VIDEO: Courageous Priest Speaks The TRUTH About Joe Biden and the Democrat Party

This is a must-see Homily from Fr. Edward Meeks delivered at Christ the King parish in Towson, Maryland. Catholics need to understand that their vote must be one cast to further the will of God and Jesus Christ as written in the Holy Scripture.

Fr. Meeks states:

“[The] Church should have true freedom to preach the faith, to teach her social doctrine, to exercise her role freely among men, and also to pass moral judgment in those matters which regard politics-public order when the fundamental rights of a person or the salvation of souls require it.”

You are a disgrace as a priest and Catholic. In case you have forgotten there is separation of church and state in our country. You have no right to condemn others. Let he is without sin cast the first stone. Many Catholics including myself are appalled by your sermon. Maybe you should concentrate on the gospels message for this week. I suppose you care nothing of other candidates morals. Don’t cast stones at glass windows. You should be expelled from the church. The Pope would nit appreciate your actions. He is a good man. You are a disgrace to the priesthood.

There is no such thing as a separation between church and state. Read the First Amendment.

This Friar is expressing the views of the Catholic Church. This is his right.

How dare you speak such horrible things about Fr. Meeks. I am a life long Catholic, attend Mass every Sunday and many days in between.. I have been educated in the faith from my first years in school until I graduated from University of St. Joseph. Nothing of these horrendous remarks were ever spoken which I was in class or at Mass.
I hope you will all site down read the gospels or
Dr. Scott Hahn who is a convert to the faith. I’m sure he will not agree with your misrepresentations of the truth who is Jesus Christ.

I recommend you study up on what the separation of church and state really means. It was written to keep the government from infringing upon our religious freedoms, and right to worship God as we feel led by God (not man) to do. But it also left it open for the church and clergy to influence the government. That is a biblical concept. It was prophets who appointed kings. Prophets and priests advised the kings on how to rule the people. Wise kings called upon the prophets and priests to get wise counsel. Separation of church and state is to keep government out of religion, not the other way around. This father is doing his job, and there needs to be more like him! The church staying quiet is the reason our country is in the state its in. It’s time church leaders rise up and let their voices be heard.

You are also obviously a far-left radical who is determined to ruin the lives of anyone who agrees with the Catholic saints. There is NOTHING Catholic about you and your speech is purely demonic. So churches can certainly challenge political views that conflict with biblical truths.

This is ridiculous. I’m a life long catholic and horrified. You might want to check and see if this misguided “priest” has a Swiss vault with gold from the Koch brothers? Or Putin? The Catholic Church is so hypocritical and evil. Let’s talk about all the priests who prey and rape innocent children? Let’s talk about the mass and often illegal accumulation of wealth that the Catholic Church has amassed. Let’s talk about the selective construction of the Bible – why weren’t the gnostic books included? Where was the brave church when Hitler was crushing Europe and exterminating the Jews? It’s disgusting to know the church would support a immoral cheat and rapist like Donald trump rather than a practicing Catholic like joe Biden. Donald was pro choice until he ran for office. I wonder how many abortions he paid for over the years?

Hi Mary, I’m a Protestant, however I find your disrespectful comments and false narrative disturbing. While there is much about the Catholic faith that I don’t understand and some I disagree with, this sermon could be and should be preached by any Pastor of any denomination. As Dr. Swier mentioned, there’s really no such thing as separation of church and state, as least not if you’re a Christian. Perhaps that viewpoint is one of convenience for secular folk. My vote is for the platform, not the person, that holds fast to my religious beliefs. I’m adamantly opposed to abortion, THE PRACTICE of homosexuality, government interference in the church, and I could go on and on, but these are things that the Democratic party openly supports even on a radical level. President Trump is far from perfect, he has a past as does Joe Biden, and I pray that President Trump has overcome his worst days, obviously Mr. Biden has not. I voted for President Trump because he represents the platform of my preference as does the Republican Party. The Sanctity of Life being at the top of the list.

Don’t bother replying to this Dr. Swier – it will simply be more of your version of truth. Just curious have you been following Biden’s career? If you have you would think Trump is a saint compared to the shifting and lying in his political opinions. He doesn’t answer any questions honestly instead deflects it to another topic. Master Politician. There is no ability to have a decent conversation with leftist liberals who can’t see beyond their hatred of Trump. At least everyone on the right is willing to admit Trump is not perfect…just like the rest of us. But don’t pretend the democrats who have been intentionally shutting down businesses, letting crime run through our streets, want to defund police, and condemns our history and country. Yet if America is so bad , why would they want to allow every illegal alien in and subject them to such American cruelty. Makes no sense…just about votes. They are okay praising criminals and rapists yet you have an issue with the Church shortcomings….and rightly so by the way. Wake up and look at policies instead of the people and what is going on in the world. The media has been censoring anything conservative in nature and doing whatever they can to push a leftist message. For those of you are who are truly Catholic that should be a wake up call. Again it is about God not the priests or pastors. But it sounds like you may be on the left, which tend to be a bunch of hypocrites

Look at his accomplishments while in office and Biden taking back all the good he did, does it really matter to you that he is not perfect? Biden is the TRUE LIAR, THIEF and TRAITOR to our beloved country. Unless your not paying attention, Biden took his son Hunter on a presidential plane at tax payor expense to collect millions of dollars from Berisma and China. His father gained money from these trips too. Unconscionable. He is not truly our president as he stole the eledtion and this will be revealed at his impeachment trial.

It’s like watching little children who haven’t got there own way and are having a 4 year temper tantrum.. What I see is a man willing to spend his time and effort trying to help a country he loves.

Do you stand for the sanctity of life?
Do you stand for the sanctity of marriage as between one man and one woman?
Do you stand for religious freedom to share your belief is God and His Son Jesus?

    To Carol about ‘fake priests’:
Fr Meeks belongs to the Ordinariate of the Chair of St Peter. That is a special group of former Anglican Priests who the Catholic Church accepted as converts. They were given a special dispensation due their circumstances of being married. Fr Meeks is distinguished as being the first such married priest of the Anglican Church to convert. He is NO FAKE priest. As for his preaching, it was not his private political opinion that he shared. He was the teaching of the Church and as people of God it is his and our responsibility to speak truth when it comes to how our society lives out its call to be children of God. We are a ‘Nation under God’ not a Church subject to a human government. As Catholics and Christians we have an obligation to know our faith, know the laws of our land and speak out boldly when either go astray. Thank God for Fr Ed Meeks and others like him. They are prophets in our time so desperately needed. Pray for our Church, our Civic leaders and our world that we all are brought to repentance.
