Ex-CIA, UN Firm Backed by Hamas Sponsor Linked to Gaza Pier Project

“We look forward to the port transitioning to a commercially operated facility over time.”

Last week, I wrote that Biden’s announcement of a two-month project to build a pier to transport aid to Gaza was a “trojan pier” that made no sense.

“Why not just use those existing ports and have Israel look at what’s going through and bring it in?  It seems like this is a lot of work for 60 days out when there are people starving, frankly,” a reporter asked.

And the spokesman responded with a confusing word salad because he had no good answer.

The actual answer is that the Biden administration does not actually believe that the Arab Muslim occupiers in Gaza are starving, let alone starving to death, otherwise it would be doing more than air dropping 11,000 meals and promising to have meal delivery running in 60 days.

The temporary pier setup is about bypassing Israel to provide long term access to Gaza.

While administration officials describe the pier as “temporary”, a senior official also admitted that “we look forward to the port transitioning to a commercially operated facility over time.”

That means it’s not actually meant to be temporary, but a permanent port for the terrorists.

Israeli sources are focused on the involvement of Qatar: an Islamic terror state and the state sponsor of Hamas.

At America’s request, Hamas ally Qatar has agreed to take charge of operating and financing the temporary pier on its way from the United States to the Gaza coast, Israel’s Channel 14 reported on Tuesday.

Qatar consented to run the port on condition that the construction work go to the Al-Hisi firm, “a company controlled and sponsored by Hamas,” according to Channel 14 correspondent Baruch Yedid, citing Arab media reports following a meeting in Cyprus between diplomatic officials from Qatar and the United Arab Emirates several days ago.

Qatar is a key financial backer of the terror group and has sent millions monthly to prop it up. Since 2012, the Gulf State has pumped an estimated $1.8 billion dollars into Gaza, according to the Washington, D.C.-based Foundation for the Defense of Democracies. Qatar also hosts senior Hamas leaders.

While details are still vague, one vector involves Fogbow, an organization run by ex-CIA and UN people.

A private U.S. advisory firm of former senior American military, CIA and humanitarian officials is proposing to operate the anticipated daily deployment of international aid ships from Cyprus to the Gaza coast, in a plan that would increase the American presence in the volatile region.

The proposal, pitched by the firm Fogbow with the hope that foreign donors will sign on in meetings this week, is being pursued separately from a U.S. military effort to build a giant pier off Gaza to enable the delivery of aid.

Who’s financing this? One guess.

Administration officials have said that while they are talking to several companies, including Fogbow, they haven’t formally agreed to support any specific group.

Qatari officials told The Wall Street Journal they would provide $60 million toward Fogbow’s efforts.

This looks like cutouts on top of cutouts propping up a terrorist group.

Biden Sells Out Israel in UN ‘Ceasefire’ Resolution

A ceasefire doesn’t protect Israeli civilians. It protects Hamas.

Describing a “ceasefire in connection with the release of all remaining hostages” rather than a ceasefire in exchange for is deliberately ambiguous. The draft UN resolution from the Biden administration calls for “an immediate and sustained ceasefire to protect civilians on all sides, allow for the delivery of essential humanitarian assistance, and alleviate humanitarian suffering, and towards that end unequivocally supports ongoing international diplomatic efforts to secure such a ceasefire in connection with the release of all remaining hostages”.

But that makes sense as the Biden administration is following Qatar’s lead in moving away from a straight exchange and toward a ceasefire as a good thing in and of itself.

That means Israel can’t fight Hamas and can’t free its hostages. The same however is not true of Hamas.

The draft UN resolution falsely claims that a ceasefire will “protect civilians on all sides”.

There was a ceasefire on Oct 6. Furthermore, during the so-called humanitarian pause of the previous hostage exchange, Hamas terrorists carried out a terrorist attack in Jerusalem, murdering a pregnant woman and an elderly Rabbi.

So far the death toll from the truce includes Liba Dickman, a 24-year old preschool teacher pregnant with her first child, Chanah Ifergan, a 67-year-old principal and Rabbi Elimelech Wasserman, a 73-year-old rabbi. Who knows what more deaths the bloody truce will bring.

3 dead and at least 11 wounded after only 6 days of truce.

A ceasefire is not about ending attacks on Israel. It does not protect Israeli civilians. Just the opposite. It provides cover for Hamas to plan and launch further attacks like the one on Oct 7.

No such thing ever worked or will work. Hamas has made it clear that it intends to destroy Israel. Period.

What a ceasefire does is stop Israel from taking out Hamas.

Iranian and Jewish cultures have been connected for millennia and continue to stand together against terror!

The Persian and Jewish cultures have been connected for millennia.

The Jews of Israel and the people of Iran continue to stand together against the terror that they are both facing.

The Iranian Jewish Population in 1948 was 100,000 in 2023 it was 9,300

The Jewish Virtual Library’s “Jews in Islamic Countries: Iran” reads:

The Jewish community of Persia, modern-day Iran, is one of the oldest in the Diaspora, and its historical roots reach back to the 6th century B.C.E., the time of the First Temple. Their history in the pre-Islamic period is intertwined with that of the Jews of neighboring BabylonCyrus, the first of the Archemid dynasty, conquered Babylon in 539 B.C.E. and permitted the Jewish exiles to return to the Land of Israel, bringing the First Exile to an end. The Jewish colonies were scattered from centers in Babylon to Persian provinces and cities such as Hamadan and Susa. The books of EstherEzraNehemiah, and Daniel give a favorable description of the relationship of the Jews to the court of the Achaemids at Susa.

Under the Sassanid dynasty (226-642 C.E.), the Jewish population in Persia grew considerably and spread throughout the region; nevertheless, Jews suffered intermittent oppression and persecution. The invasion by Arab Muslims in 642 C.E. terminated the independence of Persia, installed Islam as the state religion, and made a deep impact on the Jews by changing their sociopolitical status.

Throughout the 19th century, Jews were persecuted and discriminated against. Sometimes whole communities were forced to convert. During the 19th century, there was considerable immigration to the Land of Israel, and the Zionist movement spread throughout the community.

Under the Pahlavi Dynasty, established in 1925, the country was secularized and oriented toward the West. This greatly benefited the Jews, who were emancipated and played an important role in the economy and in cultural life. On the eve of the Islamic Revolution in 1979, 80,000 Jews lived in Iran. In the wake of the upheaval, tens of thousands of Jews, especially the wealthy, left the country, leaving behind vast amounts of property.

The Council of the Jewish Community, established after World War II, is the community’s representative body. The Jews also have a representative in parliament who is obligated by law to support Iranian foreign policy and its Anti-Zionist position.

Despite the official distinction between “Jews,” “Zionists,” and “Israel,” the most common accusation the Jews encounter is that of maintaining contacts with Zionists. The Jewish community does enjoy a measure of religious freedom but is faced with constant suspicion of cooperating with the Zionist state and with “imperialistic America” — both such activities are punishable by death. Jews who apply for a passport to travel abroad must do so in a special bureau and are immediately put under surveillance. The government does not generally allow all members of a family to travel abroad at the same time to prevent Jewish emigration. The Jews live under the status of dhimmi, with the restrictions imposed on religious minorities. Jewish leaders fear government reprisals if they draw attention to the official mistreatment of their community.

Iran’s official government-controlled media often issues anti-Semitic propaganda. A prime example is the government’s publishing of the Protocols of the Elders of Zion, a notorious Czarist forgery, in 1994 and 1999.2 Jews also suffer varying degrees of officially sanctioned discrimination, particularly in the areas of employment, education, and public accommodations.3

Following the overthrow of the Shah and the declaration of an Islamic state in 1979, Iran severed relations with Israel. The country has subsequently supported many of the Islamic terrorist organizations that target Jews and Israelis, particularly the Lebanon-based Hezbollah. Nevertheless, Iran’s Jewish community is the largest in the Middle East outside Israel.

After the Iranian revolution in early 1979, members of the Jewish community feared for their lives, afraid that they would be murdered or expelled by the new Iranian regime. After the execution of prominent Jewish businessman Habib Elghanian on May 9, 1979, was publicized in local news outlets, the leaders of the Jewish community in Iran knew that they had to act fast in order to guarantee the safety of all Iranian Jews. The community leaders quickly assembled a group of two rabbis and four prominent young intellectuals and set off to meet with Ayatollah Khomeini in the Iranian city of Qom. After the group congratulated the Ayatollah on his victory over the Shah in the recent revolution, the Ayatollah gave a long monologue concluding by comparing Christianity, Islam, and Judaism and saying that they are the only religions that are truly descended from heaven. The Ayatollah stated that in the Qur’an Moses’s name is mentioned more times than the name of any other prophet. The discussion concluded with Ayatollah Khomeini claiming that “we recognize our Jews as separate from those godless, bloodsucking Zionists.” This was the answer that the Jewish community leaders had been looking for, and the Iranian government has kept its word and kept the Jews physically safe (for the most part) ever since this moment.8

Shutting Down The Federal Government’s A Good Thing—Here’s Why!

“We must consult our means rather than our wishes.” ― George Washington

American families make a budget, corporations make a budget, small businesses make a budget. These budgets are designed to keep the doors open and keep spending in check, in order to put money away for a rainy day.

Budgets are how we, as individuals, get things done. Budgets are how we the people keep our doors open for family and friends. How we save to send our children to schools and universities, how we purchase our homes, buy our cars and eat, drink and be merry.

The federal government has “intentionally and repeatedly” failed to create budgets on time, within we the taxpayers means and it has failed to spend our tax dollars on what we the people value most, the health, wellbeing, safety and security of our families.

There is always the fear that somehow shutting the government down is a bad thing. But is it?

Let’s take a look at the federal budget process to understand that it may be a “good thing” to let the government shut down.

The federal budget for each fiscal year, which runs from October 1 to September 30, is approved by the House, Senate, and the President combined.

The President submits a detailed budget request for the coming fiscal year, which begins on October 1. The budget contains estimates of federal government income and spending for the upcoming fiscal year and also recommends funding levels for the federal government. Congress then must pass appropriations bills based on the president’s recommendations and Congressional priorities.

Congress’ 12 Appropriations Committees

There are currently 12 Appropriations Committees that create their respective budget and send it to the floor of the U.S. House and U.S. Senate for a vote. BTW, we pay these committee members and their staffs to get the job done on time and within the budget.

The 12 Appropriations Committees are:

  1. Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies
  2. Commerce, Justice, Science, and Related Agencies
  3. Defense
  4. Energy and Water Development
  5. Financial Services and General Government
  6. Homeland Security
  7. Interior, Environment, and Related Agencies
  8. Labor, Health and Human Services, Education, and Related Agencies
  9. Legislative Branch
  10. Military Construction, Veterans Affairs, and Related Agencies
  11. State, Foreign Operations, and Related Programs
  12. Transportation, Housing and Urban Development, and Related Agencies

If Congress does not pass all appropriations measures by the start of the fiscal year (October 1st), it has to enact a continuing resolution (CR) to keep the government running.

This is the key problem that keeps rearing its ugly head, as it did in 2024 as follows:

  • On January 19th, 2024 Congress, failing to do its job, passed a CR extending the dealing to March 1, 2024.
  • On February 2, 2024 Congress, failing to do its job, extended the CR to March 8, 2024.
  • On March 8, 2024, Congress, failing to do its job, extended the CR to March 22, 2024.

NOTE: According to the Government Accountability Office, there have been 47 CRs between fiscal years 2010 and 2022.

At 5:00 a.m. on March 22, 2024 the budget, which should have been passed on October 1, 2023, finally passed, 6 months late.

Congress has failed we the people.

This failure is not just a one off, it has become Washington, D.C.’s way of doing business. Creating anxiety and concern in order to pass budgets that benefit the few and take away from the many.

We the people are facing death by CR after CR after CR and budget after budget after budget!

The budget process has become a joke.

The Federal Budget and America’s Values

Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr. said, “Don’t tell me what you value, show me your budget, and I’ll tell you what you value.”

Those who are supposed to spend our money wisely and on things that we truly value, i.e. life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, have failed us.

We saw just this year that Congress use CRs to keep the government open but funded programs that are patently offensive to the majority of Americans.

Here’s a short list created by the [3],

  • $400,000 requested by Tammy Baldwin (D-Wisc.) for Briarpatch Youth Services in Fitchburg, Wisconsin. The group promises to hide minors’ struggle with gender dysphoria from their parents while indoctrinating teens in extreme gender ideology.
  • $400,000 requested by Senator Bob Casey (D-Pa.) for the Mazzoni Center in Philadelphia, which carries out transgender hormone shots, clears the way for transgender surgeries, advertises transgender services for minors, and holds drag show fundraisers.
  • $1,808,000 requested by Senators Sheldon Whitehouse and Jack Reed (both D-R.I.) for Women and Infants Hospital in Providence, Rhode Island, which carries out first- and second-term abortions at its Family Planning Clinic.
  • $650,000 requested by Senator Jeanne Shaheen (D-N.H.) for Dartmouth Hitchcock Nashua in New Hampshire. “We routinely provide both medication and procedural abortion care up to 22 weeks of pregnancy,” the group declares.
  • $780,000 requested by Senator Martin Heinrich (D-N.M.) for Amador Health Services in Las Cruces, New Mexico, which boasts that it “can provide transgender/gender non-conforming (GNC) health education, therapeutic counseling and referrals, and additional LGBTQ+ support that puts your safety and comfort first.

Also listed the following concerning earmarks in the 2024 budget:

  • “Sen. Bennet (D-CO), $845,000 – Envision: You, CO (SAMHSA) – LGBTQ advocacy.”
  • “Sen. Shatz (D-HI), $550,000 – Hawaii Health and Harm Reduction Center, HI (SAMHSA) – LGBTQ services and syringe exchange.”
  • “Sen. Schumer (D-NY), $1,000,000 — SAGE, NY (ACL) – LGBTQ advocacy.”

QUESTION: Do these $6,433,000 in appropriations and earmarks truly fit your personal values?

Shut It Down

Brookings Institutes’ [1] reports, “Under the Antideficiency Act (initially passed in 1884 and amended in 1950), federal agencies cannot spend or obligate any money without an appropriation (or other approval) from Congress. When Congress fails to enact the 12 annual appropriation bills, federal agencies must cease all non-essential functions until Congress acts. This is known as a government shutdown. If Congress enacts some but not all of the 12 appropriations bills, only agencies without appropriations have to shut down; this is known as a partial shutdown.”

Here’s what happens and why it is a good thing:

  1. During shutdowns, many “non-essential” federal employees are told not to report for work. If these employees are non-essential then why are they on the payroll. Companies don’t hire non-essential employees, why should the government. Identifying these non-essential employees is the perfect way to start cutting government.
  2. Government employees who provide what are deemed “essential services”, such as air traffic control and law enforcement, continue to work, but don’t get paid until Congress takes action to end the shutdown. All this applies only to the roughly 25% of federal spending subject to annual appropriation by Congress. So, technically 75% of government employees are not essential? Does this mean we can fire up to 75% of those currently working for the federal government!
  3. Benefits such as Social Security and Medicare continue to flow because they are authorized by Congress in laws that do not need annual approval (although the services offered by Social Security benefit offices may be limited during a shutdown). So we the people will still get our Social Security checks and Medicare benefits. That’s a good thing.
  4. The Treasury continues to pay interest on U.S. Treasury debt. If we eliminate the debt this all goes away. Does this make sense to you? NOTE: According to GAO’s projections, debt held by the public will more than double over the next 30 years, rising from around 97% of GDP at the end of fiscal year 2023 to 29% in 2054.
  5. Shutdowns can be disruptive, leading to delays in processing applications for passports, small business loans, or government benefits; shuttered visitor centers and bathrooms at national parks; fewer food-safety inspections. Why not turn these over to the private sector or to the states? The states issue drivers licenses, why not let them issue passports using federal guidelines? Why not get the government out of the small business loans and turn that over to the banks and other lending institutions? Why not privatise visitor centers and make them a profit making entity that pay for themselves? As far as some government benefits, bathrooms at national parks, food-safety inspections aren’t these best left up to the private sector?
  6. Other workers deemed “essential” would remain on the job, though they also would not get paid. Services like mail delivery and tax collection would continue. [2]

Interestingly the Federal Courts and Congress itself are minimally impacted by a government shutdown. While some congressional staff may be sent home without pay, the question remains is the Congressional staff bloated?

So there you have it. Government can “shut down” with minimal impact if government cuts itself and shifts many of its responsibilities to the privates sector or to the individual state, e.g. Texas dealing with the border.

We are concerned that big government has become the opiate of the people. We now believe that we the people’s money is truly the opiate of big government.

The Islamic Transformation of Ohio in One Video

Open borders is just the first step. This is the next step.

If you’re wondering why they’re wearing blue, that’s the color of the Somali flag.

Rep. Ismail Mohamed was one of the state legislators whom the Freedom Center covered in our Election Jihad report.

In Ohio, newly elected Rep. Munira Abdullahi, who had been employed and backed by the Muslim American Society, an organization founded by the Muslim Brotherhood with ties to Hamas, and appeared with an MAS figure who had promoted Hamas, was elected and became the only one to vote against a state resolution in support of Israel after the Oct 7 Hamas attacks.

The Somali Islamist politician accused Israel of “genocide” and “apartheid”, and demanded an end to foreign aid to the Jewish State. She then helped spread false claims that Israel is “the biggest child-killer in the world” and promoted a hate crime hoax spread by CAIR that a driver shouting “long Live Israel” had tried to run over a Muslim.

Rep. Abdullahi along with Rep. Ismail Mohamed were two new Muslim representatives elected to the Ohio State House. Both had been backed by the Muslims for Ohio PAC.

Like many local Islamist political groups, Muslims for Ohio PAC is interwoven with a local community group that receives government funding: MY Project USA. Zerqa Abid founded MY Project USA, which receives government grants from, among others, the federal government and the city of Columbus, and Abid is also a founding member of Muslims for Ohio PAC.

While My Project USA works on voter registration, Muslims for Ohio PAC promotes candidates. “Collaborators” for a My Project USA conference included Muslims for Ohio PAC, the local chapter of CAIR and the Ohio State University’s chapter of the Muslim Students Association with sponsorship from the Islamic Society of Greater Columbus.

This is how Ohio and America are being transformed at the state level. Open borders is just the first step.

Our Election Jihad report shows how the next step works. Refugee resettlement nonprofits and aid groups sponsor and set up community groups for the new arrivals. Those groups transition into political and voter turnout operations meant to elect Democrats. The process takes much less time than you might think.

And the consequences are catastrophic.

(Note the Somali flag in the background.)

101 Termites In The Republican Party Continue To Eat Away Our Once Stable Economy

Speaker of the House Mike Johnson and 100 republicans, listed below, voted “yes” in lockstep with the Communist Democrats to continue to use tax payer money to fund the federally backed slaughter of pre-born babies, to fund the political weaponized Department of Justice allowing it’s unconstitutional assault on President Trump and to continue to grow the IRS into an armed force against the American people.

Fortunately, 13 Florida Republicans in my home state voted no on this destructive trillion dollar debacle which is a good thing but ultimately the Communist Democrats ran this dog and pony show even though the so called Republicans control the congressional tax payer purse strings.

So examining the entire process the uni party Socialist Republicans and Communist Democrats are still working together to collapse our once strong vibrant free market economy.

Apparently averting a government shutdown and printing more money is more important than protecting pre-born Americans and preventing the collapse of our economy, which will ultimately happen with spending like this resulting in a future shut down of the entire country not just the uni party trying to save their own government paychecks.

Republican in name only House Speaker Mike Johnson needs to be removed from his positional authority and replaced with Congressman Matt Gaetz R-FL)

Any conservative Political Action Committees (PACs) that have previously endorsed and or funded the listed individuals above must rescind their endorsements.

Part of the endorsement process for most conservative PACs includes a promise by the candidate or incumbent to vote only on fiscally conservative budgets.

These individuals have failed to protect our republic from fiscal deterioration. Our nation is on the brink of bankruptcy.

I send my best wishes to George Santos and salute his decision to leave the do nothing termite Republican Party and his decision join the ranks of Independent politicians as envisioned by our Founding Fathers.

Ramadan 2024: Massive Terror Attack on Moscow Targeting Christians—Islamic Terrorists Take Responsibility

Russia says 40 dead, 145 injured in concert hall raid, Islamic State group claims responsibility

MOSCOW (AP) — Several assailants burst into a large concert hall in Moscow on Friday and sprayed the crowd with gunfire, killing at least 40 people, injuring more than 100 and setting fire to the venue in a brazen attack just days after President Vladimir Putin cemented his grip on power in a highly orchestrated electoral landslide.

The Islamic State group claimed responsibility for the attack in a statement posted on affiliated channels on social media, which couldn’t be independently verified. It wasn’t immediately clear what happened to the attackers after the raid, which Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin described as a “huge tragedy” and state authorities were investigating as terrorism.

The attack, which left the concert hall in flames with a collapsing roof, was the deadliest in Russia in years and came as the country’s war in Ukraine dragged into a third year.

The Kremlin said that Putin was informed about the raid minutes after the assailants burst into he Crocus City Hall, a large music venue on Moscow’s western edge that can accommodate 6,200 people.

The attack took place as crowds gathered for a performance by the famous Russian rock band Picnic. As Russia’s Federal Security Service reported 40 dead and over 100 injured, some Russian news reports suggested that more could have been trapped by the blaze that erupted after the assailants threw explosives. The Health Ministry released a list of 145 injured.

Trump Social Media Company Merger APPROVED, Trump’s Windfall Upwards of $3 Billion or More

UPDATE FROM X:

Shareholders have just voted to make Trump Media & Technology Group, the parent company of Truth Social, a publicly traded company. This could net Trump a windfall of $4 billion.

The President would need to seek a waiver to liquidate his stock before the end of a lockup period in order to use the cash to secure a $450 million bond in the Letitia James, “Get Trump” fraud case to then appeal the decision.

Trump has nearly $500 million in cash, but experts claim he needs $1 billion in cash to secure a bond that size.

TMTG stock will trade on Nasdaq as “DJT” as early as next week. F*ck Letitia James. Buy it.

Shareholders in Digital World Acquisition Corporation voted Friday to approve a merger with Donald Trump’s social media company, a deal that could net the former president an eventual windfall of $3 billion or more.

The vote by DWAC shareholders comes about two-and-a-half years after the so-called special purpose acquisition company announced plans to merge with Trump Media & Technology Group, the private firm that owns the Truth Social app platform.

It also comes as Trump faces the possibility that New York Attorney General Letitia James on Monday will start trying to collect on a massive $454 million civil fraud judgment against him.

Gunmen Open Fire At Moscow Concert Hall, Killing Dozens: REPORTS

Gunmen attacked a concert venue in Moscow Friday, killing at least 40 people, according to multiple reports.

At least three men dressed in military fatigues and armed with rifles attacked the Crocus City Hall, a concert venue in a suburb of the Russian capital, RIA Novosti reported. An explosion and fire also has been reported, according to New York Times reporter Aric Toler.

“People in camouflage, at least three, burst into the ground floor of Crocus City Hall and opened fire from automatic weapons. There are definitely wounded,” a correspondent from the Russian state-owned agency reported.

Russian authorities said they broke up a planned ISIS attack on a Moscow-area synagogue on Mar. 7. The State Department issued a warning for Americans to avoid large gatherings on Mar. 7.

“The Embassy is monitoring reports that extremists have imminent plans to target large gatherings in Moscow, to include concerts, and U.S. citizens should be advised to avoid large gatherings over the next 48 hours,” the alert said.

While initial reports indicated at least 12 died, the death toll from the reported attack has now climbed to at least 40, according to Wall Street Journal Chief Foreign Affairs correspondent Yaroslav Trofimov.

“Regardless of whether the direct perpetrators of this crime end up in the hands of justice, alive or dead, it is necessary at all costs to establish the names of those who ordered it and punish them without any mercy,” Democratic Party of Russia Senator Alexander Voloshin told RIA Novosti.

Is This AI Deception or Incompetence? Or Both — or Something Else?

A scientist wrote me that (based on his reading my frequent alerts about how the Scientific Method and Critical Thinking have been abandoned in K-12 education in almost all states) he decided to ask AI about this to see what it had to say.

His query to ChatGPT was “In which US states is the Scientific Method officially part of the high school curriculum now?”

ChatGPT’s deceptive/incompetent answer to that reasonable question was (and I injected – a few comments -):

As of my last update in April 2023, the Scientific Method is a fundamental part of high school science education in the United States and is included in the science curriculum of all states [completely false, see below]. The Scientific Method, which is the process of making observations, formulating hypotheses, conducting experiments, and drawing conclusions, is universally recognized as a critical component of scientific literacy.

State Standards: Each state in the U.S. has its own set of educational standards that dictate what is taught in public schools. These standards typically include the Scientific Method as part of science education. [False. AI evidently believes that repeating a false statement makes it true!]

Common Core and Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS): While the Common Core State Standards focus primarily on mathematics and English language arts, the NGSS, which have been adopted by many states [49], specifically emphasize scientific practices, including the Scientific Method [totally false — the NGSS has specifically scrapped the Scientific Method]. The NGSS outlines a framework for science education that integrates scientific inquiry and application.

Integration in Science Subjects: The Scientific Method is taught not as an isolated concept but integrated into various science subjects, including biology, chemistry, physics, and earth science. Students learn to apply the Scientific Method in different contexts and experiments. [Again, the NGSS has eliminated the Scientific Method!]

Laboratory Work and Experiments: High school science classes often include laboratory work and experiments where students actively use the Scientific Method [If they do it’s by accident]. This hands-on approach helps in reinforcing the steps and principles of scientific inquiry.

Emphasis on Critical Thinking and Inquiry: Modern educational approaches emphasize Critical Thinking, problem-solving, and inquiry-based learning, with the Scientific Method being a key tool to develop these skills. [Total garbage]

Advanced Placement (AP) and International Baccalaureate (IB) Programs: In more advanced courses like AP and IB, the scientific method is a crucial part of the curriculum, with a strong focus on independent research and experimentation.

In summary, while the specifics of how the Scientific Method is taught can vary from state to state and school to school in the U.S., it is a standard and essential part of high school science education nationwide. [Yawn: simply not true.] This reflects the importance of scientific literacy and inquiry in preparing students for higher education and understanding the world around them.

Will the average person using AI be able to discern that they have been repeatedly lied to?

Will even an above-average person be able to tell that they have been given false information?

For citizens who want to know the Truth here, it can be found by reading what is in the Science Standards of 49 StatesA Framework for K-12 Science Education, which is the basis for the Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS).

Alternatively, citizens can read pages 3 through 7 of my Education Report (plus any of the other Appendices that cover topics relevant to them, in more detail).

For those who find five pages too high a hill to climb, the general answer is that the NGSS (and Framework) have scrapped both the Scientific Method and Critical Thinking from US K-12 Science Standards. One more time: the NGSS has been adopted in its entirety, or mostly, in 49 states (Florida is the holdout).

Another interesting question comes to mind here: is the bogus answer given by AI due to incompetence or dishonesty? Based on the computing power involved, it’s hard to attribute this to incompetence. That seems to leave dishonesty. That would be if ChatGPT knew the right answer but purposefully altered it. That there is some algorithm that adjusts answers to reflect a progressive ideology, is certainly possible — as the computer programmers are almost certainly progressives.

A third possibility is GIGO. ChatGPT provides answers based on an extensive Internet search. Since AI can NOT tell right from wrong, it is just passing on what the majority of the Internet content is indicating. We all know (or should know) that much of the Internet has been hijacked by progressives (think Wikipedia), so it should be no surprise that the majority of what is on the Internet regarding the current teaching of the Scientific Method and Critical Thinking in US K-12 schools, is misleading or outright false.

The irony is that it takes the ability to do Critical Thinking to be able to understand when AI is inaccurate — which is one of several reasons why they don’t want students to be Critical Thinkers.

Please work in your home state to see that your K-12 education system DOES properly teach and emphasize Critical Thinking. Our future depends on it!

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion = Discrimination, Inequality, Exclusion

No matter what you say about DIE, the bottom line is, it’s Affirmative Action with new names. America is being run by Affirmative Action Gradates.  The sad part is the actions of our legislators and their continued spending spree will make hitting the iceberg inevitable. With the poll numbers favoring Trump and MAGA, past experience indicates; depression,  war, riots, Marshall Law and no election is on the horizon. I hope I am wrong but I can see these power hungry entities giving up power any time soon. Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely. They will lie, cheat and steal so you must be armed with the truth.

This week Tyson Foods, which includes Chicken, Hillshire, Sarah Lee and many more announced a layoff of 1200 Americans only to hire 5200 illegals. How did that happen? I thought we were safe after all we had E-Verify.  Well OBiden allowed illegals to enter under the parole system.  While they await their trial, they could work.  In the meantime they got lots of free stuff paid for by the American taxpayer so the corporation could pay a reduced salary.  But why does the corporation want to put Americans out of work if their money was paying for free stuff? Not to worry, the government would just print more money.

Since we are paying for all the illegal’s  “free Stuff” the illegals can go on a spending spree and the economic indicators charting purchases will make the company look profitable and economy look strong. Then they can become a Tent Partner. What is Tent.org? Tent is an NGO that formed a public/private partnership with the U.S. State Department.

The purpose of Tent is to mobilize major businesses to connect refugees to work.

“Companies have a critical role to play in helping refugees – who have been forced to flee their home countries – integrate into their new communities. We focus on mobilizing leading businesses to connect refugees to work through hiring training , and mentorship – because we know that securing a job is a critical milestone for a refugee building a new life.”  Americans are paying for this. What about our jobs and our lives?

In reality we are printing money to give to illegals so they can spend the money buying stuff making the corporations lots of profit and the stock market goes up.   In addition the corporations get so many subsidies that they are getting really cheap labor.  Imagine $15,098 per American per year goes to the government to support the illegals OBiden has brought to America to replace you. Can you use an extra $15,000? Are you happy yet?

That takes care of the illegals, your replacement who gets hired, trained and mentored at our expense. . What happens to the corporation? How are they benefiting? Tax Subsidies

In addition to paying Tent to replace us, Corporations now qualify for WOTC

The WOTC, Work Opportunity Tax Credit, extended until 2025 is being used by corporations to hire people in certain categories.  Once hired using DIE principal, the corporation gets a $10000 per person per year tax subsidy. Tyson is a perfect example. Tyson just fired 1200 Americans and will 5200 illegals. Hillshire, Jimmy Dean, Sarah Lee are part of the Tyson Family. Tyson needs a Boycott.

How many other companies will follow suit?  Take a look at the Tent Membership list. Layoffs are coming. Remember 2006-8?

Put that together with the Workforce Housing Tax Credit and major corporations will be building low income housing in 15 Minute Cities for their workers while getting another tax subsidy on the back of the taxpayer. Everyone will be equitable You will live in a high-rise from 350-700 sq. ft. Stores down below and the factory on the next block. Everything you need will be in walking distance. Your government will provide what ever you need and if you have enough social credits you can make purchases.

In addition OBiden is printing $35 Billion to convert commercial building to rental units to house the illegals that are invading our country.  The taxpayer is fleeced again and the U.S. House gives OBiden more money.

O’Biden’s policies are causing the U.S. treasury to print $1 Trillion every 90 days.

There no such thing as Cheap Labor.

Ask your candidates questions VET them carefully and hold them accountable.

WHEN THEY LIE TO US AND DON’T DO AS THEY SAY,  REPLACE THEM ALL!  Will they STOP THE SPENDING?

It seems as though the Blacks, Hispanics and LGBTQ+++, are no longer the favored chosen ones. Americans are being replaced by illegals for tax subsidies and votes.

You will not hear this on MSM.  The unemployment numbers, job numbers and economic indicators are all lies. More illegals have gotten jobs under the OBiden regime than Americans. Those “great” job numbers you hear are jobs for illegals.  Free speech is having its lights turned off. Although the Globalists yell constantly they are for free speech, they are only for the free speech that speech agrees with their vision… Yes sir, I believe it is a great idea to replace Americans and bring in foreign labor so the corporations can get rich and investors can make more money. I just love seeing veterans and Americans homeless living on the street. I think we should print more money so the debt and inflation can go higher. Then the Globalists will be happy and I will own nothing.

Nationalists will dream of their future, their life and set a plan to achieve that dream. Globalists will have a visions of life and demand you fit into their vision without deviation. If you disagree they will squash you.

All Globalists want is Money, Control and Power. They can only get Power if we give it to them. Don’t give them yours. Challenge them with the truth. Doing Nothing is Affirmation.

The Regime will not go quietly, Prepare.  Share with your 5.

How Bad Are We?

Casey Chalk: As Aquinas teaches, passion, habit, or miseducation can weaken our natural inclinations to the good, but these are aberrations and distortions of the natural law.

In January, Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor offered a “courtesy visit” to Panama, invited by her longtime friend, U.S. Ambassador Mari Aponte, “to highlight the values shared by the United States and Panama,” such as the defense of democracy and human rights. Meeting with various local groups and organizations, Justice Sotomayor answered all manner of questions, including queries about her favorite books. Besides the Nancy Drew series, she cited Lord of the Flies and explained that the book shows that humans do not naturally understand right and wrong, but must be taught it by others.

Coming from someone who was educated in Catholic schools, that’s a curious opinion. It flies in the face of natural law theory as taught by the Catholic Church for over a millennium. The Catechism of the Catholic Church states: “The natural law is written and engraved in the soul of each and every man, because it is human reason ordaining him to do good and forbidding him to sin.” In other words, every human being from the very beginning of life understands, albeit inchoately, right from wrong.

One might ask, does it matter? Does it matter if we as a society believe that children have some inner conception of right and wrong? Or, alternatively, that their conception of morality is formed solely from external sources instructing them? Don’t even those who believe that children have an internal sense of right and wrong still feel the need to instruct them, carefully guiding their development? What’s the difference?

Quite a bit, actually.

One question provoked by Justice Sotomayor’s thesis is: Can we even be formed with extrinsic principles of law and morality if indeed there is no tendency within us toward the moral good? Without such an inclination, external principles can do nothing to attract us to it.

We would be little more than automatons to be manipulated to others’ own purposes and pleasure. Perhaps that is why our contemporary culture has hopes for (or fears about) artificial intelligence: we think we can craft machines that imitate, and ultimately replace human beings.

Sotomayor’s thesis would also seem to undermine the idea that there is a law common among all peoples, since, left to our own devices, we would be incapable of realizing the good, even on a natural level. Law, then, would be an entirely arbitrary and subjective human enterprise, rather than one built into the human condition, which of course needs guidance and direction, but is nevertheless consistently identifiable across all peoples.

If law and morality are purely ad hoc, it’s unclear on what basis we can dictate to others what behaviors they must perform or avoid, besides a naked appeal to coercive power.

St. Thomas Aquinas argues (ST Ia-IIae94, a.2) that the precepts of the natural law are “self-evident principles,” including the principle that those things to which man is naturally inclined are naturally apprehended as being good. There are, argues Aquinas, basic inclinations to the good that are inalienable from human beings: those things necessary for the preservation of human life, warding off obstacles, sexual intercourse for the purpose of propagating our species, education of offspring, knowing truth and avoiding ignorance, and living in society.

Granted, one may err in perception of what will further the realization of these goods (say, killing a man and stealing his wife in order to sire one’s own child), but that only reflects an obscuring of the good by vice, not its obliteration. Children conceived via immoral circumstances are still, after all, good.

Thus Aquinas (Article 4 of the same Question) cites St. Isidore of Seville: “The natural law is common to all nations.” This is why, for example, so many varied cultures have prohibitions against such vices as murder, theft, or adultery. They may, of course, draw the lines in different places over what constitutes such social evils, but few cultures, and certainly no advanced civilizations, without laws to limit vice, precisely because it is detrimental to another identified good: man living in community.

So yes, passion, habit, or miseducation can weaken our natural inclinations to the good, but these are aberrations and distortions of the natural law.

What Catholic natural-law teaching offers us, then, is a happy medium between a cheery, Pelagian optimism that envisions a utopian future given the right circumstances, and a radical depravity ontology that is sometimes implied by Lutheran anthropology – and by Justice Sotomayor’s recent remarks in Panama. The former paradigm downplays, if not eliminates the role of human culpability for our sinful world. The latter reduces humans to beasts motivated only by coercive sticks and carrots, rather than appeals to their natural inclinations.

Justice Sotomayor’s opinion on human nature and law is popular in contemporary culture, and especially among our elite professional class. So it’s little wonder that we perceive in technology the answer to all human aspirations. Men and women don’t require loving formation in virtue that helps them become their full, unique selves manifesting the glory of God, but rather proper programming from a beneficent motherboard.

This pessimistic outlook is in perfect harmony with “snowflake” dogmas that prioritize the autonomous self. It’s what reactionary feminist Mary Harrington calls “meat lego Gnosticism,” in which the human body becomes nothing more than interchangeable parts.

Such trends seem to be orienting us not towards a bright technological utopia, but the anti-human dystopia depicted in Lord of the Flies, in which stranded British boys devolve into violent, feral beasts.

That they, and we, can be driven to such evils comes not from our natural inclinations to the good, but their twisting by the real “lord of the flies” the literal translation of Beelzebub. (2 Kings 1). If that’s the case, then no laws or tools can save us, but only the One who via revelation and natural law what directs and elevates our inherent yearnings to their proper end.

‘Total Abomination’: $1.2 Trillion Bill Funds Teen Trans Programs, Abortion to 22 Weeks

A sprawling, $1.2 trillion government funding bill includes funding for abortion facilities, as well as LGBTQ activist centers that carry out transgender injections, target minors, hold drag shows, and help illegal immigrants who identify as gay or transgender gain U.S. citizenship — a bill one congressman calls “a total, total abomination.”

The “Further Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2024” funds the Departments of Defense, Education, Health and Human Services (HHS), Homeland Security (DHS), Labor, and State until the end of the fiscal year, September 30. Congressional leadership released the text of the 1,012-page bill at 2:30 a.m. Thursday, giving members of Congress just hours to read before an anticipated vote to head off an impending government shutdown at midnight Saturday.

As of this writing, the bill contained the following earmarks:

  • $400,000 requested by Tammy Baldwin (D-Wisc.) for Briarpatch Youth Services in Fitchburg, Wisconsin. The group promises to hide minors’ struggle with gender dysphoria from their parents while indoctrinating teens in extreme gender ideology. Its “Queer 101 Training” promises to teach “an intersectional understanding on queer oppression” and aims “to demonstrate how limiting the ‘male’ and ‘female’ binary is.” The organization offers “individual counseling services” for children “ages 12-17,” in which a “[c]ounselor can work with children on exploring identity, resiliency, and creating a Gender Support Plan for school support and advocacy.” The group’s website says, “Youth do NOT need parent/guardian permission to join Teens Like Us. We understand not all youth are at a point in their lives where they can safely and confidently ‘come out.’” (Emphasis in original.) The group’s “Queer 101 Training” aims “to demonstrate how limiting the ‘male’ and ‘female’ binary is.”
  • $400,000 requested by Senator Bob Casey (D-Pa.) for the Mazzoni Center in Philadelphia, which carries out transgender hormone shots, clears the way for transgender surgeries, advertises transgender services for minors, and holds drag show fundraisers. Mazzoni carries out cross-sex hormone injections and provides medical letters for transgender surgeries. The center begins targeting teens with its Pediatric & Adolescent Comprehensive Transgender Services (PACTS). Its “Youth Drop In,” which is held each Wednesday night, is aimed at teens “ages 14 to 24” and notes, “Patients under 18 can receive confidential care regarding sexual and mental health without parental permission.” The Mazzoni Center both contributes to and profits from the LGBT movement. Mazzoni invited donors to mingle with “a wide range of acts that include drag queens, drag kings, trans-identifying, bearlesque, and burlesque performers” at its December 3 Code Red fundraiser. “In December, fundraising for Mazzoni Center truly was a drag,” the center cracked. “Drag entertainer Cherry Pop and her fabulous friends united for the 10th annual Code Red fundraiser, a drag/variety show,” which it described as a “powerful night” for a “vital cause.”
  • $1,808,000 requested by Senators Sheldon Whitehouse and Jack Reed (both D-R.I.) for Women and Infants Hospital in Providence, Rhode Island, which carries out first- and second-term abortions at its Family Planning Clinic. “If you need to discuss abortion care for pregnancy, please feel free to contact the Family Planning Clinic,” states its website. Its “services” include “[s]urgical abortion under general anesthesia in the operating room for people up to 22 weeks pregnant” and “[m]edication abortion (the ‘abortion pill’) for people up to ten weeks pregnant.” The facility will also implant a potential abortifacient inside women after the abortion, advertising a “[p]ost-abortion IUD or contraceptive implant.”
  • $650,000 requested by Senator Jeanne Shaheen (D-N.H.) for Dartmouth Hitchcock Nashua in New Hampshire. “We routinely provide both medication and procedural abortion care up to 22 weeks of pregnancy,” the group declares. The facility describes surgical abortion as a procedure “ending a pregnancy by having the pregnancy removed by doctors.”
If you’ve felt rejected by family and loved ones, isolated from your community, or are just in need of an ear to listen, we’re here.” It also decries the “social stigma” surrounding “undocumented immigration” (e.g., illegal immigration). “[W]e’re working every day to eliminate that stigma and make all feel like they belong.”
  • $146,000 requested by Senator Kirsten Gillibrand (D-N.Y.) for Apicha Community Health Center, for facilities and equipment. Apicha’s two locations in Manhattan and Queens advertise “transgender and gender-affirming services” — specifically “initiation and maintenance of hormone replacement therapy,” “letters of support for gender-affirming surgeries” and “help with name change process.” They also distribute potential abortifacients Plan B and IUDs.
  • $706,000 requested by Senator Patty Murray (D-Wash.) for Entre Hermanos, an LGBT group that helps put illegal immigrants on a path to U.S. citizenship. It offers legal counseling and “free immigration clinics” to illegal immigrants who identify as LGBTQ to obtain U.S. citizenship and hosts workshops on “the many identities” under the transgender “umbrella” and strategies to minimize “transphobia.” The group’s website currently advertises the upcoming “Drag Brunch” on April 28.
  • $850,000 requested by Rep. Ayanna Pressley, and Senators Elizabeth Warren and Ed Markey (D-Mass.) for LGBTQ Senior Housing, Inc. (“The Pryde”), in Massachusetts, a controversial funding provision that House Republicans stripped out of a Transportation funding bill last year.

Rep. Robert Aderholt (R-Ala.), chairman of the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Labor, Health and Human Services, and Education, also listed the following concerning earmarks:

  • “Sen. Bennet (D-CO), $845,000 – Envision: You, CO (SAMHSA) – LGBTQ advocacy.”
  • “Sen. Shatz (D-HI), $550,000 – Hawaii Health and Harm Reduction Center, HI (SAMHSA) – LGBTQ services and syringe exchange.”
  • “Sen. Schumer (D-NY), $1,000,000 — SAGE, NY (ACL) – LGBTQ advocacy.”

The “earmarks in it for abortion facilities” make the bill a “total, total abomination,” Rep. Chip Roy (R-Texas) told Steve Bannon’s “War Room” on Thursday.

“We continue to fund abortion tourism, we continue to fund transgender surgeries at the Department of Defense,” Roy continued. “It busts the [spending] caps … funds the FBI headquarters, doesn’t secure the border, funds the World Health Organization.”

Even these dedicated funding streams do not cover the full extent of the bill’s harmful funding, say its critics. “I have multiple concerns, among them are the many new social services that this bill would create for the millions of illegal immigrants streaming across our border. Additionally, it would fund facilities providing routine abortion services, including late-term abortions,” said Aderholt.

Experts say the short time frame legislators have to review such massive legislation makes it more likely wasteful or immoral spending will find congressional approval. “Lawmakers are using arbitrary deadlines and shutdown politics to extort the American people and force lawmakers to vote for a bill they don’t have time to read,” said Kevin Roberts, president of The Heritage Foundation. “Conservatives were told that the days of omnibus spending bills shrouded in secrecy were over. But this process and the bill it produced are indistinguishable from typical Swamp behavior that’s taken our economy and country to the brink of disaster.”

Principled lawmakers seem to agree. “This is not the bill that my subcommittee produced and supported,” the chairman added. “The Senate has taken liberties with their Congressionally Directed Spending requests that would never stand in the House.”

“Under no circumstances should [House Republicans] vote for this bill,” said Roy. “A vote for this bill is a vote against America.”

“In good conscience, I cannot and will not vote for these projects or this bill,” Aderholt concluded.

The bill is expected to pass Friday.
