Critically Thinking about Cats: A good commentary on gender identity
I don’t have anything to add to this imaginative three minute video, about a mom objecting to Woke policies in an Arizona elementary school. With the federal change of leadership coming shortly, there will be much less of this Woke, DEI, etc. business…
WATCH: Mom protests wokeness in cat costume at school board meeting
Here’s some of the interesting backstory:
‘I’m a cat. Meow, meow’: Mom dresses as a CAT and says she identifies as one in protest over trans school board member who ‘wears his deceased wife’s clothing in front of school kids’
- An Arizona mother went viral after she showed up to a school board meeting in a cat costume and makeup to mock what she says is the school’s ‘woke agenda’
- Lindsey Graham made headlines last month after video showed her in the feline getup demanding board member, Paul Bixler, resign
- Bixler, 72, a retired teacher and principal, identifies as transgender. She was appointed to the Liberty School Board outside Phoenix in 2021
- Graham, no relation to the US Senator from South Carolina of the same name, clearly addressed Bixler and the board that night
- She said: ‘I’m a cat. Meow, meow. I’m not a woman dressed as a cat. I am a cat. How many of you believe and confess that I’m a cat? No one’
