TAKE ACTION: GOP-Controlled Florida Legislature Wavering on Governor’s Effort to Ban Vax Mandates

It appears Republicans, according to new House Speaker Renner in the below article, are NOT going to support Governor Ron DeSantis in his Special Session Call to ban Mandatory COVID-19 vaccinations called for by the Biden/Obama 3 Administration. This is going to cost thousands of jobs in Florida.  Renner’s characterization of those unwilling to take the jab is ridiculous.

Florida Lawmaker: GOP-Controlled Florida Legislature Unlikely to Ban Vaccine Mandates

The Republican-controlled Florida legislature is unlikely to ban President Biden’s vaccine mandates, according to Speaker-Designate Paul Renner (R).

Renner conveyed to Florida Politics that Gov. Ron DeSantis’ (R) special session in November will not meet many demands of the voters because “neither mandates nor employee restrictions will receive strong support,” the publication wrote.

Republican Florida House Speaker Chris Sprowls (R) and President of the Florida Senate Wilton Simpson (R) responded to DeSantis’ document by suggesting they will consider his request but did not mention any action against the mandate would occur.

    Renner’s phone # is REP., PAUL RENNER (850) 717-5024

What is wrong with Republicans in the FL Legislature – why are they being such cowards and allowing this to happen despite the Governor?

This mandate is unconstitutional under the 10th Amendment and should be nullified. Call your House and Senate members now and demand they support Gov. DeSantis on this issue. Just emailing it won’t cut it because they don’t read our emails anyway.

It’s that joint statement press release that really says something… “Get Fla out of OSHA and set up our own…”… That’s what we need to do… Divorce ourselves, as a state, from the Feds, as much as we possibly can.

Yes – Feds have no Constitutional Authority to enforce mandatory vaxx jab as a condition of employment ! This is medical tyranny by the Obama 3/Biden puppet regime !

No answer is typical but glad you left a message. By law it has to be reviewed. So far none of our Polk County FL Legislative Delegation has weighed in on this with support for Gov DeSantis.

They include Sens. Albritton, Burgess and Stargel and Reps. Bell, Burton, Hawkins, Killebrew and Tomkow. They were asked by numerous speakers at recent annual Delegation meeting on Oct 26 to support the Gov on this but we received no reply or questions.

Past time for our Republican elected officials to show some courage; stop being afraid of the media, lobbyists (special interests like big pharma), Democrat constituents, and RINO leadership and do the right things !

Because far too many Republicans are actually RINO moderates with liberal values or are beholden to special interests with leftist values; don’t hold to core constitutional conservative values and are too concerned with being re-elected.

Examples – 10 House and 7 Senate Republicans voted to impeach POTUS Trump; less than a dozen Republicans had the courage to challenge the rampant 2020 election fraud; 11 RINO Senators opposed Trumps National Emergency plan to build the wall when they did not allocate enough $ to do so and on and on.
