Trump Turns To Supreme Court On Mar-A-Lago Raid

Former President Donald Trump’s lawyers requested the Supreme Court to overturn a lower court’s ruling regarding the Mar-a-Lago raid, saying Tuesday that not allowing the Special Master to review all the seized documents “erodes public confidence in our system of justice.”

On Sept. 21, the 11th Circuit allowed the Department of Justice (DOJ) to keep looking at “classified” documents the FBI seized from Trump’s Florida residence in August, after the DOJ appealed their case.

Judge Aileen Cannon had previously put a pause on the DOJ’s review while a neutral Special Master was being appointed to review all documents, but after the appeals court’s ruling, the third party watchdog can only review materials not bearing classification markings.

The DOJ now has access to roughly 100 documents bearing classification markings, which Trump’s lawyers have claimed were declassified by the former president.

Trump’s request to the Supreme Court was specifically addressed to Justice Clarence Thomas, and asks for the Special Master to have access to the “classified” materials again, claiming that the 11th Circuit “lacked jurisdiction” to stay Cannon’s order.

“This unwarranted stay should be vacated as it impairs substantially the ongoing, time-sensitive work of the Special Master. Moreover, any limit on the comprehensive and transparent review of materials seized in the extraordinary raid of a President’s home erodes public confidence in our system of justice,” the application to the Supreme Court read.

The DOJ has claimed it needs to review the “classified” materials due to their potential of being national security risks. The 11th Circuit mentioned this concern in their ruling, stating, “It is self-evident that the public has a strong interest in ensuring that the storage of the classified records did not result in ‘exceptionally grave damage to the national security.’”

In the request to the Supreme Court, Trump’s lawyers state that the Special Master looking over all documents before the Biden administration’s DOJ has access is an “intermediary procedural step to conduct an orderly, transparent, and fair review of the seized materials.”

Federal Government Targeted Dissenting News Organizations & Got Them Censored on Social Media

Enemies list? Fed-backed censorship machine targeted 20 news sites

The private consortium that reported election “misinformation” to tech platforms during the 2020 election season, in “consultation” with federal agencies, targeted several news organizations in its dragnet.

Websites for Just the News, New York Post, Fox News, Washington Examiner, Washington Times, Epoch Times and Breitbart were identified among the 20 “most prominent domains across election integrity incidents” that were cited in tweets flagged by the Election Integrity Partnership and its collaborators.

The Washington Post, New York Times and CNN also appeared on the list, though the consortium’s after-action report emphasizes most of the mainstream media reports “were referenced as fact-checks” that played a “corrective role” against “misleading narratives.”

The report also identified the 21 “most prominent repeat spreaders [of misinformation] on Twitter,” all of them politically classified as “right.” Actor James Woods led that group, followed by The Gateway Pundit blog, Donald Trump Jr. and President Trump himself. The report emphasized 15 were verified by Twitter.

The Stanford Internet Observatory, University of Washington’s Center for an Informed Public, think tank Atlantic Council, and social media analytics firm Graphika claimed their consortium had a 35% success rate getting flagged content removed, throttled or labeled.

The Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, the State Department, and liberal groups such as the Democratic National Committee, also flagged purported misinformation through the consortium.

“No news organization should be subjected to an enemies/censorship list for reporting newsworthy facts” Just the News Editor in Chief John Solomon said in a statement. “It’s even more egregious that this censorship machinery was prodded, aided and sanctioned by the federal government.”

Individuals and organizations named on the lists told Just the News they put no stock in the designations.

“Gateway Pundit is reviewing its legal options,” General Counsel John Burns wrote in an email, calling the “fascist, public-private partnership … a very simple nexus or entwinement case, with deep Supreme Court precedent.”

“How is this any different from what happens in Communist Party-controlled China?” publisher Jim Hoft said. “The scary thing is, the EIP is only a single office within the greater government-wide Ministry of Truth.”

“We noticed a massive drop off on and around the 2020 elections. It got really bad after [Jan. 6, 2021],” paired with apparent “increased leftwing bot activity,” Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk wrote in a text message.

“Compared to my engagement on every other platform, there’s no question that this new revelation fits with our lived experience on Twitter,” he said. “That tax payer dollars are being spent to censor half the country is a travesty and whoever is behind this must be held accountable.”

“The definition of ‘disinformation’ is now any reported facts that go against the world view of the political establishment,” Breitbart News Editor in Chief Alexander Marlow wrote in an email.

The consortium “relies on innuendo and insinuation to imply we are not trustworthy and thus should be censored” rather than accusing Breitbart “of publishing inaccurate stories,” he said. The company is being targeted for “having a massively powerful platform that leads the political conversation every single day.”

“We’re in the middle of what I would call the ‘Great Suppression,’” Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton told Just the News. He was suspended by Twitter for several months for comments on hydroxychloroquine.

“Censorship is a civil rights issue,” he wrote in a text message. “Not only do we have the right to speak, but we have the right to petition the government and be free from retaliation.”

“This is the destruction of American liberty right before our eyes,” conservative activist Pamela Geller wrote in an email. She called it “more than just campaign rhetoric … This is a fascist regime aiming to criminalize political dissent.”

Human Events senior editor Jack Posobiec said “the crooked scumbags that run the regime target me so often” because they are “terrified” of him.

“We are not going to stop fighting for freedom until their entire edifice [is] torn down,” he vowed….

As most Americans now realize, America is experiencing a societal breakdown. This should be obvious to anyone, even those facilitating this breakdown as they openly acknowledge they seek to break down American society.

This is a society that teaches its youngest citizens a suicidal lie: that America was founded in 1619, that it was built on slavery and that even today it is systemically racist. At the same time, it does not teach the fundamental moral fact that every culture practiced slavery — Arab, Muslim, African, Asian, Native American — and usually more viciously (e.g., Arab slave masters routinely castrated black slaves so that they could not reproduce) than in America.

This is a society that robs its youngest of sexual innocence. Teachers — nearly all of them women, the sex that society has always regarded as the natural guardians of sexual innocence — now routinely sexualize young people with discussions of sexual behavior and by having drag queens perform for them.

This is a society that has taken as a given that there are more than two sexes; that has Jewish and Christian clergy sign emails with “preferred pronouns”; that will praise the Disney Corporation for dropping all references to “boys and girls” from its theme park announcements.

This is a society in which refusing to say that men give birth can lead to social banning and the loss of one’s job and income.

This is a society that encourages violent crime. It elects prosecutors who allow violent criminals to avoid having to pay bail. Its elites advocate defunding police. It keeps raising the dollar amount of stolen goods that constitutes a felony. In short, America is now a society in which the dominant message to would-be criminals is that crime pays.

This is a society in which fewer and fewer young people are marrying, fewer are having children, and more and are having children without being married, usually without a father in the life of the child.

This all began with the demise of moral authority — and moral, social and intellectual chaos is the inevitable result.

Prior to the 1960s, America had moral authority — God, country, parents, the Bible, teachers, police, and clergy.

Not one of them is a normative authority today.

Starting in the 1960s, each one was overthrown. The ’60s motto “Never trust anyone over 30” perfectly embodied this — given that every one of these was older than 30. Soon, teachers were called by their first names and frequently talked back to, even cursed; on college campuses, “America” was often spelled “Amerika,” and the flag is now declared a symbol of white supremacy; police were referred to as “pigs”; clergy were rendered irrelevant; the American motto, “In God we trust,” was ignored or mocked; and the Bible went from the dominant book in American life to the trash heap of history.

Most important, parental authority rapidly declined.

Moral stability — in other words, civilization — is dependent on parental authority. Once that breaks down, all the others mentioned here also break down.

If you look at the two tablets of the Ten Commandments, you will notice that each tablet has five commandments. The first five are laws between man and God, while the second five commandments govern behavior toward fellow human beings (do not murder, steal, etc.). The first four “rest” on the Fifth; and the second four “rest” on the Tenth.

Taking the second tablet first, the four commandments that precede the Tenth depend on obedience to the Tenth Commandment. When people murder, commit adultery, steal or offer false testimony, it is almost always because they “covet” what their neighbor has — his property, his animals, his spouse.

Likewise, the first four commandments regarding God as the One Moral Authority rest on people obeying the Fifth Commandment: “Honor your father and mother.”

Parental moral authority is the vehicle to divine moral authority. That is why the Fifth Commandment, to honor one’s parents, is the only human-to-human commandment on the first tablet. It is also the only one of the Ten Commandments that promises a reward — “that your days on the land will be lengthened” and “so that it goes well with you.” You will have a long-lived civilization and things will go well with you when parents have moral authority.

Beginning in the ’60s, parents stopped telling their children what to do and instead began asking them to do things. Parents became much more interested in being loved by their children than in being honored by their children. Children stopped fearing parents, and parents began fearing their children. Parents became much more interested in their children’s feelings than in their behavior.

Today, elementary schools and high schools work to diminish all parental authority. The most obvious example is hiding from parents that their 10-year-old says he or she is not their biological sex. And should a parent tell his or her 10-year-old, “This is not so, you were born a boy and you are a boy” or “You were born a girl and you are a girl,” those parents run the risk of having the child taken away from them, not to mention severe condemnation from doctors, psychotherapists and social workers.

One result of the breakdown of parental authority is that we probably have more child-parent alienation than at any time in American history. There are millions of parents whose adult child will not talk to them — many of them because of the way the parent voted (if the parent voted for former President Donald Trump, not if the parent voted for Hillary Clinton or President Joe Biden).

The bottom line is this: when parents don’t rule the home, chaos will rule society. And chaos always breeds tyranny. So, the choice is stark — either we have strong parents, or we will have a strong state.

(CNS News) — Italy’s new prime minister, Giorgia Meloni, a conservative nationalist, has denounced the influence of left-wing billionaire activist George Soros, stating that his globalist endeavors “deprive nations and people of their identity,” and without identity “you’re a slave” and “you serve the interests of Soros.”

In a speech against the Migration Compact pushed by the United Nations, a plan to expand global migration, Meloni cited one leader, “’[I]t’s not in our national interest to sign our border protection policy over to the U.N.’” She continued, “The Migration Compact is exactly what is needed by those who have used illegal immigration in recent decades to complete the grand plan of financial speculation to deprive nations and people of their identity.”

“Because without roots you’re a slave, and when you’re a slave you serve the interests of Soros,” said Meloni.

In a March 24, 2019 tweet, Meloni said of Soros, “#Soros takes the field for the European elections by financing Emma #Bonino’s party with € 200,000. He chose the left as an ally and we sovereignists as enemies. A great pride for the Brothers of Italy: keep the money of the usurers, our strength is the Italian people.”

Emma Bonino is a radical left Italian politician.

In a Sept. 23, 2022 article, The Atlantic reported, “Since 2017, she [Meloni] has tweeted repeatedly that Italian identity is being deliberately erased by globalists such as Soros and European Union officials, who have conspired to unleash ‘uncontrolled mass immigration.’”

“I believe there is a design to use illegal immigration to push down workers’ rights and wages. Soros isn’t a philanthropist but an international speculator,” Meloni tweeted on May 23, 2019.

The New York Times on Sept. 15, 2022, reported that Meloni “has in the past characterized the euro as the ‘wrong currency’ and gushed with support for Viktor Orban of Hungary, Marine Le Pen of France and the illiberal democracies in Eastern Europe. She excoriated ‘Brussels bureaucrats’ and ‘emissaries’ of George Soros, a favorite boogeyman of the nationalist right and conspiracy theorists depicting a world run by Jewish internationalist financiers.”

The same article said Meloni “warned about an ‘empire’ of ‘invaders’ consisting of President Emmanuel Macron of France, Angela Merkel of Germany, Mr. Soros and Wall Street.”

PROTECT Act Will Aid Victims of Image-Based Sexual Abuse Against Big Porn

It only takes an instant for anyone to become a victim of image-based sexual abuse (IBSA).

It can happen through hidden camera videos, deepfake/edited images, leaked photos, filmed child sexual abuse, rape, sex trafficking, and prostitution.

These images can circulate fast and be posted to pornography websites, or shared without consent to other platforms, often before the victim even realizes it has happened.

The cruel irony is that there are currently no federal laws requiring websites which allow pornography on their platforms to verify the age and consent of every person depicted in those images. This is a massive gap in the law, and one that must be and can be immediately rectified.

Recognizing this problem after sitting down and working with survivors, Sen. Mike Lee (R-Utah), last night introduced the Preventing Rampant Online Technological and Criminal Trafficking Act of 2022 (PROTECT Act) that would require websites allowing sexually explicit material (pornography) to obtain verified consent forms from individuals uploading content, or appearing in uploaded content, and to require websites to remove images uploaded without consent.

The PROTECT Act fills a gaping hole in existing law that allows pornography to be created, uploaded, and distributed online without the consent of persons depicted in the material. This has led to the victimization of countless women and men who have few or no remedies under present law.

Notably, the bill has robust requirements for websites to quickly remove content, and prevent re-upload of content, once they are notified the content was created or distributed without consent. Importantly, the bill adds criminal penalties for those who knowingly upload sexually explicit content without the consent of those depicted. This sends the message loud and clear that such activity is wrong, harmful, and will not be tolerated. This bill empowers IBSA victims to hold both the uploaders – and the platforms that profit from their abuse – accountable through civil remedies.

Survivors Call PROTECT Act Key to Ending Online Sexual Abuse

Two hundred survivors of image-based sexual abuse have signed a letter calling on the U.S. Congress to pass the PROTECT Act, and many are being vocal about why protections are needed.

“Technology is updating everyday but the laws haven’t changed. We need the PROTECT Act because it will protect the future of our children, women, men and ensure that the internet is a safer environment,” said Uldouz Wallace, Actress, Survivor.

“When I found out there have been two sexual videos of me posted on Pornhub and other pornography websites for the past 12 years, not once did I feel protected by the law. There are no laws in my state to protect survivors of image-based sexual abuse, but if this bill is put in place, it could help so many survivors like me,” said Katelynn Spencer, Survivor Leader.

”Online criminal enterprises have been allowed to flourish unregulated for over a decade. Technology has surpassed the reach of our current laws. The internet and technology have become weapons in digital violence. We desperately need a federal law to protect victims against online image-based sexual abuse including edited and deepfake content. The PROTECT Act would provide this protection. Similar laws have already been passed in other countries and the U.S. is falling behind,” said Victoria Galey, Survivor, Paralegal, Mother.

What Will the PROTECT Act do?

The PROTECT Act gives significant provisions for empowering a person depicted in sexually explicit videos/images to have those recordings removed and obtain damages for the harm their distribution caused. The PROTECT Act:

  • Requires covered platforms to obtain age verification for anyone who uploads content that is sufficient and independently verifiable
  • Requires covered platforms to obtain consent for each act depicted and distribution of the specific image from each individual appearing in the content
  • Requires covered platforms to obtain age verification from each individual appearing in the content
  • Allows eligible persons (including their authorized representative, parent/guardian, law enforcement) depicted without consent, or who have withdrawn consent, to have their image(s) removed, and block re-uploads, including any altered or edited versions
  •  Allows individuals harmed to bring a civil action in district court to seek damages
  • Penalizes covered platforms that fail to remove reported content, verify for age and consent, and block re-uploads

What is Image-Based Sexual Abuse?

Image-based sexual abuse (IBSA) is the creating, threatening to share, sharing, or using of recordings (still images or videos) of sexually explicit or sexualized materials without the consent of the person depicted and/or for purposes of exploitation.

Key Facts:

  • A 2017 U.S. survey conducted on Facebook, found that of 3,044 participants, 1 in 8 had been targets of the distribution, or threat of distribution, of sexually graphic images without their consent.
  • A survey of young adults (ages 18-25) who had experienced sextortion found that approximately 40% of participants reported that their sextortion occurred online.
  • An informal survey of survivors of IBSA found they often had their full name published alongside the explicit imagery (59%), social media/network information (49%), email (26%), phone number (20%), physical home address (16%), or work address (14%.).
  • A 2017 Cyber Civil Rights Initiative survey found that compared to people without IBSA victimization, victims had “significantly worse mental health outcomes and higher levels of physiological problems,” such as high levels of anxiety, PTSD, depression, feelings of shame and humiliation, as well as loss of trust and sexual agency.

Who were the Stasi?  One of the most hated and feared institutions of the East

German communist government. They were the internal security and police apparatus in the Soviet zone of occupation in East Germany after World War II.  Their job was to spy on the people.  They were similar to the KGB in that their spying (gathering intelligence) kept the government informed enough to squash any dissent.

Like a giant octopus, the Stasi’s tentacles probed every aspect of life; all major industrial plants, apartment buildings, schools, universities, hospitals and theologians had informers.   Doctors, lawyers, journalists, writers, actors, and sports figures were co-opted by Stasi officers, as were waiters and hotel personnel.

The Stasi was one of the most successful intelligence services in history: they kept almost unimaginably detailed files and records on large quantities of the population, and created an atmosphere of fear and unease that they then proceeded to exploit.

Lives were lost trying to escape communist/fascist control.

Just as Italy’s Benito Mussolini established and controlled his power between 1922 to 1930, we have seen exactly the same tactics in America.  He used violence and intimidation of opposing parties, media was controlled along with censorship, education in schools and universities was closely monitored, and trade unions were controlled through the state.

The old “turn in your neighbor” that we saw in Nazi Germany, Italy, Poland, and other countries run by totalitarian oligarchs was revived in Biden’s recent fascist speech.

Perhaps it isn’t as obvious to the majority of Americans, but Stasi tactics are alive and well in America more so under Biden’s Department of Justice, with Merrick Garland as the Attorney General.  And every intelligence department is “woke” enough to be in on the totalitarian takeover of America.

FBI Raids

We’ve seen enough examples of the attacks on opposition leadership via the overzealous raids by the Stasi FBI.  Roger Stone, Peter Navarro, Paul Manafort, Mike Lindell and Trump’s Mar-a-Lago, to name just a few, were subjected to hordes of armed agents descending upon their homes, some in the middle of the night.

Steve Bannon told Charlie Kirk that the FBI “rolled in on” 35 senior members of MAGA Republican supporters of Donald Trump.”  Saying the alleged searches were unnecessary because their targets have lawyers, he called the FBI the “jackbooted Gestapo,” a reference to the secret police of Nazi Germany.

The FBI’s history belies their motto of fidelity, bravery and integrity.  The same can now be said of the rest of the intelligence network.

Think about what just happened to Mark Houck, father of seven, a noted Catholic, and pro-life activist. After an incident between Houck, his son, and a belligerent pro-abortionist escort, the DOJ found good reason for 30 armed agents to show up at his house and drag him away in hand-cuffs in front of his wife and children in the middle of the night.

When both the city police and the district attorney declined to file charges against Houck for pushing the pro-abortionist away from his son, the escort filed a private criminal complaint in Philadelphia municipal court. The case was dismissed in July when the man repeatedly didn’t show up in court.

Twenty-two members of Congress demanded answers from Attorney General Merrick Garland over the Stasi actions of the politicized FBI.  Where were the other 240 Republicans in the House and Senate?  Silent as usual.

FBI Attack on Private Property

Karl Marx said, “The theory of Communism may be summed up in one sentence: Abolish all private property.”  The FBI is following Marxist doctrine.

Zero Hedge reported on September 26th, that the FBI Misled Judge, Then Seized $86 Million In Cash From Beverly Hills Safe-Deposit Boxes.

The FBI ‘drilled and pried’ their way into 1,400 safe-deposit boxes at a private vault company in Beverly Hills after misleading a judge about their plan to permanently confiscate everything inside every box containing at least $5,000 in cash or goods, a senior FBI agent recently testified.

This was private property!

Sean Davis tweeted, “The FBI is trash. It is both a domestic terrorist organization and a criminal cartel, and it should no longer be allowed to exist in what used to be a free country with laws.”  He is right!

Destruction of the fourth amendment of the Bill of Rights!

Amendment IV states: The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

The FBI menace is escalating.

FBI Whistleblowers

Miranda Devine’s September 28, 2022 article in the New York Post tells of 30 ex-FBI agents who are standing up for the latest whistleblower, Stephen Friend.

Those 30 former agents include a retired deputy assistant director, head of counterterrorism and five SWAT team members, who have spoken out publicly in support of suspended FBI whistleblower Stephen Friend.  Friend alleged that the FBI has been manipulating case-file management in order to falsely inflate the threat of domestic terrorism, and using unconstitutional excessive force against political dissenters.

Many former agents hailed Friend, a SWAT team member in Florida, as a “hero” after he was punished for refusing to participate in what he regarded as unnecessarily heavy-handed SWAT raids over Jan. 6 misdemeanors.

The FBI is no longer devoid of political partisanship.  As such, whistleblowers have come forward against the use of swat teams “to arrest non-violent senior citizens and others with political opinions not currently tolerated by this administration, compounded by the idea that many of these cases involve misdemeanor criminal charges.”

Economic Fascism

Far too many physicians, nurses, airline pilots, and federal and state employees have been forced to take the COVID inoculations, or lose their jobs.  The unconstitutional mandates were totalitarian in nature and have ruined faith in the medical industry who along with the Biden administration, the NIH, CDC, FDA, AMA, medical journals and group practices, promoted masks, social distancing, lockdowns and clot shots.  All were unconstitutional and all were highly damaging to society and especially to the middle class.  This was all planned and exposed by Dr. Richard Day in 1969.  Dr. Lawrence Dunegan recorded what he remembered of the lecture given by Day, and it was the New World Order plan for society, most of which was already completed.

Corporate entities jumped on the bandwagon for all of it, but now the woke propaganda fear porn spread by the alphabet agencies has taken a new turn.  What is promoted in the “Codes of Conduct or Ethics” in America’s job openings is alarming and invasive.

A friend of mine received this link from “All Time Favorites”  because her former business used to be listed as one of their vendors, and they sent this out to their entire mail list.  She sent it to me with the statement, “They will not hire anyone who has anything to do with anyone Trump even knows, it seems, or anyone who disagrees with vaccines or Ukraine, etc.

It is crazy. I have never seen anything like this.”

Here is what was listed under their Code of Conduct:

  • Good moral character, ethics, honesty, and high integrity are very important to All Time Favorites.
  • You agree to abide by a code of conduct outlined here while working with All Time Favorites.
  • You agree to not do business with nor show admiration or positive support for those who do not fit this code of conduct.
  • This is not about politics.
  • Examples of those who you agree NOT to do events for nor associate with include:
  • Q-anon, Oath Keepers, Proud Boys, and any business Donald J. Trump owns/runs, his family owns/runs, or his business partners. (This would include Eric Trump’s fundraising for St. Jude’s.)
  • You also agree not to mass distribute nor promote false information.
    For example (but not limited to): False information about Covid-19 and related vaccines; that the election was stolen from Donald Trump in 2020, or similar.
  • Our experience shows us that people who follow and support those who tell lies, bully, disrespect and degrade others, usually show us that they do not have the respect, character, morals and integrity we require to serve our clients.
  • You agree not to threaten, bully, disrespect ethnic groups or cheat others in your business transactions.
  • Currently, due to the Ukraine invasion by Russia, you are not supporting or showing any support of Putin and those under his direction.

Patriotic Americans are not just the enemies of the Biden state, but enemies of every single vestige of society as well.  The first amendment, which gives all Americans the liberty and freedom to freely speak about what they believe, has been squelched by the very enemies of the nation, those controlled by the Marxist/Fascist propaganda.

In Thomas J. DiLorenzo’s 1994 article, Economic Fascism, he clearly explains what we’re facing in 2022.

He states that when people hear the word “fascism, they naturally think of ugly racism and the anti-Semitism practiced by the regimes of Mussolini and Hitler,” but the reality is there was also an economic policy component of fascism known as “corporatism,” practiced by the two totalitarians.  DiLorenzo tells us that corporatism was adopted in Italy and Germany in the 1930s and was held up as a “model” by intellectuals and policy makers in America and Europe.  A version of this fascist corporatism was adopted in the USA in the 1930s and is still around.  Rather than “fascism,” it is called “planned capitalism.”  “The word fascism may no longer be politically acceptable, but its synonym, ‘industrial policy’ is still as popular as ever.”

Economist Lawrence Dennis was one of the most outspoken American fascists and in his 1936 book, The Coming American Fascism, he declared that defenders of 18th-century Americanism were sure to become the laughing stock of their own countrymen.  He believed that the adoption of economic fascism would actually intensify “national spirit” and put it behind “the enterprises of public welfare and social control.”  What he bemoaned was the fact that the stumbling block to economic fascism was “liberal norms of law or constitution guarantees of private rights.”  (Emphasis mine.)

Many of those wonderful God-given rights are today being trampled underfoot not only by the totalitarian despots in charge of the once greatest country on earth but by their corporate acolytes.  The above “Code of Conduct” is a prime example.

In the article, Off-Duty Conduct and Employee Rights, the author states, “Federal antidiscrimination laws that apply to private employment do not protect political beliefs or affiliations.”  So, your private life is not private from your employer.

There are however, questions an employer is not allowed to ask.  Unfortunately, one of the questions considered unlawful is, “Are you a United States citizen?”  Huh?!

I didn’t see any of the protestors who were involved in Antifa or BLM riots losing their employment.  In fact, Team Biden and his apparatchiks encouraged street demonstrations that might spiral out of control.  Nearly all of them did.

Whistleblower Edward Snowden

In Daniel Ellsberg’s nine-year-old Guardian article, Edward Snowden: saving us from the United Stasi of America, he calls, “Edward Snowden’s whistleblowing a chance to roll back what is tantamount to an ‘executive coup’ against the US Constitution.”

He also believed that we had not yet become a police state although another tragedy like that of 9/11 would push us over the brink.  I believe we have reached that point inasmuch as the entire C-19 project against Americans, including the mandated inoculations, have thrown us into that authoritarian camp.

The dangerous abyss that Idaho Senator Frank Church warned of years ago is now upon us.  The dangerous prospect of which he warned was that America’s intelligence gathering capability – which is today beyond any comparison with what existed in his pre-digital era – “at any time could be turned around on the American people and no American would have any privacy left.”

Ellsberg states, “That has now happened. That is what Snowden has exposed, with official, secret documents. The NSA, FBI and CIA have, with the new digital technology, surveillance powers over our own citizens that the Stasi – the secret police in the former “democratic republic” of East Germany – could scarcely have dreamed of. Snowden reveals that the so-called intelligence community has become the United Stasi of America.

“Snowden did what he did because he recognized the NSA’s surveillance programs for what they are: dangerous, unconstitutional activity. This wholesale invasion of Americans’ and foreign citizens’ privacy does not contribute to our security; it puts in danger the very liberties we’re trying to protect.”

Conclusion

Our private lives, aside from our employment, are only one faction of the encroaching takeover of America by those who have long promoted the New World Order, now called the Great Reset, which is nothing more than United Nations Agenda 21/30.

In the last few years, Americans have seen the despotic and repressive destruction of our health care system.  Dr. Richard Day’s lecture of 1969 entitled, The New Order of Barbarians, told us the plan.  That dark agenda is upon us.

Next up, we’ll study the Stasi control of our health care which was once ranked among the world’s healthiest populations in 1984.  But in 2021, a study by the Commonwealth Fund ranked America’s health care system dead last among industrialized nations, with the highest infant mortality and lowest life expectancy.  In the 38 years between 1984 and 2022, Anthony Fauci has been the catalyst of desolation.

The Democrat Fascination with Violence

Somebody recently put together a montage of prominent Democrats accusing 80 million Trump supporters of being violent and going on to justify violence against them.  Republicans want to “overthrow the U.S. government,” “enact their political will through violence,” and ‘turn violent when they don’t get their way.’  These “Nazis” and “fascists” – or is it “semi-fascists”? – are “a danger to our way of life.”  “This means war,” these Democrats say.  “Civil war has already begun.” “We have to kill and confront that movement.”  This is a “call to arms”, echoing the call to arms by Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot in May.  Rise up and “fight to victory,” she said, no surrender.

The idea that Republicans are violent is just liberal projection – Democrats are accusing Republicans of what Democrats do – and have done historically, as we shall see in a moment – and of what is in Democrat hearts.  Two recent cases in point:  A North Dakota man struck and killed a teenager with his vehicle, because the man believed the teen was a member of a “Republican extremist group.”  This politically motivated murder took place two weeks after Democrat Joe Biden delivered his infamous speech at Independence Hall calling his political opposition enemies of the state and a clear and present danger.  In the other case, a Michigan man admitted to shooting a tiny 84-year-old woman in the back who was out campaigning against a proposal that would legalize abortion up to birth in the state.  The shooting was an accident, he says, but his wife is a left-wing abortion activist who threatens conservatives on social media, which begs the question: why did the man pull a gun at all?  And let’s not forget the 29 acts of arson and vandalism against pregnancy centers and churches since Roe v. Wade was overturned, none of which have been punished or even investigated by the Democrat-controlled Justice Department.

But there’s more.  Also in Michigan, another man threatened to shoot a Republican worker in front of a local GOP headquarters on election day, and also threatened to shoot up the whole place.  And who could forget the deranged leftists who shot up Republican congressmen on a baseball field in 2017 and a security guard at the Family Research Council in 2013.

But Democrats have always been this way.  The KKK has been called the armed wing of the Democrat Party.  The same label has more recently been applied to Antifa, whose specialty is training their members to gouge people’s eyes out.  Gee, leftists turn violent when they don’t get their way.  What is more, the anarcho-communists of Antifa and the trained Marxists of Black Lives Matter have declared war on the system, attacked federal buildings to overthrow the U.S. government, and are certainly a danger to our way of life – throwing the Democrats’ words right back at them – yet Democrat politicians and federal authorities – also Democrats – refuse to bring them to justice.   Joe Biden and other Democrats dismiss Antifa as ‘just an idea’.  Let me ask you a question:  what other ‘idea’ has burned down entire cities in recent memory?

What you must understand is that none of this is an accident.  Left-wing communist and socialist parties around the world have had armed wings operating on their behalf – in the Philippines, in China and Colombia and, among other places, Italy, Germany, and India.  Italy is of special note because the armed wing of the Left is known as the ‘Red Guards’.  Red Guard groups have been active in Austin and other American cities.

So, if you want to know where political violence is likely to come from in America in the future, look no further than the Democrat Party, its prominent members who threaten violence, and its armed supporters and paramilitary groups who practice it.  As I’ve mentioned in previous commentaries, the FBI and Justice Department have to cook up phony domestic terrorism cases, call ordinary parents ‘domestic terrorists’, and spin phony narratives about how January 6th somehow represents a broad crisis of right-wing extremism in the country.  But there’s nothing phony about the riots of 2020, the 2,000 police officers who were injured in that spasm of left-wing violence, or the dozens of acts of violence against pro-lifers and pregnancy centers more recently.  It’s the Left and its supporters in the Democrat Party and the federal government – not the Right – that we have to worry about.  I don’t know about you, but I’m nervous about what Democrats will do the next time they don’t get their way.

Trump Sues CNN

Former President Donald Trump filed a lawsuit against CNN, claiming the outlet defamed him and did so out of fear he will run for president again in 2024.

The suit, which was filed Monday in U.S. District Court in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, argues CNN has tried to use its influence to smear Trump politically and prevent him from launching a bid for re-election.

The suit alleges Trump has been a “long-time critic” of CNN, “not because CNN does a bad job of reporting the news, but because CNN seeks to create the news.”

“CNN’s campaign of dissuasion in the form of libel and slander against the Plaintiff has only escalated in recent months as CNN fears the Plaintiff will run for president in 2024,” the suit reads. “As a part of its concerted effort to tilt the political balance to the Left, CNN has tried to taint the Plaintiff with a series of ever-more scandalous, false, and defamatory labels of ‘racist,’ ‘Russian lackey,’ ‘insurrectionist,’ and ultimately ‘Hitler.’”

Trump is seeking $475 million in punitive damages, according to the suit.

Trump notified the outlet in July of his intention to sue for “repeated defamatory statements.” Trump also warned he would sue other outlets he alleges have “defamed and defrauded the public” about the 2020 presidential election results.

“I have notified CNN of my intent to file a lawsuit over their repeated defamatory statements against me,” Trump said in July. “I will also be commencing actions against other media outlets who have defamed me and defrauded the public regarding the overwhelming evidence of fraud throughout the 2020 election. I will never stop fighting for the truth and for the future of our country.”

The Democrats Have Lost Their Minds on Criminal Justice Reform

The Sunday talk shows say crime is becoming a campaign issue in the upcoming elections.  It’s easy to see why.  People don’t feel safe wherever Democrats are in control.  If crime isn’t an issue for you yet, let me ask you some questions:

Why would anyone visit New York City?  A tourist from Maryland was slashed in the face and robbed in Times Square.  That’s what happens when you get rid of cash bail laws, as I’ve mentioned in previous commentaries.  There are countless stories about criminals being let go without having to post bail in New York, only to reoffend, sometimes within hours of being released.  New York also recently made it easier to get out on parole and stay out even if there are parole violations.  Crime is way up, especially in wealthier neighborhoods – by as much as 60 to 80 percent this year.  Bail reform has emboldened the criminals and city residents and tourists alike are paying the price.

Speaking of parole, the parole board in Democrat-controlled Wisconsin has run amok, freeing hundreds of convicted killers early.

But here’s my next question:  Why would anyone buy a house in Illinois?  Under a new state law, your front lawn will soon in effect become public property and the homeless can camp there any time they feel like it.  The police will not arrest them for trespass or even ask them to move.  The police will only write a ticket and leave.  My sisters live in Illinois.  They both own houses.  They’re both leaving the state.  The same new law ends cash bail after the 1st of the year for aggravated assault, second-degree murder, and other crimes.  Hundreds of defendants awaiting trial will be released.  The definition of insanity would be expecting any different result than what’s happening in New York City, but that’s the Democrats for you.

Next question: Why would anyone own a shop in California?  Theft under $950 has been reclassified from a felony to a misdemeanor.  Critics say theft and shoplifting has increased all over the state as a result.  They also say the police won’t even show up any more for shoplifting under $950 or, if they do, the shoplifters simply fail to appear in court without any consequences.  Not only that, the shoplifters can sue the store if the staff tries to stop a shoplifting-in-progress.

Why would anyone in Pennsylvania vote for John Fetterman – the guy who had a stroke and is still running for Senate.  He was caught on video saying he wants to let one-third of the criminals in prison out on the streets because, he says, everyone will be safer or better off that way.  That’s delusional.  But he put his money where his mouth is when he was on the state’s Board of Pardons where he voted to put lots of murderers back out on the streets.  Then, as Lieutenant Governor, he appointed a woman as secretary of the board who wants to “disarm the police”.  Delusions have consequences.

I also want to know when the Democrats will run out of crazy ideas for criminal justice reform.  Defund the police – remember that one?  Several cities found it completely unworkable and moved to re-fund the police as I’ve noted in previous commentaries.  In fact, the track record of this crazy idea is so bad, Democrats in Virginia and elsewhere are trying to run away from their previous support for it.  Too bad they’re all caught on video saying what they said.  Now the Democrats want to give free crack pipes to drug addicts.  The idea didn’t die when it was found out the Biden administration was supporting it and denied it.  But why do you think the Democrats’ next crazy idea is going to work out any better than their last crazy idea?

Here’s my last question: Why would anybody vote for the Democrats?  They’ve put some very bad ideas into practice, lately, where they are in power.  Defund the police, throw out half the criminal code, praise prosecutors who won’t prosecute, let everybody out of prison – how crazy can you get?

There is always criminal justice reform.  The tinkering never stops.  I know, because I was a criminal defense attorney in the 1980s.  Reform was ongoing then and has never stopped since.  The pendulum is always swinging between leniency and public safety.  The problem now is that the Democrats have gone off the deep end, and instituted the wildest reforms imaginable.  The pendulum will inevitably swing back in the other direction to public safety and common sense.  It always does in criminal justice reform, and the upcoming election is not too soon to start.

Physicians Group Sues FDA Over Ivermectin

Report: Ivermectin Obliterated 97% Of Covid Cases In Delhi, India

On June 1, the Desert Review News reported that Ivermectin had obliterated 97 percent of Covid infections in India’s capitol territory, Delhi (pop. 30 million).

The chart below shows that Delhi was experiencing more than 20,000 new cases daily in early May. By the end of the month, new cases had dropped precipitously, to a 7-day average of less than 1,500 new cases daily.

On Sept. 18, the Indian Express reported that Delhi had only 33 new Covid cases and only one new death in the previous 24 hours.

What reportedly happened in Delhi is anecdotal evidence that Ivermectin can play an important role in mitigating Covid. Anecdotal, yes, but quite impressive results if the reports are accurate.

The FDA has not approved Ivermectin for treating or preventing COVID-19 in humans. Democrats ridicule Ivermectin as a “horse de-worming” medication. In fact, there are two forms of Ivermectin, one of which is used to de-worm horses. The other, which received a Nobel Prize for Medicine in 2015, is a repurposed formula used to disrupt transmission of malaria among humans. It is this latter form that reportedly has had significant results in the fight against Covid.

The beef against Ivermectin may ultimately be nothing more than (1) its cheap price, which prevents Big Pharma from making billions on less effective and more highly priced alternatives, and (2) its apparent effectiveness undercuts the Biden administration’s transparent attempt to keep voters in a heightened state of Covid fear through the 2022 elections.

ANOTHER INTRIGUING STORY ABOUT THE CORONAVIRUS

According to WorldOMeter, as of Sept. 19, China has had 95,689 coronavirus cases and 4,636 deaths since early 2020, while the U.S., with a population one-fourth as large as China’s, has recorded 42,869,445 cases and 691,562 deaths.

The following chart shows that since mid-April of 2020, China’s active cases have been in a virtual flatline of less than 1,000 per day…

China has been known to put out misleading information about Covid, as has the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and the Biden administration. Assuming the statistics above are reasonably accurate, the coronavirus has had a far more devastating impact on America than on the much more populous country where it is believed to have originated.

What can possibly explain such a wide disparity? Perhaps the Gatestone Institute article “Biden Letting China Get Away with the Crime of the Century” provides a possible clue in this excerpt:

Its National Defense University, in the 2017 edition of the authoritative Science of Military Strategy, mentioned a new kind of biological warfare of “specific ethnic genetic attacks.” China’s military researchers and analysts for a half decade have been writing about pathogens of this sort, and American officials are in fact concerned that Chinese scientists have been experimenting with, in the words of Bill Gertz of the Washington Times, “germ weapons capable of attacking ethnic groups.” Beijing’s determined campaign to collect genetic profiles of foreigners … is another indication that the Chinese military, in violation of its obligations under the Biological Weapons Convention, is building ethnic-specific bioweapons.

Was Covid-19 an ethnic-specific bioweapon? I have no idea and am not saying it was, only wondering why Biden seems so reluctant to demand a serious investigation into its origin.

House Republicans Request Gov’t Watchdog Investigate Foreign Investments In American Farmland

More than 100 House Republicans are asking a government watchdog to probe foreign investments in U.S. farmland, including those by China, which they say may present national and food security concerns.

Led by Reps. Glenn Thompson of Pennsylvania and James Comer of Kentucky, the lawmakers on Saturday called on the Government Accountability Office (GAO) to study foreign farmland ownership and how the U.S. government is monitoring acquisitions, a letter shows. There has been an uptick in foreign investments and ownership, which may be “underreported” due to the U.S. Agriculture Department’s (USDA) unreliable data, the Republicans say.

The Agricultural Foreign Investment Disclosure Act of 1978 requires foreigners with U.S. land to disclose holdings with USDA’s Farm Service Agency. USDA’s data has beenfound in the last several years to not fully cover foreign investments.

Foreign investment and ownership of U.S. agricultural land has roughly doubled between 2010 and 2020, the Republicans noted in their letter. Foreign investors were also found in a December 2020 USDA report to hold about 37.6 million acres of agricultural land in the U.S.

Canadian investors were found in the 2020 USDA report to own the largest share of U.S. land — at 32% or 12.4 million acres. The Netherlands accounted for 13%, Italy at 7%, and the United Kingdom at 6%, while China held 352,140 acres, or under 1% of foreign investments.

“China’s ownership of U.S. farmland is a threat to our food security and national security,” Comer, the top Republican on the House Oversight Committee, told the Daily Caller News Foundation. “An affordable, reliable food supply is critical to our nation’s well-being and prosperity and we must ensure America maintains control of our nation’s resources.

Lawmakers have previously sounded the alarm over Chinese investments in U.S. land. The Republicans in their letter specifically cite one Chinese company’s purchase of North Dakota farmland located near a U.S. Air Force base “that is home to top-secret drone technology.”

General Atomics, a top defense contractor, said Sept. 20 its confidentiality of weapons at the facility could be breached should it “conduct significant test and evaluation efforts related to unmanned aircraft, radar systems, and other advanced military technologies.”

“Concerns have also been expressed that foreign investment in U.S. farmland could result in foreign control of available U.S. farmland, especially prime agricultural lands, and possibly lead to foreign control over food production and food prices,” the letter said.

The Republicans are looking for GOA to provide information on how its Farm Service Agency collects data and ensures data reliability — as well as how its data collection methods have changed since reporting requirements began in 1978 with the passage of The Agricultural Foreign Investment Disclosure Act.

A GAO spokesman told the DCNF that the watchdog “received” the Republicans’ request and will decide within roughly two weeks whether it will probe the investments.

Baltimore, Maryland – A federal grand jury has returned an indictment charging Anna Gabrielian, age 36, and her husband, Jamie Lee Henry, age 39, both of Rockville, Maryland, with conspiracy and for the disclosure of individually identifiable health information (“IIHI”), related to their efforts to assist Russia in connection with the conflict in Ukraine. The indictment was returned on September 28, 2022 and unsealed today upon the arrest of the defendants.

Gabrielian is scheduled to have initial appearance at 11:30 a.m. today, in U.S. District Court in Baltimore before U.S. Magistrate Judge Brendan A. Hurson. Henry is also expected to have an initial appearance today, although a time has not yet been set.

The indictment was announced by United States Attorney for the District of Maryland Erek L. Barron and Special Agent in Charge Thomas J. Sobocinski of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Baltimore Field Office.

As stated in the indictment, Gabrielian is an anesthesiologist and worked at Medical Institution 1, located in Baltimore, Maryland. Henry, a Major in the United States Army, who held a Secret-level security clearance, is Gabrielian’s husband and a doctor. During the time of the alleged conspiracy, Henry worked as a staff internist stationed at Fort Bragg, the home of the Army’s XVIII Airborne Corps, headquarters of the United States Army Special Operations Command, and the Womack Army Medical Center.

According to the eight-count indictment, Gabrielian and Henry conspired to cause harm to the United States by providing confidential health information of Americans associated with the United States government and military to Russia. Specifically, the indictment alleges that beginning on August 17, 2022, Gabrielian and Henry conspired to provide IIHI related to patients at Medical Institution 1 and at Fort Bragg to an individual they believed to be working for the Russian government in order to demonstrate the level of Gabrielian’s and Henry’s access to IIHI of Americans; their willingness to provide IIHI to the Russian government; and the potential for the Russian government to gain insights into the medical conditions of individuals associated with the United States government and military in order to exploit this information.

Gabrielian and Henry met with an individual they believed to be associated with the Russian government, but who was, in fact, a Federal Bureau of Investigation Undercover Agent (“UC”), in order to convey to the UC their commitment to aid Russia, and to discuss ways in which they could help the Russian government. Gabrielian told the UC that she had previously reached out to the Russian embassy by email and phone, offering Russia her and her husband’s assistance. Gabrielian told the UC that, although Henry knew of Gabrielian’s interaction with the Russian Embassy, she never mentioned Henry’s name to the Russian Embassy. Gabrielian wanted to make sure Henry could deny any knowledge of her actions. On August 17, 2022, Gabrielian met with the UC at a hotel in Baltimore. During that meeting, Gabrielian told the UC she was motivated by patriotism toward Russia to provide any assistance she could to Russia, even if it meant being fired or going to jail. Gabrielian proposed potential cover stories for meeting the UC and stressed the need for “plausible deniability” in the event she was confronted by American authorities about meeting with the UC. Gabrielian also told the UC that, as a military officer, Henry was currently a more important source for Russia than she was, because he had more helpful information, including how the United States military establishes an army hospital in war conditions and information about previous training provided by the United States military to Ukrainian military personnel. Gabrielian arranged to meet with the UC and Henry later that evening.

At about 8:10 p.m. that evening, the indictment alleges that Gabrielian and Henry met with the UC in the UC’s hotel room. During the meeting, Henry explained to the UC he was committed to assisting Russia and had looked into volunteering to join the Russian Army after the conflict in Ukraine began, but Russia wanted people with “combat experience” and he did not have any. Henry further stated, “the way I am viewing what is going on in Ukraine now, is that the United States is using Ukrainians as a proxy for their own hatred toward Russia.” Henry and Gabrielian allegedly offered to provide the UC with private medical records from the United States Army and Medical Institution 1 in order to help the Russian government. During the same meeting, Gabrielian demanded that if she were put at significant risk of arrest, she wanted her and Henry’s children to, “have a nice flight to Turkey to go on vacation because I don’t want to end in jail here with my kids being hostages over my head.” Henry also indicated that he was concerned about passing a background check for his security clearance, telling the UC, “I don’t want to know your name . . . because I want plausible deniability too. In a security clearance situation they want to know names and people and all this stuff.”

As detailed in the indictment, a few days later Gabrielian and the UC again met at the hotel in Baltimore to discuss providing Army medical records to the UC. Gabrielian told the UC that Henry was concerned about violating HIPAA, but Gabrielian had no such concerns. Gabrielian stated that she would check with Henry about providing medical records from Fort Bragg patients and get back in touch. The next day, Gabrielian sent a text to the UC, using coded language, to advise that Henry would provide Army medical records to the UC. On August 31, 2022, Gabrielian and Henry allegedly met the UC at a hotel room in Gaithersburg, Maryland. According to the indictment, Gabrielian provided the UC with IIHI related to two individuals, including the spouse of an employee of the Office of Naval Intelligence, whom Gabrielian pointed out had a medical condition Russia could “exploit.” Henry also allegedly provided IIHI related to five individuals who were military veterans or related to military veterans.

If convicted, the defendants face a maximum sentence of five years in federal prison for the conspiracy, and a maximum of 10 years in federal prison for each count of disclosing IIHI. Actual sentences for federal crimes are typically less than the maximum penalties. A federal district court judge will determine any sentence after taking into account the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and other statutory factors.
