158 Dems vote against bill to deport illegal immigrants who commit sex crimes

Rep. Nancy Mace introduced the Violence Against Women by Illegal Aliens Act earlier this year

By Elizabeth Elkind,, Fox News, September 18, 2024:

San Diego County Supervisor Jim Desmond joined ‘Fox & Friends’ to discuss why the county has become the ‘epicenter’ for the border crisis under the Biden administration and the broader safety implications from the surge.

More than 150 House Democrats voted against a bill that would deport illegal immigrants convicted of a sexual offense or conspiracy to commit such a crime.

The Violence Against Women by Illegal Aliens Act passed the House of Representatives along bipartisan lines on Wednesday. All present Republicans voted for the bill, as did 51 Democratic lawmakers. The measure passed 266 to 158.

Among the Democrats who voted for the bill are Reps. Mary Peltola, D-Alaska; Marie Gluesenkamp-Perez, D-Wash.; Jared Moskowitz, D-Fla.; and Hillary Scholten, D-Mich.

Two of the Democrats who voted for it are seeking higher office — Rep. Elissa Slotkin, D-Mich., is running for Senate, and Rep. Abigail Spanberger, D-Va., is running for governor.

In addition to deporting migrants convicted of sex crimes, the legislation would also deem illegal immigrants who admit to domestic violence or sex-related charges — or are convicted of them — to be inadmissible in the U.S.

Media Freaks Out Over Musk’s Muslim Rape Gang Tweets

It’s past time for a reckoning.

The first rule of Muslim atrocities in the UK is that you’re not supposed to talk about them. Not long ago the Starmer regime unleashed a ruthless purge against anyone who mentioned that a Muslim terrorist had stabbed a bunch of little girls, declaring that it was a national emergency to shut down any speech on the matter.

But the topic of Pakistani Muslim ‘grooming gangs’ and the atrocities they committed against huge numbers of young English girls, and the role the authorities played in covering that up, has once again come to the surface.

The British authorities not only enabled and covered up for the Muslim rape gangs, but they arrested the parents and girls as young as 12 for even mentioning it. This level of treasonous horror is something that may not be discussed, but Musk suddenly began discussing it.

And the media is freaking out because the Starmer regime can’t simply send a few ‘lesbian nana’ bobbies to raid Musk’s digs the way they can most ordinary people in the UK.

Here’s a headline sample of the freakout.

In a regime built on lies about Islam, no one is prepared for the subject to be aired in public. The UK authorities, across the spectrum, have been complicit in allowing Islam to dominate the UK. It’s past time for a reckoning.

Part of the outrage here has been directed at Safeguarding Minister Jess Phillips for rejecting requests for an inquiry into the Pakistani Muslim sex grooming gangs.

Why did she reject those requests?

Despite her vocal opposition to violence against women and girls, Phillips may be worried about opening herself up to allegations of Islamophobia after nearly losing her seat to a pro-Gaza independent candidate last year.

Islam.

British politicians have been bribed, suborned, corrupted and intimidated into remaining quiet about Islamization. Those young girls paid the price.

Biden Program May Have Helped Sex Traffickers ‘Exploit Women and Girls’: Congressional Report

Human sex traffickers may have used a Biden administration program that imported tens of thousands of illegal immigrants a month into the United States “to exploit women and girls,” a congressional report has revealed.

In addition to breaking consecutive records for the largest number of border crossings in U.S. history, the Biden-Harris administration’s Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela (CHNV) program flew 30,000 illegal immigrants a month into the United States from those four nations alone.

“To mask the border crisis and artificially decrease historically high border encounters, President Biden and Vice President Harris implemented programs and policies that allowed aliens to bypass the southwest border so they would not be included as encounters in Border Patrol data,” notes the report, released by the House Judiciary Committee, titled “The Biden-Harris Administration’s CHNV Parole Program Two Years Later: A Fraud-Ridden, Unmitigated Disaster.”

“Sex traffickers have potentially used CHNV to exploit women and girls,” investigators found. “A fraud analysis of CHNV applications revealed that some applications that were sent from the same IP addresses were submitted on behalf of a high proportion of female CHNV aliens … raising concerns about potential sex trafficking. In one such case, 21 supporter applications were submitted from the same IP address on behalf of 18 females and only three males. At least six of the females were under the age of 18. Another concern surrounded the use of the same physical address by many supporters. According to the DHS analysis, 100 physical addresses were used at least 124 times each on behalf of 19,062 CHNV aliens.”

The report fuels concerns that the Biden-Harris administration has facilitated the heinous, illicit activities of human smugglers, drug cartels, and transnational criminal organizations. The administration is presently unable to account for 320,000 children whom it placed with U.S. sponsors after the minors crossed the border illegally.

U.S. taxpayers may also be paying welfare benefits to illegal immigrants brought into this country under CHNV. The report found Biden administration officials “approved CHNV supporters who admitted to receiving means-tested public benefits as part of their income listed as evidence that they can support a CHNV alien. Thus, American taxpayers may actually end up supporting CHNV aliens despite Biden-Harris Administration claims that those aliens will have supporters in the U.S.”

The Biden-Harris administration’s Department of Homeland Security temporarily halted the CHNV program in mid-July “out of an abundance of caution.” The pause coincided with the time Democratic leaders prevailed upon President Joe Biden to step aside and allow Kamala Harris to become the presidential nominee, out of fear his poor record on the economy and immigration would harm the party. The administration announced it would resume CHNV program flights in late August.

Before the mid-summer interruption, an internal investigation by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), obtained by the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR), uncovered evidence of significant fraud in CHNV, including the significant use of false Social Security numbers, including “666666666.” In addition:

  • 2,839 forms included non-existent zip codes.
  • 1,908 applications used fictitious phone numbers.
  • More than 1,800 applications featured the same, 184-word answer in response to a question.

“The most frequently used sponsor e-mail address was listed on 363 different forms. Further, the most frequently used parolee e-mail address was listed on 1,723 different forms collectively submitted by 477 different sponsors,” found FAIR.

The CHNV program approved applications by those who do not live in the four nations covered by that mass amnesty program, FAIR reported.

Critics say they are unsurprised by fraud, because the CHNV program itself is lawless. In 1996, Congress enacted a federal law — 8 U.S.C. § 1182(d)(5)(A) — which allows the attorney general to parole illegal immigrants into the United States “only on a case-by-case basis for urgent humanitarian reasons or significant public benefit.”

The Biden-Harris administration approved 650,200 applications from the CHNV program as of August 6.

Year-end numbers showed 2024 was the second-worst year for illegal immigration in U.S. history, with 2,901,142 illegal border crossings during the fiscal year, which began in October 2023.

The committee’s investigation “uncovered how the Biden-Harris Administration’s willingness to cast aside the best interests of Americans has enabled fraud, undermined national security, and endangered public safety, all in favor of ensuring that hundreds of thousands of otherwise illegal aliens can come to the U.S. through CHNV,” said the report.

Americans concerned with women’s and girls’ safety should support sealing the border and reversing illegal immigration, human rights advocates say. Polls show a majority of American (54%) support President-elect Donald Trump’s promises to begin mass deportations early in his second administration.

“This tragic reality underscores why the new administration’s promises to secure our borders, end the incentives for foreign nationals to put their lives at the mercy of ruthless criminals, and begin the process of removing Tren de Aragua and other brutal gangs from our soil are fully justified,” wrote Pawel Styrna, senior researcher at FAIR. “Those genuinely concerned about the welfare and safety of women and children should support secure borders and the rule of law, rather than misguided open-borders policies that empower and enrich cartels and gangs that force women, and even children, into prostitution.”

The Biden Crime Family Is Above the Law

If Hunter Biden had a different last name, he would never have been able to launch a career in corrupt influence peddling or launder millions through his “art” or write a self-serving memoir about crack-fueled whoremongering or dump a gun next to a high school without any real consequences.

If Hunter’s last name weren’t “Biden,” special counsel David Weiss would never have let him get away with failing to register as a foreign agent or avoid paying millions in taxes that flowed from his foreign arrangements. If your name isn’t Biden, don’t try writing off your hookers and crack as tax deductions.

If Hunter had been treated like anyone else, the Justice Department wouldn’t have tried to give him blanket immunity not only on gun and tax charges but on a slew of uninvestigated potential offenses, including bribery and corruption.

If it hadn’t been for a principled judge named Maryellen Noreika asking the government’s so-called prosecutors if they could provide a single precedent in which immunity was offered to a person for “crimes in a different case” (they could not), Hunter Biden would have walked last year. The DOJ was trying to pardon Hunter Biden long before Donald Trump won the presidency.

Then again, if it weren’t for the congressional testimony of IRS whistleblowers Gary Shapley and Joseph Ziegler, it’s highly unlikely that the younger Biden would have ever been charged even with those two piddling misdemeanor counts.

Because for four years, Attorney General Merrick Garland and the DOJ acted as the Praetorian Guard of the Biden crime syndicate, doing everything possible to keep Hunter Biden out of a courtroom and then dragging their feet to ensure that the statute of limitations on the most serious potential crimes ran out.

Yes, Joe Biden lied on numerous occasions about never having discussed the family business with his son. Joe Biden also lied when he told the country he would never pardon his son. But the pardon letter itself is also a lie.

Like the president, many media outlets framed Joe Biden’s pardon as shielding Hunter Biden from specific gun and tax charges, when it is a pardon for all federal crimes committed over the past decade —including the times Joe Biden was the vice president and president.

Any genuine investigation into the Biden family’s $17 million foreign influence-peddling business would necessitate deposing the president of the United States and compelling him to answer numerous difficult queries about his connections to disreputable authoritarian regimes. Being a “sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory” will only get you so far.

Hunter Biden’s laptop, despite censorious efforts of the press and social media platforms, was real and spectacular. It was filled with messages referencing his father’s role in securing the money and taking cuts from the business, not to mention the witnesses who said that the “Big Guy” had a part in that outfit or the checks, referring to Joe Biden.

If Hunter Biden hadn’t been treated differently by the government, he would have had to answer for the 20-plus shell companies he helped set up with his uncle James Biden.

Indeed, the pardon’s decade-plus time frame is tremendously convenient, considering it coincides with Hunter Biden’s first pulling in $50,000 to $83,000 per month as a board member of the Ukrainian energy giant Burisma in 2014, just as his father was forging policy in that country as vice president in the Obama administration.

The pardon extends to 2015, when Hunter Biden received emails from a Ukrainian businessman thanking him for the chance to meet with Joe Biden.

It extends to 2017, when we have an email proposing an equity breakdown of a venture with Chicom energy concerns, which included the line, “10 held by H for the big guy?” It is the same year Hunter Biden threatened his Chinese partner Raymond Zhao with the words, “I am sitting here with my father.” Even the Obama administration was worried about Biden Inc.

The pardon also extends to 2019, when Hunter Biden received two wire transfers totaling $260,000 from Beijing with the president’s Delaware home listed as the beneficiary address. The “perception of access” can be quite lucrative.

As always, many of the president’s defenders leaned into emotional appeals regarding the elder Biden. Any loving father would have pardoned his once-addicted son—privileged, middle-aged, Yale-educated lawyer and international lobbyist who is constantly being portrayed as a child.

One could argue that a good father would never have enabled his drug-addicted son to engage in influence trading. But what is certain is that a patriot would never have put the country or his family in this position.

Tennessee AG Says SCOTUS Could Pave Way To Ending Child Sex Changes And Saving Women’s Sports With Just One Ruling

The Supreme Court’s forthcoming ruling on state child sex change bans could impact a range of issues related to gender identity, Tennessee Attorney General Jonathan Skrmetti told the Daily Caller News Foundation.

The justices heard oral arguments Wednesday on Tennessee’s law banning medical procedures intended to help a child live as an identity “inconsistent” with their sex, which the Biden administration argues violates the Fourteenth Amendment’s Equal Protection Clause.

“There’s been no constitutional analysis of gender identity issues from the court prior to this,” Skrmetti told the DCNF on Thursday. “In the Bostock case, they were looking at statutory language.”

In the high court’s 2020 Bostock v. Clayton County decision, the majority held that discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity equates to sex discrimination in the employment context.

“So potentially, there could be language in the opinion that significantly impacts not just the protection for kids from gender related procedures with life-altering impact,” Skrmetti said. “There could be an impact on litigation about women’s sports teams, about bathroom privacy, potentially other areas of law.”

Skrmetti believes his team did a great job defending the case before the court but acknowledges “you never want to predict” what is going to happen. Win or lose, the court could opt to issue a narrow ruling, or something broader and precedent-setting.

“The court asked a lot of brilliant questions,” he said. “It was a long argument because I think they recognize this could be a significant case precedentially, and they have months now to think about it and work through it, so there’s a long way to go before we get a decision.”

Several conservative justices pointed to European countries limiting gender transition procedures for children. Justice Samuel Alito questioned why the government claimed that overwhelming evidence supports the use of puberty blockers and hormone therapy while failing to acknowledge studies indicating otherwise, such as the Cass report commissioned by the National Health Service (NHS) England.

Meanwhile, Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson drew a parallel between banning child sex changes and bans on interracial marriage. “I’m worried that we’re undermining the foundations of some of our bedrock equal protection cases,” she said.

Tennessee contends its law does not draw lines based on sex, but based on medical purpose. Giving testosterone to a girl will have vastly different effects than giving it to a boy, the state argues.

Nearly half of all U.S. states have passed laws like Tennessee’s. Skrmetti is certain that this won’t be a decision of “no consequence.”

“The risks to kids are profound. You’re talking about potential lifelong loss of the ability to have children, the lifelong loss of the ability to have sexual function, a life of dealing with tumors and blood clots, bone density disorders, cognitive impairments,” he said. “So it’s not something to be taken lightly.”

Critically Thinking about Children’s Books — What’s in Your School? [Part 1]

Before doing some research, I was under the impression that age-inappropriate books for children in the libraries of US public schools, were outliers. Wrong!

BTW, when I say “age-inappropriate” I mean any books in K-12 schools that normalize profanity, drug use, hate, violence, suicide, illicit sex, etc. are age-inappropriate. As if those weren’t bad enough, there are other deeply concerning issues in many of these books — like historical distortions, inciting activism, etc.

The possible good news part is that this can be a relatively winnable fight. One reason is that the gatekeeper for what books go into a school library is typically one person: a librarian. IF that individual can be reasonable, the battle is likely won…

I attended an interesting local meeting a week or so ago and came across an NC organization that I was not familiar with: Pavement Education Project (PEP). OK, I agree: the name is non-descriptive and non-inspiring. But forget that.

Perusing their website should give you a good idea of the amazing work done by these good people. We need to make more citizens (esp. parents, school board members, and legislators) aware of it.

If you are not in North Carolina, please check to see if your state has something like PEP. If not, then citizens should rely on the Moms for Liberty offshoot organizations: BookLooks.org and BookLooks.info

The basics of what PEP did (with BookLooks.org & BookLooks.info) —

  1. Is advancing a reasonable five-point book rating system (see similar below).
  2. Identified 300+ new “woke” books K-12 libraries are being deluged with.
  3. Carefully read those books.
  4. Listed representative examples of inappropriate material, with page numbers.
  5. Gave every one of those books a rating.
  6. Researched which of these books were in which NC K-12 libraries.
  7. Sorted this information by NC County.
  8. Put together a website for the public to see all this.

Here is the five-point book rating system being used

Note that the book ratings are based on more than inappropriate sex. They also take into account violence, hate, profanity, drug use, etc. The takeaway is that the maximum rating for books in an elementary school library should be 1, for middle school = 2, and for high school = 3. Further, when a book is at the max level, parents should be involved so that they can have productive discussions with their children.

Little of that is happening anywhere in the US!

An example —

To demonstrate how this works, I selected one (out of 100) NC counties. I picked Wake as that is where the capital (Raleigh) is, and it’s a good example of an educated, well-off community. Here is the list of rated books found in Wake K-12 schools.

My count is that there are 150+ woke books. Out of those, 84 (>50%) were rated 4 — no child under 18! In other words, no elementary, middle, or high school should have books rated 4 (or 5), as they are age-inappropriate.

Here is just one of those 4 rated books: The Freedom Writers Diary with Erin Gruwell. PEP’s listing not only gives a very brief overview of the concerns, but it also shows which school libraries in Wake County have this book. Note that this “no child under 18” book is stunningly in Wake elementary (ages 5-11) and middle schools (ages 12-14):

So what’s the harm of having such books in K-12 libraries?

Briefly, exposing immature, inexperienced children to such material can lead to multiple very serious problems (see also here and References below), like:

  • Decreased focus on academic achievement
  • Reduced interest in extracurricular school activities (e.g., sports)
  • Declined acceptance of parental standards
  • Increased student-to-student friction
  • More student-to-teacher disrespect, conflict, etc.
  • Elevated interracial tension
  • Drug use
  • Depression
  • Self-abuse (e.g., cutting)
  • Rapes
  • Unwanted pregnancies
  • Abortions
  • Irreversible sex changes
  • Suicides
  • Distorted relationships for life
  • American patriotism undermined

There is quite a bit to cover here, and what I’ve written so far is already a lot to absorb. My next commentary (Part 2) will cover the American Library Association and conclude my discussion of this extremely troubling — and large — issue…

EXCLUSIVE: Here’s How A Small Band Of Pediatricians Pushed Medical Org Into Nixing Age Minimums For Sex Changes

A handful of pediatricians who perform sex-change procedures on children led a successful pressure campaign to push a major transgender medical organization to remove age minimums for life-altering sex-change surgeries from its clinical guidance, according to emails exclusively obtained by the Daily Caller News Foundation.

Emails reveal the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) asked just four doctors — all of whom are considered leaders in the field of pediatric sex changes and have performed various transgender procedures — to review and provide feedback on an embargoed copy of the World Professional Association of Transgender Health’s (WPATH) clinical guidance, called the Standards of Care version 8 (SOC-8), weeks before its expected publication.

Based on the four doctors’ review, the AAP strong-armed WPATH into removing sex-change surgery age minimums from the SOC-8.

When the AAP asked the four pediatricians —Jason Rafferty, Ilana Sherer, Juanita Hodax, and Brittany Allen — to review the SOC-8 on the organization’s behalf in 2022, Rafferty, Sherer, and Allen were on the leadership team of the AAP’s Section on LGBT Health and Wellness, a group within the AAP that provides the organization with expertise and education on LGBT issues, according to an archive of its website.

The Biden-Harris administration also pressured WPATH to remove sex-change surgery age limits from their clinical guidance, according to records made public by Alabama Attorney General Steve Marshall while defending Alabama’s law restricting pediatric sex-change procedures.

In an amicus brief submitted in the upcoming Supreme Court case United States v. Skrmetti, Marshall explains that Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Assistant Secretary for Health Rachel Levine — who is openly transgender — had unsuccessfully pressured WPATH to remove the surgical age minimums, but the pressure from the AAP “tipped the scales,” causing WPATH to remove the child sex-change surgery age minimums.

“Thanks to the Biden Administration and AAP, SOC-8 does not contain age minimums for any transitioning hormonal or surgical intervention except for one: phalloplasty, the surgical creation of a neopenis,” reads Marshall’s brief. “WPATH considers all other surgeries and interventions ‘medically necessary gender-affirming medical treatment[s] in adolescents.’”

Tipping The Scales

In August 2022, after securing an embargoed copy of WPATH’s clinical guidance, AAP state government affairs analyst Jeff Hudson asked the pediatricians to review how the guidance aligned with current AAP policy. Rafferty was the lead author of the AAP’s controversial child sex-change policy, first published in 2018, that supported the use of puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones and sex-change surgeries for minors. Reaffirmed in 2023, the AAP’s transgender policy notably excluded age minimums for drug or surgical interventions.

Hudson stressed the importance of reviewing the SOC-8 before it’s publication, noting it would have “implications” for their “existing legal arguments” as they fought state bans on child sex-change interventions in court.

“I explained our position and reasoning behind securing access to SOC-8 before its publication and WPATH agreed that the AAP and AAP chapters are leading the fight to protect access to this care at the state level and needs to be as prepared as possible,” wrote Hudson.

“There are implications for our existing legal arguments that I’ll work through with our counsel once you’ve reviewed and provided feedback.”

Hudson requested the feedback quickly so that the AAP would have time to “formulate an advocacy strategy and media strategy” before the SOC-8’s anticipated release in September. Emails show a small group from the AAP, which included Hudson, the gender pediatricians and CEO Mark Del Monte, was given access to the embargoed guidance.

The DCNF obtained a series of heavily redacted emails that appear to be discussions in which the gender pediatricians reviewed and commented on the embargoed draft of the SOC-8. In one heavily redacted email, Rafferty alluded to differences between the AAP’s policy and the WPATH clinical guidance, writing: “I personally continue to support the AAP’s current position over WPATH in my practice as articulated in the statement.”

Hudson met with WPATH leadership on Sept. 5, 2022, and the following day reached out to Sherer, Rafferty, Hodax, and Allen, sending an attachment with their final “collated” comments on the SOC-8, promising to touch base with them all about “the plan moving forward.”

On Sept. 8, 2022, then-AAP president Moira Szilagyi sent a letter to WPATH letting them know the final version of the SOC-8 “raised concerns” from their clinical experts, who emails revealed to be Rafferty, Sherer, Hodax, and Allen. The AAP specifically took issue with WPATH’s inclusion of age minimums for pediatric sex-change surgery and their validation of “anti-transgender arguments.”

“AAP experts agree SOC8 lacks the evidence to justify the recommended surgery ages,” Szilagyi wrote, ending with a request that AAP subject-matter experts meet with WPATH for further discussion.

Neither Sherer, Hodax, nor Allen responded to the DCNF’s multiple requests for comment.

‘Very Junior People’

Documents released by AG Marshall detail how the AAP’s refusal to endorse the SOC-8 sent WPATH into chaos.

In response to the AAP’s letter, Scott Leibowitz, a co-lead of the SOC-8 chapter on adolescents, urgently created a task force to review the AAP’s feedback and “figure out next steps,” according to an email sent Friday, Sept. 9, 2022.

“The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP)- a MAJOR organization in the United States that is typically very pro-transhealth/gender affirming care- voiced its opposition to the SOC8, specifically due to aspects of the Adolescent chapter. Not only did they say they would not endorse the SOC, they indicated that they would actively publicly oppose it,” wrote Leibowitz.

“Clearly, if AAP were to publicly oppose the SOC-8, it would be a major challenge for WPATH, SOC-8, and trans youth access to care in the U.S.,” Leibowitz wrote.

That same day, Jon Arcelus, one of three co-chair’s responsible for leading WPATH’s SOC-8 development team, wrote to colleagues that he did not agree with bending the knee to the AAP’s request to remove sex-change surgery age minimums. In an email, he referred to the AAP’s policy as a “one sided narrative” and said making the changes they demanded “will make a joke of our methodology” and look “weak.”

“We can’t not [sic] write a document that looks like theirs, as it has a one sided narrative, extremely biased. I will be surprised in their guidelines are used at all,” wrote Arcelus.

“I think it will not be in the benefit of our community to remove ages as an suggestion and to make any of the changes that they are recommending. This will make a joke of our methodology and will see us as weak,” he wrote.

Then-president of WPATH Walter Bouman responded to Arcelus, writing: “I have also read all the comments from the AAP and struggle to find any sound evidence-based argument(s) underpinning these. I am seriously surprised that a ‘reputable’ association as the AAP is so thin on scientific evidence.”

Arcelus wrote he was “shocked” that the comments about the SOC-8 had come from “very junior people at the AAP.”

“I was shocked to see the feedback from very junior people from AAP, my suggestion was not to make any changes,” wrote Arcelus.

Leibowitz declined to comment through a Nationwide Children’s Hospital spokesperson. Neither WPATH, Arcelus, nor Bouman responded to the DCNF’s multiple requests for comment.

‘Reached A Deal’

In the early hours of Sept. 10, 2022, Arcelus sent WPATH colleagues his comments on the AAP’s requests to change the SOC-8.

“I am including the pdf with the comments from AAP. I have gone one by one through them and add my comments […] as to why we are not going to make changes or if we are say that we are removing it,” wrote Arcelus.

“Time is a problem as we want the SOC-8 to be out for Montreal, so we need to agree tomorrow whether 1) we ignore all their comments 2) we remove the sections that I suggest or more if you feel,” Arcelus wrote.

WPATH was under pressure to resolve the dispute with the AAP quickly, as it wanted to release the SOC-8 before an upcoming scientific symposium that began Sept. 15, 2022, in Montreal, Canada.

Through a public records request, the DCNF obtained 30 hours of recordings from the private WPATH symposium, where several speakers noted the SOC-8 was published the night before the symposium began.

Around midday on Sept. 10, 2022, Arcelus sent Hudson an email titled “Last version with changes.” The email included an attachment titled “SOC8 Final edit as agreed with adolescent chapter,” informing Hudson that WPATH had removed the age minimums from the SOC-8 as “agreed” upon and asking for the AAP’s endorsement.

“Thank you very much for today’s meeting and the support through this process. We have just finished our meeting and we have agreed to remove the ages and to add the sentence we agreed,” wrote Arcelus. “I hope that by doing this AAP will be able to endorse the SOC8 or at least to support it.”

Hudson forwarded the email to Rafferty, Sherer, Allen, Hodax and Mark Del Monte, asking: “Do you approve of these changes?”

“I think these changes are sufficient so that we would not need to oppose SOC8,” Rafferty responded, adding he didn’t see anything that “explicitly or directly contradicts or opposes our policies.”

“For us all, I think it is important to recognize that the [policy statement] is still our official policy even after SOC8 is released. These changes allow SOC8, especially the recommendations themselves, to at least be aligned with the [policy statement] without anything that explicitly or directly contradicts or opposes our policies,” wrote Rafferty.

Later that afternoon, Eli Coleman reported to his colleagues that the AAP was “satisfied with the proposed changes” and that the group was ready to provide a statement in support of WPATH.

One person on the WPATH email chain, whose name was redacted, wrote: “May I thank each and all of you for the tremendous effort you made to reach a deal with the AAP and to allow the SOC 8 to be published.”

‘So Much More’

Rafferty played a critical role in the development of the AAP’s child sex-change policy, which has no age minimums for sex-change surgery and refers to puberty blockers as “reversible treatments.”

The DCNF obtained an email written by Rafferty in June 2022 responding to a series of questions from the powerful D.C.-based Covington and Burling law firm, which represents the AAP in litigation seeking to overturn Alabama’s ban on pediatric sex-change, about the appropriateness of pediatric sex-change.

“We recently reviewed a lengthy article in the New York Times Magazine entitled ‘The Battle Over Gender Therapy’ […]. Given the prominence of the NY Times and the tenor of the article, which raises many questions about the appropriateness of gender-affirming care, we expect the article may be cited in support of bans on gender affirming care,” the law firm wrote. “Below we’ve listed some points from the article which may be used to support such bans or to challenge our amicus briefs, and some questions from our team.”

Despite the AAP’s push to remove age minimums from the WPATH SOC-8, Rafferty, when referring to gender exploration, told the law firm that some youth “try it out” without needing intervention.

“Do some youth ‘try it out’ – Yes, as children grow up gender exploration is a NORMAL part of development and understanding the society roles [sic] around them. Exploring one’s gender does not mean that any intervention is necessary aside from support and assuring their safety,” wrote Rafferty.

Unmentioned Risks

In his response to the law firm’s questions, Rafferty described how puberty blockers can cause sterility in children and admitted there were no studies evaluating whether puberty suppression leads to sexual dysfunction.

“Long story short, if you start blockers early in puberty before the eggs or cells that give rise to sperm mature (essentially before someone starts to menstruate or ejaculate), then later go directly on directly to cross sex hormone, then you never allow the maturation to occur and will essentially be sterile,” wrote Rafferty.

Rafferty further explained that while patients who’ve received sex-change interventions may have physical limitations in the mechanics of sexual intercourse, the experience of being sexually intimate in their “chosen” sex was “worth so much more to them.”

“Sexual dysfunction: As far as I know there is no study that looks at this, and frankly it would be a difficult study to do,” wrote Rafferty.

“The mechanics of an ‘internal orgasm’ and pleasure are quite different than penile erection, climax, and release of semen,” Rafferty wrote. “A fundamental point, however, is that for many people who are trans female, penile stimulation and external orgasm may actually be quite dysphoric and lead to an aversion or avoidance of sexual activity. I see this commonly in my practice. In adults post-op, I commonly hear that while there may be limitations, the ability to experience intimacy with a partner in a way that is affirming, or simply to be naked and comfortable in one’s body around another person, is worth so much more to them. I know this is not “a study” but it is the experience so many patients have shared with me.”

Puberty blockers stop the maturation process of the reproductive organs, leaving boys with a small penis and lacking the penile tissue needed for vaginoplasty — a sex change surgery that uses genital tissue to create an imitation vagina for men. Rafferty discussed this in his email to the law firm.

“I will also say that a risk you do not mention for trans females who start on blockers early in puberty is that there may not be enough penile tissue to do an inversion and achieve a full depth vaginal cavity. They may take tissue from the GI track or elsewhere to try to extend the cavity but that has led to complications (e.g. GI tissue tends to secrete a lot of mucous and foul odor),” wrote Rafferty.

Rafferty also noted there had been an increase in “top surgery” among teenagers, which he attributed to Medicaid coverage making the surgeries more accessible.

“Today, we have 3 surgeons in [Rhode Island] doing these surgeries and probably half a dozen in [Massachusetts] plus a pediatric plastic surgeon at Boston Children’s specializing in gender surgeries. Most if not all now take Medicaid – very few patients are paying the fully cost of surgery out of pocket. So, the point is that my experience is not that surgery is ‘more popular’ but just more (or simply just) accessible.”

Rafferty did not respond to multiple requests for comment.

Pursuit Of Excellence

On September 15, 2022, WPATH released the SOC-8 without age minimums for child sex-change surgery. Upon its release, Hudson sent an internal memo with the AAP’s statement on the SOC-8, which included a FAQ about the AAP’s policy positions. The FAQ included the question, “What is the AAP’s position on the leaked recommendations on surgeries for minors?” The document gave the following answer: “AAP does not recommend surgical interventions for individuals younger than 18, except in rare cases.”

In December 2022, Jeff Hudson was awarded a Pursuit of Excellence award from the AAP for his work on behalf of “trans” youth, according to a LinkedIn post.

“I am extremely honored to have been awarded the AAP Pursuit of Excellence award for my work on behalf of trans and gender diverse youth,” Hudson wrote in the post.

The AAP previously provided the DCNF with a statement that confirmed their partnership with WPATH but explained that the AAP and peer organizations “develop policy guidance independently.”

“The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) routinely partners with relevant U.S. medical and mental health associations and global health organizations on a wide range of health issues, including the World Professional Association of Transgender Health (WPATH),” an AAP spokesperson told the DCNF.

“While this collaboration is important, the AAP develops policy guidance independently, as do its peer organizations.”

The American Academy of Pediatrics and Jeff Hudson did not respond to multiple requests for comment.

America’s Blue Bastions Have Crept Right Amid Rampant Crime And Homelessness

America’s most liberal cities and states have shifted their policies to the right in recent elections, as crime and homelessness remain large issues in Democratic strongholds.

Left-wing policies in blue states like California and Colorado and cities such as Portland, San Francisco, Los Angeles and Oakland were rejected by voters last week, with voters passing anti-crime ballot measures and ousting liberal district attorneys and mayors. Some of the policies voters supported include tougher drug penalties, harsher prosecution of criminals by district attorneys and more funding for law enforcement.

“I think people are realizing that it’s not a good idea to cut millions upon millions of dollars from your local police department’s budgets, [and] it’s not a good idea to publish lists of crimes that you’re no longer going to prosecute,” Zack Smith, senior fellow at the Heritage Foundation, told the Daily Caller News Foundation. “And so what you’re seeing is politicians who formally supported those positions are starting to walk back some of their most radical previous policies.”

San Francisco District Attorney Brooke Jenkins was reelected by a wide margin, fending off a challenge from left-wing candidate Ryan Khojasteh, who worked for former District Attorney Chesa Boudin, according to multiple sources. Boudin was recalled in 2022 after facing widespread criticism for being too lenient on crime.

Boudin prohibited all cash bail in 2020, saying it unfairly targeted racial minorities, according to the San Francisco Gate. The policy was opposed vehemently by the San Francisco Police Officers Association, saying San Franciscans will “pay a heavy price for it.”

Jenkins, who has received praise for her tougher crime policy compared to her predecessor, will now serve her first full four-year term.

In 2023, Jenkins increased the yearly number of convictions in the city for the first time in eight years, according to city data. Many metrics of crime in San Francisco decreased in 2023, with homicide down 7% from 2022, larceny-theft down 11% and rape down 7.2%, according to San Francisco Police Department data.

Alameda County District Attorney Pamela Price was recalled by a whopping 25 points in her election in early November. Under Price, crime in the county surged, with auto theft in 2023 more than doubling, robbery increasing 19%, burglaries 14% and theft under $200 in value increasing 31%, according to county statistics.

Price vowed to decrease the juvenile conviction rate and not “overcriminalize the youth,” according to her campaign platform. The same year she took office, a juvenile crime wave plagued the city, with police arresting suspects that participated in as many as 20 robberies, according to CBS News in May 2023.

Prison populations plummeted under Price’s leadership, going to levels not seen since 2003, according to the Chronicle in November 2023. Additionally, Price neglected to onboard attorneys sent by Democratic California Gov. Gavin Newsom to help prosecute drug crime, which prompted Newsom to rescind the offer. Additionally, a presentation used by Price’s office to train victim-witness advocates taught that “the carceral state grew out of chattel slavery” and repeatedly claimed that there was racial bias in criminal justice.

Oakland Mayor Sheng Thao was also recalled along with Price, losing her bid to stay in office by a wide margin, according to the San Francisco Chronicle. Oakland Police Officers’ Association President Huy Nguyen told the Daily Caller News Foundation that managing the Oakland Police under her leadership was like “trying to keep a patient in the ICU alive.”

Thao cut the Oakland Police’s sworn officer count from 728 to 678 since 2022 as of August. Oakland lacked a police chief for nearly a year after Thao fired LeRonne Armstrong for alleged misconduct during an investigation into a hit-and-run involving a police car and a weapons discharge by an officer. An arbitrator report exonerated Armstrong for wrongdoing in September 2023, according to NBC Bay Area.

A city-wide crime report in December 2023 showed motor vehicle theft was up 44% for the year, robbery up 38%, violent crime up 21% and overall crime up 17%. Voters accused Thao of ignoring the city’s crime and homelessness problem while touting improvements, according to the LA Times.

“The progressives in Oakland did the same thing they did in San Francisco. They ignored the crime. They ignored the poverty,” Recall Sheng Thao spokesperson Seneca Scott told the LA Times. “They need to do some soul-searching.”

“Overall, the trend is toward moving toward more common sense crime policies, putting more police on the street, empowering them to do their job’s responsibly, and then having district attorneys who actually prosecute crimes,” Smith told the DCNF. “And I think what many people are realizing is that being a law and order district attorney doesn’t mean that everyone is necessarily going to prison for first-time non-violent offenses.”

Portland, Oregon, recently ousted its mayor Ted Wheeler in favor of Keith Wilson, who won handily in the ranked-choice election, according to The Associated Press. Wheeler assumed office in 2017, campaigning on improving homelessness programs, housing options and a slew of other left-wing policies, according to his platform in 2016. Since 2017, Portland’s homeless population has increased from 4,015 in 2017 to 6,297 in 2023, according to homelessness advocacy organization Do Good Multnomah.

Wheeler tried to correct the problem on his way out, signing into law a homeless camping ban in May, which would potentially fine or jail homeless people who refused shelter, according to Oregon Public Broadcasting. However, the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office said they would not allow the use of county jails to enforce the law.

In Wilson’s campaign, he addressed issues of lack of police resources by promising to provide aid to an “overtaxed” police department by sheltering homeless people that tie up manpower. He also promised to end open drug use and homelessness in the first year of his administration by creating more “emergency” homeless shelters in order to reduce street encampments, citing his experience with his homelessness non-profit Shelter Portland.

Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascon lost his seat by a 20-point margin to independent challenger Nathan Hochman, according to an unofficial tally. Hochman will assume the office as the city continues to reel from crime, with violent incidents overall remaining above pre-pandemic levels, according to FBI data.

Gascon faced heavy criticism during his tenure for leniency in prosecuting criminals. He promised upon taking office to not pursue the death penalty, not to try minors as adults and wouldn’t give life sentences without parole, according to Bolts Magazine. (Watch The Daily Caller’s documentary ‘Rigged’ HERE)

For example, Gascon did not seek the death penalty for the murderer of Los Angeles Police Department Officer Ryan Clinkunbroomer. A convicted murderer reportedly called Gascon his “champ” in 2022 after he did not include gang membership and firearm enhancements on his charge. Violent crime in Los Angeles also jumped by 12% and property crime by 15% from 2021 to 2023, according to CalMatters.

“It’s mostly a vote on Gascón,” Mark DiCamillo, director of the UC Berkeley IGS poll, told the LA Times in November. “Hochman is the other candidate in this race and he’s in that fortunate position of running against an unpopular incumbent.”

Tough-on-crime ballot measures also won decisive victories at the ballot box.

Californian voters at large passed Proposition 36, which raised penalties for retail theft and drug possession. The measure effectively reversed the 2014 Proposition 47, which downgraded theft under $950 from a felony to a misdemeanor while lowering drug possession penalties. Robberies in California were up 3.8% and shoplifting was up by almost 40% in 2023 compared to 2019, according to the Public Policy Institute of California.

Colorado passed Proposition 128, which requires those guilty of certain violent crimes like second-degree murder, first-degree assault, class two felony kidnapping or sexual assault to serve at least 85% of their sentence to be eligible for parole, raising the threshold from 75%. Voters also passed Proposition 130, which allocated $350 million to the state’s various police departments through the Colorado Department of Public Safety.

Additionally, Colorado voted to amend its constitution, removing the right to bail in first-degree murder cases where a conviction is highly likely, according to the state legislature.

In Arizona, voters passed Proposition 313, which requires a life sentence for those convicted of child sex trafficking. Proposition 314 was also passed, which toughens a slew of laws on illegal immigration and fentanyl, including empowering state and local police to arrest illegal immigrants outside of ports of entry.

In addition to local and state elections, the recent presidential election showed a massive swing toward Trump and Republicans.

San Diego County shifted towards president-elect Donald Trump by seven points, Los Angeles County by 14 points and Fresno County by 16 points compared to 2020, according to the San Francisco Chronicle. Latino voters mostly drove the shift rightward.

Nassau County in Long Island, New York, saw a 14-point swing to Trump and Miami-Dade County in Florida swung 19 points to the former president, according to The New York Times. Miami-Dade was last won by a Republican candidate in 1988, according to CBS.

Price, Gascon and Thao’s offices did not immediately respond to the DCNF’s request for comment.

5-Year-Girl Little Girl Raped By Illegal Migrant on Long Island, NY

The child rapist was part of the Democrat catch and release program.

He illegally crossed into the US near Rio Grande, Texas and was initially taken into custody by U.S. border agents but later released.

Police said Diaz then failed to show up for his immigration court hearing.

No words.

Mom of 5-year-girl raped by illegal migrant on Long Island ‘losing confidence in the world’

By Brigitte Stelzer and Steven Vago, NY Post, Nov. 1, 2024:

The distraught mom of the five-year-old girl allegedly raped by an illegal migrant on Long Island tearfully said she’s “losing confidence’ in the world — as she recounted the horrifying moments her daughter spent with the suspect under their roof.

“I am sad. I am scared, and I’m losing confidence in the world,” the girl’s mother, Petronila, 46, told The Post in Spanish on Friday, days after Honduras national Wilson Castillo Diaz was arrested for the sickening sexual assault.

Diaz, 27, who skipped an immigration hearing after being cut loose at the US-Mexico border, was collared last week for the sickening attack that occurred inside their shared Westbury home.

“I am scared, and I’m losing confidence in the world,” the victim’s mother, Petronila, told The Post.

A criminal complaint obtained by The Post alleges he raped the girl in his bedroom on the afternoon of Oct. 16, and also showed her pornographic images on his TV.

What’s at Stake in the Current Election?

It seems like a cliché to say that this is the most important election in our lifetime. But it feels like that right now. Here are a few different things I think are at stake in 2024, of importance to those who share a Biblical worldview.

The Value of Human Life

One party celebrates abortion up to the moment of birth, although they won’t admit that they want it up to the moment of birth. The other camp wants to allow some modest restrictions on abortion.

Abortion cheapens the value of human life. As Mother Teresa once declared, “If we accept that a mother can kill even her own child, how can we tell other people not to kill one another?”

If the lives of unborn babies are cheap, then life is cheap at later stages as well. If the lives of the unborn are worthless, why should people too old to contribute to society be kept alive?

Religious Liberty

America was founded for religious freedom. Dedicated, non-conformist Christians for the most part are the ones who came to these shores. As the Puritans and other colonist in the north east put it in 1643, in the New England Confederation, “We all came into these parts of America with one and the same end and aim, namely, to advance the Kingdom of our Lord Jesus Christ and to enjoy the liberties of the Gospel in purity with peace.”

Religious freedom in America was then extended to other groups. But today we find religious freedom is at risk. Peaceful pro-lifers face more exacting punishment for speaking out on behalf of life than do convicted criminals.

Recently, Vice President Kamala Harris was asked how unlimited abortion rights should be. Should Catholic hospitals be forced, against conscience, to perform abortions? She answered that there should be no restrictions on abortion. Period. Conscience concerns be darned.

Israel

Although Donald Trump is being likened to Adolf Hitler ad nauseum, the reality is that Trump was and is a far greater friend to the Jewish state than has been the Biden-Harris White House, which frequently treats Israel as adversaries. Although many previous presidents promised to move the U.S. Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, Trump actually did it.

After the vicious attack on Israel on October 7, 2023 in which Hamas tortured and killed Israeli men, women, and children, the Biden-Harris support for the Jewish state has been rather tepid.

In the spring of 2024, when college campuses, including many Ivy League schools, were aflame with anti-Semitic protests, the Biden-Harris team proceeded to coddle them.

Many commentators argue that Kamala did not choose the better candidate, Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro, who is Jewish, as her running mate—lest she offend Arab-Americans.

Free Speech Rights

We should note that some on the left view the Bible as hate speech. And they view “hate speech” as unprotected by the First Amendment–or they view the First Amendment as obsolete.

Many on the left have said that First Amendment is an obstacle to their goals.

The Transgender Issue

Another issue on the ballot is, “What is a boy?” “What is a girl?” We can see this come into focus when many public-school teachers and administrators try to hide from the parents what is taught in the schools. This conflict is perhaps most acute over the transgender issue—where the left says that gender is fluid.

This notion denies many girls advances in female sports. Somehow the image of a volleyball spiked by a biological male in a girls’ high school meet comes to mind. Such a ball can go as fast as 80 mph, and something like that happened to a girl in North Carolina who was knocked out by it. There was the 46-second unfair (and dangerous) boxing match at the Olympics between a female and a transgender. Seems grossly unfair.

The Teaching of America’s True History

The United States of America was a noble experiment. It can be summed up in one phrase: Self-rule, under God. On July 4, 2026, the United States will be celebrating its 250th birthday. Will it be “morning in America” or will it be “mourning in America”?

Who we vote for in the elections will say a lot about our vision for the nation’s future. And I haven’t even mentioned the borders, the economy, inflation, and runaway crime. There are two competing visions between the two candidates on those fronts as well.

This is a battle between worldviews—one of which values the individual, parental rights, the sanctity of human life, and free enterprise. While the other values enormous taxation, gender fluidity, putting a wedge between parents and children, giving up national sovereignty.

Christian, don’t sit this one out. There’s too much at stake.

Meet the Groups Funding Harris: Abortionists, Pornographers, and Trans Activists

Journalists across the political spectrum regret that interviews with Kamala Harris shed precious little light on her views or the policies she intends to implement if elected president. However, some of society’s most noxious forces — including abortionists, those who support transgender surgeries for minors, and pornographers — plan to shape the direction of a Harris-Walz administration and have donated more than $100 million dollars to ensure the pair take power next January.

Abortionists

The abortion industry alone has dedicated tens of millions of dollars to its business interests, and candidates who support them, in the 2024 election. The nation’s largest abortion business, Planned Parenthood, dedicated $40 million to promoting pro-abortion candidates in eight swing states: Arizona, Georgia, Montana, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.

“Abortion will be the message of this election, and it will be how we energize voters,” enthused Jenny Lawson, executive director of Planned Parenthood Votes. Lawson said her message would highlight the alleged “devastation that comes when anti-abortion politicians have power” — a theme the Democratic ticket has adopted with relish. Kamala Harris has falsely accused “Trump abortion bans” of claiming the lives of women who died as a result of complications from the abortion pill, mifepristone.

One of the nation’s most influential pro-abortion PACs, EMILY’s List, amplified this message with a fearmongering $6 million ad buy telling female voters in swing states that lifesaving laws will kill them. The group’s first ad features someone dressed as an emergency room doctor claiming “a pregnant patient” comes in “every shift” bleeding. But “it’s against state law for me to provide life-saving care, because Donald Trump took away a woman’s right to make her own medical decisions,” she lies. No pro-life law at any level makes it illegal to care for miscarriages or ectopic pregnancies, nor forces women to wait until they are at the point of death to receive medical treatment.

The abortion industry has banded together with the legal Left to launch an enduring, $100 million campaign under the new name Abortion Access Now (AAN). AAN describes itself as “a long-term federal strategy to codify the right to abortion, including lobbying efforts, grassroots organizing, public education, and comprehensive communication strategies to mobilize support and enact change.” Its leadership includes:

  • Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) and Planned Parenthood Action Fund (PPAF)
  • Reproductive Freedom for All
  • American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU)
  • Center for Reproductive Rights (CRR)
  • National Women’s Law Center (NWLC)
  • In Our Own Voice: National Black Women’s Reproductive Justice Agenda
  • National Latina Institute for Reproductive Justice (Latina Institute)
  • National Asian Pacific American Women’s Forum (NAPAWF)
  • Unite for Reproductive & Gender Equity (URGE)

Its steering committee also includes the oxymoronic, dissenting group Catholics for Choice, as well as EMILY’s List, the National Abortion Federation, MoveOn.org, the Service Employees International Union (SEIU), the National Council of Jewish Women, and the National Abortion Hotline.

Many of these groups worked in concert to support Ohio’s Issue 1, which wrote the “right” of minors to obtain abortion and other “reproductive” services into the state constitution last November. The groups support abortion for minors without parental consent or notification, transgender surgeries for minors, legalizing prostitution, hampering law enforcement, and forcing taxpayers to fund abortion-on-demand throughout all nine months of pregnancy.

Abortion Access Now’s opening statement signals that it, too, aims at far more than simply abortion. “We envision a future where abortion, and all sexual and reproductive health care, is not only legal but also accessible, affordable, and free from stigma or fear,” the group said in a press release announcing its formation in June. “We are operating with a really big vision, but we’re also living in the world of the possible,” Kimberly Inez McGuire, executive director of Unite for Reproductive and Gender Equity, told Politico.

For the short term, the group intends to fund abortion through Medicaid and other federal programs, expand the “right” of taxpayer-funded abortion-on-demand to illegal immigrants and other pregnant “people in federal custody facilities,” and corporate welfare for abortionists to rebuild “the abortion care ecosystem.” Its statement also hinted at the abortion industry’s fear-based misinformation strategy, alleging, “People are struggling to get lifesaving medical care for miscarriages, ectopic pregnancies, and other pregnancy complications.”

Planned Parenthood state affiliates in California, Florida, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, North Carolina, and Ohio will also launch localized campaigns on the issue, many focused at the state level. A total of 10 states will host ballot initiatives on abortion this November. But ultimately, Planned Parenthood CEO Alexis McGill Johnson vowed that her industry will use all the resources at its disposal to “fight for federal” pro-abortion legislation.

SBA Pro-Life America has announced it will spend $92 million in eight swing states, including Michigan, this election cycle aiding those who respect the unalienable right to life.

Pornographers

The New York Times reported that the “porn industry” — whose products often feature incest, rape, violence, and themes of pedophilia — has thrown its support behind Kamala Harris in 2024. The industry launched a $100,000 “Hands Off My Porn” campaign, running anti-Trump ads in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, North Carolina, Georgia, Arizona, and Nevada. The advertisements accuse the former president of secretly seeking to implement provisions of Project 2025, a conservative policy document he has repeatedly disowned, which would harm the smut industry’s bottom line.

The porn industry has a long history of endorsing Democratic candidates, and the party seemingly looks out for its interests, as well. The 2024 Democratic Party platform promises to keep “fighting” parents who want to place sexually graphic books in age-restricted parts of the library and ensure schools are not promoting such content to their children. The Democratic platform refers to these parental modesty initiatives as “book bans that censor LGBTQI+ content.” Both Kamala Harris and vice presidential candidate Tim Walz (D), who has a long history with the LGBTQ movement, have said they oppose efforts to spare minors from exposure to porn in schools.

Groups That Support Transgender Surgeries for Children

The nation’s leading LGBTQIA+ pressure group, the controversial Human Rights Campaign (HRC), has dedicated $15 million to the 2024 presidential election. As this author has written at The Washington Stand, HRC opposes laws protecting minors from transgender procedures and surgeries, and its controversial K-12 curriculum encourages employees to teach children radical transgender ideology beginning in preschool:

“HRC’s ‘Welcoming Schools’ program instructs teachers to read the book ‘They, She, He, Easy as ABC’ to children in preschool or kindergarten. Its pre-K lesson plan defines ‘gender identity’ as ‘How you feel. Girl, boy, both or neither. Everyone has a gender identity,’ conducts school trainings, and creates lesson plans for teachers beginning in ‘pre-K.’ By third grade, it encourages students to use the ‘Gender Snowperson’ exercise to ‘understand the differences between gender identity, sexual orientation and sex assigned at birth.’”

“The HRC, an LGBT activist group with a $46 million budget, opposes laws protecting minors from transgender procedures and has denounced laws ‘allowing misgendering of transgender students’ or regulating ‘drag performances.’”

HRC is joined by the so-called Equality PAC, which is co-chaired by Rep. Ritchie Torres (D-N.Y.), which has raised $12 million for the 2024 election.

“Welcome to our annual convening of the gay mafia,” Torres told the group’s star-studded fundraiser in June. “Vice President Harris, some of you from California may remember that she began marrying gay couples when she was the DA in San Francisco — before gay marriage was even legal across the country,” Rep. Robert Garcia (D-Calif.) told the crowd.

The group has raised so much money that it has branched out from supporting candidates who identify as LGBT to spreading LGBTQIA+ activists’ money throughout Democratic congressional campaigns broadly. “We recognize that without a pro-equality Congress, without a Speaker Hakeem Jeffries (D-N.Y.), a Democratic Senate and a Democratic president, we will never be able to make the Equality Act the law of the land,” said Torres. Besides, Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) told the group a future Democratic majority could “pull back” the Senate filibuster to pass the so-called “Equality Act” with a bare majority.

A new Democratic Congress may have a much stronger ally in the White House next January. In all, the movement aims to “build a world where it’s no longer noteworthy when a trans candidate runs and wins,” insisted a Democratic Delaware state senator born Tim McBride, who now goes by the name Sarah.

Torres linked the LGBTQIA+ cause with abortion-on-demand, telling NPR, “A woman born in 2024 has fewer rights than she did in 1973, which is a tragic reminder that progress cannot be taken for granted, that LGBTQ rights can be every bit as fragile as reproductive rights.”

A poll from the LGBTQ pressure group GLAAD found that those who identify with the movement favor any generic Democrat over any generic Republican by 63 points (77% vs. 14%).

Dr. Jennifer Bauwens has also pointed out at the 2024 Pray Vote Stand Summit that, according to federal election data, “92% to 96% of research psychologists and social workers” have “given to a liberal Democrat candidate” for office.

Researchers have found politicians prove remarkably responsive to people or organizations who donate to their campaign. Rest assured that if Kamala Harris is elected, pornographers, abortionists, and the transgender industry will have her ear.

The Government Has Become the ‘FedEx of Children from the Border to Traffickers’: Expert

Experts are sounding the alarm on the fact that the sex trafficking of minors has more than tripled under the Biden-Harris administration. “Biden’s border policies have led to an explosion in the forced prostitution of migrants in the U.S.,” wrote The Free Press’s investigative reporter Madeleine Rowley. In fact, added an informant from the nonprofit Shepherd’s Watch, “Nearly all … sex-trafficking rings now are migrant girls,” with a notable explosion of online sex-trafficking ads of women “within the first three months of the border being open.”

During “Washington Watch with Tony Perkins” last week, Rowley explained how there’s no doubt the rise in sex trafficking “is directly tied to Biden opening the border.” Criminals are smuggling women and girls “across the border promising them a better life, promising them jobs, only to trick them and force them into prostitution after they have crossed the border.” As Family Research Council President Tony Perkins highlighted, unaccompanied “minors … are entrapped in this” by being handed off by the federal government directly “into the custody of people who are going to abuse them and exploit them.”

According to Rowley’s research, there were roughly 137,000 unaccompanied minors that crossed the border in 2023 alone. “[T]he government is tasked with vetting the sponsors that these children are released to,” she said. While “a lot of the times they’re released to … people that they know,” they’re often “released to what they call ‘category ‘three sponsors’ or ‘unrelated sponsors,’” many of whom are unvetted or the ones doing the trafficking.

It’s “just absolutely shocking and heartbreaking that our government is facilitating the exploitation of women and children,” Perkins sighed. But as guest host Jody Hice explained on Friday’s episode of “Washington Watch,” “This story certainly has been going on for years,” which only makes it that much more shocking as “new details continue to emerge that paint an absolutely heartbreaking picture of the abuse that is taking place.”

“Within the last week,” Breitbart reported, “158 unaccompanied migrant children have been sent across the Rio Grande into the small town of Eagle Pass.” These children range between the ages of five and 17 years old. According to Tara Rodas, a whistleblower who formerly worked for the Department of Health and Human Services, this crisis is not merely being allowed by the government but is being fueled by the government. “[W]hat we now know,” said Rodas, is that this “is government sponsored, taxpayer-funded child trafficking.”

“I can assure you,” she stated, “I never thought I’d be saying that.” Hice agreed, “It’s just absolutely unthinkable.” He went on to note how if it were not for whistleblowers, such as Rodas, exposing these realities, “[W]e would not even be aware of what’s been going on.” Providing further details, Rodas explained how “at the beginning of 2021, the Biden-Harris administration made a call to all federal employees,” asking them to help with the crisis of unaccompanied minors crossing the border. Rodas volunteered to offer a hand.

“I thought I was going to be coloring and doing puzzles with children,” she said. “I’m a Spanish speaker, and I thought I could be that person who would be there to greet the children and, … find out what are their plans about coming to America and living the American dream.” However, “it didn’t take very long for those illusions to evaporate,” Rodas explained, because the “children began to tell us the truth.” What those kids revealed is that many of them did not know who they were being sent to. It became clear, as Rodas described, that they were “lured here under the promise that they’re going to” get rich, only to get thrown into “modern day slavery.”

Through her first-hand experience with these children, Rodas detailed how they had “reported being sexually abused [and] being pimped out by their sponsors” — some of which “are actually gang members” from “violent criminal organizations.” It’s nothing short of “horrific,” she sighed, especially considering that taxpayer dollars are going into “vulnerable children … being shipped to known bad actors.” It’s as if we’ve become “the FedEx of children from the border to traffickers,” she lamented.

“[I]t’s a shocking story,” Rodas contended, and “people need to know about” it. “This is not humanitarian. This isn’t helping the children. They’re in slavery.” And this is why it’s appropriate to call it “government sponsored, taxpayer funded child trafficking,” Hice added, arguing how it explains how “such a horrifying thing has now become a partisan issue.” Rodas agreed, noting that “everybody should want to protect and defend children.”

Ultimately, Rodas argued, “[I]f you’re not in the box of protect and defend children … that puts you outside of all political realms.” This crisis is not a matter of red and blue, she insisted, but “we’re talking about good versus evil.” The problem is that “failed policies and policy makers” are at the heart of this “crisis because they rolled back the ability for people to come across the border,” she described. “They made it simple so that vetting is not being done. And then they opened the floodgates for these children to come across” and be taken to criminals.

It’s “unbelievable,” Hice groaned. In order to stop this crisis from getting worse, Rodas urged, “We need people who are going to put sane policies in place. We need to rescue children, and we need to seriously prosecute criminals.” And we also need people, Hice concluded, who are willing to continue putting a “spotlight on this and … deal with it courageously.”

VIDEO EXPOSÈ: Youth Sex Trafficking Cases Tripled Under ‘Border Czar’ Kamala Harris

Reports of youth sex trafficking have surged threefold under “border czar” Kamala Harris.

WATCH: Trafficking in America: Carrie’s Story

Landon Dickeson, director of Bob’s House of Hope in Denton, Texas, highlighted the horrific experiences of teens from Central and South America, many arriving in dire conditions after enduring severe abuse from traffickers. Victims often suffer brain damage from drugs, physical torture, and emotional trauma, with cartels using brutal tactics to maintain control.

Data from the Department of Health and Human Services, obtained through the Freedom of Information Act, shows the agency issued 1,143 Certification and Eligibility Letters in 2021, 2,226 in 2022, and 2,148 in 2024, reflecting a significant increase compared to the 562 letters issued annually under Donald Trump.

Since October 2020, a total of 5,517 letters have been issued, averaging 1,837 per year, with child trafficking cases under Biden and Mayorkas outpacing adult cases threefold. Concerns about potential fraud have also been raised, similar to issues with the “U Visa” for crime victims, which fast-tracks young individuals toward citizenship.

U.S. Complicit in Child Trafficking Under “Border Czar” Kamala Harris

Bob Unanue

In the shadows of our nation, a grim reality persists. More than 525,000 unaccompanied alien children have fallen prey to human traffickers at our southern border, their futures sold for profit in a $150 billion-a-year industry. This inhumane trade has surged under the Biden-Harris administration which lost contact with more than 85,000 illegal migrant children released to poorly vetted adult “sponsors.”

When President Joe Biden assigned Vice President Kamala Harris in March 2021 “to lead our efforts with Mexico and the Northern Triangle and the countries that…need help in…stemming the migration to our southern border,” many hoped her leadership would bring order to that chaotic border. Instead, Harris has treated the role as a mere formality, offering little in terms of solutions.

From the darkest corners of the internet to the streets of American communities, these innocent souls are subjected to horrors — sexual exploitationforced labor, and organ trafficking, among others. The U.S. is a top destination for child trafficking, and the Hispanic community bears the brunt of the problem. The Biden-Harris Administration’s open-border policies have allowed Hispanic children to be subjected to grueling labor and exploitation.

Here is just one tragic example. In May 2021, a Border Patrol agent apprehended 16-year-old Emilia near Yuma, Arizona, after illegally crossing the border. She was from Honduras. Under the Biden-Harris administration’s policies, she was…
