Brandon Judd, president of the National Border Patrol Council, said criminal cartels recently cut a hole through the fence located on a 10-mile stretch of the border in Arizona. Judd explained that an agent in Arizona notified him that the area was unmanned for more than two days due to a lack of manpower.
Judd stated:
“Criminal cartels were able to go to the fence, cut a hole in the fence, drive two vehicles through that hole and escape. They were able then to put the fence back up and try to hide the cuts that they had made. The scariest part of those vehicles entering into the United States is we don’t know what was in those vehicles. We have no idea.”
Judd clarified later in the hearing that he misread his notes and that part of the border was actually open for a period much longer than two days.
During last week’s hearing, Rep. Mark Meadows (R-NC) questioned the Obama administration’s claim that the border is more secure than ever. He pointed out that the administration often touts the annual number of apprehensions at the border as proof the border is secured. “The Government Accountability Process (GAO) has indicated DHS has no official metrics in place to measure whether our border is secure or not, and so those statements are very difficult to comprehend if there are no metrics in place,” he said. Chairman of the Subcommittee on National Security Ron DeSantis (R-FL) asked Judd if the apprehensions figure is evidence that the border is secure. Pointing to the holes cut in the fence as an example, Judd said the Border Patrol does not measure the number of people who avoided apprehension and illegally crossed into the U.S. “Because there were no agents assigned where that drive-through took place, if it wasn’t for a camera that actually saw those vehicles, we would not know those vehicles had crossed,” he said.
Judd also told the committee that the Border Patrol is fudging the apprehension data by ordering agents not to report “got-aways” if the individual’s entry point cannot be determined. “The question posed to this watch commander was, ‘We know they got away, but where do we go to report that they got away?’ He said, ‘well if there is no entry point there were no got-aways,’” Judd said. According to Judd, in fiscal year 2015, the U.S. Border Patrol saw a “trend” of illegal crossers who were not Latin American.
“Already in the first five months of this fiscal year, the United States Border Patrol has arrested 18 from Afghanistan, 79 from Pakistan and 619 from the People’s Republic of China. Those numbers should alarm everyone and we are seeing a similar trend from other key countries like Albania, Bangladesh and Brazil,” Judd said in his testimony. “As someone who has been involved in border protection for over 18 years, I can unequivocally tell you the border is not secure and the situation is getting worse instead of better,” he added. According to Steven C. McCraw, director of Texas Department of Public Safety, migrants from 35-40 countries of interest where Islamic terrorist organizations operate have been apprehended reaching the “southwest land border” each year since 9/11. These individuals were smuggled through Latin America and Mexico “at a relatively consistent annual average volume.” McGraw said Somali terrorists from the militant group Al-Shabaab have been caught trying to enter the U.S. illegally at the southern border. “It’s an FBI case. It was prosecuted. It’s open-source information regarding a Somalian smuggling operation out of San Antonio that would bring Somalians across and help them resettle across the U.S. and there had been a nexus determined in that investigation to terrorism. We’re mindful of that.”
Rep. Meadows said his main concern is “nefarious actors have taken advantage of our generosity” in the immigration and refugee processes. “Gang members, cartel operators, supporters of terrorist groups can game the system and make use of ‘credible fear’ to remain here in the United States,” he said.
Jan Ting, professor of law at Temple University and a former U.S. Senate candidate, said the Obama administration should enforce current law and end its “catch and release” policy for illegal immigrants. He said the Border Patrol has statutory authority to turn people away at the border. “What used to happen, I believe, is if people came to the border and wanted to make an asylum claim we told them, ‘fine, we’ll schedule you for an appointment, come back to the border but we’re not going to admit you,’” he said. “It would help to have an administration that is really serious about defending the border and enforcing laws enacted by Congress.”

History is the mother of all sciences, and even a short history of the two main religions opens our insight to the nature of today’s reality—we are at war! To win this war or any war, you must identify your enemy and know his nature. The Obama foreign policy hasn’t recognized this simple premise and the devastating results are what we are witnessing today. The FBI Director is right: The Islamic State (ISIS, ISIL Daesh) is more dangerous than Al-Qaeda. I would widen the narrative: we are in a long and bloody war from attacks of 9/11/2001 to Paris, and Brussels. The West has given the enemy ample time to develop its long-range strategy—that evidence is plainly before us to see. ISIS indeed represents an existential threat to Western civilization, because it is a unified force of Soviet Fascism and Islamism.
A Short History of Two Religions
The current dispute of whether we are in a clash of civilizations is an integral part of today’s politics. Yes, is the short, direct answer. To give a comprehensive answer takes us to world history again. The largest religions in the world are Christianity and Islam; they developed from completely different roots, and then took different paths to get to where they are today. Judeo-Christian religions were not free of violence during the Middle Ages as they began to see God’s plan of salvation differently. However, a reformation movement in the Catholic Church has been going on constantly since. Dissidents have been free to pursue their ideas without the threat of violence.
Despite some violence in Europe in the 13th century, Western civilization (Christianity) gave the world the Magna Carta in 1215. In the year 2015 humanity commemorated 800 years of the Magna Carta—the cornerstone of Western civilization. America is a child of the Magna Carta. A brilliant constellation of individuals we call Our Founding Fathers created an exceptional political system and the government we call the United States of America.
Islam has never gone through a process of reformation since the days of Mohammed in the 7th century. Islam still sees the world the world as Mohammed did, and will use any means available to bring it into submission to his teachings. No reforms have been put into place to curb the violent path it is on. Therefore, we are the witnesses of a clash of deeply ingrained cultures and it is very hard to find peaceful coexistence under these circumstances. Yet, there are two other factors not discussed by anybody. Current Muslim leaders like President of Egypt al-Sissi, who liquidated the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt is now calling for the reformation of Islam. He is supported by many other Muslims. Yet, there is the second factor—a long-term Soviet/Russian infiltration.

Imam Nidal Alsayyed of Beaumont, Texas, said the government should go even further than Trump’s proposal and establish a ban on accepting Syrian refugees of any religion. He said those actions are necessary “when it comes to peace and safety.”
These words didn’t shock me, I am in a total agreement with Imam Alsayyed, but there is a caveat, I mentioned before. America’s tragedy is that our President belongs to the opposite camp of thinkers and has shared his ideology with Vladimir Putin and the Castro’s brothers. The opinion of Imam Alsayyed ought to be known to the world, he and President of Egypt el-Sissi think alike and that is the sign of hope for the West! Both of these Muslim leaders are right—there is great confusion among the religious and the secular, thus the current predicament in the world clearly reflects it. Imam Alayyed is right:
“I believe there is a great confusion and lack of understating nationally and among Muslims themselves for what Mr. Trump is calling for. Refugees in general have no clear identity or belief. They are seeking shelter and opportunity; but America cannot take this risk NOW!” he said. Alsayyed said banning Syrian refugees of all religions might prove eye-opening. “My advice to Trump is to stop differentiating among Christian vs. Muslim refugees; only because he may get surprised to see all refugees claiming to be Christians!” he wrote and elaborated on his comments via Facebook. “I only said what I believe is right. Trump is not against American Muslims; He is against any new Muslim immigrants (refugees and non-refugees)! There is a big difference here!” he wrote.

The Russian connection
I’d like to remind you the words of the KGB General Pacepa to illustrate my second factor: “According to Andropov… the Muslims had a taste for nationalism, jingoism, and victimology. Their illiterate, oppressed mobs could be whipped up to a fever pitch. Terrorism and violence against Israel and her master, American Zionism, would flow naturally from the Muslims’ religious fervor, Andropov sermonized.” You can see for yourself in 2016.
Imam Alsayyed is hinting on my second factor—Soviet/Russian long-term infiltration. To grasp the Imam’s idea, we have to turn to history of Stalinism again, If we analyze the goals of Communism and Islam, we will find that exact common agenda—domination of the world by all cost. The first Soviet leader who noticed and saw the benefits of that unity for Communism was Joseph Stalin. Brought up within the Muslim culture and getting the assignment to be an organizer of the Marxist groups in the Caucuses, Stalin had traveled the area, including the Northern part of Iran. The idea to use Islam in the fight against Western civilization was crystalized then in his earlier political career.
A violent mixture of Soviet Fascism and Muslim Jihad was initiated and established by Stalin much later. The end of WWII had brought a notorious Muslim Brotherhood from Berlin to Moscow. It was time when Stalin’s old idea of infiltrating Islam came true. For your information, the Muslim culture was the main factor in the creation of the violent system we called Soviet Socialism. That exact system was brought to radicalize the Middle East by the Soviets during 1950-1990s. Since then Islam has been infiltrated, politicized, and equipped with the Soviet long-term strategy of war against Western civilization. The Muslim Brotherhood was established as an Islamic Politburo, the beginning spark in generating Extreme Muslim Jihad.
Arafat was the first molding of a Soviet style leader; he was recruited by the KGB in 1957, followed by Ayman al-Zawahiri, Bin-Laden, Abu al-Zarqawi, Anwar al- Awlaki, and finally al- Baghdadi. The logical chain of the leaders in space and time leads you to other terrorist groups. Hamas, Boko Haram, Hezbollah, Al-Qaeda, are just some of the many other names under the Soviet/Russian supervision, and finally to ISIS, which has required special research to prove the truth of what was said above.
If we continue to research the ISIS nature, we will find that it is a final creation of the Russian Stalinist Intel in 2009-2010. The foundation of the terrorist state is its leadership. The field commanders of ISIS consist of many former Soviet trained operatives: They are former Sunni Saddam Hussein’s secret service members, trained by the Soviets, former Soviet citizens from the Muslim republics (Turkmens, Chechens, and others), who were trained by Russian Intel. Like Hamas and Hezbollah, they all have an immediate connections with Russian military and intelligence. When you are talking about the solidarity of these dictators, it is the same solidarity of the current terrorist groups and ISIS leadership with Moscow. There is no surprise for me about a very effective ISIS propaganda online—the Soviet actors of 1970-80s have returned to their dirty profession in ISIS.
The conclusion is clear—ISIS is an amalgamation of a totalitarian Stalinism and Islamism, adhered to the ideology of Soviet Fascism, fighting Western civilization. The confirmation is the attack of 9/11, Paris, Brussels, and many others ahead of us. This is a result of Islam, which is missing thirteen centuries of developments and reforms. For your information: Russia has a visa waver, granted by the Obama administration. Just watch for the Soviet/Russian dirty tricks around the globe, described by me earlier—the Democrats working in cahoots with the Andropov agenda, inciting protests against the Republican candidates and fighting the First Amendment, the corner stone of Western civilization…

How many did it take to change Belgium?
A recent poll confirms that a large percentage of American Muslims, here now, would like to live under Shariah law.
Before I get to the article. Think about it. Belgium did nothing that should have been seen as provoking the ire of Islam. They aren’t flying jets over the Middle East and Africa. In fact all they have done for the last two decades is to warmly WELCOME migrants to live among them, and bend over backwards to meet Muslim demands for accommodation of Islam (Shariah).
And, what do they get for the naivete — they get murdered in the name of Allah.

The poll’s results show that at least 37% – and possibly as high as 45% – of American Muslims believe that their religion should be either the main source or a contributing source of American law.
The results are in general agreement with a poll released by the Center for Security Policy in June 2015 that showed 51% of American Muslims agreeing that “Muslims in America should have the choice of being governed according to shariah.”
For context, there are currently 3.3 million Muslims in the United States. If current population trends continue, the United States could be a Muslim-majority nation by mid-century. [BTW, CAIR claims there are 10 million Muslims in America.—ed]
It doesn’t take a Muslim majority to clamor for Shariah law, it only takes a population of just 3, 4, 5% in most cases we’ve followed around the world.
You know what I don’t get, how do those pushing for more and more Muslim migration to America think that somehow we will escape Belgium’s fate some day? It is just a matter of numbers and percentages.

Housing funny-business involving Lutheran Social Services.
Over the years we have gotten whiffs of ‘strange doings’ going on between landlords and federal refugee resettlement contractors and this story from Battlecreek, MI gives us a tantalizing peek into how the ‘humanitarian’ Lutheran Social Services of Michigan (LSSM) operates.
All I know is that, please watch for housing problems in refugee overloaded cities.
You will see refugees placed in slums, apartments with more residents than local zoning allows, conflicts with neighbors, landlords waking up to what they got into and trying now to get out, cozy relations between refugee contractors and certain landlords, competition between American poor and disabled and refugees for limited housing, and the list goes on. In fact, you will see even more competition this year as the contractors are expected to find places for the 85,000 refugees Obama has promised America.

Here is the news from WWMT.com. This is the kind of story some local Michigan activist, concerned with too many refugees coming to the state, should dig into. I bet there is a lot more than is being said here! Emphasis below is mine:
BATTLE CREEK, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) – Refugees and community organizers say more than 60 refugee families received notices that their apartment leases would not be renewed.

“At the time the letter was sent, the apartment complexes had received information which caused the complexes to believe that the families/residents who received the latter had too many residents occupying the apartment units,” wrote Campbell’s lawyer, David Zebell.
The article reports that the landlord changed his mind and refugees can stay, but here is more:
Ginger Dowdle, a Battle Creek community organizer said she first became aware of the notices when an middle-eastern refugee approached her with concerns.
She said Lutheran Social Services of Michigan, which helps organize and place the refugees, did not challenge the notices, but instead, told the refugees about an option to buy homes recently acquired by the landlord of River and River Oaks Apartments. [That is the same landlord with whom they are having problems now.—ed]
“I tried to make them [refugees] aware, that if this is happening to them now and there’s no reason for them to be evicted, I would be very careful getting involved with this land contract for a home,” she said. [By the way, one of the things resettlement contractors brag about is that refugees are buying homes, do they get special government funded deals?—ed]
Dowdle said that a representative from Lutheran Social Services of Michigan indicated that LSS told refugees they would have to move out in one year, something refugees say never happened.
A spokesperson for LSSM defended the organization’s response to the notices.

As for community organizer Ginger Dowdle, she is in the process of making sure all the refugees know about the reversal in policy, and their rights.
“I feel like this has been going on for quite some time,” she said, expressing disappointment with both apartment management and LSSM.
I wondered if LSSM was running out of housing and thus trying to move some previous ‘clients’ into homes so that they could be sure to have apartments in order to keep the flow of new paying clients coming into the city.
Has anyone asked LSSM for its FY 2016 R & P Abstracts? Go to the handy list of resettlement contractor offices around the country, find the one closest to you and ask for their FY 2016 R & P Abstract. The Abstract will tell you how many the refugee contractor thinks they can handle this year (from what countries) and what amenities your town is offering (which might be a surprise to you!).

The Mayor, city council and county commissioners of Missoula County Montana have given their blessing to the New York City-based International Rescue Committee headed by former British Foreign Secretary and globalist David Miliband(good friend of both George Soros and Hillary Clinton) to begin the colonization of Montana with third world refugees from the Middle East, Africa and Asia beginning in Missoula.

I have so much to say, where to begin? First, if you are a new reader, see all of my previous posts on Montana by clicking here. Remember the driver for these new offices (this article says Tallahassee, FL just got a new office) is that Obama has upped the number of refugees to be resettled this year from the recent 70,000 a year to 85,000 for FY2016 (runs from Oct. 1, 2015 to September 30, 2016) and frankly they are running out of ‘capacity’ in existing resettlement cities.
Cities are overloaded and experiencing problems with such things as inadequate housing and not enough jobs for refugees. Tensions are building in overloaded cities and they are looking to get a foothold into fresh territory.
So, since we learn in this article that the approval for the resettlement was granted for this fiscal year, it should happen quickly, AND it also means that the International Rescue Committee (IRC) has already sent a R & P Abstract to the U.S. State Department.
The Abstract is the document that is supposed to have been created with consultation with local elected officials. Did that happen?
Where is the plan?
First thing I would ask is for the Mayor/city council/commissioners to release to the public the R & P Abstract.

Wiser mayors, like the one (a Democrat!) in Athens, GA, demanded that the IRC present a plan (to the public) that described the housing availability situation in the city, how many children would be added to the school system, was there an adequate public healthcare system available, and where would they work. She wanted a “formal refugee integration plan.” The IRC and the State Department refused to provide a plan and last I checked they had reached a stalemate (could have been resolved by now, that was in 2014).

Now that it’s a reality, there’s much work to be done before a refugee resettlement office is up and running in Missoula.
“There’s a process through the (U.S.) State Department, which is already occurring, but it’s not instant,” Bob Johnson of the Seattle office of the International Rescue Committee said this week.
Coming to Montana once the IRC has a foothold! This is the IRC’s handiwork in Seattle! Somali refugees have gobbled up much of the public housing and are protesting a plan that would require them to pay a little more for that housing when they find a job. Signs in the back say “No Rent Hike.”
The IRC announced last week it had the go-ahead from the State Department to lay the groundwork to establish an office in Missoula for the second time. Johnson was at the ground level when the first one opened in 1979 to help hundreds of people fleeing persecution in Southeast Asia – most of them Hmong from the highlands of Laos – after the Vietnam War.
Today, the IRC is one of nine resettlement agencies in the U.S. The Missoula office will be the 27th in the nation for IRC, the most recent opening in Tallahassee, Florida, in March 2015.
Missoula was the first to announce plans to open this fiscal year, which began in October. The Obama administration raised from 70,000 to 85,000 the number of refugees the nation will accept in fiscal 2016. It also bumped up to 10,000 the number of refugees the U.S. will accept from Syria, an act that has escalated fears of domestic terrorism in the U.S.
IRC’s handiwork in Seattle! Somali refugees have gobbled up much of the public housing and are protesting a plan that would require them to pay a little more for that housing when they find a job. Signs in the back say “No Rent Hike.”
Pay attention to this next part! The nine ‘non-profit’ federal contractors sit around a table once a week in Washington and decide where to send each refugee.
“They process the refugees who’ve been accepted and assign them to the nine different agencies that work with them,” said Johnson. “They have an allocations meeting once a week that all the agencies attend. There’s a formula of who gets which cases, and then the agencies will assign them to local offices based on capacity, language capacity, the existing population that’s already there and so on.”
The IRC’s application to the State Department’s Bureau of Population, Refugees and Migration for a Missoula office proposed a staff of 2 1/2 positions – an executive director, a caseworker and a half-time finance manager. The latter job is expected to bloom into a full-time position when numbers warrant it.

The placement of a resettlement office has touched off a barrage of protests from all quarters of the state, many citing security issues. Mayor John Engen, most Missoula City Council members and all three county commissioners have publicly supported it and voiced confidence that the screening process is adequate.
First, concerned citizens of Montana must contact the local elected officials and ask to see the IRC’s “application to the State Department” and the R & P Abstract.
The Mayor, City Council, and Commissioners must have those documents! If those elected officials claim they never saw them and were not involved in their preparation then you can be sure they have let you down! They are not doing their jobs to protect their citizens both financially and security-wise.
Then if you suspect that they do have the documents and are simply not making them public, use whatever Public Information/Freedom of Information law you have in Montana to obtain them.
And, while you are at it, be sure to research the legal structure of Miss Mary’s Soft Landings, get their incorporation papers with the state (usually through the State Attorney General’s Office). IRC will certainly have to incorporate a non-profit in the state as well. See if you can find out if that process is underway.
Find out if Montana has a state refugee coordinator. Tell the public who that is.
Some concerned citizens should also be publishing a state-wide blog or website to publish everything you learn about the program in the state and identify all of the elected officials and groups like the Chamber of Commerce (cheap labor!) pushing the resettlement. And, always remember they hide behind the humanitarian mask, but somewhere there are some global business interests looking to assure a steady supply of cheap immigrant labor to the state—find out who they are!
Bottomline is to get your facts and publish them! The only way this program has become so advanced over the last 30 plus years is that it has operated in virtual secrecy. Demand transparency!

“America is more Islamic than my home country of Morocco.” My Muslim friend said this with great joy and assurance all the while I was trying not to appear stunned. How could someone who grew up in an Islamic country for the first 25 years of his life, move and live in America for the next 25 years, prosper with his business and family, come to the conclusion that America is more Islamic than a Muslim country?
Hayat sat in the shade and described his younger years of being raised in the Islamic culture. Like many Muslim youth, his family attended the local mosque because that was what good Muslims do. However, like many Muslims and many Christians, his faith was only a thin veneer of going through the motions.
As his fellow Muslims were flowing in the nearby mosque he quietly answered the questions I posed without any sense of contempt toward me and was genuinely interested in trying to correct misperceptions I might have about Islam.
He shared his story of coming to America 25 years earlier, meeting his wife (Muslim) and starting his business that slowly grew into a successful trading business that took him back to his home country on a regular basis. A family man with several children he talked about his “re-conversion” back to Islam as he prospered economically. In his mind, the only explanation for this was Allah choosing to bless him and therefore as his wealth grew, so did his faith in Islam and Allah.
“When I visit Morocco all I see is corruption, poverty, violence and suffering among the people…that is not Islam. As we sit here in the shade we sit in peace, we are comfortable, there is no poverty to speak of and Allah has blessed me with great economic gain…that is how Islam is to be, peaceful, prosperous and enjoyable.” And there you have it…Islam in a nutshell…”submit” and you will prosper.
As I felt my head exploding I refrained from pointing out to him much of America’s culture would not be allowed in a truly Islamic country, i.e. equal rights for women and LGBT, freedom to choose something other than Allah, freedom to speak or a thousand other things Sharia forbids. My follow up question brought an even more surprising answer, “So you think in 30-50 years the US will replace democracy with Sharia law?”
He quickly but politely discarded my suggestion with a wave of his hand and said, “no, no, too political” which was quickly followed up with this chilling statement, “…but, in 300 years, yes, Sharia will be law of the land in the US.” He said this with the certainty of someone who knows the sun will rise in the east tomorrow.
This unique glimpse into the mind of an American Muslim revealed two fundamental problems that Americans face when discussing Islam with Muslims and non-Muslims. American’s think in terms of hours, days or months but rarely attempt to imagine our culture or country with the yardstick of a century, much less 300 years. To a Muslim, Islam has been around for 1400 years. A country that has been around for 250 years will be just another country that is absorbed into the Islamic tsunami that began 1400 years ago and continues today. After all just 100 years after Muhammad’s death the map of Islamic conquered lands stretched from Afghanistan to Spain.
The second issue is we assume refugees and/or immigrants from the Middle East living here will find our freedoms and democracy preferable to any other ideology. The fact that 51% of Muslims living in the U.S. responded positively in a recent poll to this statement, “Muslims in America should have the choice of being governed according to Shariah” should dispel the myth that among Muslims a large majority prefer democracy over Sharia law. Add to this a Pew Research poll that showed 60% of Muslim-Americans under 30 are more loyal to Islam than America. Where do the majority of jihadists come from? This very demographic group.
Hayat’s neighbors point to him as the “peaceful Muslim” who is the poster child for “all” Muslims and shuts down any questioning of Islam as a violent ideology by invoking, “but my neighbor Hayat is no terrorist” into the conversation. In reality Hayat is more dangerous than the jihadist suicide bomber. Hayat knows the truth behind Islam and is comfortable with that fact. His non-Muslim friends are clueless.
There was little doubt in my mind that Hayat would not be strapping a suicide vest on his chest as we departed. As for his children or grandchildren, becoming jihadists, I’m not so sure. Hayat and I departed on good terms, he returned to his car, I assume drove home and enjoyed an evening with his family speaking about the interesting infidel he met that afternoon.
Hayat sleeps well as a believer in the inevitability of Islam while his non-Muslim neighbors and friends walk around in ignorance and bliss. Time is on Islam’s side and there will be plenty of other jihadists willing to strike terror in the hearts of non-believers and force them into submission. Hayat knows the truth about Islam but more Americans are learning the truth. However will they have the courage to share it without fear of being labeled a “hater” or Islamophobic? Our children’s and grandchildren’s future will be determined by our courage to speak the truth about Islam.
“‘It’s really beyond belief that you have one of the leading presidential candidates calling for law enforcement to target religious communities totally based on the fact that they are of a particular faith,’ said Ibrahim Hooper, a spokesman for the [Hamas-linked] Council on American-Islamic relations [sic].”
Meanwhile, significant segments of Hooper’s religious community worldwide are targeting people totally based on the fact that they are not of a particular faith. What does he propose to do about that? Why, nothing. And the fact that Muslim communities are more likely to be areas of terror plotting than Amish communities? Hooper cares about that not at all: he wants us to waste our resources chasing politically correct fantasies.

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Tex.) said following Tuesday’s terrorist attacks in Brussels that law enforcement should “secure” Muslim neighborhoods, a comment that drew swift criticism.
“We need to empower law enforcement to patrol and secure Muslim neighborhoods before they become radicalized,” Cruz said in a statement issued after the attacks, which killed at least 32 people and wounded dozens.
Cruz spokeswoman Alice Stewart later said there needs to be a robust law enforcement presence in American neighborhoods where many Muslims live.
“We know what is happening with these isolated Muslim neighborhoods in Europe. If we want to prevent it from happening here, it is going to require an empowered, visible law enforcement presence that will both identify problem spots and partner with non-radical Americans who want to protect their homes,” Stewart said. She gave few other specifics.
“Local, state and federal law enforcement agencies all have divisions that target threats like drugs, gangs, human trafficking and organized crime. Radical Islamic terrorism is a significant and growing threat in this country, but this administration refuses to recognize it because they are afraid of being labeled ‘politically incorrect,’” Stewart said.
Cruz said: “For years, the West has tried to deny this enemy exists out of a combination of political correctness and fear. We can no longer afford either. Our European allies are now seeing what comes of a toxic mix of migrants who have been infiltrated by terrorists and isolated, radical Muslim neighborhoods.”
Cruz’s campaign also criticized New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio (D) for his efforts to strengthen ties with the American Muslim community.
“In New York City, Mayor de Blasio succumbed to unfounded criticisms and eliminated the efforts of law enforcement to work with Muslim communities to stop radical Islamic terrorism,” Stewart said.
Those efforts involved disbanding a controversial and secretive unit of plainclothes detectives that mapped the Muslim community, spying on businesses, mosques and documenting conversations.
The unit, which was revealed in news reports, had angered Muslims in New York who felt they were targeted solely because of their religion. While widely praised by some, the unit had never generated a terrorism lead and was doing little by the time de Blasio and New York Police Commissioner William J. Bratton got rid of it.
Earlier this year, the New York Police Department agreed to settle a pair of federal lawsuits that claimed Muslims were the target of baseless surveillance and investigations because of their religion. In the settlement, the NYPD admitted no wrongdoing but paid attorney fees. The settlement, which has yet to be approved by a judge, called for a civilian monitor who could review terrorism investigations and codified certain policing practices. The NYPD has said the settlement doesn’t make the city any less safe.
“We challenged the NYPD’s surveillance of Muslims for violating the Constitution’s guarantees of equal protection and religious freedom,” said Hina Shamsi, director of the American Civil Liberties Union’s National Security Project. “It was also divisive and alienated Muslim communities from law enforcement. The settlement in our case should send a forceful message that discriminatory police practices are unlawful and unnecessary.”
Cruz, when asked at a news conference in New York how he would carry out his plan, said, ““You would continue the proactive policing that we saw here in New York. You would reinstate the program.”
Cruz said de Blasio did away with the program because of “political correctness.”
Monica Klein, de Blasio’s deputy press secretary, said in an email: “This is blatantly false. Now we know why everyone is calling Ted Cruz a liar.”…
What exactly is false about it?
Elsewhere, reaction to Cruz’s statement about securing neighborhoods was swift and harsh.
“It’s really beyond belief that you have one of the leading presidential candidates calling for law enforcement to target religious communities totally based on the fact that they are of a particular faith,” said Ibrahim Hooper, a spokesman for the [Hamas-linked] Council on American-Islamic relations [sic].
“In normal times, this would be the sort of thing that would disqualify someone from running for dogcatcher, much less president of the United States. We call on voters to reject this. It just shows you what happens when you appoint policy advisers like Frank Gaffney and Jerry Boykin to your team,” he said.
Last week, Cruz named a 23-member foreign policy team that includes Gaffney, who is known for holding anti-Muslim views, and Boykin, who has said that there should be no mosques allowed in the United States….
For the Washington Post, to oppose jihad terror and Sharia oppression is to be “anti-Muslim.”

It is past time! We have been writing about it for years.
Belgium, Germany, France, even the UK have been for decades “welcoming” Muslim migrants and what has it gotten them! This!
There is only one difference between us and them. They have been seeing the colonization longer and the percentage of the Muslim population is higher than ours is here in America. How can our ‘leaders’ possibly not see the same future for us if we allow the Muslim population to continue to grow exponentially.
It is just a matter of numbers and once the population reaches as little as 3 or 4% (pick a number, it will be much lower than you assume!) there will be Molenbeeks in many American cities as the supremacists become confident that they can hide in their cities within cities.

Because this blog is about refugees, I just checked the numbers of Muslim refugees admitted to the US since Obama was elected (but this has been going on for at least a decade before that through the George W. Bush Presidency as well!).
The number of Muslim refugees totaled 154,160 (in a total refugee count of just short of a half million for all religious persuasions) since the fall of 2008.
They break down like this: 69,400 Moslems (sect not specified), 33,000 Shiite Moslems, and 51,760 Sunni Moslems. That is just in less than 8 years!
Those numbers do not include all the Muslims who came in through the Diversity Visa Lottery, those who are here in Temporary Protected Status, Student visa holders and the list goes on. And, it doesn’t include all of those who have entered the US illegally and then applied for asylum!
I had to chuckle (well sort of) when I saw that we admitted 30,052 Iraqi Shiites and 40,450 Iraqi Sunnis! In other words we are bringing in both sides of the centuries-old Shiite/Sunni conflict! Is that doubly insane! Does anyone really believe they will bury the hatchet (oops!) and that the mythical American melting pot will make it all go away!

If you try to protect yourself from a jihad terror attack, you’re liable to be called “un-American” by Hamas-linked CAIR’s Ibrahim “Honest Ibe” Hooper. Foes of the bill “say the measure is out of character for a state that often espouses the importance of Christian hospitality and loving your neighbor.” Is Christian hospitality, then, a mandate for suicide? A Christian must be hospitable even if doing so exposes him to deadly risk? Trying to prevent possible jihad terror attacks makes one un-Christian and un-American?

COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) — While Republican front-runner Donald Trump continues to make waves nationally for his comments about banning Muslims from traveling to the country, lawmakers in two very different states are proposing that all refugees register with the government.
Registration bills are being proposed in both New York State and in South Carolina, where if refugees commit an act of terrorism, their sponsors, under the bill, could be held liable.
The South Carolina lawmakers say they are less concerned about a possible constitutional challenge than a possible terrorist threat coming to the state.
Opponents, however, say the measure is out of character for a state that often espouses the importance of Christian hospitality and loving your neighbor.
“I want us to be who we have always been — a welcoming people,” said Sen. Kevin Johnson, D-Manning, who is helping lead the fight against the bill.
Sponsoring Sen. Kevin Bryant said the bill has three components: a registry of all refugees; civil liability for sponsors of refugees from counties considered state sponsors of terror by the federal government (currently Iran, Sudan and Syria) for crimes committed by refugees; a prohibition on the state spending any money on refugees and their families.
Bryant said the goal of the bill is to protect people’s safety. Nearly 850 refugees from a number of countries in Europe, Africa and the Middle East have come to South Carolina since 2010, with 87 arriving since last summer. The Anderson Republican said if only one of them were to conduct a terrorist attack it would be devastating.
Instead, he said people in South Carolina can show their compassion by giving to relief organizations that help refugees elsewhere.
“Why should we bring one refugee here when we could spend the same money and help 10 in their part of the world?” Bryant said.
A challenge to the South Carolina law is likely because the law singles people out by county of origin and seems bent toward discriminating against Muslims, said Ibrahim Hooper, spokesman for the [Hamas-linked] Council on American-Islamic Relations.
“If it is not illegal, it is at least un-American,” Hooper said….

It appears the far left-wing organization, the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), desires to represent Lutheran Services in the recent lawsuit brought against Governor Nikki Haley and the State Refugee Resettlement Agencies by a private citizen, Brian Bilbro.
The plaintiff is suing Haley, The South Carolina Department of Social Services (SCDSS), Lutheran Services and World Relief of Spartanburg over the settlement of refugees in his state, and seeks to stop the State 2016 Refugee Resettlement Plan, due to imminent risks to he and his family, personally and economically.
The SPLC claims to be an organization that monitors hate groups, and seeks justice for the most vulnerable members of society, yet it demonizes anyone who dares bring to light issues like the Islamic movement in our country. They tout defending against discrimination and intolerance, but can’t tolerate the truth expressed by anyone who isn’t a liberal or a leftist. And what is more interesting is the fact they would want to represent an agency affiliated with a church.
The charitable organizations involved in Refugee Resettlement are Volunteer Agencies, otherwise known as VOLAGS, who claim multi million dollar revenues. Most of the VOLAGS are religiously affiliated, one of them being Lutheran Services. But, the church related charity, Lutheran Services, who the SPLC would be representing, doesn’t have anything to do with Christianity or teaching about the love of Jesus when it comes to resettlement.
Lutheran Immigration Services is all about settling refugees into communities all over the country for federal money. In fact, Lutheran services is paid by the head, and for every refugee planted into a community it means dollars to them. Since federal monies are involved they are prohibited from sharing the gospel with the refugees.
Lauren Martel, Bilbro’s attorney, asked Anne Richards, Assistant Secretary of State for Population, Refugees and Migration, about the Federal grant money that the VOLAGS receive, and if it would have an affect on their ability to proselytize. Her answer, “It’s true, it’s true. We expect our partners will not proselytize and also that they will accept LGBT refugees and treat them with the same respect.”
The vision of the Lutheran Immigration Services is:
“All migrants and refugees are protected, embraced and empowered in a world of just and welcoming communities.”
It seems like there are many in South Carolina that aren’t that open to accepting refugees that cannot be vetted, nor should they be. Common sense would have the truly needy refugees taken care of within their own culture which wouldn’t threaten the security of South Carolinians or require continually more taxes in order to service the refugees who overwhelmingly require welfare in order to survive.
The sticking points of the Plaintiff are simple. Our top national security leaders have stated the refugees cannot be vetted properly, especially the ones coming from countries who sponsor terrorism. A matter of fact that even Governor Haley once agreed with, but now seems to have changed her tune. She stated in a letter to Secretary of State Kerry in November,
“…there remain gaps in available intelligence for those fleeing Syria. This lack of historical and verifiable intelligence with many Syrian refuges makes it difficult, if not impossible, to thoroughly vet individuals seeking to enter the United States as a refugee. Therefore, until I can be assured that all potential refugees from Syria have no ties to terrorist organizations, I am requesting that the State Department not resettle any Syrian refugees in South Carolina.”
She then continued that she would take measures to ensure the safety of South Carolinians if that were to be the case. One wonders what Haley has done to keep that promise because in December of 2015, several Syrian refugees were settled in Midlands, South Carolina by Lutheran services.
This brings up the question of accountability and tracking. Who is responsible for these refugees after the VOLAG is out of the picture? If just one out of one hundred refugees commits an act of terrorism on our soil, who is to receive the blame? Remember it only took 19 terrorist to inflict more casualties than Pearl Harbor.
No matter what our Governors’ or Congressmens’ intentions are, they can’t seem to stop this freight train of Refugee Resettlement. Until they are held personally accountable for simply writing letters and then rolling over in submission when that doesn’t work, nothing will change.
The American citizen deserves to be protected from enemies both foreign and domestic. We have members of ISIS within our country. There are also members of the terrorist organization claiming to infiltrate the refugee ranks and promising attacks within our country within the year. The duty of protecting the citizens of this country from foreign threats lies with those elected officials charged with upholding the Constitution.
Brian Bilbro gets it, and so does his legal counsel, Lauren Martel. It is plain to the well-informed American what is happening here. It is clear who the courageous ones are in this scenario, and it isn’t Governor Haley or The Southern Poverty Law Center. They both are failing to stand up for the people who are being pushed around by this over-reaching Federal Government who intends to place its citizens in harms way by threatening their personal security as well as their economic security through an ill-considered Refugee Program.
Leo Hohmann writing at World Net Daily on Friday has posted a very detailed report on a vexing question. Does it make any sense for US taxpayers to pay for programs to keep Somali refugee youths from becoming Islamic terrorists while those same taxpayers shell out millions of tax dollars every year to bring more unwilling-to-assimilate Somalis to America?

And, just so you know (if you think more have arrived in your city than are shown here), these are only the top cities where Somalis were directly resettled by the contractors. These numbers do not include ‘secondary migrants’ —refugees who were seeded elsewhere but moved to be with THEIR own kind of people. Minnesota receives several thousand more Somalis each year who move there from the site of their original resettlement.
