Israeli Ambassador to the U.S. explains President Trump’s Real Gaza Strategy
Preident Donald J. Trump’s 2nd term will be known for being one of the most partisan times in the history of the Republic.
Rather than speaking about how we must come together after the election, Donald Trump has treated the leadership of the Democrat Party in the same manner that he treated CNN in his 1st term.
He has mocked them, spoken incessantly about how wrong-headed they have been, and made it clear that he doesn’t give two hoots about their opinion. He has decided to play full-court press on them from the beginning until the end of his 2nd term.
He probably decided to do this while sitting in the defendant’s chair during the lawfare war that was waged against him in order to derail his bid for a 2nd term.
He’s here to turn the clock back and make long-term changes that will cement him in the history of American leaders as one of the most effective transformational Presidents in American history.
That explains many of his foreign policy moves in the Ukraine, Far East, and Middle East theatres. He has decided to step into the morass in Ukraine in order to stop the killing.
He has decided to curb Chinese influence in the West via a myriad of far-reaching policies that push China’s tentacles out of the Western hemisphere.
Meanwhile, he is determined to restore America’s economy back to it’s place as a dominant leader of the free world where American economic prowess and influence drive out the ability of bad actors to expand and fight wars. In this, he is following Ronald Reagan’s policies.
The translation of this way of thinking in the Middle East means ridding the Middle East of the seemingly intractable problem of Iranian-funded terrorism from Gaza. How? Transform a region that has been a source of endless attacks on Israel into the Riviera of the Mediterranean.
Move whatever number of Arabs from Gaza remain into a whole bunch of countries that funded or supported the terror that emanated from Gaza.
Create a new prototype solution for terror that punishes all areas used as launching pads for terror into areas that will be taken over and transformed completely. It is actually ingenious and not half as crazy as it sounds. It is a 10-15 year plan.
But it will come down to whether or not Israel cooperates and completely eradicates the Hamas organization from Gaza.
First, Israel needs to clean out Gaza. That is what is about to happen in the months of March and April. Only then can the rebuild begin when the very last terror tunnel is removed. Hotels cannot be built on the foundation of terror tunnels.
