– Oppose Obama 3/Biden Recent Fiascos – Beijing Joe has admitted the Federal Govt has failed in its politicized attempts to eliminate COVID and has stated this is now up to each state to do. He has ordered millions of Home Testing strips to be distributed at a cost of $130 M to build a new factory in Wisconsin to manufacture the test strips but it won’t be completed until 2028. This is an indication they want a “forever pandemic”.
Biden continues to nominate Socialists/Communists to key federal positions. His latest nominee is Nancy Abana Abudu as a Judge for the 11th Circuit Court. Abudu is the far left head of the Southern Poverty Law Center’s legal Dept who advocates for removing any requirement for photo ID and proof of citizenship in order to vote. Contact Sens Rubio (202-224-3041) and Scott (202-334-5274) and leave a message to NOT vote for her confirmation.
– Oppose Pelosi Kangaroo Court – Pelosi is timing the release of her kangaroo court fake findings on the Jan. 6th D.C. events they continue to falsely call a riot/insurrection to correspond to the mid-term elections in Nov. This is an effort to reduce the Red Wave which is anticipated to take back the House. I doubt Pelosi’s fake report will have much of an impact – estimates are that Republicans will gain 25-40 seats in the House and Pelosi will be removed as Speaker. We’re anticipating taking back the Senate as well but by a small margin. Even more important is for RINOs in House and Senate to be replaced.
– Demand the Constitutional Rights of the 50+ people arrested and held without charges or trial receive Due Process related to their actions on Jan. 6th, 2021. Change the W. Bush created & Obama/Biden supported Patriot Act allows unconstitutional, indefinite incarceration without trial or Due Process of US Citizens based on unproven charges of domestic terrorism.

– Don’t Support RINO Incumbents in 2022– Call Sen Rick Scott at 202-224-5274 and leave message that he and the National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC), which he chairs, should NOT be supporting RINO incumbents running for re-election in 2022 like Lisa Murkowski who voted to impeach POTUS Trump and who have supported other Schumer socialist actions. A staffer I talked to says he has received a lot of calls about this. He needs to receive many more. Republicans should not be supporting incumbents during Primaries who have proven they are establishment RINOs more in tune with socialist policies than constitutional republicanism.

HB 99 – Requiring Forensic Audit of Election 2020 in FL – Requires Governor to appoint independent third party to conduct forensic audit of 2020 general election; requires audit of certain precincts; provides dates by which such audit must begin & be completed; provides reporting requirements.
HB 133 — Prohibiting Cooperation With a United States Capitol Police Office Located in FL – Prohibits any state or local law enforcement agency or other state or local agency from cooperation with US Capitol Police office or personnel located in this state; prohibits access to certain databases
HB 103 – Providing Constitutional Carry – Removes requirement that license to carry concealed firearm is required in order to carry such firearm
HM 231 – Border Wall and Total Immigration Moratorium – Urges Congress to enact legislation to fund & require the completion of the border wall between the U.S. & Mexico & impose a total immigration moratorium.
HB 299 – Social Media Platforms – Provides requirements for social media platforms relating to acceptable use policies, quarterly transparency reports, & complaint system; authorizes AG to bring action against social media platforms & to recover certain costs.

If passed into law this would create a federal task force to enforce a Sharia law edict that prohibits truthful criticism of Islam in violation of our 1st Amendment rights.
