It is a dangerous time! We are dealing with Evil and nobody knows it. What a tragedy! There are lots of political discussions and arguments on radio/TV and internet, but no one knows the real enemy. As a former soviet attorney, I was writing and exposing our aggressive foe for forty years, but the Evil is multiplying every day and has already infiltrated our security agencies, morality, and democratic institutions.

To stop me, the FBI unlawfully submitted my name to the FISA Court and the Court made me a Foreign Agent in 2002.

Consequently my books and columns have been sabotaged and banned, preventing you from reading them… I don’t trust either the FBI or CIA and nothing could intimidate and threaten me…

Yes, there are a lot of dealings to uncover, expose, and investigate in America, but without knowledge of Russia and its KGB’s Mafia/Army it is impossible. Like the recent quadruple murders of the student in Idaho, I knew the source of Evil immediately. The police and the FBI have no idea where to go for the solution. The name of the city Moscow doesn’t tell them anything. There are other indications of the Evil-culprit unknown to them. When I saw the photo of the knife, the recent mutilation of animals jumped in my mind instantly. The FBI and police will fail, until they read my books or columns for free. Knowledge is Power!

Friends, we are continuing dealing with the Dems’ lying thugs’ collusion with the KGB, known to you during the last seven years in America. We now have less than two years to expose them for what they really are. This is our last chance to prevent a rout of the Republican Party and the downfall of the American Constitutional Republic. The Dem help their partner, the KGB’s Mafia/Army to infiltrate our entire society and its democratic institutions. All troubles in America and the world derived from the same source and Joe Biden’s connection to it. In fact, Joe Biden and the Dem Party are the center of all our troubles. The time is now to open the eyes of the American public and the world to show how Commander-in-Chief with dementia let his staff—holdovers from Obama manage his presidency. The KGB’s Mafia/Army Runs America and the World

Experiencing some disappointments with the midterm election, the GOP asked people to provide a personal opinion about that. Hence my proposal for the GOP is as follows: First, the Impeachment of Alejandro N. Majorca’s has no sense and brings no solution. The man responsible for the open borders policy is Chief executive with dementia, who runs by the staff. The Founding Fathers left to us the only solution for the case—The 25th Amendment. We must be decisive, proactive and implement the law. The dementia and Biden’s lies start catching up with him and will open a Pandora Box of the KGB’s foreign involvements. Watch the Dem leaders Obama, Schumer, Kirby, and Biden: they are using the Russian policy of “Disinformation.” America and the world have become their victims!

Watch how they use Stalinist Political Correctness, which is a linguistic ploy to deceive you. Schumer praised the policy of open borders saying: We need people to work and immigration provides us with those people. He is using Stalinist PC—we are dealing with illegal migrants from 180 countries, not with legal immigration! The investigation of the Crypto-King will present the KGB’s ties with two Dems sitting on the bench with him: Bill Clinton and Tony Blair. They and the KGB were demolishing America in the 20th century, but our Security Apparatus knows neither Russia nor the KGB’s Mafia/Army and this is the result of current crises. Look at the unprecedented anti-lockdown protest in China today. It will definitely be a brutal, violent crackdown by the Communist totalitarian regime, like it was in the 20th century Russia. Remember, Stalin has established two identical security apparatus in Russia and China. The massive protests in China can delay the Communist planned invasion of Tavian. It can be even worse: the brave protesters calling for “Down with Xi” and “Zero Covid.” Those are the signs of instability and future bloodshed by the regime. The U.S. President Joe Biden is missing in action! Joe was silent on Hon-Hong and many other Communist aggressive actions. Watch and analyze Biden’s Covid policy in America. Don’t you see some similarities with Chinese ones?

If you haven’t read my books or columns, you don’t know many important events, dealings, and occasions. I have been following Joe Biden since 2013-2014, when Obama appointed him a point man for Ukraine. Biden didn’t hide his ideology and openly collaborated with Vladimir Putin. His interview called quid-pro-quo was on TV many times. Biden threatened not to give $Billion to Ukraine unless the prosecutor investigating Hunter’s case is fired. Old and corrupt pro-Russian Ukrainian gov. had fired the prosecutor. We saw a collaboration between Putin/Biden against the young democratic Ukraine. Then, Biden was a part of a criminal cabal, weaponized by the FBI and CIA, investigating Trump for seven years. A cabal was run by three Presidents: Clinton, Obama, and Putin. This cabal runs Biden’s administration today—it is Joe Biden’s case to investigate, not Hunter’s case.

In this connection, I have to remind you that Vladimir Putin had played a very substantial role then and continued to participate closely with Biden now through the cabal and the “Axis of Evil.” Those are the countries fighting Western civilization for the last 7-8 decades under the Russian umbrella. They are North Korea, China, Cuba, Venezuela, Syria, and so on. Don’t be surprised that some of them reminded us of their existence like Stalinist North Korea, China, and Venezuela. Russia’s fraud also played a role in all our elections. Like linguistic propaganda and “operation disinformation” Putin’s KGB Mafia/Army had introduced to Dems the “criminal voting operations.” I gave you an example of a “fraudulent voting operation” in Russia in my book. That exact operation was executed by the Dems in America. They needed only chaos and several weeks to implement fraud using the chaos.

Returning to the GOP suggestion. The second step for the House is the process of Impeachment against the Border Czar—Kamala Harris, appointed by Commander-in-Chief. This is the crime of the century, infiltration of 4-5 million of illegal migrants to America—a total chaos and humanitarian crisis on a massive scale for thousands of victims, adults and children. This is a result of the long-term Democrats collusion with Putin’s Cartels in Mexico—coordinated by the Russian Intel. Yes, Putin’s KGB Mafia/Army in Mexico and Central America have been developed by Stalin in the 1950-1960th. You can read the details in my books and columns. This illegal migration costs us trillions! Moreover, current illegal migration will produce another attack of 9/11 in America…

Lauren Boebert is right: “The Swamp continues their disgusting and corrupt behavior without any regard for ethics.” She had never lived under Soviet Socialism and doesn’t know that we are in the transition period from Capitalism to Socialism started by Bill Clinton. The KGB’ Mafia/Army together with America’s Socialist Party have very successfully transformed our Constitutional republic to Socialism for the last three decades. The GOP leaders had not learned anything during that time, they continued informing the public openly about their plans, giving Socialist lying thugs the opportunity to maneuver within their ploys.

Look at the Biden’s recent maneuvers with the oil from Venezuela and the loyalty with the Railroad Union. Both have connections and the elements of Socialism and both have been infiltrated by the KGB’s Mafia/Army in the 20th century. Potential Rail strikes can cost $2 billion per day. It is definitely a threat to consumers, especially in the Christmas Season. I don’t know how it will play out, but I know that all those activities are deliberately coordinated to divert your attention from indoctrinated children, public safety, raising crime, inflation, and the price of gas. All listed issues are the features of building Socialism in America and demolishing the American Constitutional Republic. The main culprits of all of that is the Putin KGB’s Mafia/Army and a so-called Democrat Party!

Twitter’s First Transparency Reports Are Here and They’re Eye-Opening

Twitter has published its first set of transparency reports about how the site had operated prior to multi-billionaire Elon Musk taking over the company. Among the reports, the social media giant states they are no longer enforcing its COVID-19 “misleading information policy.”

Musk had promised the release of the transparency reports, saying it is necessary to regain the trust of the public.

Since January 2020, over 11 million accounts were challenged for violating the COVID-19 information policy, 11,230 accounts were suspended, and 97,674 pieces of content were removed:

The world has changed dramatically since this pandemic was first declared a public health emergency. Since then, public health experts, medical professionals, scientists and researchers have been educating and informing us on how to stay safe, and Twitter has worked to highlight and empower that vital public conversation. As the global vaccination rollout evolves and the pandemic enters a new phase, we are committed to ensuring our rules and enforcement match the changing nature of the content we’re seeing on Twitter.

Similarly, as the distribution of COVID-19 vaccines expands around the world at varying degrees of pace and scale, people continue to turn to Twitter to discuss what’s happening and find the latest authoritative public health information. As such, we continue to prioritize removing or annotating potentially harmful and misleading information to ensure that users can readily find credible information during this critical phase.

January 2022 saw the most accounts banned, totaling over 2,200 accounts. This past September, the last full month the policy was in effect, Twitter says only 173 accounts were suspended.
The report comes as Musk promised to reinstate thousands of Twitter accounts, as soon as this week, so long as the accounts did not violate any laws or participate in mass spamming.

CDC Withheld Data on Fatal Reaction to COVID Vaccine From Post-Vax Surveys for Nearly Two Years

Anyone shocked by the report that the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) withheld data about a potentially fatal complication from COVID-19 vaccinations until it was forced under court order to release the data hasn’t been paying attention to the CDC’s multitude of misstatements and lies over the last two years.
As reported by Just the News, data released under court order shows 1 in 3 among the earliest populations to get vaccinated reported needing medical care, missed school or work, or was unable to “perform normal daily activities,” while the CDC continued to fight to keep the data from the public.

Here’s more, via Just the News: 

Among the 10 million-plus users of the agency’s v-safe active monitoring smartphone app through July — 8.5 million of whom signed up between December 2020 and April 2021, before all adults were eligible for COVID vaccines — nearly 8% said they required medical care after receiving the vaccines.

For patients ages 3 and older needing such care, nearly 3 in 4 couldn’t rely on telehealth visits. They required urgent care (48%), emergency room (15%), or hospitalization (10%).

For infants who were authorized to receive the jabs this summer and are enrolled in v-safe through parents or guardians, hospitalizations were much lower (2%) but urgent care [was] much higher (66%).

The v-safe active monitoring smartphone app allows users to quickly share post-vax experiences with the CDC. V-safe uses text messaging and web surveys to provide personalized health check-ins after users receive a COVID “vaccine.” (COVID-19 “vaccine” is no more a vaccine than is a flu shot.)

The v-safe app proved to be an early hit, with more than 10 million symptom reports filed each month from January through April 2021, dropping to 5 million in May and hovering around 1 million for the next few months. The reports jumped above 2 million again in October following Biden’s (unconstitutional) vaccine mandates for roughly 100 million workers, and dropped dramatically to the low- to mid-hundred thousands from January through July 2022.

Why? Because an overwhelming majority of Americans are over the COVID scare, perpetuated by Biden and the Democrat Party, and the left-wing media sock puppets. Simply, tens of millions of Americans grew weary of Joe “Winter of severe illness and death” Biden’s COVID fearmongering, and have kicked the virus to the curb.

The v-safe data obtained thus far are posted by the Informed Consent Action Network as both interactive graphs and several gigabytes of files. It got them through ongoing Freedom of Information Act litigation against the CDC.

Those are just the data the CDC affirmatively sought through checkboxes on v-safe surveys, which are sent to users daily for the first week after each dose, then weekly for 6 weeks and 3, 6, and 12 months after the final dose.

As JTN noted, it took a year and a half to get “five excel files which likely took the CDC minutes to download and produce,” as ICAN said in its portion of the Nov. 4 joint status report filed with the court.

And here’s the tragedy: Chest pain and other cardiac symptoms that could indicate myocarditis and pericarditis — now known to be more common post-vaccination in people under 40, according to JTN — are completely missing from the survey checkboxes, without which, input data are harder to standardize.

Did Maskless Fans at the World Cup Trigger the Mass Demonstrations in China?

The Covid state is a powerful example of why authoritarian regimes can’t tolerate free speech.

Protests erupted across China in recent days as demonstrators have taken to the streets in what is being described as the largest mass protest in the nation since Tiananmen Square.

From Shanghai to Beijing to college universities across the country, Chinese demonstrators have come out against the ruling Communist Party’s zero-Covid policy, which is entering its fourth year.

Video of the protests has emerged, and the footage is intense and troubling—particularly the images of Chinese security forces beating up defenseless civilians.

While there is general agreement that the protests stem from the state’s draconian Covid policies, it’s unclear as to why the protests have erupted now.

Videos shared recently on social media show Chinese citizens being sealed into apartments. While the clips have rightfully captured a great deal of attention, it’s important to understand this practice is not new. Videos as far back as three years ago show Chinese authorities using the same inhumane tactic.

While it’s possible that Chinese citizens may have simply had enough of these brutish tactics after three long years, something else may have triggered the mass demonstrations: the World Cup.

As early as the day before Thanksgiving, reports had emerged that images from the World Cup—which showed thousands of maskless fans from around the world watching soccer in Qatar—were not sitting well with people in China.

It’s one thing to continue to shut down entire cities and seal off communities (out of benevolence, of course). It’s another thing to do that while millions of people have to watch others having the time of their lives at the biggest international sports event in the world. Chinese viewers were not having it.

“Some people are watching World Cup matches in person with no masks, some have been locked at home for a month, locked on campus for two months without even being able to step out the door,” a Guangdong-based user on the social media platform Weibo wrote, according to France 24. “Who has stolen my life? I won’t say.”

The Chinese government maintains a notoriously tight grip over media, but even propaganda has its limits. The images of humans gathered from all over the world celebrating maskless in a crowded stadium had a clear impact on Chinese viewers.

“The World Cup has allowed most Chinese people to see the real situation abroad,” another social media user wrote.

Some might have doubts that images from the World Cup might be responsible for the uprisings in China, but one body is taking the idea seriously: the Chinese Communist Party.

Following the public unrest—which is rare in China—Communist Party censors added a 30-second delay on the games, which gives government authorities time to remove any material the party might find problematic, including images of fans celebrating without masks. And that’s exactly what they did.

“Footage reviewed by Bloomberg News and shared on social media appear to show state broadcaster China Central Television pulling back on footage of the stadium crowds compared to other international networks,” Bloomberg reports. “While not removing them completely, CCTV often substitutes crowd close-ups with video of coaches, the team bench or anything other than the thousands of jubilant or despondent fans.”

Additionally, social media posts that raised questions about mask efficacy were also targeted by state censors. This includes a viral post (now removed) which asked why no one in Qatar (where masks are optional) was wearing a mask.

“Aren’t they on the same planet we live? Doesn’t the Covid virus hurt them?” the unidentified user wrote.

China’s Covid state is running up against the same realities that killed the Covid state in the United States, Europe, and basically everywhere else in the world (though it’s trying to survive).

The reason the Covid state collapsed around the world was not because people stopped dying of Covid. (They haven’t.) It wasn’t because the lockdowns worked or because the vaccine stopped the spread. The Covid state collapsed because it was exposed as a charade.

People tolerated wearing a mask to their dinner table and then removing it when they sat to dine in a restaurant…for a while (and to our everlasting shame). But the policies couldn’t withstand the light of truth. The speaker putting on a mask just before the cameras begin to roll, only to remove it moments later. The pro-mask celebrities living it up at the Super Bowl…sans masks. The pro-mandate politician flouting the law to get her hair done secretly. The governor eating at the French Laundry in violation of his own protection order.

All these actions had the effect of showing just how hollow these policies were.

When the people passing draconian and invasive policies in the name of the public interest refuse to follow these policies themselves, it’s a clear indicator the policies are basically rubbish. Yet the economist Ludwig von Mises pointed out the practice is quite common.

“All those not familiar with economics (i.e., the immense majority) do not see any reason why they should not coerce other people by means of force to do what these people are not prepared to do of their own accord,” Mises observed.

What Mises understood is that the planner is not so much concerned with the outcomes of a given policy, as he is with substituting the individual’s plan with his own. And like so many US politicians, Xi Jinping sees no reason to practice the stringent policies he enforces. He recently met Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel in Beijing; neither man wore a mask.

Yet unlike US politicians, Xi doesn’t have to worry about getting elected, so China’s mad policies have continued year after year. It’s unclear if the Chinese people are even aware of Xi’s mask-wearing habits. What is clear is that the sight of hundreds of thousands of maskless fans celebrating the World Cup in Qatar had the same effect as Americans seeing politicians ignoring their own Covid policies. They’ve begun to suspect that the Communist Party’s Covid policies might not really be about saving lives at all.

The Covid state is a powerful example of why authoritarian regimes can’t tolerate free speech. The lies become powerless when the light of truth exposes them.

Cancelling the ‘Most Wonderful Time of the Year’?

If the left had its way, there would be no Christmas, no Easter, no Thanksgiving. If they had their way, anything related to Jesus would be cancelled.

In fact, a new memo has come out in King County in Washington State, the county of Seattle. Thus saith the King County Department of Human Resources: “Thou shalt not celebrate Christmas, but if you do, don’t let anyone know about it.” No, that’s just my paraphrase.

Actually they write: “Some employees may not share your religion, practice any religion, or share your enthusiasm for holiday decorations. Displays of religious symbols may only be displayed in an employee’s personal workspace. Religious symbols should not be displayed in or as a background to an employee’s virtual workspace.”

In an article about this for Focus on the Family, writer Jeff Johnston notes: “If you’re working from home, you better make sure people don’t catch a glimpse of Jesus, Joseph and Mary in the background.”

Talk host Jason Rantz adds: “You can celebrate LGBT Pride and wear a Black Lives Matter button throughout your day as a King County employee. But you better not show a nativity set or menorah on your digital workspace or your home office.”

Many years ago I co-wrote a book with Dr. D. James Kennedy about the social impact of Christianity, showing how our world has been blessed in so many positive ways because Jesus had come. The book is called, What If Jesus Had Never Been Born?

What do they have against a manger scene for crying out loud?’ It gives you some idea of how powerful Jesus Christ is. If He were not powerful, what would they care?”

And there it is. People aren’t afraid of Kwanzaa. They’re afraid of Jesus.

And why not? Jesus is more than just a man.

As John’s Gospel notes, “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God….And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us, and we saw His glory, glory as of the only begotten from the Father, full of grace and truth.”

In his book, Miracles, C.S. Lewis, perhaps the greatest Christian writer in the 20th century, said: “The central miracle asserted by Christians is the incarnation. They say that God became man.”

He added, “If the thing happened, it was the central event in the history of the world.” His books show over and over that Lewis most assuredly believed that “the thing happened.”

One of his characters in his series of books for children, The Chronicles of Narnia, notes this: “In our world too, a Stable once had something inside it that was bigger than our whole world.”

But without Jesus, to paraphrase a friend, our world would just turn into “a winter wasteland.”

In a 1910 book on the impact of Jesus in the realm of literature, author Joseph Nelson Greene made an interesting observation.

He wrote, “There is a strange legend of a world that grew colorless in a single night…If to-night, with one sweep of the arm you brush from literature the Christ, the scenes and suggestions from His life, the spirit which He exhibited, the principles for which He stood, you would have a world made colorless in a night. It would be the world of letters, for Christ is the color thereof.”

One man who gratefully celebrated Christmas and opposed the Scrooges that perpetually try to shut it down was our 40th president, Ronald Reagan.

Reagan pointed out on December 24, 1983, “Some celebrate Christmas as the birthday of a great teacher and philosopher. But to other millions of us, Jesus is much more. He is divine, living assurance that God so loved the world He gave us His only begotten Son so that by believing in Him and learning to love each other we could one day be together in paradise.”

Perhaps the greatest fear of secularists, like those bureaucrats in King County, trying to turn Christmas into a black and white “winter wasteland” is the possibility that Jesus is real and that His birth was just the beginning of His Kingdom.

Project Veritas released a new video today featuring a whistleblower working within a federal government agency called the Council of the Inspectors General on Integrity & Efficiency [CIGIE].

The whistleblower, Tara Lee Rodas, volunteered to assist the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services [HHS] with the processing of unaccompanied migrant children and was deployed to the Emergency Intake Site in Pomona, California.

Rodas sat down with Project Veritas founder, James O’Keefe, and described how precarious she believes the current child sponsorship program is for these minors.

Here are some of the statements made in today’s video:

  • Tara Lee Rodas, Council of the Inspectors General on Integrity & Efficiency: “The tax dollars of people who are listening [to my testimony to Project Veritas] are paying to put children in the hands of criminals.”
  • Rodas: “Our sponsors typically are not citizens. They’re not permanent residents. They don’t have a legal presence.”
  • Rodas: “The sponsor can hold up an ‘Order of Deportation’ to a [migrant] child and say, ‘This is your Order of Deportation. If you do not do what I say, when I say, I’m going to call ICE on you myself.’ We are paying to put children in the hands of criminals.”
  • Rodas: “I said [to the command center executives], ‘We’re getting ready to send another child [to Austin, Texas],’ and they said, ‘Tara, I think you need to understand that we only get sued if we keep kids in care too long. We don’t get sued by traffickers. Are you clear? We don’t get sued by traffickers.’ So, that was the answer of the United States federal government… HHS did not want this information to get out.”
  • Rodas: “They knew I had made protected disclosures and they retaliated against me as a whistleblower and had me kicked off the site so I could no longer research the cases.”
  • Migrant Female Child: “An aunt [sponsored me], but she kicked me out of her house. She was pimping me and I didn’t like that. She would pimp me to men.”
  • Migrant Female Child: “I just escaped one night. I told her [aunt], ‘I’m going to the laundromat.’ She [aunt] went to the laundromat and didn’t find me there. Later on, she called Immigration.”

POLL: Most Americans Trust Elections Less If Results Take ‘Days Or Weeks’

Americans are less likely to trust the fairness and accuracy of an election if results take “days or weeks” to be counted, according to a new poll.

When asked if results that took “days or weeks” to tabulated were more or less trustworthy, 33.9% of respondents said that it is “much less likely,” and 20.9% said that it is “somewhat less likely,” according to the Trafalgar Group/Convention of States Action poll. Across party lines, 62.7% of Republicans, 27% of independents, and 10.4% of Democrats said that they were “much less likely” to trust results that took “days or weeks” to tabulate. 

“The majority of Americans are now skeptical about the outcomes of elections, which creates a fundamental problem that—if left unchecked—could undermine our entire democracy,” President of the Convention of States Mark Meckler said in a statement.

Many states experienced delays in ballot tabulation following the 2022 midterm elections, as election centers struggled to count votes that were received in the mail following Election Day. Arizona, California, Maine, Alaska, Nevada and Colorado continued to count ballots over a week past the midterm elections, as many of the states allowed mail in ballots, postmarked by election day, to arrive by Nov. 15.

However, when asked about election fairness and accuracy, the majority of respondents at least somewhat trusted election results. Of 1,084 respondents, 21.9% of respondents said that they “strongly distrust” election results, with 17.9% saying they “somewhat distrust” them, according to the poll.

Before the midterm elections, election integrity was a leading priority for voters, according to Rasmussen Reports. Of likely voters, 84% would be a major issue in the midterm elections.

“The answer does not lie in Washington, DC, this problem can and must be fixed close to home. State legislatures need to make strengthening election integrity priority number one, and governors need to focus on vigorous enforcement. Until we get the problem under control, this needs to be treated as the state-by-state emergency that it is,” Meckler continued.

The poll was conducted from Nov. 16 to Nov. 20 with a margin of error of 2.9%.

Texas Governor’s Letter to Biden RE: The Invasion of America’s Southern Border

Below is Texas Governor Greg Abbott’s letter to Joe Biden regarding the invasion at the southern Border. Governor Abbott’s communication is candid, factual, and in the best interest of his State of Texas. As the Chief Executive Officer for his state, Governor Abbott defines most clearly his authority (actually the authority of every Governor as granted by the U.S. Constitution) to defend his state and the proper citizens therein, against all invasions and attempts to collapse the sovereignty of the state.

Article I, Section 10, Clause 3, of the United States Constitution states, “an acknowledgement of the States’ sovereign interest in protecting their borders.” Particularly fascinating is U.S. case Arizona v. United States, 567 U.S. 387, 419 (2012). As I write this, I am in my home State of Arizona. It is terribly sad Arizona does not have a Governor who can lead, not merely manage; who can take his rightful, legal, constitutional authority and do what the Texas Governor did. I can think of no higher calling or responsibility a Chief Executive Officer; whether he/she be a Mayor, Governor or President can perform than to protect the very people who placed them into office with the prayer that the Chief Executive would watch over and protect the citizen as well as their city, state or this great nation. So very many Governors have failed, and failed miserably.

Thank you Governor Abbott for demonstrating what a true leader is like. The people of the Great State and Republic of Texas are fortunate to have you as their governor.

Dear President Biden:

The U.S. Constitution won ratification by promising the States, in Article IV, § 4, that the federal government “shall protect each of them against Invasion.” By refusing to enforce the immigration laws enacted by Congress, including 8 U.S.C. § 1325(a)(1)’s criminal prohibition against aliens entering the United States between authorized ports of entry, your Administration has made clear that it will not honor that guarantee. The federal government’s failure has forced me to invoke Article I, § 10, Clause 3 of the U.S. Constitution, thereby enabling the State of Texas to protect its own territory against invasion by the Mexican drug cartels.

Your inaction has led to catastrophic consequences. Under your watch, America is suffering the highest volume of illegal immigration in the history of our country. This past year, more than 2 million immigrants tried to enter the country illegally, coming from more than 100 countries across the globe. Worse yet, your failed border policies recently prompted a United Nations agency to declare that the border between the United States and Mexico is the deadliest land crossing in the world.

Texans are paying the price for your failure. Ranches are being ripped apart, and homes are vulnerable to intrusion. Our border communities are regularly disrupted by human traffickers and bailouts. Deadly fentanyl is crossing the porous border to such a degree that it is now the leading cause of death for citizens between the ages of 18 and 45.

By opening our border to this record-breaking level of illegal immigration, you and your Administration are in violation of Article IV, § 4 of the U.S. Constitution. Your sustained dereliction of duty compels Texas to invoke the powers reserved in Article I, § 10, Clause 3, which represents “an acknowledgement of the States’ sovereign interest in protecting their borders.” Arizona v. United States, 567 U.S. 387, 419 (2012) (Scalia, J., dissenting). Using that authority, Texas will escalate our efforts to repel and turn back any immigrant who seeks to enter our State at a border crossing that Congress has designated as illegal; to return to the border those who do cross illegally; and to arrest criminals who violate Texas law.

Know this: Article I, § 10, Clause 3 is not just excess verbiage. It reflects an understanding by our Founders, the authors of the Constitution, that some future President might abandon his obligation to safeguard the States from an extraordinary inflow of people who have no legal right of entry.

They foresaw your failures. In the more than 240 years of our great nation, no Administration has done more than yours to place the States in “imminent Danger”—a direct result of your policy decisions and refusal to deliver on the Article IV, § 4 guarantee. In the absence of action by your Administration to secure the border, every act by Texas officials is taken pursuant to the authority that the Founders recognized in Article I, § 10, Clause 3.

All of this can be avoided, of course, if you will simply enforce the laws that are already on the books. Your Administration must end its catch-and-release policies, repel this unprecedented mass migration, and satisfy its constitutional obligation through faithful execution of the immigration laws enacted by Congress:

  • You should aggressively prosecute the federal crimes of illegal entry and illegal reentry.
    See 8 U.S.C. § 1325, § 1326.
  • You should comply with statutes mandating that various categories of aliens “shall” be detained. See, e.g., 8 U.S.C. § 1225(b)(1)(B)(ii) & (iii)(IV) (aliens claiming asylum); id. § 1225(b)(2)(A) (aliens applying for admission); id. § 1226(c)(1) (criminal aliens); id. § 1231(a)(2) (aliens ordered removed); id. § 1222(a) (aliens who may carry disease).
  •  You should stop paroling aliens en masse in violation of the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996, which decrees that aliens applying for admission can be paroled into the United States “only on a case-by-case basis for urgent humanitarian reasons or significant public benefit.” 8 U.S.C. § 1182(d)(5)(A).
  •  You should fully reinstate the Migrant Protection Protocols, such that aliens seeking admission remain in Mexico while proceedings unfold in the United States. See 8 U.S.C.
    § 1225(b)(2)(C).
  • You should immediately resume construction of the border wall in Texas, using the billions of dollars Congress has appropriated for that purpose. See FY2021 DHS Appropriations Act § 210, Pub. L. 116-260, 134 Stat. 1182, 1456–57 (Dec. 27, 2020); FY2020 DHS Appropriations Act § 209, Pub. L. 116-93, 133 Stat. 2317, 2511–12 (Dec. 20, 2019).

Americans want an orderly immigration process that adheres to the laws enacted by the legislators they sent to Washington. In the words of Judge Oldham, however, you have “supplant[ed] the rule of law with the rule of say-so” while “tell[ing] Congress to pound sand.” Texas v. Biden, 20 F.4th 928, 982, 1004 (5th Cir. 2021); cf. U.S. CONST. art. I, § 8, cl. 4 (empowering Congress “[t]o establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization”).

Before you took office, the United States enjoyed some of the lowest illegal-immigration figures it had seen in decades. Your Administration gutted the policies that yielded those low numbers. You must reinstate the policies that you eliminated, or craft and implement new policies, in order to fulfill your constitutional duty to enforce federal immigration laws and protect the States against invasion.

Your silence in the face of our repeated pleas is deafening. Your refusal to even visit the border for a firsthand look at the chaos you have caused is damning. Two years of inaction on your part now leave Texas with no choice but to escalate our efforts to secure our State. Your open-border policies, which have catalyzed an unprecedented crisis of illegal immigration, are the sole cause of Texas having to invoke our constitutional authority to defend ourselves.

A Breath of Fresh Air for Free Speech

Elon Musk is really shaking things up at Twitter. In a win for free speech, Twitter will no longer enforce its COVID misinformation policy which had been used to silence people who questioned the government’s COVID vaccine and treatment narratives.  It was also announced this week Twitter will reinstate 62,000 large accounts and release its files on the suppression of free speech that occurred under former management.  With respect to the latter, Musk tweeted Monday, “The public deserves to know what really happened.”

The Left is freaking out.  One leftist at Harvard even said Musk is “opening the gates of hell….  People can come back and engage in doxing, targeted harassment, vicious bullying, calls for violence, celebration of violence. I can’t even begin to state how dangerous this will be.”  Yah, yah, we’ve heard it all before – ‘your speech is violence and my violence is speech.’  Some people just can’t stand for other people to be free.  The First Amendment has a lot of enemies at this point, I oppose them all.  Especially the ones who go on TV and use their free speech rights to trash free speech and tell people like me to shut up.  Go fly a kite!

The Biden administration doesn’t like free speech, either.  It labels ordinary parents who speak up at school board meetings ‘domestic terrorists’.  Dozens of Biden administration officials engaged in a gigantic censorship enterprise with Big Tech firms, including Twitter.  The Missouri Attorney General sued to stop it and the first depositions, including Anthony Fauci’s, have gotten underway.

But federal agencies are still trying to stifle free speech in other ways.  The National Science Foundation has awarded $39 million in grants in the last couple of years to projects seeking to clamp down on the dissemination of information that runs counter to phony government narratives on COVID and elections.  The Education Department wants a rule that would punish pro-life speech as ‘discrimination’.

The Biden administration clearly won’t stop with the censorship.  So it should make you more than a little nervous the White House says it is “monitoring” what Elon Musk is doing at Twitter.  “We’re all keeping a close eye on this,” the White House press secretary said.  “Platforms must be held accountable for the harms that they cause,” she said later.  There they go with the ‘harms’, again.  The only harm that’s being done is exposing phony government narratives for what they are.

Enemies of free expression outside the Biden administration are busy, as well.  California passed a law targeting doctors who don’t toe the government line on COVID treatments.  Amazon pulled a book on Islamic terrorism.  A California community college won’t allow students to post anticommunist flyers on bulletin boards.

I continue to speak out against all such efforts and to champion free speech.  It’s nice to have a new ally, a free speech “absolutist” like Elon Musk, join the fight.

As noted by former U.S. Rep. Dr. Ron Paul in the video above, World Economic Forum (WEF) founder Klaus Schwab and other globalist leaders substitute truth with their own opinions. They decide what’s right and wrong; they decide what’s right for everyone. They dictate what’s “true” on any given day.

Anyone who disagrees with them is an “enemy of the state” — they being “the state” or, more accurately, the Deep State, the hidden power behind the apparent power of official government. Who are the members of this cabal? There’s no official membership list, but over time many of the individual players have become discernible.

The globalist cabal includes but is not limited to government heads, bankers and members of nongovernmental organizations (NGO’s) and liberal think tanks around the world.

One way in which the cabal hides its undemocratic influence is by having its members in dozens of different organizations. When several organizations agree on an issue, it makes it appear as though there’s a majority view, a consensus. But in reality, it’s the same small group of individuals asserting their agenda.

G20 Green-Light International Vaccine Passports

The G20, a group of 19 nations — including the U.S. — plus the European Union, recently held their annual business meeting (B20) in Bali, Indonesia, where they declared that digital vaccine passports, standardized by the World Health Organization, will be part of international pandemic prevention and response moving forward.1

Part of the policy declaration3 reads:4

“We support continued international dialogue and collaboration on the establishment of trusted global digital health networks as part of the efforts to strengthen prevention and response to future pandemics, that should capitalize and build on the success of the existing standards and digital COVID-19 certificates.”

The rule for standardized international vaccine passports will reportedly be introduced as a revision to the international health regulations during the next World Health Assembly in Geneva.5

What this means is that when the next pandemic is declared, only those who have this digital health certificate will be allowed to move about freely and travel internationally. And, of course, only those who have been appropriately tested and/or vaccinated will have a valid passport.

In addition to adopting an international digital vaccine passport, the G20 recommendations also include the creation of guidelines for a globally coordinated response to crises, “enhanced by a technology-enabled ‘always-on’ global health infrastructure,” and a mutual recognition of COVID-19 vaccines made by G20 members.

Schwab Tells Us What the G20 Are All About

Aside from key government leaders, high-profile globalists such as Schwab were also in attendance at the G20 meetings. In his B20 keynote address, Schwab highlighted the cabal’s agenda and goals:6

“What we have to confront is a deep, systemic and structural re-structuring of our world … [The] world will look differently after we have gone through this transition process.”

Part of that worldwide restructuring of society that the WEF, the G20 and many other organizations are working in lockstep to achieve is the implementation of a global vaccine passport, which all of the G20 members have now agreed to. In the case of the U.S., President Biden signed the declaration despite the promises made by his White House COVID-19 Response Team leader, Jeff Zients, who in April 2021 stated:7

“Let me be clear that the government is not now, nor will we be supporting a system that requires Americans to carry a credential. There’ll be no federal vaccination database, no federal mandate requiring everyone to obtain a single vaccination credential.”

Basis for Vaccine Passports No Longer Exist

If you’re a rational person, you’re probably thinking, “But wait, the COVID jabs don’t prevent infection or spread, so there’s no basis for vaccine passports anymore.” Indeed, this fact has now been established many times over. This alone proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that COVID vaccine passports have nothing to do with public health or safety.

An international vaccine passport is the gateway to complete totalitarian control, because the entire control grid around a person gets tied together by it.

Their purpose is not to prevent or contain pandemics. They’re a control mechanism,8 and a really important one. Vaccine passports are THE gateway to complete, totalitarian control of the populations of the world. The globalist cabal desperately needs everyone to have this passport, because the entire control grid around a person gets tied together by it. This is why fighting for informed consent is so crucial.

But how is the G20 getting around the obvious fact that the COVID passports are useless for their stated purpose? They ignore it, and instead stress that everyone also needs a digital identity, and this digital COVID certificate does both.

Outside their own circle, this rationale makes no sense whatsoever, but as noted by Dutch legal philosopher Eva Vlaardingerbroek, the fact that vaccine passports are sold based on a fraudulent premise is now “so obvious that they’ve thrown logic out the window.”9

Their decisions make no sense, and they have no intention of making them sensible. They’re banking on being able to entrap us in their control system, at which point they’ll be able to tell you the moon is made of cheese and you’ll have no way of correcting them without losing everything.

Digital Identity Is Total Surveillance to Control You

In March 2021, Naomi Wolf, author of “The End Of America,” warned that accepting digital ID will be the end of all freedom:13,14

Liberty Counsel Founder and Chairman Mat Staver has also issued a warning, saying:15

“Digital health or vaccine passports along with tracking and tracing apps present a serious threat to freedom. Vaccine passports and tracking apps are about collecting data and control. The vaccine passport is being promoted worldwide to limit a person’s ability to leave home, work, shop, dine, travel, attend a public event, or even worship.

COVID is being used to advance this dangerous threat to freedom. We must never accept vaccine passports or tracking apps as the new normal. The implications for freedom are significant.”

Vaccine Passports Are Gateway for Complete Financial Control

When vaccine passports first became a topic of international discussions, many of us saw the writing on the wall and warned that such an implementation would become a tool for complete financial and physical control, and would automatically eliminate basic human rights and freedoms.

At the time, we were labeled crazy conspiracy theorists, but it didn’t take long before our worst fears were confirmed. Your vaccine passport will be your digital identity (as confirmed by the WEF), and to that digital identity they plan to add a programmable central bank digital currency (CBDC) and a social credit score. These plans are not a conspiracy theory. They’re out in the open.

When you add all of those ingredients together — vaccine requirements for maintaining a valid passport, a digital identity, a social credit score and programmable CBDCs — you end up with a control grid that will eliminate your freedom to live life according to your own desires.

Even your diet can then be dictated by these megalomaniacs. They’re hell-bent on eliminating your ability to eat meat, for example. The whole world, especially the Western world, must transition to insect protein, they say. Meanwhile, you will not find meal worms and crickets on the menus at their globalist gatherings.16 No, insect protein is for the expendables.

COVID Is Used as a Path to Global Financial Surveillance

Once vaccine passports/digital identity and CBDCs are in place, the global cabal will be able to control your physical movements, behaviors and purchases based on how well you conform to their ideals, no matter how irrational, immoral, unethical, unfair or dangerous those may be. As reported by The Daily Sceptic:17

“It’s seemed evident for a while that the current fiat monetary system is, at best, unstable. At worst, it’s a Ponzi scheme whose time has expired. If that’s the case, I suspect the central bankers and 0.1% know this and might be prepared to usher in the new system before the old one collapses on itself — even as they loot it on the way down with the most significant wealth transfer in human history.

To anyone who pays attention to these trends, it seems evident that Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) will be that new system. Every indication is that CBDC’s arrival is imminent. [November 15, 2022], several global banks announced a partnership with the New York Federal Reserve to pilot digital dollars18,19 …

From my vantage point, it’s impossible to overstate the risk presented by CBDC. Whether it’s a utopian vision based on good intentions or a sinister plot to crush our sovereignty, the result may be the same: control. A Central Bank Digital Currency has all the downsides of fiat money, plus the added layers of surveillance and programmability overseen by the state.

So many people on Team Reality have likely felt like dissidents over the last few years simply for challenging anything beyond the herd mentality … Imagine a monetary system with features baked-in to socially engineer how we live. For example:

  • Health: ‘You didn’t take your booster … you’re not allowed in public spaces.’
  • Energy: ‘You used your energy allotment this month … your electric car won’t start.’
  • Food: ‘You ate too much meat this week … your money is only good for plants (or bugs).’
  • Savings: ‘If you don’t take your rations soon … your money will expire at the end of the month.’
  • Free Speech: ‘You shared info that we disagree with … our algorithm is fining you.’ (PayPal has already started doing this) …

As we saw with the lockdowns, China is the model emulated in the west. Like the creep towards health-related authoritarian measures, unelected globalists with financial interests lurk in the background …

If you have yet to notice, a primary theme of the last three-plus years (at least) is ‘freedom vs. control’, so it’s not hyperbole to suggest that the future must be decentralized if we want to ensure our children grow up in a free world.”

Globalists Have Overplayed Their Hand

If there’s a silver lining in all of this, it’s that the globalist cabal — the “deep state” that pulls the strings of governments around the world, the hidden power that is making decisions that are devastating for the entire world — overplayed their hand during COVID, exposing their heinous ideologies and plans for all the world to see. As noted by Maajid Nawaz in an interview this past summer (video above):

“When dogma defines your behavior you’re no longer looking at reality … so you’re going to be less pragmatic … That leaves serious blind spots. You end up not seeing reality for what it is, and that is why they ended up overplaying their hand. They’re not looking to reality, they’re looking to their dream, their ideal, which is actually a nightmare.

One great thing that happened during COVID is they overplayed their hand. They exposed themselves … There’s now very little doubt, among those who have heard of the World Economic Forum, that it’s attempting to influence how we do government and politics …

Why do we have an unelected bureaucrat, and a foreign one at that, telling us how to live our lives …? It doesn’t make sense. But then we go further. Why do they all seem to be beholden to this unelected foreign bureaucrat? Why do they all appear to be doing this man’s bidding? … Why can’t they just say no?”

As noted by Nawaz, the government leaders who are not saying no to Schwab for some reason cannot say no, likely because they’ve been compromised. Compromising and blackmailing officials on behalf of the globalist cabal was Jeffrey Epstein’s specialty, and there’s no reason to assume their secrets died with him.

Those with cleaner records may have been threatened into compliance. I would add a third possibility, and that is that they’re in on it because they share the globalists ideals, which include not only top-down authoritarianism but also transhumanism and eugenics. A fourth possibility is self-preservation. They may simply want to secure their own position within the ruling echelon in the new world of “have it alls” and “have nothings.”

We Now Know What They’re Capable Of

Whatever the incentive, the problem they now all face is the fact that they’ve prematurely exposed themselves and their plans. They’ve also exposed how far they’re willing to go. For example, we know they’re willing to seize your bank account and close down your ability to transact over something as minor as making a donation to a cause they don’t like or posting “wrong”-think on social media — and that’s without the benefit of CBDCs!

So, they’ve already shown us what they WILL do once CBDCs are in place. The only difference is that penalties can then be automated. Is this a world you want to live in? Is this what you want for your children and grandchildren? If not, it’s your duty to be the resistance.

Adults today are the last generation that will be able to prevent this global tyranny. If we do nothing, our children will be ensconced in a digital prison they won’t be able to break free from. So, we cannot leave it to them. It’s up to us. So, when CBDCs are rolled out, we must reject them, no matter how inconvenient that might be. When vaccine passports are rolled out, we must reject them, despite the limitations that might bring.

In 2021, countless people were coerced into taking the jabs because they wanted to travel, fearing travel bans for the unvaccinated would be permanent. Well, they weren’t, because enough people pushed back.

We may have to endure limitations if we refuse the coming international vaccine passport, but if enough people around the world refuse, the system won’t work, and those limitations will prove to be temporary. The only way any of the globalists plans can become permanent is if we do as we’re told and go along with them.

Be Afraid, Be Very Afraid of Your Government

I hope one of the lasting legacies of the COVID pandemic is mistrust of government.  Here’s why: government officials and agencies showed themselves to be a bunch of quacks and liars during the pandemic, and they’re still lying today, recent reports show.

Anthony Fauci told us to wear a mask.  He even told us to wear two masks.  But in a deposition last week, he could not name a single study showing masks work.  And now we find out the CDC’s mask guidance for school children was driven by political polling results, not science.

The CDC knew COVID vaccines were associated with heart problems, but did not include heart problems in its list of checkboxes on its v-safe survey phone app.  Survey respondents had to write heart problems into the free-text field on the survey and the CDC fought disclosure of those answers in court.  We now know from other sources virtually 100 percent of mRNA COVID vaccine recipients suffer some degree of heart injury.  Also, the CDC covered up other data showing 18 million people ended up in the hospital after getting their first COVID shot.

I’ve been trying to get more information about why the government didn’t pull the COVID vaccines from the market after they were linked to thousands of deaths and a million other problems, like it pulled the swine flu vaccine in 1976 after that vaccine was linked to only 25 deaths.  My case is in federal court, but the government filed a motion to dismiss and the judge has yet to rule.

There’s more.  The FDA put out statements prohibiting the use of ivermectin to treat COVID-19, even though aggregating all studies shows ivermectin cuts mortality in half.  Now the FDA claims it was just giving a recommendation, not putting out a mandate.  Three doctors aren’t buying it and have sued the FDA for interfering with their doctor-patient relationships.  The government didn’t have the evidence when it was disparaging ivermectin, but that didn’t stop it from pushing bivalent boosters and Pfizer’s Paxlovid treatment without testing the boosters on humans or testing Paxlovid on vaccinated individuals.

Also regarding vaccines, there have been reports along the way their efficacy wanes and even turns negative after a short period of time.  Finally, we have the stunning admission – from the Washington Post, nonetheless – that “a majority of Americans dying from the coronavirus received at least the primary series of the vaccine.”  Simply put, more vaccinated people than unvaccinated people have died from COVID.  The vaccinated are also more prone to repeat bouts of COVID.  That whole thing where the government and the media vilified and ostracized the unvaccinated turned out to be completely unjustified.  Where are the apologies?

The media campaign to push the vaccines, a campaign that was bought and paid for by the government, was completely unjustified, too.  The campaign also enlisted entertainers, celebrities, and late-night TV hosts.  The government spent a billion dollars to have hundreds of media outlets spread the government’s phony narratives on COVID, including the phony narrative the vaccines are safe and effective.  So the media are a bunch of liars, too.  They’ll shill for anything.  At least now we know what their price is.

It’s time government officials learn they don’t get to lord over us.  They get only the respect and trust they earn.  They burned it all up in the pandemic.  Right now, they have zero credibility and will have to dig themselves out of a very deep hole.  If you trust the government after all this, you’re out of your mind.

Controversial energy official charged with stealing woman’s luggage at MSP

The MIT grad went viral earlier this year when he announced his new role as the deputy assistant secretary of the Office of Spent Fuel and Waste Disposition in the U.S. Department of Energy.

Sam Brinton, one of the first “openly genderfluid individuals in federal government leadership,” was charged with felony theft last month after allegedly stealing a woman’s luggage at MSP Airport.

The MIT grad went viral earlier this year when he announced his new role as the deputy assistant secretary of the Office of Spent Fuel and Waste Disposition in the U.S. Department of Energy.

“As one of if not the very first openly genderfluid individuals in federal government leadership, I was welcomed with open arms into the Department of Energy all the way up to the Secretary whom I shared the stage with in a Pride month celebration panel just today,” Brinton wrote on Twitter at the time.

He said he is not a Biden appointee but instead was hired as a career employee in the Senior Executive Service. Brinton accepted the job in February and began in June, according to media reports.

Prior to working in government, Brinton was an anti-conversion therapy activist who taught “Kink 101” workshops on college campuses, according to The National Pulse. A photo from one of these workshops shows Brinton in a dress as he stands over three males in leather dog masks.

Brinton discussed his “pup play” fetish in a 2016 Metro Weekly article, The Pulse reports.

“One of the hardest things about being a handler is that I’ve honestly had people ask, ‘Wait, you have sex with animals?’” Brinton said. “They believe it’s abusive, that it’s taking advantage of someone who may not be acting up to a level of human responsibility … The other misperception is that I have some really messed up background, like, did I have some horrible childhood trauma that made me like to have sex with animals?”

Brinton is also a member of the sacrilegious drag queen society called “Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence,” which mocks Catholic nuns with names like “Sister Porn Again,” “Sister Chastity Boner,” and “Sister Roz Erection,” according to American Greatness.

Brinton, who goes by the name “Sister Ray Dee O’Active,” attended the group’s 2021 “Lavender Mass” where he paid tribute to “Daddy Fauci,” The Pulse reports.

According to the Washington Examiner, Brinton once talked with college students about “how he enjoys tying up his significant other like a table, and eating his dinner on him while he watches Star Trek.”

The charges

Law enforcement at the Minneapolis-St. Paul (MSP) International Airport were alerted to a missing suitcase in the baggage claim area on Sept. 16. The adult female victim said she flew into MSP on a Delta flight from New Orleans and went to retrieve her checked bag at carousel seven.

Airport records confirmed the navy blue Vera Bradley roller bag arrived at 4:40 p.m. but was missing from the carousel. So law enforcement reviewed video surveillance footage from the baggage claim area and observed Brinton removing a navy blue roller bag from carousel seven, according to a criminal complaint.

The complaint says Brinton removed a luggage tag from the bag, placed it into a handbag he was carrying, and “then left the area at a quick pace.” Brinton arrived at MSP Airport around 4:27 p.m. on an American Airlines flight from Washington, D.C., but did not check a bag, meaning he had no reason to visit baggage claim, according to the complaint.

Police showed the surveillance video to the victim and she confirmed it was her bag.

Brinton left the airport in an Uber for a stay at the InterContinental St. Paul Riverfront hotel, where he checked in with the blue bag, the complaint says.

The Human Traffickers of the Biden Administration

House Republicans are expected to move to impeach DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas for failing to faithfully execute the nation’s immigration laws when they take control in January.  Good!  I’ve been calling for this for some time, along with impeaching Joe Biden for the same reason.  Congressman Ronny Jackson from Texas said over the weekend:

“Mayorkas has got to go, so we’re going to start investigating him.  We are going investigate every decision he’s made. We’re going to use the power of subpoena. We’re going to use the power of the purse and come after Mayorkas. He needs to go.

“Every decision he’s made” – I’ve documented in previous commentaries dozens of policy changes to open the border that Mayorkas has made during his tenure.  Here’s one more:  The Biden administration is taking a tiny provision of immigration law – ‘humanitarian parole’ – and driving a truck through it.  The administration is pre-approving parole applications while people are still in Mexico, then they’re driven to border checkpoints and handed off to U.S. authorities who whisk them into the interior sight unseen.  Word is getting around about this supposedly legal manner of entry and thousands are stampeding Mexican shelters to apply.  Meanwhile, the Supreme Court will hear oral arguments tomorrow in a case brought by Louisiana and Texas challenging the Biden administration’s policy not to deport dangerous criminal aliens, releasing them into the U.S., instead.  The challenge is supported by 19 other states that argue the administration is ignoring federal immigration law.

Texas isn’t waiting for the legal landscape to improve.  Governor Greg Abbott declared an invasion on the southern border, paving the way for the state to, among other things, build a wall and deploy the National Guard.  Armored tank-like vehicles are being sent to the border.  Texas has now run 300 busloads of illegal aliens to blue states.  The Governor of Massachusetts said Joe Biden’s open borders policies are costing his state an extra $139 million dollars next year.

The ravages of these policies have not gone away.  We have fresh reminders the fentanyl pouring across the border is killing more Americans than guns and cars combined, cartel money is ending up in the hands of corrupt politicians, and dozens of people on the national terrorist watch list are finding their way here.  What do you think those terrorists are doing today?

Here are couple of things coming up to watch:  Democrats are looking to pass some kind of immigration legislation during the lame-duck Congress, since Republican control of the House will likely block their chances for the next two years.  Full amnesty for all illegal aliens, work permits for DACA Dreamers, and other proposals have all been discussed.  Secondly, COVID restrictions at the border are coming to an end.  Those restrictions kept a million illegal aliens out and a new rush at the border is expected once the restrictions are lifted.  With open borders crazies like Biden and Mayorkas running the show, it’s a good bet most of them are getting in, immigration law or no immigration law.
