‘Let Them Eat Cake Moment’: Fox Guest Tears Into Biden’s Fundraiser Raising Millions As Americans Are ‘Suffering’

Project 21 Chairman Horace Cooper tore into President Joe Biden’s recent star-studded fundraiser Friday on Fox News, calling out that Americans are “suffering” while the Democratic Party raises millions.

Cooper appeared on “Hannity” to discuss Biden’s record breaking fundraiser Thursday evening which raised $26 million, as he spoke alongside former Presidents Barack Obama and Bill Clinton. However, Biden received backlash from former President Donald Trump and other Republicans as his event because it was the same day as slain New York Police Department officer Jonathan Diller’s wake, in which he only offered condolences to the family while speaking with Democratic New York City Mayor Eric Adams.

Cooper called out the “moment” from Biden to boast about the fundraiser as America’s economic peril continues to affect millions of Americans. Cooper continued to call out Biden’s actions in comparison to Trump, stating that under the former president’s administration people had “prospered.”

“What we saw last night was the president’s ‘let them eat cake’ moment. Millions of Americans are suffering because of the mismanagement of this economy. I say this frequently. We’re seeing record numbers of foreclosures, people are having their cars repossessed, we are seeing a silent job loss because the reports are now showing that the actual growth in employment is in part-time jobs, not in full-time jobs. It is totally and completely unseemly, in this economic environment, for our president to say that we’re going to try to set the record for the amount raised. No money to help people buy eggs and bacon. No money to make sure that people can afford gasoline,” Cooper stated.

“When President Trump was in charge, millions of Americans, the majority of Americans, succeeded. They prospered. They were able to purchase cars. They were able to get homes. It is remarkable the divergence between the real priorities of this president that we have and his challenger, former President Trump, who was willing to take time and contribute to pay off the mortgage of that slain officer’s family. What a contrast.”

Biden’s reelection campaign held its fundraiser at the Radio City Music Hall Thursday evening, with celebrities including Queen Latifah, Lizzo, Ben Platt, Cynthia Erivo, Lea Michele and late night host Stephen Colbert all scheduled to take the stage.

Following the event, Trump called out Biden over his response to Diller’s death, as the former president attended the slain officer’s wake Thursday afternoon. Nassau County executive Bruce Blakeman, who was also in attendance at the wake, stated that Trump was a “source of comfort” for Diller’s family as he addressed each family member individually to offer “his condolences.” Blakeman additionally stated that prior to Trump’s exit from the wake, over 200 guests in attendance had given the former president “a rousing ovation.”

Notably, Democratic New York Governor Kathy Hochul was reportedly denied entrance into the second day of Diller’s wake Friday, as video footage shows Hochul turning away after a man confronted her near the entrance.

FBI Shows Up To Oklahoma Woman’s House, Questions Her About Social Media Posts: REPORT

Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) agents reportedly launched an investigation in Oklahoma to look into social media posts, Fox News reported Saturday.

Rolla Abdeljawad reported an unexpected visit by FBI agents concerning her social media activity, according to Fox News. The agents reportedly visited her home and inquired about her posts following alerts from Facebook. Abdeljawad, who sought to confirm the agents’ identity by asking them to display their badges on camera, shared her experience through a video uploaded by her lawyer, Hassan Shibly, on the social media platform X.

“Facebook gave us a couple of screenshots of your account,” one agent said in the video. To which Abdeljawad replied with “So we no longer live in a free country, and we can’t say what we want?” “No, we totally do,” another agent wearing a red shirt said.

“We do this every day, all day long. It’s just an effort to keep everybody safe and make sure nobody has any ill will,” one agent then told the woman.

In a caption, Shibly advised the public on what to do in these situations. “What she did right: 1. Refuse to speak to them without a lawyer. 2. Refuse to let them in her house. 3. Record the interaction,” the lawyer wrote on X. “What she did wrong: 1. Exit her house. Do not let them in your house if they do not have a warrant but do not exit your house either.”

The specific posts that caught the FBI’s eye are unknown. Yet, Abdeljawad’s outspoken posts against the Gaza conflict, criticizing Israel and showing support for Palestine, are well-documented on her Facebook, according to Fox News.

“Israhelli terrorist filth,” she said in one post, Fox News reported. “They think Ramadan is a weakness for Muslims not, realizing Ramadan is the strength. #FreePalestine May Allah destroy every single despicable zionist, their supporters and backers. Ameen [sic].”

“Don’t fall for their games. Our community is being watched & they are just waiting for any reason to round us up,” Abdeljawad wrote on March 24, according to Fox News. “If you’re Muslim and/or pro-pal consider all your media accounts, Google searches, mail, messenger, local mosques & political events monitored. #NYC #usa #PoliceState #FreePalestine.”

The Daily Caller has reached out to the FBI for comments but has yet to receive a response.

Seeding Race Wars

CHAPTER 12: Seeding Race Wars — Space Is No Longer the Final Frontier—Reality Is [forthcoming release May 2024]

Globalism is a replacement ideology that seeks to reorder the world into one singular, planetary Unistate, ruled by the globalist elite. The globalist war on nation-states cannot succeed without collapsing the United States of America. The long-term strategic attack plan moves America incrementally from constitutional republic to socialism to globalism to feudalism. The tactical attack plan uses asymmetric psychological and informational warfare to destabilize Americans and drive society out of objective reality into the madness of subjective reality. America’s children are the primary target of the globalist predators.

James Lindsay’s analysis of Woke Marxism (Chapter 11) is supported by the extraordinary Testimony of Dr. Bella Dodd to HUAC in 1953.[i] The U.S. House of Representatives formed the House Un-American Activities Committee (HUAC) in 1938 to look into subversive activity by private citizens. Bella Dodd (1904–1969) was a New York teacher, lawyer, labor union activist, and high-ranking member of the Communist Party USA in the 1930s and 1940s. She speaks candidly about her idealism; her seduction into the Communist Party as a young woman; and her growing disillusionment, disaffection, and final ardent anti-communist stance.

Bella Dodd testifies with an experienced insider’s voice, exposing the fundamental deceit of communism in her very personal and powerful sworn statement. She explains how millions of Americans, herself included, were sucked into communism with slogans and generalizations—seduced by feelings, not facts. Excerpts from her testimony are particularly relevant today:

Take, for instance, the whole question of antifascism. The Communist Party in this country set itself up as the one organization that was fighting fascism. Very few other organizations gave them a battle for that, and so the Americans got to feeling, “These are the anti-Fascists.”

We only learn now, after reading documents captured by the American soldiers in Germany, that throughout the time the Communists were calling themselves “anti-Fascists,” they were working with the German high brass while Hitler was in power…. Well, they took the anti-Fascist slogan and made themselves the protagonists of antifascism.

They did the same thing with the word “democracy.” It became very difficult to oppose them because they posed everything in terms of the word “democracy.” … (pp. 1746–1747)

They divide your loyalty to the “country” from loyalty to the “people.” They say, “We are the greatest Americans there are. We believe in supporting the people.”

Who are the people? They are for the class society—for the proletariat. They say, “The working class makes up 98 percent of the people. Therefore, we, in our desire to protect the people, are the greatest democrats that there are.” But they forget to tell you that as far as they are concerned, before they are through taking power, they will kill off large sections of the working class if it doesn’t go along with their program…. (p. 1748)

There is no more depressing problem than the way the party uses the minority groups for the purpose of creating chaos and division among the people, creating fear and hatred among themselves in order that the many Communist organizations may promote the things in which they are interested…. (p. 1755)

You know there is a strategy of the party and tactics of the party. The strategy of the party is world revolution. In a country like the United States which is in preparation, a non-Communist country, this country is being prepared for revolution. The revolution may not be a bloody one, it may be like the one they had in Czechoslovakia where they opened the doors to the Soviet Union…. (p. 1757)

I think there is a responsibility at present in America, the intellectuals, the professional people in America have a special responsibility because they are the ones who have been used…. They are being used in order to divide and to confuse and to create chaos in American public opinion…. (p. 1765)

The American teachers have to understand that education must have a basic philosophy and they must themselves drink deep of the political genius of America as embodied in the Declaration of Independence and the Bill of Rights.

They must have a philosophy consonant with the Hebraic-Christian tradition, which has been the basis of western civilization. I think teachers must understand they are the guardians of America’s future….

The Communist does not believe in the right of the individual. They believe only in the right of the collective. The individual is only part of a collective group, and whenever he doesn’t move according to the collective, he is ousted from the group…. (p. 1772)

There is no doubt in my mind that Czechoslovakia didn’t fall before an armed force, but fell because the intellectuals and professional groups in Czechoslovakia came to the conclusion that communism was their salvation. They are the ones who opened the door to the Soviet Union. It is quite possible in the United States to have—it is not a difficult thing for a country to fall. It isn’t a question—we must get away from the idea that a country falls by guns alone. A country falls when we adopt Communist ideas and move in the direction of communism. The battle for America is house by house, street by street, city by city…. It is not up to teachers alone, but to each mother and father. Each person within our country has the job of defeating Communist ideas…. (pp. 1773–1774)

Bella Dodd testified before HUAC in 1953, the same year Norman Dodd (Chapter 9) made the stunning discovery that American philanthropic organizations were generously supporting communist causes in the United States. In both cases, education was identified as the chosen vehicle for dismantling the societal infrastructure of the United States.

I could find no connection between Bella Dodd and Norman Dodd outside of their ideological warnings of the existential danger of communism to American freedom and the insidious communist infiltration spreading throughout American life.

Today, communism, philanthrocapitalism (discussed fully in Chapter 25), and education intersect in the prevailing Marxist critical race theory that is battering society and threatening America with societal collapse.

The purpose of all the species of Marxist critical theories is total destruction of the established social norms in the targeted society. To help people understand the destructive seeds of Marxist critical race theory (CRT), investigative journalist Christopher F. Rufo lists nine key concepts in his anti-CRT Parent Guidebook: Fighting Critical Race Theory in K–12 Schools.[ii] All of these concepts are being planted in children’s fertile minds in American schools. Marxist critical theories are not to be confused with critical thinking.

Race essentialism: Critical race theory reduces individuals to the quasi-metaphysical categories of “blackness” and “whiteness” and then loads those categories with value connotations—positive traits are attributed to “blackness” and negative traits are attributed to “whiteness.” Although some critical race theorists formally reject race essentialism [the belief that human identity and behavior are genetically race-based], functionally they often use these categories as malicious labels that erase individual identities.

Collective guilt: Critical race theory claims that individuals categorized as “white” are inherently responsible for injustice and oppression committed by white populations in the past. This concept is sometimes framed as “white guilt,” “white shame,” and “white complicity,” which are psychological manifestations of collective guilt.

Opposition to equality under the law: Critical race theorists explicitly reject the principle of equality under the law, including the Fourteenth Amendment and the Civil Rights Act of 1964. They argue that legal equality, nondiscrimination, and colorblindness are mere “camouflages” used to uphold white supremacist structures.

Opposition to meritocracy: Critical race theorists oppose meritocracy, especially standardized testing and competitive admissions in the education system. They claim that meritocracy is a mechanism to uphold racist structures and is derived from “racism, nativism, and eugenics.”

Active racial discrimination: Critical race theorists believe that the state must actively discriminate against racial groups that are deemed “privileged,” meaning whites and sometimes Asians. Critical race theorists support policies such as racial quotas, race-based benefits, and race-based redistribution of wealth.

Restriction of free speech: Critical race theorists believe that the First Amendment serves to advance the interests of white supremacy and systemic racism under the guise of freedom of speech. They argue that the government should restrict freedom of speech that is “racist” or “hateful.”

Abolition of whiteness: Critical race theorists believe that society should work to “abolish the white race.” Although they often insist that this means dismantling cultural constructions associated with white identity, this language often adopts tropes associated with race eliminationism.

Neo-segregation: Critical race theorists endorse a new form of racial segregation—often called “racial affinity groups” or “racial caucuses”—with separate meetings, facilities, living quarters, and training programs for whites and racial minorities. The assumption is that whites must “do the work” to address their “internalized racial superiority,” and racial minorities must be protected from invasive “whiteness.”

Anti-capitalism: Critical race theorists have adopted the core Marxist position of anti-capitalism, arguing that America is an “imperialist white supremacist capitalist patriarchy.” They argue that “whiteness, initially constructed as a form of racial identity, evolved into a form of property,” allowing whites to extend domination from slavery into the free-market society. The solution is to redistribute private property and dismantle the system of capitalism.

All nine concepts are racist. All nine concepts are rooted in false assumptions that do not comport with objective reality. All nine concepts are anti-American. All nine concepts have their existence only in the subjective reality of radical leftist activism. All nine concepts begin grooming America’s children—in kindergarten!—to become anti-American racists. If children are white, they are told they are oppressors, conditioned to feel shame, and groomed to feel inferior. If children are black, they are told they are victims, conditioned to feel anger, and groomed to feel superior. The racist political indoctrination seeded in kindergarten is cultivated all the way through high school and university.

Children graduating from programs designed to create divisiveness and anger are like pit bulls groomed for blood sports. Pit bulls were originally bred for bullbaiting. Now outlawed in most countries, bullbaiting was an extremely cruel sport in which several dogs attacked a tied-up bull until the poor animal collapsed from his injuries. Participating animals were wounded, killed, or eaten. Bullbaiting was done strictly for sport, and only the organizers profited from it.

So it is with critical race theory; only the leadership benefits from this cruel blood sport. Racial discrimination is loathsome and has been outlawed in the United States since the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Racism was malevolent when it was practiced against blacks, and it is equally malevolent as it is being practiced today against whites. It is completely out of touch with reality to claim that only white people can be racist. Racism is racism, no matter who is practicing it. Critical race theory is racist indoctrination and an egregious attack on a child’s ability to test reality.

Republican senator Marsha Blackburn of Tennessee is vehemently opposed to critical race theory. On July 12, 2021, Senator Blackburn posted a disturbing column on her website: “Why Is Critical Race Theory Dangerous for Our Kids?[iii]

For months, parents have raised the alarm about the left’s effort to brainwash our children by injecting Critical Race Theory (CRT) into public school curriculum. One Tennessee mom recently warned Williamson County parents that her seven-year-old daughter came home from school saying, “I’m ashamed that I’m White.” Her daughter asked, “Is there something wrong with me? Why am I hated so much?” This reaction is reason enough to start asking questions, but those who have yet to investigate the tenets of CRT will be shocked to know that this child’s distress was the desired result of her lessons. If left unchecked, this mental and emotional trauma will worm its way into every classroom in America.

Although promoted as “anti-racist” civil rights education, CRT actively encourages discrimination. At its core, CRT segregates people into two main categories: oppressors or victims. The calculation is based solely on skin color. The tenets of CRT stretch far beyond the humanities. In some classrooms in Oregon and California, students operate under the understanding that “finding the right answer” in mathematics is racist. “Right” and “wrong” answers are deemed a product of white supremacy. The woke gymnastics required to reach such a conclusion would be amusing if this destructive ideology didn’t pose such a danger to education in America.

We can all agree that racism and discrimination are wrong and have no place in the classroom—but neither does racially motivated propaganda. In the U.S. Senate, I’ve been leading the charge for true equality in the classroom. I led legislation prohibiting federal funding of the “1619 Project,” which reframes American history in terms of racial conflict and oppression. I also joined my Senate colleagues in demanding that Critical Race Theory’s prejudicial influence be kept out of K–12 classrooms….

Children should not be forced to endure this latest round of revisionist history, but it will take more than letters and legislation to keep CRT out of the classroom. Parents need to keep showing up to school board meetings and reporting discriminatory conduct.

The last thing educators should be doing is encouraging our children to be ashamed of the color of their skin. That same Williamson County mom who warned about the dangers of CRT was left with no choice but to put her seven-year-old in therapy. Why? “She is depressed. She doesn’t want to go to school.” While parents struggle to help their children manage the mental and emotional damage inflicted by this dangerous ideology, the left will continue to re-write our education system to fit their woke agenda—and they won’t stop until CRT is in every classroom in America.

In February 2020, North Carolina’s largest school district, the Wake County Public School System, held an equity-themed teachers’ conference with over 200 teachers in attendance that launched a campaign against “whiteness in educational spaces.” A March 17, 2021, article by Christopher F. Rufo, published in City Journal, describes this “Subversive Education.”[iv] Epitomizing Marxist equivocation, the district’s antiracism narrative is wholly racist.

At the first session, “Whiteness in Ed Spaces,” school administrators provided two handouts on the “norms of whiteness.” These documents claimed that “(white) cultural values” include “denial,” “fear,” “blame,” “control,” “punishment,” “scarcity,” and “one-dimensional thinking.” According to notes from the session, the teachers argued that “whiteness perpetuates the system” of injustice and that the district’s “whitewashed curriculum” was “doing real harm to our students and educators.” The group encouraged white teachers to “challenge the dominant ideology” of whiteness and “disrupt” white culture in the classroom through a series of “transformational interventions.”

Parents, according to the teachers, should be considered an impediment to social justice. When one teacher asked, “How do you deal with parent pushback?” the answer was clear: ignore parental concerns and push the ideology of antiracism directly to students. “You can’t let parents deter you from the work,” the teachers said. “White parents’ children are benefiting from the system” of whiteness and are “not learning at home about diversity (LGBTQ [lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer/questioning], race, etc.).” Therefore, teachers have an obligation to subvert parental wishes and beliefs. Any “pushback,” the teachers explained, is merely because white parents fear “that they are going to lose something” and find it “hard to let go of power [and] privilege.”

This isn’t an aberration. In fact, the district’s official Equity in Action plan encourages teachers to override parents in the pursuit of antiracism. “Equity leaders [should] have the confidence to take risks and make difficult decisions that are rooted in their values,” the document reads. “Even in the face of opposition, equity leaders can draw on a heartfelt conviction for what is best for students and families.” In other words, the school should displace the family as the ultimate arbiter of political morality.

The reformulation of American education into subversive education is evidence that the final stage of Outcome-Based Education, Transformational Education, is here. The goal of Transformational Education is to change children’s values, and critical race theory is the weapon of choice for American Marxists determined to collapse America from within.

The nuclear family is the societal infrastructure of our constitutional republic. Globalism, a binary sociopolitical system of rulers and ruled, makes no space for the nuclear family because it is a competing ideology. The globalist strategic plan is to destroy the American family in order to destroy America. The tactical plan is to divide and conquer. Subversive education is the weapon, students are the target, and teachers are the foot soldiers.

Subversive education separates children ideologically from their parents and creates family strife. Reformulated educational content replaces American meritocracy with racism, and equal opportunity with equal outcome (equity). It foments family discord and race-based divisiveness. The war effort is facilitated by Marxist publishers of textbooks and teaching materials, and the radical leftist National Education Association of American teachers. The globalist War on America is being fought inside classrooms and inside your child’s mind, by a corrupt and politicized anti-American education industry.

Children are being conditioned to reject parental authority and accept the authority of government schools. The destructive seeds of Marxist critical race theory are planted in children’s minds to produce activist voters who will embrace anti-American racist ideology, collapse America from within with their votes, and then sustain the globalist Unistate ideologically.

Like pit bulls, your children are being groomed to fight for the benefit of the globalists. But in order to become indoctrinated, anti-American, activist voters, they must be deprived of the basic foundational educational skills of reading, writing, and arithmetic. They must become illiterate tools of the revolution, dumbed down and bereft of critical-thinking skills.

Children spend hours each day in the world of subjective reality created in their classrooms by activist teachers. Parents living in objective reality will necessarily be in conflict with their indoctrinated children, and with the teachers who are indoctrinating them. The world of objective reality is being attacked by the world of subjective reality on the battlefield of your child’s mind.

What Jesus’s Resurrection Accomplished

All over the world, Christians will, this weekend, celebrate the astounding truth that a crucified rabbi was raised from the dead and, equally astonishing, would never die again.

It’s worth asking why we regard the resurrection of Christ as so important. Why did Paul tell the Corinthians, “If Christ has not been raised, then our preaching is in vain and your faith is in vain” (I Corinthians 15:19)?

The resurrection of Jesus was, first, a vindication. It demonstrated that He was both sinless man and fully God. The apostle Paul explains that “sin came into the world through one man [Adam] and death through sin, and so death spread to all men because all men sinned” (Romans 5:12). Our inheritance from Adam is not only physical existence but spiritual death. A morally perfect man, set in a flawless, sin-absent environment, deliberately chose to rebel against his Creator. He was a “test case,” humanity’s representative before God. In other words, Adam demonstrated that inevitably, all would sin and, therefore, God rightly judged us all in him.  From our first father, we have inherited a tainted nature, an insistent pulling away from our Maker.

Through Adam, then, we also inherit death, both temporal and eternal. “The wages of sin” — the appropriate payment for our evil and evil-doing – “is death” (Romans 6:23a). If this is the case, and if there is nothing we can do to satisfy God’s just demand for moral perfection, we are unavoidably doomed.

So, then, in what way was Jesus’s resurrection a vindication? Had He not been morally perfect, He would have remained in the tomb. But if death is the fruit of sin, then the Sinless One could not but be raised. His resurrection proves His perfection. Christ is the “second Adam,” the One Who did not fail the lifelong test of complete obedience to the Father (I Corinthians 15:45). And, of course, as fully God in human flesh, death had no hold on Him. Jesus Himself declared, “No one takes [My life] from Me, but I lay it down of My own accord. I have authority to lay it down, and I have authority to take it up again. This charge I have received from my Father” (John 10:18).

Second, Jesus’s resurrection was a victory — indeed, the greatest and most comprehensive victory in the history of the universe. Part of this victory was the Lord Jesus’s triumph over the author of death, “that ancient serpent called the devil, or Satan, who leads the whole world astray” (Revelation 12:9). On the cross, Christ “became sin for us” (II Corinthians 5:21), on our behalf experiencing the full and righteous rage of the Father against all human sin. Having taken the penalty for our sin, He said, “It is completed,” a reference to the fulfillment of all the Old Testament prophesies about the Messiah.

Put simply, Jesus won: He defeated death. He defeated Satan and his forces. He fulfilled His Messianic mission. By His atoning death on a Roman cross, the eternal debt of punishment we owe an infinitely holy God was “paid in full.” By deciding to place our trust in Christ alone, believing that His substitution for us on the cross met completely the demand of the Father that payment be made for our deep moral sickness, we can experience new and eternal life in His presence. This is the new, second birth. Paul puts it much better than me:

“And you, who were dead in your trespasses … God made alive together with Him, having forgiven us all our trespasses, by canceling the record of debt that stood against us with its legal demands. This He set aside, nailing it to the cross. He disarmed the rulers and authorities and put them to open shame, by triumphing over them in Him” (Colossians 2:13-15).

Finally, the resurrection of Jesus was vibrant. Our word “vibrant” comes from a Latin term referring to something being shaken back and forth. It was a metaphor for energy and life and vitality. So with the resurrection of Jesus: “We know that Christ, being raised from the dead, will never die again; death no longer has dominion over Him. For the death He died He died to sin, once for all, but the life He lives He lives to God” (Romans 6:9-10). This is why those who have been born a second time can “walk in newness of life” (Romans 6:4), our sins forgiven, our hope sure, our joyous eternal destiny awaiting us.

We still live in a world where the ugly taint of sin permeates. All who have lost loved ones, who themselves are suffering, who know disappointment and betrayal, trauma, and pain, long for the day when all things will be made new. Yet even in our experience of time and fallenness, we can still rejoice. The vaporous life we now know has been “swallowed up in victory” — Christ’s and, through Him, ours.

This is why Jesus could say, “In the world you will have tribulation, but be of good cheer — I have overcome the world” (John 16:33). In Him, in His resurrection from the dead, so have we.

He is risen — He is risen indeed!

Why Democracy Leads to Tyranny

“Remember Democracy never lasts long. It soon wastes exhausts and [destroys] itself. . .It is in vain to Say that Democracy is … less proud, less selfish, less ambitious or less avaricious than Aristocracy or Monarchy. It is not true in Fact and no where appears in history. Those Passions are the same in all Men under all forms of Simple Government, and when unchecked, produce the same Effects of Fraud Violence and Cruelty.”

Letter from John Adams to John Taylor, December 1814

In every age there is a set of beliefs that are elevated to a sacred status and questioning them is deemed heretical. For centuries it was the dogmas of Christianity that possessed this status, today it is the dogma of the democratic state. Democracy, as currently practiced, is the greatest form of government and anyone who denies this commits blasphemy – or so we are taught. But just as much of the Christian dogma was a veil to protect the power of the Church, the same can be said about democracy. Democracy, with its political campaigns, elections, and the illusion of rule by the people, is a veil behind which politicians and bureaucrats parasitically enrich themselves while imposing their corrupt vision of society on the rest of us. In this video we explore some of the fatal flaws of modern democracy and explain how instead of promoting social flourishing, it has given rise to a form of soft totalitarianism.

“Conceived as the foundation of liberty, modern democracy paves the way for tyranny. Born for the purpose of standing as a bulwark against Power, it ends by providing Power with the finest soil it has ever had in which to spread itself over the social field.”

Bertrand de Jouvenel, On Power

There are many institutions that are necessary for a free and prosperous society; these include free markets, the division of labour, a rule of law that promotes order and trust, strong families, sound money, a school system that educates instead of indoctrinates, and a robust media that pursues the truth instead of spreading propaganda. If a democracy preserves these institutions, then one can claim that it is a form of political organization conducive to social harmony. But if a democracy continually produces governments that destroy these institutions, then the value of democracy must be questioned. Across the globe, the governments of most democracies are doing the latter – from the family unit, to schooling, the media, free markets, sound money, or the rule of law, politicians and bureaucrats are actively destroying, or at least severely corrupting, these institutions. Why is this? What are the flaws of modern-day democracies that are leading it to manifest such corrupt governments?

To answer this question, we must distinguish between two types of democracy: direct democracy and indirect democracy. A direct democracy involves citizens casting votes on specific issues, usually by means of a referendum. In a direct democracy majority rules. Whether one views this form of political organization in a positive or negative light will usually depend on if one belongs to the majority or minority. Those in the majority tend to believe that direct democracy is a good system as it leads to the satisfaction of their wants, while those in the minority often feel that direct democracy is nothing more than a tyranny of the masses. “Democracy is two wolves and a lamb voting on what they are going to have for lunch,” Benjamin Franklin famously remarked. While the 19th century British politician Auberon Herbert had this to say concerning the morality of a direct democracy:

“Five men are in a room. Because three men take one view and two another, have the three men any moral right to enforce their view on the other two men? What magical power comes over the three men that because they are one more in number than the two men, therefore they suddenly become possessors of the minds and bodies of these others? As long as they were two to two, so long we supposed each man remained master of his own mind and body; but from the moment that another man, acting Heaven only knows from what motives, has joined himself to one party or the other, that party has become straightaway possessed of the souls and bodies of the other party. Was there ever such a degrading and indefensible superstition?”

Auberon Herbert, The Right and Wrong of Compulsion by the State

A tyranny of the masses, however, is not the most serious threat facing the West as we live in indirect democracies which render most people politically impotent and the power of the masses relatively negligible. In an indirect, or representational democracy, we vote for politicians who are then, in theory, supposed to represent our interests. But how representational democracy should work in theory, is not how it works in practice. In almost all democratic countries a small number of political candidates are preselected by a handful of political parties that monopolize each country’s political system and from these candidates we vote for the ones we prefer, or at least dislike the least. Once elected, far from being forced to represent the interests of the majority, politicians can, and frequently do, serve their own interests. Or as Frank Karsten and Karel Beckman note in their book Beyond Democracy:

“It is not ‘the will of the people’, but the will of politicians – prompted by groups of professional lobbyists, interest groups and activists – that reigns in a democracy.”

Frank Karsten and Karel Beckman, Beyond Democracy

Many will counter that a benefit of an indirect democracy is that we can vote out the corrupt politicians who fail to serve us. The problem, however, is that modern democracies rarely produce honest and ethical political candidates. Each time one corrupt politician is voted out of office, he or she is replaced by another corrupt politician who merely serves different special interest groups. Furthermore, nation states have grown so large that most of the state actors who rule over us and implement the policies that affect us on a day-to-day basis are bureaucrats who are not subject to popular elections.

And herein lies perhaps the most serious flaw of modern democracies – the democratic process seems incapable of preventing the worst from rising to the top in government. There are several factors that can account for this: Firstly, there is the corrupting nature of power.

“Unlimited power in the hands of limited people always leads to cruelty.”

Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn, The Gulag Archipelago

Or as Mikhail Bakunin wrote:

“However democratic may be their feelings and their intentions, once [politicians] achieve the elevation of office they can only view society in the same ways a schoolmaster views his pupils, and between pupils and masters equality cannot exist. On one side there is the feeling of a superiority that is inevitably provoked by a position of superiority; on the other side, there is a sense of inferiority which follows from the superiority of the teacher. . . Who-ever talks of political power talks of domination; but where domination exists there is inevitably a somewhat large section of society that is dominated. . .This is the eternal history of political power. . .”

Mikhail Bakunin, The Illusion of Universal Suffrage

Another factor that can account for the moral corruption of politicians is that like a moth to flame, the most ruthless and power-hungry among us are attracted to state power. Those who enter the game of politics are often the very individuals who we least want to rule over us, or as Frank Herbert wrote:

“All governments suffer a recurring problem: Power attracts pathological personalities. It is not that power corrupts but that it is magnetic to the corruptible.”

Frank Herbert, Chapterhouse: Dune

Another explanation for why the worst rise to the top in modern politics is because Machiavellian, narcissistic, and sociopathic character traits improve one’s chance of winning a political election or getting promoted to the position of a high-level bureaucrat. Or as the philosopher Hans Hermann Hoppe explains:

“. . . the selection of state rulers by means of popular elections makes it essentially impossible for harmless or decent persons to ever rise to the top. Presidents and prime ministers come into their position not owing to their status as natural aristocrats, as feudal kings once did . . .but as a result of their capacity as morally uninhibited demagogues. Hence, democracy virtually assures that only dangerous men will rise to the top of state government.”

Hans Hermann Hoppe, From Aristocracy to Monarchy to Democracy

Once in power these demagogues are effectively shielded from the wrath of the citizenry due to a mirage that is created by the dogma of democracy. Most people believe that in a democracy it is we the people that rule, and that as rulers we are collectively to blame for the corruption, ineptitude, and immorality of our government. This belief overlooks the fact that most of us have no impact on the actions of politicians and it diverts responsibility away from the politicians and bureaucrats who are responsible for the policies that are destroying society. Furthermore, when it is believed that we the people rule, our resistance toward the dangerous growth of state power is weakened, or as Hoppe explains:

“Under democracy the distinction between the rulers and the ruled becomes blurred. The illusion even arises that the distinction no longer exists: that with democratic government no one is ruled by anyone, but everyone instead rules himself. Accordingly, public resistance against government power is systematically weakened.”

Hans Hermann Hoppe, From Aristocracy to Monarchy to Democracy

This weakened resistance to the growth of state power has created a fertile ground for the emergence of totalitarian rule across the West. Many will counter that the democratic West is not at all like the totalitarian countries of the past, be it Soviet Russia, Communist China, Nazi Germany, Cuba, or North Korea. These countries centralized power and controlled the lives of their citizens to a degree never seen in history and to a level which far exceeds the experience of the modern West. But the centralization of government power in Western democracies, differs only in degree to that seen in the totalitarian countries of the 20th century. Western democracies are what can be called soft totalitarian states in contrast to the more brutal manifestations of totalitarianism past. In 1835 Alexis de Tocqueville foresaw the rise of soft totalitarianism in Western democracies and described it in his great work Democracy in America:

“After having…taken each individual one by one into its powerful hands, and having molded him as it pleases, the sovereign power extends its arms over the entire society; it covers the surface of society with a network of small, complicated, minute, and uniform rules, which the most original minds and the most vigorous souls cannot break through to go beyond the crowd; it does not break wills, but it softens them, bends them and directs them; it rarely forces action, but it constantly opposes your acting…it hinders, it represses, it enervates, it extinguishes, it stupifies, and finally it reduces each nation to being nothing more than a flock of timid and industrious animals, of which the government is the shepherd.”

Alexis de Toqueville, Democracy in America

Prior to the rise of this soft totalitarianism, social relations were dominated by a multiplicity of different institutions and associations which were independent of government – such as markets, guilds, churches, private hospitals, universities, fraternities, charities, monasteries, and most importantly the “primal community of the family”. These independent associations and institutions, while providing great societal benefits, also acted as barriers to the expansion of government power. The destruction and replacement of these more diverse forms of community with relationships between the individual and the state, which began in the West in the 20th century and continues to this day, was a crucial step in the rise of governments who hide their totalitarian nature behind the veil of the democratic ideal. Or as Robert Nisbet wrote in The Quest for Community:

“It is not the extermination of individuals that is ultimately desired by totalitarian rulers. . . What is desired is the extermination of those social relationships which, by their autonomous existence, must always constitute a barrier to the achievement of the absolute political community. The prime object of totalitarian government thus becomes the incessant destruction of all evidence of spontaneous, autonomous association…To destroy or diminish the reality of the smaller areas of society, to abolish or restrict the range of cultural alternatives offered to individuals. . . is to destroy in time the roots of the will to resist despotism in its large forms.”

Robert NisbetThe Quest for Community

In places like Nazi Germany and Soviet Russia the destruction of institutions independent of the state was done quite rapidly and with the use of violence. The same process has been occurring in Western democracies, but at a slower pace and instead of violence, these alternative institutions are crippled with the use of propaganda, educational indoctrination, laws, regulations, and bureaucratic red tape. But no matter how totalitarianism emerges the result is always the same. Citizens becomes subjects, the state becomes the master, and even if we are still granted the right to vote, we are enslaved nonetheless, or as Lysander Spooner wrote:

“A man is none the less a slave because he is allowed to choose a new master once in a term of years.”

Lysander Spooner, The Constitution of No Authority

If our democracies cannot prevent the worst from rising to the top and if they cannot protect us from the rise of a soft totalitarianism, then democracy, as currently practiced, is a failed institutions and alternative forms of political organization must be explored and openly debated. Some may continue to hold out hope that a political savior will emerge, overcome all the corrupting influences of the state, and return society to a path of peace and prosperity. This, however, is to gamble with the future of society. For as we wait for our savior, who may never emerge, the state will continue to grow more and more burdensome, and then slowly at first, but ever more rapidly, our societies will deteriorate into the hellish conditions that characterize all totalitarian nations, for as James Kalb noted:

“If all social order becomes dependent on the administrative state, when that becomes terminally corrupt and non-functional everything goes.”

James Kalb, The Tyranny of Liberalism

IDF Releases Footage Of Fatal Drone Strike Of Senior Hezbollah Official Amid Deadly Day For Terror Organization

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) released footage of a drone strike that killed a senior Hezbollah official Friday in southern Lebanon.

The IDF named the man they killed as Ali Naim who was “the deputy commander of Hezbollah’s rocket unit,” according to Emanuel Fabian, a Times of Israel military correspondent.

The IDF claimed Naim was “considered to be a significant source of knowledge in the terror group, and leader in the field of rockets” and “one of the leaders for heavy-warhead rocket fire and responsible for conducting and planning attacks against Israeli civilians,” according to Fabian’s tweet. The tweet noted that Hezbollah acknowledged that Naim was killed but did not refer to his rank in their declaration.

The footage released by the IDF showed a car suddenly bursting into flames and debris being scattered from the impact site.

Hezbollah, a Lebanese-based terrorist organization, acknowledged that they had suffered six other losses in the course of “the last 12 hours,” according to Joe Truzman, a Foundation for Defense of Democracies senior analyst.

The tweet incorporated the images of the Hezbollah officials who were killed. Overall, Hezbollah has suffered around 270 dead by Israeli strikes, according to Deutsche Welle, since the terror organization opened fire on Israel on Oct. 8 out of solidarity with Hamas. The Israelis have suffered about a dozen military losses and a half dozen civilian deaths from Hezbollah’s attacks, the outlet noted.

Sara Tabrizi’s Tragic Death under the Iranian Ministry of Intelligence is a Call for Justice and Solidarity

Sara Tabrizi’s tragic death profoundly underscores the ongoing human rights violations and political repression in Iran, mainly targeting women and political dissidents.

In this heart-wrenching story that has shaken the world, we mourn the loss of Sara Tabrizi, a brave 20-year-old former political prisoner in Iran. Her untimely death, occurring just hours after her interrogation by the Ministry of Intelligence, has ignited a firestorm of outrage and condemnation from human rights activists and organizations worldwide. This tragic incident sheds light on the ongoing human rights violations and political repression in Iran, revealing a regime that operates with impunity, silencing dissent and perpetuating a culture of fear and intimidation.

Sara Tabrizi’s journey began as a courageous young woman who dared to challenge the oppressive regime in Iran. Faced with the brutal crackdown on dissent and political opposition, she found herself imprisoned in the notorious “Evin Prison,” a place where hope fades and dreams wither. Despite her unimaginable hardships, Sara remained resilient, refusing to be silenced.

On March 23, 2024, Sara was summoned to the Ministry of Intelligence, a summons that would mark the beginning of her tragic end. Interrogations in Iran have long been synonymous with torture, a grotesque practice used to extract confessions and intimidate political opponents. Sara’s case was no exception. She was subjected to unimaginable horrors, stripping her of her dignity and humanity. Hours later, she was found dead in her home, leaving behind a grieving family and a world demanding answers.

Sara’s death serves as a chilling reminder of the Iranian regime’s complete disregard for human rights. The international community must rise with a unified voice to condemn these actions and hold the Iranian regime accountable. We cannot turn a blind eye to the continuous violations and political repression that plague the lives of countless Iranians. It is our moral duty to demand justice for Sara and all those who have been unjustly persecuted.

The suspicions surrounding Sara Tabrizi’s death demand a thorough and independent investigation. The Iranian regime cannot be trusted to investigate themselves. The international community must rally behind this cause, applying relentless pressure on the Islamic regime to allow an impartial inquiry into the circumstances surrounding Sara’s death. Only through an independent investigation can truth, justice, and closure be achieved.

Sara’s tragic fate serves as a chilling reminder of the risks faced by those who dare to oppose the oppressive regime in Iran. Countless lives have been lost, disappearances have become commonplace, and arbitrary arrests continue to haunt the nation. We must stand in solidarity with the Iranian people, amplify their voices, and support their quest for freedom and democracy.

The United States and its European Allies must stop dealing and negotiating with the unelected terrorist regime of Iran, which has been holding a nation hostage for over forty-five years.  We must recognize the power of international solidarity. The Iranian people yearn for a future without fear, where their voices are heard and their dreams are realized. By standing united, we can create a powerful force in support of the Iranian s people to dislodge the Mullahs.

Like Mahsa AminiSara  Tabrizi’s tragic death serves as a reminder of the risks and consequences faced by those who dare to challenge the status quo in Iran and the importance of international solidarity in supporting the Iranian people in their quest for freedom.

To honor her memory, the international community must take a stand and condemn the ongoing human rights violations and political repression in Iran. Together, we can strive towards a future where no one lives in fear and where justice prevails for Sara and countless others who have suffered at the hands of an unjust regime.

The brave women of Iran will forever shine as beacons of hope and a source of inspiration to those worldwide who struggle for justice, equality, and liberty.

To Control or not to be Controlled, that is the Question

This past week my husband and I were in the car going food shopping. His phone was on the console. It was lunch time and he said we haven’t had pizza in a while, what do you say we stop for pizza? Before I could answer, his phone answered and started telling us all the different varieties of pizza and the closest places. I shut the phone off. I don’t know about you but I don’t want some device telling me what to do. Who is listening, nudging, guiding and controlling our thoughts, our actions?  Is that what they mean by AI? Is that our New World Order? Control by a device? Is that where we are headed? or are we already there and we don’t know it? Humanity controlled by technology. Aside from taking away my free thought, Who is doing the programming?  Is is someone from Orwell’s Ministry of Love? Is that is what your children learn in school. Don’t think, just press a button.

Aside from not learning to read and write, students no longer learn the scientific method which supports critical thinking, logic, reasoning and consequences. Students are trained to think as they are told while professors are paid to use computer programs to get the outcome desired for the grant that is funding their career. Deviate and say good bye to your career.

How do you get a consensus in science? Design a a grant to meet your agenda and pay the scientists to prove your desire outcome. Is this the “new” sustainable settled science? A science that no longer allows for multiple questions, multiple methods and multiple results. The whole purpose of science is to question for without questions, there is no learning, no growth.  No growth is the desired results, Sustainability means: NO GROWTH.  The Globalist Utopia is: Everyone thinking the same. Everyone acting the same. Everyone having the same. Everyone eating the same in a world of limited population, resources and power. Except of course the leaders.

Man Made Climate Change is a perfect example.  Every time I debate Man Made Climate Change I wind up in the same place with no answers because I question outside the sound bite.  Let’s face it, the people trying to manage the decline of America are evil and practicing some form of communism. We all must believe the same or we are outcasts.  So if you want to see their limited knowledge and stump the globalists, I suggest you ask a few simple questions:

QUESITON: What part of the atmosphere is CO2?

ANSWER: .035-.04%

QUESTION: What would happen if you get to Net Zero CO2?

ANSWER: All living things will die

QUESTION: Is CO2 the result or cause of warming?

ANSWER: The result. You can’t be a cause and result at the same time.

Look at their charts and graphs. Most only go back 140 years. If they tell you , now is the coldest /warmest on record, ask how old is the record?  Make them go back to the climate of 1920-30. Less people, less industry but yet it was much colder or warmer.  The driver of our climate is the SUN along with other variables like, water vapor, clouds, gravity, mostly from mother nature. Way down on the bottom of the heap is man. So why is climate blamed on us, CONTROL.  If they can scare you they can control you. Learn and spread the truth, hold your head high.

Don’t take anything they say at face value. Remember most of what they say are words created by computer models. Computer models are only as good as their creator/programmer. Their creators are affirmative action graduates easily fooled or bribed. This is a excellent must see movie. Get out to popcorn and note pad.

Great important worthwhile movie CLIMATE THE MOVIE: The Cold Truth.

By sending your children to the public indoctrination clinic theyy become Affirmative Action Graduates.  They learn Diversity, Inclusion, Equity or as I call it Discrimination, Inequality, Exclusion.  By changing the order of the words, you find their true goal DIE.  Remember to them the earth is overpopulated so best thing is for you to do is to DIE. While they tell us that their goals are reducing poverty, world hunger and disease most of their programs aim for death hence DIE:  abortion, drugs, restricting farming, limiting mobility, vaccines, crime. By restricting excellence, innovation, creation and invention and promoting, entertainment and other favored controlled behaviors people begin to believe that life is meaningless and suicide is the answer.   When race becomes the dominant feature for hiring and merit takes a back seat, products and programs are doomed to fail. We now have a manage decline of America where freedom and liberty will be replaced by a CCP form of government controlling every aspect of our lives.    Today’s guest Physicist John Droz Jr explains the damage done to our students by an inferior education.

Look at all of the crises America has suffered under this administration filled with incompetent Affirmative Action Graduates.  The most recent of course is the Francis Scott Key bridge failure. Shipping giant Maersk confirmed that the Dali ship, operated and managed by Synergy Marine Group, collided with the Francis Scott Key bridge in Maryland around 1:27 AM. Synergy Marine Group promotes DEI in their company. Did DIE play a role? We may never know. What we do know is Congress allocated $1.2 trillion for a Bipartisan Infrastructure Build Back Better scheme that Mayor Pete is using to “fix racism on highways.”

After further investigation Ricki, today’s guest discovered: The Ship was owned by the Chinese, and registered in Singapore & operated under the Singapore flag. The CEO of the Chinese Merchant Shipping company that owned the ship was Angela Chao, the sister of Sen. Pedo Mitch McConnell’s wife-Elain Chao & daughter of the Chinese Billionaire & top Chinese CCP Politburo Member that ran China’s merchant shipping. He, their daddy, is dead, and Angela Chao was handed down the merchant shipping company. She, Angela Chao, was killed several weeks ago… Is this a psyops attack? Will we ever know?

Power on ship was lost just prior to reaching bridge & after Harbor Pilot Tugboats pulled away from the ship.  This was a major failure of Harbor Pilot Tugboats to not escort the ship thru the channel completely. Their job was to escort the ship under the bridge & out into open sea at 1:48.  This is standard protocol which was not followed.

In Ricki’s opinion, there are 2 possibilities China or the USA Deep State. Is it part of the USA Deep State on behalf of the Globalists to continue the destruction of our country? China controls the West Coast ports because of Pelosi, Newsome, Feinstein,  Waters, Governors of Washington & Oregon too.  Why would OBiden say that America, not the shipping company will pay for the reconstruction of the bridge?  Once you destroy a countries ports & take control of them, you control their commerce & infrastructure. You control everything coming in & going out.. “We The People Shall Speak”- Ricki is a 9/11 Survivor who has done numerous investigations into the Deep State.

Nationalists will dream of their future, their life and set a plan to achieve that dream. Globalists will have a visions of life and demand you fit into their vision without deviation. If you disagree squash you.

All Globalists want is Money, Control and Power. They can only get Power if we give it to them. Don’t give them yours. Challenge them with the truth. Doing Nothing is Affirmation. The Regime will not go quietly, Prepare.  Share with your 5.   So join me today.

National Vietnam War Veterans Day — March 29th, 2024

The Vietnam War Veterans Recognition Act of 2017 was signed into law by 45th U.S. President Donald J. Trump, designating every March 29 as National Vietnam War Veterans Day.

This special day joins six other military-centric annual observances codified in Title 4 of the United States Code §6, among them Memorial Day, Independence Day and Veterans Day.

29 March is a fitting choice for a day honoring Vietnam veterans. It was chosen to be observed in perpetuity as March 29, 1973 was the day United States Military Assistance Command, Vietnam was disestablished and also the day the last U.S. combat troops departed Vietnam.  In addition, on and around this same day Hanoi released the last of its acknowledged prisoners of war.

The United States of America Vietnam War Commemoration honors all veterans who served on active duty in the U.S. Armed Forces at any time from November 1, 1955 to May 15, 1975, regardless of location, and their families.

November 1, 1955 was selected to coincide with the official designation of Military Assistance Advisory Group-Vietnam (MAAG-V); May 15, 1975 marks the end of the battle precipitated by the seizure of the SS Mayaguez.

The Department of Veterans Affairs estimates that today there are more than 7 million U.S. Vietnam veterans living in America and abroad, along with 10 million families of those who served during this timeframe.

We make no distinction between veterans who served in-country, in-theater, or who were stationed elsewhere during the Vietnam War period.  All were called to serve and none could self-determine where they would serve.

Additional Background:

U.S. involvement in Vietnam started slowly with an initial deployment of advisors in the early 1950s, grew incrementally through the early 1960s and expanded with the deployment of full combat units in July 1965.  The last U.S. personnel were evacuated from Vietnam in April 1975.

This national commemoration was authorized by Congress, established under the Secretary of Defense, and launched by the President to thank and honor our Nation’s Vietnam veterans and their families for their service and sacrifice.

In 2007, the 110th Congress incorporated language in House of Representatives (H.R.) 4986 authorizing the secretary of defense to conduct a program commemorating the 50th anniversary of the Vietnam War.

H.R. 4986 was signed into law as the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year 2008 by 43rd U.S. President George W. Bush on January 28, 2008.

44th U.S. President Barack Obama officially inaugurated this Commemoration at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington D.C. on Memorial Day, May 28, 2012.

Section 598 (Public Law 110-181) of the 2008 NDAA specifically addresses Commemoration activities.

Congress outlined a total of five objectives for The United States of America Vietnam War Commemoration, with the primary objective being to thank and honor Vietnam veterans and their families for their service and sacrifice on behalf of the Nation, with distinct recognition of former prisoners of war and families of those still listed as missing in action.

The four remaining objectives highlight the service of our Armed Forces and support organizations during the war; pay tribute to wartime contributions at home by American citizens; highlight technology, science and medical advances made during the war; and recognize contributions by our Allies.

By Presidential Proclamation, The United States of America Vietnam War Commemoration will continue through Veterans Day, November 11, 2025.

‘Facts Matter’: Poll Shows Americans’ Firm Rejection of Hamas-Linked Two-State Solution

On the heels of a much publicized Gallup poll released Wednesday showing Americans’ shrinking support for Israel’s war in Gaza over the last four months, another poll is revealing that when people are informed about the Palestinian Authority’s (PA) alignment with the terrorist group Hamas, their support for a peace deal between the PA and Israel drops dramatically.

The survey, conducted by the public affairs agency Gideon300 in partnership with Scott Rasmussen’s RMG Research, found that “55 percent of American voters initially favor the U.S. encouraging Israel to make a peace deal with the Palestinian Authority.” However, after survey conductors informed the participants that the PA “wants to form a unity government with Hamas (including Cabinet positions for Hamas), pay Hamas Terrorists, and that 82% of PA supporters approve of the October 7th terrorist attacks by Hamas,” the percentage that still approved of the peace deal dropped down to 30%.

Notably, the survey also found that Democratic voters saw the “biggest swing towards negative sentiment” towards the peace deal after learning about the PA’s association with Hamas, from 73% of initial support down to 43% support (Republicans went from 38% to 19% and Independents went from 47% to 28%).

On Wednesday, Matthew Faraci, president of Gideon300, joined “Washington Watch with Tony Perkins” to discuss the impetus behind his organization’s administration of the poll and what the results indicate.

“There’s a Harris/Harvard CAPS poll that they do quite regularly, and one of the things that we’ve seen in this poll back from the beginning, since October 7th, is that [Americans’] support for Israel hovers around 79 to 80%” versus support for Hamas, he pointed out. “[I]n fact, one of the interesting trends is that young people have actually trended more supportive [of Israel], which again, goes against everything you see from the propaganda official state media that we’re fed every day.”

But as Faraci went on to contend, the Biden administration is attempting to lessen the public’s support of Israel in order to put pressure on the Israeli government to give in to Biden’s preferred policy objectives, including a two-state solution.

“[P]art of the tension [between Israel and the U.S.] is clearly that the U.S. … doesn’t want Israel to finish the job and take out Hamas and invade Rafah,” he explained. “But the slight of hand, the quiet other thing that they are pressuring Israel for is that they ultimately want Israel to settle for a two-state solution, which means the end of Israel. And the State Department … is trying to polish up the Palestinian Authority and make them look more palatable. Because the question is, if there’s a two-state solution, who would such a solution be with? Who’s the person making the deal on the other end? And what the Biden administration is doing is saying, ‘Well, that’s going to be the Palestinian Authority, the more moderate, peaceful wing of the governance over there.’”

However, when Americans are presented with the facts regarding the PA, Biden’s policies aren’t well received, Faraci observed. “Once people started to learn the details of that, they swung in their opinion,” he noted. “I’ve never seen a swing this big in any poll I’ve ever done, and I’ve done hundreds of them.”

“So Matthew, are you saying facts matter?” asked Family Research Council President Tony Perkins.

“Shocking,” Faraci deadpanned in response. “Facts matter.”

Silence Speaks: A Good Friday Reflection On The Islamic State’s Persecution Of African Christians

Africa | MEMRI Daily Brief No. 585

“Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness’ sake, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.” – Matthew 5:10

Today, Christians the world over will commemorate Good Friday, the occasion of the crucifixion and death of Jesus Christ. Everywhere the liturgies will be solemn and the faithful will grieve, but nowhere will more Christians mourn than in Africa, where the faith’s largest flock[1] is also one of its most persecuted.

There, the cry of Good Friday[2] will resonate with the weary voices of countless Christians who are silently suffering from violence, abuse, and persecution at the hands of the Islamic State (ISIS). But, despite the cacophony of their cries, the world will – unfortunately – remain largely indifferent.

The world’s attention was last briefly fixated on the continent’s persecuted a decade ago, in February 2015. At the time, an ISIS video, entitled “A Message in Blood to the Nation of the Cross,” broadcast for all to witness the brutal and shocking beheading of 21 Coptic Orthodox Christians on a beach in Libya – It proved to be but a foreshadowing of the terrors to come.[3]

Other notorious attacks elsewhere by the Islamic State on Christians have generated even more fleeting attention:  the 2010 massacre in the Syriac Catholic Cathedral in Baghdad on All Saints ‘Eve, the twin suicide bombing of Coptic Orthodox churches in Tanta and Alexandria, Egypt on Palm Sunday 2017, and five years ago, the ISIS attacks on three churches (two Catholic and the third Evangelical) on Easter Sunday in Sri Lanka.  But nowhere has the ISIS frenzy against Christians been as bloody and as sustained as on the African continent.

ISIS fighters behead 21 Coptic Christians in Libya, February 15, 2015.

Today, global attention has waned while ISIS’s persecution of African Christians has not. In fact, violence against Christian believers has surged as ISIS expands its reach across the continent.

ISIS fighters now routinely reenact that harrowing scene on Libya’s beach in countries such as Nigeria, The Democratic Republic of the Congo, Mozambique, Burkina Faso and Mali – and gleefully publicize the acts online – as part of a continent-wide campaign of terror designed both to intimidate and inspire violence.[4]

For those of us who daily monitor ISIS, the targeted violence against Christians that has accompanied the group’s expansion is unsurprising. Indeed, ISIS has long prioritized the persecution of Christians as being a crucial manhaj, or methodology, for projecting strength and driving recruitment,[5] and its supporters regularly boast of “breaking the crosses”[6] and “returning the Islamic conquests to Africa.”

ISIS fighters behead two Christians in Mozambique on March 17, 2024.

But what is also unsurprising is that Africa’s Christians remain resilient to this terror. Even after almost ten years of persecution – and the world’s deafening silence – The faithful are thriving on the continent as never before; in fact, African Christians now number over 718 million, the most of any continent.[7]

Cardinal Robert Sarah, a Guinean and Prelate of the Roman Catholic Church, perhaps offers an explanation. In an interview about his book, The Power of Silence: Against the Dictatorship of Noise, Sarah noted:

“When I traveled to countries that were going through violent, profound crises, sufferings and tragic miseries […] I observed that silent prayer is the last treasure of those who have nothing left. Silence is the last trench where no one can enter, the one room in which to remain at peace, the place where suffering for a moment lays down its weapons. In suffering, let us hide ourselves in the fortress of prayer.”[8]

So today, on this day of silent remembrance, Christians will quietly reflect not only on the suffering of Jesus, but also on the continued suffering of his followers. And they should do so not in the silence of indifference practiced by the world, but in the silence of contemplative prayer practiced by Africa’s resilient faithful.

For as Cardinal Sarah writes: “The grace of Easter is a profound silence, an immense peace, and a pure taste in the soul. It is the taste of heaven, away from all disordered excitement.”[9]

ISIS fighters topple a cross in Mozambique in February 2024. The cross bears the Portuguese word “hope.”

Declaration of Betrayal of West Point and the Long Gray Line

Outstanding Declaration — we thank LTG Thomas McInerney, MG Paul E. Vallely and Colonel Andrew O’Meara for this!

Declaration of Betrayal of West Point and the Long Gray Line

May 24, 2022

By “Concerned Graduates of West Point”

The Long Gray Line is the assembly of graduates of the United States Military Academy. It serves as a fount of American battle tested experience, the institutional memory of the Military Academy, and the watchdog of the United States Corps of Cadets. As such, it is the sacred duty of the Long Gray Line to challenge dysfunctional conduct or rogue behavior, such as that which has come to dominate West Point.

We, the members of the Long Gray Line, have observed a rejection of adherence to the ancient principles of the Military Academy. These changes threaten the mission of the Academy. It appears that the Honor Code is no longer enforced as it has been historically and has been allowed to fall into disarray.

The United States Military Academy has a proud tradition of producing graduates of character who have led the Country and the Academy through good times and bad. The Academy’s motto “Duty, Honor, Country” is widely associated with West Point. For decades, the Cadet Honor Code has provided the moral compass and ethical underpinning of a Cadet’s education and character development. The Code, widely quoted and embraced by every Superintendent, is simple.

The intention had been violations are not tolerated and expulsion will result. However, today, by the Academy’s web site makes the casual web disclaimer that over 50% of convicted violators are excused and allowed to graduate. Words do have meaning: DUTY, HONOR COUNTRY has for decades reflected the ethics, honor, character and moral behavior of cadets and Academy graduates. The abuse of those words and values seriously erodes the ethical education and character development of today’s cadets.

Civilian faculty members have introduced political indoctrination into academic instruction to include socialist ideology that runs counter to the noble principles of the Constitution. The corruption of cadet instruction with socialist doctrine is further demonstrated by a pronounced bias in the selection of guest speakers, who have been almost exclusively liberal. We could not identify any conservative speakers in recent years.

Very troubling have been instances of the Academy Staff requiring cadets to violate their religious beliefs contrary to the religious freedom long observed by the Academy. Cadets have been coerced into complying with illegal orders – mandates – to submit to vaccinations with experimental drugs never approved by the FDA. Such mandates to involuntarily submit to vaccination with experimental drugs in violation of religious customs and beliefs is a violation of the UCMJ. It violates the precedent set by the Nuremburg War Crimes Tribunal that established the involuntary use of experimental drugs is a crime against humanity. Such conduct by the Staff is a gross violation of international law and the impartial administration of military justice by the Academy

Instruction in Critical Race Theory (CRT) at the Academy. Such instruction severs the ties of every cadet to defense of the Constitution, thereby nullifying the oath cadets have sworn to uphold. Critical Race theory now replaces Duty, Honor, Country. The cumulative impact of these changes has so altered the Military Academy that USMA betrays the purpose for which it was founded in 1802 – defense of our Constitution, and maintenance of individual freedom. This transformation betrays the purpose of the founders and the sacred principals of the Declaration of Independence.

Forging a Restored Consensus

Having declared the Military Academy to be in a state of radical change against its original mission, purpose, and principles, we ask where do we proceed from here?

We hold the belief that the work of the founders has produced a nation like no other. The constitutional order of the Republic rests upon fundamental principles that are unique to the United States of America. Our constitutions, State and Federal, are the most wonderfully designed documents that create an adhesive, cohesive, just, and peaceful means of life ever known by humanity. Our founders started this country that was born of revolution according to our universally appreciated laws of our Creator.

We have a beautiful system that has been corrupted and abused by people with no moral foundation. Our country was born of God’s inspiration and without God as the ultimate power and place for redress, no government can operate to serve their constituents. We need not look for a new system, we need only to restore the original constitution, which provided for States to have the primary authority and most power under their own constitutions designed to accommodate their local cultural norms, yet all of which are dependent on and arise from God’s laws.

Leftist ideologues are trying to replace personal responsibility, self- reliance, and initiative with the entitlement mentality. They are working hard to transform the Constitution into a document that can be continually revised to accommodate the latest socio-cultural trends. They have made substantial progress in replacing freedom of religion with freedom from religion. Leftists prefer anarchy to law and order as can be seen in their nationwide effort to defund police departments, adopt identity politics and tribalism to replace E Pluribus Unum, and institute moral relativism to replace Biblical morality.

The Socialist Revolution

The Biden Administration seeks to divorce military service from defense of the Constitution by replacing allegiance to the Constitution with Critical Race Theory. This prepares the military for their role in support of an overthrow of the government and the Constitutional order. By forcing the military to undergo liberal socialist indoctrination they sever the linkage between US military service and support for the Constitution. That action, which violates the Constitution, also violates the oath of office.

The oath taken by men and women who join any branch of the United States military begins with these words: “I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies foreign and domestic.” This oath, taken at the official swearing-in ceremony, describes the purpose of the U.S. military to defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies.

It is not the purpose of the military to help advance the anti-American, anti-Constitution agenda of leftist ideologues. But the military is being forced by WOKE leaders in the White House, Congress, Department of Defense, and Pentagon, to do just that: advance a leftist agenda that seeks to tear down the Constitution, not protect it. Officers and enlisted troops are being required to sit through leftist indoctrination sessions that portray America as an inherently racist nation, white troops as genetically bigoted, and minority troops as hopeless, lifelong victims.

The purveyors of Critical Race Theory intend to demolish the United States of America as the founders established our Republic. By mandating the instruction of Critical Race Theory to every citizen serving in the military, they establish Critical Race Theory as the fundamental principles upon which Socialists demand soldiers, sailors, airmen, marines, midshipmen, and cadets serve.

The military indoctrination in Critical Race Theory is considered necessary to prevent internal opposition to an attempted coup from within the ranks of the military (white extremism). Critical Race Theory brands the founders as evil, the Constitution as illegitimate, and the Republic as systemically racist. It abolishes the declaration of Independence that declares all men are created equal. It brands the population as racist, privileged, and unfit to enjoy the rights of

citizenship. It is a call to overthrow the government we served to preserve freedom and government by, for and of the people.

Our Role

It is for times like these that God made Patriots. This is no time for summer soldiers and sunshine patriots. Those who have stood in harm’s way are needed now to stand by our oath. It is time to speak truth to power. We either serve Duty, Honor, Country, or we challenge the demands of a secular revolution to fundamentally alter America transforming the Republic into a socialist police state.

The Association of Graduates (AOG) represents us, the Long Gray Line. The AOG is in a position to represent the graduates of the Academy. Let them so conduct themselves to clearly demonstrate their allegiance to Duty, Honor, Country. For Duty, Honor, Country we serve; and in God we trust. Let it be said that the AOG has done an admirable job in raising funds to support many projects and much needed facilities laid out by each Superintendent. We applaud these efforts.

This declaration is dispatched to the Superintendent of the Academy as well as the President and Directors of the AOG with the admonition that the Academy is conducting business in a manner that ignores time- honored principles of the Academy, Constitutional Law, and our sworn oath of office.

Released Hostage Amit Soussana Recounts Horrors at Hands of Hamas Kidnappers: ‘I Was Forced to Commit Sexual Acts with a Gun Pointed at Me’

The Israeli girl in this video filmed of her kidnapping on Oct 7th has spoken out about the horrifying sexual assault she faced during Hamas captivity.

Released hostage: ‘I was forced to commit sexual acts with a gun pointed at me’

Trigger Warning: This story describes deeply disturbing events and testimonials in graphic detail.

By Jacob Laznik, Jerusalem Post, March 26, 2024:

Released Gaza hostage Amit Soussana gave her personal testimony of the sexual violence and physical abuse she endured in Hamas captivity in an eight-hour interview with The New York Times that was published on Tuesday. She is the first released hostage to give direct testimony of sexual atrocities committed by Hamas.

Soussana previously made headlines when a video surfaced of the moment of her capture, when she fought off seven Hamas terrorists before being brought to Gaza.

In the interview, Soussana recalled being held hostage in a child’s bedroom in Gaza with a chain attached to her left ankle. The Hamas terrorist in charge of guarding her, whom she named Muhammad, occasionally would sit beside her on the bed, lift her shirt, and grope her, she said.

Muhammad would constantly ask about her period, inquiring if she was bleeding, if she had washed herself since, and when it would end, she added.

Sometime around October 24, Muhammad forced her to commit a sex act on him, Soussana said.

On that morning, he unlocked the chain around her ankle so that she could wash herself in the bathtub, she said, adding that after she began, Muhammad returned with a pistol.

“He came toward me and shoved the gun at my forehead,” Soussana said.

Muhammad hit her repeatedly to force her to take her towel off. After she did, Muhammad groped her before continuing to hit her.

Afterward, he dragged her back to the child’s room at gunpoint. The room was covered in images of SpongeBob SquarePants, she said.

“Then, with the gun pointed at me, [he] forced me to commit a sexual act on him,” Soussana said. After it was over, Muhammad left the room to wash up and left Soussana naked in the dark.

When he returned, she said, he expressed remorse, telling her, “I’m bad. I’m bad. Please don’t tell Israel.”

Soussana also recounted her moral quandary of accepting food from her abuser.

“You can’t stand looking at him, but you have to,” she told the Times. “He’s the one who’s protecting you. He’s your guard. You’re there with him, and you know that at any moment it can happen again. You’re completely dependent on him.”

Soussana then discussed her second captor, Amir, after she was transferred to a different location. On the day that she arrived at the new apartment, the Hamas terrorists wrapped her head in a pink shirt, forced her onto the floor, handcuffed her, and beat her with the butt of a gun, she said.

Minutes after that, they suspended her “like a chicken on a stick, suspended between two couches.” She recalled that she felt that her hands would be dislocated due to the intensity of the pain.

While suspended, her new captors beat and kicked her, focusing on the soles of her feet while demanding information that she might have had about the enemy.

After that, she was untied and led to a new bedroom, where they told her she had 40 minutes to produce information or else they would kill her.

Reports of acts of sexual violence committed by Hamas have been told in second-hand accounts by women and girls who were freed in the hostage deal last November, but none have been as explicit as Soussana’s.

Many apologists have denied any reports of sexual violence committed by Hamas, saying if it took this long to bring the allegations to light, they could not be true. Sexual crimes do not always get reported, as the trauma suffered by the victims could take such a toll as to dissuade them from bringing the crimes to light, according to experts.

Many of the victims of Hamas’s sexual crimes either died in the October 7 massacre or are still held in captivity in Gaza.

Currently, there are still 19 women hostages or whose bodies are still held in Hamas captivity: Naama Levy, Shani Louk, Noa Argamani, Romi Gonen, Arbel Yehud, Carmel Gat, Eden Yerushalmi, Doron Steinbrecher, Maya Goren, Ofra Kedar, Inbar Haiman, Liri Albag, Daniella Gilboa, Shiri Bibas, Karina Ariev, Agam Berger, Emily Damari, Amit Esther Buskila, and Judy Weinstein.

DeSantis Signs Bill Targeting Addictive Social Media and ‘Digital Trafficking’

The Sunshine State is moving to protect children from “addictive” social media and the “danger” of online predators. Florida Governor Ron DeSantis (R) signed a bill into law on Monday prohibiting minors under the age of 14 from opening or operating social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others.

H.B. 3 bars children under 14 “from creating new accounts” and requires “social media platforms to terminate certain accounts and provide additional options for termination of such accounts.” The legislation also requires minors aged 14 and 15 to obtain parental consent before creating social media accounts and mandates “age verification measures for internet sites that contains [sic] obscene or ‘harmful’ content, unsuitable for minors,” such as pornographic websites.

“Documentation of the deleterious effects of social media on children abounds, and yet we still seem hesitant to place governmental authority over this powerful force. I am glad to see efforts like the one in Florida,” Family Research Council Senior Fellow Meg Kilgannon said in comments to The Washington Stand. “The need to protect children from online predators specifically is very real, but the general effort to rein in social media in favor of authentic relationships and in-person engagement is more important than ever.”

In a brief speech before signing the legislation, DeSantis said, “One of the things that I know a lot of parents have had concerns about is the role that the internet and social media play in the upbringing of young kids.” He continued, “Now, with things like social media and all this, you can have a kid in the house — safe, seemingly — and then you have predators that get right in there, into your own home. You could be doing everything right, but they know how to get and manipulate these different platforms.” Referring to his own family and his role as governor, DeSantis noted, “One of the things that informs me on issues relating to children is just being a dad of young children.”

Following DeSantis, Florida House Speaker Paul Renner (R) said, “Knowing what I know now, none of us can afford to be on the sidelines when it comes to social media, when it comes to hardcore pornography that our kids are being exposed to.” He explained, “We know from law enforcement, we know from our prosecutors, that social media is the primary platform in which children are trafficked, in which pedophiles … pretending to be children, come after our children, and that more crimes against children happen on these platforms than any other venue.”

“Our bill is focused on addiction, and when you think about it, children are not set up to handle the addiction that some of us as adults have had to face and step away from,” Renner continued. “A child in their brain development doesn’t have the ability to know that they’re being sucked in to these addictive technologies and to see the harm and step away from it.” Referring to social media as “digital trafficking,” the speaker asked, “If I said to you that a company was going to take children, use addiction that causes them harm for profit, what does that sound like? Sounds like trafficking to me.”

Florida Senator Erin Grall (R), who sponsored the Senate version of the bill, stated that social media companies “have made our parenting difficult by addicting our children.” She said that although she expects the law to be upheld if challenged in courts, “it always comes back to the parents,” who she said have “abdicated our responsibility” and allowed addictive social media platforms to serve as “babysitters.”

Grall’s original bill was vetoed earlier this month by DeSantis, who wanted stronger language protecting parental rights and addressing internet anonymity. The new law will take effect on January 1, 2025.

VIDEO: ‘The Soviet Story’—From Joseph Stalin to Joseph Biden. History is repeating itself!

“There is no present or future – only the past, happening over and over again – now.” — Eugene O’Neill

“History repeats itself, first as a tragedy, second as a farce.” — Karl Marx

“Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it.”  — George Santayana

It appears that history is truly repeating itself and the United States is more and more looking like the former Soviet Union, while the New York Times yawns.

The New York Times during the era of Joseph Stalin

Walter Duranty was an Anglo-American journalist who served as Moscow bureau chief of The New York Times for fourteen years (1922–1936) following the Bolshevik victory in the Russian Civil War (1917–1923).

The New York Times’ Walter Duranty, one of the most famous correspondents of his day, won the Pulitzer Prize for 13 articles written in 1931 analyzing the Soviet Union under Stalin.

Duranty’s cabled dispatches had to pass Soviet censorship, and Stalin’s propaganda machine was powerful and omnipresent. Duranty’s analyses relied on official sources as his primary source of information, accounting for the most significant flaw in his coverage – his consistent underestimation of Stalin’s brutality.

Describing the Communist plan to “liquidate” the five million kulaks, relatively well-off farmers opposed to the Soviet collectivization of agriculture, Duranty wrote in 1931, for example: “Must all of them and their families be physically abolished? Of course not – they must be ‘liquidated’ or melted in the hot fire of exile and labor into the proletarian mass.”

Taking Soviet propaganda at face value this way was completely misleading, as talking with ordinary Russians might have revealed even at the time. Duranty’s prize-winning articles quoted not a single one – only Stalin, who forced farmers all over the Soviet Union into collective farms and sent those who resisted to concentration camps.

Collectivization was the main cause of a famine that killed millions of people in Ukraine, the Soviet breadbasket, in 1932 and 1933 – two years after Duranty won his prize.

Even then, Duranty dismissed more diligent writers’ reports that people were starving. “Conditions are bad, but there is no famine,” he wrote in a dispatch from Moscow in March of 1933 describing the “mess” of collectivization. “But – to put it brutally – you can’t make an omelet without breaking eggs.”

Some of Duranty’s editors criticized his reporting as tendentious, but The Times kept him as a correspondent until 1941. Since the 1980’s, the paper has been publicly acknowledging his failures.

Ukrainian-American and other organizations have repeatedly called on the Pulitzer Prize Board to cancel Duranty’s prize and The Times to return it, mainly on the ground of his later failure to report the famine.

Fast Forward to 2024 and the New York Times under Joseph Biden

In a March 27, 2024 article titled Desperate Politicians Do Desperate Things In Election Years the President of Citizens United David Bossie wrote,

Desperate politicians do desperate things in an election year and that describes President Joe Biden’s strategy for 2024 perfectly.

[ … ]

The shameless Biden will do anything to get re-elected.  With no answers on how to fix the economy, no interest in securing our southern border, and no ability to project strength abroad, Biden is going to run in support of the Washington swamp and broken status quo. This means signing legislation to fund the government and his failed policies with 1,000-page omnibus bills that are barely read or debated.  It means running on radical climate alarmism and abortion fear tactics.  It means prioritizing another forever war in Ukraine and damaging our alliance with Israel.  And it means stealing from responsible American taxpayers by forgiving billions upon billions in student loans.  So, if you’re looking for a reason to be hopeful about the future, don’t look to Joe Biden.

It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to understand that the Biden student-loan forgiveness program is an unconstitutional vote buying scheme. To date, the administration has robbed $144 billion from the American people without congressional approval in an attempt to buy the votes of nearly four million debtors.  When you consider that the 2020 election was decided by about 43,000 votes in just three states, Joe Biden’s lawless loan repayment operation could pay off in droves.

To date, the Biden administration has bailed out over 14,000 borrowers in Arizona; 35,000 in Georgia; 30,000 in Michigan; 38,000 in Pennsylvania; and 16,000 in Wisconsin. According to the Department of Education, President Biden is literally emailing “an additional 380,000 public service workers thanking them for their service and notifying them they are on track to have their debt cancelled…”

And Biden’s message for the millions of Americans who paid their students loans off on time?  Playing by the rules no longer matters.  Remember, this is Joe Biden’s America, where everything is upside down and hard work no longer pays off.  Congress must aggressively investigate this loan program so the American people know the truth about exactly what’s going on behind the high walls of Biden’s vast bureaucracy.

At the same time, President Biden’s political allies in the biased mainstream media brutally attack former President Trump for simply campaigning to make America great again.

Joseph Stalin and Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr. have more in common than their first names.

Like Stalin, Biden has weaponized the federal government to eliminate his political rivals and anyone who opposes him and his failed policies.

The New York Times isn’t reporting on this new collectivization of America. The New York Times isn’t reporting on this criminality:

The only thing that will stop this new slaughter is if we the people vote in a president who will return power to the people by draining the swamp from the schoolhouse to the White House.
