Biden Administration’s New ‘Woke’ Corporate Disclosure Rules Will Cost Companies Billions, Experts Warn

Under the Biden administration’s leadership, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has proposed new “woke” corporate disclosure rules. A new form of social-justice-based financial regulation, the federal agency’s rules would mandate that companies track, report, and disclose a wide array of data on issues such as climate change emissions and diversity.

This might poll well or look nice at first glance. But like any complex federal regulation, the woke reporting rules will have many unintended consequences—namely, they’ll cost businesses billions.

“Business groups are trying to calculate just how much money public companies might have to shell out to comply with the Securities and Exchange Commission’s planned new ‘woke’ corporate disclosure rules, and initial estimates aren’t pretty,” Fox Business reports. “While no exact estimate can be determined, the SEC’s new disclosure mandates involving everything from the environment to board diversity is likely to cost U.S. public companies well into the billions of dollars.”

The goal of the SEC regulation is to promote environmentalism and racial equality, with regulators likely having good intentions. But they are either unable or unwilling to foresee the adverse consequences that could accompany this virtue-signaling effort.

Heritage Foundation senior fellow David R. Burton, a specialist in tax and financial regulation, laid out the many ways these rules will likely backfire in a letter to the SEC.

He agreed that “requiring all public companies to develop climate modeling expertise, the ability to make macroeconomic projections based on these models and then make firm-specific economic assessments based on these climate and economic models will be expensive,” likely costing billions.

The result?

“These expenses would harm investors by reducing shareholder returns,” Burton explained. This means it’s not just Big Business, but the millions of Americans who invest in the stock market or rely on it for their retirement, who could bear the costs.

Burton further warns that these woke disclosure rules would result in “the creation of a new compliance eco-system and pro-complexity lobby composed of the economists, accountants, attorneys and compliance officers that live off of [regulatory compliance].” Simply put, they would even further entrap firms into wasting money on red tape compliance costs.

The Heritage expert also added that the rules would fuel a huge rise in costly litigation.

Meanwhile, it’s unclear what, if anything, the SEC’s woke disclosure mandates would accomplish—beyond merely virtue-signaling, of course.

“This whole ESG thing is just one giant waste of time and money,” said Chris Whalen, chief of Whalen Global Advisors. “It’s just a big show that only benefits the consultants and the lawyers who are making money off of this.”

Data of the Day: Meal prices at restaurants have surged as much as 5 percent in just the last few weeks, Bloomberg reports, in the latest example of inflation eating away at everyday Americans’ wallets. It’s part of a broader trend in food inflation.

Defeating Big Brother today!

“If you don’t like the road you’re walking, start paving another one.” – Dolly Parton

We all know that every digit we press on our smart phone, every letter we hit, every person we call, every word we or they speak is recorded, stored, listened to and could well be used against us one day by a tyrannical government, kinda like the one we have now. Believe me, this current usurper administration would not think twice to use anything they have to silence conservative voices.

I don’t know about you all but I do not like it. I want my conversations private. I want my web surfing private. I want my apps clean and not spied upon.

So how do we do it? A friend of mine and huge, proven patriot, Cliff G, owner of a Trump based coffee shop I will be featuring next week, is involved in a company called GOOST. They produce and sell what is known to you and I as a Ghost Phone, one that guarantees privacy, security complete with pre installed apps that are not and cannot be tracked. This is a phone every bit as good as any other smart phone on the market. It has good sized storage which can be expanded.

This will regain your God given and Constitutionally guaranteed right to privacy and help you live free. Free of Big Brother watching over you, listening to you, tracking your every thought and word, let alone your constant position. It will give you peace of mind.

After all, as they say so well, “ If our speech, movement, affiliations, and interests are spied on – then there will be an opportunity to coerse, threaten, and punish people of differing beliefs and viewpoints.”

You can talk and text with friends using their app called ‘conversations’. It is completely private and fully encrypted. GOOST themselves don’t even know who you are!!

The phone uses its own operating system designed for privacy. Only you choose what, if any, data you share. It will never be shared by GOOST. You can navigate the world wide Webb without fear of being tracked. You are anonymous to all. Even GOOST only sees gibberish on their network as every digit or letter is encrypted via their military grade encryption program.

Every phone is supplied with this military grade encryption and security. Only GOOST users can access the network. As long as you keep your phone connected to GOOST VPN, which comes standard out-of-the-box, you are sitting behind a network infrastructure that protects against known cyber attackers. Even your own personal files are encrypted.

Every phone comes with the following preinstalled apps:- Calculator, navigation, camera, SMS/normal calling, maps and an App Store where you will find 90+% of the apps you like. These apps have been adjusted for security and they have a different look so they cannot do what they do now, which is track and share your info and data to all and sundry.

You have a private web browser that gives you free speech alternatives to FB, Twitter etc. Sites such as Locals, Gab, Odysee and Newpipe ( alternatives to You Tube ) Private e-mail comes to you through Protonmail.

If you are interested check out the link below and you can contact them direct with questions and queries. By the way the price is under most smart phones on the market today. It’s a win win!

INDEPENDENCE DAY TRUTH: Equal People Are Not Free and Free People Are Not Equal

“Human beings are born with different capacities. If they are free, they are not equal. And if they are equal, they are not free.” ― Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn

“I look to a day when people will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character.” – Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., from the “I have a dream” speech in Washington, D.C.

Today we are hearing about equality, equity, along with the big lies of “Wokeism.” These words are Marxist false flags that force, via government mandate, the elevation of one group over another group for political purposes.

MAKING PEOPLE EQUAL

The goal of Marxism is to make everyone equal as humans, as workers and as a people. The problem is when this is put into practice the individual is replaced by the state. As the powers of the government increase the freedoms of the individual shrink or disappear completely.

History tells us repeatedly that as government grows the individual shrinks. Just look at the former Soviet Union to understand what is now happening in America.

QUESTION:  Will Independence Day 2021 go down in history as the day we the people lost our freedom?

In The Revolution Betrayed Leon Trotsky wrote:

The old principle: who does not work shall not eat, has been replaced with a new one: who does not obey shall not eat. Exactly how many Bolsheviks have been expelled, arrested, exiled, exterminated, since 1923, when the era of Bonapartism opened, we shall find out when we go through the archives of Stalin’s political police. How many of them remain in the underground will become known when the shipwreck of the bureaucracy begins.

The people are replaced by government bureaucrats. The laws change from defending individual liberties to taking away the individual and replace the people with crushing state mandates, take the Covid pandemic as a recent example.

Covid shifted power from the individual to that state overnight. The pandemic was used by bureaucrats to take away individual freedom to assemble and replaced it with lockdowns and social distancing.

Covid took away the rights of business to remain open and prosper. It took away individual livelihoods and replace it with government hand outs.

Rev. William J. H. Boetcker spoke of the “Seven National Crimes.”

  • I don’t think.
  • I don’t know.
  • I don’t care.
  • I am too busy.
  • I live well enough alone.
  • I have no time to read and find out.
  • I am not interested.

These seven crimes are the fundamental laws of Wokeism writ large. When we stop thinking, understanding, caring and find ourselves alone, bored and uninformed then our freedom is lost!

A FREE PEOPLE ARE NOT EQUAL

In a truly free society people are never equal. They are different and do things differently throughout their lives. From birth people are influenced by both nature and nurture. No two people are exactly the same when born. The same is true about people who have different life experiences. Even biological twins do not have the same life experiences.

It is fundamental that society understand that it must create opportunities that encourage and use these natural inequalities for the good of all.

The following sentiments were created by the Rev. William J. H. Boetcker, who lectured around the United States about industrial relations at the turn of the twentieth century. They are all the truth.

  • You cannot bring prosperity by discouraging thrift.
  • You cannot help small men by tearing down big men.
  • You cannot strengthen the weak by weakening the strong.
  • You cannot lift the wage earner by pulling down the wage payer.
  • You cannot help the poor man by destroying the rich.
  • You cannot keep out of trouble by spending more than your income.
  • You cannot further brotherhood of men by inciting class hatred.
  • You cannot establish security on borrowed money.
  • You cannot build character and courage by taking away man’s initiative and independence.
  • You cannot help men permanently by doing for them what they could and should do for themselves.

There are those who are hell bent on tearing down big men, weakening the strong, destroying the rich, inciting class hatred and taking away man’s initiative and independence.

The founding fathers understood this and that is why they wrote the Declaration of Independence and U.S. Constitution.

CONCLUSION

QUESTION: How many American patriots have been expelled, arrested, exiled, exterminated, since the 2020 election?

As we Americans approach Independence Day 2021, let us reflect on our freedoms and defend our liberties. If we fail to do so then American, as we have known it, will cease to exist as One Nation Under God and become one nation under big government.

Is this what we want for our children and grandchildren?

I think not.

Have a blessed July 4th.

Kamala Harris Rushes To Border After Trump Announces Visit

By: Gabe Kaminsky, The Federalist, June 23, 2021:

More than a week after former President Donald Trump announced he would visit the U.S.-Mexico border amid the migrant surge, Vice President Kamala Harris finally announced Wednesday she will make the trip. It has been 91 days since she was appointed to head up the White House’s border response.

Politico reported the vice president will be joined by Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas as they travel to El Paso, Texas on Friday.

Harris visited Guatemala and Mexico earlier this month, as the White House attempts to address the supposed “root causes” of the border crisis while deflecting on domestic policy concerns and remedies. There were more than 180,000 border encounters in May, which is a 20-year high. Migrants have come in from more than 160 countries and 40,000 migrants came from places other than Mexico and Central America in May.

The vice president took close to three months to announce her visit while traveling abroad and being lambasted by Guatemalan President Alejandro Giammattei for not being on the “same side of the coin” as him.

Harris also puzzled both sides when she told NBC’s Lester Holt earlier this month that “We have been to the border” but when pressed that she has actually not been to the border, she noted, “I haven’t been to Europe.” Of course, Harris was not appointed to do anything in particular in Europe.

Before Harris announced her travel plans, Trump said he will accompany Republican Texas Gov. Greg Abbott to the border on June 30. “We went from having border security that was the envy of the world to a lawless border that is now pitied around the world,” Trump said in a statement.

James Carafano, a national security expert at The Heritage Foundation, told The Federalist the vice president’s visit does not compensate for a failed White House border response.

“There’s just no way that this is anything but a nothing burger,” Carafano said. “I don’t think this is a rebranding exercise and I don’t think it’s a shift in policy. I think this is the ultimate definition of the words ‘damage control.’”

Crowdfunding Sites Block the Right But Not the Left

There was an in-depth report published in USA Today on 3/28 entitled “Crowdfunding hate: How white supremacists and other extremists raise money from legions of online followers.” Useful as much for what it left out as for what it covered, it is recommended reading.

Two glaring and very common errors informed the report. First, it lumped everyone on the so-called “right” into the same bucket, and second, it made no mention of left-wing groups. There are violent extremists on the right and on the left in America, but the ones on the right are disproportionately targeted.

Most useful was how the article identified four online crowdfunding sites that are attempting to offer services without, as one of their spokespersons said, “discriminating against customers for political reasons.” Those sites are GiveSendGoGoGetFundingAllFundIt and Our Freedom Funding.

The conflict over when to cut a group off rests on competing objectives. On one side is the constitutional right to exercise freedom of speech and freedom of assembly. On the other side is the much vaunted need to ensure, as PayPal puts it in their policy, “services are not used to accept payments or donations for activities that promote hate, violence or racial intolerance.”

That is a pretty high bar, especially when one steps back and considers the violence perpetrated across America for nearly a year in the name of “anti-racism” and “anti-fascism” by groups that raise funds with nearly complete impunity, such as Antifa and Black Lives Matter. A recent AP report claims one of the primary BLM organizations, the Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation, took in over $90 million last year.

While Antifa, BLM, and countless other groups have been largely unhindered in their crowdfunding efforts, they hardly need a crowd, thanks to millions pouring in from major corporations, as well as from billionaires including George Soros and Tom Steyer.

There’s plenty of evidence of crowdfunding platforms escalating their war that, from the start, has disproportionately targeted the right. It’s hard to justify why Laura Loomer or Brandon Straka qualify as people so noxious and so dangerous that they have to be banned from raising money online, while hundreds of local Antifa and BLM groups are untouched. But a more egregious example is Kyle Rittenhouse, who shot three people who were chasing him during the Kenosha riots last summer, killing two of them.

This young man, who claims he acted in self defense, faces a blistering onslaught of civil and criminal actions that will probably cost him millions in legal fees. Despite the fact that there is a solid case to be made for his defense and a reasonable chance he will be acquitted of the most serious charges against him, the accounts set up for people to contribute to him on GoFundMe were taken down. Similar accounts set up on another crowdfunding site, Fundly, were also taken down. Finally, accounts set up on GiveSendGo were able to raise funds for Rittenhouse’s defense.

This isn’t about Rittenhouse’s guilt or innocence. It isn’t about his intentions. It’s about his right to legal defense, and the right for people who wish to contribute to his legal defense to be able to do so. How on earth do these crowdfunding sites justify denying people that right?

An even deeper level of financial attack against online fundraising, or any sort of online commerce, comes from the payment processors. These are the intermediaries that crowdfunding sites have to use – along with anyone doing business online – to convert credit card information into actual bank deposits. The only major online payment processors are PayPal and Stripe. And wouldn’t you know it, PayPal and Stripe have cut all ties with GiveSendGo. It is not clear what alternative payment processor GiveSendGo has found, but they remain online and able to accept most – but not all – credit cards.

Perhaps, as Gab is considering, it will become necessary for right-of-center crowdfunding sites, along with all right-of-center websites that engage in internet commerce, to start up their own banks. Maybe they will resort to BitCoin or the totally private Monero. But cybercurrencies come with their own set of challenges, not least of which is the so-called entry and exit points wherein cash turns into cybercurrency, and wherein cybercurrency is turned back into cash.

Better yet, the firms providing financial services in the United States could respect the constitutional rights to freedom of speech and freedom of assembly, instead of applying one standard to the right wing people they don’t like, and quite another standard to the left wing people they support.

CHICAGO BLOODBATH: 49 Shot During Father’s Day Weekend in Democrat Mayor Lightfoot’s Chicago

The Left dominates our iconic big cities. This is the result. Out-of-control crime. After Mayor Bill de Blasio of New York City, America does not have a worse mayor than Mayor Lori Lightfoot of Chicago. Lightfoot’s radical anti-police policies (herehere) have made Chicago perhaps the most dangerous big city in America. Even the Chicago Bears want to flee the city.

49 Shot During Father’s Day Weekend in Mayor Lightfoot’s Chicago

By Breitbart, June 21, 2021

Forty-nine people were shot, five fatally, over Father’s Day weekend in Mayor Lori Lightfoot’s (D) Chicago.

Breitbart News noted 23 people were shot, two fatally, Friday into Saturday night alone in Mayor Lightfoot’s Chicago.

On Monday morning ABC 7 / Chicago Sun-Times pointed out the total number of weekend shooting victims was at 49, with the number of fatalities at five.

Breitbart explained the first two fatalities of the weekend occurred on Friday.

The third fatality of the weekend occurred Saturday night about 9:15 p.m., when “a man and a woman were ambushed in the 3200-block of West Division Street by three gunmen who fired shots at them.”

The 24-year-old man was taken to the hospital and pronounced dead while the 25-year-old female was hospitalized in critical condition.

On Sunday morning around 1 a.m. a 32-year-old woman in a vehicle was fatally shot by a gunman in another vehicle. She was riding “in the 2100-block of North Oakley Avenue” when the other vehicle pulled up alongside and opened fire, fatally wounding the woman.

Less than an hour later, at 1:40 a.m., a 21-year-old was shot and killed while driving a Jeep “in the 3100-block of West Augusta Boulevard.”

The Chicago Tribune observed a total of 1,587 people were shot January 1, 2021, through June 14, 2021. That figure represents fatal and non-fatal shootings combined and means 195 more people were shot in 2021 than were shot during the same time-frame in 2020.

Georgia Secretary of State Raffensperger Removes 100,000 ‘Outdated’ Voter Files After He Aided, Abetted Massive Election Fraud

Raffensperger aided and abetted the criminal Democrat party in the greatest election theft in human history. Now he is suddenly concerned? Yes, for his own political survival. Vote the greasy snake out.

Georgia secretary of state removes 100,000 ‘outdated’ voter files

By: Washington Examiner, June 18, 2021:

Georgia’s secretary of state is poised to remove more than 100,000 “outdated” names from the state’s voter registration rolls unless those on the list take immediate action.

Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger released the full list of people who could be affected by the registration update on Friday.

“Making sure Georgia’s voter rolls are up to date is key to ensuring the integrity of our elections,” the Republican said in a statement. “There is no legitimate reason to keep ineligible voters on the rolls.”

Some critics, such as Gerald Griggs with the Atlanta NAACP, described the move as a voter purge. Griggs said thousands of voters were improperly removed from the 2019 list. However, state officials noted the removals are required by law and that the maintenance occurs every two years.

Raffensperger’s office also removed 18,486 voter files of dead individuals based on information obtained from Georgia’s Office of Vital Records and the Electronic Registration Information Center.

“These people don’t live in Georgia anymore. Then, you have 18,000 people who passed. So, they are not going to be voting anymore. You need to have accurate voter rolls and proper list maintenance. It also helps your county election directors,” Raffensperger told WSB-TV 2.

The move to update the state’s voter registration listing follows the recently passed Republican-backed voting law meant to secure election integrity and make it more difficult for any cheating to occur. Republicans in the state saw the legislation as necessary to improve voter confidence and to restore security in elections despite former President Donald Trump’s Justice Department claiming that the 2020 election was the most secure in U.S. history.

Raffensperger has received condemnation from members of his own party for stating that President Joe Biden won Georgia in November and for refusing to help Trump overturn the results of the election after he boasted unsubstantiated claims of fraud following his loss.

The secretary of state took a jab at voting rights advocate and 2018 Democratic gubernatorial nominee Stacey Abrams in his statement, saying he “fought to beat” her in a 2019 court case so he could “remove nearly 300,000 obsolete voter files before the November election.”

After Abrams was defeated by Republican Gov. Brian Kemp, she started Fair Fight Action, a voting rights organization, and filed a lawsuit disputing Georgia’s removal of voter files for those who haven’t participated in recent elections.

A federal judge dismissed the voting rights organization’s efforts to block the cancellation of voters who had been inactive for more than eight years in January 2020, though Raffensperger’s office agreed to reinstate 22,000 voter registrations after reports that some names were removed in error.

The Washington Examiner contacted Raffensperger’s office and Fair Fight Action for additional comment but did not immediately receive a response.

Arizona Audit Review: Thousands of Ballots Where Machines Did Not Detect a Single Vote for President

VIDEO: Arizona Audit Fends Off Disinformation

I predict Arizona will decertify.

Prepare for war.

AZ Audit Reviewing Thousands of Ballots Where Machines Did Not Detect a Single Vote for President, Audit Liaison Says

Ken Bennett, Senate liaison to the Maricopa County, Arizona, election audit, stated on Friday there are more than 33,000 ballots from November’s election where voters made no selection for president, or at least no votes that were detected by the voting machines.

By: Western Journal, June 18, 2021:

“There were over 33,000 undervotes,” Bennett told The Western Journal. “There may be, you know, a certain number of people that didn’t want to vote for [Democrat Joe] Biden or [Republican Donald] Trump or [Libertarian Jo] Jorgensen or anyone else, so they may, in fact, be undervotes.”

“But if someone circled their oval or made a check next to it or did something other than get pixels of blackness inside the oval, almost one percent of the 3.4 million people that voted in Arizona, the machines did not record any vote for president,” he added.

Bennett, who served as Arizona’s secretary of state from 2009 to 2015 after a stint as the state’s senate president, said the hand count of all Maricopa County’s 2.1 million ballots, which was completed this week, included reviewing the undervote ballots.

“If we find some people that circled their oval or made a checkmark next to it, not every one of those is probably going to be for Trump or not every one is going to be for Biden. So will it make a difference in the outcome? Maybe, maybe not.”

According to the Maricopa County recorder’s office, the number of undervotes in November’s election was 8,475 within its jurisdiction.

Maricopa County, which encompasses the Phoenix metropolitan area, makes up over 60 percent of the state’s population, but apparently only accounted for about 25 percent of the over 33,000 undervote ballots.

He noted just how narrow Biden’s win over Trump was in Arizona. Just 0.3 percent, or approximately 10,500 votes.

Maricopa County was the only county in the state to flip from red to blue from 2016 to 2020.

To better illustrate just how close the race was, Bennett offered the example of a shire in medieval England which were originally broken up into communities of approximately 1,000. Many counties in England today still bear the name shire: Yorkshire, Herefordshire, Oxfordshire, etc.

If Arizona were a shire, and 80 percent of the citizens voted, as happened in November’s contest, that would be 800 people, and the final election result would have been 401 for Biden to 399 for Trump, he said.

Biden’s Red Line

“When one door closes, another opens; but we often look so long and so regretfully upon the closed door that we do not see the one that has opened for us.” – Alexander Graham Bell.

Despite Joe Scarborough gushing like a 13 year old girl on “Morning Joe” that Sniffer Joe ( or President Biden as he likes to call him ) saying that there had not been a more successful diplomatic trip in the 21st century, the reality is we came away from the G7 meeting and the one on one with Vladimir Putin with nothing!!! Absolutely nothing. Just as I said we would. However, all the others made out like bandits taking advantage of a mentally challenged and incompetent old Socialist pervert.

Sniffer Joe gave out the new equivalent to Obama’s famous red line, remember that? He gave Putin a list of 16 key infrastructure entities that are off line for Russian cyberattacks!

A list? Yes. Kinda like a kid would give their parents a list for Christmas to send to good ole Santa!

This list seems to tell Russian hackers what is important and what is not. Kinda like a green light to target anything not on the list without repercussions.

Weak? Not only weak but bad diplomacy and unfortunately the direction the left is taking America today.

As with Obama’s famous red line that was crossed multiple times by Syria with regards to their chemical weapons usage with impunity, we know that the hackers will continue hitting targets with impunity and more likely will hit those on the red line list as well.

You have to imagine that the Russian administration knows and gives tacit approval to these hackers. Money probably changes hands. Russia and its hackers and all other enemies of the United States understands our weakened state, our leadership who is mentally incapable of doing the job, our current government that has more enemies within than we face externally.

What Sniffer Joe should have made 100% crystal clear, as President Trump would have, was every target and every American entity was OFF LINE. Not a pathetic red line with veiled threats but a clear statement with a list of repercussions that would follow, leaving Russia under no confusion that another hacking attack would cost them big.

It is stunning and amazes me that the world and especially the left think he did good. That he held his own. That there is respect between the other leaders and Sniffer Joe. Trust me – there is absolutely zero respect for Joe Biden who they see as a meal ticket. The Trump America is fading faster than the sun at sunset.

Biden may as well have given Putin another list, a list of all that is acceptable to hit. I am sure Hunter Biden could have made that one up with a list of commissions to be paid by the hackers to him and the ‘Big Guy” to keep the palms greased.

Our very national security is at risk here America.

Our country is threatened and the New Socialist Democrat Party and their followers are partying and drinking to our demise.

NSA Agrees to Release Records on FBI’s Improper Spying on 16,000 Americans

NSA Agrees to Release Records on FBI’s Improper Spying on 16,000 Americans

By Zachary Stieber, June 19, 2021:

Clevenger last year filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request on behalf of The Transparency Project, a Texas nonprofit, seeking information on the FBI’s improper searches of intelligence databases for information on 16,000 Americans.

The searches violated rules governing how to use the U.S. government’s foreign intelligence information trove, U.S. District Judge James Boasberg, an Obama nominee who currently presides over the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, wrote in a 2019 memorandum and order that was declassified last year.

The FBI insisted that the queries for all 16,000 people “were reasonably likely to return foreign-intelligence information or evidence of a crime because [redacted],” Boasberg wrote. But the judge found that position “unsupportable,” apart from searches on just seven of the people.

Still, Boasberg allowed the data collection to continue, prompting Elizabeth Goitein, co-director of the Liberty and National Security Program at the Brennan Center for Justice, to lament that court’s decision on the data collection program, authorized by Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA), “is even more inexplicable given that the opinion was issued shortly after the government reported submitting FISA applications riddled with errors and omissions in the Carter Page investigation.”

Page was a campaign associate of then-candidate Donald Trump who was illegally surveilled by the FBI.

After the judge’s order was made public, Clevenger filed FOIA requests for information on the improper searches with both the FBI and the NSA.

The FBI rejected the request. In a February letter (pdf), an official told Clevenger that the letter he wrote “does not contain enough descriptive information to permit a search of our records.”

The NSA initially declined the request as well, but later granted an appeal of the decision, Linda Kiyosaki, an NSA official, said in a letter (pdf) this month.

“You had requested all documents, records, and other tangible evidence reflecting the improper surveillance of 16,000 individuals described in a 6 December, 2019, FISC Opinion,” Kiyosaki wrote.

Clevenger believes the NSA’s new position signals a rift between the two agencies, potentially because the FBI has repeatedly abused rules governing searches of the intelligence databases while the NSA has largely not.

“There’s been a battle between them, for example, Mike Rogers tried to shut off FBI access to the NSA database back in 2016,” Clevenger told The Epoch Times, referring to how Adm. Mike Rogers, the former NSA director, cut out FBI agents from using the databases in 2016.

“And so there’s been some history of the NSA trying to limit the FBI’s access because they know that the FBI is misusing the data intercepts,” he added.

The NSA and FBI did not respond to requests for comment.

REPORT: Georgia investigator ‘Massive’ Election Integrity Problems in Atlanta, ‘Massive Chain of Custody Problem’

The election was stolen. What recourse does America have to take back our stolen election?

Georgia investigator’s notes reveal ‘massive’ election integrity problems in Atlanta

Twenty-nine page memo obtained by Just the News cites double counting, insecure storage, “massive chain of custody problem” and a worker’s threat to “f*ck sh*t up.”

By: Just The News, June 28, 2021:

In a nationally televised interview in January, Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger rattled off an impressive list of measures his state used to ensure the November election count was accurate. “We had safe, secure, honest elections,” he declared to “60 Minutes.”

That rosy assessment, however, masked an ugly truth inside his agency’s own files: A contractor handpicked to monitor election counting in Fulton County wrote a 29-page memo back in November outlining the “massive” election integrity failures and mismanagement that he witnessed in the Atlanta-area’s election centers.

The bombshell report, constructed like a minute-by-minute diary, cited a litany of high-risk problems such as the double-counting of votes, insecure storage of ballots, possible violations of voter privacy, the mysterious removal of election materials at a vote collection warehouse, and the suspicious movement of “too many” ballots on Election Day.

“This seems like a massive chain of custody problem,” the contractor Carter Jones warned in the memo delivered by his firm Seven Hill Strategies to Raffensperger’s office shortly after the election.

That glaring notation was written around 4:00 p.m. on Election Day, when Jones observed absentee ballots arriving at the county’s central absentee scanning center at Atlanta’s State Farm Arena “in rolling bins 2k at a time.”

“It is my understanding is that the ballots are supposed to be moved in numbered, sealed boxes to protect them,” he wrote, noting these ballots weren’t.

He also feared the flow of absentee ballots seemed too voluminous. “Too many ballots coming in for secure black ballot boxes,” he observed.

You can read the full report obtained by Just the News from the Secretary of State’s office here.

Jones also raised concerns about the temporary workers brought in by a firm called Happy Faces to scan and count ballots after an election observer purported to witness a conversation in an elevator in which one of the workers revealed his intention to “f*ck sh*t up.”

“I must keep an eye on these two,” Jones wrote. “Perhaps this was a bad joke, but it was very poorly timed in the presence of a poll watcher.”

He wrote that the two suspect workers had been assigned to a “team confirming and boxing ballots that have already been scanned to prepare them for later audit” because “this is the place where they could do least to achieve their declared objective.”

But Jones expressed larger concerns about the temporary staffing agency’s recruitment of workers. “What is Happy Faces doing to vet the people who they are sending to make sure that they are not sending in people who do actually want to ‘f*ck sh*t up?’” he asked.

Spokespersons for Happy Faces did not immediately respond to a request for comment. A spokeswoman for Fulton County said she would speak to elections personnel that worked with Happy Faces, but she had not responded further as of press time.

The public emergence of the Jones report Thursday doesn’t confirm enough suspect votes to overturn Georgia’s election results, or prove a plot to commit widespread ballot fraud. But its portrait of incompetence, mismanagement and bad election processes in Georgia’s largest voting center undercuts claims by state officials that the election went swimmingly.

Raffensperger told Just the News he supports the ouster of Fulton County’s top election officials but still trusts the outcome of the election showing Joe Biden beat Donald Trump.

“It is no secret that Fulton has had issues in their elections department for decades, which is why I insisted on a state monitor being present to be eyes and ears on the ground,” he said.

Experts said the 29-page report provides a stunning roadmap for an independent investigation of the vote count in Fulton County, such as the one a state judge recently approved to be led by attorney Bob Cheeley.

“This reveal chaos caused by incompetence and in some instances willful violation of law in order to assist Mr. Biden,” said Phill Kline, the head of the Amistad Project, which has mounted election integrity legal challenges around d the country. “This is consistent with the evidence we are finding in Arizona, Georgia, Pennsylvania and Michigan despite efforts at intimidation by Attorney General Garland.”

At the outset of his monitoring, Jones wrote about the difficulties election officials were having in distributing poll pads to local precincts the night before the election. Poll pads are used to check voters in at the precinct level.

One precinct, Jones wrote in the notes, “had only one of two bags of poll pads arrive despite the fact that the system at the warehouse showed that both had been checked out of the warehouse and were on the way.”

“[M]any bags of poll pads and other election materials have not been packed yet and paperwork is not matching up” at the county’s central elections warehouse in Atlanta, he reported.

“Some bags have everything and others do not, but the full ones are not organized,” the notes read. “It is impossible to tell which bags are missing what without doing a manual count and they don’t have the manpower for that at the moment.”

Jones claims that at one point “someone took the wrong suitcase [of poll pads],” something he indicates is a significant security concern.

“Seems to be a mystery who this person was,” he writes. “Should have chain of custody paperwork!! That means that a stranger just walked out with sensitive election materials?”

The chaos of the poll-pad rollout appeared largely resolved by Election Day morning, yet Jones documented numerous other instances of chaotic management and serious security concerns.

For instance, the Jones report touches on one of the more persistent unresolved mysteries surrounding Fulton County’s ballot processing operation, when officials at State Farm Arena appeared to order most election workers to go home at around 10:30 p.m. on election night, after which a skeleton crew continued to count ballots.

“News reaches warehouse that Sec. Raffensperger ‘ripped’ Fulton just came through the wire (apparently someone asked about Fulton stopping scanning at 10:30 while every other county is still working and Sec. said ‘Fulton can’t get anything right’),” the notes read.

Just before 11:30 p.m., Jones notes “confusion about whether or not they’re still scanning at State Farm bc there were reports that the staff there told the rest of the staff and press to leave, but I am still getting number reports.” Jones later arrives at State Farm Arena just before midnight and finds “staff are still scanning on all five scanners.”

About twenty minutes later, Jones observes: “Order is starting to break down[.] Ralph newly re-scanned some ballots that had already been processed by Shaye.”

That was not the only instance in which Jones claims to have witnessed potential double-scanning of ballots. Observing counting on the second day after the election, Jones wrote of a machine that had “shut down because it was causing more problems than it was solving.”

“Double-feeding and cutting through both the envelope and the ballot, which leads to even more duplicates,” he said.

On the night of the election, meanwhile, Jones described what appeared to be difficulties managing flash drives in the state’s election equipment.

“They’re pulling compact flashes (CF),” he said. “[P]oll manager put a Mobile 2 CF in Mobile 1 CF slot, which is causing confusion now. People are talking about a ‘master bus’ problem for the backups, which seems to be causing the confusion.”

Over 7,000 Affidavits Delivered to Michigan Lawmakers Claim Election Fraud

That’s a hellava lot of conspiracy nuts, eh?

Over 7,000 affidavits delivered to Michigan lawmakers claim election fraud

By: Just the News, June 12, 2021:

Hundreds of people concerned about the integrity of the Nov. 2020 election gathered outside the Michigan Capitol Thursday to protest and deliver roughly 7,000 affidavits claiming fraud and demanding a forensic audit.

Michigan Conservation Coalition spokesperson Matt Seely said thousands of Michigan voters have questioned the integrity of the 2020 election.

“If we do a deep-dive forensic audit similar to Arizona, it will do either one of two things,” he said in a phone interview. “It will prove that all of the politicians who say there’s nothing to see there, that they were right. Or it will prove that there’s a big problem with the integrity of our elections and that we need to address it in a major way.”

Seely said election integrity isn’t a Democrat or Republican issue. He cited one poll saying 70% of Republicans don’t believe the 2020 election was free or fair.

Another survey says between 20-30% of Democrats said it was “very likely” that Democrats “stole votes or destroyed pro-Trump ballots in several states to ensure that Biden would win.”

“If the politicians who are trying to stop this from taking place truly believe there’s nothing to see there, then what would be the harm in just proving to the electorate that the concerns are unwarranted?” Seely asked.

Seely said five governors in swing states changed election rules and procedures that ended up determining the election.

“Why did 45 other governors dealing with states of emergency and COVID, didn’t feel it was necessary to change election rules and procedures and violate the U.S Constitution?” he asked. “We owe voters the truth.”

Those gathered say Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson’s audit only recounted votes and didn’t go far enough to inspect votes and ensure those voting were on the Qualified Voter Roll (QVR).

Former state Sen. Patrick Colbeck said it only took 150 affidavits to get the attention of Arizona legislators.

Colbeck called for a new hearing, alleging election machines were hackable. He claims Antrim County now can’t find 1,061 voters in the QVR.

Colbeck said he’s aiming for legislators to complete a forensic audit. If such an audit shows evidence of fraud, it would significantly affect the election. He says lawmakers could demand an audit.

Benson pushed back, saying, “Enough is enough.”

“Those sincerely wanting credible audits of our elections should be reminded that here in Michigan election officials — including 1,300 Republican, Democrat and non-partisan local clerks — have conducted more than 250 actual, by the book, transparent audits of the November 2020 election — and each confirmed that it was safe and secure, and the results are an accurate reflection of the will of the people,” Benson said in a statement.

“We only need look to Arizona to see that anyone who claims they want access to our secure election materials and machines under the guise of performing a fake audit is hiding the fact that they are actually trying to find ways to deceive the public about the integrity of our elections to further their own partisan agenda and have taxpayers foot the bill,” Benson added.

Federal Prison Inmates Escape Undetected, Deceive Guards with Dummies in Bed

The nation’s federal prison system is in hot water again, this time for security failures that allow inmates to escape undetected. In some cases, the prisoners who slip away place dummies in their bed to deceive correctional officers and in other instances they simply have other inmates pose as them during counts. Details of the breaches are offered in a Management Advisory Memorandum issued this month by the Department of Justice (DOJ) Inspector General (IG). The document focuses on the Federal Bureau of Prisons (FOB) minimum security facilities, known as Federal Prison Camp (FPC) and Satellite Prison Camp (SPC) locations. The watchdog’s findings should embarrass FOB officials at every level. “Gaps in security at FPCs and SPCs present risks that inmates will escape and, if they return, smuggle contraband back into facilities undetected, which endangers the community, other BOP inmates, and correctional staff,” the IG writes in its memo to prison officials.

Seven of the FOB’s 122 facilities are minimum security and fall under the category of FPC. They have dormitory housing, a low staff-to-inmate ratio and limited perimeter fencing. SPCs are small camps adjacent to the main facility and provide inmate labor to the main institution, according to the FOB website, as well as off-site work programs. Security weaknesses found by investigators vary by facility and are serious enough to enable inmates to escape undetected. They include unsecured outer building doors within some FPCs and SPCs, even during times when inmates were not permitted to move freely; door locks and sensors that were susceptible to tampering, thus leading to alarms failing to function when locked doors were opened without authorization; limited or no outer perimeter fencing; and limited video surveillance. The lapses allowed four inmates at a Beaumont, Texas facility to slip away undetected for more than 12 hours despite three overnight inmate counts conducted by officers. “The evidence showed that the 4 inmates escaped the facility after the 4:00 p.m. stand up count (for which they were present) and that, despite the Correctional Officers conducting counts at 12:00 a.m., 3:00 a.m., and 5:00 a.m., they were not discovered missing at those times,” the management advisory memo states.

Incredibly, investigators found that correctional officers did not violate policy because they were essentially fooled by the inmates. “The evidence showed that the inmates who escaped may have had other inmates pose as them or placed dummies in their beds to deceive Correctional Officer during nighttime counts,” the DOJ IG memo says, adding that “evidence showed that the Correctional Officers likely complied with BOP and FCC Beaumont policy when conducting the nighttime counts.” This indicates that standards are quite low for trained federal prison officers so easily duped by the convicted criminals they are charged with guarding. The DOJ watchdog seems to defend the officers, instead attributing the lapse on “security concerns that enabled the inmates’ escape.” Furthermore, BOP policy discourages correctional officers from using excessive light when conducting inmate counts allowing inmates to deceive officers into counting them when they are not actually present, the DOJ IG reveals. “We were told that as long as inmates return to their assigned building and bunk before the correctional officers conduct stand-up inmate counts, they can escape the SPC undetected,” according to the advisory memo.

The minimum security report comes on the heels of a more serious lapse involving the FOB’s failure to monitor terrorist inmates amid a huge spike in radicalized convicts in its custody. Part of the nation’s federal prison system is to keep America safe by, among other things, monitoring all social communications of high-risk inmates, especially those with terrorist ties. It is a crucial part of the BOP’s duties considering that in the last decade the number of inmates with known links to terrorism increased by an astounding 250%. Incredibly, the BOP, which has a $7.1 billion annual budget, doesn’t adequately check the communications of terrorist prisoners and hasn’t even bothered identifying all terrorists in its custody, according to a report issued earlier this year by the DOJ IG. Even when the BOP monitors the communications of high-risk inmates, it does not do it consistently and the inspector general found that “thousands of terrorist inmate communications” are only partially checked. Investigators offer the consequences of this negligence, writing that the disbursement of sensitive information—including videos, pictures, and other documents—helps “radicalize other inmates.”

Less than a year earlier the BOP came under fire after its elite riot teams committed embarrassing gaffes during training exercises that made the highly trained officers seem like amateurs. BOP staff members were seriously injured because there was “inappropriate and dangerous” use of force and pepper spray during the mock exercises, according to an audit conducted by the DOJ IG. The units, known as Special Operations Response Teams (SORT), gained national media attention because they were deployed by the attorney general to respond to violence and looting after George Floyd’s death. They are specialized tactical squads trained to respond to emergency situations such as prison riots, hostage taking, assaults on jail staff and inmate escapes. All federal prisons have their own SORT and they usually have 15 members led by a commander or captain.

The Devastating Reality of the Arizona Forensic Audit

This is big.

The Devastating Reality of the Arizona Forensic Audit

By: Bernard Kerik, Newsmax, June 15, 2021:

Democrats and the mainstream media have been aggressively denouncing the Maricopa County, Arizona election audit from the beginning.

At, first I didn’t understand why.

I thought that it was because they were afraid of what the results would be, but I now believe it’s something far worse.

The Democrats aren’t “just” afraid of the outcome – but they’re afraid that the audit results will be irrefutable and unimpeachable. They know that their efforts to discredit the audit process in Arizona will not stand up to scrutiny and here’s why.

The Arizona audit is being run impeccably, utilizing security and surveillance procedures with a longstanding track record of effectiveness.

To say that I was impressed after viewing the audit process for myself would be a massive understatement. I’ve spent decades working in security and law enforcement at the highest levels, and this is exactly the level of conscientiousness and attention to detail that I would demand for a sensitive or high-profile investigation.

They’re not trying to reinvent the wheel; they’re using the same methods casinos have used for decades to catch cheaters.

It’s common knowledge that casinos are exceptionally good at catching cheaters, and if anybody tries to pull a fast one during the Arizona audit, they face the same long odds of getting away with it.

Before a person can even enter the premises, their name must be on a pre-approved list. After winding their way through a maze of corridors, they arrive at a security checkpoint where their ID is checked.

From that point forward, visitors are escorted at all times by audit personnel.

After being briefed, visitors must forfeit cell phones, cameras, and any writing implements they might be carrying before they can be escorted to the audit floor. That’s why the Democrats’ claims of seeing auditors wielding blue and black pens are so implausible.

On the coliseum floor, the audit is conducted in several stages, each of which takes place in a designated area. The tables in each section are color-coded, and workers wear shirts with corresponding colors, making it easy for anyone to spot if someone strays from their assigned area.

At every table, there is accountability and supervision, all of it live streamed and viewable by the general public.

Just like in a casino, where “pit bosses” keep a close eye on a relatively small section of tables, there is an audit supervisor responsible for groups of two to three tables. If any problems arise or anything appears to be even slightly amiss, the supervisor immediately steps in to address it.

And just as casinos use high-resolution cameras in the ceiling to monitor every single table, the auditors in Arizona labor under the scrutiny of state-of-the-art cameras positioned directly above each table.

Every ballot reviewed by the auditors goes through distinct stages, starting with a simple count. One by one, ballots are placed on rotating stands in the middle of each table, and each one is viewed and counted by three separate people, whose independent tallies must line up. Each batch has 50 ballots, and once all of them are counted they’re boxed, sealed, and marked with the name of each counter, much like an evidence label.

The box is then taken to a locked cage until it is ready for review at the next station.

Next, the ballots undergo digital imagery examination, which is done at such a high resolution that it’s almost better than reviewing the ballot itself, because you can zoom in without losing resolution.

When I was there, one of the auditors showed me an example of a ballot that was flagged as suspicious because every single oval was filled out perfectly, without a single stray mark – something that would be easy for a machine to accomplish, but is almost impossible to do by hand.

After being imaged, the ballots are re-boxed, a new tabulations page is attached, and the box is sent to a different cage. From that point on, the ballots are kept under lock and key, with 24/7 video surveillance.

If every state performed an audit like this one after every election, public faith in our democracy would be absolute and unshakable.

The audit process being used in Arizona has accuracy, integrity, and accountability, and there’s no way to cheat because everything is captured on film.

Now that I’ve seen the process for myself, I finally understand why it has the Democrats so hot and bothered.

They know that if anything improper happened in the 2020 election, this audit will catch it – and they also know that they have no hope of refuting any improprieties this audit reveals.
