He expressed that he would be proud of the United States if it were to take over and redevelop the territory. This statement was made during a visit to Qatar, where the leader was concluding a Middle East trip . The idea was presented as a way to address the destruction in the area and potentially rebuild it. The leader also mentioned that he has aerial shots of the area that show practically no buildings standing, implying the need for rebuilding
