My Venezuelan Wife Karina

My beautiful wife Karina from Caracas, Venezuela is doing great in her first two years in the United States. Even with Trump looking for any loopholes to deport her she is figuring out the Republican Party agenda.

Once she is a U.S Citizen she will no doubt follow my path of being an Independent. Lots of Venezuelans — and Cuban Americans — are leaving the GOP which is not a surprise.

My wife is a conservative entrepreneur, she started her own coffee and T-shirt company and she is gainfully employed in a supervisory capacity as a product coordinator responsible for hundreds of thousands of dollars for a major retail company. Her quarterly performance reviews are exemplary. She even helped fund the rescue of Maria Corina Mechado from the grips of Maduro’s Communist government.

In April 2026 Karina will file for her permanent 10 year green card which of course will be either put on hold by the Trump Executive Order or scrutinized for any missing dots above I’s or crossed T’s. as she is treated as a criminal. We do have one of the finest Immigration Attorneys on speed dial just in case the Trump Administration sends ICE officers to our house.

If the Republicans want to maintain control of the House in the New Year they probably should focus their attention on removing illegal immigrants from our republic with ICE not arresting US citizens because they look foreign.

They should stop ICE from arresting foreign national wifes at Green Card interviews as they follow due process etc etc. Totally illegal but in line with Trump’s “Kick as many immigrants out of the USA as possible — legal and illegal”.

Then we have Congresswoman Ana Paulina Luna (R) wanting to block or put a moratorium on all green cards. She already forgets she is Mexican — American with family that immigrated from Mexico and Germany. She was born in 1989 right as I was gearing up for Operation Desert Shield.

If her plan was in effect back in the day, Trump’s family would not have entered the USA from Bavaria, Elon Musk would be making Canada rich with SpaceX in Ontario not Texas and Florida.

So my advice to the GOP is to focus on illegal immigration and securing our border not vilifying other nations like Venezuela and Cuba when it is the governments not the people that are the problem.

American patriots like myself will not roll over quietly and allow my family to be persecuted by any political agenda in the GOP because the only crime my wife committed was being born in Venezuela.
