VIDEO: Anti-Hamas Protests in Jabaliya, Northern Gaza Strip

Jabaliya, northern Gaza Strip: Dozens of protesters against Hamas rule, chanting: “The people want to overthrow the government, Hamas out.”

After the larger protest (see video) earlier today in Beit Lahiya, protests are now seen also in Jabliya.

Fatah supporters are trying to fan the flames, calling on all Gazans to join the popular uprising against Hamas rule.

They are also calling on all clans and families in the Gaza Strip to join the “protest project.”

It should be noted that other groups, beside Fatah are interested in the end of Hamas.

Will the protest against Hamas rule by Fatah supporters succeed? Will Hamas suppress the protest with an iron fist?

Time will tell!
