Jan. 6 Detainees Confined 23 hrs./day; Risking All for American Dream
Nearly 500 people have been charged in cases related to the breach of the Capitol on January 6, with more charges expected. Some of dozens detained in federal prison awaiting trail, say they are being subject to Third World treatment, including solitary confinement, lack of required medical care, and restricted access to defense counsel.

Examples of Indefinite Detention of American citizens without Due Process in violation of Constitutional Rights under the 5th and 14th Amendments. Who do we have to thank for this in-justice?
NWO & globalist George “W” Bush for pushing for an unnecessary Dept. of Homeland Defense and much worse the Patriot Act – a law that allows the Dept of In-Justice/FBI to indefinitely detain so called “domestic terrorists” without Due Process. It leaves the definition of a domestic terrorist wide open so that it can be weaponized against political opponents.
Then along comes Obama 1, 2 and 3 (Beijing Biden as puppet head) Administrations who are using the Patriot Act to imprison political opponents who are in fact, not domestic terrorists such as described in article above.
This is a total travesty of justice and allows a “police state” to exist in America similar to the secret police of dictators like the “Gestapo” of Adolf Hitler and the “Stasi” of Joseph Stalin.
The Patriot Act should only be used to thwart foreign country terrorism and not used against US citizens whose rights are being totally violated.
