Harris Failed to Prosecute Illegal MS-13 Gang Member, He Went on to Murder a Family

An MS-13 gang member living illegally in the U.S. was arrested but went unprosecuted by then-Attorney General Kamala Harris’ office in CA months before he murdered a family, according to Breitbart News.

On June 22, 2008, Edwin Ramos killed Tony Bologna, 48 and his three teenage sons in San Francisco, California, reportedly because he misidentified them as rival gang members. Despite a plea by Angel Mom Danielle Bologna to seek the death penalty against Ramos, San Francisco D.A. Harris refused and sought a life sentence.

Ramos, three months before the Bologna murders, had a run-in with San Francisco police officers, who warned Harris’ office. Despite the fact that Ramos was a known MS-13 member with multiple run-ins with the law, Harris did not prosecute Ramos, claiming she needed another criminal charge against him in order to prosecute. He was released and went on to kill the Bolognas.

Perhaps if Harris had not secured that office by sleeping with Oakland Mayor Willie Brown, San Francisco could have gotten a competent AG and the Bolognas would still be alive. As the Democrat VP pick who will likely become the de facto President, Harris supports a national sanctuary policy that would shield arrested illegals like Ramos from being deported.

Accusing President Trump of Racism

On June 11, 2020, Harris joined other Democrats as well as a number of media outlets in declaring that President Trump’s plans for future campaign rallies in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Jacksonville, Florida, were racist — simply because of the locations chosen, and the dates for which the rallies were scheduled. For example, Harris was vexed by the Trump campaign’s announcement that it would hold its first rally in Tulsa on June 19 — commonly known as “Juneteenth,” a day which many African Americans observe as the anniversary of the day when freed slaves in Texas were read the Emancipation Proclamation. In the senator’s calculus, Trump’s choice of that date was a deliberate provocation: “This isn’t just a wink to white supremacists—he’s throwing them a welcome home party,” she tweeted. Democrats and journalists also claimed that the choice of Tulsa as the site of the rally was racist, because in 1921 that city had been the scene of deadly race riots by local whites. Critics likewise objected to a Trump rally scheduled for Jacksonville on August 27, noting that it would coincide with the 60th anniversary of a Ku Klux Klan attack against black activists in that city.

FBI: Russia and Iran Have Obtained U.S. Voter Information, are Attempting to Intimidate Voters

Both Russia and Iran have separately obtained some U.S. voter registration information and are attempting to use it to intimidate voters, the FBI announced in a Wednesday press conference.

WATCH:

FBI Director Christopher Wray made the announcement alongside Director of National Intelligence (DNI) John Ratcliffe in an  press conference Wednesday evening. Ratcliffe said Iran has already been found to be sending emails using the obtained registration information to intimidate U.S. citizens into not voting.

Wray took the stage following Ratcliffe’s announcement to say the FBI is confident America’s democratic processes remain unmolested, urging voters to ignore and not share any threatening emails they receive regarding voting.

Wray and Ratcliffe say Russia and Iran were behind recent spoof emails reportedly from the Proud Boys group that sought to threaten voters into voting for Trump.

The announcement comes more than a month after the DNI’s office released a report saying the U.S. was aware that Iran, Russia, and China were all seeking to interfere in the U.S. election for different ends. The announcement at the time said Russia sought to support Trump against Biden while Iran and China preferred Trump to lose.

“We assess that Russia is using a range of measures to primarily denigrate former Vice President Biden and what it sees as an anti-Russia ‘establishment,’” William Evanina, Director of the National Counterintelligence and Security Center, wrote at the time. “This is consistent with Moscow’s public criticism of him when he was Vice President for his role in the Obama Administration’s policies on Ukraine and its support for the anti-Putin opposition inside Russia.”

Communist countries never allow truth to reach their citizenry, only government propaganda.  Authoritarians in mainstream media, Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg, Twitter’s Jack Dorsey and Google’s CEO Sundar Pichai have censored the Biden family corruption and kept truth from reaching Americans before the election.

Ahh yes, the totalitarians have suppressed the 47-year Biden family corruption of influence peddling.  Sounds like the Clintons and Bidens learned well how to steal while in government “service.”  Several members of the Biden’s clan, including his brother James Biden, his sister-in-law Sara, and his son Hunter, landed lucrative positions or contracts with foreign countries while Joe Biden was a U.S. senator as well as when he served as vice president.  Forty-seven years of selling influence to make the Biden family wealthy.  And half of the remuneration was always split with the “big guy,” obviously Joe Biden.

The president tweeted, “We’ve got to get the Attorney General to act, he’s got to act fast, he has to appoint somebody.  This is major corruption and this has to be known before the election.”  This tweet was followed by a dozen house republicans led by AZ Congressman Andy Biggs to ask AG Barr to appoint a special counsel to investigate Biden’s corrupt dealings.

Any appointment from Barr would likely come from the demonstrably corrupt and biased DOJ itself.  We don’t have time…only two weeks and we face the most important election of our lifetime.  Censorship has kept the American people from knowing that Joe and Hunter Biden peddled their influence into the White House to secure lucrative multi-million dollar deals in China along with Hunter sitting on the board of Burisma in Ukraine.  All of this was exposed by the New York Post via emails they pulled from Hunter’s laptop that was dropped off at a Delaware store for repair and never picked up.   Link

The FBI had Hunter Biden’s computer for a year and did absolutely nothing.  Not only that, but had they even looked at the computer it would have blown up Pelosi, Schiff and Nadler’s Impeachment attempt.  Wray sat on it.  The intel community is still run by the Obama Deep State.

Two foreign countries bought influence through Biden’s son to Joe Biden and gave Hunter Biden positions and contracts he never would have gotten on his own, and everyone in the family who made beaucoup bucks had to fork over half to Pop Biden according to one of Hunter’s texts.  Hunter was selling access to his Vice President father.  Between Ukraine and China, Hunter was making a killing for the Biden family.  Can you imagine what they’d rake in with Joe Biden as President?  And don’t forget corrupt Kalamity Harris!  She slept her way to the top with Willie Brown who helped her gain power and influence in San Francisco.  These two would be the Clinton scams on steroids.  Meanwhile, President Trump gives his salary to veteran causes every year.

Hunter Biden pursued lucrative deals involving China’s largest private energy company, including one that he said would be “interesting for me and my family,” emails obtained by The Post show.  The email is contained in a trove of data that the owner of a computer repair shop in Delaware said was recovered from a MacBook Pro laptop that was dropped off in April 2019 and never retrieved.

John Paul Mac Isaac, the Delaware computer repair store owner who got the laptop, claimed that he came into possession of it on April 12, 2019.  In September, someone Isaac was in contact with, reached out to the FBI. And on December 17, 2019, the FBI took the laptop into custody, and then did nothing with it.  A copy of its contents was made by the shop owner and shared with The Post by former Mayor Rudy ­Giuliani.  Rudy tells the story in the following video.

Apparently pornographic images were included in the hard drive.  Rudy turned over copies of Hunter Biden’s inappropriateness with a 14-year-old girl to the Delaware State Police. They turned it over to the Deep State FBI, probably never to be seen again.

Censorship

The public needs to know all of this, but the censorship of Facebook and Twitter, along with mainstream media has shut down the full documentation of the corruption and scams exposed by the New York Post.  And of course, Joe was never questioned about Hunter during his ABC Townhall with George Stephanopoulos.  Twitter, Facebook, and mainstream media are all in the pockets of the Democrats, and 90% of them fund the Democrat Party.  As a matter of fact, top people from both Facebook and Twitter have gone to work for the Biden campaign.  Social media’s outright manipulation of the American public via censorship needs to be stopped…this is not America; this is Communist China and Russia…and is the first tactic in destroying freedom in our Republic.

Top White House Aide, Stephen Miller calls this “leftwing fascism” and he’s absolutely right.  There are some things that money can’t buy, like manners, morals and integrity.  Only one man seems to have that kind of class…it’s President Trump, certainly not Joe Biden.

Biden Denials

First the Bidens claimed that it was unverified, then the democrat party joined the fray and said the Russians had a hand in the disinformation.  Adam Schiff believes the smear is from the President via Russia.  He just can’t get off that bandwagon.

Glenn Greenwald stated on Elizabeth MacDonald’s program that even the CIA, headed by Gina Haspel who was mentored by John Brennan, said the documents were a Russian gift to President Trump.  Hogwash!  Almost everything in the laptop has been verified.  The lie was supported by Clapper, Brennan and their gang of 50 intelligence officials all of whom peddled the Russian disinformation to media.  Dismissals are in order.

The Director of National Intelligence, John Ratcliffe has categorically stated, “We do not have evidence of Russian involvement.”

Now There’s More

Former Hunter Biden business partner Bevan Cooney provided 26,000 emails to him—the first of which were published late last week in a Breitbart News exclusive investigation by authors Peter Schweizer and Seamus Bruner. Cooney is currently serving a sentence in federal prison due to his conviction over financial deals he made connected to Hunter Biden and his other partner Devon Archer. Archer, who was also convicted by a jury in federal court, saw his conviction vacated by a federal judge. That conviction was later—just a couple weeks ago—reinstated by an appellate court, which overruled the lower court judge’s decision to vacate it. Archer awaits sentencing.

Cooney provided written authorization to Schweizer to access his Gmail account. He also provided the password and username, and written authorization to publish emails. Schweizer says he believes Cooney was the “fall guy” for the Biden family’s corruption and that the public needs to know what really happened in Hunter Biden’s universe.

Far more will hopefully come out before the election and it won’t be pretty for Joe Biden.

The Debates

The final presidential debate is scheduled for Thursday night with moderator Kristen Welker, from NBC News. Welker’s objectivity has been called into question, particularly after she deleted her Twitter account which included anti-Trump tweets.

Welker spent one Christmas at the Obama White House, and like all other debate moderators chosen by the Debate Commission, including Chris Wallace, she is a democrat.  The moderator will have the option of muting the speech of either candidate, but as of today, October 21, 2020, the Commission has stated that President Trump will not be allowed to bring up Hunter Biden, Ukraine or China.  Fascism is right.

The first debate was on Tuesday, September 29th.  Only a couple days later Trump announced he had been diagnosed with Covid, which makes one wonder how bad he was feeling during the initial debate.  I remember thinking that our president was on stage with the man who was second in charge of the massive coup to destroy his presidency and it was a wonder to me that he remained as cool as he did.

Now, President Trump has to appear on stage again with this treasonous fool who not only was present in the Oval Office with Obama when the coup was arranged, but now the president knows that Hunter Biden’s laptop had been held by the FBI and contained the truth about Ukraine and nothing was done by the intel community.  Not only that, but had anything been done it would have stopped the impeachment in its tracks.  How this man maintains his cool is beyond me.  Evil and hatred surrounds him at every turn.  Pray for him!

Conclusion

Hunter Biden dropped off three computers with liquid damage at a repair shop in Wilmington, Delaware on April 12, 2019. The owner, John Paul Mac Isaac, examined the three and determined that one was beyond recovery, one was okay and the data on the hard drive of the third could be recovered. Hunter signed the service ticket and John Paul Mac Isaac repaired the hard drive and downloaded the data. During this process he saw some disturbing images and a number of emails that concerned Ukraine, Burisma, China and other issues.   A bill was sent, and Hunter never responded after four months.

When the Ukraine crisis surfaced in August of 2019, Isaac knew he had a treasure trove and took it to an FBI office in Albuquerque, New Mexico and was told to get lost.  Later agents from the Wilmington office showed up; Isaac offered them the computer and they declined.  Two weeks later they came for the computer, but when nothing came of it; Isaac contacted Rudy Giuliani’s office and offered him a copy of the hard drive.

The nation’s top government law enforcement agency is irretrievably corrupt.  The FBI needs to be dismantled.

Fortunately, the information from the hard drive is in Giuliani’s hands, and of course the FBI, who will stash it.  The fact that Isaac made copies was the smartest thing he did.

On February 21, 2020 the Department of Justice issued a press release, New York City Police Department Officer Charged with Acting As an Illegal Agent of the People’s Republic of China.  That press release went on to report, The Defendant Reported to Officials with the PRC Consulate About the Activities of Chinese Citizens in the New York Area and Assessed Potential Intelligence Sources for the PRC Within the Tibetan Community in New York and Elsewhere.

The Justice Department press release also provided the Complaint And Affidavit In Support Of Arrest Warrant pertaining to the defendant in this case, Baimadajie Angwang, a member of the New York City Police Department who is also a member of U.S. Army Reserves.

Not unlike an onion that has numerous layers, we will peel the layers off of this report to help illustrate how alleged and apparent failures of the immigration system go to the foundation of all that which is alleged to have occurred.

The reason that I am referencing failures of the immigration system is because, to begin with, the defendant in this case is a naturalized United States citizen who apparently committed serial immigration fraud.  U.S. citizenship was a prerequisite for his becoming of member of the NYPD.

The New York Times news report, N.Y.P.D. Officer Is Accused of Spying on Tibetans for China was also published on September 21, 2020 and provided additional details about NYPD Officer Angwang and how he entered the United States and ultimately became a United States citizen in this excerpt from that New York Times report:

Mr. Angwang first traveled from China to the United States on a cultural exchange visa, the complaint said. He later sought asylum, claiming that he had been arrested and tortured in mainland China because of his Tibetan ethnicity.

But prosecutors suggested in a court filing that Mr. Angwang secured his American citizenship under false pretenses, noting that he had traveled back to China after being granted asylum.

“These are not the actions of an individual who fears torture or persecution,” prosecutors wrote, arguing against bail. Mr. Angwang’s parents and brother still live in mainland China. His parents are members of the Communist Party, and his father is a retired member of the Chinese military, the complaint said.

The New York Times report also noted:

He also is accused of inviting a Chinese official to N.Y.P.D. events, offering potential access to senior police officials, prosecutors said.

The allegations raised serious questions about how much visibility Chinese government officials had inside the country’s largest police department and about the extent of Chinese efforts to conduct covert surveillance of Tibetan Americans.

It is particularly egregious that Angwang is alleged to have sought to legally enter the United States under the auspices of a cultural exchange program and then reported applied for political asylum supposedly seeking the protection of the United States.

The fact Mr. Angwang he had returned to China after having been granted asylum should have set off alarm bells, but apparently no action was taken.

We saw a similar situation with the Tsarnaev brothers who carried out the deadly terror attack at the Boston Marathon in 2013.  They had previously voluntarily traveled back to their native Russia after they filed for and were granted political asylum.

There is an obvious lack of resources dedicated to the effective enforcement of our immigration laws. to track the movements of such individuals.

There is also an apparent lack of resources available to do effective background investigations for immigration benefits and for the granting of security clearances.

These deficiencies create vulnerabilities that can and have been exploited repeatedly by foreign terrorists and spies alike.

Having succeeded in this strategy Angwang then, allegedly, obtained United States citizenship to acquire security clearances in both the U.S. military and the NYPD to provide him with opportunities to not only betray his adopted country but his former countrymen and women by spying on them all the while appearing in the camouflage of a police officer’s uniform, officially accorded him by the NYPD, the position of ultimate trust within local communities.

Ironically, he was, in fact, assigned as the community affairs officer in the 111th precinct in Queens, New York.

You have to wonder how many Tibetan-Americans, allegedly identified by Angwang, who were pressured in the United States, by the Chinese government who could have threatened harm to their family members back home.

Additionally, Angwang was also given a Secret Clearance by the U.S. Army as the alleged consequence of his having successfully concealed his covert work with the Chinese government in the United States.

Stop and consider what we must consider- if true, Mr. Angwang was able to game a variety of official government vetting processes to obtain a visa to enter the United States, to be able to game the asylum process- and thus to ultimately be eligible to apply for and receive United States citizenship through the naturalization process.

Thus far there is no mention of any effort to prosecute him for committing immigration fraud.  However, if found guilty of the crimes for which he is accused, he could and should be charged with immigration fraud.  This would set the stage for stripping him of his U.S. citizenship and leave him vulnerable to being removed (deported) back to his native China.

He is being charged with lying in his application for security clearances and could, likely, be prosecuted by local prosecutors if he lied in his application to become a member of the NYPD.  However, given the infuriating “Sanctuary” policies of New York City, I am not holding my breath about this possibility.

In this case such local prosecution would be redundant, in any event.

Immigration fraud is a major vulnerability that was identified by the 9/11 Commission, to which I provided testimony, as having played a major role in the ability of many international terrorists to enter the United States and embed themselves, concealing their deadly preparations.

In point of fact, some time ago I wrote an extensive article on this very issue, Immigration Fraud: Lies That Kill – 9/11 Commission identified immigration fraud as a key embedding tactic of terrorists.

China has, for many years, sought to exploit multiple vulnerabilities in the immigration system in order to infiltrate huge numbers of their spies into the United States to steal a wide array of intelligence and technology- not just where national security is concerned but where industrial secretes are concerned to the great detriment of America, Americans and American companies.

Back in May of this year, in fact, I wrote an article about this very danger, Chinese Espionage Made Possible By Immigration Failures.

President Trump has been the first U.S. President, in many decades to take on the hostile acts of China.

Meanwhile, Democrat Presidential candidates Biden and Harris have joined their Democrat Party colleagues on insisting that they would seek to provide lawful status to millions of illegal aliens who entered the United States surreptitiously.  There is absolutely no ability to interview these illegal aliens.  There is no ability to conduct field investigations of these individuals.

The process by which such a massive amnesty program would be carried out would leave the door wide open to massive fraud and with that fraud, irreparable harm to our national security and public safety.

We are living in a dangerous era with threats confronting our nation and our fellow Americans emanating from multiple sources.

While it is not likely that any of the journalists who will participate in the upcoming Presidential Debates will ask about immigration, we must keep that issue firmly in minds as we make our decisions.

Our nation’s borders and our ability to fairly and effectively enforce our immigration laws are our first line of defense and our last line of defense.

Sometime ago when I testified before a Congressional hearing on the issue of national security and immigration I noted that most sensible people live their lives with the principle of “Safety first” guiding their decisions.

With stakes this high, we must demand no less of those who seek elected office- especially the Presidency of the United States.

HARRISBURG, Pa./PRNewswire/ — Plaintiffs in a federal lawsuit have filed a motion seeking a restraining order to block the use of private funds from billionaire Mark Zuckerberg for use in local election management, a statutory responsibility of state officials including the Pennsylvania Legislature.

The motion, filed on October 19 in U.S. District Court, Middle District of Pennsylvania, highlights how a grant for $10 million from the Center for Technology and Civic Life (CTCL) explicitly requires the City of Philadelphia to open no fewer than 800 new polling places – and failing to do so may require the City to forfeit the grant money. The funding from Mark Zuckerberg also pays for judges to oversee ballot counts and the outcome of disputes that arise regarding the eligibility of ballots in the election.

“The Center for Technology and Civic Life is using Mark Zuckerberg’s millions to require the City of Philadelphia to open 800 new election offices and hire judges who will oversee ballot counts and rule on ballot disputes based on their own admission in court documents,” said Tom King, the legal counsel representing the plaintiffs in the case. “Municipal leaders have ceded their role as a local authority to CTCL with powers that rightfully belong to the people of Pennsylvania through their representatives in Harrisburg by effectively inviting this partisan billionaire into the ballot counting room,” he concluded.

“We are fighting Mark Zuckerberg around the country where he is using CTCL, a nonprofit founded and managed by Obama-affiliated operatives, to funnel hundreds of millions of dollars to leftist strongholds in several battleground states to determine the outcome of the election,” said Phill Kline, Director of the Amistad Project of the Thomas More Society, which is supporting the litigation. “This is a scheme engineered by partisan activists under the guise of COVID-related support. The privatization of the election undermines the integrity of the election,” he added.

BACKGROUND

The plaintiffs in the case, the Pennsylvania Voters Alliance and several officeholders and candidates, previously filed a complaint against Centre County, Delaware County, and the City of Philadelphia, and Secretary of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Kathy Boockvar, in Civil Action No.: 4:20−CV−01761−MWB.

The grants to Philadelphia and the counties are part of a $350 million contribution by Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg, which is being funneled into leftist strongholds selectively in several swing states to turnout voters for liberal politicians. This strategy may tilt the results of the presidential election in the most critical battleground states in the nation, including Pennsylvania.

The Thomas More Society, a not-for-profit public interest law firm, is providing financial support for litigation in numerous federal cases seeking to block Mark Zuckerberg’s blatant attempt to influence the outcome of the presidential election.

Federal Appeals Court Reminds Judges Not to Change Rules Before or During Election

The Supreme Court advises that judges should not change state and county election rules right before an election, a Cincinnati-based appeals court has reminded a lower court.

The Ohio case, like others this election season, involves the use of ballot “drop boxes” and restrictions that officials may put on them while attempting to maintain the integrity of state elections.

In a split decision, 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Richard Griffin, writing for himself and Judge Amul Thapar, said: “The Supreme Court has repeatedly emphasized that lower federal courts should ordinarily not alter election rules on the eve of an election.”

Because, as Griffin put it, “Here, the district court went a step further and altered election rules during an election.”

Here’s what happened.

Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose issued a directive that allowed ballot drop boxes to be placed only in a county’s election office in secured, monitored settings.

LaRose reasoned that under Ohio law, an absentee ballot could be returned only by mail or by “personally deliver[ing] it to the [election] director.”

In LaRose’s view, this last requirement meant that any drop box had to be located at a county’s election board office.

Polster disagreed, issuing what some called a “scathing decision” that required LaRose to allow drop boxes at additional locations. In the process, the district court judge summarily rebuffed concerns about election fraud, saying that LaRose “has not advanced any legitimate reason to prohibit a county board of elections from utilizing off-site drop boxes and/or off-site delivery of ballots to staff.”

Polster also refused to stay his decision—put it on hold—to allow Ohio officials to appeal.

That’s when Griffin and Thapar, the 6th Circuit judges, stepped in to stay Polster’s decision themselves, dissolving his preliminary injunction and reminding their fellow judge of his proper role.

“Federal courts are not ‘overseers and micromangers’ of ‘the minutiae of state election processes,’” they wrote, and “The district court in this case altered election rules during an election and in disregard for Ohio’s important state interests.”

The two appeals judges made clear that even though LaRose’s directive allowed a ballot drop box to be placed only at the board of elections office, “Ohio voters are not required to use a ballot drop box to vote.”

Ohio is generous with its absentee voting rules even though “there is no constitutional right to an absentee ballot,” the judges said, adding:

Voters may (1) vote in person on election day, (2) vote in person for more than four weeks before election day, (3) mail in an absentee ballot; or (4) drop off an absentee ballot at a drop box. Thus, a limitation on drop boxes poses at most an inconvenience to a subset of voters (those who choose to vote absentee and physically drop off their absentee ballot).

Griffin and Thapar said that even if subjected to some form of heightened scrutiny, Ohio’s restrictions on drop boxes “easily pass constitutional muster.”

Moreover, contrary to Polster’s claim, the Ohio secretary of state had advanced legitimate concerns that supported his directive, the 6th Circuit judges said.

First, the directive “promotes uniformity,” which has been “consistently” recognized as a legitimate state interest in running “orderly” elections.

Second, the directive “promotes the state’s efficiency interests in administering elections,” given the long list of complex responsibilities of elections officials. That “efficiency interest is particularly important where, as here, voting is already in progress,” the judges wrote.

Third, “limiting drop boxes to one location per county promotes the accuracy of the election” since “voters who return a ballot to the wrong drop box run the risk of having their ballot rejected.”

And finally, the secretary of state’s directive “promotes the security of the election,” the two judges said. Ohio “never before used off-site drop boxes” and requiring them at the last moment would “require on-the-fly implementation of new, untested security measures.”

The danger of allowing unmonitored, unsecured drop boxes for absentee ballots was demonstrated recently in Virginia. There, the state board of elections issued a warning to voters Oct. 5 that six outdoor mail collection boxes had been broken into during the prior weekend, mailboxes that may have contained absentee ballots.

Judge Helene White, the third judge on the 6th Circuit panel, wrote a dissenting opinion disagreeing with Griffith and Thapar.

White said she would have upheld the lower court’s injunction because she believed that the decision on how many ballot drop boxes should be placed, and where, should be left up to county boards of election. White seemed unconcerned that this could lead to inconsistent rules throughout the state.

But as Griffith and Thapar pointed out, “the district judge in this case altered election rules during an election and in disregard for Ohio’s important state interests.”

Griffin and Thapar are right. Federal judges shouldn’t alter the rules at the 12th hour—especially after an election has begun.

WHISTLEBLOWER: Hunter Biden Raped Chinese Children. Claims CCP blackmailing Joe Biden with videos.

WASHINGTON (ChurchMilitant.com) – A whistleblower is claiming there are multiple videos on Hunter Biden’s laptop showing him raping and torturing underage Chinese girls, and that the Chinese Communist Party is using these videos as blackmail against Democrat presidential contender Joe Biden.

DingGang Wang, a member of Miles Guo’s team, which has worked with Steve Bannon and Rudy Giuliani for many months, said in a Sept. 24 broadcast for Lude Media — two weeks before the New York Post bombshell — that he has reviewed the contents of a laptop owned by Hunter Biden.

“So what about Hunter Biden? Sex tapes, pedo tapes, one by one — Hunter Biden,” said Wang. “Extremely disturbing and obscene …”

Indicating extreme abuse, he continued, “Not treating the Chinese as human beings.”

“Who filmed these?” he asked. “The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) did it!”

Wang indicates there is much more compromising material on the laptop, and that the CCP is using the child porn videos as blackmail against Joe Biden, whom they hope is elected president.

“The message of the CCP is: Don’t ever think I don’t have your secrets in possession,” Wang explained. “To give you this hard drive is to let you know that, don’t forget, we have evidence of your crimes. You have to win this election.”

Sexual blackmail is a classic tactic of the communists, and was routinely used by the KGB. In addition to the famed “honeytrap,” wherein female KGB agents seduced American men and caught their misdeeds on tape, there is evidence General Secretary Yuri Andropov created pedophile rings in order to blackmail businessmen and political leaders.

The tactic is also used in communist China.

“The CCP was accused in 2015 of using attractive women to seduce spies from the British MI6 intelligence agency and lure them into honeytraps to obtain state secrets,” writes Joshua Philipp. “A top-secret MI6 memo obtained by the UK’s Mirror news outlet said Chinese spies were ‘aggressively’ targeting spies and their families.”

The New York Post confirmed porn was found on Hunter’s laptop: “A computer camera roll of nearly 25,000 images is loaded with sexually explicit selfies and porn (which The Post is not publishing) … .”

Hunter Biden’s attorney has acknowledged the laptop belongs to his client in an email requesting that it be returned to his client.

One of Hunter’s former business partners, Bevan Cooney, independently verified the authenticity of the emails, a number of which included him.

The New York Post spent a week independently verifying and authenticating the laptop’s ownership.

Tucker Carlson of Fox News also confirmed that his own team independently authenticated the contents of the laptop.

“This afternoon we received nonpublic information that proves, conclusively, this was indeed Hunter Biden’s laptop, period,” Carlson said during a broadcast last week. “The materials on the hard drive of that computer that no one but Hunter Biden could’ve known about or have replicated. This is not a Russian hoax.”

“We are saying this definitively. We are not speculating,” he added. “The laptop in question is real. It belonged to Hunter Biden.”

Steve Bannon, who has been working with former New York mayor Rudy Giuliani to ensure the trove gets to various news outfits, confirms the explicit content on the laptop:

Joe Biden is a liar, a fraud, and compromised by Chinese cash. In short, he is a national security crisis. The hard drive combines emails and text messages that show a massive involvement with companies controlled by the Chinese Communist Party. Also, there are 25,000 images that show a drug-addled, depraved lifestyle — one that decent hardworking Americans will not want near the White House.

As to why the FBI, which has had the laptop since December 2019, has not acted on the reportedly illegal content, Bannon said, “The President must confront the director of the FBI on why the information housed on this hard drive was not moved on immediately.”

He urged President Trump to confront FBI Director Christopher Wray: “If Wray doesn’t have a bulletproof reason, he should be fired in the room.”

The FBI subpoena from December 2019 shows Joshua Wilson is the agent who signed the order to seize Hunter’s laptop. Wilson is the top FBI agent specializing in investigation of child porn.

Senator Ron Johnson, chairman of the Senate Homeland Security Committee, told Fox News host Maria Bartiromo, “I think you’ve made the connection,” when she noted that the FBI’s top prosecutor for child porn signed the subpoena to seize Hunter Biden’s laptop.

“His name is Joshua Wilson, and over the last five years, he has been working on child pornography issues,” said Bartiromo. “Connect the dots. If an FBI agent is working on child pornography issues for five years, why is he subpoenaing the laptop of Hunter Biden? Is there a connection here? Should this suggest that there is a child pornography issue here on that laptop?”

“Well, I think you just made the connection,” Johnson said.

Giuliani said Monday on Fox and Friends that explicit photos and videos on the laptop will “shock the hell out of you” and reveal “federal crimes.”

“And really, the photographs will shock the hell out of you,” said Giuliani. “These photographs are disgusting, and they make him a national security risk for the United States of America, because every photograph I have, China has, plus a lot more.”

“They reveal federal crimes, they reveal disgusting sexual behavior, and then they reveal sexual behavior,” he added.

Giuliani did not specify what federal crimes are contained in the photos and videos, but he could not have been referring to consensual sex between two adults, which is legal. Sex with minors as well as possession of child porn, however, are federal crimes.

In a recent Warroom: Pandemic broadcast, Bannon warns the Bidens there is much more coming.

“You’re going to be buried in an avalanche of evidence of your corruption and how you’ve sold out America,” Bannon said. “You’ve sold out America to the equivalent of the Nazi Party in the 1930s. That’s what the Chinese Communist Party is.”

While Joe Biden called this a “smear campaign” on Friday, he has not denied the authenticity of the emails. And while Democrats and left-leaning media have accused Giuliani and Bannon of working with Russian operatives, Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe confirmed Monday Russian collusion is not involved.

“Hunter Biden’s laptop is not part of some Russian disinformation campaign,” said Ratcliffe on Fox News. “Let me be clear. The intelligence community doesn’t believe that because there is no intelligence that supports that.”

He rebuked Democrats for spreading the Russia narrative.

“And this is exactly what I said would I stop when I became the director of national intelligence” he explained, “and that’s people using the intelligence community to leverage some political narrative.”

“Don’t drag the intelligence community into this,” he added. “Hunter Biden’s laptop is not part of some Russian disinformation campaign. And I think it’s clear that the American people know that.”

EXCLUSIVE: NY Dem Congressional Candidate Running As A Sterling Former Army Officer Was Actually Relieved Of Duty

New York Democratic congressional candidate Jackie Gordon’s military records show she was subject to two investigations during her time in the U.S. Army, resulting in two separate recommendations that she be relieved of command, one of which was acted upon in Afghanistan, according to two Department of Defense sources with direct knowledge of the investigations.

The Daily Caller obtained an unredacted Department of Defense document from a source with direct knowledge of an investigation into Gordon’s behavior as a lieutenant colonel from December 2011, as well as a redacted Department of Defense document (described as “interim findings”) that shows Gordon was again under investigation in Afghanistan and was subsequently relieved of duty.

One of the reports outlines how Gordon purportedly left her battalion without permission to campaign for local office in 2012, saying she posed a “significant threat to the Battalion’s ability to perform an incredibly stressful and sensitive wartime mission.”

Two sources with direct knowledge of the investigation confirmed the authenticity of the documents outlining the investigations into Gordon to the Daily Caller. The first investigation started after Gordon made a complaint about “four horsemen” when she was serving as a battalion commander. She alleged the four white men under her command were causing trouble, however, the investigation says there was no evidence of any wrongdoing by the four and that others on the base had never heard of the “four horsemen.” The report then concluded Gordon should be relieved of duty.

“LTC Gordon’s relationship with her current command team is becoming increasingly dysfunctional, causing a sensed polarization of her Battalion and impacting the Battalion’s cohesiveness. It appears that ever since the Battalion’s leadership conducted their Pre-Deployment Site Survey in Afghanistan, the Battalion Commander has increasingly estranged herself from her entire command element,” the investigation document into Gordon’s behavior states.

“The existing climate involving the Battalion Commander and her staff cannot be described as anything less than toxic and nonconducive to the efficient execution of the Battalion’s wartime mission,” the document reads. “Based on the above facts, I recommend that LTC Gordon be removed from the battle roster and relieved from command. I base this recommendation on the leadership deficiencies identified above, as well as the inability of LTC Gordon and… to function effectively as a command team,” one of the investigations concluded.

Gordon, who calls herself “a combat veteran,” heavily promotes her military record on her campaign website and in many of her campaign advertisements.

“Over her 29-year career in the Armed Forces,” her site reads, “Jackie served our country overseas as a platoon leader in Germany during Operation Desert Storm, as an operations officer at Guantanamo Bay during the Global War on Terror, as a battle captain in Baghdad during the U.S.-led invasion of Iraq, and as Commander of the 310th Military Police Battalion in Afghanistan in 2012. She retired from the Army Reserve with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in 2014.”

The first investigation uncovered a number of allegations against Gordon, offenses ranging from minor to serious, including members giving false sworn statements to investigators and the attempted cover-up of the suspected loss of a service weapon. The investigating officer recommended that Gordon be relieved. She was not relieved at that time due to a technicality wherein she was under an interim command gearing up to deploy, the sources said.

“The results of the sensing session included a comment regarding loss of accountability for an M203 grenade launcher assigned to HHC. This incident occurred when a rifle was submitted to ECS for service, and the HHC Supply Section failed to properly document the transfer of the attached M203. This lack of accountability was identified during the next monthly Sensitive Items Inventory and was reported through the chain of command. The unit was then able to verify that the M203 had in fact been submitted to ECS with the rifle,” the first investigation states.

Gordon deployed to Afghanistan shortly after, where she found herself under investigation again. She was relieved of command and sent home as a result, the two sources told the Daily Caller. The documents into the second investigation obtained by the Daily Caller are redacted.

Two Department of Defense sources with direct knowledge of the investigation say she was unfit for her position and that she had lack of mission and leadership during her time in the Army.

“If you’re looking at the report, the report is 100% valid, an investigation was conducted Lt. Col. Gordon at Fort Bliss while she was at the mobilization station at the direction of the commanding general of the 200th military police command,” one source with direct knowledge of the investigation told the Caller. “And I can tell you that if you have the actual report, those findings are accurate.”

While a bureaucratic technicality prevented her relief at that time, the problems continued during deployment, DoD sources indicate.

“While in theater, those problems came to a head again, there was a lack of discipline, a lack of leadership, a lack of mission effectiveness on the part of that commander in theater. There was a subsequent investigation by the theater commander. She was relieved of her command while in theater and replaced because of a lack of effectiveness, lack of leadership, and because of the issues that were in theater,” the source continued.

The other source familiar with Gordon and the investigation questioned her experience as a “combat veteran,” saying she was never issued a rifle and explained that she had previously refused to go on a mission to Iraq because it was too dangerous. The source says Gordon stayed behind in Kuwait and never saw combat.

“She was part of the unit that was involved in the Abu Ghraib scandal. While she didn’t have great involvement with it, she was actually left behind in Kuwait, because General [Janis L.] Karpinske was moving the group up to Iraq, and she wouldn’t go. She said ‘why won’t you go’ and she said ‘because it’s dangerous up there’. So they left her in a cube in Kuwait you know reading magazines serving as a liaison officer to Third Army,” the other source told the Daily Caller.

The source went on to explain that in his opinion she should have been charged for refusing to go to Iraq with her unit.

“I mean that should’ve been a charge for cowardice or something right there. So I was shocked as well as everyone was. And then there was one thing that I thought was important, in one of her political ads she had a stance on gun control because she said she’s used machine guns in combat, uh, I confirmed through… from that unit, the commander’s not even issued a rifle. She’s only issued a pistol, and she never saw a day of combat,” the source continued.

Timothy Parlatore, a defense lawyer who focuses on military law, reviewed the case for the Caller and said there is no way Gordon should have been in command.

“This is a complete and total disaster of a command, as a defense attorney I wouldn’t be too happy about a client giving me this and saying ‘Hey, what can you do to save me here?,’” Parlatore told the Daily Caller. “If you want to tout your record as a commanding officer, you’ve got to be able to back it up.”

“All the stuff going on in this command, it’s crazy,” Parlatore said, “one of the primary functions of a commander is to maintain good order and discipline and unit readiness. So all this stuff is going on under her nose and she’s not really doing anything about it, again, that means she shouldn’t be in command.”

“I often look at these cases and I frequently make the argument on behalf of my client that, ‘hey, ok, maybe this person shouldn’t be in command, maybe this person shouldn’t be an infantry officer, maybe this person shouldn’t be flying jets anymore.’ But it doesn’t mean you should put them in jail,” Parlatore continued but added that it does not mean Gordon should be an elected official.

“That being said, when you have someone with this failure of leadership that also doesn’t mean that they should be an elected official,” he said.

Gordon is running against Republican Andrew Garbarino after incumbent Republican New York Rep. Peter King announced his retirement in November 2019. Gordon’s campaign did not respond to multiple inquiries from the Daily Caller when asked about the investigations and her time in the military.

France Reeling From Beheading of Schoolteacher Educating About Free Speech

EDITORS NOTE: In an attack that sent France reeling, on Friday afternoon, October 16, in broad daylight, a French schoolteacher was beheaded on a suburban street for teaching his students a required lesson about free speech. Samuel Paty, 47, was murdered close to the school where he taught by an 18-year-old Chechen immigrant (identified only as Abdoulakh A.) who had come to France as a child refugee.

Abdoulakh then posted images of Paty’s severed head on his Twitter account along with insults aimed at French President Emmanuel Macron and French “infidels” and “dogs.” 

Witnesses reported hearing Abdoulakh shout “Allahu Akbar (God is Greatest)!” during the attack. Abdoulakh had been waiting for Paty before attacking him with a knife and inflicting him with multiple head wounds.

The attacker was killed by police after firing at them with an airgun.

Paty was a history and geography teacher, who had been threatened many times after educating his students in light of the ongoing Charlie Hebdo trial and showing them cartoons from the satirical magazine depicting Islam’s prophet Mohammed (he advised Muslim students to look away if they were offended).

In 2015, 14 Islamist extremists murdered 17 people in a killing spree that started at the Paris office of Charlie Hebdo. The magazine had published “Mohammed cartoons” that triggered a violent assault, turning their newsroom into a scene of carnage, blood and gunpowder.

Abdoulakh, who lived 62 miles away from the school, waited for Paty outside the school, asked students to point out Paty and followed him on foot.

Macron said the attack was consistent with an “Islamist terrorist attack” and that Paty had been killed because he “taught freedom of expression.”

France announced it will hold a national tribute for Paty. The hashtag #JeSuisSamuel (I am Samuel) began trending on social media shortly after the attack, reminiscent of the #JeSuisCharlie call for solidarity after the attack on Charlie Hebdo.

Since the trial began, there have been two terror attacks with two people wounded outside the magazine’s former offices.

On Friday after the attack, Charlie Hebdo tweeted, “Intolerance just reached a new threshold and seems to stop at nothing to impose terror in our country.”

The Threat of Political Islam

In the space of five years, France’s President Emmanuel Macron has performed a gradual and now complete volte-face on the threat that political Islam poses to France.

In a 2015 speech before he became president, he declared that France’s colonial past was partly responsible for the emergence of jihad in the homeland.

At a press conference in April 2019 in which he announced measures he planned to take in response to the civil unrest that was sweeping the nation, he spoke about the emergence of what he termed “communitarianism” (a euphemism for political Islam) that would eventually lead certain parts of the country to secede from the French Republic.

The only concrete measure he proposed was to ban foreign funding of mosques and Islamist NGOs that were driving political Islam and putting national cohesion at risk.

Over the past 18 months, a policy speech has been eagerly awaited by the media and public, but Macron has a tendency to shy away from this explosive topic, and the pandemic that paralyzed the country in March 2020 enabled him to kick the can down the road.

That policy speech materialized on October 2, when Macron finally stopped beating around the bush and declared radical Islam to be a clear and present danger to France that needs to be tackled urgently.

He stated that Islamist separatists had put in place an orchestrated plan and network to create a parallel social order within the French Republic, which he defined as a nation of citizens forming an “indivisible bloc” that is “one and plural,” echoing the United States motto E pluribus unum.

The ultimate goal of the Islamist ideologists is to take full control of French society.

Macron announced a draft law designed to combat Islamist separatism will be presented to the cabinet on December 9 that will include the following measures:

  1. Schooling will be compulsory for children from the age of three and exemptions will only be granted for medical reasons. Macron revealed that over 50,000 children are currently homeschooled and that many of them are attending bunker-type institutions where they are taught by women in niqabs and learn only how to pray.
  2. Mayors who are pressured by Islamist organizations to introduce religious menus in school canteens or allow gender-segregated use of public swimming pools will see their decisions annulled by the local préfet, a state-appointed official tasked with ensuring compliance with the law and national interest.
  3. Powers to dissolve NGOs will be extended to include those that violate personal dignity and exert psychological or physical pressure. This measure is intended to target the network of Muslim Brotherhood and Salafist organizations that have mushroomed throughout the country in the past three decades. All NGOs receiving public funds will be required to sign a secular charter and refund the money if the charter is not respected.
  4. The ELCO program will be terminated. This program was introduced in the 1970s to enable children of Arabic, Turkish, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese and Croatian immigrants to learn the language and culture of their parents’ home country. The teachers are hired, paid and supervised by the countries concerned. In reality, the ELCO program was a pipeline for the indoctrination of Muslim children, as the study of Arabic was restricted to reading religious texts. ELCO will be replaced by an alternative system controlled by the French Ministry of Education.
  5. Religious neutrality, which is already legally required in the public sector workplace, will also apply to public services that are sub-contracted to private entities, such as transport companies.
  6. Funding of mosques will be subject to stricter control and measures will be taken to prevent Salafists from taking over mosques and using them to propagate extremism.
  7. The French Council of the Muslim Faith (CFCM) will be required to certify imams and ensure they respect a charter of values compliant with those of the French Republic. Foreign imams (of which there are currently around 300 from Algeria, Morocco and Turkey) will not be allowed to preach in French mosques.
  8. The state will donate $12 million to the Foundation for French Islam to set up a scientific institute for the study of Islam and additional research posts will be created in French universities.

Macron reiterated his accusation that France was partly to blame for the emergence of Islamist separatism because of its failure to integrate Muslim immigrants and their offspring. He also wheeled out the role played by France’s colonial past.

These arguments can be easily refuted as France’s colonial past in Vietnam has not prevented the total integration of the Vietnamese immigrants who arrived in the 1970s.

There is nothing new in the proposals outlined by Macron, most of which are drawn from The Islamist Factory, a 2018 report by Hakim El Karoui of the Montaigne Institute think tank.

The measures are unlikely to make a dent in the inroads that have already been made in French society by the advocates of political Islam, and the growing numbers of French Muslims who are hostile to French society are unlikely to be dissuaded from their determination to live separately from the rest of the French population.

Macron’s stated goal of building “an Islam in France that can be an Islam of the Enlightenment” shows the extent to which he has failed to understand the nature of political Islam or take the measure of the threat it poses to France.

Political Islam is incompatible with the Enlightenment values upon which the French Republic was founded and therein lies the dilemma facing both the French Muslim community and the politicians seeking to defuse the threat they pose to the nation.

PODCAST: Why I’m Voting for Donald Trump, Part 2.

Four years ago, almost to the day, I wrote a similar column where I explained my reasons for supporting Donald Trump for president. In re-reading the article, I believe I was right on the money, but now it is four years later and I want to explain why I support the president in his bid for re-election.

In my 2016 piece, the first area I described was how the country was experiencing a myriad of problems, including the economy, immigration, security, jobs, trade, energy, morality, the military, a bureaucratic government inhibiting business, and much more. All of this is being effectively addressed by the president which he should be commended for, not chastised and berated. Today though, we could add to the list with things such as government gridlock, violence in the streets of our Democrat controlled inner cities, and attacks on law enforcement. This is precisely what we face going into the November elections. You either think a problem exists or acting like a lunatic is now an acceptable form of behavior. I, for one, do not.

Interestingly, I also mentioned in the 2016 piece, “We are also moving dangerously closer to socialism and away from capitalism…” Very prophetic.

The second point I mentioned was that Mr. Trump was neither a community organizer or professional politician, but a businessman who understands competition and possesses such skills as negotiation, risk management, managing by objectives, finance, labor relations, human resources, recruiting, project management, and other related skills. These talents have proven effective in developing the economy, rescuing our military and VA, and negotiating trade deals, particularly the USMCA.

Third, I mentioned it was time to take back America from the professional politicians, aka, “The Swamp,” and this is where most of the angst against the president originates from. Frankly, the Democrats, the RINOs, and bureaucrats of Washington, DC are scared to death of him and are still hell-bent on his destruction. Fortunately, the American patriots are still behind him and will likely sweep him back into office.

Today though, I want to add a fourth reason for voting for him, and that is the president has delivered on his campaign promises, implementing policies stalled by other presidents, such as:

  • Opening the Jerusalem Embassy.
  • Signing Middle East Peace Treaties.
  • Crushing ISIS.
  • Building the southern border wall and curbing illegal immigration.
  • Implementing energy independence.
  • Reinvigorating the military and VA.
  • Energizing our economy and helping to create jobs for everyone, particularly minorities.
  • Implementing tax cuts for the citizens.
  • Nominating three Supreme Court justices and hundreds of federal judges. This means, win or lose, we’ll feel the effect of President Trump for many years afterwards.

All of this in spite of the Mueller Witch Hunt, the Russia Hoax, the Impeachment Hoax, and Fake News. His fortitude and ability to stand up to the House of Representatives and the Main Stream Media is truly admirable and should be assimilated by others.

What I find most fascinating with this president is that he is unafraid to make the tough decisions. Whereas other presidents would ignore nagging problems and bury them under the carpet, President Trump is not afraid to tackle the issues. It is this results orientation I particularly admire, and why I will be voting for him again. His no-nonsense business acumen is precisely what we need right now. In addition to his toughness and genius, he has shown genuine empathy for the American people time and time again.

In my 2016 article, I also mentioned the 1976 movie, “Network,” where the anchorman, played by Peter Finch, goes on camera to encourage people to say,

“I’m as mad as hell, and I’m not going to take this anymore!”

After watching the summer of hate, gridlock in the Congress, and the Democrats hell-bent on the overthrow of the presidency, I too am mad as hell, and I’m not going to take it anymore, but unlike the Democrats who spurn law and order, I’m going to make my voice heard at my election precinct.

Biden: Muslims Will Serve ‘At Every Level’ of His Administration

The sparse attendance and conspicuous lack of enthusiasm at Joe Biden’s rallies seems to have led old Joe’s handlers, despite his 10,000-point lead in the polls, to decide that another round of Islamopandering might be just the shot in the arm their campaign needs. After all, hard-Leftists such as Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib and Linda Sarsour are all Muslims, and all were firmly in the Bernie Sanders camp before the Democratic National Committee shivved their man yet again. Their support for Biden has been decidedly tepid. And so it was time to send them some love.

On Wednesday, Biden released a video message to Muslim Advocates, the association of Muslim lawyers that bears the primary responsibility for demanding, back in 2010, that the Obama administration remove all mention of Islam and jihad from counterterror training. Obama, of course, immediately complied, despite the fact that this would hamstring the ability of law enforcement and intelligence agencies to understand, and defeat, jihadists. And now Joe is working hard to show them that he will be just as solicitous.

“Today,” Biden declared, “trust is ebbing; hope seems elusive. Instead of healing, we’re being ripped apart.” That’s actually true, Joe, but whose fault is it, really? Biden continued: “And I refuse to let that happen. We have too bright a future to leave it shipwrecked on the shoals of anger and division.” After that poetic flight, Biden got to the point: “As president, I’ll work with you to rip the poison of hate from our society, honour your contributions and seek your ideas. My administration will look like America, Muslim Americans serving at every level.”

Let’s see. Muslims make up around one percent of America’s population. So if the administration of President Biden (or President Harris, or President Pelosi) is actually going to “look like America,” it will feature one Muslim appointee for every ninety-nine non-Muslim appointees.

Of course, the Democrats are unlikely to be that rigorous. Biden needs the support of the hard-Left, including not only Muslims such as Omar, Tlaib, Sarsour and their Muslim supporters, but their non-Muslim supporters as well, who are likely thrilled that Biden will be “inclusive” enough to place large numbers of Muslims in positions of power and influence. And in doing so, the Biden/Harris/Pelosi administration is unlikely to make any effort whatsoever to rule Sharia supremacists, Muslim Brotherhood operatives, and enemies of the freedom of speech out of consideration. Why, that would be “Islamophobic.”

And if there is anything Biden doesn’t want to appear to be at this point, it’s “Islamophobic.” At his town hall Tuesday, where George Stephanopoulos and Co. fawned over him for an hour and a half, Biden once again repudiated what he called the “New Green Deal,” despite the fact that his website still affirms support for it. The far-Left is increasingly dominant in the Democratic Party, and doesn’t take kindly to the candidate’s repeatedly throwing them under the bus. And so look! He said “Inshallah”! And now he wants Muslims at “every level” of his administration!

Will the far-Left be fooled by this? Probably not, as they’re more evil than they are stupid, but they don’t really have any other place to go. The notorious anti-Semite and former Women’s March leader Linda Sarsour signaled last July that she was keeping Biden on a short leash, stating “I choose Biden” and then immediately emphasizing that her support was decidedly conditional: “But I choose him as my opponent in the White House. I want him to defeat Trump so we can mobilize our movements to hold him accountable and push him to do and be better. We can’t do that with Trump.”

Bernie Sanders, said Sarsour, “earned our votes & we need Biden to continue to do the same.” She elaborated: “When Joe Biden does the right thing, you better believe Linda Sarsour’s going to say, ‘You know what? Thank you so much President Joe Biden for doing the right thing.’ And when President Joe Biden doesn’t do the right thing our community needs to come together and hold him accountable.”

Even Biden’s latest pledge isn’t going to make this problem go away. The only thing that will mollify the Omar/Tlaib/Sarsour (and AOC) wing of his party will be for him to embrace, wholeheartedly and without reservation, their entire socialist, internationalist, pro-migration, anti-counterterror agenda. Anything short of that, and the hard-Left will stay home, and then so will Joe, with nowhere to go but his basement even on January 20. Joe’s people will be working very hard in the next two weeks stave off that possibility, and so expect him to engage in even more Islamopandering.

‘Spontaneous’ Street Violence Is Well Organized, Pursuing a Radical Agenda

Add up everything we know about the ongoing violence in America’s cities, and you get a troubling picture.

It has nothing to do with law-abiding, peaceful demonstrations in favor of civil rights and police reform. No, the violence that exploits these well-intentioned activities—which often occurs after night falls and demonstrations have ended—is part of an organized effort to implement a radical political agenda.

For starters, the violence is organized criminal activity. The same destructive activists have been identified at different times in different cities around the country. For example, in August, eight members of the Seattle-based group Riot Kitchen were arrested after wreaking havoc in Kenosha, Wisconsin.

Such groups are well-supported, as seen in the viral video of a rented U-Haul truck that appeared in Louisville, Kentucky, immediately after the grand jury verdict was announced in the Breonna Taylor case. The truck was stocked with riot gear and anti-police banners.

They are well-funded. In Grand Rapids, Michigan, for instance, the Michigan Solidarity Bail Fund posted $120,000 bail for rioters. Nationwide, bail funds have received tens of millions of dollars in donations in recent months.

These organized groups have no interest in demonstrating peacefully. They are showing up intending to commit violence. In Portland, Oregon, rioters came to the Portland courthouse armed with fireworks, Molotov cocktails, a circular saw, crowbars, rocks, frozen water bottles, and spikes—all instruments for conducting offensive actions.

National networks—most notably, Black Lives Matter—link these activities together. Check out the publicly available research on U.S. Crisis Monitor. Its report is actually sympathetic to the protests and is highly critical of U.S. law enforcement. Nevertheless, the data reveal some very disturbing trends.

Black Lives Matter is linked to the vast number of protests throughout the country. That, in itself, is not problematic. Many people and groups went to the streets to march in favor of civil liberties after the death of George Floyd. Yet, as the number of protests declined over the next three months, BLM participation did not, and the number of violent riots (as opposed to nonviolent protests) increased.

Over a three-month period, the report linked Black Lives Matter to 9 out of 10 riots. And there’s a good chance that that’s an undercount.

There’s an ideology behind the Black Lives Matter movement, and it has nothing to do with civil liberties. Indeed, as the organization has received more attention, and its link to an organization that has celebrated the Chinese Revolution and continues to defend China become known, Black Lives Matter attempted to purge Marxist statements that had previously been publicized on its websites.

We are also seeing organized groups conducting aggressive activity on social media to coordinate, promote, and propagandize violent activities.

According to a recent study by the Miller Center at Rutgers University, “We find evidence that both militia and anarchist networks play key roles in the recent social justice protests from controlling perimeters at CHAZ [CHOP] to coordinating nationwide anarchist-inspired violent protests online.”

When it comes to organized street violence, the response of public officials is key. That’s why the violence has mainly been focused on cities where state and local officials have created permissive environments, where it is easier for organized criminal activity to operate.

Portland, Oregon, and Seattle are prime examples. Officials have hamstrung the police and resisted cooperation with federal law enforcement.

And local “rogue” prosecutors have abetted violence by refusing to prosecute rioters and not enforcing law. For years, so-called progressive groups, including those funded by the philanthropist George Soros, have supported political campaigns to secure the election of liberal prosecutors.

In turn, those prosecutors in places like Portland and Seattle have in many cases been refusing to prosecute charges like disorderly conduct.

In Chicago, for example, police arrested more than 100 people after a night of rampant rioting and looting. The prosecutor did not pursue felony charges against anyone.

Finally, far too many journalists and politicians have normalized the acts of violence on our streets. They do this first by ignoring them—typified by the CNN reporter standing in front of a burning building and arguing that protests were “mostly peaceful.” Then they try to shift the blame on the police or the National Guard or Homeland Security or the administration.

And then they try to distance themselves from the issue altogether. As the public has turned decisively against the violence, they have done nothing but make excuses.

Perhaps all these dots are not consciously connected, but in concert they have reinforced and enabled one another. They explain why endemic, inexcusable destruction persists on the streets, and they reveal a serious effort to use violence to advance radical political change in this country.
