a demonstration where approximately 50 people gathered on Capitol Hill to demand that Congress stop enforcing immigration laws and grant amnesty to all “undocumented” people residing in the United States. They also demanded that the Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency and the Customs & Border Protection (CBP) agency be defunded and dismantled. Among the chants they shouted were the following:

  • “We have nothing to lose but our chains!” (This is a famous quote from Karl Marx‘s Communist Manifesto.)
  • “[I] Came down to the Capitol to take back what they stole from me!”
  • “Undocumented, unafraid!”
  • “Queer, trans, unashamed!”

Sanctuary Cities Continue To Obstruct ICE: Protecting criminal aliens while endangering innocent victims.

On November 22, 2019 Immigration and Customs posted a news release, ICE announces Montgomery County, Prince George’s County criminal offenders shielded by current non-cooperation policies.

Once again local supposed “law enforcement” officials of Prince George’s County and Montgomery County decided to ignore detainers lodged by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

This is not the first time that these officials and other such officials have ignored detainers so that ICE could take these illegal aliens into custody to seek their deportation (removal) from the United States.

Clearly these officials refuse to learn the lessons even when their wrong-headed sanctuary policies result in the preventable death of a child!

That article included a link to a May 21, 2019 ICE press release, ICE seeks custody of teen murder suspects for a second time– Local jurisdiction failed to honor previous detainers which began with this excerpt:

BALTIMORE – Following the recent arrest of two unlawfully present teens suspected in the violent murder of a young girl in Maryland, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) officers in Baltimore are again seeking to take custody of the illegal aliens through the ICE detainer process following the Prince George’s County Detention Center’s (PGCDC) failure to cooperate.

Josue Rafael Fuentes-Ponce and Joel Ernesto Escobar, both Salvadoran nationals, were previously arrested on May 11, 2018 when they were arrested by Prince George’s County Police Department (PGCPD) for attempted first-degree murder, attempted second-degree murder, participation in gang activity, conspiracy to commit murder, attempted robbery, and other related charges. ICE officers lodged a detainer with PGCDC, however both were released on an unknown date and time without notification to ICE.

On May 16, 2019, PGCPD arrested the same individuals and charged them with first-degree murder.

The murder victim was a young teenage girl who would still be alive had the Prince George’s County Police Department cooperated with ICE.

Insanity has been defined as doing the same things the same way and expecting a different result.

My parents taught me that there are no errors in life, only lessons, provided that we learn from the situations where things go wrong.  However, for them, and for me, ignoring those lessons are utterly unacceptable!

The ICE press release that serves as the predication for my commentary today, noted that although they have issued detainers for aliens charged with a variety of serious violent crimes because of the non-cooperation policies of the police departments in question, it is likely that they will ultimately be released back onto the streets of the communities where they were arrested without appropriate notification being made to ICE.

When individuals are convicted for committing sex crimes they are placed on a registry of sex offenders to protect communities from their depraved and violent conduct.  You would think that all of our leaders in politics and law enforcement would agree that aliens who pose a threat to public safety and/or national security should be handed over to ICE when their jail sentences are completed to protect additional victims.

The oaths that elected officials, members of law enforcement agencies and our military are similar, requiring that they defend the Constitution and our nation to protect our nation and our citizens.  Indeed, frequently local police departments describe their mission statement simply as “To protect and serve.”

The obvious question is who is being protected by insane “Sanctuary” policies?  Certainly not the hapless victims of the crimes that criminal aliens commit.

Sanctuary cities not only protect illegal aliens, including those with criminal histories.  In point of fact, Sanctuary Cities Protect Crooked Employers And Human Traffickers.  Exploitation of the vulnerable is anything but “compassionate.”

Law enforcement officers are not provided with the latitude to only enforce the laws that they like and ignore those that are not to their liking.  Unlike patrons of restaurants who get to pick and choose from a menu, limiting their order to a few items, law enforcement officers are expected to enforce the laws, all of the laws, faithfully, objectively, fairly and dispassionately.

The biggest issue is that for the wealthy and powerful, the immigration system is not broken.  For them immigration has become a delivery system that delivers an unlimited supply of cheap and easily exploited labor, an unlimited supply of foreign tourists, and nearly unlimited supply of foreign students and finally, and of extreme significance considering that both political parties have members in key positions who are attorneys, an unlimited supply of clients for immigration law firms.

I laid out the magnitude of this underlying motivation for the failures of the immigration system in an extensive article, Sanctuary Country – Immigration failures by design.

The 9/11 Commission identified multiple failures of the immigration system as being directly responsible for the ability of international terrorists to enter the United States and then embed themselves in towns and cities across our nation as they went abMicout their deadly preparations.  The commission was clear that these failures of the immigration system including a lack of border security and the enforcement of our immigration laws from within the interior of the United States figured prominently not just in the terror attacks of 9/11 but in multiple other attacks and attempted attacks in the decade leading up to 9/11.

We have certainly seen additional terror attacks and massive levels of violent and deadly crimes committed by transnational criminals who easily gained entry into the United States and managed to hide in plain sight because of a lack of ICE personnel and resources that have been exponentially exacerbated by “sanctuary policies.”  While the open borders anarchists claim that they seek to “protect the immigrants” from ICE, in reality aliens who abide by our laws need no protection from immigration law enforcement officers.

Today Americans and immigrant communities need protection from two groups of individuals, criminal aliens and the politicians who protect and shield them from ICE.

In a FloridaPolitics.com article titled Ron DeSantis wants E-Verify bill in 2020 for ‘public safety’ Renzo Downey reports:

Gov. Ron DeSantis asked the Legislature Monday to send him a bill this coming Session to require employers make E-Verify checks, saying it would make Florida communities safer.

Republicans Sen. Joe Gruters and Rep. Cord Byrd joined DeSantis in The Villages for the announcement. Gruters, chair of the Florida GOP, is co-sponsoring Sen. Tom Lee’s E-Verify requirement bill (SB 664) while Byrd intends to file a House counterpart.

“The reason this is so timely is twofold — It’s about fairness for lawful immigrants and native-born workers, and it’s about public safety,” DeSantis said.

Many of those running for public office in the Florida House, Senate and for Governor have promised to implement E-Verify statewide. It appears that the E-Verify requirement bill (SB 664) is the best chance yet that it will become law statewide.

Fears That Citizenship Question Would Lower Response Rates Fizzle Out

One of the primary arguments made by those opposed to including a citizenship question on the 2020 census was that doing so would deter Hispanics, Asian-Americans, and other immigrants from participating. Preliminary results from the 2019 Census Test conducted this summer actually show it would have little impact on response rates.

“The major finding of the test was that there was no difference in self-response rates between forms with and forms without a citizenship question,” said Dr. Victoria A. Velkoff, the Bureau’s associate director of Demographic Programs, in an Oct. 31 blog post explaining the findings.

“Self-response rates from this test were similar to other mid-decade tests, including the 2018 Census Test conducted in Providence County, RI, which had a 52.3 percent self-response rate,” she continued.

For the households that received the questionnaire without the citizenship question, the response rate was 52 percent, while the response rate for those asked about citizenship, it was 51.5 percent, which falls within the standard statistical error range.

Secretary of Commerce Wilbur Ross’ March 2018 announcement that a question about citizenship status would again be included on the decennial census questionnaire was met with fearful rhetoric and lawsuits.

“This is a brazen attempt by the Trump administration to cheat on the census, to undermine the accuracy of the census and to attack states that have large immigrant populations — states, most of which just happen to be Democratic states,” said Rep. Jerrold Nadler (D-N.Y.) at an April 2018 press conference announcing the first lawsuit challenging the question’s inclusion.

New York’s Democratic Attorney General Letitia James predicted in April 2019 that “this question would incite widespread fear in immigrant communities and greatly impair the accuracy of the Census.”

After numerous lawsuits and lower court rulings, the Supreme Court heard arguments and issued a decision in June 2019 agreeing that the question itself is constitutional, but the pretext for adding it offered by Ross was not.

The Census Bureau moved ahead in June  with plans to ask almost 480,000 households in the U.S. to fill out test questionnaires  – some with and some without a question about citizenship.

The randomized test measured the impact of the inclusion of a citizenship question on self-response rates for the purposes of allowing the Census Bureau improve its plans for performing follow-ups with nonresponding households and public communications.

In July, President Trump announced he was abandoning efforts to get the question included by other regulatory means,

The report found no difference between forms with and without a citizenship question for internet and telephone self-response rates. With regard to those mail responses, the response rate for forms without the citizenship question were an insignificant 0.3 percent higher.

The results likely will not be enough to convince opponents. Responding to the results, a lawyer with the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), which filed suit against the Commerce Department, asserted that “There’s not enough information in today’s blog post to understand what precisely it means.”

Somehow, it is hard to believe there will ever be “enough information” to satisfy activist critics.

Illegal Alien Allegedly Killed Vietnam Veteran Day Before Veterans Day

An illegal alien living in Pennsylvania is accused of killing a Vietnam War Veteran the day before Veterans Day, according to law enforcement officials.

Nemias Perez Severiano, a 31-year-old illegal alien from Mexico, is accused of killing Samuel Jackson, a disabled 69-year-old who served as a Marine in the Vietnam War, the day before Veterans Day this year in Norristown, Pennsylvania, according to the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office.

On November 10, police said Severiano was driving drunk when he hit and killed Jackson before fleeing the scene of the accident. According to court records obtained by CBS Philly, the illegal alien had been drinking for five hours at a nearby bar before the fatal crash.

“While at the bar [Severiano] indicated he consumed seven to eight Modelo beers,” the arrest records stated. “[Severiano] informed the detectives that when he left the bar, he was ‘a little drunk.’”

Jackson’s sister, Peggy Jackson, said her brother “loved the Marines” and was “so proud to have served his country.”

“It was basically his day, it’s what he fought for,” Jayden Guidici, Jackson’s grandson, told ABC 6 News of his grandfather’s love of Veterans Day.

VIDEO: Latest Islamist Tactic to Undermine Programs Preventing Extremism

Is it just an Islamist response to call programs preventing extremism part of the surveillance state — or is there more to it?

The answer may depend on which country we’re discussing and who is being brought to the table to have that discussion.

Over in the UK, Roundtable recently hosted a conversation that brought together four experts in the field — two of them Muslim — to talk about the progress and pitfalls of programs to prevent extremism.

Watch:

While there is a concern in the UK to make sure prevention programming doesn’t unfairly spotlight Muslims, the same standards don’t necessarily apply in the U.S.

To date, there is no national umbrella organization in the  U.S. for countering violent extremism as there is in the UK.

There is also no cohesive conversation on genuine concerns that can arise in such a space.

Yet in the U.S., instead of a conversation that moves the needle, we have Islamists and their allies setting the tone without participation from non-Islamist Muslims — meaning,  there is no nuance or balance in that conversation.

The most recent of these narrow dialogues will be hosted by the Muslim Student Association on November 25, 2019, in Minneapolis Minnesota. Speakers include Jaylani Hussein, CAIR-Minnesota’s Director, and Hassan Shibly, CAIR-Florida’s Director.

Hussein is a known provocateur and disrupter in Minneapolis. In 2017, he refused to condemn the terrorist organization Hamas. Hussein operates a CAIR chapter which includes members who have openly lamented that Hitler wasn’t alive to “add more casualties” to the Holocaust.

Two months ago, Hussein faced further public humiliation after the U.S. Census Bureau backed out of a town hall with CAIR-Minnesota after public backlash.

The director of CAIR-Florida, Hassan Shibly, is on record as saying that Hezbollah isn’t a terrorist organization. He supports sharia law for Muslim-majority countries. Shibly also entertains conspiracy theories that the U.S. government and Israel frame Muslims for terrorism. He twice posted a video on his Facebook page titled, “Former American Terrorist Denounces American Terrorism.”

Shibly also believes nationalism is a plot against Islam.

All of this is to also underscore that:

(a) There’s a need to have critical conversations about counter extremism programs, but they will never be had in a meaningful way if they only occur in spaces dominated by Islamists, and

(b) There’s a difference between countering violent extremism (CVE) and preventing violent extremism (PVE). CVE focuses on deradicalization programs whereas PVE looks to prevent radicalization from targeting vulnerable populations in the first place.

‘Consider This A Warning’: ICE Agents Arrested Thousands Of Sexual Predators In 2019

  • Homeland Security Investigations agents made 3,771 criminal arrests relating to child exploitation in the 2019 fiscal year, marking an 18% increase from the previous fiscal year, officials said. 
  • Special agents with Homeland Security Investigations, which operates under the umbrella of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, increasingly cracked down on child sex exploitation, particularly child sex tourism.
  • Immigration and Customs Enforcement opened the Angel Watch Center on Thursday, which is dedicated to alerting foreign governments of incoming U.S. sexual predators.

FAIRFAX, Virginia — Immigration and Customs Enforcement revealed Thursday that it arrested well over 3,700 sexual predators in the past fiscal year, as the agency’s announcement coincided with its grand opening of a facility dedicated to monitoring convicted sexual predators traveling internationally.

Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), the investigative unit of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), announced it initiated 4,224 child exploitation cases during the 2019 fiscal year, which began in October 2018 and concluded at the end of September. Those cases led to a total of 3,771 criminal arrests, and the identification or rescue of 1,066 victims.

The numbers reflected a significant uptick — 18% — from the previous fiscal year. It’s a result, HSI contended, of its commitment to ending crimes against children.

“HSI’s agents, in cooperation with our law enforcement partners, work tirelessly to find and bring to justice, individuals who commit these heinous crimes,” acting special agent in charge of HSI Seattle Eben Roberts said in a prepared statement. “Moreover, we are dedicated to rescuing from harm’s way our most precious population — our children — and those who seek to harm them should consider this a warning.”

ICE published a short list of individuals arrested by HSI agents in the Pacific Northwest area, who were later convicted of various child exploitation crimes, such as child pornography, and the sexual abuse and molestation of minors.

The news release coincided with the Thursday opening of HSI’s Angel Watch Center in Fairfax, Virginia — an addition to the agency’s Cyber Crimes Center. When convicted and registered child sex offenders are anticipated to travel to another country, it’s the job of the Angel Watch Center to notify the country’s government. The overall goal of the facility’s operation is the prevention of child sex tourism — the act of traveling internationally for the purpose of sexually exploiting minors.

Please give me specifics, she asked.

I’ve been noticing an increase in the number of readers who want more information on how they can actually fight back against a tide of, for lack of a better description, progressive political activity including election victories by the Open Borders Left intent on changing America by changing the people.

First and foremost remember they have been working away at their progressive agenda for years, for decades!  Community organizing is in their DNA!

They get up every day—day in, day out—planning their transformation of America into what they think will be a socialist/communist nirvana once they get enough people on their side.

Finding those people includes importing them legally or illegally in whatever way they can.

Conversely, you have been getting up every day going to work, spending time with the kids and grand kids, doing your duties and generally enjoying life.

We have a lot of catching up to do!

So here we sit in November 2019 and your most important goal, above all other goals, is to keep Donald J. Trump in the White House for four more years.  

I know, I know, he is an imperfect man, but he is all we have and you have only eleven months remaining to stop America’s slide into socialism!

Why do you think the impeachment hearings are on in the House of Representatives—the Leftists know that the only thing standing between them and their ultimate goal of a socialist country is a President Trump!

Therefore, if you have formed, or are planning to form a local citizens group, or re-energizing a local Tea Party group, anything and everything you can do to support the President is your top priority now.

If he wins in 2020, we get four more years of peace and prosperity, not to mention four more years to put some of our reforms in place (like dumping or reforming the US Refugee Admissions Program!).

If he loses, we are finished and I mean that!

Re-elect Trump!

I’m no expert, but here are some of the things I think you need to be doing in addition to re-electing the President:

Your next priority is to defeat the progressives who are running your local governments.

I know that is a tall order, but I’m telling you, mayors, city councils, state legislators, those are the offices the socialist Democrats are working to control.

You need to find good people to run against them.

Even if you can’t win yet, people who think like you must run in order to get your message out. Your local Leftwing media will be forced to report your ideas if candidates are presenting them.

And, if yours is a contested Congressional District, get involved and work to defeat the Democrat. You can see the damage being done to the country under the leadership of Nancy Pelosi.

Knowledge is power!  So you must have your facts!

Of course you need to know about myriad issues, but it is my view that the most important issue of all time is immigration because once they change the people, there is no going back.

If I were running a local citizens group I would have a couple of people assigned to learning about all of the programs that admit immigrants and refugees to America—the refugee program that I write about all the time, Temporary Protected Status, DACA, the insane Diversity Visa Lottery.

Those experts can then share with your group what they learn which includes investigating those programs in your own state.  Find out who the players are on the Left and in your state government and when the time is right expose them.

As part of investigating, especially as it relates to the refugee program, you must find and infiltrate your local interfaith groups.  They are the primary promoters of the refugee program.

A reader told me that Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service’s new CEO was speaking next month to a local Interfaith group and what that says to me is that they are getting ready for a new push into new communities as they anticipate a post-Trump White House.

Frankly, you are going to have to designate someone (with acting skills!) to infiltrate their groups.

All of your research is important to educate your fellow citizens, but will be especially useful in the four more years you will be buying by getting Donald Trump back in the White House.

Bring in speakers!

(LOL! I am not talking about me, I’m not good at it!)

Bite the bullet and find the funds to bring in people knowledgeable about immigration issues, about socialism/communism, about Islamic fundamentalism, and about how to community organize!

Unfortunately the Left is rolling in money and they use it to spread their propaganda. It annoys me that conservatives are often so cheap and don’t spring for national level speakers to educate and energize local grassroots groups.

Send me an e-mail and I will name some national level educators for your group, but be prepared to pay them for their time and for the knowledge they have worked hard to acquire!

But, don’t let this happen:  A knowledgeable speaker comes in, attendees shake their heads about what they are learning, saying to themselves—‘it is awful’—and go away and do nothing!  Provide specific goals for the audience to follow before they leave the room!

There is nothing worse than for a handful of group organizers to hold meetings, do all the work, and everyone else walks away after the meeting and says ‘see you next month.’  (Tick-tock and then there is one less month until the 2020 elections!)

Give out assignments! And, you must meet more than once a month!

Network, network, network!

It is not enough to be simply a news junky who spends your day reading the news on the net (tweeting!) and feeling superior because you know more than your friends.

You absolutely must network with other like-minded groups and individuals in your state even if you have to hold your nose because you don’t like so-and-so who is involved with that group.  Get over it!  The stakes are too high for you to let petty differences hinder your work—the work to get Trump reelected in less than 12 months.

But, that said, I am not a fan of creating one large group.  It is too easy to take down. Create and encourage many small groups. It will confuse the opposition!  By the way, it is one of their tactics.  They don’t have that many activists, they just make it look like they do by spawning ever-more groups.

If you are sitting alone at your computer screen and reading this, find two more people and form a group, give it a name and get to work!

Communicate

You’ve done all that, you’ve gathered your facts, you have people planning to run for local offices, how do you get your message out?

That is a problem as the Left now controls most local newspapers (they have been working at that for more than a decade while you led your life).  If you plan events, demonstrations, conferences, they might publish your news.

And, occasionally they publish letters-to-the-editor, but don’t rely on your local paper to carry your message.

Find social media experts in your group and use any and all forms you can find.

I’m a big fan of setting up a blog or website to spread the message to your members and to gain new members in your community.  However, after my experience of RRW being silenced for a few months, I know it isn’t as easy any longer to set up blogs.

The advantage of a website or blog is that you can archive everything your team of investigators is learning.

I know you might be saying, but then the other side will know about us.  Yes, they will, but the downside of not publicizing your work is that you won’t find more people to join you!

If you are interested, send me an e-mail and I’ll send you the name of a professional who can help you get a site up.  But, again be prepared to spend a little money!

And, even if they might not publish your letters-to-the-editor, assign some people in your group to write them anyway.  If you are responding to the news or another opinion piece they have already published, you might get your letter in print.

This is getting too long, sorry!

Just remember!

Even as we gripe that the President isn’t doing this, or that, or LOL! saying things you wish he wouldn’t, he is all that is standing between us and a new America, filled with new Americans marching down the path toward a socialist/communist future for our once great country—a future that might only be 11 months away!

Because so many readers sent the news about a Pakistani doctor in Virginia under arrest for performing unwanted and unneeded medical procedures on women in his care, I need to post the news.

Even if there weren’t questions about why some women were unknowingly (allegedly) made infertile, Dr Perwaiz would have come to our attention, joining a growing list of ‘new American’ doctors who are busy committing Medicaid/Medicare fraud one of the interests highlighted here at ‘Frauds and Crooks.‘

The details of this case are simply horrifying. One woman tried for years to conceive a child, but couldn’t. When she finally consulted a fertility specialist, she discovered, according to the Virginian-Pilot, that her “Fallopian tubes had been burned down to nubs, making it impossible to conceive naturally.” It turned out that her physician, Dr. Javaid Perwaiz of Chesapeake, Virginia, had tied her tubes without telling her was doing it or obtaining her consent. And she was by no means the only woman whom Dr. Perwaiz victimized in this way.

About the good doctor we are told that he was “educated abroad,” with no hint as to where – it was actually in his native Pakistan, as the Virginian-Pilot notes: “Perwaiz has had a medical license since at least 1980, according to state records, having attended medical school in his native Pakistan and completed a residency at Charleston Area Medical Center.”

One reader who sent me the story remarked that any woman who goes to a Muslim doctor is foolish (harsher words than that).  However, I will bet most American women have no clue if their ‘new American’ doctor is a Muslim and if they do they don’t know any basic tenets of Islam.

The Left’s Immigration Laws: The Ultimate Con Game

Undermining public safety, public health, national security and the jobs and wages of American workers.

I have written ever so many articles about how globalists have used deceptive language to deceive Americans about the true nature of our immigration laws, beginning with President Carter’s edict, issued during his administration, that INS employees, replace the legally accurate term “Illegal Alien” with the deceptive term, “Undocumented Immigrant.”

I focused on this in my article, Language Wars: The Road to Tyranny Is Paved with Language Censorship. Generally we think of immigration fraud as taking two forms – aliens who engage in fraud schemes, such as those who enter into a sham marriage with an American or lawful immigrant, not out of love, but as a ploy to game the immigration system to acquire a green card.

The other traditional form of immigration fraud involves the manufacture of counterfeit or altered identity documents and/or supporting documents such as birth certificates, driver’s licenses or green cards.

However, there is actually a third form of immigration fraud, by which tens of millions Americans have been conned into believing pernicious lies about about our nation’s borders and immigration laws.

Over time, this highly coordinated fraud perpetrated by the mainstream media and globalists in both political parties, has convinced millions of otherwise sensible Americans to accept and even laud politicians and their corrupt immigration policies and practices that undermine public safety, public health, national security and the jobs and wages of American workers.

The immigration con game began in earnest with Carter’s Orwellian use of language I referenced at the beginning of my commentary.

Awhile back I wrote an extensive article about all three forms of immigration fraud in my commentary, Immigration Fraud: Lies That Kill. In that article I also noted that the 9/11 terrorists and other such terrorists exploited immigration fraud to enter the United States and then preparer to launch deadly terror attacks.

Today American’s have been duped into believing that only bigots, racists and xenophobes would want to secure our nation’s borders and enforce our immigration laws.  In fact consider that the leaders of the Democratic Party now openly demand an end to immigration law enforcement and vilify immigration law enforcement personnel and have established Sanctuary Cities and even Sanctuary States that refuse to cooperate with ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) agents.  These jurisdictions now refuse to honor ICE detainers calling for local law enforcement to not release aliens who have serious criminal histories, so that they could be taken into federal custody to be deported (removed) from the United States to protect communities in the United States.  All too often these aliens have gone on to attack more innocent victims and yet, millions of Americans have been somehow convinced that sanctuary policies are moral and appropriate!

On October 25, 2019 ICE published a news release, ICE announces more Mecklenburg County criminal offenders shielded by current non-cooperation policy that began with this paragraph:

CHARLOTTE, North Carolina – U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) released additional information Thursday on more unlawfully present foreign nationals facing serious criminal offenses in Mecklenburg County, who under the county’s ICE non-cooperation policy would currently be released back into the local community where they would be free to reoffend.

Among the serious crimes these aliens face include sex crimes against children, drug trafficking and firearms possession.  Incredibly, local authorities will not let ICE know when these criminals may be released.

This is not an isolated problem.  On October 30, 2019 ICE posted a news release, ICE captures Salvadoran illegal alien released by Buncombe County despite conviction for child sex offense.

My article, Politicians Must Face Consequences For Crimes They Enable focused on the release, in Prince George’s County, Maryland, of two suspected members of MS-13, Josue Rafael Fuentes-Ponce and Joel Ernesto Escobar.  Both are citizens of El Salvador who are illegally present in the United States who had been arrested on May 11, 2019 and charged with, attempted first-degree murder, attempted second-degree murder, participation in gang activity, conspiracy to commit murder, attempted robbery, and other related charges.

On May 16, 2019 these two alleged gang members were arrested and charged with brutally murdering a young girl who would still be alive if the ICE detainers had been honored.  That willful lack of cooperation with ICE cost that young girl her life.

I have traveled around the United States participating in various speaking events and frequently folks complain the “Liberals are ruled by the feelings.”

In point of fact, all humans make many decisions that are based on emotions.  Being “cold-blooded” or “heartless” are anything but accolades.  Don’t we raise our children to be considerate and compassionate?

Empathy is not a vice but a virtue.

The problem is that the massive campaign of misinformation and disinformation conducted by the mainstream media in concert with various special interest groups, have conned tens of millions of our fellow Americans into believing that our immigration laws are unfair and based on racism and xenophobia.  In point of fact, our immigration laws don’t only tell us who to keep our and who to kick out, but on who to admit.  Our immigration system is the most generous in the world.   Currently each and every year Ameria admits more than one million lawful immigrants and naturalizes hundreds of new citizens.  These huge numbers are greater than the numbers for all of the other countries on the planet combined.

U.S. Code § 1182 enumerates the categories of aliens who are to be excluded from the United States.  Race, religion and/or ethnicity are not factors.  Among these classes of aliens who are to be prevented from entering the United States are aliens who suffer from dangerous communicable, diseases or extreme mental illness, are convicted felons, human rights violators, war criminals, terrorists and spies are to be excluded as well as aliens who would seek unlawful employment thus displacing American workers or driving down the wages of American workers who are similarly employed and aliens who would likely become public charges.

Feelings and emotions are powerful and make us human.  Our challenge, in this particularly dangerous era, is to harness these powerful emotions of those who have been conned by the globalists and radical Left so that they will apply their emotions, particularly empathy and compassion to their fellow Americans first.

No rational person would give money to charity if his/her own children were going to bed hungry.  Homelessness is on the rise because of many factors, including the loss of jobs and wage suppression created by flooding America with foreign workers willing to work for substandard wages under substandard conditions, and frequently displace hard-working Americans.

Flooding America with more people increases the demand for housing, thereby driving up the housing costs, often out of the reach of working poor Americans.  This contributes to record levels of homelessness.

Children, especially those who are members of ethic immigrant communities, are being accosted, beaten, raped and killed by transnational gang members in their schools and not just from Latin America.  Record quantities of dangerous drugs including heroin, meth and fentanyl are pouring into the United States across our all too porous borders- and not just the U.S./Mexican border.

Those who currently oppose immigration law enforcement and secure borders are not our adversaries but our allies, if we can use the facts to win them over to understand that our borders and immigration laws are not only eminently fair, but are our first and last lines of defense.

NYC: Humanitarian Worker Beheaded by Ethiopian Husband

He also is alleged to have slit the throat of their five-year-old daughter before hanging himself.

The woman’s distraught family says she wanted out of their marriage.

You may have already seen the news—the slaughter happened last Wednesday—but I hadn’t.  Thanks to reader ‘meanymom’ for bringing it to my attention.

The first thing I did was to see what the UK Daily Mail said about the case because they manage to get more details and definitely more photos especially when the story involves something that goes against the non-tabloid US mainstream media’s desired story line.

By all accounts, the Tedlas were living the progressive family dream-life in upscale Harlem.  They had been seen out recently trick or treating on Halloween, so the horror that went on behind closed doors came as a shock to the racially and ethnically mixed neighborhood.

But, even the UK Daily Mail didn’t report on how the brutal killer had become a ‘new American’ describing him only as an African immigrant from Ethiopia. There is no mention of his religion.

Husband, 46, decapitates wife, 42…

Police in New York City are investigating a grisly double murder-suicide in which they say a man decapitated his wife, slit the throat of their five-year-old daughter and then took his own life by hanging Wednesday night, just hours after the woman tried to get an order of protection.

According to the NYPD, at around 9.18pm officers responded to a 911 call requesting a welfare check inside an apartment at 151 West 121st Street in the Harlem section of Manhattan.

Upon entering the unit, officers found Yonathan Tedla, 46, Jennifer Schlecht, 42, and their five-year-old daughter, Abaynesh Schlecht Tedla, dead inside.

It is unclear how long the family had been dead before their bodies were discovered.

Schlecht’s heartbroken father, Kenneth Schlecht, 74, tells New York Daily News that his daughter’s marriage was unraveling, and that his son-in-law had threatened to ‘take them all out’ if Jennifer tried to serve him with divorce papers.

The New York Daily News reported, citing unnamed sources, that Schlecht was found decapitated, with her severed head resting in her lap.

Her daughter suffered a cut so deep to her neck that she was partially beheaded.

The five-year-old’s father was found hanging from a rope tied to a bedroom door.

Kenneth Schlecht, Jennifer’s father, tells the Daily News that the last time he spoke to his daughter was last Sunday and she was in tears.

‘She said her husband had indicated that if she served him with divorce papers he would ruin her or take them all out, which was apparently what he did,’ he said.

Jennifer and Yonathan Tedla, an immigrant from Ethiopia, met in the early aughts [early 2000s—ed] at Columbia University, where she was attending graduate school and he was working as an IT technician.

Jennifer Tedla was a senior adviser for a UN Foundation project called FP2020 which advocated for the rights of women and girls to make reproductive decisions for themselves.

Schlecht [apparently she used her maiden name—ed] served as a senior adviser for emergency preparedness and response with the humanitarian partnership Family Planning 2020.

Beth Schlachter, executive director of FP2020, sent a statement to DailyMail.com addressing the tragedy.

‘Jennifer Schlecht devoted her entire career to ensuring that women and girls in crisis situations have access to the best medical care possible including family planning and other reproductive health care,’ it read. ‘Most recently, she has been a vital part of the FP2020 family at the United Nations Foundation.

She was a leader in the field of family planning and humanitarian response, and chose to work from New York so she could have more time with her darling daughter.

If anyone sees any information about how the killer became a ‘new American’ send it my way.  We do admit many refugees from Ethiopia, so I’m wondering if he came as a UN chosen refugee.

Bernie’s Immigration Plan Goes Full Bore Open Borders

I know most of you reading this don’t care a bit about Bernie and his huge move to the Far Left on the issue of immigration, but since I have a category here at ‘Frauds and Crooks’ for “politicians as frauds” I want to tell you about Democrat candidate for Prez, Bernie Sanders.

This also gives me an opportunity to warn you about the growing call for America to ‘welcome’ so-called “climate refugees” which I have written about extensively for ten years.  (See 53 posts going back to December 2008 on climate refugees at RRW by clicking here.)

It is very interesting to see how the Left plants seeds and nurtures them for years and years (helped by the mainstream media) until the idea surfaces, in this case, as a plank in a Presidential candidate’s platform.

Bernie is now throwing American workers under the bus….

Before I get to the news about Bernie’s plan, I guess we have to conclude that Bernie is now throwing American workers under the bus.  When he ran for President four years ago he was still getting some praise for his stance in defense of American workers and his earlier opposition to the failed 2007  comprehensive immigration reform bill.  See Time magazine story here in January 2016.

Sanders’ immigration plan: Halt deportations, abolish ICE, welcome 50K ‘climate migrants,’ give welfare to all

Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., on Thursday released a sweeping immigration plan that would impose a moratorium on deportations, “break up” existing immigration enforcement agencies, grant full welfare access to illegal immigrants and welcome a minimum of 50,000 “climate migrants” in the first year of a Sanders administration.

The plan effectively establishes Sanders at the far left of the immigration debate,as he aims to energize a base that helped drive his 2016 primary campaign amid competition from other liberal candidates in the field this time around.

The plan was written in conjunction with several illegal immigrants who were shielded from deportation by former President Barack Obama’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program.

In the plan, Sanders pledges to extend legal status to those eligible under the DACA program, as well as to grant relief for their parents.

He also promises to use executive authority to allow illegal immigrants who have lived in the country for five or more years to stay “free from threat of deportation.”

On day one of a Sanders presidency, he would also place a moratorium on deportations until there was a full audit of “current and past practices and policies.” He would also end the so-called Trump travel ban, as well as other Trump policies such as the Migrant Protection Protocols (MPP), action against sanctuary cities and the public charge rule that restricts green cards to those immigrants deemed likely to rely on welfare.

Sanders then wants to provide a “pathway to citizenship” via Congress for all illegal immigrants living in America — which he says is currently around 11 million — and would ensure that “old or low-level contacts with the criminal justice system” do not prevent illegal immigrants from walking along that path.

He would also create a new program to “welcome migrants displaced by climate change” and push to accept a minimum of 50,000 “climate migrants” in his first year in office.

House Democrats introduce climate refugee bill

Here is a story from the day before the bill was introduced. Imagine the fraud this will create—yikes! the weather has changed where I live so I can now move to America!

House Democrats are set to introduce the first major piece of legislation to establish protections for migrants displaced by climate change, ramping up a push for a long-overdue framework for how the United States should respond to a crisis already unfolding on its shores.

The bill, called the Climate Displaced Persons Act,would create a federal program separate from the existing refugee program to take in a minimum of 50,000 climate migrants starting next year.

The legislation, a copy of which HuffPost obtained, directs the White House to collect data on people displaced by extreme weather, drought and sea level rise and submit an annual report to Congress. It also requires the State Department to work with other federal agencies to create a Global Climate Resilience Strategy that puts global warming at the center of U.S. foreign policy.

The bill, set to be introduced by Representative Nydia Velázquez, a New York Democrat, is a companion to legislation proposed by Massachusetts Democratic Senator Ed Markey, one of the leading advocates for a Green New Deal. Its introduction in the House of Representatives marks an escalation as Democrats start to flesh out what a sweeping federal plan to eliminate emissions and prepare the country for more climate catastrophe would look like.

The 21-page proposal looks unlikely to become law while Donald Trump, who rejects climate science and slashed the country’s refugee cap to a historic low of 18,000 last month, remains president.

Yup!

And that is why everyone reading this post needs to find some place to direct your energy to get Donald Trump reelected for four more years.

Koch Money Funds Open Borders Agenda: Attempts to Sway Supreme Court!

Everyone knows that George Soros funds Leftwing causes and is a proponent of open borders, but even as the Koch brothers (David Koch died this year) have been tagged as the conservative movements money bags, not everyone knows the Kochs have pushed the immigration issue on the same side as Soros and his ilk.

Freedom Partners, my foot! The Left paints the Koch family as the boogeymen on the right. But, make no mistake they are on the same side as George Soros on the most important issue of all time for the survival of America—immigration.

Maybe it happened in your state, but about 8 years ago or so, Americans for Prosperity (Koch creation) came on the scene in Maryland and initially Tea Party groups were thrilled to have a well-funded ally—that is, until it became clear that the subject of immigration (the hottest issue in Maryland at that time) was off the table.

Now comes news that the Koch name is front and center in support of the so-called ‘Dreamers’ as Trump’s effort to dismantle an Obama era executive order that gave amnesty to scores of ‘children’ (not adults) who came to America illegally were given permission to stay and work in America (of course the plan is to eventually give them citizenship and voting rights) goes to the Supreme Court.

Koch’s interest is financial as the subject of labor, and lots of it, is the driving force behind much of the Open Borders movement’s agenda.  Humanitarian lingo is a shield they hide behind!

Koch groups take immigration art exhibit to DC ahead of DACA hearing at Supreme Court

The top nonprofit groups affiliated with conservative mega-donor Charles Koch are unveiling a pop-up art exhibit in Washington, D.C., meant to extol the benefits of immigration.

The “Common Ground” exhibit comes ahead of a Nov. 12 Supreme Court hearing on the future of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program.

It features nine doors with life-size video screens that show different aspects of immigrant life in the United States.

The exhibit is being brought to Washington by Stand Together, the main nonprofit arm of the Koch network, in conjunction with Americans for Prosperity and the Libre Institute, also nonprofit groups within the Koch orbit.

The exhibit will open Tuesday in Washington’s renovated Wharf area, after showings at Nashville’s Politicon and Miami’s Wynwood Art District.

It shows nine aspects of immigrant life, starting with a door titled “Meet Dreamers,” in allusion to DACA recipients, commonly known as “Dreamers.”

Dreamers are on the forefront of the immigration debate as the Supreme Court gears up for the Nov. 12 hearing, where it will decide on the legality of President Trump’s 2017 order to revoke the Obama-era program.

Under DACA, undocumented immigrants who arrived in the country as minors, registered, paid a fee and passed a background check were given a reprieve from deportation and permission to work in the country. Those permits are renewable every two years.

The program was meant as a bridge while Congress legislated a permanent solution for Dreamers.

Trump in September 2017 canceled the program, arguing President Obama had overreached and single-handedly legislated on immigration by granting work permits in addition to deferred action on deportation.

And, for you, the worker whose salaries are kept low by a steady supply of cheap immigrant labor, or you whose community is destroyed by diversity, or you, taxpayers, who pay for welfare benefits and health care for Koch/Soros workers and non-workers, there are no money bags supporting your side of the argument.

There is only the President.
