The Democrats’ 5-Point Pitch For Voters Summed Up

Remove all of the nonsense spun up daily by the media, peel back the coverage spin, and what is revealed is a series of five Democratic positions that are, not to put too fine a point on it: Absurd and unpopular.

And most Americans find them to be absurd, damaging, crazy, annoying or all of these.

Of course, the shifting polls are showing this. As Americans are paying more attention to political positions and actions, particularly those swing voters who are not too involved with politics generally but who will vote in November, we’re seeing a swing toward more Republican support.

The GOP is now broadly thought to be able to pick up two to three Senate seats, after the Democrat-Media Establishment made a real push to retake the Senate. And the House, which was at one point a foregone conclusion to flip Democratic because of normal midterm responses to the party in power, the (former) unpopularity of the President, and the polls, now appears to be in play with the actual possibility that Republicans could maintain control.

The violence done by Democrats against the bedrock American principle of a presumption of innocence and concept of fairness during the Kavanaugh hearings certainly pushed some swing voters away from Democrats. And the roaring economy surely is moving politically middle Americans toward Republicans.

But the actual issues Democrats are running on are also driving away those in the middle as they actually become aware of them.

Here’s a quick look at those:

  • TRUMP: The primary animating issue Democrats have led with in their agenda is fueled by Trump hatred, and it means stopping, investigating, crippling and if possible removing Trump. But most Americans don’t really want that. And this shows. Despite the ongoing onslaught of negative reporting on President Trump by the media and the daily drumbeat of criticism, Americans feel pretty good about the country and the direction of the country. Astonishingly, given the comparative media coverage, Trump’s approval rating is now at an all-time high of 47 percent — two points above President Obama’s at this exact same point coming up on the midterms.
  • IMMIGRATION: In a nation with more than 20 million illegal aliens, and a massive caravan of now 14,000 Guatemalans and other foreigners marching toward the U.S. southern border (“coincidentally” right at election time,) the Democrats want to abolish the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency. This is deeply unpopular because it is rightly seen as deeply stupid and counterproductive. Democrats fight every effort to secure the border and to control immigration. In practice, they are pushing for de facto open borders. Again, a disastrous policy in a country with generous welfare provisions. This general open-border stance, along with the abolishment of ICE, is overwhelmingly opposed by the American people.
  • MEDICARE: Democrats are in the starting gates and ready to bust out to spin up a quick $20 trillion entitlement called “Medicare for All,” which will not only be more than $20 trillion, but which would rob those who worked a lifetime and contributed to Medicare — while buying their own health care insurance — of true Medicare coverage when their turn comes. It would throw everyone into government healthcare, grind to a halt medical innovation in this country (which means medical innovation in the world,) require crippling tax increases and end with rationed care. This last part is why older people, who had paid in through their lifetimes, would not receive the level of care they paid for others to receive. Basically, it destroys Medicare. When American voters understand this, the polls turn sharply.
  • SOCIALISM: The Alexandra Ocasio-Cortez wing of the Democratic Party is promoting the idea of Democratic Socialism, a colossal expansion of the welfare state in which Medicare for All is only a portion, and would require the nationalization of the healthcare industry and much more, and of course massive tax increases. Millennials may not fully grasp the destruction this would wreak on the American economy and American way of life, but most voters do.
  • GUNS: Democrats not running in red districts or states have given up on the 2nd Amendment. Their efforts at banning undefinable “assault weapons” and attempts to whittle away at Americans’ gun rights have now turned into an increasingly full-throated call to repeal the 2nd Amendment. Yes, repeal it. Americans are very divided on assault weapons, particularly after an egregious mass shooting. But there is little support for ridding the U.S. Constitution of the 2nd Amendment.

When the unpopularity of these five points are combined with the #walkaway movement and the shift in black voters’ support for President Trump, it suggests that the vaunted blue wave may never materialize — media hyperventilating aside. And part of it will actually be policy-based.

UnidosUS, Former La Raza Group, Pushes For Open Borders For Refugee Caravan

La Raza is at it again. Known now as UnidosUS, they are telling the American people that the only humane response to the migrant/refugee caravan traveling through Central America is to throw open our borders.

CNN reports that many people in the caravan have broken Mexico’s border laws. The caravan is allegedly aiming to get into the U.S.

This is another case of UnidosUS putting its partisanship ahead of what’s best for America — including the rule of law. Let’s be clear: nobody wants to see impoverished people believing they have no choice but to flee nations like Honduras. But if the U.S. is really as bad as UnidosUS claims… then why is UnidosUS encouraging the current migration to our southern border?

Remember, UnidosUS has long pushed for unlawful sanctuary city policies and has a history of using racially charged rhetoric to score political points. It makes us wonder if corporations like Coca-ColaWalmartFord and others are hoping you don’t find out about their support for UnidosUS and its liberal immigration agenda.

The following companies and nonprofits support UnidosUS:

Japan considering expanding refugee resettlement to 60

LOL! That doubles their present resettlement numbers.

Every year the UN High Commissioner for Refugees goes to Japan to nag them about resettling refugees.

I doubt they impressed the UN High Commissioner for Refugees when he arrived there yesterday.

From The Japan Times:

Japan will consider accepting more Asian refugees from 2020, with an eye to doubling the current annual ceiling of about 30 to strengthen its response to regional humanitarian needs, government sources said Monday.

The government will review its current policy of receiving refugees only from Myanmar under the third-country resettlement program led by the UNHCR, the United Nations refugee agency, while promoting their settlement not only in Tokyo and surrounding areas but in other parts of the country, according to the sources.

UNHCR Grandi attends a news conference at the Japan National Press Club in Tokyo

U.N. High Commissioner for Refugees Filippo Grandi

Tokyo is expected to convey the idea to U.N. High Commissioner for Refugees Filippo Grandi, who is scheduled to visit Japan from Wednesday, the sources said.

Rohingya! For years I’ve been reporting that Japan was being sensible and saving itself from turmoil by not admitting Muslim refugees.  Oh well.

Since 2010 under the third-country resettlement program, Japan has accepted a total of 174 Myanmar refugees, or 44 families, including some Rohingya Muslims from the western Rakhine State who had been persecuted and moved to neighboring Thailand and Malaysia.

Japan is known for its tight immigration policy. In 2017, the country accepted only 20 of about 20,000 people who applied for refugee status and allowed 45 to stay in the country on humanitarian grounds, according to the Justice Ministry.

Security concerns, yes. But, will their desire for cheap labor cause them to throw caution to the wind?

But some members of the LDP division expressed caution over the new status, pointing to a possible deterioration in public safety resulting from an increase in the number of foreigners in the country.

Shigeharu Aoyama, an Upper House member, said he absolutely opposes the law revision, stressing that the employment of Japanese people should be increased first to solve the nation’s labor shortages. One participant called for the division to spend sufficient time examining the legislation.

They plan to spread the new migrants out to the rural areas of the country.

It’s Time For America To Go On The Offensive On Immigration

Mine is a love-hate relationship with Geraldo Rivera. I find him comical and light-hearted most of the time. But then he goes off and says the stupidest things; so dumb it makes Juan Williams look professorial.

In particular, Geraldo Rivera tends to fall off the deep end when he speaks of immigration, and yesterday was no exception. In an article expressing his proposal at resolving the immigration crisis, Geraldo wrote,

“In exchange for leniency and a path to citizenship for long-time undocumented residents already in this country — who were brought to the U.S. as children by their parents — pro-immigration advocates, like me, should announce our support for President Trump’s border wall. It will help restore order along the southern border, and mitigate the hysteria currently gripping the national immigration debate and tainting the mid-term elections.”

Never mind that the position of immigration advocates regarding the President of the United States has no bearing on the state of affairs in Central America; the notion that continued opposition to President Trump’s border wall will have any effect on his resolve to pursue it is also ill-conceived. Moreover, it is increasingly clear to most Americans that advocating for an open border is an absurd position that only serves to work against the interests of the United States and its citizens.

But included in Geraldo’s article is a statement that crosses the border between political discourse and unsubstantiated, discriminatory speech. Specifically, Geraldo wrote,

“It is, in my opinion, fear of our nation being over-run by poor, hungry, brown people in sufficient numbers to change our basic national character, which motivates most critics of this caravan and, more broadly, illegal immigration.”

I can confidently speak not only for my position, but also for that of anyone I have spoken to regarding border protection, and I have been discussing this issue a heck of a lot, that in absolutely no case has anyone factored the color of one’s skin or the nationality of those crossing illegally in the analysis of immigration. Quite the opposite; the only topics that keep coming up are our national sovereignty, our economy, and our national security. And for me, the most important of these is our national sovereignty.

So, in response, let me tell share with you my proposal on how to address this issue.

First, the necessity of building the wall, at this point, is a foregone conclusion. With the chaos we are witnessing to the south of us, there is no valid argument against it to be made. Build the wall, and build it now!

Second, the more immediate question is what to do about the thousands of individuals who are heading to our southern border at this moment. Here, I think the United States is making a big mistake in playing defense. Like prevent defense in football, the United States is sitting at the end zone waiting for its opponent to arrive in the hope that once it gets there it will be able to stop it, or the clock will run out. But there is not clock on the massive caravan coming our way, nor the one forming behind it.

I say, the United States needs to go on offense.

The United States needs to coordinate an affirmative effort with Mexico to dissuade the “dissidents” from proceeding. The effort should begin with the airdropping of leaflets, in Spanish, letting the migrants know that they are continuing their journey at their own peril and that if they should choose to continue, they will be stopped, by force if necessary, at the border. Helicopters would deliver the same message using megaphones, urging them to turn back. Included in this message is the offer to have those wishing to turn back transported to their home country, free of charge.

Next, in a coordinated exercise with Mexico, the United States should begin crowd disbursement activities. This will help to further diminish the size of the crowd eventually confronting our officers at the border. The topic of forcibly repatriating those who remain while still in Mexico should also be discussed with Mexican officials. If amenable, the United States should engage with Mexico in joint exercises accomplishing this end.

Those arriving at the border despite all these civil obstacles are more likely than not eager to engage in nefarious activities. These will be engaged, forcefully if necessary, at the border, and repelled.

Having regained control in the short run, and while building the wall, the United States would then have to evaluate the issues that are allowing for an appetite for emigration in the first place. We already know these include the many economic and governmental challenges plaguing Central American countries. The United States should immediately begin a mutually beneficial, long-term strategy aimed at reforming Central America with the goal of improving living conditions while benefiting the American economy and trade. Unquestionably, if these nations partner up, the results can be lucrative for each; and for their citizens.

As opposed to empty promises of support for the President, this plan will offer short-term control and long-term stability, making it much more worthy of pursuit.

And that, Geraldo, is an actual proposal.

VIDEO: What Average Americans Think About The Caravan? We Asked.

People on the streets of Washington, D.C., told The Daily Caller News Foundation whether or not they’d be fine with letting a caravan of migrants from Central America enter into the United States.

Almost all of people interviewed thought the migrants traveling in the caravan should be welcomed with open arms. A few believed a process of vetting should occur for asylum seekers and that others should go through the process of legal immigration.

“I think they need to be vetted. I’m all for having asylum seekers, but we need to make sure that our security’s not being breached,” a woman told TheDCNF.

The Threat Posed by the Impending Invasion: All Americans need to wake up and pay attention.

As I have been watching with growing concern the rapidly increasing numbers of aspiring illegal aliens in Latin America who are heading north towards the United States, I came to draw the comparison that the aerial videos of these huge numbers of people, at least from high overhead, appear somewhat like the images of the runners participating in the New York City Marathon.

That analogy caused me to think back to March 20, 2013, during the Obama administration, when I testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on the topic, “Building An Immigration System Worthy Of American Values.”

The last two paragraphs of my prepared testimony for that hearing more than five years ago now seem all the more appropriate if not, in fact, prophetic:

Law enforcement is at its best when it creates a climate of deterrence to convince those who might be contemplating violating the law that such an effort is likely to be discovered and that if discovered, adverse consequences will result for the law violators. Current policies and statements by the administration, in my view, encourages aspiring illegal aliens around the world to head for the United States. In effect the starter’s pistol has been fired and for these folks, the finish line to this race is the border of the United States.

Back when I was an INS special agent I recall that Doris Meissner who was, at the time, the commissioner of the INS, said that the agency needed to be “customer oriented.” Unfortunately, while I agree about the need to be customer oriented what Ms Meissner and too many politicians today seem to have forgotten is that the “customers” of the INS and of our government in general, are the citizens of the United States of America.

These foreigners are massing in Latin America, heading for the United States in what is certainly a coordinated strategy to overwhelm America’s capacity to secure its borders and effectively enforce and administer its immigration laws.

That system has always lacked adequate resources or the commitment to imbue the immigration system with meaningful integrity because it is a simple matter to simply prove the great majority of applications for immigration benefits which was how previous administration generally dealt with those applications for immigration benefits and the “keys to the kingdom” that they represent.  After all, with the customer-oriented mentality of previous administrations, Democrat and Republican alike, the alien “customer” was almost always right.

Indeed, the starter’s pistol has been fired.  The only questions that demand answers are, who pulled the trigger and with what ultimate goal?

There are a number of suspects and it is entirely possible that there has been collusion by several groups that may not immediately appear to relate to one another but have come together for common purposes.

While many speculate about George Soros we must not ignore the potential that Iran may well be a major player.

In my previous article, “The Impending Alien Invasion,” I addressed the apparent “marriage of convenience” between the terror groups Hezbollah and Hamas and the Drug Trafficking Organizations of Latin America that work cooperatively in an unholy alliance to move large quantities of people and narcotics and other contraband into the United States as a funding mechanism and also to move illegal aliens into the United States for profits and to also bring their operatives into the United States to participate in criminal operations and to also embed Iranian sleeper agents in the United States.

This is worrying enough but there are more issues to consider and reasons why all Americans from coast to coast and border to border need to be extremely concerned.

For far too long the virtually all-encompassing focus on the U.S./Mexican border has served to convince many Americans across the United States that there are only “four border states.”  Sadly all too many of our fellow citizens are so selfish that they believed that since they did not live along the southern border in one of those “border states” that the issue of border security was of no real concern to them.

I have frequently noted that our nation has 50 border states, any state that has an international airport, access to our nation’s 95,000 miles of coastline or lies along the northern as well as the southern border are all border states.

No matter where or how aliens enter the United States, they have access to our entire country.  This is why “Sanctuary Cities” and “Sanctuary States” pose a threat to national security and to each and every person in the United States no matter where they live.

Today, however, the focus is on that extremely porous and highly dangerous U.S./Mexican border.

If these aliens are able to ultimately gain entry into the United States they will not emulate Neil Armstrong or the other Apollo astronauts who grabbed some lunar samples, planted a flag and promptly flew back to Earth.  These aliens are likely to fan out across the United States potentially impacting every state of our nation for decades to come.

They would be undoubtedly drawn to Sanctuary Cities that will welcome them like conquering heroes.  The terrorists among them could use those cities as staging areas as they embed themselves, hiding in plain sight, in preparation for the day they are called into action.

In point of fact there is a huge population in NYC comprised of illegal aliens who entered the United States without inspection along our northern and southern borders.

Nearly a year ago I wrote an article, “New York City: Hub For The Deadly Drug Trade,” wherein I discussed the fact that the only reason that the Mexican drug cartels had decided to make the City of New York their central hub for their drug trafficking operations on the east coast was due, in large measure, to the sanctuary policies of New York City.

Of course the Radical Left and their allies in the Mainstream Media has decried President Trump’s concerns that among these aspiring aliens are criminals and aliens from the Middle East and potentially terrorists.

Of course the fact that the President receives a daily briefing from the intelligence services does not matter to these supposed “journalists” who simply write off the President’s statements as “right-wing fear mongering.”

Just this evening my local CBS radio anchor proclaimed that the Caravan of Central American migrants was bringing desperate immigrants looking for a better life.

Somehow it did not occur to the reporter to ask why these aliens would want to come illegally rather than legally.  The U.S. has the most generous legal immigration system on the planet.

Nor did he question that perhaps they weren’t all from Latin America.

It must be presumed that these supposed “journalists” have blithely ignored the testimony of numerous expert witnesses who have testified before a long string of hearings in the House and Senate.  It must also be presumed that these “journalists” have never read the 9/11 Commission Report and/or the official report, 9/11 and  Terrorist Travel – Staff Report of the National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States.

Both reports made it clear that the 9/11 terror attacks and other terror attacks the Commission studied were only possible because of multiple failures of the immigration system.

In November 2001, shortly after the terror attacks of September 11, 2001 I was called to testify before the Immigration Reform Caucus that was attempting to uncover how our nation could be so devastatingly fall victim to a terror attack carried out by aliens who had, in one way or another, been able to enter the United States and go about their deadly preparations by exploiting failures of the immigration system by violating various immigration laws as well as other laws.

On December 10, 2001 my prepared testimony for that hearing was submitted to the Congressional Record by then Chairman of the Immigration Reform Caucus, Rep. Tom Tancredo. Here is an excerpt from my testimony you must take to heart:

It is often said that you only get one opportunity to make a first impression.  Generally speaking, the first laws that aliens entering the United States encounter are those laws that the INS (Immigration and Naturalization Service) is supposed to enforce.  When the INS fails to effectively,, consistently and fairly enforce those laws, we are sending a very dangerous message to aliens seeking to enter the United States.  In effect we are telling them that not only can they expect to get away with violating our laws, they can anticipate being rewarded for violating our laws.

Many years have passed since that hearing.  More deadly terror attacks have since been carried out, while still other unsuccessful attacks have been attempted to be carried out, all by aliens who, in one way or another exploited multiple failures of the immigration system.

Aliens who successfully game the immigration system create a serious problem.  Not only because those aliens succeed in obtaining immigration benefits they should never be granted, but because each time the immigration system fails, more aliens are encouraged to head for the United States fully expecting to be successful in making a mockery of our borders and our laws thereby committing Immigration Fraud: Lies That Kill.

As the number of aliens who apply for asylum grows the system will ultimately implode and obliterate any vestige of integrity to a system that is a major component of national security.

The Left would call this fear mongering- I call it “Connecting the dots.”

Judicial Watch EXCLUSIVE Video: Caravan Migrants Coming ‘From All Over the World.’

Judicial Watch is covering the crisis from the Guatemalan-Honduran border this week and observed that the popular mainstream media narrative of desperate migrants—many of them women and children—seeking a better life is hardly accurate.

Guatemalan intelligence officials confirmed that the caravan that originated in the northern Honduran city of San Pedro Sula includes a multitude of Special Interest Aliens (SIA) from the countries listed above as well as other criminal elements and gang members.

There are also large groups of men, some with criminal histories, aggressively demanding that the U.S. take them in. During a visit to the Guatemalan town of Chiquimula, about 35 miles from the Honduran border, Judicial Watch encountered a rowdy group of about 600 men, ages 17 to about 40, marching north on a narrow two-lane highway.

Among them was a 40-year-old Honduran man who previously lived in the United States for decades and got deported. His English was quite good, and he said his kids and girlfriend live in the U.S. Another man in his 30s contradicted media reports that caravan participants are fleeing violence and fear for their life.

“We’re not scared,” he said waving his index finger as others around him nodded in agreement. “We’re going to the United States to get jobs.” Others chanted “vamos para allá Trump!” (We’re coming Trump) as they clenched their fists in the air. “We need money and food,” said a 29-year-old man who made the trek with his 21-year-old brother.

All of the migrants interviewed by Judicial Watch repeated the same rehearsed line when asked who organized the caravan, insisting it was a spontaneous event even though there were clearly organizers shouting instructions in Spanish and putting select persons in front of cameras for interviews.

A few claimed they heard about it on local news in Honduras. All of them said the caravan was not about politics but rather poverty. “I just want to get back to the U.S.,” said a 32-year-old man who admitted he has been deported from the U.S. twice. “We are all just looking for work.” The group radiated a sense of empowerment. One marcher, who appeared to be in his late teens, yelled “you go live in Honduras and see what it’s like!”

Honduran President Juan Orlando Hernández, a conservative, said in a local newspaper report that leftist interests seeking to destabilize the country are manipulating migrants.  Women and children are being used without regard to the risks to their lives, Hernández said.

“The irregular mobilization was organized for political reasons to negatively affect the governance and image of Honduras and to destabilize the peace of neighboring countries,” the president said, adding that many have returned to the country after realizing they’ve been fooled.

Guatemala is overwhelmed with the sudden onslaught and immigration officials confirmed 1,700 migrants have been returned to Honduras on buses. The first wave of migrants totaled about 4,000, according to Guatemalan government sources, followed by a second, less organized group of about 2,000.

The impoverished Central American nation needs help, including logistical, communications and civil affairs support to stop the human caravans. “There are only so many resources we can dedicate to this,” said Guatemalan Secretary of Strategic Intelligence Mario Duarte. Guatemalans are getting robbed and crimes are being committed by the people in the caravans, Duarte said.

UPDATE: Judicial Watch Obtains Information, Photos of Unaccompanied “Caravan” Minors Rescued from Human Smugglers by Guatemalan Authorities

Judicial Watch Director of Investigations and Research Chris Farrell – fresh back from Guatemala – just released the following stunning information:

Guatemalan authorities just recovered seven (7) unaccompanied minors from human smugglers working inside the “caravan.”

Guatemalan authorities have taken the children into custody — and they are being given medical check-ups, food, water, etc.

Smugglers have been arrested & the broader investigation into criminal activity in the caravan(s) is ongoing.

The President gives us permission to say we are “nationalists”

I was planning to write about the Daily Mail’s tirade against US Representative Steve King, calling him a white nationalist, today anyway, but oh joy! Donald Trump (with obvious pride) said he is a “nationalist” at his Texas rally last night.

The migrant caravan is not about the poor and downtrodden!

As we watch (in horror), the mostly young male migrant caravan heading to the US border intent on confronting our President’s authority, more Americans are seeing clearly that the battle (the worldwide battle!) is really one of nationalism vs. globalism with the marching human beings as the pawns in a gigantic war for world power.

Rep. King is vilified in the British press for daring to say what we all know.

And, Donald Trump last night reconfirmed why they hate him so much—he gives us all permission to speak!

If you love America and western civilization, and happen to be white, you are the scum of the earth to globalists—white nationalists!

From the Daily Mail:

Iowa Republican Congressman Steve King reveals his white nationalist views in shocking interview with far-right Austrian website saying immigration is ‘slow-motion cultural suicide’

Iowa Republican Representative Steve King has revealed his white nationalist views in an interview with an Austrian far-right publication.

King, an eight-term congressman up for re-election next month, has been linked to Neo-Nazism and the far-right before, but he laid out his extremely conservative views like never before in an interview with far-right propaganda website Unzensuriert, which translates to ‘uncensored’ in English.

Steve-King-Iowa

Congressman Steve King (R-Iowa)

He was interviewed when he stopped in Vienna in August and candidly called for stricter immigration policies, said Mollie Tibbett’s killer should have never been in the U.S., and claims Democrats are teaming up with radical Islamists to attack ‘Western civilization’.

He was interviewed by Caroline Sommerfeld, an intellectual in the European neo-fascist identititarian movement which is connected to the U.S.’s alt-right, to discuss how Muslim and Latino immigrants threaten the U.S. and Europe.

The interview was published in September and went unnoticed by American news outlets until the Huffington Post flagged it.

In the interview Sommerfeld asks: ‘In your opinion is Islam the problem or Western liberalism?’

King replies saying ‘it is like fighting a two front war. How is it, that the liberals, the leftists, on the one side, could build an alliance with the misogynistic hard core rightist Islamic people that have no tolerance for everything?’

This next bit really makes the heathen rage! Bringing up abortion and low fertility rates in the US, and in the west generally, is strictly verboten by the speech police.

He also slammed the U.S. low fertility rate saying ‘if we continue to abort our babies and import a replacement for them in the form of young violent men, we are supplanting our culture, our civilization.’

At multiple points in the interview he uses the phrase ‘Western Civilization’ which he seems to define as white America.

The two touched upon the theory of the Great Replacement – which is the idea that mass migration such as from Muslim-majority countries, could lead to the extinction of white European culture and identity.

King called it ‘slow-motion cultural suicide’.

The Great Replacement is a term used by anti-Muslim European networks who believe migrants and refugees are leading to the Islamification of Europe.

More here.

King, like Trump, is so vilified by the Daily Mail because he gives voice to sensible Europeans’ greatest fears and what they know in their hearts is true.

Readers, remember our enemies have no power when you take away their power to use words to silence you.

Racist, homophobe, Islamophobic, white nationalist, whatever, are just words. Laugh and walk away.

But, of course, continue speaking!

DANGER: 15 Sanctuary Jurisdictions in Florida for Illegal Immigrants — Cost is $6,290,429,108 Annually

According to the Federation for Immigration Reform (FAIR) there are now 564 sanctuary jurisdictions (state, counties, cities) prohibited by law in the United States. Read the full report “Sanctuary Jurisdictions Nearly Double Since President Trump Promised to Enforce Our Immigration Laws” by clicking here.

Click on the image to read the FAIR Report “Sanctuary Jurisdictions Nearly Double Since President Trump Promised to Enforce Our Immigration Laws”

You may be surprised to know that Florida has doubled to 15 Sanctuary Jurisdictions. These 15 Sanctuary Jurisdictions are*:

Alachua County
Bradford County
Broward County
Flagler County
Gulf County
Highlands County
Key West
Leon County (home of Socialist Mayor Andrew Gillum of Tallahassee and Gubernatorial candidate)
Palm Beach County (county where Allen West lost his House race by close margin due to voter fraud)
Seminole County
St. Lucie County
St. Petersburg
Volusia County
Washington County
West Palm Beach

According to Fair’s September 27, 2017 report “The Fiscal Burden of Illegal Immigration on United States Taxpayers“:

At the federal, state, and local levels, taxpayers shell out approximately $134.9 billion to cover the costs incurred by the presence of more than 12.5 million illegal aliens, and about 4.2 million citizen children of illegal aliens. That amounts to a tax burden of approximately $8,075 per illegal alien family member and a total of $115,894,597,664. The total cost of illegal immigration to U.S. taxpayers is both staggering and crippling. In 2013, FAIR estimated the total cost to be approximately $113 billion. So, in under four years, the cost has risen nearly $3 billion. This is a disturbing and unsustainable trend. The sections below will break down and further explain these numbers at the federal, state, and local levels.

A new map posted by HowMuch.net breaks down the economic toll of illegal immigrants state by state:

Here are the ten states most heavily weighed by the cost of illegal immigration:

1. California – $23,038,125,353
2. Texas – $10,994,614,550

This is totally unacceptable and must be changed prior to the 2020 elections.

Ron DeSantis has pledged to end all sanctuary jurisdictions in FL when he becomes Governor – let’s get out the vote and make sure he does become Governor and then hold him accountable to deliver on this promise.  Conversely, his opponent, Socialist Andrew Gillum is running on a promise to make all of Florida a Sanctuary State – we can’t have this folks.

Caravans, Kavanaugh and the November Red Wave

What we see taking place with the caravan attempting to make its way illegally across our borders is nothing more than another well funded and obvious attempt by those who oppose the rule of law, true freedom and the sovereignty of nations to divide and conquer this great United States of America. This, along with the Kavanaugh circus, the assaulting of elected Republican officials and Trump supporters and many other insane actions by the left, will of course back-fire on November 6th as voters across America cast their vote in the mid-term elections. Caravans, Kavanaugh and November the Red Wave is upon us.

Over the years, with the open borders policy, catch and release coupled with an influx of refugees, the demographic landscape and face of America are changing. President Trump faces continuous backlash and out-of-context reporting when it came to the border issue and immigration. The figures below are just the economic reasons alone why the borders must be protected, and they do not include the rapes, assaults, murders, drugs, and other related problems. Note: These figures are more than two years old.

  • 11 to 22 billion dollars are spent on welfare to illegal aliens each year by state governments
  • 22 billion dollars a year are spent on food assistance pro- grams such as food stamps, WIC, and free school lunches for illegal aliens
  • 2.5 billion dollars a year are spent on Medicaid for illegal aliens
  • 12 billion dollars a year are spent on primary and secondary school education for children here illegally, and most cannot speak a word of English
  • 17 billion dollars a year are spent for education for the American-born children of illegal aliens, known as anchor babies
  • 3 million dollars a day are spent to incarcerate illegal aliens
  • 30 percent of all federal prison inmates are illegal aliens
  • 90 billion dollars a year are spent on illegal aliens for welfare and social services by the American taxpayers
  • 200 billion dollars a year in suppressed American wages are caused by the illegal aliens
  • In 2006, illegal aliens sent home $45 billion in remittances to their countries of origin
  • The dark side of illegal immigration: nearly one million sex crimes committed by illegal immigrants in the United States

The Great Wall of Trump

“Build that wall, build that wall, build that wall. And who is going to pay for it? Mexico!”

We all know that Donald Trump wants to keep our borders open to aliens, but they must come in legally. I am simply flabbergasted that anyone who loves America would disagree with this. I for one have traveled and lived in many countries, and believe me, they are strict on border control and monitoring their visitors. Like Trump has said Mexico, to cite but one country, is one of the most difficult countries to become a citizen of. It’s a circus and a free-for-all here in the U.S.

Michael Savage has dedicated the better part of the past twenty-two years to the subject of borders, language, and culture. He says these three words best describe what defines a nation, and I believe most would agree. We have allowed these things to be destroyed over the past few decades from Clinton to Bush to Obama. This will now change.

Donald Trump blasted on the scene in June 2015 at Trump Tower in New York City, and one of the very first issues he brought front and center which now echoes throughout the world is immigration and building the wall that Mexico will pay for. Trump has gone on to say in his many rally speeches across America that if you don’t have borders, you don’t have a country. He has referred to the effectiveness of the Great Wall of China being 13,000 miles long and having been built about 2,000 years ago. He has gone on to illustrate the effectiveness of the wall separating Israel from Palestine. And Trump says it’s high time to build a wall, have Mexico pay for it, and revamp border security and immigration policies. I take him on his word.

The Reason Behind The Border Backlash

Why so much border backlash? I mean, have we forgotten that Jimmy Carter had a ban on Iraqi Muslims in the 1970s for the safety of the country? You see, one of the reasons to keep the borders so porous is that big money is being made through the drug cartel and human trafficking issues. Also this is where we get our “anchor baby” traffic, not to mention terrorists who are now killing us on our own soil. Another reason—and this is the key reason in my opinion—that the borders are wide open is that there are to be no borders between Mexico, Canada, and the U.S. in the future in accordance with Global Governance and the New World Order. This is also known as the North American Union and UN Agenda 2030 plans.

Canada, U.S., and Mexico are to be joined with perhaps a regional currency once the Globalists let the U.S. dollar collapse. This is known as the North American Union1 and the Amero. Go look it up. There are plenty of facts to support this statement. As there is (soon to be was) the European Union and the Euro, perhaps there will be the North American Union and the Amero? Not on Trump’s watch.

But now things are changing. BREXIT was a big blow to the NWO and now we have President Trump and his extraordinary leadership. With a Donald Trump presidency, this puts a stop to this right away. And this is why Trump has been vilified and called a racist and a tyrant by all the frantic enemies who consider him a threat to the world order agenda and to their control and their pocketbooks. Building this wall and revamping border patrol and immigration policies will continue to come under heavy fire. I wonder if George Clooney’s front door is open? My Front Door

Red Wave November?

Although we still have rigged elections, I am hopeful and cautiously optimistic there will in fact be a red wave on November 6th. But I must say, as you read through many of the articles that I have written here on this blog site, I believe and for many reasons, we will be implementing martial law and military tribunals even if there is a red wave in November. However, get out and vote red. Vote for the candidates that are supportive of President Trump’s policies. I for one, am doing so.

Conservative Review: Trump already has the power to stop anyone at our border

Daniel Horowitz at Conservative Review lays it out for us.  President Trump already has all the power he needs to close our borders.

Presumably inspired by all the news about a now 4,000-strong migrant caravan heading toward Mexico with the apparent aim to assault our southern border (see my post yesterday), Horowitz says this (emphasis is mine):

President Trump has full constitutional power to stop the border invasion – even without Congress

Just as President Reagan is remembered for ending the Cold War, President Trump can be remembered as the one who ended the war on our sovereignty. Will he rise to the occasion?

trump wall thumbs up

Here’s the stone-cold truth about our border: We could construct a border wall as high as the stratosphere, and it won’t help much if we continue our self-destructing policies of allowing bogus asylees to come through our front door and legitimizing the opinions of sanctuary judges who “make denizens of aliens.”

President Trump publicly warned the governments of Honduras, El Salvador, and Guatemala that if they don’t take steps to stop the latest caravan of bogus asylum invaders, he will cut off aid to the countries. While this is a good first step, it won’t deter the invasion unless we stop admitting the invaders and implementing catch-and-release under orders from illegitimate court rulings, as we did with the previous caravan and countless tens of thousands of others coming in with less pomp. And that would hold true even with a border wall. They just come to our points of entry, surrender themselves, get released into our communities, and never show up to their hearings until and unless they wind up committing crimes.

Moreover, the caravan is already in Guatemala and headed for Mexico. Thus, the Honduran diplomacy is moot at this point. And this is much bigger than one caravan. We must first dissect what is actually happening at our border.

This is nothing short of an invasion

Earlier this week, KTAR news in Phoenix, Arizona, sat down with ICE’s Phoenix field director, Henry Lucero. What he revealed should disturb all of us:

See the revelations here.

Then this…..

Thus, it all boils down to bogus asylum and catch-and-release. Either Trump ends those, or everything else is just talk. While Trump is right to ask Congress to step in, we’ve noted before that our statute is already clear that these people do not qualify as asylees and that the unaccompanied teenagers do not qualify as refugees.

With this background in mind, it’s easy to understand why Lindsey Grahmanesty’s idea of trading amnesty for a border wall is so counterintuitive. We only have this border invasion because of the magnet of amnesty, and the magnet of amnesty allows them to come to the entry points, demand asylum, sue for rights, and never get deported. A wall only helps a country that has a strong spirit but a weak frontier; it doesn’t help a weak political system that willingly commits national suicide.

Anyone who tells you that the president doesn’t have the authority to exclude anyone for any reason doesn’t deserve to live in a sovereign nation.

Sovereignty trumps everything. There is nothing in our statutes that forces the president to admit anyone he feels is a problem. In fact, as we’ve noted before, he has inherent executive powers from Article II, as well as delegated authority from Congress under existing law, to stop taking in immigrants at the border or through visas for as much time as he deems necessary.

There is much more here as Horowitz lays out the case.

ACLU Attacks Border Wall and Kate’s Law: Sacrificing national security and citizen liberties.

Border Security is national security.

Illegals

The preface of the official government report, 9/11 and  Terrorist Travel began with the following paragraph:

It is perhaps obvious to state that terrorists cannot plan and carry out attacks in the United States if they are unable to enter the country. Yet prior to September 11, while there were efforts to enhance border security, no agency of the U.S. government thought of border security as a tool in the counterterrorism arsenal. Indeed, even after 19 hijackers demonstrated the relative ease of obtaining a U.S. visa and gaining admission into the United States, border security still is not considered a cornerstone of national security policy. We believe, for reasons we discuss in the following pages, that it must be made one.

That report was authored by the federal agents and attorneys who were assigned to the 9/11 Commission.  The 9/11 Commission was created and tasked with conducting an exhaustive investigation into how the 9/11 terrorists were able to carry out the most deadly terror attack in the history of the United States.

Indeed, the 19 hijacker-terrorists slaughtered more innocent victims on September 11, 2001 than did the Japanese fleet at Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941 and the death toll continues to rise as still more people, including valiant first responders succumb to illness directly attributable to the toxins they were exposed to when the World Trade Center Complex was reduced to rubble.

Today more than 10,000 people are being treated for illnesses directly related to those terror attacks.

The mission for the 9/11 Commission was not simply to document that which had transpired on that horrific day, but to identify the vulnerabilities that enabled those attacks to be carried out so that remedial measures could be implemented to prevent future attacks.

The 9/11 Commission determined that multiple failures of the immigration system, including failures of border security and a lack of interior enforcement of our immigration laws, undermined national security. These failures enabled, not only the 9/11 terrorists to enter the United States and embed themselves as they went about their deadly preparations, but also other terrorists that the 9/11 Commission studied.

Since the terror attacks of 9/11, additional deadly terror attacks have been carried out by aliens who, in one way or another, managed to enter the United States, commit immigration fraud and/or violate other immigration laws and then commit mass murder.

Other foreign terrorists were thwarted, either by law enforcement, by courageous civilians, by dumb luck or by their own ineptitude.

My recent article, Congressional Hearing: Iranian Sleeper Cells Threaten U.S. included the Congressional testimony of national security experts who warned of the presence of large numbers of terrorists in Latin America who are supported by Hamas and Hezbollah—funded by Iran in Latin America—who are increasing their cooperative efforts with drug trafficking organizations to move large quantities of narcotics and individuals into the United States across the highly porous U.S./Mexican border.

That hearing was conducted on April 17, 2018 by the House Committee on Homeland Security, Counterterrorism and Intelligence Subcommittee on the topic, “State Sponsors of Terrorism: An Examination of Iran’s Global Terrorism Network.

How then could any rational individual or organization oppose securing our nation’s borders against the entry of international terrorists and/or transnational criminals?

That is the question that the executives of the ACLU (American Civil Liberties Union) should answer.

On October 12, 2018 the ACLU issued a press releaseACLU Responds To Introduction Of McCarthy Immigration Bill.

Here is what the press release contained:

WASHINGTON — House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy introduced a bill today that includes provisions to violate the constitutional rights of immigrants and inflate the Department of Homeland Security budget.

The bill would allocate $23.4 billion for a border wall, which even members of the Republican party have referred to as a “quantum leap” in funding. The sweeping bill also includes several bills previously introduced in the House that raise serious constitutional concerns.

Lorella Praeli, deputy political director at the American Civil Liberties Union, had the following response:

“Let’s be clear: this bill is blatant political posturing ahead of the election and a total disregard for how voters want the government to use their taxpayer dollars. It rewards Trump for his brutal deportation force crackdown and family separation policy. Moreover, the bill is riddled with constitutional violations that completely disregard the civil and human rights of immigrants.

“The true intent of these bills is to empower Trump’s deportation force and anti-immigrant agenda. It’s inhumane, unacceptable, and voters will remember it in November.”

A border wall would not stop the lawful entry of even a single alien into the United States, or prevent anyone from having access to a U.S. port of entry.

All that a border wall would do is funnel all traffic destined to the United States into ports of entry where inspectors of CBP (Customs and Border Protection) would interview them, examine their documents and make law-based decisions as to whether or not to admit those aliens into the United States.

The grounds for excluding aliens from entering the United States are enumerated in one of the sections of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA)- Title 8, United States Code, Section 1182.  Among these classes of aliens who are to be prevented from entering the United States are aliens who suffer from dangerous communicable, diseases or extreme mental illness.

Additionally, convicted felons, human rights violators, war criminals, terrorists and spies and aliens who were previously deported are to be excluded, as well as aliens who would seek unlawful employment thus displacing American workers or driving down the wages of American workers who are similarly employed and aliens who would likely become public charges.

It is vital to note that our immigration laws make absolutely no distinction in any way, shape of form as to the race, religion or ethnicity of any alien.

Opponents of border security would undermine national security and the integrity of the immigration system itself, leading America to anarchy.

Additionally, the above-noted ACLU press release made note of “several bills.”  The link that was provided in the press release related specifically to “Kate’s Law” named for murder victim, Kate Steinle who was killed by an illegal alien who had previously been deported multiple times by ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) agents and repeatedly reentered the United States in violation of federal law.

Criminal aliens who are deported from the United States and then unlawfully reenter the United States face a maximum of 20 years on prison.  Kate’s law would mandate that such aliens who are deemed “aggravated felons” would face a minimum of 5 years in prison for committing the crime of unlawful reentry.  Aggravated felons are particularly dangerous criminals who have committed specific felonies for which they were convicted.

The enhancement in punishment for such criminals are intended to act as a deterrence against such threats to public safety from returning to the United States, thereby threatening innocent lives.

As I noted in a recent articleSanctuary Policies Protect Sex Offenders, this section of law is of particular interest to me.  In the early 1980’s I approached then U.S. Senator Al D’Amato with the proposition that the federal law that addressed the unlawful reentry of aliens who had been deported be amended. At the time, the section of law in question, 8 U.S. Code § 1326 provided for a two year maximum penalty for aliens who had been previously deported from the United States and subsequently reentered without authorization. Because the penalty for this crime was so low and because so many aliens who had been deported from the United States returned, the U.S. Attorneys, particularly in major cities such as New York City, rarely prosecuted aliens for that crime. Back then the law made no distinction between aliens who had been convicted of committing serious crimes and those who did not.

I suggested that a clear distinction be made for aliens who had been convicted of serious crimes, were deported and then reentered the United States.  I suggested that they be subjected to a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison as a means of deterring such threats to public safety and possibly national security from returning to the United States where they might harm more victims.

Working with the Senator and his staff and with my colleagues at the former INS including Walter Connery, who headed up the Investigations Branch of the NYC District Office of the INS, the law was amended.  Consequently, the crime of unlawful reentry of “aggravated felons” as specified in section b of 8 U.S. Code § 1326, is the most frequently prosecuted federal crime.

However, the ACLU adamantly opposes efforts to protect innocent victims from aliens who are convicted felons.  The American justice system operates via the principle of deference through enforcement.  Penalties are imposed on those who are convicted of crimes to not only punish the guilty but to deter future crimes.

Deporting criminal aliens and preventing their return, protects public safety.

Would that the ACLU be concerned about the civil liberties of the victims of alien criminals and terrorists.

Those who lose their lives to criminals and terrorists also lose their civil liberties.

A Rape Survivor Just Won the Nobel Peace Prize. ‘Feminists’ Are Nowhere to Be Found.

As feminists were busy peddling their “War on Women” narrative in the U.S., Yazidi sex slave survivor Nadia Murad was honored with the Nobel Peace Prize for fighting a real War on Women in the Middle East.

Nadia was honored for her efforts to end the use of sexual violence as a weapon of war, together with Dr. Denis Mukwege of the Democratic Republic of Congo, who has been a relentless healer and advocate for women.

Their stories serve as an important reminder that as American women debate what constitutes enough evidence to block a nominee from taking a seat on the Supreme Court, corroboration and evidence are abundant in places such as northern Iraq, where hundreds of women and girls are still enslaved and routinely subjected to rape.

Nadia was abducted in northern Iraq in August 2014, when ISIS took over her village. Militants gave the Yazidi people—a Kurdish and Arabic-speaking religious minority—two choices: Convert to Islam or die. Refusing to give in, Nadia watched men get massacred and family members march to their graves.

At just 21 years old, she was kidnapped alongside an estimated 3,000 other Yazidi women and girls, traded as sex slaves from one ISIS fighter to another. She was forced to pray, dress up, and apply makeup in preparation for her rape, which was often committed by gangs.

While any comparison between Nadia’s story and the accusations leveled against newly minted Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh would be completely unfair, it is fair to wonder how news of uncorroborated allegations of gang rape brought by porn lawyer Michael Avenatti can overshadow a gang rape survivor-turned-women’s advocate being honored with the most prestigious award in the world.

For years, it seemed the world didn’t care about Nadia’s story and the thousands of others like it. It took two years for then-Secretary of State John Kerry to declare crimes against Yazidis, Christians, and Shiite Muslims genocide, and the United Nations as well.

Thousands of Yazidis remain missing, including at least 1,300 women and children, and the question of how to hold ISIS accountable for its unspeakable crimes remains unanswered.

Nadia is a lonely voice in the fight against ISIS genocide. After making the genocide designation, the Obama administration did little to hold ISIS accountable for its crimes or to alleviate the suffering of survivors. The Trump administration is trying to right those wrongs by providing aid to the most vulnerable victims of ISIS genocide, but a lot of work remains to be done.

“The world should bear its moral and legal responsibility and ensure its proper and fair accountability,” Nadia said as she accepted her Nobel Peace Prize. “The sexual violence and conflicts in our towns and cities must be stopped.”

It’s strange how women who self-identify as feminists get so worked up over unsubstantiated allegations of sexual assault, yet so callously overlook human rights injustices staring them in the face.

Imagine the difference these “feminists” could make if, in addition to banging on the doors of the U.S. Supreme Court, they also took a few minutes to bang at the doors of the United Nations.

In the #MeToo era, feminists are rightly concerned about women being heard. It appears that Nadia’s with them, too.

“My hope is that all women who speak about their stories of sexual violence are heard and accepted, that their voices are heard so they feel safe,” she said.

But Nadia’s story is falling on deaf ears. Because being “heard” requires others to listen.

Listening to a Nobel Peace Prize winner whose mission is to bring back life after being destroyed by sexual violence and war is the least feminists can do as the freest and most liberated women in the world.

Sure, it’s easy to get caught up in the moment. There’s certainly no shortage of issues to debate. But it’s our job as feminists to look beyond ourselves and realize that Nadia’s fight is our fight, no matter what’s happening here in the U.S.
