VIDEO: Judicial Terrorism—State Senator Mark Finchem and the Arizona Family Court System
Judicial Terrorism appears to have become a regular and damaging reality in Arizona, at least in the Family Court System. But as you will learn during the conversation on this segment of ARIZONA TODAY children going through the breakup of their family via divorce, are now experiencing additional trauma from so named Intervention Specialists and attorneys making decisions not in the best interest or care of the minor child, and the courts simply go along. The conversation on this segment is troubling and most sobering.
The Arizona Joint Legislative Hearing has now been followed by legislatures in four states, and parents from a couple of states have now appeared to present testimony with evidence that very similar acts have been experienced by them in their state, and they have asked Arizona for help. This segment of ARIZONA TODAY will reveal several troubling findings coming from the hearings, and you may view both seven-hour legislative hearings on my website: arizonatoday.org. Additional testimony and evidence will be coming with two additional legislative hearings scheduled and additional segments on my show.
Thank you for caring enough to take the time to learn about this sordid set of events. Thank you for helping me cover costs with your generous and kind contributions. Your trust is not taken for granted.

As a father who has been directly affected by the Arizona family court system, I can confirm that everything discussed in this article is tragically accurate. My sons, Greyson Zane Moose and Zachary Dean Moose, were wrongfully removed by Arizona DCS in 2020 and 2022 — without lawful justification, without due process, and without consent. I appeared sui juris and lawfully objected to the court’s jurisdiction from day one. Despite this, my constitutional rights were wholly ignored.
We were threatened with permanent loss of our children unless we submitted to DCS services — which we never lawfully consented to. During supervised visits, we documented visible abuse and neglect on our children’s bodies: head injuries, untreated infections, bruising, and psychological trauma. Multiple parent aides reported these injuries in writing. The agency and court not only failed to act — they covered it up.
When kinship placement was offered with safe, willing family members, DCS blocked it and falsely stated no relatives were available. They deliberately separated our children and placed them with strangers, some of whom were already the subject of abuse reports.
In a desperate attempt to protect my youngest son, Zachary Dean, from this unlawful system and prevent further harm, I attempted to lawfully rescue him from state custody in January 2022. For acting as a father and protector, I was arrested, charged with felony custodial interference, convicted, and sent to prison. That act — rooted in truth, love, and duty — was punished as a crime, while the true child endangerment by the state went unpunished.
To this day, not a single person in DCS, the Attorney General’s Office, or the judiciary has been held accountable for their violations of law, civil rights, and humanity. Meanwhile, I have maintained a full evidentiary timeline, affidavits, audio recordings, and legal notices documenting every abuse and fraud that has taken place under case JD532254.
What this system calls “child welfare” is in truth state-sponsored child trafficking under color of law. I support the legislative hearings exposing these crimes, and I urge any public official with integrity to review the evidence and take lawful action.
We have not consented. We are not silent. And we are not alone. I welcome contact from other families, investigators, legislators, or media seeking truth and remedy.
Steven,
I am saddened by your and your families trauma. I have added a link to your YouTube channel to this article.
