People Are Actually Considering Not Having Kids Because of Global Warming

Some couples and individuals are trying to save the next generation from potential climate change disaster by forgoing reproduction altogether.

A dozen people aged 18 to 43, either raising children or considering having some, are deciding that the future is too uncertain, or certainly too grim, to bring new life into the world as floods, wildfires, and extreme weather grow worse with a warming climate, The New York Times reports.

“Animals are disappearing. The oceans are full of plastic. The human population is so numerous, the planet may not be able to support it indefinitely,” Amanda PerryMiller, a mother of two and a Christian youth leader, told the Times. “This doesn’t paint a very pretty picture for people bringing home a brand-new baby from the hospital.”

This way of thinking seems to be more prevalent in those who have traveled abroad and seen firsthand the devastating effects climate change has had on communities.

“I’ve seen how Syrian refugees, who are running from a devastating war, are being treated,” Maram Kaff, who lives in Cairo and monitors news from the Middle East, told the Times in an email. “Imagine how my children will be treated if they have to flee their country due to extreme weather, drought, lack of resources, flooding.”

No research has shown how widespread this trend is. The line of thinking is troubling for anyone worried about the overall decline in the American birthrate, however. The U.S. birthrate hit an all-time low in 2016, with 62 births per 1,000 women aged 15 to 44.

The fate of the planet seems all but sealed as a now 6-month-old report found only a 5 percent chance the Earth will avoid warming by more than 2 degrees Celsius by 2100. A more recent study found a 50 percent chance temperatures rise up to 4 degrees Celsius if action is not taken.

Suspect in DUI Death of Colts Player Is Twice-Deported Illegal Immigrant

The man suspected of killing Indianapolis Colts linebacker Edwin Jackson and Uber driver Jeffrey Monroe in a roadside crash is an illegal immigrant who has been deported two times in the past, Indiana State Police said Monday.

The driver is 37-year-old Guatemalan national Manuel Orrego-Savala. He gave police the alias Alex Cabrera Gonsales after being arrested for slamming into Jackson and Monroe as they stood on the shoulder of Interstate 70 early Sunday morning.

“Orrego-Savala is in the United States illegally and has previously been deported on two occasions, in 2007 and again in 2009,” Sgt. John Perrine said in a statement, according to the Indianapolis Star. “State police investigators are working with U.S. Federal Immigration Officials and they have placed a hold on Orrego-Savala.”

Jackson, 26, and Monroe, 54, were standing near a stopped vehicle when Orrego-Savala drove his Ford F-150 pickup onto the emergency shoulder and struck both men, according to police reports. Investigators believe Monroe had pulled over and exited the car to assist Jackson, who had become ill.

Orrego-Savala tried to run away from the scene, but was apprehended on a nearby exit ramp, police said. He remains in custody in the Marion County Jail on charges of drunk driving, causing a death while driving intoxicated, and driving without a license.

Is Moscow ‘Deep State’ HQ? by Cliff Kincaid

Putting “America First” is a worthwhile goal. But it cannot be done without purging the Deep State operatives who protected Obama and then investigating the communist-Muslim network that spawned the Obama presidency. Soviet/Russian moles in the CIA and FBI have included Aldrich Ames, Harold Nicholson, and Robert Hanssen. We have a right to know if others exist, and if Obama was among them.

A reporter from Bloomberg called recently about complaints that television producer Jerry Kenney and I had made years ago regarding the operations of Moscow-funded Russia Today (RT) television. Kenney challenged Obama’s Department of Justice to register RT as a foreign agent of influence in the U.S. I challenged the Federal Election Commission to sanction RT for interfering in the 2012 U.S. presidential election. The Bloomberg reporter was curious about the complaints because of the brouhaha that has now transpired over Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election.

This is the first time I have ever received an inquiry from a mainstream media reporter about these matters. I told the reporter the current Russia-gate controversy involves partisan politics, since the Obama Administration could have acted on our complaints many years ago and decided not to do so. We’ll see if she follows up on that.

“Draining the Swamp” sounds good in theory. In practice, it means that heads will have to roll. And, yet, at this stage in his presidency, it looks like Trump’s head is the only one on the chopping block. The Swamp will win unless America demands a real course correction.

The evidence demonstrates that the investigation of Trump, unleashed by Obama and his operatives as he was leaving the White House, was a disinformation operation using our own intelligence agencies that came to rely in part on Russian sources in the notorious Trump Dossier. This document was passed along by Senator John McCain to then-FBI Director James Comey and written by a former British spy working for Hillary Clinton supporters. All of this is known and based on facts in the public record. There has been some limited congressional interest in the FBI’s handling of this document and who was behind it. But answers have been slow in coming.

The rationale for going after Trump as a Russian agent was a clever maneuver on the part of Obama, Hillary, and their Russian backers. The Russians did not want their influence operations in the Obama Administration exposed. You may recall that Anna Chapman, a sexy Russian spy, was accused of seducing an unnamed cabinet official in the Obama administration in an effort to obtain classified information. She was one of several Russian agents caught and quickly expelled from the U.S. in 2010.

Thanks to McCain and the Russian-fed dossier, the calculated change in focus to Trump has preoccupied official Washington, D.C. for the first year of the Trump presidency. Of course, McCain will also go down in history as the Republican presidential candidate who, in running against Obama for president in 2008, was advised by the GOP establishment not to call the first-term Senator from Illinois a socialist. McCain had also admonished a supporter who questioned Obama’s Muslim background and sympathies. His presidential campaign was a disaster, paving the way for the election of America’s first Marxist president.

As Trump finds himself under fire for his alleged Russian connections, Obama has personally benefited enormously, as the matter of his own service to the Russians (and that of his Secretary of State Hillary Clinton) has become a non-issue. The Obama/Clinton Administration worked hand-in-glove with the Russians by resetting U.S.-Russian relations, bringing the Vladimir Putin regime into the G-8 and the World Trade Organization, making a nuclear arms deal with Moscow, and the Uranium One scandal selling 20 percent of American uranium assets to a Russian company. In addition, Obama worked with the Russians to conceive the flawed Iranian nuclear arms deal. Obama had ridiculed his 2012 Republican presidential opponent, Mitt Romney, for saying Russia was still a threat.

Now, as the Russia-gate Special Counsel and former FBI director Robert S. Mueller zeroes in on Trump, the Senate is planning a hearing on two bipartisan bills to protect Mueller from being fired by Trump. One bill has been introduced by Senators Lindsey Graham (R-SC) and Cory Booker (D-NJ), while the other has been introduced by Senators Thom Tillis (R-NC) and Chris Coons (D-DE).

Meanwhile, Obama has returned to the national and global stage, speaking to Wall Street fat cats and collecting millions of dollars for his Obama Foundation from such corporations as Bill Gates’ Microsoft. Obama gave Gates and his wife Melinda a Presidential Medal of Freedom last year, before leaving office, and just appeared with them at the 2017 Goalkeepers event in New York City, which was hosted by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. It is designed to promote the “sustainable development” or global socialist goals of the United Nations, whose current Secretary-General, António Guterres, is a former head of the Socialist International.

Obama’s Russian maneuver, which depended on the cooperation of the “fake news” media, was a classic case of someone yelling “thief” when caught in thievery. Operatives like Obama CIA director John Brennan were called upon to tar and feather Trump with the same accusations that could tarnish the Obama presidency. Brennan was a typical Obama appointee He voted communist when attending college and rose through the ranks of the CIA, serving as Station Chief in Saudi Arabia and reportedly converting to Islam, before becoming director. This mixture of Marxism and Islam came to characterize the Obama presidency. It was unprecedented in American history and most conservatives to this day have still not come to grips with it.

In addition to the furor over the scurrilous Trump Dossier, which has guided the FBI investigation of Trump, you may recall that in January of this year Obama’s Director of the Office of National Intelligence, James Clapper, released a report, “Assessing Russian Activities and Intentions in Recent US Elections,” which cited the activities of RT. This report set the stage for the many months of accusations, charges, and hearings, including the on-going Special Counsel investigation of Russia-gate. The “intelligence” in the report on RT is something we had completely documented many years before. It was old news, recycled for a partisan political purpose.

The Bloomberg reporter who called me was intrigued that my group America’s Survival, Inc., and television producer Jerry Kenney had complained about the operations of RT many years ago to no avail. The Federal Election Commission (FEC) dismissed my well-documented 2012 complaint about RT’s open support for libertarian Ron Paul and his pro-Russia views. It appeared the Russians wanted to disrupt the Republican presidential primary process. We cited evidence that RT was funded by the Kremlin and prohibited under law from intervening in U.S. elections. The FEC dismissed the complaint, saying RT was a legitimate press entity and a U.S. corporation with First Amendment rights. The Department of Justice was not interested in the matter of RT acting as an unregistered foreign agent. Now, suddenly, RT is reporting that it is being advised to register as a foreign agent. Why didn’t the Obama Administration act?

In the real Russia-gate scandal, the FBI knew not only that Hillary had used a private unsecured email server but that she had communicated with Obama over that server. What’s more, Obama had used a pseudonym in these communications, to protect his own identity. Who else was he communicating with and why? Remember Obama had been caught secretly promising then-Russian President Dmitri Medvedev that he would have more “flexibility” regarding his policies toward Russia after his re-election in 2012. “I will transmit this information to Vladimir,” Medvedev responded.

As a result of Obama’s policies, toward Russia, China, and the Arab/Muslim world, President Trump inherited an America in serious global decline. Domestically and culturally, Obama’s legacy is now being felt. The FBI reports a rise in violent crime and the Centers for Disease Control has documented another record in the transmission of sexually transmitted diseases. The use of mind-altering drugs is increasing, including violence associated with it.

Putting “America First” is a worthwhile goal. But it cannot be done without purging the Deep State operatives who protected Obama and then investigating the communist-Muslim network that spawned the Obama presidency. Soviet/Russian moles in the CIA and FBI have included Aldrich Ames, Harold Nicholson, and Robert Hanssen. We have a right to know if others exist, and if Obama was among them.

Rather than protect Mueller from being fired by Trump, why can’t we have bipartisan hearings into whether we had a Marxist mole in the White House for eight years and whether Obama, Hillary, and their Russian backers are behind the anti-Trump campaign?

Documents Reveal Obama State Department Provided Classified Records to Sen. Ben Cardin to Undermine President Trump

‘The Obama administration was attempting to disseminate that material widely across the government in order to aid in future investigations’ – The Baltimore Sun 

(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch today released 42 pages of heavily redacted State Department documents containing classified information that was provided to Senator Ben Cardin (D-MD), top Democrat on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee and outspoken critic of President Donald Trump. The documents show Russian political interference in elections and politics in countries across Europe.

According to a March 2017 report in the Baltimore Sun: 

“Maryland Sen. Ben Cardin received classified information about Russia’s involvement in elections when the Obama administration was attempting to disseminate that material widely across the government in order to aid in future investigations, according to a report Wednesday … Obama officials were concerned, according to the report [in The New York Times, below], that the Trump administration would cover up intelligence once power changed hands.”

In March 2017, former Obama Deputy Asst. Secretary of Defense Evelyn Farkas admitted that there was surveillance of President’s Trump’s campaign and leaking of intelligence information. She encouraged people in the administration and on the Hill to “get as much intelligence as you can before President Obama leaves [office] … I became very worried because not enough was coming out into the open and I knew that there was more … That’s why you have the leaking.”

In a section of the documents provided to Cardin titled “Political Parties” and marked as sensitive, Russia reportedly sought to foster relationships with groups in Germany, Austria, and France, to include paying members to travel to conferences in Crimea and Donbas “where they stoutly defend Russian policy.”

The following section titled “Pro-Kremlin NGOs and Think Tanks,” also marked as sensitive, discusses the Russian government funded Caucasus Research Network, which helped to spread anti-EU and NATO reports throughout the region. Also discussed is the Human Rights Accountability Global Initiative, which was founded by Natalia Veselnitskaya. The Initiative was reportedly “working to erode support for the Magnitsky Act (which imposes sanctions on … gross human rights violations). The organization screened an anti-Magnitsky film at Washington’s Newseum in June.”

The Magnitsky Act attracted public attention earlier this year when it was reported Veselnitskaya obtained a meeting with Donald Trump Jr. with the purpose of seeking to undermine the act. It was reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin wanted to repeal the act at least in part because it targeted top Russian officials who had committed human rights violations and were the beneficiaries of a $230-million tax fraud that Magnitsky exposed.

“These documents show the Obama State Department under John Kerry gathered and sent its own dossier of classified information on Russia to Senator Ben Cardin, a political ally in the U.S. Senate, to undermine President Trump,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “Judicial Watch will pursue information on who pulled this classified information, who authorized its release, and why was it evidently dumped just days before President Trump’s inauguration.”

Judicial Watch obtained the documents in response to a May 9, 2017, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia (Judicial Watch vs U.S. Department of State (No. 1:17-cv-00852)). The suit was filed after the State Department failed to respond to a March 2, 2017, FOIA request seeking:

  • All records provided by any official, employee, or representative of the Department of State to Senator Ben Cardin, any member of his staff, the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, and/or any Senate Foreign Relations Committee staff member regarding, concerning, or related to efforts by the Russian Government to affect, manipulate, or influence any election in the United States or any foreign country from November 8, 2016 to present.

The New York Times on March 1, 2017, reported:

There also was an effort to pass reports and other sensitive material to Congress. In one instance, the State Department sent a cache of documents marked “secret” to Senator Benjamin Cardin of Maryland days before the Jan. 20 inauguration. The documents, detailing Russian efforts to intervene in elections worldwide, were sent in response to a request from Mr. Cardin, the top Democrat on the Foreign Relations Committee, and were shared with Republicans on the panel.

According to the documents, Russia’s actions in the nation of Montenegro were intended to disrupt the October 2016 nationwide elections:

On election day, countless citizens, including Embassy staff, received spam text messages from several countries, including Great Britain and China. The text messages alleged that the DPS [Democratic Party of Socialists, the ruling party in Montenegro] was conducting fraudulent activities on the polling day, such as paying for votes. … At the same time, many portals experienced massive cyber denial of service attacks, including CdM.me, a main news portal, CDT, a key CSO monitoring the elections, and the DPS website itself. … Hacker made multiple attempts to enter the administrative part of CdM’s website, disabling infrastructure, and bringing down servers …

The documents also reveal that Russia aggressively used the media to influence public opinion in the Czech Republic:

We have seen a significant increase in the number of on-line media servers that tout an alternative take on local and international developments than the mainstream media. In the Czech Republic these online media servers are almost exclusively run by Czechs who can often be described as pro-Russian. And while many informed Czech observers believe the influence of Russian disinformation is overstated, they also contend that Russia actively seeks exacerbate fissures within Czech society tapping into dissatisfaction within some segments of Czech society over the socioeconomic return of the EU experiment.

The documents note that some countries resist Russian interference.

Estonia has adopted a “zero tolerance” approach to illegal activities by Russian intelligence operatives.… Every year Kapo, the Estonian domestic intelligence service, puts out a public review of major cases, publicly naming organizations and individuals that are suspected of working with the Russians.

Judicial Watch Sues for Russia Collusion FISA Documents

The House memo released today [February 2nd, 2018] makes a compelling case that the FISA (Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act) court was misled and severely abused by top officials in the Justice Department and FBI. Rather than relying upon dueling summary memos from Republicans and Democrats, the American people should be able to see for themselves the details of how the Obama administration officials (and Rod Rosenstein of the Trump administration) justified spying on the Trump team.

To that end we have filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the Justice Department for FBI documents regarding the FISA warrant application submitted to – and responses from – the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court related to alleged collusion between Russia and Trump campaign associates (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of Justice (No. 1:18-cv-00245)).

We filed suit in the United States District Court of the District of Columbia after the agency rejected a July 19, 2017, FOIA request seeking:

Copies of all proposed and all final signed FISA applications submitted to the FISC relating to Russian interference in the 2016 election, allegations of collusion between people associated with the Trump campaign and Russia, and any known Trump associates regardless of context;

Copies of all FISC responses to the above-mentioned applications in which the Court notified the FBI or Justice Department that it would not grant the proposed applications or recommended changes. If any such FISC responses were provided orally, rather than in writing, please provide copies of FBI or Justice Department records memorializing or otherwise referencing the relevant FISC responses;

Copies of all FISC orders relating to the above mentioned applications, whether denying the applications and certifications, denying the orders, modifying the orders, granting the orders, or other types of orders.

Let’s be clear about what is at stake here. The memo shows that Comey, McCabe, Yates, and Rosenstein misled the FISA court. Will Rosenstein be fired? Will he have to recuse himself, in the least?

Moreover, and more significantly, the Steele dossier was a “salacious and unverified” document paid for by Hillary Clinton and the Democratic National Committee. Yet, it was used by top Justice Department officials to obtain a FISA warrant. In fact, there could have been no FISA warrant without the dossier. Which means there was no Russia collusion story without the dossier. Which means there could have been no Mueller special counsel without the Clinton-financed anti-Russia dossier.

From what we know publicly, this may be the worst government abuse scandal in a generation – which makes it urgent the Justice Department stop stonewalling the release of the FISA documents.

Meet the Immigrant Who Was Killed by a ‘Dreamer’ and Friends

Xinran Ji, 24, had big dreams. But demons demolished them.

The bright hopes of young Ji, a University of Southern California engineering student from Inner Mongolia, died in 2014 at the hands of a then-19-year-old “Dreamer” and his thug pals.

Mexican illegal alien Jonathan Del Carmen, who first jumped the southern border at age 12, pleaded guilty to second-degree murder last summer in the savage robbery and fatal beating of Ji—who was walking home from a study group after midnight.

No, it wasn’t President Donald Trump, Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents, Republicans, or conservative talk show hosts who racially profiled Ji. It was “Dreamer” Del Carmen and his partners in crime: Alberto Ochoa, 17; Andrew Garcia, 18; and Alejandra Guerrero, 16.

The gangsters targeted Ji because he was Asian and assumed he “must have money.” Guerrero had sent Facebook messages about wanting to “flock” (rob) white and Chinese people. Off-campus neighborhoods around USC are dominated by Mexican Mafia affiliates that target foreign students and shake down local businesses owned by law-abiding immigrants.

“Dreamer” Del Carmen and his friends stalked Ji on a street corner in south central L.A. before bashing him in the head with a baseball bat and a wrench. The attack was caught on multiple security cameras. Ji managed to stagger home to his apartment, leaving a quarter-mile trail of blood behind him.

Sometime during the night, Ji died in his bed. And the aspirations of his family, who sacrificed everything to send him to America to pursue his studies, perished with him.

“Dreamer” Del Carmen and his friends drove off to a nearby beach to rob two more innocent people in a city and state that have defiantly declared themselves “sanctuaries” for people in the United States illegally—not for the best and brightest like Ji, but for lawless barbarians like Del Carmen.

“It’s like heaven fell down,” Ji’s father told Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge George Lomeli at Garcia’s sentencing hearing.

“His life was taken by these demons,” Ji’s aunt added. “They robbed and killed an innocent youth with very vicious means, and this was inhuman.”

Garcia received life in prison without the possibility of parole. Ji’s parents’ sentence was far worse: a brutal, violent, and permanent separation from their only child. In Washington, D.C., however, some families matter more than others. And victims of indiscriminate open borders, like Ji, don’t exist.

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., proud promoter of sanctuary policies for illegal immigrants, led more than two dozen Democrats in turning the State of the Union address into “Take an Illegal Alien to Work Day.”

Platitudes whitewash bloody reality.

“I want to be clear: Dreamers are Americans,” declared Rep. Nita Lowey, D-N.Y., who invited an illegal alien from El Salvador who now works at Apple. “They contribute to our economy, our communities, and our strength and stability as a nation.”

Sen. Dick Durbin, D-Ill., brought a Mexican illegal alien, Cesar Montelongo, now enrolled in the M.D.-Ph.D. program at Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine.

“I hope Cesar’s presence reminds President Trump what’s at stake in the debate over DACA: the lives of hundreds of thousands of innocent young people who want to contribute to our country’s future.”

Democrats and pro-amnesty radicals protest any glint of sunlight shed on the destructive consequences of not enforcing our nation’s immigration laws. They claim it’s unfair to focus on single cases or “anecdotes,” even as they promote Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals recipients as a holy, unassailable class of “honor roll students, star athletes, talented artists, and valedictorians.”

This propaganda, to which open-borders Republicans have fecklessly capitulated, is an offense to decency and truth. Ji was an innocent young person pursuing his educational dreams in America. He planned to return to China to use his knowledge to secure a better future for himself, his family, and his community.

The blind beatification and elevation of illegal immigrant “Dreamers” above law-abiding native Americans, naturalized Americans, legal immigrants, and their families will be the ruin of us all.

For the last two seasons, the National Football League has lost its way. Not only have football games become a platform for the left’s protests, but the NFL is now poised to funnel millions of dollars to liberal activists. Because of the controversial and disrespectful national anthem protests, viewer ratings dropped 10% over the course of the 2017 season and the NFL earned the distinction of becoming America’s most unpopular sports league.

Instead of putting an end to the kneeling, the NFL institutionalized the protests as part of pregame ceremonies and pledged to donate $90 million to “social causes” as directed by the players, including 501(c)(4) organizations that can engage in political activity. This is especially concerning because the NFL Players Association has a history of supporting so-called “resistance” organizations tied to liberal billionaire, George Soros.

Yet, the NFL deemed an ad from American Veterans (AMVETS) “too political” for the official Super Bowl program because it simply asked fans and players to #PleaseStand for the national anthem.

Can we arrest politicians who violate the U.S. Constitution?

The U.S. House of Representatives Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence voted along party lines to release a classified memo alleging FBI abuses in the agency’s surveillance of American citizens.

The memo was sent to the White House to have President Trump, who has five days to review it, release it to the public.

After release of the memo will those named in it, especially politicians or political appointees, be arrested for violating the U.S. Constitution?

In 2013 The Next News Network interviewed Constitutional scholar Dr. Edwin Vieira who sat down with Gary Franchi and answered the question: Can we arrest politicians who violate the U.S. Constitution?

 Dr. Vieira references 18 U.S. Code § 241 – Conspiracy against rights and 18 U.S. Code § 242 – Deprivation of rights under color of law. 18 U.S. Code § 241 reads:

If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same; or

If two or more persons go in disguise on the highway, or on the premises of another, with intent to prevent or hinder his free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege so secured—

They shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, they shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.

18 U.S. Code § 242 reads:

Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or to different punishments, pains, or penalties, on account of such person being an alien, or by reason of his color, or race, than are prescribed for the punishment of citizens, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both; and if bodily injury results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include the use, attempted use, or threatened use of a dangerous weapon, explosives, or fire, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.

There are indications that the memo reveals how the Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation misused the FISA courts to spy on American citizens, including a candidate for President of the United States of America and his campaign staff, in violation of the 5th and 14th Amendments to the U.S. Constitution. The Heritage Foundation Guide to the Constitution, Due Process, notes:

Both the Fifth Amendment and the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution prohibit governmental deprivations of “life, liberty, or property, without due process of law.” The Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment serves three distinct functions in modern constitutional doctrine: “First, it incorporates [against the States] specific protections defined in the Bill of Rights….Second, it contains a substantive component, sometimes referred to as ‘substantive due process.’…Third, it is a guarantee of fair procedure, sometimes referred to as ‘procedural due process.’…” Daniels v. Williams (1986) (Stevens, J., concurring).

If the memo shows that any politician deliberately and falsely denied an American citizen their due process rights under the U.S. Constitution then the answer is: Yes!

Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri: The Most Anti-White Movie Ever Made

I went with family and friends to see the movie Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri written and directed by Martin McDonagh. Three Billboards won four awards at the 2017 Golden Globes, including Best Screenplay for McDonagh.

The Washington Post’s film critic Ann Hornaday wrote this about Three Billboards:

The film is as dark as they come, a pitch-black, often laceratingly [trashingly] funny look at human nature at its most nasty, brutish and dimwitted.

In the film Three Billboards who’s portrayed as nasty, brutish and dimwitted? Answer: White middle class people living in flyover America.

Irish born McDonagh, who is white and privileged, makes Three Billboards the ultimate movie about I hate myself for being white and privileged. It’s self-flagellation on the silver screen. It is also an attack against “fly over America” and those (nasty, brutish and dimwitted) deplorables who overwhelmingly voted for Donald J. Trump, who is white and privileged.

The characters in Three Billboards are a “basket of deplorables” in the eyes of McDonagh, Hollywood, Hillary Clinton and her supporters.

The theme of Three Billboards fits the narrative pushed by Robert Jensen, author of the book The Heart of Whiteness: Confronting Race, Racism, and White Privilege, who wrote “The world does not need white people to civilize others. The real White People’s Burden is to civilize ourselves.” Jensen blames white people for being uncivilized, i.e. nasty, brutish and dimwitted.

Metrocosm produced the below map showing the county-level results for the 2016 election. In the map we see that the state of Missouri overwhelmingly voted for Donald J. Trump. Missouri has a Republican Governor and both houses of the Missouri legislature are controlled by the Republican Party.

Three Billboards is a great way for those who voted for Hillary Clinton to laugh out loud at those unsophisticated dolts who live in flyover America. 

Every character in Three Billboards, who is white, is dysfunctional. The mother of the daughter raped and killed is divorced and told her daughter to walk to a party and wished that her daughter be raped on her walk back home. The mother’s wish comes true. The mother then blames the sheriff, who is white, of not doing enough to catch the killer of her daughter, the suspect being white and in the military. This leads to the infamous use of three bill boards which leads to a series of emotional revenge filled acts (beatings, property destruction, attacks by and against law enforcement). The white mother, the local law enforcement officers, who are all white, and the local community, which is portrayed as predominantly white, progressively go down a “dark as they come” path. A path that leads to physical violence, which begets escalating physical violence and ends with a vigilantly quest by two white people (the mother and former deputy) to find another white military man they suspect is a rapist.

That’s the theme of the movie. White people are nasty, brutish and dimwitted.

It fits perfectly with the narrative of House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi’s statement that the goal of President Trump’s immigration plan is to, “make America white again.”

According to the U.S. Census Bureau in 2016 an estimated 76.9% of Americans are white. If you’re white and go to see this movie be prepared to see yourself through the lens of Hollywood. Those like you are portrayed as dimwitted, violent, revengeful and stupid. And Hollywood wonders why it’s box office revenues are in the tank.

William R. Hawkins in an article titled Culture Wars: Supporting “Them” Over “Us” Until We’re Dead writing about another Hollywood film that has been nominated for multiple Academy Awards states:

This “them over us” attitude has penetrated mainstream entertainment, as the even more spoiled Hollywood Left portrays America as a place where an increasingly alien and monstrous “them” are to be embraced as being superior to us. For example, “The Shape Of Water,” a movie directed by Guillermo del Toro which was considered headed for a number of high awards. It is billed as a fairy tale romance between an American girl and an amphibious monster from the Amazon. This is not “Beauty and the Beast” where the beast is no such thing. Del Toro has taken “The Creature from the Black Lagoon” as his inspiration, turning it on its head. As he told NPR (Dec. 1), if the movie had been made in 1962, the year in which it is set, the government agent who captured the monster would be the hero, but now he is the villain. “And the image of the monster or ‘the other’ carrying the girl on his arms would be the image of horror.” In Del Toro’s imagined world, however, the girl falls in love with the monster and willing commits acts of bestiality with it. To Del Toro, “the moment she and the creature get together is done almost like a painting. It is so poetic and balletic that, you know, you never see anything shocking except the notion.” Yet, Del Toro is very frank about the nature of the creature, “He stays in its carnal form – an animal. And he still has a very controversial diet of raw protein that includes cats, you know? And he doesn’t get civilized and eat a cat with a fork and a knife.” The monster is also described as “ a god-like figure” which goes back to the long tradition of “the noble savage” who being closer to primitive nature sits on a higher plane than those of us who have succumbed to civilization.

As Stefan Molyneux an Irish-born Canadian author and commentator said, “History has been stolen from us and replaced with guilt inducing lies.”

Cecil B. DeMille, who gave us the 1956 Academy Award winning film The Ten Commandments, said, “Give me any two pages of the Bible and I’ll give you a picture.” Cecil B. DeMille also said, “It is impossible for us to break the law. We can only break ourselves against the law.” DeMille was speaking about God’s laws, the Ten Commandments, everyone one of which was broken by the characters in Three Billboards.

Isaiah 1:16-18 New King James Version (NKJV) reads:

16 “Wash yourselves, make yourselves clean;
Put away the evil of your doings from before My eyes.
Cease to do evil,
17 Learn to do good;
Seek justice,
Rebuke the oppressor;[a]
Defend the fatherless,
Plead for the widow.

18 “Come now, and let us reason together,”
Says the Lord,
“Though your sins are like scarlet,
They shall be as white as snow;
Though they are red like crimson,
They shall be as wool.

Perhaps McDonagh in particular and Hollywood in general should heed the Word of God?

Down The Rabbit Hole: The Occupation and Conquest of California

Down the rabbit hole is a metaphor for an adventure into the unknown. California is certainly a metaphor for an adventure in the now known outcomes of extreme progressive policies implemented by the Democratic Party.

The Republic of California has become the poster child for how far down the rabbit hole a state can go.

California has recently been plagued by massive wildfires consuming 1,381,405 acres of land, a spreading flu epidemic, earthquakes with more expected and moral scandals of Biblical proportions. Fiscally, California is insolvent. Some are even calling for the establishment, under the California Constitution, for a New State of California (video). California State Representative Ian C. Calderon (D-Whittier) has introduced  AB-1884 which inserts new language into the Retail Food section of the California Health and Safety Code, prohibiting restaurants from providing plastic straws to its customers. According to Snopes.com, “[V]iolations of which are misdemeanors ‘punishable by a fine of not less than $25 or more than $1,000, or by imprisonment in the county jail for a term not exceeding 6 months, or by both.’”

What has happened to the once beautiful and prosperous State of California?

Perhaps the below video of a California citizen cycling through Santa Ana in Orange County, California can enlighten us all:

Another issue is San Diego, California’s Chicano Park. Chicano (in North America) is a person of Mexican origin or descent, especially a man or boy. Until the late 1970s, Los Angeles’s Pico-Union district was populated by Mexican immigrants, Chicanos , African Americans, and European Americans.

Some citizens of San Diego are calling Chicano Park a “Huge monument honoring Communism and La Raza ultra nationalism.”

Looking at the murals in Chicano Park tell the story:

Note the United Farm Workers Union (UFW with black eagle) logo. The UFW is pro-open borders, pro-amnesty and pro-Dreamers.

Note the images of Ernesto “Che” Guevara, Fidel Castro and other revolutionaries on the mural. The phrase “La Lucha Cintinua” translated means “The Fight Continues.”

The saying translated reads “our sacred land Aztec Chicano Park.” The Chicano in the mural is holding a map showing the entire South West portion of the United States as part of Mexico.

California continues to go deeper and deeper into the rabbit hole. It’s policies have become extremist and the government more costly and controlling. California is now asking that all companies in the state give 50% of their federal tax refund to the keep the state government running. When will Californians wake up and take back their state?

More Than 500 Criminal Ex-DACA Recipients ‘At Large,’ Says Immigration Expert

More than 500 people who were removed from the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, their benefits “revoked due to criminal and/or gang involvement apparently are still living in the country and at large,” says the Center for Immigration Studies’ Jessica Vaughn in a blog post.

The nonprofit Center for Immigration Studies used statistics that Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, received from the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services in preparing the study.

“[Department of Homeland Security] knows who and where these criminal ex-DACA recipients are, and any implication to the contrary is misleading,” emails DHS spokeswoman Katie Waldman.

Beneficiaries of the DACA program are mostly young people brought to this country by their illegal immigrant parents.

According to USCIS, of the 2,127 DACA recipients whose participation in the program was revoked, only about 30 percent of ex-DACA criminal aliens were deported or were in Immigration and Customs Enforcement custody as of November 2017. ICE released 535 from its custody, while 940 have no record of removal, detention, or release by ICE.

The Center for Immigration Studies says that it’s possible and “even likely” that the reason ICE has not re-apprehended some of the ex-DACA criminals is because they were released by sanctuary jurisdictions—cities and counties that do not enforce federal immigration laws and shield illegal immigrants.

Citizenship and Immigration Services also released a list of more than 45 gangs with which the criminal former DACA recipients are affiliated. That list includes MS-13, the 18th Street gang, the Latin Kings, and the Trinitarios, some of the most violent gangs in the world, the Center for Immigration Studies says.

“Under current law, gang members are not automatically barred from receiving immigration benefits, such as green cards, work permits, and temporary protected status,” said the Center for Immigration Studies’ Jessica Vaughan, adding that many of them have “clearly” received some of those benefits in recent years.

President Donald Trump made cracking down on illegal immigration a top issue in the 2016 campaign. According to the White House website, one of the president’s top priorities is to “[p]revent gang members from receiving immigration benefits.”

One bill aimed at addressing illegal immigration is the Securing America’s Future Act. The bill would grant amnesty to DACA recipients, but bars illegal immigrants involved in gang activities from receiving immigration benefits.

Despite the bill’s granting amnesty to DACA recipients, NumbersUSA—an organization that says it has been “at the forefront of mobilizing grassroots opposition to every amnesty proposal since 1996”—supports it.

Roy Beck, the founder of NumbersUSA, cited the bill’s provisions requiring employers to use an electronic system for verifying the eligibility of job applicants to work in the United States.

E-Verify would “turn off the jobs magnet for future illegal immigration,” he added.

Photo released after 12-years of then U.S. Senator Obama and Louis Farrakhan

 in a Talking Points Memo (TPM) article titled “The Photo That Never Saw The Light of Day: Obama With Farrakhan In 2005” released a photo taken by Askia Muhammad of then Democrat U.S. Senator Barack Obama and Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan.

The photo above was hidden for 12 years and has now been released in Askia Muhammad’s autobiography. 

Pictured from left to right are: Minister Farrakhan’s son-in-law, Leonard Farrakhan Muhammad; His son and security chief, Mustapha Farrakhan; U. S. Sen. A journalist announced last week that he will publish a photograph of then-Illinois Sen. Barack Obama (D) and Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan that he took in 2005 at a Congressional Black Caucus meeting, but did not make public because he believed it would have “made a difference” to Obama’s political future.

The photographer, Askia Muhammad, told the Trice Edney News Wire that he “gave the picture up at the time and basically swore secrecy.”

Reached by TPM on Thursday, Muhammad said a “staff member” for the CBC contacted him “sort of in a panic” after he took the photo at a caucus meeting in 2005. TPM has published the photo above [featured photo] with Muhammad’s permission.

TPM learned about the photograph and Muhammad’s upcoming book from a write-up in Richard Prince’s Journal-isms newsletter.

The Discover the Networks profile on Louis Farrakhan notes:

In the 1960s Farrakhan developed a strong enmity toward fellow NOI [Nation of Islam] member Malcolm X, who backed a more moderate vision of black civil rights than did Farrakhan. When Malcolm in 1964 publicly revealed that NOI leader Elijah Muhammad had impregnated several of his teenage secretaries, Farrakhan, outraged at what he perceived to be Malcolm’s disloyalty, called him a traitor and denounced him in the NOI newspaper Muhammad Speaks: “Only those who wish to be led to hell, or to their doom, will follow Malcolm. The die is set, and Malcolm shall not escape, especially after such evil, foolish talk about his benefactor; such a man is worthy of death and would have been met with death if it had not been for Muhammad’s confidence in Allah for victory over his enemies.” Ten weeks later, on February 21, 1965, Malcolm X was killed in Harlem’s Audubon Ballroom by three gunmen with ties to NOI. According to Discover the Networks:

Farrakhan also has a long, well-documented history of venom-laced references to the “white devils” and Jewish “bloodsuckers” who purportedly decimate America’s black community from coast to coast. He has referred to Judaism as a “gutter religion,” and to Adolf Hitler as “a very great man“ — though he later claimed that he had meant only that Hitler was “wickedly great.” He has made innumerable statements depicting whites and Jews as loathsome, racist oppressors of blacks. [Emphasis added]

In March 2000 the Philadelphia Inquirer quoted Farrakhan saying, “White people are potential humans … they haven’t evolved yet.”

So we can now see why the Congressional Black Caucus did not want a picture of Louis Farrakhan entering one of their meetings hand in hand with Senator Barack Obama.

Cecile Richards Leaves Behind Brutal Legacy as She Steps Down From Planned Parenthood

Cecile Richards will leave behind a brutal legacy if she departs from her position as the president of Planned Parenthood.

Richards—who reportedly told the organization’s board Wednesday that she plans to step down—pioneered a company that has aborted 7,132,130 babies since Margaret Sanger’s founding of the abortion organization. Planned Parenthood doctors aborted more than 328,348 unborn babies in 2016, and killed 6,803,782 unborn babies between 1978 and 2016, according to CNS News.

Richards was at the forefront of mobilizing pro-abortion forces and promoting Planned Parenthood’s services, which include contraception, abortion pills, early abortions, and dismemberment abortions, in which clinicians rip the babies apart limb by limb before pulling them out of the uterus.

Richards’ leadership has seen Planned Parenthood’s other services continues to decline. The abortion giant performed more than 1 million breast exams in 1999, but only 363,803 in 2014. Planned Parenthood offered only one adoption referral for every 114 abortions in 2016. Record numbers of abortions also followed after medication abortions became available in 2000, according to Planned Parenthood’s 100 Years Strong timeline.

Former Planned Parenthood manager Ramona Trevino described the organization as “demonic,” and told The Daily Caller News Foundation that it grooms young girls as future abortion patients and promotes a promiscuous lifestyle. “We have monthly quotas to meet. They’re just numbers,” she said.

The organization ran 938 clinics in 1995 when Planned Parenthood was at its peak operational level, according to an American Life League report, all of which were responsible for killing thousands of unborn babies.

Richards’ retirement follows the FBI’s request for documents from the Senate Judiciary Committee, obtained from the committee’s investigation into Planned Parenthood’s fetal tissue dealings.

The investigation came after the Center for Medical Progress published a series of explosive videos in 2015 revealing that the abortion giant was harvesting and distributing aborted baby parts for research. Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley referred Planned Parenthood to the FBI at the conclusion of that investigation, saying his committee found evidence indicating the group was profiting.

New Jersey Middle School Sued For Instructing Students Islam Is The ‘True Faith’

ANN ARBOR, MI – The Thomas More Law Center (“TMLC”), a national nonprofit public interest law firm based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, filed a federal lawsuit yesterday evening in the New Jersey District Court against several officials and teachers of the Chatham Middle School and the School District of the Chathams, located in New Jersey.

The lawsuit, claiming several violations of the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, was filed on behalf of Libby Hilsenrath and her minor son. Seventh-grade students at Chatham Middle School were forced to endure Islamic propaganda and an explicit call to convert to Islam through a disturbing set of videos in their World Cultures and Geography class.

TMLC’s affiliated New Jersey attorney, Michael Hrycak, filed the lawsuit. TMLC staff attorney, Kate Oliveri, the principle drafter of the federal complaint, observed: “The Board of Education and other Defendants are waging a war against the religious protections afforded by the First Amendment. They attack religious liberty by enticing young school children with a direct call to convert to Islam and providing a step-by-step guide on how to effect that conversion.”

One of the videos, linked in this press release, seeks to convert students to Islam and is filled with the Islamic religious beliefs presented as facts, as well as pure Islamic propaganda.  This five-minute video ends with the prayer “May God help us all find the true faith, Islam. Ameen.” 

This video includes the following phrases as facts:

  • “Allah is the one God who created the heavens and the earth, who has no equal and is all powerful.”
  • “Muhammad (Peace be upon him) is the last & final Messenger of God. God gave him the Noble Quran.”
  • “Lo, We have sent thee (O Muhammad) with the truth, a bringer of glad tidings and a warner.”
  • “What is the Noble Quran? Divine Revelation sent to Muhammad (S) last Prophet of Allah. A Perfect guide for Humanity.”
  • “The Noble Quran: Guidance, Mercy and Blessing for all Mankind.”
  • “The Noble Quran: Without any doubt and an eloquent guide from Allah.”
  • “The Beautiful Quran: Guidance for the wise & sensible.”
  • “Islam: A shining beacon against the darkness of repression, segregation, intolerance and racism . . .”

This propaganda video also contains excerpts from the Quran stating that Islam is “perfected” religion and the only religion for mankind. And it ends with a call to conversion: “May God help us all find the true faith, Islam.”

However, just as shocking is the background music which includes the poem “Qaseedah Burdah” in Arabic, describing Christians and Jews as “infidels” and praising Muhammad in gruesome detail for slaughtering them:

  • “He [Muhammad] kept on encountering with them (infidels) in every battle until they looked like meat put on butcher’s bench (they were the lesson for those who were willing to encounter with the Muslims)” (parenthetical in original).
  • “It is as though the religion of Islam was a guest that visited every house of those (infidels and was) extremely desirous for the flesh of enemy. . .” (parenthetical in original).
  • “(The Muslims made their) white shining swords red (with the blood of infidels) after they were plunged; (and the majority of) enemies were having black hair (i.e., most of them were young).” (parenthetical in original).

Seventh-grade students were also instructed to view a subtle propaganda cartoon video, 5 Pillars, which included bright, multi-colored words quoting the Islamic conversion creed: “There is no god except Allah and Prophet Muhammad is His messenger.” The video concludes with text containing contact information for the students of Chatham Middle School to set up their own mosque tour.

Clearly, seventh graders were given a sugarcoated, false depiction of Islam. They were not informed of the kidnappings, beheadings, slave-trading, massacres, and persecution of non-Muslims, nor of the repression of women — all done in the name of Islam.

Richard Thompson, TMLC President and Chief Counsel remarked, “What would people say if our public schools taught Christianity as the true faith? After watching this video, I can’t imagine any reasonable person saying this is not Islamic indoctrination. Chatham Middle School made a mockery of the First Amendment’s Establishment Clause.”

Continued Thompson, “When Libby Hilsenrath brought her concerns to the school board’s attention, on February 6, 2017, they were disregarded. And when she appeared on the Tucker Carlson Show on February 20, 2017 to express her concerns to the Nation, the school community pilloried her. Clueless school administrators across our Nation are allowing this type of indoctrination to take place, and it’s up to vigilant and courageous parents like Libby Hilsenrath to stop it.”

Because of Libby Hilsenrath’s attempts to get the Board of Education to remove the videos and end the Islamic indoctrination of her son and the other seventh-grade students, she was subjected to a barrage of personal attacks from her own community: “hateful,” “ignorant,” “intolerant,” “racist,” “closed minded,” and the list goes on. These attacks significantly intensified after she appeared on the Tucker Carlson Show.

Powerful Republican Caucus Wants Vote on Rep. Bob Goodlatte’s Conservative DACA Bill

An influential caucus of conservative Republicans is pushing House Speaker Paul Ryan to hold a vote on an immigration reform bill that has emerged as a White House favorite.

The 150-member Republican Study Committee announced Tuesday that it endorses the Securing America’s Future Act, which gives legal status to certain younger illegal immigrants in exchange for a host of conservative immigration reforms.

Critically, the bill contains provisions on the three concessions demanded by President Donald Trump as part of amnesty for recipients of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program: border wall funding, limits on chain migration, and an end to the Diversity Visa Lottery.

The RSC’s steering committee voted to back the bill, co-authored by Rep. Bob Goodlatte, R-Va., chairman of the Judiciary Committee, and called for a floor vote in the House.

“The Securing America’s Future Act is the framework to strengthen border security, increase interior enforcement and resolve the DACA situation,” the steering committee said in a statement, according to CNN. “We believe an eventual stand alone floor vote is essential. We oppose any process for a DACA solution that favors a backroom deal with Democrats over regular order in the House.”

The RSC’s endorsement puts pressure on Ryan to bring forward a bill that is widely supported by immigration hawks and the White House, but that has little chance of garnering any Democratic votes in the Senate.

It also pushes the House farther from the immigration debate in the upper chamber, where moderate Republicans secured a commitment from the party’s leadership to open floor debate on DACA if a deal is not made in the next government funding bill due Feb. 8.

The Securing America’s Future Act—also authored by Reps. Mike McCaul of Texas, Raul Labrador of Idaho, and Martha McSally of Arizona—goes beyond the Trump administration’s DACA demands. The bill tacks on mandatory e-Verify, punishments for sanctuary cities, tighter asylum standards, and significant cuts to legal immigration levels.

The legislation has been endorsed by groups that favor tighter limits on immigration, such as the Center for Immigration Studies and NumbersUSA.

The bill does not have unanimous support in the House Republican caucus, however. Some moderates have dismissed the proposal because it does not offer a path to citizenship for former DACA recipients, only a renewable legal status that includes work authorization.

Rep. Mark Walker, R-N.C., who leads the Republican Study Committee, says the bill will likely need some modifications to get to a majority of 218 votes. But he said he believes House leadership should use it as a starting point for DACA negotiations.

“The only other things that we have seen out there are pieces of legislation that, though well-intended, may garner 20 or 25 Republican votes here or there,”  Walker said Tuesday, according to CNN. “That’s why we believe this is the framework to get things moving.”
