Iran: Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps bans communication devices after they detonated on Hizballah
The attack that detonated thousands of Hizballah pagers and walkie-talkies has seriously complicated the communications, strategy and logistics of Hizballah’s war on Israel. But in addition to that, the sophisticated operation has left Iran and its proxies confounded, suspicious of everyone and every piece of equipment. The killing of key members of Hizballah, not to mention that of Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh in Tehran while he was attending Iranian president Masoud Pezeshkian‘s inauguration, has also shaken the confidence of the Islamic Republic and its proxies.
Although Israel has not publicly claimed responsibility for the killing of Haniyeh or the exploding pagers and walkie-talkies, given the level of sophistication in those operations, it is widely assumed that Israel was behind it.
Since October 7, 2023, Israel cannot afford to let its guard down or lessen its resolve.
Now that Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps has ordered all its members to stop using any communication devices, it’s a mystery how Iran and Hizballah will conduct operations. Many now believe that full-scale war is imminent.
Despite the UN gang-up on Israel, demanding a ceasefire to avert such a war, the best option to guarantee peace is for Iran and its proxies is to lay down their weapons. Only then would there be peace. The entire Western world should know this.

Iran’s elite Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps ordered all its members to stop using any communication devices following last week’s alleged Israeli attack that detonated thousands of Hezbollah pagers and walkie-talkies, officials said.
The order comes as the IRGC is conducting a mass inspection of all devices issued to its agents, two senior Iranian security officials told Reuters.
One official said the sweep will include all electronics, not just communication equipment, with most of the devices either being homemade or imported from China and Russia.
The officials claimed a thorough investigation of the IRGC’s own mid and high-ranking members has already begun as Tehran grows concerned over possible infiltration by Israeli agents.
“This includes scrutiny of their bank accounts both in Iran and abroad, as well as their travel history and that of their families,” one security official said of the ongoing probe
