Alvin Bragg’s Warped Priorities

The House Judiciary Committee will hold a hearing in New York City next week to highlight Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s deliberate choice not to prosecute serious crime while at the same time deciding to go after Donald Trump.  Let’s take a closer look at Alvin Bragg:

More than a dozen prosecutors in Manhattan have quit because Bragg is soft on crime.  “They didn’t want to work in this kind of office. They wanted to continue prosecuting the law,” a source told the New York Post.

Bragg is bought and paid for.  George Soros donated $1 million to get Bragg elected.  Soros denies it, but it’s undisputed he donated $1 million to the Color of Change group only days after Color of Change pledged to donate $1 million to Braggs’ campaign.  That’s quite a coincidence, don’t you think?

When he was installed in office, Bragg issued a “day one” memo to staff directing them not to prosecute armed robberies.  After a raft of criticism, he tried to weasel out of it, saying he only meant armed robberies where something other than a gun was used, but a plain reading of the memo shows it did instruct prosecutors not to bring felony charges in some instances for armed robberies with guns, but to downgrade the charges to misdemeanors, instead.  Any way you slice it, it’s still an insane policy coming out of the same Woke school of thought that says abolish all prisons and courts.  This is normalizing serious criminal behavior, something Bragg said he will not do when it comes to Donald Trump.

His office has unleashed another insane policy on the City.  His lead prosecutor, Meg Reis, believes in ‘restorative justice’ – attempting to rehabilitate criminals by arranging kumbaya meetings between victims and offenders.  She believes “incarceration doesn’t really solve any problems” and criminals are not really “bad dudes”.  The victims of crime would beg to differ.  This policy allowed a murderer to escape jail time.  Moreover, this is the “default” position of the office, even for violent felons, and she works with a left-wing nonprofit called Common Justice to screen cases and divert them away from incarceration.  Diversion is not a new concept in criminal justice but, until the Woke crowd came along, it was reserved for minor cases like shoplifting.  But murderers and violent felons?  Kumbaya!

One consequence of all this is that New York City police officers are leaving the department in record numbers.  They’re fed up with being told they’re the enemy and with watching the thugs they arrest go right back out on the streets due to the state’s cashless bail law.  Overtime costs for the officers who are left are through the roof, double the City’s extra-duty budget.

The City is dealing with an explosion of youth and gang violence.  High rates of assault, car theft, and shoplifting continue to plague the City.  Jim Jordan is right to throw a spotlight on all this and to question Alvin Bragg’s priorities in going after Trump.

The indictment fails to specify the underlying crime necessary to prosecute Trump.  Thus, it fails to inform Trump of the charges against him, thereby violating his Due Process rights.  Maybe Alvin Bragg should stick to prosecuting crimes we can see instead of obsessing on ones we cannot.

Chicago’s new mayor, Brandon Johnson, may turn out to be a worse mayor than the incumbent. His occupation is an organizer for the teachers unions. The unions spent several million dollars on the race. They got their man.

That’s when we learned that Second City voters narrowly elected Brandon Johnson as their next mayor. This is a city that was flattened during the reign of Mayor Lori Lightfoot, who lost in the first round of voting for Chicago mayor because she didn’t finish in one of the top two spots.

Ms. Lightfoot, elected in 2019 after a career as a federal prosecutor who then held several appointed positions in Chicago, shut down the city for more than a year during Covid. She also bankrupted small businesses, allowed rioters to burn down whole neighborhoods, presided over the worst crime wave in 50 years and let the schools go to hell.

Now, the voters have selected Mr. Johnson. Elected to the Cook County Board of Commissioners in 2018, Mr. Johnson narrowly won the mayoralty of America’s third-most-populous city on April 4 over Paul Vallas, a former Chicago schools chief executive and a Democrat who presented himself as a political moderate compared to the far-left Mr. Johnson.

The incoming mayor may turn out to be a worse mayor than Ms. Lightfoot. Mr. Johnson’s occupation is an organizer for the teachers unions. The unions spent several million dollars on the race. They got their man.

What this means is that Chicago’s municipal government will now be a fully owned subsidiary of the Chicago Teachers Union. (Can you imagine what the union contracts are going to look like?) This is a city where, in roughly two dozen schools, zero children can read or write at proficiency level.

Mr. Johnson said that crime and shoplifting from local schools are societal problems. And he may continue Ms. Lightfoot’s policy of not prosecuting people who rob stores — often owned by minorities.

It’s not just Chicago that has become a war zone. Portland, Seattle, and San Francisco were not so long ago the crown jewels of the West Coast. They were said to be progressive cities that worked. No more.

Now, they are unlivable. San Francisco is overrun with homeless people on seemingly every downtown street corner, feces on the sidewalks and trash everywhere.

In Portland, major businesses are pulling out in the aftermath of the takeover of the radical anarchists during Covid. Crime is so rampant that Walmart recently said “adios,” shutting down its last store.

Rains PDX, a clothing store in Portland, shut down last November after a string of break-ins made it impossible to stay open. This printed sign pasted on the door says it all:

“Small businesses (and large) cannot sustain doing business, in our city’s current state. We have no protection, or recourse, against the criminal behavior that goes unpunished. Do not be fooled into thinking that insurance companies cover losses. We have sustained 15 break-ins … We have not received any financial reimbursement since the 3rd.”

For the first time, Seattle is losing population. To be “progressive,” Seattle is imposing a massive capital gains tax increase — socking it to the rich. So they are fleeing the city and Washington state.

One of the nation’s top demographers, Wendell Cox, has been analyzing the just-released Census Bureau data on county population. He found that “during the late 2010s and before the pandemic, population growth and domestic migration transitioned toward smaller metropolitan areas from larger ones. That outmigration is accelerating.”

The nation’s 10 largest counties have lost more than 1 million residents since 2019. The biggest losers have been the counties that are home to New York and San Francisco and Chicago’s Cook County. Even Los Angeles County, the nation’s most populous county, with just under 10 million people, is now contracting.

Welcome to the real-world impact of progressivism. Instead of worker paradises, the Left has transitioned our once-shining cities into slums, murder zones, homeless encampments and boarded-up stores.

Abortion Pill Rulings Could Send FDA Approval to the Supreme Court

Friday afternoon, a U.S. district court judge in Texas issued a long-awaited ruling in the case Alliance for Hippocratic Medicine v. U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The judge decided in favor of the plaintiff, agreeing that the FDA’s approval of the chemical abortion drug regimen was politicized and bypassed safety concerns in the rush to put abortion drugs on the U.S. market. The judge gave the federal government one week to file an appeal before the ruling would go into effect, revoking FDA approval of the chemical abortion regimen and removing it from the market.

Immediately after the ruling, President Joe Biden issued a statement saying, “My Administration will fight this ruling. The Department of Justice has already filed an appeal and will seek an immediate stay of the decision. But let’s be clear — the only way to stop those who are committed to taking away women’s rights and freedoms in every state is to elect a Congress who will pass a law restoring Roe versus Wade.”

“No surprise that the Biden administration has announced it will appeal a federal court ruling out of Texas that puts the health and safety of women over the FDA’s now politicized policymaking,” Tony Perkins, president of Family Research Council, told The Washington Stand. “Chemical abortion drugs are extremely dangerous — resulting in deaths and severe adverse events filed by physicians and patients over the last two decades.”

Perkins added, “The Clinton White House, throughout the approval process, made it clear to FDA staff that this was a drug application that would not be denied. Finally, after all these years, the illegal approval of these hazardous drugs is being addressed.”

While the decision in the highly anticipated Texas abortion drug case drew the most media attention over the weekend, a second ruling from a federal judge out of Washington State is also significant to the fate of chemical abortion drugs in the United States. The Washington judge placed an opposite order on the FDA, requiring that no changes be made to the status of the chemical abortion regimen’s approval.

The conflicting rulings make it likely that the question of chemical abortion drug approval under the FDA will escalate to the Supreme Court — a result that would serve as a dramatic reminder of the court’s recent role in redefining the abortion industry’s power in America after the Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization ruling in 2022.

According to Mary Szoch, FRC’s director of the Center for Human Dignity, Americans must focus on the facts of the case. “The mission of the FDA is to protect public health by ensuring the safety, efficacy, and security of human and veterinary drugs,” she explained. “It is not to approve drugs in pursuit of a political agenda that kills innocent children and destroys the very foundation of American society — the family. Chemical abortion drugs take the lives of unborn Americans, often putting their mothers’ lives in danger as part of the ‘process.’ Even The New York Times’s own report defending these drugs acknowledges that at least 1 in 33 women who take these drugs, and as many as 1 in 20, end up needing surgical intervention following their use.”

She concluded, “What is regularly overlooked, though, is the devastation these drugs cause to the mother who makes a decision to take the drugs out of fear and is then confronted with the reality that what the abortion industry told her was a clump of cells is, in fact, her recognizable unborn baby — delivered dead into the toilet.”

Manhattan DA Sues Jim Jordan To Stop Him From Investigating Trump Case

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg filed a lawsuit Tuesday against House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan, demanding that a federal court invalidate any subpoenas he might send for Bragg or his current or former staff members in the wake of President Donald Trump’s recent indictment.

Jordan subpoenaed former New York County Special District Attorney Mark Pomerantz last week, accusing him of politicizing the investigation into Trump and encouraging Bragg to charge the former president. Bragg’s Tuesday court filing, which named Jordan, the House Judiciary Committee and Pomerantz as defendants, asked for the court to prevent the enforcement of Pomerantz’s subpoena and label potential future subpoenas from Jordan or the Committee to Bragg invalid.

Bragg indicted Trump on 34 counts of falsifying business records, related to allegations that he reimbursed his former lawyer Michael Cohen for hush money paid to porn star Stormy Daniels over an alleged affair she had with Trump. The district attorney said Tuesday that Congress is not empowered to “supervise state criminal prosecutions.”

“He and his allies have stated they want the District Attorney to come to Capitol Hill to ‘explain’ himself and to provide ‘a good argument’ to Congress in support of his decision to investigate and prosecute Mr. Trump,” Bragg said of Jordan, claiming he has “no legitimate legislative purpose” for Pomerantz’s subpoena. “And they have threatened that the House of Representatives will ‘hold Alvin Bragg . . . to account’ for indicting Mr. Trump.”

Jordan had said Wednesday that House Republicans wanted to call Bragg before Congress to find out whether he coordinated with federal authorities before the indictment. House Speaker Kevin McCarthy said the previous day that Bragg had used federal funds to bring the charges against Trump.

“First, they indict a president for no crime,” Jordan tweeted Tuesday in reaction to the lawsuit. “Then, they sue to block congressional oversight when we ask questions about the federal funds they say they used to do it.”

Weaponized FBI Is Now Flagging Online Terms ‘Red Pill’, ‘Based’ and ‘Chad’ as Extremist Terms

Fox News correspondent David Spunt has the latest on House Republicans calling for dozens of FBI employees to testify for their investigation into alleged bias against conservatives on ‘Special Report.’

New documents released Monday warned that common internet lingo is being associated with “Violent Extremism” by the FBI.

The Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project said it used a Freedom of Information Act request to expose FBI documents that include glossaries showing that common internet slang has been flagged as an indication of “Involuntary Celibate Violent Extremism” or “Racially or Ethnically Motivated Violent Extremism.”

Part of the document refers specifically to “incels,” or those “involuntary celibate,” whom the “threat overview” describes as possibly seeking to “commit violence in support of their beliefs that society unjustly denies them sexual or romantic attention, to which they believe they are entitled.” The assessment notes, “While most incels do not engage in violence,” some have been involved in “at least five lethal attacks in the United States and Canada.”

Many of the terms mentioned in the FBI’s list of incel terminology are either widely used across the internet or innocuous in nature.

The one term in the glossary is “Red Pill,” which comes from the 1999 film “The Matrix” and has been used a metaphor for seeing hidden or politically incorrect truths about the modern world, particularly when it comes to politics or dating. The FBI list of key terms defines it as “a belief shared by many online communities that society is corrupt, and that the believer is a victim of this corruption.”

Many of the terms listed are focused on self-improvement or the struggle to reckon with the marketplace of modern dating.

The glossary defines the term “Chad” as a “Race -specific term used to describe the idealized version of a male, who is very successful at getting sexual and romantic attention from women,” later noting, “incels unsuccessfully compete against Chads for attention.”

The list also included the term “Looksmaxxing” which is defined in the document as the “process of self-improvement with the intent to become more attractive.”

There are many terms associated with self-pity rather than violence, such as saying “It’s Over” to convey “the hopelessness of being an incel” or referring to a “heightcel” or “baldcel” to define people with short stature or baldness, respectively.

The FBI has been criticized as being politicized, including for its raid of former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home.

The FBI list for terms associated with “Racially or Ethnically Motivated Violent Extremism” (RMVE) has a mix of extreme terms and innocuous ones.

“Red Pill” also appears in this list, but with a different description: “In the context of RMVE ideology, taking the red pill or becoming ‘redpilled’ indicates the adoption of racist, anti-Semitic, or fascist beliefs.”

“Based” is defined by the FBI as a word used to “refer to someone who has been converted to racist ideology, or as a way of indicating ideological agreement.” In regular parlance, based is a context-specific word coined by rapper Lil B that can mean, as KnowYourMeme describes, anything ranging from “something that is ‘agreeable’ and ‘cool,’” to something “considered anti-woke.”

The list also includes the term “LARPing,” which was originally used to describe people engaged in live-action roleplay, often as characters in high-fantasy settings. In a political context, the term can be used for people with an impractical or improbable political vision, such as imagining a monarchist future for the United States.

The FBI glossary says the term is used to “deride individuals accused of not being as extreme, or in possession of skills or other valued characteristics they claim to have.”

Former Prosecutor Says Trump Judge’s Political Contributions Are ‘Problematic’

A former prosecutor has spoken out following a report that the judge overseeing former President Donald Trump’s criminal case in Manhattan made political contributions to Democrats and left-wing organizations, calling them “troubling optics.”

The charges against Trump relate to hush-money payments made to adult film actress Stormy Daniels. However, the judge overseeing the case is under scrutiny due to previous political donations, Fox News reported.

According to Federal Election Commission records, Judge Juan Merchan made donations of $15 or less in 2020 to the Biden for President campaign committee, as well as to the Progressive Turnout Project and its subsidiary political action committee, Stop Republicans.

In an interview with MSNBC, former Southern California U.S. Attorney Carol Lam warned that those donations could harm the public’s perception of the trial and question Merchan’s alleged impartiality.

MSNBC host Lindsey Reiser said, “We’ve also learned, during an FEC filing report, that Judge Juan Merchan, who presided over Trump’s New York arraignment, made a campaign donation to President Biden’s 2020 presidential campaign, it was for $15.”

Reiser went on to ask: “Are the optics problematic here?”

Lam responded: “I think the optics are a bit problematic,” while going on to note that political donations from judges are an ethical conundrum.

“To be clear, the donations were made in 2020, before Judge Merchan had either the Trump organization case assigned to him or, obviously, this case, but it is troubling optics, I think, for any judge to have made a political contribution, and then to have a party who is either the beneficiary or not the beneficiary of that political contribution before that judge in court,” she added, according to Fox News.

The former prosecutor went on to say that it wasn’t the amount of money donated, it was to whom the donations were made.

“Now, it was a trivial amount of money, and this is a trial-level judge. The judge, in this case, is not the ultimate trier of fact, the jury is, but the judge does call some balls and some strikes during the course of the trial, and if there’s a conviction, the judge is responsible for sentencing,” she said.

“That is all subject to review on appeal. However, it is probably not the best course of action for a judge to have made political contributions while a sitting judge, with the possibility that such cases can arise before him,” Lam said.

Biden Regulation Could Deny Christians, Conservatives Government Employment: Critics

The Biden administration has proposed new federal guidelines that would politicize the civil service and potentially bar Christians and others who hold disfavored opinions from government employment. Critics say the president’s proposal essentially states, “Conservatives need not apply.”

Current federal law deems an applicant “unsuitable” for federal employment if the applicant engages in “[k]nowing and willful engagement in acts or activities designed to overthrow the U.S. [g]overnment by force.” (Emphasis added.) But the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) proposal would strike the words “by force with a collection of provisions that are broad, ill-defined, and over-inclusive,” said a comment offered by Family Research Council. “We urge the OPM to withdraw the proposed rule changes.”

Removing the words “by force” renders the rule “dangerously vague. Such lack of clarity would give the government great leeway in keeping people out of federal employment that it did not like,” Chris Gacek, coalitions senior research fellow at FRC who guided the group’s comment, told The Washington Stand. “The provisions repeatedly ran afoul of First Amendment norms — and would imperil the rights of clergy and religious believers.”

The Biden administration admits its new, legally binding employment policy includes “more nuanced factors,” but only punishes “conduct that is not protected by the First Amendment.” Still, FRC objects that the code contains “vague and broad provisions that could target disfavored groups with unpopular beliefs — including groups of religious believers whose beliefs not infrequently challenge societal norms and loyalties.”

For instance, one part of the revised policy would ban acts of “force, violence, intimidation, or coercion with the purpose of denying others the free exercise of their rights under the U.S. constitution or any state constitution.” The Biden administration has repeatedly stated the U.S. Constitution contains a right to an abortion, in contravention of a current Supreme Court ruling.

Further, “the idea that mere speech can be deemed ‘violence’ has gained some acceptance in much of America,” FRC’s comment states. “Such thinking, if absorbed into OPM legal practice, could transform pure speech into ‘violence,’ ‘intimidation,’ and ‘coercion.’” Yet the underlying action, of engaging in free speech, “does not seem far removed from teaching, instructing, or preaching doctrine — a common practice in churches, seminaries, and schools.”

It would also deny government employment to any applicant who belongs to a group with “unlawful aims,” a term FRC found broad enough to include those who sheltered runaway slaves on the Underground Railroad. FRC asked Biden officials if a pastor who allows an illegal immigrant to take sanctuary inside his church, or who holds services in defiance of a pandemic order, could be denied government employment.

“There needs to be a precise definition of violence in the rule to preclude such unconstitutional, post-modern interpretations of the law,” FRC continued. Since the regulation’s current wording does not require criminal conviction, “how does the OPM plan to decide whether state constitutional provisions have been violated?

The request for clarity comes as Democrats classify an ever-widening panoply of actions as acts of “insurrection,” a term legally condemned by the U.S. Constitution. These actions include refusing to automatically mail ballots to inactive voters, automatically registering everyone with a driver’s license to vote — even voting to remove then-Rep. Liz Cheney (R-Wyo.) from her House leadership position. Using broad definitions of such terminology in the national or state constitutions, Democratic officials have sued to keep Republican candidates — including Rep. Marjorie Taylor Green (R-Ga.) and Rep. David Eastman (R-Alaska) — off the ballot. Both Democrats’ disenfranchising lawsuits proved unsuccessful.

Yet under Biden’s proposed federal employment guidelines, applicants would never see their day in court. Instead, the language “would allow hiring managers to reject candidates solely on the grounds of being lawfully critical of government policy,” said a statement spearheaded by the Heritage Foundation and signed by 41 people representing 35 organizations, including Quena González of Family Research Council. “[T]he terms used in the proposed change, ‘intimidate’ and ‘coerce,’ have become synonymous — wrongly so — in the eyes of some, with vigorous, active speech that seeks to change opinions and federal and state laws.” As a result, “opinions on abortion, the Second Amendment, or climate change, or membership in an association that actively works to change the law on such issues, whatever side of the political aisle they are, could be used by a hiring manager to unfairly reject an otherwise well-qualified, excellent employee.”

The statement — which calls the OPM regulation “unwarranted and dangerous” — has been signed by former Heritage Foundation President Kevin Roberts, Reagan administration OPM Director Donald J. Devine, former HUD Secretary Dr. Ben Carson, Leadership Institute President Morton Blackwell, Sandy Rios of the American Family Association, Claremont Institute President Ryan P. Williams, Concerned Women for America President Penny Nance, Jon Schweppe of the American Principles Project, and Jordan Sekulow of ACLJ Action, among others.

The rule accelerates what critics call Biden’s pattern of politicizing the federal bureaucracy. The White House demanded members of the Consumer Financial Protection Board (CFPB) quit and, when they refused, launched investigations into recalcitrant conservatives. “It’s very clear what’s happening — it’s forcing people out who are not political actors,” a former CFPB employee told the Government Executive website. “This is being done in a pretty underhanded way and, frankly, they are getting away with it.”

Such efforts stretch back to Biden’s very first day in office, when the president demanded National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) General Counsel Peter Robb resign or be fired. Robb’s tenure did not end for months, and a previous administration’s appointees have typically served out their full terms alongside new members. Yet in a violation of norms, Biden proceeded to fire both Robb and his assistant, Alice Stock, placing the agency under the leadership of former union lawyer Jennifer Abruzzo. He then fired the general counsel of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), Sharon Gustafson, after she refused to resign, as well as Social Security Commissioner Andrew Saul and religious liberty/civil rights official Roger Severino.

Biden went on to clear-cut numerous members of the Council of the Administrative Conference of the United States, the National Capital Planning Commission, and to terminate all 10 members of the Federal Services Impasse Panel (which also deals with labor unions’ concerns).

The White House then set its sights on the military, targeting 18 Trump appointees to military advisory boards such as the Air Force Academy, West Point, and the Naval Academy. Biden also fired members of the Homeland Security Advisory Council and the Administrative Conference of the United States.

Fantasies of depriving one’s political enemies of the ability to earn a living, in the public or private sector, have increasingly consumed the Left. In 2020, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) endorsed the work of the Trump Accountability Project to blacklist “Trump sycophants” from gainful employment.

“In the Biden regime, the new rule could more simply be written as ‘conservatives need not apply,’” said Heritage Foundation President Kevin Roberts.

Abortionistas’ Dirty Tricks Kill the Innocent

Democrat abortion supporters will say and do anything to keep the party going.  They’ll even throw the Rule of Law out the window.

HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra and Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez suggested the Biden administration ignore the court ruling invalidating the FDA’s approval of the abortion drug mifepristone.

But that’s just for starters.  Here are some of the other things discovered recently abortionistas are doing to promote the radical abortion agenda:

D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser is stalling media inquiries about the investigation into the suspicious deaths of five babies at a D.C. abortion clinic a year ago – including Baby Boy 1 – some of whom might have been left to die after being born alive.  D.C. police won’t comment.  Once again, I defy anyone to look at the iconic photo of Baby Boy 1 and tell me he was not a human being.  If you support his killing, you’re despicable.

No justice for the innocent and no Rule of Law.  Here’s what else abortion activists are up to:

  • misrepresenting that the overturning of Roe v. Wade prevents medical care for miscarriages
  • publishing false pictures of empty gestational sacs after nine weeks, suggesting abortion is no big deal, without disclosing the fact the embryos had already been removed
  • forcing private insurers to cover elective abortions by executive order after the state legislature voted down the measure
  • misusing medical privacy laws as a shield to thwart state investigations into abortionists who kill unborn babies in violation of pro-life laws
  • slanting poll questions to falsely claim a majority of Americans support abortion
  • letting less qualified nurse practitioners perform abortions
  • falsifying health reasons to perform late-term abortions for healthy mothers who simply do not want to carry their babies to term
  • ratcheting up the pressure on women who travel out of pro-life states to have abortions by reminding them their abortions have already been paid for
  • trying to pass state laws to have schools facilitate secret abortions for students without parental knowledge or consent
  • forcing students to buy subscriptions to their professor’s website that donates to Planned Parenthood

What a bunch of dirty, low-down tricks.  These are disgusting people doing disgusting things to support a disgusting policy.  Isn’t there something wrong when you have to lie, cheat, and steal to make your case?

But maybe you’re one of those people who thinks winning is the only thing and so the ends justify the means.  If you’re one of those out there cheering the Democrats on, all I can say is you’ve got some serious soul-searching to do, if you can still find it.

Bravo Tennessee’s House of Representatives! For the first time the Republicans who awakened from hibernation for decades, expelled two Democrats who were destroying our Republic from within. The Republicans’ strong response is the right action to defend American democracy and the political system designed and left to us by our Founding Fathers. Republicans are also right calling it Insurrection. We are living in a very dangerous world, we are in WWIII fighting the Communist’s take over, Soviet Style. In that pivotal time the Democrat Party became engaged in the domestic war over the legislative body. The Democrat Party is damaging the American Constitutional Republic from within. It must be stopped.

Sixty years ago President John F. Kennedy was assassinated. Sixty years later, March 24 2023, my publisher, Dr. Rich Swier published the column Government Officials are Conspiring against We the People? Time to Expose and Punish Them All!  The author is absolutely right, “Conspiring against We the People is illegal.” I like to continue the subject matter and present the history of how the Conspiracy had been built in America. Dr. Rich Swier also published on March 27.2023 the words President Kennedy said 7 days prior to his assassination. I have never heard those words before and I was shocked by their truthfulness. I believe you also will be shocked reading them. Please, read them for yourself:

The American President had been assassinated seven day after his speech!  Do you understand now why I was writing and warning you about WWIII for the last forty years? You see it in the drastically changed culture of America. I know who did it and how. I know who assassinated President Kennedy. Hence, I know what Putin and Chairman Xi were talking about during three days of their meeting in Moscow and what they are preparing for us.

Remember Stalin’s prediction seventy year ago: “America is like a healthy body and its resistance is Threefold: its patriotism, its morality, and its spiritual Life. If you can undermine these three areas, America will Collapse from within.” — Joseph Stalin. Please, also remember that Vladimir Putin is a devoted disciple of Stalin/Andropov. Look at the American culture seventy years later and you will be stunned by the drastic changes America went through. Only knowledge of history can explain those radical and sweeping changes destroying our country…

My definition of WWIII will give you the methods and history of Stalinist Communist Russia of the 20th century. WWIII: Recruitments and Drugs, Infiltration and Assassinations. Stalinist Russia was drugging America since 1955. Remember my definition of WWIII, it is alive and well in the 21st century, because Stalin provided the Formula for Power with two major postulates. “Never admit a crime committed, instead accuse your opponent of that exact crime.”  The second one is Socialist modus operandi: lies, deception, fabrication and fraud. Look around and you will see both postulates implemented across the world. Watch the Dems, they have inherited those two. Watch also the money from the enemy going to their coffers… Russia and China teamed up for WWIII against Western civilization on two fronts: Ukraine and Asia in 2023. Putin is right saying: “there is no limits to our relationship.”

I lived in Russia under the ideology of Stalin’s Soviet Socialism, which I called Soviet Fascism. Stalin created it a hundred years ago with the agenda of building One World Socialist Government under Kremlin’s rule. Look at the world today in April 2023 and don’t be surprised by the picture. Stalinist agenda is very successful and half of the globe has been forced to accept Socialism/Communism. America has not escaped the influence: Soviet Socialism is a legitimate philosophy in our country, which is not actually. I know pretty well the ideology of Soviet Socialism and called it Soviet Fascism. I recognized it instantly in the Clinton/Obama/Biden America, they were chipping away people’s freedom and personal liberty, by using Socialist modus operandi: lies, deceit, fabrication, and fraud. You can check it directly by listening to Biden, John Kerry, John Kirby, or Mayor Pete whose Father was a lecturer of Marxism-Leninism in Russia…

I dedicated many pages of my writings to Joe Biden and know his past and his failing health. We all have seen the latter, perhaps, since 2019. I have returned for the same subject to point out another guilty person responsible for all our troubles—Nancy Pelosi, a former House Speaker. The American Law has the 25th Amendment for a reason. The former M.D. of the White House, Ronny Jackson has warned us about failing Biden’s “limited cognitive abilities.” Ronny Jackson, former White House doctor, predicts Biden will resign, The Hill, by Caroline Vakil – 07/25/21. The former Speaker, Pelosi had ignored it, despite watching Biden every day. She had undermined a concept of American Presumption of Innocents–a crime against the American Constitutional republic. Pelosi had been a part of it.

America and Nancy Pelosi don’t know about Stalin’s era and his Soviet Socialism, which I called Soviet Fascism. America doesn’t know the history of the Russian terrorist State and its Intel, assaulting Western civilization for a hundred years. Stalin’s devoted disciples Andropov and Putin have widened it globally and developed new sophisticated technology. Pay attention to all Trump’s charges during the last seven years and remember Stalin’s postulates. In the future you will find that the Dems leadership had committed the exact crime, the Dems accused President Donald J. Trump… He is a direct threat to the Dems one-party treasonous Swamp.

Joe Biden invited the Tennessee’s agitators to the White House. Biden is an extremely dangerous man. Two years of his presidency demonstrated his war on oil/gas to all considerable people. His foreign policy against American interests costs us $ Billions, his domestic policy wasted $ Trillions. As you can see, he does all of that with a smile. Don’t think that his smile is a sign of good wishes for you. No, a smile is a trick of a sick man to help himself. Joe Biden has dementia. As a matter of fact, dementia affects the mental, physical and speech abilities of a sick person. There is a major point why Joe Biden is extremely dangerous–dementia allows his staff to manage his presidency and this is a crux of the matter. It is for a reason, I was sharing with you the information about Russia, its Intel and Security Apparatus for forty years. You are familiar now with an Evil Doer—the KGB’s Mafia/Army. If you know the conditions the White House works in and know that the Dems are infiltrated by the Russian Intel during the last seventy years, you will grasp the result we have in April 2023 America. China has come to the picture much later, joining Russia, while Russia had, at least, seventy years to infiltrate the American land and society. Biden’s administration, the FBI and CIA constantly emphasized the power of China and remained silent about Russian power, which subverted our democratic institutions, business, courts, and Law Enforcement. All of that has been done deliberately to cover-up a long-term collusion of the Dems with the Russian Intel. We have radio and TV, and we know about the military power of China. We are not discussing the enemy within, which has been destroying us for the last seventy years. We forget that “America will never be destroyed from the outside. If we lose our freedoms it will be because we have destroyed ourselves from within.” — Abraham Lincoln. I agree. By the way, the Chinese domestic situation is unstable and can blow up any minute. Don’t forget that Socialism/Communism has never worked.

I am the only writer, who warned you directly after the surrender of Afghanistan that it was a Russian designed operation, executed by the White House. Please, think now. What American President, in his right mind, would surrender the Bagram Air Base, the largest U.S. military base in Afghanistan to China? Please, think again. What American President would leave to the Taliban terrorists “At least 78 aircraft worth $923.3 million, 9,524 air-to-ground munitions valued at $6.54 million, over 40,000 vehicles, more than 300,000 weapons, and nearly all night vision, surveillance, communications, and biometric equipment…?” I am insisting on my opinion previously stated: Operation Afghanistan has been designed by Vladimir Putin and executed by Biden’s White House. Did you get it?

The Republicans and especially Fox News will pay a dear price for not reading my columns, learning the truth and educating the generation Z. Socialist modus operandi not only deceived many adults, it disoriented and confused the youngsters. There are several subjects that can prove to generation Z the tragic logic of WWIII. For years I have been writing about the Southern border, explaining that there are no Mexican Cartels, but Fox News continues discussing Mexican Cartels. Those are the Russian Cartels established by Stalin in 1950-1960s. The gangs of the Russian Cartels are rising violence in America. My columns and books explained that in detail.

There is another important piece of information ignored by the GOP and the FBI. The Communist agitators feel free to propagate the ideology of Stalin’s Soviet Socialism in the government, especially in the Congress by giving the air to Debbie Dingle or other Communist. The FBI is silent. For years, I have been writing about the W.H.O. Director Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, as a man recruited by the KGB in the 1970-1980s. His long-term friend is Dr. Fauci. If The Left Can Come After The President Of The United States, No One Is Safe

“In reality, they’re not after me, they’re after you. I’m just in their way.”

Who can forget that meme President Trump posted to Twitter after his first impeachment? In any event, it stands as a reminder of just how hostile the left is to the American people in its desperate attempt to maintain political rule. Now, as President Donald Trump has been arrested and arraigned in New York City, we must consider the implications of his indictment, and what it means for the United States and the 2024 presidential election.

For all the criticisms of Donald Trump and his defects, one thing is certain: liberals fear him. No other man has posed such a threat to America’s ruling liberal ideology. Whether it was calling to impose tariffs, rebuild American manufacturing and industry, or reclaim any semblance of American political rights, Trump upset challenged Washington’s bipartisan orthodoxy. As for the indictment, there is no case against the former president. Even if he is guilty of all charges, that is not why New York District Attorney Alvin Bragg, the media and the political establishment are after him. After all, they have spent years accusing Trump of every scandal possible to bring him down for purely political reasons, without any regard for justice.

In 2016, when Trump was first elected, I was a middle school student. Like many my age, all I knew was that “Trump was bad” and “Trump was a criminal.” As his presidency went on, I watched attack after attack, culminating in the first criminal indictment of a president – a complete abuse of the American political process.

As for the current implications of these charges, the future is a lot less certain. If Trump is to be the next president of the United States, he must be extremely calculated. This is a different fight than any other election in American history. In the 2020 election, Republicans thought the Democrats had given their all against Trump. Now we know they were just getting started.

It is without doubt that these charges will damage Trump in the general election, especially as much of America is tiring of the former president. Ironically, these charges also may make him the strongest candidate for 2024, at least going off polling and donations.

I am generally skeptical of Trump’s and any other Republicans’ chances of winning, especially as many Americans will simply “vote blue no matter who” in fear of the consequences of speaking out against the left. Yet he appears to be the candidate who can at the moment present the best case to the American people. If the left is going after him this hard, it probably means he has something worth saying.

The political ramifications for you and me, however, are much more wide reaching. If the left can come after the president of the United States, no one else is safe. By even having just an “R” next to your name, you are a target and threat to the leftist agenda. It does not matter how much you try to ingratiate yourself with the left. The very fact that you believe Trump is not guilty or that he is right on some policy issues means that you are not in full compliance. In this way, they really are after you, and Trump is simply the first step in getting to you. Unless Trump can defy the odds and resolve the case, it is unlikely that he can muster retaking the White House.

The political fight is real, without doubt. The Democrats have shown their cards. I do not think it is worthwhile to overly inquire into their motives, or exactly what they have in mind for Trump. What is clear is that Trump is a threat, and this indictment is a way to halt his reelection in its tracks, especially as, according to a recent poll, a plurality of Americans support the indictment. Who are we as a conservative movement to abandon him, look the other way, or say nothing? Some may shrug their shoulders at all of this, but more needs to be done than statements. Whether we like it or not, we are all in this together now. If Trump goes down, we all do. If there is any hope for political change in this nation beyond the two-party binary in 2024 and beyond, it begins with standing up for President Trump in his legal case right now and using whatever modicum of political power we have left to make sure this cannot happen again.

What we are seeing happen in America today has been predicted by many teachers, authors, community leaders, politicians, novelists and journalists.

W. Cleon Skousen, in his book The Naked Communist published on January 1st, 1960 wrote,

“Marxist Man could not have come upon the earth at a more illogical time. In an age when technological advances have finally made it feasible to adequately feed, clothe and house the entire human race, Marxist Man stands as a military threat to this peaceful achievement. His sense of insecurity drives him to demand exclusive control of human affairs in a day when nearly all other peoples would like to create a genuine United nations dedicated to world peace and world-wide prosperity. Although man can travel faster than sound and potentially provide frequent, intimate contacts between all cultures and all peoples, Marxist Man insists on creating iron barriers behind which he can secretly work.”

Robert Welch understood the insiders’ plans to destroy America in 1958 when he founded the John Birch Society (JBS). Since JBS was founded on December 9, 1958, it has been those men and women of good character, humane conscience, and religious ideals who have worked together to safeguard the U.S. Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic.

In his 1974 speech to JBS members in Los Angeles, California, he exposed the Globalist agenda, a.k.a. Agenda 21, and predicted the problems America would face today with uncanny accuracy. Mr. Welch quotes himself from the 1958 JBS founding meeting.

America’s First Marxist Man

Joseph Robinette Biden Jr., following in the shadow of his mentor Barrack Hussein Obama, has now fundamentally transformed the White House, his Cabinet and all federal agencies into the most radical and dangerous regime that stands as a clear and present danger and threat to our Constitutional Republican form of government.

Biden is now a “Marxist Man” creating iron barriers behind which he, his cabinet and federal bureaucrats can secretly work to undermine we the people.

Mr. Welch’s steps toward tyranny are a mirror of Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. and his cabinet’s policies since January 20th, 2021.

Biden and his cabinet have:

  4. Greatly expanded government spending as wastefully as possible, e.g. Green New Deal,
  5. Taxed we the people ever higher and higher,
  6. Created an increasingly unbalanced budget despite the higher taxation,
  7. Caused the wild inflation of our currency and threated the dollar as a global currency,
  8. Taken over the country by government control of places, wages and materials to combat the inflation which they themselves created,
  9. Enslaved our legal citizens using socialist controls over every aspect of our lives,
  10. Enlarged and weaponize the federal bureaucracy,
  11. Bullied corporations with massive regulations and their Equality, Social and Green agenda,
  12. Engage America in a constant war abroad in the Ukraine and potentially with China and Iran.

Joseph Robinette Biden Jr.’s ultimate goal is a form of perfect one party system based upon Communist/Socialist ideals.

Most I N C O M P E T E N T Cabinet in U.S. History

To accomplish these goals Biden and his cabinet have failed as follows:

  • Attorney General Merrick Garland. AG Garland has spied on the American people, designated parents who speak out about what their children are taught in public schools as “domestic terrorists”, over ruled the FBI and ordered a raid on the private residence of President Donald J. Trump, worked with social media platforms to censor Americans. House Resolution 743 — 117th Congress (2021-2022) stated, “On October 4, 2021, the Department of Justice released a memorandum from Attorney General Garland promising to announce a series of measures designed to address the alleged rise in criminal conduct toward school personnel, including opening dedicated lines of communication for threat reporting. Attorney General Garland’s memo made no mention of the statutory authority or authorities the Department would use to address those threats…Attorney General Garland has failed to faithfully uphold his oath and has by his actions, validated the belief of many Americans that the Department of Justice has been transformed into an unstoppable, partisan, Federal weapon used to officially punish political opponents. In an October 4, 2021, memorandum, Attorney General Garland announced that the Department of Justice would address alleged criminal conduct of lawful First Amendment activities objecting, among other things, to the teaching of “equity”, “inclusion”, and “critical race theory” concepts in public school districts.” Read  the full text of HR 743 — 117th Congress (2021-2022).
  • Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas. On February 1, 2023 Congressman Andy Biggs filed a resolution to impeach Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas for “high crimes and misdemeanors.” According to USA Today, “Biggs listed as examples Mayorkas’ opposition to continue building the border fence, which had been a priority of former President Donald Trump, and opposition to keeping the Trump administration’s “Remain in Mexico” program. Biggs also criticized Mayorkas for slowing down Title 42, a pandemic-era border health rule that allows the government to quickly deport people here illegally because of the COVID-19 health emergency.” Mayorkas “started immediately emasculating the very, very strong policies of the previous (Trump) administration,” Biggs said.
  • Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen. In a New York Times op-ed published on Monday (27 Feb 2023) while she visited the nation, Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen claimed American taxpayers have a “moral duty” to defend Ukraine’s eastern border from invasion by giving aid to the nation. Yellen said the American support “is motivated, first and foremost, by a moral duty to come to the aid of a people under attack.” So far, American lawmakers have so far earmarked more than $110 billion of moral duty from taxpayers to defend the border against a Russian invasion. “Our work is not over. In fact, it is more vital than ever that we continue supporting the Ukrainians,” she continued. “Ukraine’s military resistance depends on a government that can function effectively, as well as a stable economy that can help finance defense efforts over the long term. By fortifying the ‘home front,’ our economic assistance is helping make possible Ukraine’s stalwart frontline defense against Russia.”
  • Secretary of Defense Defense Lloyd Austin. The Stars and Stripes reported on October 6, 2022, “Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin on Thursday directed senior defense leaders to begin changing the names of military bases and assets honoring the Confederacy, bringing the Pentagon in line with recommendations issued by a congressional commission. Austin said he agreed with the findings of the Naming Commission, a group convened by Congress to purge the military of commemorative references to the Confederacy, and is committed to implementing the renaming plan as soon as possible.” On 23 Feb 2023 on NPR’s All Things Considered, woke Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin responded to questions on what would constitute a victory in the Ukraine-Russia war by stating that “Ukraine’s going to decide what victory’s going to look like.” Asked how this war ends, Austin responded, “I think, again, we’re going to focus on what’s in front of us right now and put them in the best possible position to continue to be successful. And I think that will lead us to Ukraine being in a — again, a good place, whether or not the fighting continues or whether or not they decide to go to the negotiating table.”
  • Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg. Michele Gama Sosa opinion editor for the Daily Caller asked Is Pete Buttigieg The Most Incompetent Transportation Secretary In History? Sosa on January 12, 2023 wrote, “Things just keep getting worse for Pete Buttigieg. After Southwest Airlines ruined many Americans’ holiday plans with mass cancelations, now a “glitch” is causing hundreds of flights to be canceled again.”  Trending Politics, on March 3, 2023 reported, “On Thursday, authorities announced that Patrick Wojahn, the mayor of College Park, Maryland, had been arrested on numerous charges of suspected child p*rnography and had subsequently resigned from his position. The Prince George’s County Police Department reported that Wojahn, 47, was accused of 56 counts of alleged child p*rnography, including 40 counts of possessing child exploitative material and 16 counts of distributing child exploitative material. According to the Washington Blade, Wojhan was mentored by Pete Buttigieg. The article was written in 2019 and goes into depth about the relationship the two political figures had. During his Council elections and his first run as a mayoral candidate, Wojahn knew he had no choice but to run as an openly gay man because of his media prominence with the marriage equality lawsuit. But being elected as an out gay mayor landed him a fortuitous mentor…The two continued to talk over the phone and Buttigieg explained the conference to him and what would take place at the meeting. Later, they would both attend a White House reception during the Obama administration where Dave and Chasten (Buttigieg) would meet as well. Wojahn said, “I actually met Mayor Pete Buttigieg shortly after I was elected mayor in 2015, I went to the U.S. Conference of Mayors’ Winter Meeting in D.C. in January and he was assigned to be my buddy.”
  • FBI Director Christopher Wray, CIA Director William Burns and Secretary of State Antony Blinken.  in a column titled TWITTER FILES: FBI, CIA, DoD, Et al. Actively Worked With EVERY Social Media Platform to Control and Censor Speech wrote, “In this latest drop we see the FBI, CIA, DoD, State Department, Pentagon, et.al. dictating censorship to Twitter, Facebook, Microsoft, Verizon, Reddit, even Pinterest, and many others. This is so vast, so deep, it’s …… the whole of the state. The files show the FBI acting as doorman to a vast program of social media surveillance and censorship, encompassing agencies across the federal government – from the State Department to the Pentagon to the CIA. The government was in constant contact not just with Twitter but with virtually every major tech firm. We live in a surveillance state.”

The Bottom Line

Biden with the aid of his cabinet and federal agencies like the CIA, FBI, Justice Department, Department of Homeland Security, et. al. have made America RED.

Biden is now the Marxist man in every way conceivable.

Whitworth faces charges of attempted murder after allegedly making threads against schools in Colorado Springs, Colo.

A trans-identified male who goes by Lilly, though his given name is William Whitworth, was arrested and charged after a police investigation in Colorado Springs revealed that the 19-year-old was responsible for “threats involving schools in Colorado Springs Academy District 20.”

Whitworth faces charges of attempted murder after allegedly making threats against schools in Colorado Springs, Colo., according to local news.

The Elbert County Sheriff’s Office charged Whitworth with two counts of a criminal attempt to commit murder in the first degree, criminal mischief, menacing, and interference with staff, faculty or students of educational institutions.

Whitworth is an alum of the school district and attended from 2014-16. Whitworth had attended Timberview Middle School in District 20, and an affidavit showed that this was the school Whitworth planned to target, for “no specific reason.”

The investigation began after the sheriff’s office was dispatched on March 31 due to a disturbance.

Deputies spoke with someone at the door on that day, and learned that another individual inside was “very upset and punched holes inside the walls.” Deputies, however, were not immediately allowed access to the residence.

Once inside, however, deputies found signs that someone had been punching holes in walls, and had ripped doors off their hinges. The person who reported the disturbance was reportedly Whitworth’s sister.

Deputies asked Whitworth if he had an intention of harming people at a school, and according to an affidavit, Whitworth indicated that this was the intention.

When asked why, Whitworth said “Why does anyone do it.”

Whitworth, deputies noted, appeared to be drunk and made suicidal statements. Additional targets per Whitworth’s manifesto were churches, and the planning had been ongoing for a month. Whitworth told officers that he had learned how to make a detonation device on YouTube.

Whitworth’s manifesto had a list of school people and shooters with notes next to their names:

“Eric and Dylan: Losers
“Adam Lanza: To smart
“Isreal Keyes: Degenerate
“Lauren Southern: Pathetic
“Vaush: Terrorist
“Donald J. Trump: Con-mam
“Bad cops: Useless garbage
“Stockholm, Name: Liam K.”

The manifesto’s contents detailed:

“A list of firearms and how to 3D print them; Detailed lists of numerous named individuals to be killed and their indented casualty versus injury rate. Information detailing the creation of improvised explosive devices; The Finalization of locations being Timberview Middle School, Prairie Hills Elementary, and Pine Creek High School.”

This comes after trans-identified female Audrey Hale shot 3 children and 3 adults to death in The Covenant School in Nashville, Tenn.

‘Hollywood Is F*cked Up’: Emily Ratajkowski Speaks Out About The Dark Side Of The Industry

Famous model Emily Ratajkowski spoke out about the dark side of the entertainment industry in a recent interview with the Los Angeles Times.

During the interview, Ratajkowski revealed the way she has been treated by men and addressed the power dynamics in the industry.

“This is a fucked up world. Like, Hollywood is fucked up. And it’s dark,” she told the Times. Ratajkowski also discussed the moment she realized her now ex-husband, Sebastian Bear-McClard, was surrounded by men who viewed women as a commodity.

“I hated that my husband was at all connected to these men,” she said.

Ratajkowksi addressed many of the same concerns in her 2021 book, “My Body.”

“I thought about the way that [Bear-McClard] had glided through the room, a room full of men who only two years before had been kissing Harvey Weinstein’s ring and encouraging their young female clients to take meetings with him in hotel rooms,” she wrote in the book, according to the Los Angeles Times.

Soon after, Ratajkowski was made aware of McClard’s alleged treatment of other women and was reminded of the dark side of Hollywood that contained exploitative forces that allow men to take advantage of women routinely, she told the Times. “The world is pretty brutal to women, no matter what they look like,” she said.

She went on to note the numerous “networking” dinners she attended as a young model and described the series of events that would follow what initially seemed to be an innocent dinner experience.

“Disgusting, 40-plus men showing up in black cars,” Ratajkowski told the Times. “There’s no direct explanation of what is being traded for what, which is why it’s so creepy. They call themselves party promoters, but, like, party promoters or sex traffickers?”

“And maybe that’s why right now I’m not really interested in men’s POVs,” she continued. “Because they were lies. And I don’t mean infidelity.”

Ratajkowski then discussed dating and her current relationship status. 

“Obviously, it would be nice to be with somebody who’s in the industry or understands it, but I don’t think I can,” she told the Times.
