Low IQ Kenya Times Clueless on U.S. Presidents Authority as Commander In Chief

I can understand the KenyaTimes is not friendly towards President Trump considering your newspaper keeps hiring journalists with the IQ of a garden rake but really your editorial staff must take a hard look at your retarded reporting procedures by accusing President Trump of deploying military aircraft to El Salvador without congressional approval.

Your newspaper is printing the following:

The Trump Administration has deployed three U.S. military aircraft to El Salvador as part of ongoing counter-drug operations in Latin America, bypassing congressional approval.

Let’s review the Constitutional authority of the President of the United States and his authority as Commander in Chief of the U.S. Armed Forces under Article II, Section 2, Clause 1.

Under the Constitution, the President, in addition to being Chief Executive, is Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy.

President Trump holds the prime responsibility for the conduct of United States foreign relations.

These duties carry very broad powers, including the power to deploy American forces abroad and commit them to military operations when the President deems such action necessary to maintain the security and defense of the United States.

President Trump also has the constitutional responsibility for determining what measures of defense are required when the peace and safety of the United States are endangered.

If he considers the deployment of U.S. forces to El Salvador is required, and that military measures against the source of any global aggression against the UnitedStates are necessary, he is constitutionally empowered to deploy these aircraft to El Salvador.

So The KenyaTimes has joined the ranks of the restroom paper usage for public toilet stools globally or perhaps your rag can be used to layer the bottom of bird cages but other than that your paper is a clueless useless waste of ink.

Obviously your reporter is less advanced mentally, or perhaps lacking social development required for a real journalist. This includes your editorial staff who should actually fact check stories before going to print.
