Kurds with Russian Support Cross Turkey’s “red lines” in Syria

The Munich Communique reached by 20 countries last week imposed a cessation of hostilities by the opposing forces in the Syrian civil war with its mounting death toll. It has been breached by Erdogan, Russian backed Assad regime forces and their allies, Iran and proxy Hezbollah. The latter have successfully blocked Syrian opposition forces in both Latakia and Aleppo provinces. There are enough holes in the Agreement to permit freedom of action by Russia, Turkey, and Saudi Arabia.

This weekend   brought news concerning Turkey’s cross border shelling of Syrian Kurdish YPG/PYD forces with Russian air support violating Erdogan’s “red line” crossing the Euphrates and seizing another strategic  air field.  This occurred despite Obama’s Special Middle East envoy in the war against the Islamic State (IS),  Brett Mc Gurk, meeting with Syrian Kurdish YPG/PYD forces in Syria and Vice President Biden’s meeting with Erdogan and Premier Davutoglu in Ankara last week.  Erdogan considers the YPG/PYD forces as an extension of the Kurdish Workers Party (PKK) that Turkey, the EU and US consider as a ‘terrorist group”. This despite his breaking a cease fire agreement with PKK head Abdullah Ocalan under house arrest.  Erdogan’s security forces have a real battle on their hands in predominately Kurdish Southeastern Turkey trying to subdue stubborn urban resistance, a change from the 30 year war with Turkey’s Kurds. The advent of a Kurdish party, the Peoples’ Democratic Party, the HDP, in the Ankara parliament, that Erdogan has endeavored to isolate but failed to vanquish. is a reflection of the growing Kurdish minority flexing its political strength.

These developments in both Syria and Turkey underline the Administration’s virtual abdication of the countervailing power vacuum in the Middle East that Putin has seized possibly bolstering the regional Kurdish aspirations for a long sought independent resource rich state.  This might be viewed as further pushback against the Islamist AKP regime of Turkey’s Erdogan.  All of these developments arose following Turkey’s shoot down of a Russian SU -24 bomber in October 2015 and dramatic break off in relations and joint economic projects between Russia and Turkey. Now, there are rumblings from Russian Prime Minister Medvedev in an interview indicated that the rising conflict with Turkey might possibly lead to “new Cold War era.”  Frederica Mogherini, EU Foreign Relations Commissioner downplayed that saying she had seen any evidence of that  in the last few days. Meanwhile both Poland and the Baltic States aren’t so sanguine. Turkey is a NATO member which can invoke an Article in the Charter of the mutual defense group requiring all members to come to its aid should there be an alleged attack by Russia.

Note this background  in a EUobserver report, “Turkey clashes with allies over attack on Syria Kurds:”

France and the US have urged NATO ally Turkey to stop firing on Kurdish groups in Syria, putting at risk a new “cessation of hostilities” accord.

The French foreign ministry appealed on Sunday (14 February) for an “immediate halt to bombardments, by the [Syrian] regime and its allies in the whole country, and by Turkey in Kurdish zones”.

It added that the “absolute priority is the implementation of the Munich communique” – a deal to pause fighting agreed by almost 20 states at a security congress in Munich last week.

The White House said US vice president Joe Biden had made a similar appeal to Turkish PM Ahmet Davutoglu by phone on Saturday.

“The vice president noted US efforts to discourage Syrian Kurdish forces from exploiting current circumstances to seize additional territory near the Turkish border, and urged Turkey to show reciprocal restraint by ceasing artillery strikes in the area,” it said.

Brett McGurk, a US special envoy on the fight against Islamic State (IS), said on Twitter: “We have … seen reports of artillery fire from the Turkish side of the border and we have urged Turkey to cease such fires.”

Turkey warns Kurds have crossed its red lines in Syria:

The appeals came after Turkish howitzers shelled Kurdish PYD and YPG groups in northern Syria, killing dozens of people, after Kurdish fighters, helped by Russian air strikes, seized territory including the Menagh air base near the Turkish border.

The US and EU powers see the Kurdish militias as allies in the fight against IS. But Turkey says they are a branch of the PKK, a Kurdish group designated by the US and EU as a terrorist entity, which has been fighting a 30-year insurgency against Turkish authorities.

The Turkish leadership has refused to back down.

Davutoglu told German chancellor Angela Merkel over the phone on Sunday that his forces “gave the necessary response and will continue to do so”, according to his office.

He added that the PYD-YPG offensive was aimed “not just at Turkey but also the European Union” and that it would prompt a “new wave of hundreds of thousands of refugees” from Syria.

Turkish foreign minister Mevlut Cavusoglu, speaking in Munich to the Sueddeutsche Zeitung daily, urged the US and EU to back safe zones for refugees inside Syria if they wanted to stem the flow of people.

Turkey’s deputy PM, Yalcin Akdogan, told the Kanal 7 TV broadcaster:.

“The YPG crossing west of the Euphrates is Turkey’s red line.”

The comments follow strident words by Turkish president Recep Tayyip Erdogan last week, who told the US: “Are you together with us, or are you with the PYD and YPG terror groups?

The February NER featured a discussion with Dan Diker and Shoshana Bryen  about what motivated Putin’s entry into Syria,Russian Intervention in Middle East Conflicts .” One is the ability to attack radical Sunni Islamists; the other is achievement of  Russian national  security and economic interests. Further,  as pointed  out the alliance with Iran and proxy Hezbollah is tentative at best.

Obama in his final year in office has abdicated the traditional Sunni alliances creating a power vacuum via the rapprochement with Islamist Iran to achieve a fragile equilibrium in the Middle east.   Putin allegedly has no intentions of threatening Israeli national security on its northern frontier or engaging in support of Palestinian aspirations.

The Russian  aerial assault on Turkmen and rebel Sunni forces supported by Turkey and  Saudi Arabia in Syria’s north sealing off  Sunni rebel opposition groups and supporting  Syrian Kurds is also part of Russian strategic moves in the region.   It threatens Erdogan’s and US aspirations of creating a no fly zone to stem the tide of further Sunni Muslim refugee  flight to Turkey and hence to Europe. It may also enable the closure of the remaining gap in the northern frontier of Syria between the autonomous Kurdish enclaves of Rojava and Afrin. This would cut off the open border through which foreign Sunni jihadis and smuggled oil and other trade with Turkey from ISIS has poured. Erdogan is also under enormous economic pressure given Russian economic sanctions and the suspension of the gas pipeline deal struck in 2014.

Erdogan has euchred baksheesh in billions of Euros from the EU to stop Muslim migration to no avail. Erdogan blusters about invading Syria to block irredentist Kurdish aspirations in Syria while conducting an inflammatory counterterrorism campaign against stubborn Kurdish resistance in the urban centers of the country’s Kurdish dominant Southeast. Putin is poised to support Kurdish autonomy aspirations on both sides of the Syrian/Turkish border as leverage against Erdogan.

That would enable the Syrian Kurdish forces to vanquish Sunni rebel and ISIS forces in Syria’s north blocking the Islamic state. This offensive operation might set the stage for a massive Russian aerial campaign against the Caliphate. That is something the US led coalition has failed to achieve because of the Administration’s rules of engagement and failure to supply both Iraqi Peshmerga and Syrian Kurdish forces with heavy arms. Thus, Putin is using his playbook from the seizure of Crimea and Eastern Ukraine in the Middle East. Russia is fast becoming the strong horse that Israel, the Gulf Sunni States and the Saudis must come to some form of accommodation.  Netanyahu’s trip to Moscow in September 2015 enabled the Jewish nation to exercise its sovereign national security interests attacking Iranian supply of strategic arms to proxy Hezbollah. Netanyahu’s security concerns on his northern frontiers are complicated with Russian support of Assad operations aimed at retaking Daraa in the country’s south not far from the Golan frontier with Israel.  That might raise the possibility of Iranian Basij paramilitaries and Quds Force based along the Syrian side of the Golan threatening cross border terrorist actions. That would add to the mix of threats there including al Nusra and ISIS units.

This is the 21st Century version of the classic great game that Czarist Russia played in the 19th Century against imperial Britain in Russia’s march to the Far east and Pacific that failed to achieve warm water ports in the Mediterranean and South Asia.  See:  Peter Hopkirk’s, The Great Game: The Struggle for Empire in Central Asia.

The difference in the 21st Century is that Putin has his warm water bastions in the naval and air bases he has built on the Mediterranean coast of the Alawite Latakia province in Syria.

As to the blustering statements made by Republican Presidential hopeful Donald Trump during primary debates suggesting a strategic alliance between Russia and the US in the Middle East, that awaits the outcomes of the fractious nomination process for both the Republican and Democratic parties in the run up to the 2016 elections in the US. Suffice to say 2016 exemplifies the ancient Chinese curse. May you live in interesting times.

Ohio Muslim Machete Attacker Was Known to FBI

Police officers say they identified the man who carried out a machete attack in Ohio as 30 year old Mohamed Barry. Barry attacked four people with a machete in a restaurant in Columbus Ohio then fled the scene in a car February 10.

He was shot and killed after police officers gave chase. After they forced him from his vehicle, Barry tried to stab one of the officers with the machete and was shot twice.

He also reportedly asked where the owner of the restaurant was from and began his attack upon finding out the restaurant was owned by an Israeli.

The FBI had been investigating Barry four years ago in connection with radical views. Although his name remained in a database, he was not being monitored at the time of the attack.

U.S. Congress Unanimously passing Sanctions won’t stop North Korea from building Nuclear ICBMs

What a week it has been. No, we are not talking about the New Hampshire primary results or Saturday’s South Carolina debate, but rogue North Korea stealing the oxygen out of the international media’s lungs. It started with the second successful satellite launch since 2012 on Sunday, February 7, 2016 nearly over shadowing the Broncos victory in the 50th Super Bowl.  As we wrote in an NER Iconoclast post on February 8, 2016, this game changer demonstrating the rogue regime’s ICBM technology and America’s inadequate ballistic missile defense, especially on our vulnerable heartland coast on the Gulf of Mexico:

Launched in a southerly direction, the 200 kg observational satellite is in polar orbit. That means it passes over the US every 95 minutes, perhaps providing imagery and GPS coordinates for possible later use. Yesterday, it missed the window of opportunity, by an hour, to pass over the stadium for 50th Super Bowl Championship game with tens of thousands of fans intent on watching the Denver Broncos beat the North Carolina Panthers for the title

“it’s great that the US has THAAD and ship borne X band radar floating in the Pacific and both ship and shore based Aegis installations in Eastern Europe (Romania) protecting us from missiles fired towards the East Coast. However, we have nothing in place to provide missile defense our vulnerable Gulf of Mexico coast.”  Ambassador Hank Cooper, the Reagan era SDI chief, warned about the absence of Aegis missile defense installations on our Gulf coast in November 2015 and most recently in a Feb.2, 2016 High Frontier alert.

He argues that that our ballistic missile defense shield  on the Gulf coast lacks the means to combat the threat of a possible North Korean bomb in a satellite (Fractal Orbital Bomb) or missiles launched from either ships in the Gulf or those silos that allegedly Iran has been building in the Paraguana Peninsula in Venezuela. Ex-CIA director R. James Woolsey and Dr. Peter Pry discussed in a July 2015 article the threat from FOBS that could trigger an Electronic Magnetic Pulse (EMP) effect over the US sending us back to the dark ages of the 19th Century before the advent of electricity.

north korean missile distance chartOn Friday, February 12, 2015 CNN reported the rotund Kim Jong Un played another round of the Pyongyang version of the Games of Thrones with the dramatic execution of another high military officer, General Ri Yong-gil for, “factionalism, misuse of authority and corruption.”  The young Kim family successor may yet set the record for summary execution of North Korean military officials surpassing that of his father and grandfather.   The same day in Washington, the US Senate and House overwhelmingly passed a new round of North Korean sanctions. Reuters reported:

Lawmakers said they wanted to make Washington’s resolve clear to Pyongyang, but also to the United Nations and other governments, especially China, North Korea’s lone major ally and main business partner.

The package includes sanctions targeting North Korea and “secondary sanctions” against those who do business with it.

The vote was 408-2 in the House, following a 96-0 vote in the Senate on Wednesday.

Impatient with what they see as Obama’s failure to respond to North Korean provocations, many of his fellow Democrats as well as the Republicans who control Congress have been clamoring for a clampdown since Pyongyang tested a nuclear device in January.

Pressure for congressional action further intensified after last weekend’s satellite launch by North Korea.

Obama is not expected to veto the bill, given its huge support in Congress.

Earlier Fox News reported Gordon Chang expressing skepticism that more sanctions would not achieve the end of punishing North Korea for violating UN and US sanctions against missile development. We wrote:

Chang holds that sanctions don’t work with North Korea. Instead He suggested that we might control the aid to North Korea endeavoring to separate the people from the autocratic ruling Kim family. He also suggested that South Korea move 143 companies out of the Kaesong industrial shared with North Korea.  He noted that after the January 6, 2016 nuclear test, no further sanctions were proposed at the UN because China would effectively block them. China he pointed out does a fair amount of banking with North Korea.

North Korea must have paid attention to Chang’s comments, as they seized jointly owned companies in the Kaesong industrial park.  Deutsche Welle reported South Korea cutting off the power to the Kaesong complex on Friday, February 12, 2015.  Effectively it was shutting the cross border industrial park down in retaliation for the North’s nuclear and missile tests in January and February 2016.  South Korean News agency, Yonhap, reported on Sunday, February 14, 2014 the South Korean Unification Minister accusing the Hermit State of using funds to develop weapons systems:

In a television appearance, Unification Minister Hong Yong-pyo said “70 percent” of the money that flowed into the Kaesong Industrial Complex has been used by the ruling Workers’ Party to bankroll weapons development.

“Workers at Kaesong are paid in cash (U.S. dollars), but the money doesn’t go directly to these workers. It goes to the North Korean government instead,” Hong said.

“Any foreign currency earned in North Korea is transferred to the Workers’ Party, where the money is used to develop nuclear weapons or missiles, or to purchase luxury goods.”

Last week, South Korea shut down the industrial park in response to the North’s recent nuclear test and long-range rocket launch. Opened in 2004, the complex had long been a big cash cow for North Korea.

North Korea, in turn, expelled all South Korean nationals on Thursday from the complex and froze factory assets by South Korean firms, further driving the last remaining symbol of inter-Korean reconciliation to the brink.

For the last two weeks, the National Security Task Force of America (NSTFA) of the Lisa Benson Show has been running twitter rallies directed at the media and Republican Presidential hopefuls on one issue: our vulnerable Ballistic Missile Defense. The NSTFA sent out tweets and retweets at the rate of 400 to 600 an hour.   The first NSTFA twitter rally, occurred before the New Hampshire primary debates, caught the attention of a South Carolina supporter of Texas Senator Ted Cruz who relayed the information to his campaign staff.  Those NSTFA tweets focused on the most vulnerable area of the US exposed to a possible North Korean ICBM launch, the lack of any missile defense on our Gulf of Mexico.  The result was that Cruz raised the issue during the debates.  The second NSTFA twitter rally occurred Thursday, February 11th producing more than 6,000 twitter impressions.  One of those Republican hopefuls targeted by the NSTFA twitter rally was Florida Republican Senator Rubio. Rubio’s platform statement on rebuilding and modernizing our military noted his missile defense proposals:

  • Expand missile defense by speeding up deployment of interceptors in Europe, deploying a third site in the United States, and ensuring that advanced programs are adequately funded.
  • Work interoperably with allies on missile defense – we should encourage the spread of missile defense technology as a solution to the spread of ballistic and cruise missiles.
  • Increase the Missile Defense Agency’s Research & Development budget and create a rapid-fielding office to focus on fielding directed energy weapons, railguns, UAV-enabled defenses, and other means to defeat a threat missile across its entire flight trajectory.

The  Wall Street Journal  (WSJ) lead editorial in the  Presidents Weekend edition on February 13-14, 2016, “The Rogue-State Nuclear Missile Threat,“ resonated some of the Rubio and others concerns about the US vulnerability to North Korean  and possible Iranian missile strikes.   The WSJ editorial noted, “North Korea can now threatens most of the continental US:”

Americans have been focused on New Hampshire, Iowa [and South Carolina}, but spare a thought for Los Angeles, Denver and Chicago. Those are among the cities within range of the intercontinental ballistic missile tested Sunday by North Korea. Toledo and Pittsburgh are still slightly out of range, but at least 120 million Americans with the wrong zip codes could soon be targets of Kim Jong Un.

The WSJ editorial went on to contrast the Bush versus the Obama Administration actions on missile defense:

You can thank the George W. Bush Administration for the defenses that exist, including long-range missile interceptors in Alaska and California, Aegis systems aboard U.S. Navy warships and a diverse network of radar and satellite sensors. The U.S. was due to place interceptors in Poland and X-Band radar in the Czech Republic, but in 2009 President Obama and Hillary Clinton scrapped those plans as a “reset” gift to Vladimir Putin.

Team Obama also cut 14 of the 44 interceptors planned for Alaska and Hawaii, ceased development of the Multiple Kill Vehicle (an interceptor with multiple warheads) and defunded the two systems focused on destroying missiles in their early “boost” phase, when they are slowest and easier to hit. By 2013 even Mr. Obama partially realized his error, so the Administration expanded radar and short-range interceptors in Asia and recommitted to the 14 interceptors for the U.S. West Coast. It now appears poised to install sophisticated THAAD antimissile batteries in South Korea.

Yet the Administration has failed to support a third East Coast site (to protect against Iranian and Russian threats) and provide adequate funding. Budgets are down about 25% from the Bush Administration’s roughly $10 billion a year. Mr. Obama’s final budget proposal released Tuesday would cut another $800 million from the Missile Defense Agency, nearly 10% from last year’s total.

The WSJ editorial concluded:

The overarching lesson of North Korea is the folly of arms control, starting with the 1994 Agreed Framework that first tried to buy off Pyongyang with energy and food aid. The U.S. would be safer today if it had moved to topple the Kim regime before it got the bomb. But having failed to act when the costs were lower, it is now necessary to buttress defenses in East Asia and the U.S. in what is fast becoming a new age of nuclear and missile proliferation.

From last Sunday’s Super Bowl game in Denver to Valentine’s Day, the evidence is piling up that Chang presciently opined; unanimous sanctions passed by Congress this past week will not deter North Korea from building nuclear ICBMs.  Rather, it is the ironical proposal for a preemptive strike against North Korean missile launches by present Obama Pentagon chief Ashton Carter and former Clinton Era Secretary of Defense William Perry in a 2006 Time Magazine article.

The conclusion in our February 8, 2016 NER/Iconoclast post appears equally prescient:

The North Korean satellite launch coupled with the January 6, 2016 nuclear test exposes the vulnerability of the US to possible missile attack by rogue regimes like North Korea and ally Iran. The lack of a Ballistic Missile Defense demonstrated by this latest successful North Korean satellite launch now vaults the issue to the top of national security issues along with Islamic terrorism for serious discussion in the 2016 Presidential campaign.

Taxpayer Brings Lawsuit Against Governor Nikki Haley Over Muslim Refugee Plan

Walter “Brian” Bilbro, a husband and father of two, has filed a Lawsuit naming Governor Nikki Haley, The South Carolina Department of Social Services (SCDSS), Lutheran Services and World Relief of Spartanburg as Co-Defendants. The allegations in the lawsuit seek equitable and other relief to stop the State 2016 Refugee Resettlement Plan.

Simply put, he wants to prevent the state from settling any more refugees or asylees until a full accounting of the Federal, State, and County monies being allocated for this program are fully investigated.

He alleges in pleadings filed by Attorney Lauren Martel on February 12 case #2016-CP-40- 00918, that the Defendants are placing he and his family in imminent risk, personally and economically. The placement of refugees and asylees into Richland County where he has vested interests, and in other areas in South Carolina are concerning. Those concerns are supported through documentation from several expert witnesses that give credence to Bilbro’s decisive move to bring legal action against his own Governor, State Agency, and the non-profits involved.

In addition he seeks to stop the use of Family Court being used by asylum seekers as a way to circumvent the vetting process as it encourages border smuggling of children and further criminal acts. According to an expert witness in the case, Jessica Vaughn, Center For Immigration studies, Affidavit, Page 2, states,

“Federal sources, including Border Patrol and Immigration and Customs Enforcement(ICE) indicate that the majority of new illegal arrival from Central America, including the unaccompanied minors, are not coming to seek safe haven from persecution or civil war (the legal definition of a refugee) but to join friends and family already here in the United States (usually without legal status).

It is widely acknowledged that the families of most, if not all, of these minors have contracted with smuggling organizations to bring minors to the United States. The smuggling organizations understand that the minors will be taken into Federal government custody and then delivered safely to their destination by federally-funded resettlement contractors. The minors are coached on what to say to U.S. authorities and how the process works.”

Vaughn continues,

“The government and its contractors do not conduct background checks on the individuals who volunteer to serve as sponsors for the minors. Claims of family or non-family relationships rarely are authenticated with verifiable documentation, such as original birth certificates, DNA testing, or other means. The establishment of relationships is essentially done through the honor system.”

What is chiefly being used to verify the migrants is the honor system. This vetting process for the unaccompanied minors sounds eerily similar to the one applied to refugees from Syria and other terrorist nations who will be admitted in the thousands this year, according to many legislators who are asking anywhere from 65,000 to 100,000 within the next few years.

Interestingly, Gov. Haley was quoted in August 2015, as to her reasoning behind not wanting GITMO detainees in SC. She said,

“We are absolutely drawing a line that we are not going to allow any terrorists to come into South Carolina. We are not going to allow that kind of threat. We’re not going to allow that kind of character to come in…This is a slap in the face to the people in South Carolina who have sacrificed so much for this country… To turn around and say that you are going (to) put these terrorists in our backyards.”

In my opinion, this is in essence what the Refugee Resettlement Program does. If the highest intelligence officers in the country, FBI director Coomey, and Defense Intelligence Agency director Stewart say that the Syrian refugees cannot be vetted, and that ISIS will attempt direct attacks in 2016, respectively, prudence would demand a halt to the program that settles immigrants from a country riddled with terrorists.

In addition, the refugee and asylee program of SCDSS not only potentially involves child smuggling, drug smuggling connections, and national security risks, but is unsustainable economically according to expert Paul Sutliff, author and researcher. Sutliff states in Affidavit-Sutliff, page 5,

“The South Carolina Plan does not address who pays for those who after 12 months have had their status mandatorily adjusted to Permanent Resident Alien. This cost is necessarily passed off to the South Carolina taxpayer.”

Mr. Bilbro, in my thinking, is doing the only thing left for him to do when faced with legislators who do not listen or vote in ways that would protect American citizens. In fact, after reading this lawsuit, I conclude that any legislator or elected official who isn’t actively seeking to stop the Refugee Resettlement program fails in their Constitutional duty to protect life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness for their constituents.

To see the clear and present danger it presents, as well as the economic burden placed on the backs of hard-working citizens and to continue leading Americans into harms way is grounds for a lawsuit.

Obama Administration: Europe facing ‘existential threat’ from Muslim migration

These people have got to go!  Imagine this: Obama Secretary of State John Kerry is confirming what we all know: Europe is in very serious trouble as over a million migrants have flooded in over the last year because ‘leaders’ such as Germany’s Angela Merkel have welcomed them with open arms.

Secretary of State John Kerry with his Assistant Secretary of State Anne Richard are the duo who are responsible for refugee resettlement in every one of our towns.

Obama is doing the same to America!

We have thousands upon thousands of Unaccompanied Alien Children walking in to our country (or riding trains) and claiming asylum, refugee numbers have been increased (from countries that hate us!) and foreign workers are invited in by the hundreds of thousands to take Americans’ jobs, even Cubans (from a country supposedly now free!) are swarming in to the US from everywhere.

And, Kerry says the very same things (sans Cubans) pose an existential threat for Europe!  What about us?

Here is The Blaze yesterday:

Though just months ago President Barack Obama excoriated and mocked Republicans who oppose offering Syrian refugees resettlement in the U.S., Secretary of State John Kerry on Saturday characterized the flood of refugees entering Europe as a “threat” of “near existential” proportions to the continent.

“The United States of America understands the near existential nature of this threat to the politics and fabric of life in Europe,” Kerry told the Munich Security Conference Saturday, according to the the State Department’s transcript of his remarks.

The top U.S. diplomat said that half of those trying to get into Europe aren’t even Syrian and that there’s “a whole industry” designed to move them over borders, echoing arguments made by those who want a more stringent vetting process before allowing migrants claiming to be Syrian refugees into the U.S.

“As we know, 50 percent of the people now knocking on the door of Europe — with a whole industry that’s been created to try to help move them and some very perverse politics in certain places that turns the dial up and down for political purposes — half of them now come from places other than Syria. Think about that — Pakistan, Bangladesh***, Afghanistan,” Kerry said. [We have admitted tens of thousands from those same countries to the US over the years—ed]

The secretary of state said that the “staggering humanitarian crisis” is posing “unprecedented challenges” and affecting “the social fabric of Europe.”

Yet, Kerry is so dense he doesn’t get-it that we see what is happening to Europe and DO NOT want it here!

We want our social fabric left alone!

People ask me all the time, what can I do to fight this—the invasion of America.

Not for the first time, I am going to beg someone to begin a blog or website about the Diversity Visa Lottery (Green Card Lottery).  If you think refugee resettlement is outrageous you haven’t seen anything yet!

Every year we admit 50,000 new permanent residents to the US (through a lottery!) for the sole purpose of increasing our diversity!

I’ve highlighted Bangladesh, which is now ineligible for the program because in a previous five year period over 50,000 Bangladeshis entered the US!  Bangladesh is a safe Muslim country.  These people are not refugees!

And, for goodness sake, if anyone you know (or a political candidate or elected official) says, “I am fine with legal immigration, just not illegal immigration,” then hit them upside the head! (figuratively).

These people have got to go!

If you are in one of the early primary states where the 2016 Presidential candidates are everywhere in your state, you MUST be hitting them on refugees and on immigration generally everywhere you find them!  Tell them we don’t want to be Europe!

Canada to resume financial support to a surrogate for terrorist organizations

Russia hit 1,888 targets in Syria in a week — U.S. count? Just 16

The Russians have often accused the Obama Administration of just pretending to go after the Islamic State by mounting a few airstrikes just for show. And here we are.

Putin7

“Russia hit 1,888 targets in Syria in a week; US count? Just 16,” by Matthew Schofield, McClatchy, February 12, 2016:

BERLIN — In the seven days before the announcement early Friday that a cease-fire might go into effect in Syria in another week, Russian forces hit more than 100 times as many targets within the embattled nation as a military coalition that includes the United States.

Exactly how the cease-fire proposed at an international conference in Munich would work is still being decided. The agreement announced by Russian and U.S. officials said “a nationwide cessation of hostilities … should apply to any party currently engaged in military or paramilitary hostilities” except the Islamic State, al-Qaida’s Syrian affiliate — Jabhat al Nusra — “or other groups designated as terrorist organizations by the United Nations Security Council.”

Since Russia considers any organization attacking the government of Syrian President Bashar Assad a terrorist group, the question arises of just how its efforts might change.

And those efforts are substantial, as a weekly report by the Russian Ministry of Defense makes clear. In a report posted Thursday on its website, the ministry noted that its jets flew 510 combat sorties and hit 1,888 “terrorist objects” in Syria. The previous week’s report claimed 464 sorties that hit a total of 1,354 “terrorist objects.”

Daily reports from the U.S. military for the same period indicate a much lower level of activity: 16 targets struck in Syria. The reports also said those forces hit 91 targets in Iraq.

The reports suggest Russia has been far more aggressive than the United States has leading up to the cease-fire proposal.

The most recent Russian report, for instance, notes, “During air duty mission, Su-25 attack aircraft detected three hardware columns transporting militants, armament and munitions along the highway al Qaryatayn-Homs. The strike resulted in elimination of nine heavy trucks with munitions and more than 40 militants.”

A Feb. 9 report from U.S. Central Command gave that day’s actions this way: “Near Kobani, one strike struck an ISIL tactical unit. Near Manbij, one strike struck an ISIL tactical unit. Near Mar’a, one strike struck an ISIL tactical unit and destroyed an ISIL fighting position.”…

On February 5, 2016, the Alberta Islamic Welfare Association hosted a Family Day event for Syrian refugees and their families, along with members of the local Muslim community in Edmonton and the Imam Shaban Sherif Mady.

In his speech to the Syrian refugees, Shaban Sherif Mady greeted them, emphasized the merits of the people of Greater Syria in the eyes of Allah for defeating the Crusaders and the Tatars, and ended with a supplication to Allah.

The following is an excerpt of the supplication (originally in Arabic):

“O Allah! Strengthen the mujahideen [jihad fighters in the path of Allah] everywhere, make their hearts firm and strong, let them hit their targets, give them victory over their enemies.

“O Allah! Destroy the oppressors.

“O Allah! Destroy your enemies, the enemies of religion [Islam].

“O Allah! Whoever wishes good for Islam and the Muslims, bestow all goodness upon him.

“O Allah! Whoever wishes ill for us and wishes ill for Islam and the Muslims, make his plot [tied] around his neck and make him preoccupied with himself, and make his plan cause his own destruction.”…

Socialism/Communism: A Paradox of Incompetence

Knowledge of Socialism/Communism is the key issue in the elections of 2016. And this was the exact reason I began this series with the presentation of both to show their nefarious influence in America for the last 50-60 years. I planned to title this column “A Paradox of Incompetence”, then I change my mind. Yet, I was not the first one to warn America of the danger of infiltration of the Socialism/Communism ideology on our soil. The following law was enacted 60 years ago:

The Communist Control Act (68 Stat. 775, 50 U.S.C. 841-844) is a piece of United States federal legislation, signed into law by President Dwight Eisenhower on 24 August 1954, which outlawed the Communist Party of the United States and criminalized membership in, or support for the Party or “Communist-action” organizations and defined evidence to be considered by a jury in determining participation in the activities, planning, actions, objectives, or purposes of such organizations.

An Act to outlaw the Communist Party, to prohibit members of Communist organizations from serving in certain representative capacities, and for other purposes.CCA
Acronyms (colloquial)

The question is whether our political class have the fortitude to execute the law or not. The events during the last decade definitely present the negative answer—they did not defend free market capitalism. The Democrats have even gone so far as to legitimize the notion of Soviet Socialism, which is a fraud and in doing so they open the door for our enemies to undermine our political system. The Republicans did not fight like Newt Gingrich in the 1990s— they didn’t stop the aggressive posture of Socialism in America. The last decade was a decade of paralyzed opposition.

Teaching in two largest universities in New York City, I had a close ties with young people at the end of the 20th century. I knew that they had been seduced by the fake positive appearance of Socialism and I tried to educate them by bringing them the truth about the creations of Marxist theory. For my efforts I was fired from both universities—the Socialist professors prevailed and you can realize the impact of that today in the election of 2016–an army of indoctrinated and deceived youth. Today young people naively assume that they will continue to enjoy liberty and private property under Socialism.

If our youth is indoctrinated, deceived and fascinated with a new-for-them term Socialism, the Republican establishment is just incompetent and timid for not arguing against Socialism and praising Capitalism. During the Republican candidates’ debate on February 6, 2016, just two days before the New Hampshire primary, Rubio drew mockery for repeating a rehearsed line four times and most analysts predicted his defeat that would to give new life to the struggling candidacies of the Republican establishment governors: Christie, Bush, and Kasich.  I saw the event in a completely opposite way.

For me, the Rubio rehearsed phrase (though he could’ve changed the wording) was the main point of our entire election—Obama intentionally harming our country. What Rubio repeated four times, I have been writing about for years. From childhood to the present Obama has clung to the same mantra—American capitalism is the guilty party for all the unfairness, grievances, and inequality in the world.  It is Obama’s core Socialist principles learned from Saul Alinsky and Marshal Davis. That is why Rubio was right to repeat the axiom. His critics paid attention to the form and none of them mentioned the substance.

A result for the main accuser Governor Christie was suicidal—he withdrew from the race for presidency. That was one example of paradox of incompetence—aspects of the official establishment of the GOP are incompetent, they missed the opportunity to expose Socialist Agents of Influence “working” for decades on our American soil. Unfortunately, incompetence has a lot of company in 2016 America—they all underestimated the incredibly smart people of America and their deep love for their country.

The GOP has never misses the opportunity to miss an opportunity. We saw it when the icon of conservatism the National Review tried to discredit Republican front-runner Trump. “Trump is a philosophically unmoored political opportunist who would trash the broad conservative ideological consensus within the GOP in favor of a free-floating populism…”

There is no “ideological consensus,” in the party. I was a member of the Conservative Party in New York City in the 1980s. That experience taught me the difficulty of finding consensus. Besides, the party itself was a microscopic one, let alone the age of the people there. I left it. I remember disagreements between social conservatives, fiscal conservatives, and a huge paradigm of different types of conservatives seeking consensus. I am still a conservative, writing about Stalin’s Soviet Fascism that is destroying America today, yet nationally recognized conservatives are not talking about or calling a spade a spade. Where are the conservatives who know that Putin again praising Stalin, using his image and his tricks in Russia to prop up the human spirit there by creating an outside enemy— America? This knowledge will serve all conservatives the best–national security should be the issue around which we find our consensus, real consensus.

The National Review openly agitated the voters: Don’t vote for Trump, he is an existential threat to the party. This was a kick below the belt, a knife in the back of the Republican Party and its future. The words “Trump is a philosophically unmoored political opportunist” is a mere offence of a front-runner at a time when we are entering the point of no return due to the Democrats adherence to the ideology of socialism, I called Soviet fascism. This is another paradox of incompetence that forces me to return to the ideology of socialism.

Look at Bernie Sanders; he called himself a Democratic-Socialist. Respecting his age, I won’t use rude words, but Democratic-Socialist is an oxymoron.  Why isn’t the National Review addressing the most important issue of our days, the ideology of Socialism? It is currently being accepted as a valid political philosophy in America, seducing an army of young people to vote for Sanders, who is clueless about real socialism. Don’t the people of the National Review see the upcoming catastrophe, created by the Socialists masquerading as Democrats, led by Obama?

A 74 year Democrat’s candidate for the US presidency Sanders displays a spectacular ignorance in talking about the Scandinavian countries: there are no Democrat-Socialists in their leadership, they are Social-Democrats. Sanders does not recognize the difference. The terms Social and Socialist are different words carrying different notions. Socialism ultimately results in dictatorship, represented by a one-party system; Europe has among other parties Social-Democratic Party, some members of which are in the leadership of the country. Go to Greece and see what is going on there, when Communists and Socialists are in power.

The term Socialism is an abstract notion for the vast majority of Americans.  Discussing the nature of Socialism would be very beneficial for Americans. It would expose Stalin’s tricks and how they are being used by his devoted disciples in the Democrat Party of America. Do you remember the collapse of the Soviet Union? Socialism had never worked anywhere—Socialism had produced Chernobyl. That is the real socialism. The Stalinist model is a waste of time, waste of money, waste of human energy, and very importantly, being openly implemented by Obama in his transformation of America. Those who are familiar with my writings know that. We are the witnesses of how Hillary, Sanders and Obama are using Stalin’s Political Correctness to deceive the voters by false hopes today.

Hillary, Sanders and Obama are operating off the same page and theatrics from the KGB’s play-book, written by Stalin. They are using political correctness to deceive and fool YOU. Do you remember Stalin’s formula or model, substituting the result with the process? All three are doing just that—they can’t keep their promises, and like Stalin’s promises, they will never be delivered. Yet, I will go further, because today Obama represents the Democrat Party and both candidates Hillary and Sanders—will continue Stalinism, they are his devoted disciples in America.

Sometimes the methods or activities of the candidates indicate their ideology. Reportedly, Sanders is using bussing to bring young people from the different towns in Iowa. This is a Red Flag! Obama provided money for the Democrats to use this method in the election 2012 in America and later in Israel to bus Arabs to the voting pricings to vote against Netanyahu in 2015. Do you know the origin of the method? It came from Russia, Putin uses young people by bussing them to different precincts to vote for his United Russia Party. The method is called carousel (roundabout). What is Happening to America? Xlibris, 2012, pp.191-192.

.Look at the current event presented by Accuracy in Media: Did Putin Strike in the Heart of Washington, D.C.? Cliff Kincaid — January 21, 2016 3 Comments   |   Printer Friendly  “ With the release of the British report into the role of the Russian government in the death of former KGB agent Alexander Litvinenko in London, some attention is returning to how President Vladimir Putin murders his perceived enemies…  Last November…the Russian creator of the propaganda channel, Russia Today (RT), Mikhail Lesin, was found dead in a Washington D.C. hotel room. Former FBI agent John Whiteside, who handled Russian espionage cases, told me in an interview that it wouldn’t surprise him if Putin had engineered the death of Lesin. ‘Putin is a KGB guy through and through,’ …The speculation in the media is that Lesin was in Washington, D.C. to cooperate with the FBI, and expose corruption and other misdeeds by the Putin regime.”

As you can see Stalinist Socialism, his tricks and methods are alive and well in the 21st century. Instead of discussing the principal philosophy of Socialism, which has definitely entered our soil, the National Review attacks and damages Trump, who is up to now a front-runner for the Republicans. Moreover, just wait for the real actions of Russia and Iran against Donald J. Trump. The usual arsenal of the KGB’s dirty tricks will be unleashed, including assassinations, to prevent Trump from winning the election in America. Trump is an existential threat to the worldwide Soviet Mafia I have been writing about for the last twenty years. Be prepared for those dirty tricks in America.

My warning has been echoing in Europe:

“Today our civilization is still in danger, as a matter of fact worse than ever before. We are facing an existential threat. You can see it everywhere, in all Western European countries. Our borders have been opened to Islamic mass immigration. And the consequences are terrible. The costs are gigantic, the attacks horrible and the threat of terrorism has never been higher. So we need to act.” – Statement by Geert Wilders Press conference Europe of Nations and Freedom (ENF) Milano, 29 January, 2016

Often history repeats itself as a farce. The Russian Socialist Revolution in 1917, had been a tragedy for the country and the world. Some historians called Russian revolution a coup de etas.  The centennial of the October Socialist Revolution in Russia is coming in 2017. Since its inception, it has caused untold misery, wars, starvation and millions of deaths, and now the entire planet is on fire.  It seems, we are witnessing an attempt to repeat the same dirty scheme playing in the America soil hundred years later. Sanders is not only a Socialist, he even uses a typical Stalin’s lexicon—“the working class.” America doesn’t have class divisions, but Russia did. Sanders also calls for “transformation of America,” aren’t we in a stage of Obama’s transformation now?

Don’t be surprised by Bernie Sanders’ speeches resonating with the army of millennials. The youth are the main targets of socialism. The incremental transformation is taking place as Obama passes the torch to Sanders. The attempt to infiltrate our elections by the KGB has been going on since McGovern—now, an open Socialist Sanders confirms it in the 21st century. Do you know who is behind the man? Have you heard about “Trojan Horse?” We have already met two.

There is another paradox of incompetence.  Website Wikipedia gives us information on Sanders and on some of his “relatives who remained in Poland were killed in the Holocaust.” It is perhaps the greatest irony of his political career, in spite of knowing the evil that was perpetuated by the National Socialist Party in Germany, Sanders has embraced socialism his entire life. Once in the United States Congress, Sanders founded the Congressional Progressive Caucus. For your information Nazi is an acronym of National Socialist Party of Fascist Germany. You can now see an extricable chain-connection in the history between fascism and socialism and begin to grasp our political predicament in the 21st century.

According to David Horowitz’s FrontPageMag.com website: “Members of the Congressional Progressive Caucus (CPC) are undoubtedly socialists, though most shy away from the label. The CPC has long had ties to the far-left Institute for Policy Studies, Democratic Socialists of America (the largest Marxist group in the country), and the Communist Party USA.” David Horowitz is right, the source of the current socialist movement in America goes back to the fraudulent Marxist Theory, exposed by this exact series titled Soviet Fascism in the 21st Century.

Now you can see a logical ideological connection of the 20s century to the reality in the events in the 21st century—Soviet Socialism is in fact Soviet Fascism. It has become a legitimate model implemented in America by the Democrat Party and its leader President Obama. There is another paradox of incompetence– the ideology of Soviet Fascism emanates from the fraudulent Marxist Theory … See more at www.simonapipko1.com.

Yet, I will go further, because today Obama represents the Democrat Party and both candidates Hillary and Sanders.

‘Welcoming’ churches getting shaky over the Muslim migrant invasion

Invasion of Europe news….

When do the numbers get so high that even the religious do-gooders start to worry?  I guess we are seeing their limit now after a million migrants have invaded Germany.

How many is too many?

Next time you get into an argument with an Open Borders ‘humanitarian’ here in America (or anywhere actually) ask them what is their limit.  What is the number that would be too many for even them?  I bet you get a deer-in-the-headlights look!  If they say there should be no limits and no borders you know you are dealing with an anarchist and not a humanitarian!

So now we are beginning to see the extent of the German “welcome.”  They are coming to their senses, but of course the big question is:  Is it too late?

We told you about the German Catholic Bishop (Marx) here recently, now the Lutherans are getting worried.

From Religion News Service:

PARIS (RNS) Germany’s Christian churches, long the most positive voices greeting waves of Middle Eastern refugees pouring into the country in recent months, have begun to admit the need to limit the flow now that public opinion towards the newcomers has turned from welcoming to wary.

Catholic and Protestant church leaders fully backed Chancellor Angela Merkel’s original open-door policy announced on Sept. 4, framing it as wealthy Germany’s Christian duty to offer refuge to all Syrians and others fleeing civil war in their home countries.

They continued preaching this through Christmas and New Year, saying Germany could not set an upper limit to its hospitality, even though Merkel gave in to rising criticism and falling poll ratings in mid-December to say that she would “noticeably reduce the number of refugees.”

Then came the New Years Eve sex attacks.

After a few weeks’ delay, the heads of both the Catholic and Protestant churches have shifted their focus and begun to speak about controlling the number of arrivals.

[….]

Heinrich Bedford-Strohm, Bavaria’s Lutheran bishop and head of the Evangelical Church in Germany, said it was “clear that we have to want” a reduction in refugees. He warned against debates about which immigration policy was more moral.

It is unclear to me what Bedford-Strohm means here about not debating the morality of immigration policy, but maybe he is getting at the idea of reality (German practicality!) trumping humanitarian zeal.

See our entire ‘Invasion of Europe’ archive here, and go here for much much more on dear old Deutschland.

Rich Weiner said ‘right now there’s nothing that leads us to believe that this is anything but a random attack.’” Nonsense. If Rich Weiner were as knowledgeable about Islam and jihad as he (and all others like him) should be, he would know exactly what this was — especially since Mohammad Barry later lunged at police with his machete and a knife. Israel, Arab Christians, police — three prime targets of the jihad.

“Cops Kill Suspect After Violent Machete Attack At Northeast Columbus Restaurant,” by Evan Anderson, Tylar Bacome and Nathan Baca, WBNS-10 TV, February 11, 2016 (thanks to Darcy):

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Police have shot and killed a suspect after he attacked multiple people at a restaurant in northeast Columbus with a machete.

The incident happened at the Nazareth Restaurant & Deli on North Hamilton Road just after 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Police said the man walked into the restaurant, had a conversation with an employee and then left. He returned about a half hour later. That’s when police said he approached a man and a woman who were sitting just inside the door at a booth and started the attack.

After the attacks, the suspect fled in his car southwest toward the Easton area. Officers attempted a PIT maneuver during the escape, but were unsuccessful. A short time later, a successful attempt was made, and the suspect slammed into a curb near Montclair Drive.

As officers converged on the suspect, he exited the vehicle with a knife in one hand and a machete in the other, according to police. After unsuccessfully firing a taser at the man, he lunged across the hood at the officers and was shot dead.

No officers were hurt during the shooting.

Meantime, four victims were taken to Grant Medical Center, including one in critical condition. All are expected to recover from their injuries.

Columbus police Sgt. Rich Weiner said “right now there’s nothing that leads us to believe that this is anything but a random attack.”

CBS News has identified the suspect as Mohammad Barry, however neither 10TV nor Columbus Police have confirmed the suspect’s name. CBS News also reports Barry has a Somali background and may have traveled to Dubai in 2012.

Law enforcement tells them the incident appears to be the type of “lone wolf terrorist attacks they’re trying to stop.”

The FBI is assisting in the investigation.

“He came to each table and just started hitting them.”

Witnesses said that the suspect had walked into the Nazareth Restaurant and asked for the owner. After being told the owner wasn’t there, he left the restaurant.

Diners said the man calmly walked back in 30 minutes later before he started his attack with a machete.

The husband of one of the waitresses working at Nazareth Thursday night said he asked her if the man was saying anything, to which she told him he was quiet and just started hacking people.

“He looked straight at me, but he went over to the booths and just started going down the booths. It all seemed to happen in slow motion,” the waitress said.

Karen Bass who was in the restaurant said she had only been inside about half an hour before the man started attacking. “He came to each table and just started hitting them,” she said. “There were tables and chairs overturned there was a man on the floor bleeding there was blood on the floor.”

Bass said it was like a scene from a horror film down to her stumbling escape.

“I fell like five times. My legs felt like jelly. I just thought he was going to come behind me and slash me up.”…

It is too early to say whether there was any political motive to this attack, but it struck a restaurant known for its embrace of both Israeli, Jewish and Arab Muslim culture.

Inside the restaurant, guests are greeted by two things near the entrance: A small Israeli flag and a Arabic phrase of greeting: it read “Ahlan Wa Shalan” [sic — it’s actually ahlan wa sahlan] which roughly translates to “You are my family, take it easy.”…

It’s actually an expression of greeting and welcome.

Russia’s Syria diktat

In a few weeks the Syrian civil war will reach another grim milestone. In March it will be five years since that war began. Back then, in 2011, the uprising against the dictatorship of the Assad dynasty seemed as though it could herald a moment of hope. Indeed the whole region appeared to be showing the potential to throw off the yoke of the dictators and the people seemed to be showing that they were willing to take control of their own futures. How far away that moment, briefly termed the ‘Arab Spring’, now seems.

There has been little enough good news in the years that have followed. Syria has descended into an inter-sectarian war, in which nearly every power in the region and much of the wider world has had their own favourites, however briefly. And many of the groups they have supported have subsequently slipped away from their own grip. The situation is a mess and there is now no obvious way to solve it.

The newly-announced ‘pause’ deal is alas no such thing. It is a deal to which Assad and the Syrian government have not agreed. It is a deal to which, rather obviously, neither ISIS nor the al-Nusra front have agreed. And the pause also does not refer to Russian air-strikes. In a way this ‘agreement’ epitomises everything that has gone wrong with Syria from the start. Putting the country back together again is impossible because everybody wants to keep their pieces of it while demanding everybody else offer up theirs.

Starkest of all is the utterly cynical behaviour of the Russian government. After months of bombing targets which constitute the more moderate anti-Assad opposition, this week Russian Prime Minister Medvedev gave a stark warning to America, Saudi Arabia and others not to send in ground-troops to stabilise parts of Syria. To do so, he threatened, would lead to ‘permanent’ war.

And here is the tragedy of Syria. The West demonstrated no leadership from the start, and so five years in it is Russia that is dictating the terms both of war and peace and doing so for no moral or humanitarian reason but for the lowest forms of statecraft. It is the people of Syria who most deserve our pity. And it is the whole international community who most deserves their remaining contempt.

From the Director’s Desk

It’s been an interesting experience watching a US Primary unfold before my eyes this week, New Hampshire’s race having coincided with a speaking visit to Palm Beach, Florida.

As I sat glued to the wall to wall coverage of the results, two things swiftly became apparent.

As I sat glued to the wall to wall coverage of the results, two things swiftly became apparent. The first was that Americans – or at least the good people of New Hampshire – were angry enough at the state of politics/the economy/America’s position in the world (delete as applicable) to vote for ‘outsider’ candidates. This was unsurprising, given polls had suggested this for some time, and New Hampshire has a history of plumping for non-Establishment candidates.

The second factor was more interesting, for it appears that in making the choice for change, New Hampshire’s voters seemed happy to entrust their future into the hands of two elderly, white men. Now I have nothing against elderly, white men, seeing as I will be one myself one day, but Bernie Sanders and Donald Trump are unusual candidates for the mantles thrust upon them.

Sanders talks a good game, but has been a Washington insider for many a year as a Representative and now Senator. He will be 75 at the time of the election. Trump wil be a spritelier 70, but is a bona fide member not only of the 1% as opposed to the 99%, but the 0.1% of the 1% who are supposed to have done even better than their already wealthy peers. It appears Americans have discounted the reality of their situations in order to embrace the possibility that one of these candidates could yet lead them to nirvana.

It seems dificult to believe – given the monumental blunders it has made in terms of foreign policy and the damage it has caused to US standing in the world – t‎hat we might one day come to regard the Obama years as golden compared to what came next. But watching Sanders’ and Trump’s victory speeches led me to conclude we might. Sanders’ effort can only be described as turgid. Trump’s as rambling. Neither were good advertisements for the state of US democracy.

Of course, in the US Presidential election cycle, every candidate is only one result away from either achieveing the ‘Big Mo’ – otherwise known as momentum – or from being eliminated from the contest. Already, the field has contracted. Let us hope that when it narrows to two, that the victorious ones are those who can ensure America’s – and indeed the world’s – future is better than its immediate past.

Killers came in as ‘unaccompanied alien children’

Killers, gangbangers and other assorted criminals came across the US Southern border in recent years and are beginning to ‘show’ themselves such as in this dreadful case reported by Leo Hohmann writing at World Net Daily:

Two Central American teens charged in the recent execution-style killing of a Massachusetts man came to the U.S. as unaccompanied alien children or UACs under President Obama’s “open-border free-for-all,” according to a Judicial Watch report.

unaccompanied alien children

This is a 2014 photo of some of the apprehended “children.” Obama and the religious refugee contractors want them to be legitimate asylum seekers. Lawyers ready and willing to make them Americans!

The two 17-year-old boys also have ties to the notorious MS-13 gang, according to the Boston Herald.

Upward of 130,000 women and children from El Salvador, Guatemala and Honduras have poured across the U.S.-Mexico border since the summer of 2014 and the administration has distributed them into communities nationwide with the help of the Catholic, Lutheran, Baptist and various evangelical churches.

WND reported Wednesday that a new study by a Catholic organization found that nearly 80 percent of those coming from Honduras were not fleeing violence but merely seeking economic opportunities.

Lawmakers want answers from the Office of Refugee Resettlement (the lead agency responsible for the whereabouts and the care of the “children” most of whom are teenage boys!)

This week two federal lawmakers – a senator and a congressman – sent a letter to the administration demanding answers on exactly how and when the teens entered the U.S. The lawmakers, Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, the chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, and Rep. Bob Goodlatte, R-Va., chair of the House Judiciary Committee, also want to know if the administration had knowledge about the suspects’ gang connections.

“Please provide a complete copy of the alien file for Jose Vasquez Ardon and Cristian Nunez-Flores,” the lawmakers state in a letter to the Department of Homeland Security and Health and Human Services, the agency that’s mostly handled the barrage of UACs and the relocation process.

There is much more, continue reading here.

We have an extensive archive on so-called ‘unaccompanied alien children’ here.  Thousands of these teenage boys have been secretively distributed throughout the US.  Many more are on the way in 2016!

Be sure to see this post about the squabbling resettlement agencies trying to get their cut of the federal boodle for the “children.”

Trump: Yes, I could look Syrian kids in the face and say they can’t come here!

A bearded man at a town-hall meeting in NH asked Donald Trump if he could look Syrian kids in the face and tell them they can’t come to America. Trump said, yes, he absolutely could do that.

Trump then went on to say, we don’t know who they are.  He said that the Gulf States should help build safe zones in Syria where refugees could be cared for until the conflict is over.  He also said that most of them want to go home anyway.  All of that is true.

He also predicted a coming revolution in Germany and said, “Wait until you see what they do to Merkel!”

The bearded man was obviously a plant.  He said he came from Greenwich, CT and that Greenwich was going to get Syrian refugees. Trump quipped that he must be rich to live in Greenwich.

Can you identify the bearded man?  We know that one of the driving forces behind more resettlement of Muslims to Connecticut is CAIR Connecticut (being helped by Senator Richard Blumenthal).

Who is the bearded man? Can you help identify him?

Watch the clip here (hat tip Walid Shoebat):

By the way, of the 841 Syrians admitted to the U.S. in FY 2016, 833 are Muslims.  We are not saving Syrian Christians.

Update!  Thanks to readers who found that the bearded man is Darren Ornitz who lives in Brooklyn, NY. He may have earlier lived in Greenwich, CT.  He is a Reuters freelance photographer and is “leaning toward” supporting Bernie Sanders.  Once you know his name the rest falls into place. Here is one report on him.

Jewish agency and Islamic Center working together to bring more Syrians to the U.S.

We’ve told you previously that apparently the city of Pittsburgh has run out of America poor people and is looking to import more poverty from the Middle East, Africa and Asia so at least their poverty would be diverse.

The mayor, Bill Peduto, wrote to Obama in September looking especially for thousands of Syrians.

I’ll bet African American voters helped put this guy in office and they don’t get it that he is now bringing in competition for low income housing and jobs for low-skill workers. (The city is 26% African American, here)

This is the latest from the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette (housing and jobs are in short supply, no kidding?):

While the city of Pittsburgh might be welcoming more refugees from war-torn Syria, it is local agencies such as Jewish Family & Children’s Service and the Islamic Center of Pittsburgh that are working to make their lives here possible.

The challenges, Pittsburgh Mayor Bill Peduto said, are housing and jobs.

“It’s not the city government that does this work,” Mr. Peduto said at “A Syrian Summit” Thursday night at East Liberty Presbyterian Church. “It’s the agencies … they look at those two critical factors.”

Dozens of people attended the meeting, sponsored by the Southwest PA division of the National Association of Social Workers, to ask Mr. Peduto and other speakers what Pittsburgh is doing for Syrian refugees and to advocate for them to live here. Four families already do.

The city will be able to take 500 refugees — not just Syrians — this year, he said.
