The Constitution Party was founded in 1992, when a number of independent state parties united to form the U.S. Taxpayers Party. In 1999, the organization changed its name to the Constitution Party to better reflect its core beliefs. It has fielded candidates for president in every election since its founding: the 2012 presidential ticket was headed by former Virginia Congressman Virgil Goode. In 2014, the Constitution Party ran more than 150 candidates who earned over 1,440,000 votes. To learn more about the Constitution Party click here.

Stay out of the Bushes: The Best Reason Not to Vote for an Establishment Candidate

Would you hire someone for an important job if he admitted right off the bat he couldn’t perform one of the basic functions of the job?

Our federal-government behemoth is involved in countless things not within its constitutional purview, from orchestrating health care to ruling on marriage to regulating college sports (Title IX) to efforts to ensure “diversity” around the nation. In fact, economist Dr. Walter Williams estimates that approximately two-thirds of the federal budget concerns matters in which Washington has no constitutional warrant to be involved. One of the handful of legitimate functions of the feds, however, is to secure the border and tend to im/migration — this includes ensuring that foreign aliens aren’t in our country illegally.

Yet what do we hear, or have heard in the past, from every prominent establishment candidate? It’s always some variation on what Ohio governor John “Can’t do” Kasich said in the November Fox News GOP debate: “C’mon, folks, we all know you can’t pick them [illegals] up and ship them back across the border.”

Of course, you don’t have to quite do that; as I’ve explained before, you can get them to self-deport by removing the carrot, by taking their benefits and jobs away. But that’s not the point. It rather is that every GOPe, body-snatched pod-person sings the same tune:

It can’t be done.

We know we’re not gonna’ be deporting 11 million undocumented immigrants Democrats.

Get real!

Yeah, let’s get real: these candidates are admitting from the get-go that they can’t perform the job for which they’re interviewing. And why would you consider hiring a person to be chief executive of the U.S. if he concedes that he can’t fulfill one of the basic responsibilities of the chief executive — enforcing the law? It’s a bit like having hired someone to head the space program in the ‘60s even after he opined that it was ridiculous to think we could get to the moon.

Reach for the stars, and, even falling short, we may at least get to the moon. The current crop of GOPe no-can-do nattering nabobs won’t even shoot for the treetops, and they should hear only one thing from the voters. As Donald Trump would say, “You’re fired!”

POLL: Trump Strongest Candidate on Fighting Terrorism

SAINT LEO, FL /PRNewswire/ — A new survey of more than 1000 adults from the Saint Leo University Polling Institute puts terrorism as the second-leading issue America faces. Americans are also personally concerned about attending large public events and about the adequacy of security measures generally.

When asked “what do you think is the most important issue facing the country today?”

  • The response “jobs and the economy” continued to hold the top spot, but the response level declined to 25.8 percent, compared to 32.4 percent in October. Meanwhile, the generalized response “terrorism” shot up more than 10 percentage points to 16.9 percent from 5.6 percent in October 2015, putting the issue in second place. The third-place issue was “homeland security and anti-terror policy,” at 15.1 percent, compared to 4.5 percent in October.

When respondents were asked to indicate whether they strongly agree, somewhat agree, somewhat disagree, strongly disagree, or were unsure about policies and opinions in the news, these findings emerged:

  • More than three-quarters, at 78.2 percent, strongly or somewhat agree that “It is likely ISIS terrorists are hiding among Syrian and other refugees in order to enter Europe and the United States.”
  • Two-thirds, at 66.9, percent agree strongly or somewhat with “a pause in accepting Syrian refugees intothe United States until additional FBI background checks and approvals are added to the current screening process.”
  • Half, at 51.1 percent, disagree strongly or somewhat that “the U.S. and Americans have an obligation to accept Syrian refugees.” The cumulative percent of those who agree with the notion of an obligation was 39 percent.
  • Just over half, at 52.5 percent, disagree somewhat or strongly that “I trust our federal government’s ability to accurately verify entering refugees are not terrorists.” Fewer than four in 10, or 36.4 percent, reported agreement with the trust statement.
  • Those who agree somewhat or strongly that they are “concerned about terrorism when attending large public events” were reported at 61.8 percent.
  • Nearly half—48.3 percent—somewhat or strongly agree that “Russia’s President (Vladimir) Putin is stronger on fighting terrorism than President Obama.

When respondents were asked which current presidential candidate—despite personal preference—”would likely mount the strongest and most effective effort against terrorists worldwide while protecting Americans at home” they said, in descending order:

  • Donald Trump, 24.1 percent
  • Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, 20.7 percent
  • U.S. Senator (VT) Bernie Sanders, 7.7 percent
  • U.S. Senator (TX) Ted Cruz, 5.5 percent
  • Former Florida Governor Jeb Bush, 4.7 percent
  • Dr. Ben Carson, 4.4 percent

The poll was conducted by the Saint Leo University Polling Institute and has a +/- 3.0 percent margin of error at a 95 percent confidence level on a composite basis.  The national online poll of more than 1,000 adults was conducted by the Saint Leo University Polling Institute between November 29 and December 3.

Freedom for Venezuela

On Sunday Venezuela completed its legislative  election for 2015.  Current Communist President of Venezuela Nicolas Maduro has acknowledged defeat from Sunday’s elections.

This was the worst beating for the ruling “Chavismo” movement since Hugo Chavez took power in 1999.

Somebody dropped a banana down his pants and let a monkey lose.

The freedom forces on Sunday crushed the Communist forces controlling Venezuela.

They have won the legislature for the first time in 16 years giving them the power to bury Comrade President Nicolas Maduro’s oppressive Cuban style rule.

The opposition Democratic Unity coalition won 99 seats to the Socialists’ 46 in the 167-national National Assembly, the election board said, with some districts still to be counted.  Capitalism has been restored in the state legislature.

Thousands of Fireworks were set off in celebration. The Communists had on only once choice and that was to shut down their planned victory parties pack up their Hammer and Sickles and head home.

Patriots, time is drawing near quickly when the opposition leadership in Venezuela being held in jails modeled after Fidel’s Castro’s gulags will be free.  This is good news.

Last month Argentina fired its Communist leadership.

Next November President Obama, the Communist sitting in Washington D.C. and his Democrat Party  will face the same slap in the face and hopefully will face prosecution for his crimes against the Republic.

Whether from his gun running operation to the Mexican Cartels,  or for shipping weapons to the Islamic State in Syria via the U.S. Mission in Benghazi, Libya and the list goes on.

This prosecution for crimes against the U.S. Constitution and freedom loving people in this great republic  will be accomplished  from the new Justice Department.

This will be implemented by President Trump.  Plans are already in the works. Mr… Obama should probably start looking to hire attorneys now.

I would encourage the GOP led congress and its leadership to send a letter of congratulations to the Democratic Unity coalition leadership and to send a letter to
President of Venezuela Nicolas Maduro demanding the immediate release of all political prisoners from Venezuelan jails.

Multi-billionaire v. Multi-billionaire: Who will win?

Mike Fernandez is the multi billionaire founder of MBF Healthcare Partners, which is a private equity firm in Florida.

He lives in my home state and perhaps for good reason not just because he came here as a Cuban immigrant. It is a state on a track for an economic boom in housing and job growth.

Florida is flourishing and thriving and also recovering from the Obama – Charlie Crist era of brimstone and hail currently still being launched from the Mosque in Washington D.C., 5 times a day.

Thanks to Governor Rick Scott’s business sense and capitalist ideology businesses are flooding to the sunshine state with their capitalist cash flow. He, like Donald Trump are capitalists who surround themselves with very smart people who get things done and create jobs.

Mike Fernandez came to Florida after immigrating from Cuba in 1964 at the age of 12. He owns the 4,000 acre Little River Plantation and 25,000 acres of property in Alabama.

His charity work includes a family foundation that has given away tens of millions of dollars. He is a good man when it comes to philanthropy.

His political mindset on the other hand is way off in left field. Perhaps deep down inside he is a left-winger and stays in the closet.

He calls himself a conservative yet he backs Obama’s unconstitutional opening of diplomatic relations with Communist Cuba (Still not approved by the U.S. Congress) while his fellow Cubans still rot in jails for their beliefs not so much for their crimes.

Mr. Hernandez is so upset at the Republican majority who are behind Mr. Trump and not his man- cub Jeb Bush he is almost on his last wits end.

Remember Jeb is the guy trying to federalize our schools across the nation in step with Obama’s Common Core UN ideology.

Mr. Hernandez was also an early supporter of Mitt Romney. Mitt is the guy that laid the ground work for Obama care in Massachusetts. Follow the money. Mr. Hernandez is a health care magnate!

Mr. Hernandez is now running front page ads against Mr. Trump. Its a billionaire verses a billionaire. A match up in the political ring.

Mr. Trump just shrugs his shoulders and looks at his lead in the polls. He is not going to waste money paying for ads in newspapers to feed the Obama stenographers in the liberal media.

Who will win? I say Mr. Trump will win.

Mr. Hernandez compares Mr. Trump to Hitler and Mussolini and other nefarious characters in our history but excludes Fidel Castro from the line up. That my friends is unusual.

Castro is an enemy of freedom and perhaps Mr. Hernandez still has an affiliation with his cause. Just my opinion.

Why he even stated if given a choice we would vote for Hillary Clinton over Mr. Trump. Hillary.

Hillary got an ambassador, 2 Navy SEALs and an aid killed then his boy Jeb presented Hillary a Freedom Medal on the eve of that event. A slap in the face to freedom.

Perhaps Hilary was trying to cover up Obama’s gun running operation from Libya to his Islamic State army in Syria.

I am assuming Hillary can still operate as a president from a federal prison after she is jailed for using an insecure server to handle and transmit Top Secret information regarding the National Security of this nation.

Maybe she will just get away with a heavy fine and lose her security clearance. How does one perform one’s duties as the Commander-in-Chief without a security clearance?

If Mr. Hernandez is now behind Hillary because his boy is 30 points behind Mr. Trump perhaps he should send her some of his capital. Perhaps a pay pal transmission through her foundation. Mix it in with some of that Saudi money.

Mr. Fernandez may have the cash but Mr. Fernandez is too thin skinned for politics and should continue to stick to his philanthropic work which we salute. Great job.

He could not even handle a little jiving from some of Rick Scott’s superstars so he departed ways from Governor Scotts massive success bringing I am assuming his ball with him.

Mr. Trump cannot be bought, he cannot be influenced by corporate money, nobody owns him and he will be elected the next President of the United States. He will make America great again.

I wish Mr. Hernandez well and look forward to seeing his face when Mr. Trump gets sworn in on January 20th 2017.

A Practical Scenario for the GOP Nominee – Name Key Cabinet Officials!

The United States and the West are in a very precarious situation due to Islamic extremist inspired terrorism. Obama’s administration has proved disastrous in many ways, but especially in their acquiescence to Islamic terror and its state sponsors (e.g. Iran). To reduce the risk of another failed presidency, the Republican nominee should name key Cabinet officials some time ahead of the November 2016 election.

The 2016 election and post-Obama presidency will decide the direction of the country and the future of the West. The Middle East and North and Central Africa are in chaos. Islamic inspired terrorist organizations and their state sponsors are threatening to destabilize Europe and the United States through highly organized attacks and mass migration of so-called refugees. The Muslim Brotherhood is well-entrenched in the federal government and around the various states. This situation has led to practical lawlessness in the country.

In light of this unprecedented world threat, the Republican nominee for President should take the unusual step of announcing the names of key members of his (or her) inner cabinet in advance of the 2016 election – timing of such an announcement to be decided.

Four key positions in particular should be named prior to Election Day. They should include: the Vice President, Secretary of State, Secretary of Defense, and Attorney General.

Why? As the last seven years have demonstrated (and should serve as a lesson), electing a president whose vision for the country is not well understood, nor spelled out, can prove disastrous. Today’s situation is the unfortunate proof of that. Key cabinet officials make and/or execute decisions on behalf of the president each day, and their political dispositions and worldview should be vetted and understood by the voting public prior to selecting a president.

By naming the specific individual, or individuals, who would be considered for these positions, the Republican nominee would send voters a clear signal of his priorities. A strong pick for Vice President would solidify the conservative base, clarify the importance of national security, economic, and values voters.

The pick for Attorney General should have a very strong hands-on, law-and-order background, an understanding of the threat posed by domestic and external terrorist groups, and the resolve to resume and apply the Bush-era surveillance programs on radicalized mosques. They must also confront an illegal immigration problem, including the problem of so-called refugees, that has been ignored for too long.

The pick for Secretary of Defense should be committed to rebuilding the military, and especially have a clear understanding of the Middle East, Iran, and the worldwide threat of Islamic extremism.

The next Secretary of State should be prepared on day one to re-engage allies whose trust Obama has totally lost (e.g. Israel, Egypt, Jordan, Poland, etc.), and achieve a mutually beneficial understanding with Russia and China. He must be prepared to apply pressure – including military action – to any and all state sponsors of terror.

We have to realize that the U.S.A., internationally speaking, is increasingly isolated. Domestically, we are slowly becoming a nation with an economy that rewards sloth and punishes productivity, and whose Constitution is completely ignored.

To reverse this trend as quickly as only possible, it is imperative that the next president select the right cabinet. The GOP nominee should take the unusual step of naming these key positions so that the public rightly understands the choice ahead in November 2016.

We have to fully realize that this approach could provide additional ammunition to the opposition – i.e. more digging up dirt on the suggested cabinet picks. But, on the other hand, smart picks may attract additional voters who may not have been convinced to vote for the candidate alone.

Trump: “There’s something going on” with Islam

In light of the fact that Trump denounced our free speech event in Garland, Texas, last May, it is not at all clear that he understands the jihad imperative or the war against free speech, or is at all equipped to counter them. People like Trump, Bill O’Reilly and Laura Ingraham who took issue what we were doing in the wake of the jihad attack on our event in Garland don’t seem to grasp what the freedom of speech is all about.

What they’re missing is neatly encapsulated in what used to be an adage: “I do not agree with what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it.” In other words, I will stand with you against tyranny, because even if I disagree with your opinions, I understand that once opinions begin to be criminalized, or those who hold them bullied into silence, we are all the poorer, and all at risk.

Trump doesn’t get this. After Garland, he breezily and readily voiced his willingness to adhere to Sharia blasphemy laws and refrain from drawing Muhammad.

But in this instance, however, he is running afoul of the prevailing insanity of our public discourse. It is blazingly obvious that “there’s something going on” with Islam, and “a lot of hatred coming out of at least a big part of it,” and “something nasty coming out of there.” That these are even controversial statements, much less evidence of “demagoguery,” shows how stringently the mainstream media enforces politically correct fictions. Islam is a religion of peace, and if you express the slightest skepticism, even the diffident and tentative skepticism Trump voices here, then you’re a xenophobic demagogue. White male Christians are the real terror threat, don’t you know that? War is peace, freedom is slavery, ignorance is strength.

“Morning Plum: Yes, Donald Trump’s demagoguery just got even uglier,” by Greg Sargent, Washington Post, November 30, 2015:

…Now Trump’s demagoguery has taken a new turn that could focus the debate a bit more directly on this implied message.

On Morning Joe today, Bloomberg’s John Heilemann asked Trump directly whether he thinks Islam is an inherently violent or peaceful religion. Trump declined to answer, and instead suggested that there is a “lot of hatred” coming out of a “big part” of Islam:

HEILEMANN: “Do you think that Islam is an inherently peaceful religion that’s been perverted by some? Or do you think Islam is an inherently violent religion?”

TRUMP: “All I can say is there’s something going on. I don’t know that that question can be answered. It could be answered two ways. It could be answered both ways. But there’s something going on there. There’s a lot of hatred coming out of at least a big part of it. You see the hatred. We see it every day. You see it, whether it’s in Paris, or whether it’s the World Trade Center….

“There’s something nasty coming out of there. You could answer it any way you want. But at least we have to know the problem.”…

By declining to say whether Islam is a violent religion, and by suggesting that “hatred” is coming out of a “big part” of Islam, Trump has exposed the xenophobic subtext of his rhetoric about Muslims…

GOP Trumped by Conventional Wisdom

Conventional wisdom says don’t waste your time trying to get the Black vote.  Conventional wisdom says don’t hire Black staffers.  Conventional wisdom says don’t be impolitic and non-politically correct. Conventional wisdom says don’t tell the American people what you really believe on a myriad of issues; tell them what you think they want to hear.  Conventional wisdom says Donald Trump will self-destruct.

Whenever and wherever conventional wisdom triumphs, the American people usually lose.  Conventional wisdom says the American people want open borders and amnesty for those in the country illegally.  Conventional wisdom says we need more H-1B visas because America doesn’t have qualified tech workers.

I have said and will continue to tell the Republican establishment that Black are looking for a reason to vote republican; but up to this point no one is even seeking a dialogue with the Black community—until now.

While the Republican establishment continues to wait for Trump’s implosion, he continues to defy conventional wisdom by doing things no other Republican has the guts to do.

Trump has actually hired a high level Black staffer and actually put out a press release to inform the public.  WOW, what a novel idea.  No other Republican presidential campaign had done such.  I can guarantee you that most political insiders can’t name one Black person of any significance who is a staffer for any Republican campaign.

Continuing his defying of conventional wisdom, Trump is the only candidate to actively cultivate relationships with the Black community.  This afternoon Trump is expected to receive the endorsement of 100 Black preachers from across the country.

This is unheard of during a Republican primary.  Why other Republicans continue to ignore the Black vote is a mystery to me.  I can tell you this; far too many Republicans are listening to pollsters like Frank Luntz.

He is paid millions of dollars a year by Republicans to tell them that the Black vote is not worth pursuing.  Conventional wisdom like this will lead to yet another electoral defeat for Republicans come November 2016.

When will the Republican establishment stop wishing for Trump’s demise and begin to seek understanding of his phenomenal rise?

Trump’s campaign manager, Corey Lewandowski is one of the sharpest political minds on the scene today.  Regardless of what happens to Trump’s candidacy, Lewandowski will be a political force to reckon with for decades to come.

Regrettably, no other Republican campaign has such a forward thinking campaign manager like Lewandowski.

The Republican establishment has absolutely no appreciation for how major it is for Trump to have 100 Black ministers to endorse him.  This is unprecedented during a Republican primary.

Trump will get massive media from this event; but also will create a lot of chatter within Black newspapers.

My readers know I am a huge proponent of Black newspapers.  Republicans have continued to ignore the more than 200 Black newspapers we have in the U.S.  Black newspaper report news that is of unique interest to our community in a way that is relevant; unlike the mainstream newspapers.

Engaging with the Black community also sends a strong signal to White, suburban, middle-class female voters that it is ok to vote for a given candidate because they are not “intolerant.”  These are the voters that will determine who the next U.S. president will be.

None of the Republican campaigns have yet to do any media avails with any Black media.  This is extremely difficult for me to understand; especially when several of the Black newspapers are actually owned by Black Republicans.

Trump’s candidacy has upended everything we thought we knew about presidential campaigns and how to run them.  Trump is saying the Earth is round; while all conventional wisdom mandated that everyone believe that the Earth was flat.

You would be foolish to continue to argue that the Earth is flat when all objective evidence has proven the Earth to be round.

One need only watch the video [below] of the focus group my PAC, Black Americans for a Better Future, hosted two weeks ago.

Too many establishment Republicans still think the political Earth is still flat, despite what the Black electorate is saying.  Who are the Blacks these campaigns consult with? Or do they even have any Blacks advising them?

You have Republican campaigns that don’t even have a picture of a Black person anywhere on their website.  How is it that no one even notices granular details like this?

Oh, I forgot, Republicans are supposed to be colorblind!  Colorblindness is a serious condition that mandates medical attention.

Well, maybe, just maybe if Republicans could get their colorblindness corrected; they could actually see that the Earth is not flat; and that Blacks are open to supporting a Republican candidate, both in the primary and in the general.

But conventional wisdom is the blindness that will prevent them from seeing what is staring them right in the face.

The Curious Case of Black Advocates and MSM Hatred for Dr. Ben Carson.

To you remaining black members of my family who take issue with me being an outspoken black conservative Republican, I ask you ponder the following. Comedian Arsenio Hall was known for his comedic bit, “Things That Make You Go Hmmm…” Well, here are a few facts regarding self proclaimed black advocates and the mainstream media’s disdain for Dr. Ben Carson that make you go hmmm.

Summarizing, Dr Carson’s life is remarkable and inspirational. He grew up fatherless in the hood with his hardworking single mom. She turned off the TV and ordered Ben to read and give her written book reports. Though illiterate, Carson’s mom pretended to read his book reports. This troubled black kid from the hood overcame his demons and grew up to become a world renowned neurosurgeon. A movie was made about Dr. Carson’s life titled, “Gifted Hands: The Ben Carson Story” starring Oscar winner Cuba Gooding Jr. as Dr. Carson.

If Dr Martin Luther King, Jr were alive today, Dr Carson would epitomize his dream of blacks (Negros) being proud dignified contributors to society in America. So why does Black Lives Matter, the mainstream media, the NAACP and the Democratic Party despise and seek to destroy Dr Carson? Since entering the race for the White House, self-proclaimed black advocates and media launched an all-out no-tactic-or-lie-is-too-low campaign to knock Dr. Carson out of the race for president.

But guess who supposed advocates for black empowerment rallied behind and transformed into heroic icons of civil rights? The answer is black criminals; Treyvon Martin, Michael Brown and Freddie Gray. Keep in mind that the supposed advocates for blacks that I mentioned hate Dr. Carson. Shouldn’t that make a thinking black person go hmmm?

The Black Lives Matter movement was founded on the lie that a white cop shot Michael Brown while surrendering with his hands up. Based on the evidence, Brown robbed a convenience store, assaulted the clerk and was shot attacking a cop inside his police car. Brown was trying to take the officer’s gun.

And yet, the mainstream media and Democrats ignored the grand jury’s report and continues to promote the lie that Brown was gunned down by a racist white cop while on his way to his grandma’s house. Black Lives Matter, mainstream media and other so-called black advocates persist in ignoring facts; such as in only 35 years 324,000 blacks have been killed by fellow blacks. As a matter of fact, 93% of blacks are killed by other blacks. Racist white cops “ain’t” the problem y’all.

Drug dealer Freddie Gray had a record as long as your armTreyvon Martin was also a prolific thug. So again I ask, why would so-called advocates for black empowerment make saints of black criminals while relentlessly attempting to demonize Dr Carson?

Dr Carson’s path of education, hard work, Christian faith and right choices led him to extraordinary success and possibly even the Oval Office. Martin, Brown and Gray’s criminal choices made them menaces to society and led to their early deaths. Wouldn’t true black advocates encourage black youths to mimic Dr Carson rather that elevating criminals Martin, Brown and Gray to black superstar status?

Common sense tells us that self proclaimed black advocates and the mainstream media obviously have another agenda other than their stated justice/empowerment for blacks.

The truth is these slime-ball so-called black advocates and media hacks do not give a rats’ derriere about blacks. If they did, they would honestly deal with the self-induced issues plaguing the black community; epidemic school dropouts, drug abuse, black on black crime and out-of-wedlock births. But no, black advocates and media would rather blame conservatives, Republicans and white America.

Black Lives Matter, mainstream media and Democrats want blacks to conclude that Martin, Brown and Gray were the products of being victimized by racist white America; particularly conservatives and Republicans. That is a lie. Life is about choices. Circumstances tend to reveal who you are inside.

My 87 year old black dad also grew up poor and fatherless in the Baltimore hood. As a little boy, Dad chose to earn money shining shoes on weekends at the Greyhound Bus Station. One of his buddies chose crime; two kids in similar circumstances making different choices. Dad was taught responsibility at an early age. I could hear the pride in dad’s voice as he told me how he spent his first earnings. Out of $1.25 he made one weekend, dad paid rent to Aunt Nee, took in a movie with candy and popcorn and purchased a t-shirt. Dad bragged to a friend, “Yeah man, I’m buyin’ my own clothes now.”

I heard through the family grapevine that some relatives are embarrassed by me publicly proclaiming that blacks are not victims of racist America. To them I say, “Sorry guys, but we are not.” My goodness, all one has to do is look around.

Racism along with every other sin will exist until Jesus returns. However, the notion that blacks are suffering, held back, routinely murdered by cops and victimized by “white privilege” is absurd. These narratives are manipulative tools to keep blacks voting for Democrats. Suckered blacks believe voting for Democrats will keep racist white America and Republicans at bay. After 50 years of voting for Democrats, black life continues to spiral downward in cites controlled by Democrats.

Blacks from the hood like my dad and Dr Carson who achieve their American dreams contradict the Democrats’ and mainstream media’s it-sucks-to-be-black-in-America story line. The undeniable truth is the American dream is alive and well for all who choose to go for it. The only real stumbling block for blacks is Obama’s economy.

So why has the mainstream media sacrificed its journalistic principles to help Democrats win black votes? The answer is the media and Democrats are on the same page; socialist/progressive – both desire an America in which the majority is dependent upon and controlled by a tyrannical big government. Oh and both have a bug up their derriere about Christians. Democrats and mainstream media will vehemently deny it, but it is true.

In essence, elitist mainstream media and Democrats want George Orwell’s novel “1984” – a nation of supplicants subservient to Big Brother. These truths should make logical thinkers go hmmm.

Impeachment is Litmus Test for New Speaker of the House

There is no debate over the fact that the Barack Hussein Obama regime is by far the most impeachable regime to ever seize and hold the people’s White House. Even most House Republicans have openly acknowledged the fact that> Obama & Co. are guilty of everything presented in the North American Law Center (TNALC) proposed Articles of Impeachment.

In fact, despite Republican propaganda on the subject, the recent sudden resignation of Speaker John Boehner may have in part, been due to growing support in the House for Impeachment. A Boehner promise to keep impeachment “off the table” may no longer be within the reach of anyone in the House.

Last week, I created and posted a flash poll for over a dozen “conservative” or Republican-leaning active Facebook groups asking, “Do you favor a litmus test for the next House Speaker, WILL YOU IMPEACH?” and the response was crystal clear…. 97% answering YES to that question. Conservative Republican voters DO want the next House Speaker to pass a litmus test agreeing to Impeach the Obama regime.

This could also explain the current internal civil war within the Republican Party over who will be the next Speaker… RNC establishment types tried to rush Boehner-lite, Kevin McCarthy into the position. But members of the House Freedom Caucus made it clear that no Boehner-lite candidate would have their support, forcing McCarthy to promptly withdraw from the race.

The RNC quickly moved to insert Republican turncoat Paul Ryan, who is also viewed by conservatives in America as at best, another Boehner-lite establishment Republican with zero conservative or constitutional intestinal fortitude.

To say the least, the Republican Party is at a crossroads in American history. A time at which they must choose to let the Grand Ole Party drift off into the abyss with the Whig Party, as a political machine that has lost its will to fight for our Constitutional Republic, or, to make a stand for the Republican form of self-governance with ‘the people,’ here and now…

But ‘the people’ are making the choice even more stark, by simply saying, no matter what you may or may not have done in the past, if you will not impeach the most impeachable regime in 240 years of American history, if treason, tyranny, treachery and traitorous acts are no longer impeachable offenses, then we no longer need a Speaker of the House, or even a do-nothing Congress for that matter.

Impeachment is the key to the Speakership of the House…

Most Congressional Republicans do not have the courage to lead on anything that actually matters, including impeachment of admittedly the most impeachable regime in U.S. history. Some will not even have the decency or courage to follow when someone else takes the lead.

In fact, many House Republicans would love you to believe that they need not keep their oath because their crystal ball tells them that Senate members will not keep their oaths.

However, unless and until House Republicans do their job by initiating impeachment proceedings in the House Judiciary Committee, Senate members have no job. It is not Senate members or congressional democrats who have blocked the impeachment of Barack Hussein Obama, it is cowardly and complicit House Republicans who have done this under the direction of Speaker John Boehner.

There are reasons why impeachment is the only peaceful constitutional solution today…

Obama controls the courts, the military, the Executive branch and up until today, even Congress. He controls the election system, with SEIU maintaining the electronic election booths, illegal aliens and dead people voting democrat in hundreds of districts. He controls the press, both mainstream and secondary outlets, including once respected Fox News.

The mountain of evidence against Obama and his evil regime is massive and growing by the hour. But there is no place in America to present that evidence other than in a televised impeachment trial, where the American people can watch as all of the evidence is presented.

If Obama is allowed to leave office other than via impeachment, all of the fraud, tyranny, treachery and yes, treason, will stand unchallenged, rendering these crimes against America no longer “impeachable offenses.”

Contrary to the false propaganda circulated about how Obama “can’t be impeached because he isn’t really a president,” and that “impeaching him will validate his presidency,” no bank robber has ever been validated by the prosecution and conviction for his crimes. This is a silly claim that can only be intended to also block impeachment and accountability for Barack Hussein Obama.

Yes, the House must impeach Barack Hussein Obama and the right time to do it is today…

This means that who the next House Speaker is will be critical to the future of this nation, freedom, liberty and the Rule of Constitutional Law.

The next Speaker must be ready to shepherd Impeachment to conviction in the Senate, and then be capable of becoming the interim President of the United States until the 2016 election.

Because Vice President Joseph Biden has been a complicit co-conspirator in all of Obama’s crimes, starting with his fraudulent seizure of White House power in 2008, Joe Biden cannot succeed Barack Obama to the Presidency…. He is a criminal co-conspirator.

Next in line for the Presidency is the House Speaker. John Boehner was also directly complicit and a co-conspirator to Obama’s many crimes. Boehner did the nation a great favor by resigning, opening a window of opportunity for “the people” to force into that position, someone who would impeach, as well as someone capable of holding the Oval Office until the 2016 elections.

This is why 97% of Facebook Conservatives have answered YES, we want impeachment to be a litmus test for the next House Speaker.

Without impeachment, every crime Obama and his henchmen have committed will stand unchallenged. Our Constitution will be gone, our Bill of Rights, gone, the Rule of Law, gone…. Our Constitutional Republic will have gasped its last breath, and “the people” will have allowed it to happen.

The people have NO RIGHT to demand House Republicans do the right thing unless they are willing to

Further, no House member has the moral authority to seek the office of Speaker today, unless they are prepared to shepherd Impeachment through to conviction and then become the next interim President.

If any American can watch these Articles of Impeachment presented by North American Law Center Lead Counsel Stephen Pidgeon and not be on board, they have no right to call themselves American, much less patriots…

In addition, the only way to stop Hillary Clinton and the democrat party in 2016 is to hold her accountable for her role at the State Department, in the crimes against the USA by the Obama regime.

Last, whoever rises to the Oval Office in the next election, will enter a dictatorship created by Barack Obama. Unless Obama is held fully accountable and his crimes are reversed via impeachment, the Constitutional Republic will not exist for whomever wins the next election.

NOW is the time for “the people” to reclaim their country… To reclaim the Speakership of the House… To hold the Obama regime fully accountable for their criminal acts… to begin the process of returning the United States to an honorable nation of self-governed people who respect the Rule of Constitutional Law and will accept no less from their elected servants…

A Constitutional Accountability Coalition has been formed in more than thirty states, supporting the TNALC Articles of Impeachment and working to force House Republicans to initiate impeachment proceedings in the House Judiciary Committee.

Many Americans are doing something that really matters…. If you are not one of them, you are not part of any solution to our Constitutional Crisis known as Barack Obama.

What I like and do not like about each candidate running for President. Do you agree?

Someone asked me what I thought about the Presidential candidates still in the race and who I support. I had to tell her that I do not endorse or support any one candidate as of yet. However, I did tell her what I don’t like about the candidates. I will briefly tell you what I like and do not like. Then you can decide for yourself.

What I like about Donald Trump is that he is honest, politically incorrect, bombastic, a true Patriot, and believes in the United States. I do not like that he can be brash and he sometimes does not think before he speaks. Also, some of his policy beliefs are not conservative.

What I like about Ben Carson is he is honest, educated, and smart.  He stands his ground when those on the left attack him for not thinking like what the media thinks a black man should be thinking.  What I do not like is he sometimes seems to lack total political experience in areas where a political thought process is sorely needed.  His International Politics is suspect and frankly I don’t think we need another president that has to learn so much while on the job.

What I like about Senator Marco Rubio is he has some Washington experience, has some solid conservative values, and does not allow others to belittle him or attack him without a thoughtful and purposeful response.  What I do not like is his liberal stance on immigration, his flip-flopping on some other important issues, he often seems nervous and out of his league, and he talks to fast.  He certainly cannot be nervous or out of his league when dealing with the likes of Putin.

What I like about Senator Cruz is his constitutional stance, his belief that States have rights, and that the Federal Government has no right to strong arm states into doing the Federal Governments bidding.  He is strong in personality, firm in his beliefs, and is not afraid to express and act on those beliefs.  What I do not like is that he sounds like a polished and well-rehearsed politician.   He reminds me of a 21st century Richard Nixon with a voice that sounds as if he is singing which makes him comes across as being a phony.

What I like about Jeb Bush is well honestly, there is very little I like about the man.  What I do not like is he is a big government moderate that would love to continue the policies of his father and brother.  He is a man that is too willing to let himself be manipulated by power brokers and big money.  He is not all that trustworthy and frankly he often acts as if he really does not want the job but is being forced to do it.

What I like about Governor Christie is like Donald Trump; Christie is bombastic and takes no crap or guff from anyone.  Although he sometimes comes across as a bully, he really is not.  He has shown that he can pull a leftist state to the right and bring some fiscal responsibility to a state that was typically known as a corrupt, high tax Democratic strong hold.  What I do not like is he is too moderate or even liberal on many issues including abortion, education, foreign politics, and Federal Government spending.  To me, Christie is another big government, inside the beltway, moderate in conservative clothing.

Do I really need to say anything about Secretary Hillary Clinton?  There is nothing redeeming or likable about the woman.  She needs an article all by herself to explain my disdain for her.  She should not be President of the local neighborhood watch let alone of this great nation.

Senator Bernie Sanders, well he is a socialist bordering on being a full communist.  ‘Nuff said about him.

Of course, I could go into greater depth on each candidate and I left some candidates out because either they have dropped out, will be dropping out soon, or should drop out.

Please feel free to try and convince me why your candidate of choice should be the next President.  I will warn you I am not easily convinced. I love facts and logic and often supporters set aside facts and logic in favor of feelings.

I, like Spok, have no feelings when it comes to politics.

Senator Marco Rubio straddling the fence on Muslim refugees/Muslim migration

Julia Hahn has another good piece at Breitbart yesterday (hat tip: Joanne) on the refugee resettlement controversy and how it is roiling the 2016 Presidential campaign.

Haven’t we seen what happens when a boy runs this country?  And, so I can’t believe that any thinking person could say that Florida Senator Marco Rubio is ready for the job—don’t you think it’s time for an alpha male?  (O.K. throw tomatoes, eggs, whatever at me, I said it and stick by it!).

Somali terror woman

This Somali refugee woman was convicted of terror funding in Minnesota in 2013.

Here is Hahn about what Senator Rubio said yesterday in an interview with Chris Wallace:

In a surprising twist in the 2016 election, presidential aspirant Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) has proposed a new plan for helping President Obama resettle Syrian refugees in the United States.

Under Rubio’s new proposal, outlined on FOX News Sunday, the United States would focus on resettling the oldest and youngest refugees inside the United States, including those orphaned and widowed in what has become an Islamist battleground.

Rubio argued these refugees could be admitted under the “commonsense” test: “the 5-year-old orphan, a 90-year-old widow, and well-known Chaldean priest, these are obviously commonsense applications, and you can clearly vet them just by commonsense.”

This new tactic may be a politically risky one for Senator Rubio, as an outright majority of all voters oppose any Syrian resettlement—and, according to Rasmussen, 65 percent of conservative voters want zero refugees admitted into the U.S. from the Middle East.

Rubio cannot be trusted on immigration, the most important issue this country faces, or may ever face!

Continue reading here and consider a few additional points.

Once the women (not all will be old because they won’t leave the young mothers and bring in the children) are admitted they can apply, under the present refugee program, for their family members to join them (this is called chain migration).  In 2008, the Wall Street Journal first reported the shocking (maybe not so shocking!) news that thousands of Somalis had entered the US illegally by claiming a relationship to those already here.  The family reunification (P-3) was closed by the US State Department for years, but is now wide open again.

We covered the discovery and aftermath extensively, here.  The fraud was originally reported at the Wall Street Journal in August of 2008.

Even for those who say the State Department could now catch the fraudsters, does anyone really think that the women and children won’t be quickly applying for more family members to join them.  On what grounds would the husbands be refused?

~ Hahn discusses it, but I want to reiterate that it is the next generation of a refugee family where the jihadist recruitment is happening.  The parents might pass security checks while it is those little children (grown up) we raised and educated with our tax dollars who are thumbing their noses at your generosity and heading off to join al-Shabaab and ISIS.  Remember this?  Just a few news stories beginning back in 2008!

~And, what on earth makes Rubio think that American taxpayers are willing to bring in old women who will be placed immediately on Supplemental Social Security? See here, once and for all—-refugees over 65 years old are eligible for benefits under SSI!

~Hahn mentions Senator Rand Paul who was brave back in 2013 when he realized refugee terrorists had been resettled in his home town and wondered out loud why we were bringing in all the Iraqis and putting them on welfare.  He has since stopped asking that question, why?  Here is our complete archive on Rand Paul and Iraqi refugees.   See especially here and here (what role did Grover play in dissuading Paul from earlier critical comments?).

Following that Syrian refugee “vetting” shiny object?

And, my final thought as I watch and listen to Syrian refugee news on TV and on radio:  Are we being distracted (I know Trump is!) by the Syrian refugee resettlement plan at a point in time when we are bringing in thousands of other Muslim refugees who frankly can’t be screened much better—thousands and thousands of Somalis and Iraqis for instance (Uzbeks, Rohingya and Afghans too)?

I think the average American (watching TV) is thinking that the Syrians are the only refugees we are bringing in from the Middle East and Africa, and it isn’t helping them understand the serious implications of resettlement when they think the resettlement is in the future and that Obama is to blame—Republicans have supported the migration for decades as well!  They are here!

And, on the vetting issue, we have plenty of evidence that the youngsters are growing up radicalized (more devout!) in the US and the West generally, so let’s stop talking about vetting for just a few minutes!

Republicans Are Data Driven, But Have No Vision

Last week my super PAC, Black Americans for a Better Future, launched its inaugural speaker’s series with Maryland Lieutenant Governor Boyd Rutherford.  This was his first national media event since being sworn into office back in January.

Rutherford is a phenomenal administrator and Maryland’s governor, Larry Hogan, could not have chosen a better person to be his running mate.

Rutherford is a native of Washington, D.C. and graduated from Howard University and the University of Southern California’s (USC) law school.

Unlike many Black Republicans, he does not run away from his Blackness, but rather embraces it.

That’s why when the violence erupted in Baltimore earlier this year, he and the governor got rave reviews on their response.  Both Black and White; liberal and conservative praised them for how they kept things from getting even worse.

They are exhibit A in how Republicans can deal with a racial issue and stay true to their conservative values; both the governor and lieutenant governor had long lasting ties to the Black community well before they sought public office.

After my interview with the lieutenant governor, I then moderated a focus group consisting of several Black Independents, Republicans, and Democrats.  This focus group verified everything that I have been saying and writing about for decades—that the Black community is indeed open to voting for a Republican candidate.

The first question I asked the panel was:  “Is there anyone on the panel who would never vote Republican?”  Not one person raised their hand.  Each panelist stated unequivocally that they were not averse to voting for a Republican; but they indicated that no Republican had ever dialogued with them, nor taken time to find out what was important to them.

One of the Democratic panelists who shared this sentiment was Russell Fugett, son of football legend, Jean Fugett.  The Fugett name is synonymous with entrepreneurship and the Democratic Party in the city of Baltimore.  They are like the Kennedys of Baltimore.

So for a Fugett to say they are at least open to a Republican conversation is a powerful statement.  BriaMarie, a rising R&B/Hip-Hop artist and a registered Democrat, like Fugett; indicated that she and her fellow twentysomething friends would consider voting Republican, but no Republican had ever engaged with her.

Jack Brewer, a former NFL player, a registered Independent, and a serial entrepreneur ranted about the devastating economic policies coming out of the Obama administration that is making it very difficult for him to create more jobs.

We also had people like Allegra McCullough, a former regional administrator for the Small Business Administration (SBA) under George W. Bush and serial entrepreneur Larry McKenney on the panel.  Both are registered Republicans.

They have no relationship with any Black staffer within the party.  How can you expand the base of the party when you are not even in communication with known Republicans?

I asked the panelists could they name one Black Republican staffer and no one could.  Therein lies the problem.  If any of these folks wanted to join or become active in the Republican Party, they would not know how to do it or who to talk to.

So, Black Americans for a Better Future will fill the void.  We know the issues that will move the Black vote; and we know the “centers of influence (COIs)” within the Black community.

We have already received hundreds of phone calls and emails requesting us to replicate last week’s event at the National Press Club throughout the country; and we will accommodate these requests.

We have even had several presidential campaigns reach to us about providing an opportunity for their candidates to speak before these Black entrepreneurs across the country.

We are also establishing a national data base of Black elected Republicans, since no one in the party thinks this is important enough to do.

In January, we will launch our surrogates program where we have Black Republicans who are working with BAFABF booked on all the talking head TV shows, radio shows and interviewed in various newspapers across the country.

In December we will have several major announcements regarding some of our future activities as we head in to the new year.

Blacks are begging the Republican Party to give them a reason to look at our party as we head towards next year’s presidential election.  But the party seems so obsessed with data that they haven’t even contemplated a vision for how to get the Black vote from 9% to 15% by next year.

BAFABF has both a plan and a vision.  Later this week I will release the video of both my interview with the lieutenant governor of Maryland, Boyd Rutherford and the focus group for those who could not attend the event.  The video will also be given to every presidential campaign.

No longer will the Republican Party be able to say “they can’t find Blacks to hire for their campaigns;” nor will they ever be able to say that Blacks won’t vote for a Republican.  Since the party is so focused on data, I have data from some of the most respected and most successful Blacks in American that says they are open to the Republican message; now the question is, what is the party prepared to do once they see the video?
