Texas: Illegal Alien from Kenya Charged in Murder of at Least a Dozen Elderly Women

Nightmare!

Imagine settling your mother into a senior living facility and learning that she was murdered for her jewelry by an African man who was living here illegally.

Some families are now suing the facilities!  But, first the news about what is happening in a case that could become one of the largest serial murder cases in Texas history.

By the way, at least the AP story mentions in its headline Billy Chemirmir’s immigration status while other news accounts call him a “Texas resident.”

From the Associated Press (there are actually 12 indictments),

Man in country illegally charged with 11 murders in Texas

DALLAS (AP) — A Dallas man previously arrested in the death of an 81-year-old woman has been charged with killing at least 11 more elderly women whose jewelry and other valuables he stole, authorities said Thursday.

Kim Leach, a spokeswoman for the Dallas County district attorney’s office, said 46-year-old Billy Chemirmir was indicted Tuesday on six more counts of capital murder in the deaths of women ranging in age from 76 to 94.

Chemirmir, a Kenyan citizen who was living in the U.S. illegally, also is charged in nearby Collin County with two counts of attempted capital murder for similar attacks there, according to county court records.

A Collin County grand jury also returned five capital murder indictments against Chemirmir on Tuesday.

Chemirmir has been in custody since March 2018 in the death of the 81-year-old Dallas woman, Lu Thi Harris. Police in Plano were investigating Chemirmir in connection with suspicious death and suspicious person calls at a senior apartment complex in that Dallas suburb and found evidence linking him to Harris’ death in Dallas, authorities said. Plano is in Collin County.

Because one ninety-year-old survived, the case unraveled! At least a couple of the murders happened at The Tradition where allegedly Chemirmir posed as a maintenance man.

The break in the case came when Chemirmir forced his way into the Plano apartment of a 91-year-old woman that March, telling her to “go to bed. Don’t fight me,” according to an arrest affidavit filed in Collin County. The woman was smothered with a pillow into unconsciousness and robbed. However, paramedics revived her and she told investigators that her attacker had stolen a box containing her jewelry. Police identified Chemirmir from a license plate number and were able to find and tail him days later, when they watched him throw a jewelry box into a trash bin. They traced the box to Harris, according to the affidavit.

[….]

Police said then that investigators were reviewing about 750 unattended deaths of elderly women for possible links.

[….]

In addition to the murder charges, Chemirmir is being held on a charge of being in the country illegally.

More here.

Several news accounts say that there is no information available about how Chemirmir happened to be in the US in the first place. Did he overstay a visa? Come across our border illegally? Win the diversity visa lottery? What?

Here is a story at the Dallas Morning News about families suing the senior living facilities that they allege did not protect their mothers.

VIDEO: President Trump’s Merit Based Immigration The Right Plan for America

As I listened to President Trump deliver his Rose Garden comments on the dramatic shift from the current and antiquated family based to a new and modern merit based immigration plan I understood that the President’s plan rewards success. The Trump Administrations plan would:

  1. End chain migration.
  2. End the visa lottery.
  3. Make immigrants learn English and take a Civics examination before being issued a visa.
  4. Reward success (those immigrants with college degrees, those who have a job or are wanting to start a company in America).
  5. Still provide entry to those who are actually seeking asylum.
  6. Build the wall, but with a door open to those who wish to legally become American citizens.

President Trump is clearly thinking outside of the box Congress has placed America and American workers in. The Trump plan is pro-immigrant, pro-American and pro-growth.

Watch President Trump’s remarks on modernizing our immigration system for a stronger America:

TRANSCRIPT

Rose Garden
2:35 P.M. EDT

THE PRESIDENT:  Thank you very much, everybody.  Thank you.  Please.  Thank you.  Thank you very much.

We’re here on this very beautiful spring day in the Rose Garden to unveil our plan to create a fair, modern, and lawful system of immigration for the United States.  And it’s about time.  (Applause.)

If adopted, our plan will transform America’s immigration system into the pride of our nation and the envy of the modern world.  Our proposal builds upon our nation’s rich history of immigration, while strengthening the bonds of citizenship that bind us together as a national family.

Throughout our history, we have proudly welcomed newcomers to our shores.  Out of many people, from many places, we have forged one people and one nation under God, and we’re very proud of it.  (Applause.)  We share the same home, we share the same destiny, and we pledge allegiance to the same, great American flag.  (Applause.)

Our policies have turbo-charged our economy.  Now, we must implement an immigration system that will allow our citizens to prosper for generations to come.

Today, we are presenting a clear contrast: Democrats are proposing open borders, lower wages, and, frankly, lawless chaos.  We are proposing an immigration plan that puts the jobs, wages, and safety of American workers first.  (Applause.)

Our proposal is pro-American, pro-immigrant, and pro-worker.  It’s just common sense.  It will help all of our people, including millions of devoted immigrants, to achieve the American Dream.

We are grateful to be joined this afternoon by a tremendous number of people from the House, the Senate, and my Cabinet.  And I love you all, but I won’t introduce you all because I’ll be here all day long.  (Laughter.)  But you’re all here.

Our plan achieves two critical goals.  First, it stops illegal immigration and fully secures the border.  And, second, it establishes a new legal immigration system that protects American wages, promotes American values, and attracts the best and brightest from all around the world.

The proposal begins with the most complete and effective border security package ever assembled by our country — or any other country, for that matter.  (Applause.)  It’s so important.

This plan was not developed, I’m sorry to say, by politicians.  We have a lot of politicians.  But you respect the people and you know the people that have developed this plan.  It was designed with significant input from our great law enforcement professionals to detail what they need to make our border — which is 100 percent operationally secure.  One hundred percent.

Everyone agrees that the physical infrastructure on the border and the ports of entry is gravely underfunded and woefully inadequate.  We scan only a small fraction of the vehicles, goods, and all of the other things coming across, including people.  And, sadly, the drugs pour across our border.  We’re going to stop it.

Investment in technology will ensure we can scan 100 percent of everything coming through, curbing the flow of drugs and contraband, while speeding up legal trade and commerce.  It’s the most heavily traded — monetarily — border anywhere in the world, and it’s not even close.

To make certain that we are constantly making the upgrades we need, our proposal creates a permanent and self-sustaining border security trust fund.  This will be financed by the fees and revenues generated at the border crossings itself.

Importantly, we’re already building the wall, and we should have close to 400 miles built by the end of next year, and probably even more than that.  It’s going up very rapidly.  (Applause.)

And I want to thank the Army Corps of Engineers.  They’re doing a fantastic job on the wall.  And that’s a wall that is desperately needed.

As we close the gaps in our physical framework, we must also close the gaps in our legal framework.  Critical to ending the border crisis is removing all incentives for smuggling women and children.  Current law — (applause).  That’s right.  That’s right.  Women and children.  People have no idea how bad it is unless you’re there, and unless you are a member of law enforcement.  They see it every day, and they can’t believe what they see.

Current law and federal court rulings encourage criminal organizations to smuggle children across the border.  The tragic result is that 65 percent of all border-crossers this year were either minors or adults traveling with minors.  Our plan will change the law to stop the flood of child smuggling and to humanely reunite unaccompanied children with their families back home — and rapidly.  As soon as possible.  (Applause.)

We must also restore the integrity of our broken asylum system.  Our nation has a proud history of affording protection to those fleeing government persecutions.  Unfortunately, legitimate asylum seekers are being displaced by those lodging frivolous claims — these are frivolous claims — to gain admission into our country.

Asylum abuse also strains our public school systems, our hospitals, and local shelters, using funds that we should, and that have to, go to elderly veterans, at-risk youth, Americans in poverty, and those in genuine need of protection.  We’re using the funds that should be going to them.  And that shouldn’t happen.  And it’s not going to happen in a very short period of time.  Have to get this approved.

My plan expedites relief for legitimate asylum seekers by screening out the meritless claims.  If you have a proper claim, you will quickly be admitted; if you don’t, you will promptly be returned home.

Crucially — (applause) — our plan closes loopholes in federal law to make clear that gang members and criminals are inadmissible.  These are some of the worst people anywhere in the world — MS-13 and others.  Inadmissible.  Not coming in.  We’re taking them out all the time by the thousands, a year, but they come in.  They are no longer admissible.  And for criminals already here, we will ensure their swift deportation.  (Applause.)

We will keep our communities safe.  Americans can have complete and total confidence that under this plan, the borders will finally be fully and totally secured.  (Applause.)

And I know a number of our Republican friends and others — Lindsey, I see you sitting right there, and Steve, you’re working on a plan — an immediate plan.  A smaller plan, but a very immediate plan to stop it as of this afternoon.  So, as fast as you can get something done.  This is the big, beautiful, bold plan, but we need something very quickly.  And if you can get it done, that would be fantastic.  Okay?  Thank you.  (Applause.)  Appreciate you working on it.

A topic of less discussion in national media, but of vital importance to our country, is our legal immigration system itself.  Our plan includes a sweeping modernization of our dysfunctional legal immigration process.  It is totally dysfunctional.  The system will finally be fair, transparent, and promote equality and opportunity for all.

Every year, we admit 1.1 million immigrants as permanent legal residents.  These green card holders get lifetime authorization to live and work here and a five-year path to American citizenship.  This is the most prized citizenship anywhere in the world, by far.

Currently, 66 percent of legal immigrants come here on the basis of random chance.  They’re admitted solely because they have a relative in the United States.  And it doesn’t really matter who that relative is.  Another 21 percent of immigrants are issued either by random lottery, or because they are fortunate enough to be selected for humanitarian relief.

Random selection is contrary to American values and blocks out many qualified potential immigrants from around the world who have much to contribute.  While countless — and you wouldn’t believe how many countries, like Canada, create a clear path for top talent.  America does not.

Under the senseless rules of the current system, we’re not able to give preference to a doctor, a researcher, a student who graduated number one in his class from the finest colleges in the world — anybody.  We’re not able to take care of it.  We’re not able to make those incredible breakthroughs.  If somebody graduates top of their class from the best college, sorry, go back to your country.  We want to keep them here.

Companies are moving offices to other countries because our immigration rules prevent them from retaining highly skilled and even, if I might, totally brilliant people.  We discriminate against genius.  We discriminate against brilliance.  We won’t anymore, once we get this passed.  And we hope to get it passed as soon as possible.  (Applause.)

Some of the most skilled students at our world-class universities are going back home because they have no relatives to sponsor them here in the United States.  And that’s the only way.  We want these exceptional students and workers to stay, and flourish, and thrive in America.  (Applause.)  Thank you.

As a result of our broken rules, the annual green card flow is mostly low-wage and low-skilled.  Newcomers compete for jobs against the most vulnerable Americans and put pressure on our social safety net and generous welfare programs.

Only 12 percent of legal immigrants are selected based on skill or based on merit.  In countries like Canada, Australia, and New Zealand — and others — that number is closer to 60 and even 70 and 75 percent, in some cases.

The biggest change we make is to increase the proportion of highly skilled immigration from 12 percent to 57 percent, and we’d like to even see if we can go higher.  (Applause.)  This will bring us in line with other countries and make us globally competitive.

At the same time, we prioritize the immediate family of new Americans — spouses and children.  The loved ones you choose to build a life with, we prioritize.  And we have to do that.  They go right to the front of the line.  Right to the front of the line, where they should be.  (Applause.)

America’s last major overhaul of our legal admissions policy was 54 years ago.  Think of that.  So a major update — and that’s what this is: merit system and a heart system — is long overdue.

The millions of legal immigrants who have come to America over the past half century are now cherished members of our national family.  Going forward — (applause) — it is their interest, and in their interest, and their children’s interest, to adopt a green card system that promotes a rising standard of living for all of our citizens.

Three in four new jobs at the end of last year went to Americans previously out of the workforce.  Our economy is better probably than it ever has been in the history of our country.  (Applause.)  And because of that great economy, we’re able to do things that nobody ever thought possible before, and that’s what we’re going to do for immigration, finally.

Wages are rising but our current immigration system works at cross-purposes, placing downward pressure on wages for the working class, which is what we don’t want to do.

Last year, we also passed historic criminal justice reform.  (Applause.)  And we had tremendous backing — bipartisan — from Democrats, Republicans, conservatives, liberals.  I guess we could also use the word “progressives.”  A new word that’s come about.

Americans with criminal records are getting a second chance at life in higher numbers than ever before.  Unfortunately, the current immigration rules allow foreign workers to substitute for Americans seeking entry-level jobs.  So, foreign workers are coming in and they’re taking the jobs that would normally go to American workers.

America’s immigration system should bring in people who will expand opportunity for striving, low-income Americans, not to compete with those low-income Americans.  (Applause.)

Our proposal fulfills our sacred duty to those living here today, while ensuring America remains a welcoming country to immigrants joining us tomorrow.  And we want immigrants coming in.  We cherish the open door that we want to create for our country, but a big proportion of those immigrants must come in through merit and skill.  (Applause.)

The White House plan makes no change to the number of green cards allocated each year.  But instead of admitting people through random chance, we will establish simple, universal criteria for admission to the United States.  No matter where in the world you’re born, no matter who your relatives are, if you want to become an American citizen, it will be clear exactly what standard we ask you to achieve.  It will be made crystal clear.  (Applause.)

This will increase the diversity of immigration flows into our country.  We will replace the existing green card categories with a new visa, the Build America visa — which is what we all want to hear.  (Applause.)

Like Canada and so many other modern countries, we create an easy-to-navigate points-based selection system.  You will get more points for being a younger worker, meaning you will contribute more to our social safety net.  You will get more points for having a valuable skill, an offer of employment, an advanced education, or a plan to create jobs.

We lose people that want to start companies, and, in many cases, they’re forced to leave our country; go back, usually, to the country where they came from; and they’ll start up companies, and some of those companies are among the biggest and most successful companies today in the world.  They could’ve started them right here in the United States, where they wanted to do it in the first place.  Now they’ll have a chance.  (Applause.)

Priority will also be given to higher-wage workers, ensuring we never undercut American labor.  To protect benefits for American citizens, immigrants must be financially self-sufficient.

Finally, to promote integration, assimilation, and national unity, future immigrants will be required to learn English and to pass a civics exam prior to admission.  (Applause.)

Through these steps, we will deliver an immigration system that respects, and even strengthens, our culture, our traditions, and our values.

Four months ago, I had the honor of participating in a swearing-in ceremony for new Americans, right here in the Oval Office.  It was a beautiful reminder that American citizenship is the most precious gift our nation has to offer.  When we swear in new citizens, we do more than give them a permit; we give them a history, a heritage, a home, and a future of limitless possibilities and potential.

Our nation used to pride ourselves on this capacity: our unique ability to instill the spirit of America into any human heart, into any human being.  Many of the Democrats have claimed to be for these concepts at different times in their careers and, in many cases, in very recent history.  And I hope that they will end up joining me and all of the people gathered together today in putting politics aside, putting security and wages first, and pursuing these historic reforms.  It’s time.  (Applause.)

And if for some reason — possibly political — we can’t get the Democrats to approve this merit-based, high-security plan, then we will get it approved immediately after the election, when we take back the House, keep the Senate, and, of course, hold the presidency.  (Applause.)  Thank you.  Thank you.  Thank you.  Thank you very much.

But wouldn’t it be nice to do it sooner than that?  (Laughter.)  But it’s not a very long time, is it?  Sixteen months.

One of the reasons we will win is because of our strong, fair, and pro-America immigration policy.  It’s time to restore our national unity and reaffirm our national purpose.  It is time to rebuild our country for all Americans.

Together, we will create an immigration system to make America safer, and stronger, and greater than ever before.

Thank you.  God bless you all.  Thank you very much.  (Applause.)  Thank you.

Trump Seeks to Unify GOP Around Immigration Goals

President Donald Trump hopes to unite Republicans behind new immigration goals that focus on border security and a merit-based system that keeps legal immigration at current levels.

The president is set to deliver a Rose Garden address on the plan at 2:30 p.m. Thursday.

Trump wants more people coming to the country to fill new jobs in the expanding economy, and is concerned that Democrat lawmakers routinely stick together, especially in the Senate.

Senior administration officials contend Trump’s plan will make legal immigration more fair and is in the national interest. They contend that it will bring in, and keep, the best and the brightest legal immigrants.

The number brought in because of family already here—so-called chain migration—is expected to decline under the plan.

Senior administration officials noted Wednesday that Democrats already have come to the table with their non-negotiables, while Republicans still have several points of disagreement.

The president aims to find points that almost all Republican lawmakers can agree on.

The officials estimated that the merit-based changes would shift the immigration population from 13% employment-based to almost 60% employment-based.

Three categories would focus on “extraordinary talent” visas and vocation visas, and on keeping “extraordinary students” from abroad after they graduate from U.S. colleges.

The visas would be issued on a point-based system, more in line with Canada, Japan, New Zealand, and other countries, officials said.

While moving immigration policy toward a meritocracy, the plan still would prioritize spouses and children to achieve family reunification. But, senior administration officials said, the plan would not give an immigrant an unfair advantage to enter the United States simply because he or she has a relative already here.

Because the immigration-neutral, merit-based plan is aimed at uniting the president’s party, it doesn’t include language about the Obama administration’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, or about a guest worker program.

Republicans have been divided on both issues.

The White House hopes to push Democrat opponents of the plan either to negotiate or argue for the status quo.

The border security portion of the plan includes a border wall and closing loopholes to end the policy known as catch and release.

Trump is frustrated with the current system, which releases hundreds of thousands of illegal border crossers pending a hearing because of a shortage of federal immigration judges.

Dear Readers:

With the recent conservative victories related to tax cuts, the Supreme Court, and other major issues, it is easy to become complacent.

However, the liberal Left is not backing down. They are rallying supporters to advance their agenda, moving this nation further from the vision of our founding fathers.

If we are to continue to bring this nation back to our founding principles of limited government and fiscal conservatism, we need to come together as a group of likeminded conservatives.

This is the mission of The Heritage Foundation. We want to continue to develop and present conservative solutions to the nation’s toughest problems. And we cannot do this alone.

We are looking for a select few conservatives to become a Heritage Foundation member. With your membership, you’ll qualify for all associated benefits and you’ll help keep our nation great for future generations.

Democrats are allowing Rashida Talib’s Anti-Semitism to become Public Policy

Nancy Pelosi–Where are you?

When will Jews wake up to the fact that the Democratic Party in the House of Representatives is covering up antisemitism among its Democratic members. Recently the Democratic House of Representatives has downplayed Rashida Talib’s most recent antisemitic remarks claiming they were mischaracterized by Republicans. Then how they explain the fact that almost every Jewish organization is upset with Talib’s antisemitic remarks even though they know most Jews vote for Democrats? The Democratic leaders also know these Anti-Semites use their antisemitism to raise funds following their outrageous remarks.

The Democrats are covering up antisemitism within their ranks rather than addressing it.They are enablers. Covering up antisemitism encourages more of it and  makes it socially acceptable.  The difference between outspoken Anti-Semites and enabler’s is that enablers practice their antisemitism in secret.

Tlaib’s Morbid Fantasies of a “Safe Haven” For Jews

By Joseph Klein

Palestinian-American Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib, D-Mich., is standing by her latest hate-filled statement, which is based on a monstrous falsehood. She said that she has a “kind of calming feeling” when she thinks about the Holocaust because her Palestinian “ancestors” tried “to create a safe haven for Jews, post-the Holocaust, post-the tragedy and the horrific persecution of Jews across the world at that time.” In the same interview by hosts Michael Isikoff and Daniel Klaidman, Rep. Tlaib complained, according to her one-sided Palestinian victimhood narrative, “that it was my ancestors, Palestinians, who lost their land and some lost their lives, their livelihood, their human dignity, their existence in many ways…”

Rep. Tlaib’s Palestinian “ancestors” were in fact amongst the enthusiastic boosters of the Nazi genocide machine during World War II. Palestinian leaders sought to carry on the plan to exterminate as many of the Jews as possible who had managed to escape the Holocaust and reach the Holy Land following the war. Instead of accepting the original two-state solution proposed by the United Nations more than seven decades ago under which the Palestinians could have been living in their own independent state all this time, their leadership rejected the idea of a Jewish state existing side by side in peace with a Palestinian state.

President Trump correctly admonished Rep. Tlaib, tweeting “Democrat Rep. Tlaib is being slammed for her horrible and highly insensitive statement on the Holocaust. She obviously has tremendous hatred of Israel and the Jewish people.” Bernie Sanders rushed to her defense. Senator Sanders tweeted that President Trump should apologize for “taking Rep. @RashidaTlaib’s comments out of context.” This is the same man who said the Boston Marathon terrorist bomber should have the “right” to vote from jail.

Virginia: Somali Uber Driver Accused of War Crimes

It is all over the news so I’m sure you’ve seen it, but what struck me was a CNN cable news report this morning (you know I watch them for a little bit every day) and a female reporter asked Yusuf Abdi Ali“Do you deserve to live here?”

Wow!  CNN actually asked that question a couple of times (of course he didn’t answer).  What is going on with CNN?  The lengthy report actually tells us how he came to be living in the US and it involves fraud in the US refugee program.

As I said on several previous occasions, if you want to find a topic to satisfy a yen to write a blog, write a blog and call it New American Somali Watch?’

Material is available on a daily basis!
From CNN,

Accused of War Crimes and Torture, Uber and Lyft Hired Him

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Where does an alleged war criminal accused of torture and directing mass executions look for work while living in the United States? For Yusuf Abdi Ali, there was an easy answer: Uber and Lyft.

Within a couple of days of applying to be a ride-share driver, Ali said he was approved to shuttle passengers from place to place. He’s been doing it for more than 18 months, according to his Uber profile.

“I do this full time,” said Ali, who drives in suburban Virginia. He explained that he prefers to drive during weekends because “that’s where the money is.”When CNNreporters recently caught a ride from Ali, the former Somali military commander was listed on Uber’s app as an “Uber Pro Diamond” driver with a 4.89 rating.

Ali said he has driven for Lyft, too, but he prefers working for Uber. His white Nissan Altima had only an Uber sticker on it. Asked if the application process was difficult, Ali replied that it was a breeze.

“They just want your background check, that’s it,” said Ali, who was unaware that undercover CNN reporters were riding with him and recording the trip on video. “If you apply tonight maybe after two days it will come, you know, everything.”

Ali’s work as a ride-share driver raises new questions about the thoroughness of Uber and Lyft’s background check process and the ease with which some people with controversial pasts can get approved to drive.

[….]

Ali has not been convicted of a crime, but a basic internet search of his name turns up numerous documents and news accounts alleging he committed various atrocities while serving as a military commander during Somalia’s civil war in the 1980s.

His past was detailed in a documentary by the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation that featured eyewitnesses in northern Somalia who described killings allegedly committed under the direction of Ali, also known as “Colonel Tukeh.”

[….]

Uber and Lyft’s background checks are mostly performed by a separate company called Checkr, which uses applicants’ names and Social Security numbers to search for information in a national sex offender database, federal and local court records and databases used to flag suspected terrorists and others, representatives from the companies said.

A Checkr spokesperson told CNN that its background checks “rely on public criminal records that have been adjudicated in a court of law rather than unverified sources like Google search results. Similarly, most employers don’t request background checks that include pending civil litigation due to its subjective nature.”

This week, Ali is defending himself against a civil suit filed in federal court in Virginia by a man who claims he was one of Ali’s victims in 1988. Farhan Mohamoud Tani Warfaa alleged in court documents that Ali tortured and shot him and ordered bodyguards to bury his body. The guards recognized that Warfaa, a farmer, had not died and accepted a bribe from his family to release him, according to documents.

Now here is what I was most interested in—how did he come to be living among us as a ‘new American?’

According to public accounts, Ali moved to Canada after the Somali military regime he worked under collapsed in 1991. He was deported after news about his alleged war crimes in Somalia became public through that CBC documentary.

Ali entered the United States on a visa through his Somali wife who became a US citizen. In 2006, his wife was found guilty of naturalization fraud for claiming she was a refugee from the very Somali clan that Ali is accused of torturing.

There is much more, continue reading here.

What I would like to know is where is the wife?  If she was convicted of naturalization fraud 13 years ago, did we deport her?  I bet not!

It is even worse! Only a few years ago Ali worked as a security guard at Dulles International Airport

TAKE ACTION: Ask Florida Governor Ron DeSantis to Implement E-Verify Statewide

Over 4 million Floridians for Ron DeSantis for governor. Thousands voted for now Governor DeSantis based on his promise to implement E-Verify. During this session the Florida state legislature failed to bring E-Verify to the floor for a vote. It is time for Governor DeSantis to take action to implement E-Verify statewide.

Governor DeSantis said during his inaugural address:

We will stand for the rule of law. We won’t allow sanctuary cities. And we will stop incentivizing illegal immigration, which is unfair to our legal immigrants, promotes lawlessness and reduces wages for our blue-collar workers. [Emphasis added]

Having illegal aliens fill jobs that can, should and would be filled by legal Florida citizens is wrong. Implementing E-Verify will eliminate the incentive to come to Florida.

PODCAST: Michigan’s Muslim Mafia Calls the Shots

“CAIR and [its Executive Director] Dawud Walid are the new kingmakers in this part of Michigan and everyone knows it. If you incur Walid’s wrath by standing up for Christians against Muslims, you can kiss your political career goodbye.” – Leo Hohmann

Sterling Heights Mayor Michael Taylor, an ambitious GOP Marxist, is more than willing to side with the Muslim Brotherhood on mosque construction and throw Christians under the bus.  As well as break the law, by throwing out the current laws for zoning and planning in that location that the City Council followed in denying the build.  Mayor Taylor submitted to Islam and the lawfare that CAIR practices against anyone who challenges Islam’s refusal to live under state and local laws!  Islam can NOT live under current regulatory laws, followers can ONLY live under Sharia… and that means they will NOT assimilate, will NOT recognize the “law of the land”, and they WILL put fear into those that stand in their way!

“There is no political force like CAIR organized on behalf of Chaldean Catholics. VIDEO: Border Patrol Chief Explains our Immigration Crisis in 6 Minutes

The White House in an email released the following statement and May 9th video on the growing border crisis:

Border Patrol chief: Our national security is at risk

If there was ever a moment for a sense of urgency from Washington about America’s border crisis, that time is now.

“As of Sunday, only seven months into the year, we have now surpassed the total southwest border apprehensions of every fiscal year since 2009,” U.S. Border Patrol Chief Carla Provost told members of a U.S. Senate Judiciary subcommittee yesterday.

U.S. Border Patrol Chief Carla Provost Testifies About the Border Crisis:

The White House email notes:

Because of dangerous loopholes in American immigration laws, today “family units” and unaccompanied children account for 64 percent of all apprehensions at the southern border. Illegal immigrants and human smugglers “have received the message loud and clear,” Provost says.

“Bring a child—you will be released.”

That policy creates an unmitigated humanitarian and security disaster. One problem is that illegal immigration is dangerous and often relies on criminal smugglers to breach the border. Bringing young children along in that journey puts them at grave risk.

An even more pressing danger comes from “fake families”—a growing phenomenon where children are unwillingly paired with nonparent adults to game U.S. asylum laws. Once entry is granted, those children become expendable, sometimes being appallingly “recycled” back across the border for use by another asylum-seeker.

Congress needs to take action—and that doesn’t simply mean building more temporary facilities, Provost said. “It’s like holding a bucket under a faucet. It doesn’t matter how many buckets you give me if we can’t turn off the flow.”

JIHAD AT THE BORDER: How the border crisis facilitates the entry of terrorists.

On Sunday, April 28, 2019, CBS News program, 60 Minutes reported on The Situation At The Southern Border.

Here is how the 60 Minutes’ report began:

Earlier this month, President Trump placed Kevin McAleenan in charge of the Department of Homeland Security. The president fired his previous DHS chief, Kirstjen Nielsen, because he said he wanted to go in a tougher direction. As the new acting secretary, McAleenan is facing the largest wave of illegal crossings at the U.S.-Mexico border in a decade. 100,000 migrants were detained just last month. So we went to McAllen, Texas, one of the busiest sections on the border, to see for ourselves. We were surprised how many families were crossing, where they were detained and how quickly they were released. We asked Secretary McAleenan how he plans to manage the crisis and navigate what may be the most difficult job in Washington.

It is worth noting that 60 Minutes described the situation as a “crisis” a reality denied by many Democrats.

The 60 Minutes team was given access to the McAllen Border Patrol Station where, at the time, was housing 551 aliens who were being processed after they crossed into the United States.

Here is an excerpt from the 60 Minutes report:

Chief Patrol Agent Rudy Karisch says they are struggling to care for the increasing numbers of families.

Sharyn Alfonsi: What are the agents having to do to deal with this new population that’s coming across?

Agent Rudy Karisch: Forty percent of my workforce right now is dedicated to the processing, to the care and feeding, to the hospital watch. So that takes that 40 percent away from their border security mission.

Thus the ability of the already beleaguered U.S. Border Patrol to secure our porous and dangerous southern border has been diminished by 40%.

Those who study history, specifically World War II know that “D-Day,” also known as “Operation Overlord” was only successful because of a diversion created by the Allies known as the “Calais Deception” that was officially labeled “Operation Fortitude.”

General George Patton was put in charge of a phantom division that consisted of inflatable tanks and trucks that from the air, created the elaborate but false illusion of a large contingent of soldiers preparing to attack Germany at the Pas-de-Calais rather than at Normandy where the attack would actually be mounted.

The Germans were thus conned into splitting up their defensive forces, leaving Normandy vulnerable to the Allies on June 6, 1944.

Today our Border Patrol and, indeed, the entire immigration system, is being inundated by huge numbers of illegal aliens forcing the Border Patrol to deploy many of its agents to assignment that remove them from the primary mission of securing vast stretches of unsecured border.

Consequently, stretches of our southern border suffer a lack of resources to prevent the un-inspected entry of aliens and like narcotics and other contraband, including potentially weapons.

While the media focuses on “migrant families” seeking entry to flee poverty and violence in their home countries, they ignore that not all families are actually families but may be committing fraud.  In fact, DHS is now sending ICE agents to the border who have expertise in identifying fraud documents because children are being, in a manner of speaking, “re-cycled” arriving at the border with adults who claim to be their parents.  Once released in the United States, the children are sent back to Mexico where they then return to the border with another set of “parents” who have no relationship to them.

To counter this horrific practice, as the New York Post reported on April 27, 2018, Border Patrol begins fingerprinting migrant children.

Additionally aliens from all over the world, not just from Latin America have been entering the United States without inspection along the dangerous southern border, all too many from “Special Interest Countries,” that is to say countries that are associated with radical Islamist terrorism.

Case in point: On April 30, 2019 the Justice Department issued a press release, Jordanian National Pleads Guilty to Conspiracy to Bring Aliens into the United States, which noted that in 2017 the smuggler smuggled aliens from Yemen, a “Special Interest Country” into the United States without inspection from Monterrey, Mexico to Piedras Negras in Texas.

As I reported in a previous article, on January 29, 2019 the Senate Intelligence Committee conducted a hearing on Worldwide Threats that was predicated the “World-Wide Threat Assessment,” that was issued by Daniel Coats, the Director of the Office of National Intelligence, which oversees the U.S. intelligence community.  Additional witness included the heads of the FBI, CIA and other agencies.

The threat assessment warned about the dangers posed by transnational gangs such as MS-13 and went on to report:

TRANSNATIONAL ORGANIZED CRIME

Global transnational criminal organizations and networks will threaten US interests and allies by trafficking drugs, exerting malign influence in weak states, threatening critical infrastructure, orchestrating human trafficking, and undermining legitimate economic activity.

Drug Trafficking

The foreign drug threat will pose continued risks to US public health and safety and will present a range of threats to US national security interests in the coming year. Violent Mexican traffickers, such as members of the Sinaloa Cartel and New Generation Jalisco Cartel, remain key to the movement of illicit drugs to the United States, including heroin, methamphetamine, fentanyl, and cannabis from Mexico, as well as cocaine from Colombia. Chinese synthetic drug suppliers dominate US-bound movements of so- called designer drugs, including synthetic marijuana, and probably ship the majority of US fentanyl, when adjusted for purity.

On December 9, 2018 The Hill, posted an article, “Iran: US sanctions will open doors to ‘drugs, refugees and bombs and assassination’ in west.”

The article focused on the remarks of Iranian President Hassan Rouhani made on December 8, 2018 at what was described as an “Anti-terrorism event” in Tehran.  Rouhani said that if nations continued to adhere to the boycott against Iran that was reimposed by President Trump over the bogus Iranian nuclear deal that had been negotiated by the Obama administration, that Iran would not be able to continue its purported efforts to combat drug trafficking.

Rouhani stated, “I warn all those who boycott, that if our abilities in fighting drugs and terrorism in their origins is undermined, you will not be able to survive the debris of drugs, refugees and bombs and assassination.”

On April 17, 2018 the House Committee on Homeland Security, Counterterrorism and Intelligence Subcommittee, conducted a hearing on the topic, “State Sponsors Of Terrorism: An Examination Of Iran’s Global Terrorism Network.”

The prepared testimony of one of the witnesses, Dr. Emanuele Ottolenghi of the Foundation for Defense of Democracies, included this alarming excerpt:

In recent years, Hezbollah’s Latin American networks have also increasingly cooperated with violent drug cartels and criminal syndicates, often with the assistance of local corrupt political elites….

This toxic crime-terror nexus is fueling both the rising threat of global jihadism and the collapse of law and order across Latin America that is helping drive drugs and people northward into the United States. It is sustaining Hezbollah’s growing financial needs. It is helping Iran and Hezbollah consolidate a local constituency in multiple countries across Latin America. It is thus facilitating their efforts to build safe havens for terrorists and a continent-wide terror infrastructure that they could use to strike U.S. targets.

How many more “dots” need to be connected before Congress cooperates fully with President Trump’s efforts to end the madness?

Watch Shocking Video of Indoctrinated Muslim Kids in Philly

The following video, posted by the Investigative Project on Terrorism, shows a shocking display of indoctrinated Muslim kids in Philadelphia.

In the violent and anti-Semitic song, the children are hoping for the future “liberation” of the al-Aqsa mosque on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem.

Contrary to the song, Muslims have full access to the mosque (save men under 40 in times of Islamist rioting). Since 1967, when Israel gained control of the Jordanian-occupied part of Jerusalem, Israel handed administration of the site back to Jordan. Israel maintains security control of the site.

Computer Program Dubbed ‘Annie’ Making Decisions about Refugee Placement (so we are told!)

Several people sent me this story from The Atlantic about a new computer program that is being tested by the Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society to determine which American town or city could be the most hospitable to a third worlder arriving in the U.S.

I’m posting it just so you know about it and especially for those of you who came over from Refugee Resettlement Watch and have told me you miss news about refugees.

Before I give you a few snips from the story, you need to know that at present the nine federal resettlement contractors meet on a regular basis in the Washington, DC area and divide up the incoming cases.  One long-time observer refers to the process as “bidding for bodies.”

I would love to be a fly on the wall watching the process because, at the present time, the Trump Administration has drastically reduced the incoming refugee flow and so I suspect there is some squabbling among the ‘humanitarian’ agencies for those few paying customers. (For newbies, refugee contractors are paid by the feds on a per refugee head basis.)

I see some pitfalls in the system described in The Atlantic story.  But, first, here is a bit of it,

How Technology Could Revolutionize Refugee Resettlement

For nearly 70 years, the process of interviewing, allocating, and accepting refugees has gone largely unchanged. In 1951, 145 countries came together in Geneva, Switzerland, to sign the Refugee Convention, the pact that defines who is a refugee, what refugees’ rights are, and what legal obligations states have to protect them.

This process was born of the idealism of the postwar years—an attempt to make certain that those fleeing war or persecution could find safety so that horrific moments in history, such as the Holocaust, didn’t recur. The pact may have been far from perfect, but in successive years, it was a lifeline to Afghans, Bosnians, Kurds, and others displaced by conflict.

The world is a much different place now, though. The rise of populism has brought with it a concomitant hostility toward immigrants in general and refugees in particular.

Does it make you feel better that a computer algorithm will decide if your town or city will be a resettlement site?

Annie’s algorithm is based on a machine learning model in which a computer is fed huge piles of data from past placements, so that the program can refine its future recommendations. The system examines a series of variables—physical ailments, age, levels of education and languages spoken, for example—related to each refugee case. In other words, the software uses previous outcomes and current constraints to recommend where a refugee is most likely to succeed. Every city where HIAS has an office or an affiliate is given a score for each refugee. The higher the score, the better the match.

This is a drastic departure from how refugees are typically resettled. Each week, HIAS and the eight other agencies that allocate refugees in the United States make their decisions based largely on local capacity, with limited emphasis on individual characteristics or needs.

Too funny! Refugee workers fear being replaced by technology! (Maybe this is the only good news in this story!)

There is concern that, as Annie and similar tools improve, an algorithm will take over a critical task—placing refugees—that a human is now performing. Officials at HIAS and the programmers who developed the software told me they were aware of those fears. Their solution: Annie will only ever make suggestions; Monken and her colleagues at HIAS make the final decision.

Read it all here.

What they are not telling you is that much consideration has been given in recent years to place refugees (without notice) into unsuspecting communities (and states) as the Leftwing resettlement contractors (like HIAS) seek to diversify white American towns.

So I can see some resistance coming within their own ranks to a program that presumably is based on job availability, housing capacity, and a ‘welcoming’ environment all to benefit refugees as criteria for algorithms for ‘Annie.’

Although I suppose it is possible that ‘Annie’ has built-in bias toward towns in need of a dose of diversity (as determined by the Libs!). Oh joy! Artificial Intelligence picking your neighbors!

I don’t have the time to address every point made in this article, but here, as I see it, is the largest impediment to their theory—-refugees move!

And, they are free to move in America.

Oftentimes they move within months of placement (called secondary migration) because they want to be near others of their own kind—their own nationality or religion—and are thus forming ethnic enclaves in various parts of the country.

Or, they learn about a new meatpacking plant opening up in the next state and they move for the jobs.  Sometimes they hear that welfare is more generous in another state and move to take advantage of those social service benefits.

The Dems are always yapping about democracy (except when it comes to who decides about the demographic makeup of neighborhoods!)

Personally, if we must take refugees, I would like to see a system where the local community gets a say about refugees being placed in their town or city through an open forum process and let the citizens who live there decide how ‘welcoming’ they wish to be.

As it stands, the nine contractors (with or without ‘Annie’) are deciding on what kind of future your town will have!  And, frankly that is patently unfair.

VIDEO: 4 Keys to the Immigration Reform We Need

Immigration is one of the fundamental building blocks that help make America the unique nation that it is.

But the debate over border security and immigration has become toxic because politicians have put politics before principles. And reasonable Americans find themselves trapped between zealots on both sides.

For over two centuries, the United States has welcomed millions of people from every corner of the globe. And today, we lawfully admit over 1 million people every year. That is more than any other country in the world.

The debate is not about whether we should allow immigration—it’s about how we do so in a way that protects American sovereignty, respects the rule of law, and is beneficial to all Americans.

So what does a thoughtful agenda for American immigration reform look like?

Here are four guiding principles:

1. We must respect the consent of the governedthat is, the will of the people.

Individuals who are not citizens do not have a right to American citizenship without the consent of the American people. That consent is expressed through the laws of the United States.

Through those laws, we the people invite individuals from other countries, under certain conditions, to join us as residents and fellow citizens.

2. We cannot compromise national security and public safety.

Every nation has the right, recognized by both international and domestic law, to secure its borders and ports of entry and control what and who is coming into its country.

A disorganized and chaotic immigration system encourages people to go around the law and is a clear invitation to those who wish to take advantage of our openness to harm the nation.

Secure borders, especially in a time of terrorist threat, are crucial to American national security.

3. Becoming a citizen means becoming an American. We must preserve patriotic assimilation.

The founding principles of this nation imply that an individual of any ethnic heritage or racial background can become an American. That’s why we have always welcomed immigrants seeking the promises and opportunities of the American dream.

Patriotic assimilation is the bond that allows America to be a nation of immigrants. Without it, we cease to be a country with a distinct character, becoming instead a hodgepodge of different groups.

If we are to be a united nation, living up to our motto of e pluribus unum—out of many, one—we all must understand and embrace a common language, history, and civic culture.

And that not only benefits America, but also those immigrants and their families who aspire to prosper here.

4. Our lawmakers must respect the rule of law, and immigration is no exception.

Failure to enforce our immigration laws is unfair to those who obey the law and follow the rules to enter the country legally.

Those who enter and remain in the country illegally should not be rewarded with legal status or other benefits. When politicians condone such behavior they only encourage further illegal conduct.

Based on these principles, immigration reform should include transitioning to a merit-based system. We should end practices like chain migration, birthright citizenship, the visa lottery, arbitrary per-country immigration caps, and any form of amnesty for those here illegally.

We must close loopholes that prevent enforcement of our laws and have overwhelmed immigration courts, allowing illegitimate asylum claimants and other lawbreakers to remain in the U.S. indefinitely.

And we must take on these issues one by one. A comprehensive “deal” subjects the fate of policies with universal appeal to the fate of the most controversial topics. The key is to begin by working on the solutions on which most Americans agree.

We must and can address this issue in a manner that is fair, responsible, humane, and prudent. This is too important an issue to not get right and too important an issue to be driven by partisan agendas.

Let’s stay focused on what is best for the welfare of all Americans, both those of today and those of the future.

VIDEO: Watch OPEN BORDERS the Movie

Every Democrat Presidential candidate supports Open Borders, Sanctuary Cities and unlimited illegal immigration. Florida just passed legislation sponsored by Senator Joe Gruters that requires every city and county to abide by requests from ICE. All local governments and police agencies would have to cooperate with federal authorities who enforce immigration law under a bill passed by the Florida Senate. Governor Ron DeSantis is expected to sign the legislation. It is timely that a film about open borders would be made by a Floridian,

According to the OPEN BORDERS Movie website:

“OPEN BORDERS” is a cautionary tale of open borders in the futuristic United States.

What would happen if the borders were opened up? What would America look like? This dystopian thriller shows what could happen. Bronson leads his family in a fight for survival against their globalist enemies. He’s joined by his sidekick Jam, and a young woman named Missle, in this action adventure as they fight for freedom in an ever changing world.

The Southern Border Invasion is Endangering Americans

That a district judge would overrule the president of the United States on a matter of border security in wartime is absurd. Pat Buchanan

It takes more than just walking across the border to become an American citizen. It’s what’s in our souls. Duncan D. Hunter

If we’re so cruel to minorities, why do they keep coming here? Why aren’t they sneaking across the Mexican border to make their way to the Taliban? Ann Coulter

Liberals (Democratic communists) are increasingly in favor of open borders to anyone who wants to enter the United States and national sovereignty be damned.  But not that long ago they all wanted border security.

Schumer 2009: Illegal immigration is wrong, plain and simple. He was all for spending $25 billion to secure the southern border until January of 2018.

Hillary 2015: I voted numerous times when I was a senator to spend money to build a barrier to try to prevent illegal immigrants from coming in.

Obama 2005: We simply cannot allow people to pour into the United States undetected, undocumented, unchecked.

Bill Clinton 1996: His State of the Union address that year showed a striking comparison to what President Trump has said about the subject.  We are a nation of laws.

Dianne Feinstein 2006: Democrats are solidly behind controlling the border, and we support the border fence with the Secure Fence Act of 2006.

Nancy Pelosi 2013: House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi referred to border security as a “basic principle,” and urged congress to support legislation that she claimed would secure the U.S. border.

So, what changed?  President Trump tried to wheel and deal with Schumer and Pelosi regarding funds for the wall, even offering Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) amnesty.  Americans didn’t want it, but neither Pelosi nor Schumer would accept it despite their previous claims. The Democratic socialist hatred for our President supersedes protection for American citizens from illegal alien criminals, Mexican gangs, drug lords and yes Islamic terrorists.

Open Borders and Terrorists

Ranchers and farmers are finding prayer rugs along the United States-Mexico border – evidence corroborating President Donald Trump’s assertion that migrants from Islamic terrorist hotbed nations in the Middle East are breaking into the country.

Texas rancher Dr. Mike Vickers found an Urdu-to-English (official language of Pakistan) dictionary dropped under the cattle fencing on his 1,000-acre ranch north of the U.S.-Mexico border.

While local ranchers have to contend with torn-up fences, broken water lines, contaminated wells and robbery on a daily basis from illegal immigrants streaming through, a Texas Border Patrol agent said there is “no doubt” that among the hordes of Central Americans are also crossers from Pakistan and Afghanistan, raising significant national security concerns.

Other than Mexicans (OTMs) cross our southern border every day and never turn themselves in to Border Patrol like the family units or children.

Dr. Vickers’ wife, Linda, said the southern border ranchers have been dealing with illegals for years and no one seemed to care until our government started shipping illegal aliens all over the country.  Once that happened, it wasn’t just the ranchers’ problem; it became the nation’s problem.

The southern border is 1,933 miles long, and it crosses through arid deserts, rugged mountains, and winding rivers, many areas of which are unprotected by border security, and easily crossed border obstructions.

Hezbollah and Latin America

Relations between Hezbollah and Latin American drug cartels have been well known for two decades. In recent years, border security officials in southwest states have seen an alarming rise in Hezbollah insignia tattoos among imprisoned drug cartel operatives suggesting a very strong relationship among rank and file these days, let alone at the command level.

Over the years pro-Iranian websites have proliferated across Latin America.  Latin American politicians, notably Venezuela’s Maduro, have been in bed with the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corp (IRGC)/Hezbollah operatives for years.

The terror threat from the south is not so much from illegal Latin American immigrants per se, but from Shiite Lebanese Hezbollah working with Iranian IRGC.   Of course, Hezbollah can recruit South Central Americans as operatives as well. There is little doubt that Hezbollah’s connections enable them to enter the U.S. as they desire, through our porous border with Mexico.

Our efforts to combat Islamic terrorism needs to consider the open southern border, the IRGC and Hezbollah threat to national security.

Constitutional Border Empowerment

Donald Trump is the commander in chief of the military and explicitly empowered by the U.S. Constitution to enforce our borders. (Article IV, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution).  As for declaring a national emergency, even though he had to veto the no vote, he won, because there weren’t enough votes to override his veto.  He could have built our border wall in the past eighteen months with defense department funds.

Instead some mysterious forces prevent him from taking action.  Why? Former Assistant States Attorney, Sidney Powell, author of Licensed to Lie, tells us exactly why in her latest article, The Ultimate Betrayal.  Please take the time to read it.

The President of the United States has full authority and full power to shut down the border of the United States to protect the nation and the people in the United States. It’s actually enshrined, not only in our U.S. Constitution, but in the U.S. federal code. It is Title VIII U.S. Code 1181(f).  It gives the president the power to suspend the entry of all aliens whenever he finds their entry would be detrimental to the interests of the United States. He can shut it down whenever he wants to, based on those criteria. It is statutory.

District court judges stopped his orders regarding our southern border several times.  They also repeatedly stopped the President from restricting who enters our country from Muslim nations with a high incidence of terrorists.

But now, even the “regressive” L.A. Times admits the courts won’t stop his emergency declaration or his border wall.

President Trump’s Travel Ban

Finally, on June 26, 2018, the U.S. Supreme Court upheld President Trump’s third executive order (Presidential Proclamation 9645), entitled, Enhancing Vetting Capabilities and Processes for Detecting Attempted Entry into the United States by Terrorists or other Public-Safety Threats, and its accompanying travel ban of 7-8 states known for terrorism.  In the 5-4 opinion penned by Chief Justice John Roberts, the court found that Trump’s immigration restriction fell “squarely” within the president’s authority. The court rejected claims that the ban was motivated by religious hostility.

We need a secured southern border, with walls like those built in Israel and Turkey.

Turkey/Syria Border Wall

Turkey has completed the construction of a 911-kilometer wall (566 mile) bordering with Syria, a country plagued by civil war since 2011.  It is the third longest wall in the world after the Great Wall of China.

Over the period 2015-2018 Erdogan put up approximately 500 miles of 3-meter-high concrete wall (9’10”) along his border with Syria. The border wall incorporates physical, electronic and advanced technology components.  The physical components include modular concrete walls, patrol routes, manned and unmanned towers and passenger tracks.  It is backed up by some 150 towers and fixed lookout posts with electro optic devices and patrolled using armored vehicles.

The European Union funded much of the Turkey/Syrian wall and all of the technology and the armored vehicle cost in order to keep Syrians inside Syria and prevent them from making their way west.

Israeli Border Walls

Illegal immigration to Israel from Africa became a major problem beginning in 2007. Until then, approximately 2,700 illegal immigrants had entered Israel through the Egyptian border in the previous decades.  Over the next five years approximately 61,000 illegal immigrants entered Israel through the Egyptian border, the overwhelming majority coming from Eritrea and Sudan.

Once the 250-mile steel border fence was completed in December 2012, the numbers of illegal immigrants dropped from 10,431 in 2012 to less than 150 in 2013, and now even less, down to 11 per year.

Israel’s West Bank barrier is a wall built by the State of Israel to separate Palestinian territories from Israel. It is built mostly of fences and in some places, it is built of high concrete walls.

Israel’s West Bank barrier

Israel is now beginning work on a barrier in the Golan Heights area to prevent attacks by ISIS and other radical factions involved in the Syrian Civil War.

Our borders should be just as protected.  “Build the Wall” wasn’t just a slogan!  Now armed Mexican troops are crossing the border and disarming our own military.

Armed Mexican Troops

Armed Mexican troops disarmed two United States soldiers while they were on the American side of the border, U.S. defense officials have said.

U.S. Northern Command said in a statement that “five to six Mexican military personnel questioned two U.S. Army soldiers who were conducting border support operations” this month. The U.S. soldiers were in an unmarked Customs and Border Protection (CBP) vehicle near the southwest border near Clint, Texas.

Officials confirmed that the Mexican troops were armed with what seemed to be rifles. They raised their weapons when they saw the two U.S. soldiers, and then took a pistol from one and put it in the CBP vehicle. According to officials talking to CNN, the two Americans obliged “in an attempt to de-escalate a potential volatile situation.”

A senior defense official says the Pentagon is reviewing how U.S. soldiers responded during the incident in which Mexican troops detained and disarmed Americans on Texas soil.

Border Militia Arrested

The FBI arrested Larry Mitchell Hopkins, 69, for alleged unlawful possession of firearms and ammunition days after his group posted videos that appeared to show armed men stopping 200 migrants at the border in New Mexico, ordering them to sit on the ground and coordinating with US border patrol agents to have them taken into custody.

The United Constitutional Patriots have never killed or wounded even one illegal immigrant, something that cannot be said about the so-called professional cops at the Mexican border region,” said former police sergeant Leslie B. Crimmons, who trains civilians in self-defense and firearms safety. And yes, citizens do have the right to arrest.  See Jim Kouri’s recent article for the full story.

On June 18, 1916, U.S. President Wilson ordered 110,000 National Guardsmen from state militias to the Mexican border for patrol duty due to the unstable border situation and hostilities mainly from Mexican bandit, Pancho Villa.

It was the US militia that joined forces with the Continental army to defeat the British and create this nation. It was the US militia that was at Bunker Hill and Concord to stop the redcoats. Articles are labeling those Americans defending the border as “fascists” that are operating under the motivation of being “xenophobic,” when they’re only trying to help defend our nation from invasion.

No Assimilation, No Love for America

Migrants heading north to the U.S. border are not carrying American flags.  They carry the flags of the countries they’re leaving. And most of those migrants are strong young well-fed men.

A photo from the Associated Press shows protesters burning an American flag with a swastika painted on it in support of the migrant caravan heading through Central America for the United States.  Link

The defiant message is that they’ll cross the U.S. border any time they like, immigration laws be damned. They’re hoping to demonstrate such a reality with huge masses of people, who will ultimately be daring the U.S. military or border guards to fire on them.

Then their leaders will claim a propaganda victory over some migrant’s dead body while the U.S. wraps itself in pretzels over its dreaded crimes again unarmed civilians.  Link

Conclusion

In the age of information, ignorance is a choice.  Sadly, far too many Americans are ignorant of what is happening in our country and that the southern border is actually non-existent.  Taxpayers are given a yearly bill of $150 billion for the cost of migrant invaders. The hordes of illegal aliens from third world countries have no desire to assimilate into American society.

Americans who understand what is happening to our nation are growing tired of our ancestors being compared to the migrants of today.  Settling in an undeveloped land and building a civilization is not comparable to invading a post-industrial nation and signing up for welfare.

We’ve had enough!  Close the border and build the wall…

See my report here about what NBC found.

What Rush prescribes is exactly what the Trump Administration should have been doing from day one—REFORMING the entire system of refugee resettlement that begins in Africa, Asia, or the Middle East when a wannabe refugee first registers with the UN for permanent resettlement.

Rush’s report (published yesterday) is here and this is her wrap-up (emphasis is mine),

The United States is entrusting the local staff of UNHCR with the selection of refugees eligible for resettlement in the United States, and entrusting the RSC staff with pre-screening and preparation of case files for resettlement applicants. We don’t know much about these men and women the U.S. government believes possess the exceptional good judgment, expertise, and integrity needed to make refugee determinations and resettlement referrals. But we do know that most work in difficult conditions and are citizens of unsettled countries where corruption is at times deemed an acceptable, even necessary, means of survival.

Let’s not forget that resettlement is one of UNHCR’s “durable solutions”. Resettled refugees are required by law “to apply for a green card (permanent residence) in the United States one year after being admitted as a refugee”.18 They can apply for citizenship four years later (not five, as the five-year count for refugees starts on the day of arrival). From this perspective, a resettlement card gives access to citizenship. UNHCR staff are, in a way, deciding not only who can move to the United States, they are also choosing who will have the opportunity to become an American. Given such high stakes, and the reports of abuses, the U.S. government might want to reconsider the whole resettlement referral system put in place by UNHCR.

If “vulnerability” is no longer the key to selecting refugees for resettlement, does that mean bribery is?

Read it all here.

For the umpteenth time, Trump did a good job slowing the flow to America especially from countries that have been Islamic terror-producing hot spots.  (BTW, Rohingya Muslim arrivals are coming at a fast pace.)

However, the entire flawed system is still firmly in place to be refueled with more of your tax dollars the minute Trump is no longer in the White House.

Maddening!
