Evidence Supports Sidney Powell’s Claim About Global Election Fraud

Evidence supports Sidney Powell’s claim about global election fraud

By Andrea Widburg, American Thinker, December 3, 3030:

For the last two weeks, Sidney Powell was telling everyone she could prove that our election was decided abroad by bad actors.  Tuesday’s news seemed to confirm those claims.  A retired military analyst testified in Arizona that the U.S. has captured the information that was sent overseas.

Also, a November 25 declaration from an active-duty military analyst was made public today, which says that, within five days of the election, the analyst was able to connect dominonvotingsystems.com, which is Dominion’s proprietary URL, to Belgrade, Iran, China — and Barack Obama.

I’ve been enjoying a delightful email conversation with Nick Chase, who’s written some deservedly lauded articles helping readers to understand how the voting machines could be used to send victory to Joe Biden.  (See herehereherehere, and here.)  One of the things Nick explained to me is how information travels across the internet.  I’m going to share his words with you because you’ll need them to understand how important this next bit of news is:

On the Internet, information is delivered in “packets” of bytes, each of which has header information identifying the sender and the intended recipient. When the recipient receives the packet, it verifies the packet and returns to the sender a message saying the packet was received correctly. This traffic passes through “routers” which are similar to the wireless router you might have at home, only on an industrial scale. The network routers also have switching software to determine which is the “most efficient” (fastest) route on the Internet to transmit the packets, as the Internet is a redundant system designed with many routers, paths and switches so it will continue to operate in case part of it goes down.

It’s entirely possible for a sophisticated, powerful agency to grab or reroute this packet traffic so the data can be manipulated.  With that in mind, you’ll appreciate the import of testimony that Colonel Phil Waldron (retired) gave during the hearing in Arizona about the voting machines used in the U.S. elections.  As you recall, while the votes were collected in America, they were sent to Frankfurt, Germany, for final tallying and processing before being rerouted to America.  According to Colonel Waldron, his “white hat” hackers recognized the packets going to Germany and obtained copies of them:

https://twitter.com/NatyLiy/status/1333500580287950849?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E1333500580287950849%7Ctwgr%5E%7Ctwcon%5Es1_&ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.americanthinker.com%2Fblog%2F2020%2F12%2Fevidence_supports_sidney_powells_claim_about_global_election_fraud.html

We shouldn’t be surprised that Col. Waldron offers such extraordinary evidence.  Last week, in Pennsylvania, Col. Waldron gave a master’s class in how the Dominion voting systems are set up to enable election fraud on a massive scale.  He talked about fraudulent elections in other countries, voting machines being connected to the internet making them hackable, stolen USB drives used for hacking voting machines, and inexplicable anomalies that showed that votes were preloaded for Biden before the election began.

Today, Col. Waldron’s testimony gained added heft when we got to see a declaration from an intelligence analyst at the 305th Military Intelligence Unit (the “Kraken” unit).  The declaration has specific evidence showing that, on November 8, 2020, Dominionvotingsystems.com, which is Dominion Voting Systems’ proprietary URL, was connected over the internet to Belgrade, Iran, China — and to “the Indivisible (formerly ACORN) political group for Obama.”

In the spirit of complete honesty, the declaration is almost completely unintelligible to me.  All I know is that I find disturbing that dominionvotingsystems.com is connected to two of our geopolitical foes and to Obama’s political interest group.

Oh, and did I mention that it looks as if the Chinese government has an ownership interest in Dominion?  You can check out Gateway Pundit for details that seem legitimate.  You’re not imagining it that China keeps popping up all over 2020, first by giving us the gift of a virus that the Democrats used to try to destroy the economy and to pervert the election, and now as an active player in America’s vote-counting.

I sure hope that Trump, who is being remarkably silent right now, is planning to reveal all in the coming week.  Alternatively, if he’s unable for security reasons to reveal what’s happening, I hope he’s able to explain to the Supreme Court and the various state and federal legislators what really happened and why Biden truly didn’t win.

Biden Vows to Surrender to Iran, then Negotiate

“Say it ain’t so, Tehran Joe.”

At the Tuesday-morning meeting with committee staffers, Biden launches into a stream-of-consciousness monologue about what his committee should be doing, before he finally admits the obvious: “I’m groping here.” Then he hits on an idea: America needs to show the Arab world that we’re not bent on its destruction. “Seems to me this would be a good time to send, no strings attached, a check for $200 million to Iran,” Biden declares.

This was after 9/11.

Now, after decades of swimming in Iran Lobby cash, including in this election, Joe’s got a plan. “Surrender first, strategy later.”

President-elect Joe Biden established a sequence for how he plans to deal with Iran, and it starts with reentering the 2015 nuclear deal without conditions.

After reentering the deal, Biden told Friedman, the United States, “in consultation with our allies and partners, we’re going to engage in negotiations and follow-on agreements to tighten and lengthen Iran’s nuclear constraints, as well as address the missile program.”

Bound to work. Is this how Hunter used to negotiate with the Chinese? “I’ll give you everything you want. Then we’ll negotiate how much I get.”

Somehow I don’t think so.

But the media cheers this as normalcy restored and real leadership as the election fraud rolls on. The mullahs are certainly cheering and shouting, “Death to America”.

That’s also the motto of the Biden campaign.

Election Fraud Eyewitnesses Harassed, Threatened, and BEATEN

Sidney Powell Claims Some Of Her Witnesses Have Been ‘Threatened’ And ‘Beaten Up’

By: Martin Walsh, Conservative Brief, December 2, 2020

Sidney Powell, the prominent defense attorney who is fighting in courtrooms across the country to expose alleged voter fraud, made a few startling claims this week.

During an interview Monday night on Fox News, Powell provided an update to Fox News host Sean Hannity and revealed an unfortunate turn of events as her cases are reviewed.

Powell told Hannity that many witnesses involved in her case are already being threatened and, in one case, reportedly physically assaulted.

Powell didn’t elaborate on the details surrounding the alleged assault or intimidation, other than to say one witness was “beaten up and is in the hospital.”

She added that “lives have been threatened” and claimed other witnesses fear losing their jobs should they choose to come forward with potentially damning information.

“There have been all kinds of repercussions against people who have come forward to tell the truth,” Powell claimed. “And no, Democrats don’t like whistleblowers, they only like liars who claim they’re whistleblowers.”

Powell went on to inform Hannity that some of the witnesses she’s counting on for her cases — including some in governmental roles — can’t come forward “without certain protections in place,” which undoubtedly complicates matters in the ongoing legal fight to prove the voter fraud allegations.

WATCH:

At another point in the interview, Powell made a slew of other claims.

“And I asked you today, you said to me that there were people watching an internet connection in real-time but they can’t speak publicly and haven’t signed affidavits to that. Why?” Hannity wondered aloud.

“There’s a number of reasons,” Powell insisted. “Some are within the government. Some are possibly in different roles that require confidentiality. And they are not in a position where they can come forward without certain protections in place. And that’s something that the government really needs to give them if they want to get to the truth of all the matters, with which we are gathering more evidence every day.”

Powell asserted that they’ve “only been allowed access to a few of them,” adding that they will be “collecting a lot more evidence” in the near future and that they already have “evidence of corruption all across the country and countless districts.”

Hannity eventually interjected to ask why Democrats weren’t willing to offer a helping hand.

“I thought Democrats told us that we like whistle-blowers. You’re saying these people can’t talk because they’re going to lose their job. I would think they’d get protection,” he said.

“They’re going to lose their job, their lives have been threatened,” Powell replied. “One witness we know of got beaten up and is in the hospital. There have been all kinds of repercussions against people who have come forward to tell the truth. And, no, Democrats don’t like whistle-blowers. They only like liars who claim they’re whistle-blowers!”

Powell didn’t provide evidence that her witnesses were being threatened and withheld from telling Hannity any specific instances.

But many certainly find Powell credible and would certainly believe that witnesses in her various lawsuits could be under threat or otherwise fearful of coming forward with headline-rocking information.

Second batch of #CNNTapes RELEASED

Project Veritas released a second batch of tapes today exposing CNN executives discussing their cover-up of the Hunter Biden storyCuban Americans who vote for Trump and Voter Fraud claims.

Here are some of the highlights from today’s videos:

  • CNN President Jeff Zucker: “Trump continuing to undermine election integrity with baseless claims of fraud. OK? And he’s continuing to do it. And that leads to the question of whether or not Trump, in himself, is a national security threat, in light of what he’s doing and in light of what he did in the debate.”
  • Zucker: “The Breitbart, New York Post, Fox News rabbit hole of Hunter Biden, which I don’t think anybody outside of that world understood.”
  • Zucker: “The Wall Street Journal reported that their review of all corporate records showed no role for Joe Biden on the Chinese deal, and yes, I do put more credibility in The Wall Street Journal than I do in the New York Post.”
  • CNN Senior VP Cynthia Hudson: “The only reason [Cubans in Miami] are supporting Trump is because of that [Biden is socialist] narrative—and that narrative, and the fact that sadly, I have to say, there’s a population that’s very attracted to bullies. No one is countering it properly in Florida, the Cubans are going to vote for Trump and that’s terrifying.”

You can watch the videos here:

How despicable is it for a CNN executive to insult the Cuban community just because they support a candidate the network doesn’t like?

Also, CNN’s cover-up of the Hunter Biden story should settle any questions about the network’s political agenda.

Stay tuned, we are not done exposing CNN just yet.

VIDEO: Why Aren’t US Attorneys Investigating Voter Fraud Allegations?

None of the U.S. government’s top 93 prosecutors appears to have looked into allegations of voter fraud in states across the nation, Heritage Foundation legal expert Hans von Spakovsky says.

In an interview with EWTN’s “News Nightly,” von Spakovsky responds to Attorney General William Barr’s assertion to The Associated Press that the Justice Department hasn’t seen evidence of widespread voter fraud in the presidential election.

“I have a lot of respect for Attorney General Barr, but he didn’t say what he bases that conclusion on,” von Spakovsky, a former Justice Department lawyer himself, tells EWTN’s Tracy Sabol.

He adds: “I haven’t seen any reports that any U.S. attorneys have actually investigated any of the allegations that have been made in various states.”

Trump Team to File Lawsuit: 40,000 People Voted Twice in Nevada

How can decent, rational Americans allow this to stand?

Trump Team to File Lawsuit: 40,000 People Voted Twice in Nevada

By Jack Phillips, The Epoch Times, December 2, 2020:

A lawyer for President Donald Trump’s campaign said the team is preparing to file a lawsuit soon alleging that 40,000 people voted twice in Nevada, which, if true, could potentially erase Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden’s lead.Trump attorney Jesse R. Binnall, speaking to Fox Business Wednesday, said that they found evidence of “real voter fraud” including “thousands of thousands of instances” in Nevada that will be submitted to a court in the Silver State.

There are “instances of 40,000-plus people who have voted twice in the election,” Binnall remarked.

He did not provide a source, such as an affidavit or a whistleblower, for his claim but later said lawyers will present evidence to the court. It’s not clear where the bulk of the alleged fraudulent ballots were cast in the state.

Binnall, who helped defend retired Lt. Gen Michael Flynn, also said that some people who said they were recorded as having voted via mail never received ballots and told Trump’s team that they didn’t vote.

Nevada Secretary of State Barbara Cegavske’s office has not yet responded to a request for comment. Cegavske has released few public statements since the Nov. 3 election.

Several weeks ago, in response to allegations of fraud, Clark County Registrar of Voters Joe Gloria’s office told The Associated Press that Trump’s campaign’s “complaints … misstate and misrepresent evidence” and claimed they “parrot erroneous allegations made by partisans without first-hand knowledge of the facts.”

Earlier this week, Nevada Republicans dropped a lawsuit that claimed that people who no longer live in the state illegally cast ballots. It was later revealed that the addresses and zip codes in the lawsuit belonged to a number of military families and students who are legally able to vote in Nevada.

But in another instance, a data scientist, Dorothy Morgan, said there was an inexplicable jump in voter registrations with unusual addresses and incomplete information.

In an affidavit, Morgan said she spotted a “historically strange” increase in voter registrations missing the sex and age of the voter, as well as registrations where casinos and RV parks are provided as “their home or mailing addresses” in the Third Congressional District, which covers much of Clark County and Las Vegas.

“This investigation found over 13,000 voters whose voter registration information revealed no sex or date of birth. Not only does this mean we cannot verify whether these voters are old enough to vote, it is also historically strange: While one does not expect voter registration information to be perfect, it is very strange that there were very, very few of these kinds of imperfect records with missing or invalid information until this year—when there are 13,372 of them,” she said, according to an affidavit obtained by the Washington Examiner.

Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib & Betty McCollum Participate in Conference with Terror Funders, Antisemites

The line up of the American Muslims for Palestine conference reads like a Who’s Who for the Muslim Brotherhood

Congresswomen Ilhan Omar, Rahida Tlaib and Betty McCollum participated in a conference over the weekend with several figures connected to Islamist terrorism.

As the above poster notes, many of the speakers at the American Muslims for Palestine (AMP) conference, including Omar and Tlaib, have also expressed classic forms of antisemitism, as per the internationally accepted definition of antisemitism formulated by the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA).

On the last day of the conference, Tlaib retweeted a message which read: “From the River to the Sea, Palestine will be Free, ” a saying long used by those calling for the complete destruction of the state of Israel and its Jewish citizens.

American Muslims for Palestine

AMP was founded in 2006 by anti-Israel and antisemitic activist and University of California Berkeley professor Hatem Bazian, who also founded Students for Justice in Palestine (whose members frequently intimidate and harass Jewish and pro-Israel students on U.S. college campuses).

AMP, which is still run by Bazian, has a history of employing terrorist financiers. At least five AMP officials previously served with the U.S. Muslim Brotherhood’s pro-Hamas Palestine Committee. The Palestine Committee was a secret body set up to advance the Brotherhood/Hamas agenda in America.

Hamas, a terrorist group, is the Muslim Brotherhood’s Palestinian branch.

Bazian once said that Muslim-Americans need to follow in the footsteps of the “uprising in Iraq” (which was against U.S. soldiers) and the “intifada in Palestine” by starting an “intifada in this country that change[s] fundamentally the political dynamics in here.”

Apparently aware of the aggressiveness of his statement, he further said, “They’re gonna say some Palestinian [is] being too radical—well, you haven’t seen radicalism yet.” He later appeared on The O’Reilly Factor about the speech and refused to condemn Hamas and Hezbollah.

The Canary Mission reports that AMP is one of the main drivers of the antisemitic Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement in the U.S. and has spearheaded multiple BDS campaigns.

The Anti-Defamation League (ADL) accused AMP of providing a platform for antisemitism. Its leaders have expressed support for Hamas terrorists and praised the Muslim Brotherhood and its spiritual leader, Yousef Qaradawi. As of February 2019, one AMP national board member reportedly raised money for Hamas, while another two board members have been linked to alleged Hamas financiers.

Also featured as main speakers at the conference with Omar, Tlaib and McCollum were Tarek Hammoud (who has connections to Hamas) and Kifah Mustapha (who has connections to the Muslim Brotherhood).

Tarek Hammoud

Hammoud is the executive director of the Palestinian Return Center (PRC), which is considered by foreign law enforcement agencies to be a Hamas front in the UK. The PRC regularly hosts Hamas leaders, including Ismail Haniyeh, who once called PRC leader Majed Al-Zeer to congratulate him for being recommended for consultative status at the United Nations.

Al-Zeer participated in the Arab International Congress for the Right of Return of Palestinians in Damascus on November 23, 2008, alongside then-Hamas leader Khaled Mashal. Zaher Birawi, former head of the board of trustees of the PRC, also sat alongside Ismail Haniyeh during a Convoy to Gaza Conference. Both Haniyeh and Mashal are designated as global terrorists by the U.S.

Kifah Mustapha

Mustapha chairs the Quran Muslim American Society Institute of Chicago (MAS).

He is listed in court documents for the Holy Land Foundation terror funding case as an individual who is or was a member of the U.S. Muslim Brotherhood’s Palestine Committee and/or its organization. He is also listed in the documents as an individual who was a Holy Land Foundation employee, director, officer and/or representative.

The Holy Land Foundation was prosecuted in the largest terror funding case in the U.S. for funneling money to Hamas.

Omar, Tlaib and McCollum should be censured by Congress for participating in this conference.

[Editor’s note: Since the original publication date of this article, Tlaib deleted the above tweet calling for the destruction of Israel.]

IRS Sent $1,200 Stimulus Checks to Random European Citizens, New Reporting Shows

Reckless disregard for efficiency is inherent to all government spending.

Congress is debating another round of COVID-19 stimulus legislation right now. But as the details continue to be hashed out, new evidence keeps mounting that shows just how wasteful and inefficient the first stimulus bill was.

The $2 trillion+ CARES Act, passed in March, sent $1,200 “stimulus” checks to many Americans in hopes of providing relief and stimulating consumer spending. The feds used outdated pre-pandemic tax information to determine eligibility and who to send checks to. This meant that not only were the relief checks not meaningfully targeted to those actually experiencing financial duress amid the COVID-19 lockdowns, but billions in checks were sent to dead people.

Now we’re learning that the Internal Revenue Service also sent checks to an untold number of random European citizens, not Americans, who aren’t even US residents.

“The IRS now acknowledges that its own error caused some citizens of other countries to mistakenly receive $1,200 coronavirus relief payments — and that the mistake is likely to happen again if more stimulus money goes out,” NPR reports.

For example, Stockholm resident and Swedish citizen Susanne Wigforss received a check from the IRS.

“This is so wrong,” Wigforss told NPR, “because I saw that a number of people were being evicted every month in Chicago, for instance, and I thought one of those families would have needed this stimulus check. Why should a Swedish citizen living abroad receive $1,200?”

“There’s no way I’m going to cash this money — it doesn’t belong to me,” she added. “But how much money is bleeding out from the Treasury Department because of these [misdirected] stimulus checks, I wonder?”

“I didn’t ask for the money. I didn’t expect any money,” Australian citizen Van Shockley said. “But as soon as I got it, I stuck it in the bank. You ain’t getting it back!”

The most maddening part of this whole episode of incompetence is that the IRS has acknowledged this problem yet has not taken any serious steps to correct it retroactively or for future stimulus efforts.

“Since Congress passed its coronavirus relief package in a hurry in March, the US government has put no mechanisms in place to prevent these mistakes from happening again,” NPR reports. “As a result, if a new relief plan with more stimulus payments passes in the final weeks of the Trump administration or during the Biden administration, some of that money is likely to mistakenly end up in mailboxes overseas again.”

The government has no idea how many checks were sent out incorrectly. This is perhaps the most incredible part of the entire stimulus debate.

All of the major programs and initiatives in the CARES Act were consumed by rampant fraud or waste. For example, the stimulus bill’s expansion of unemployment benefits lost $26 billion to fraud—more than the entire unemployment system paid out in 2019. The Paycheck Protection Program was similarly consumed by fraud, and it ended up costing taxpayers a whopping $224,000 per job preserved.

Yet with the debate over a second stimulus bill, lawmakers are pushing to dump more money—the only debate is how much—into the same exact programs without fixing them or addressing the fraud and waste.

Taxpayers are right to find this infuriating. But, unfortunately, they ought not be surprised. Reckless disregard for efficiency and fraud is inherent to government spending, because elected officials are spending other peoples’ money on other people.

“You can spend your own money on yourself,” Nobel laureate economist Milton Friedman explained. “When you do that, why then you really watch out what you’re doing, and you try to get the most for your money.”

“[But] if I spend somebody else’s money on somebody else, I’m not concerned about how much it is, and I’m not concerned about what I get,” Friedman surmised. “And that’s government.”

So, unless something major changes, we should expect serious fraud, dysfunction, and abuse to plague future stimulus bills as well. And yes, that may very well mean more taxpayer dollars ending up in the mailboxes of random European citizens.

Beverly Hills and Louisville Revolt Against Dining Bans as Lockdown Defiance Continues to Spread Across America

In Beverly Hills, California, city leaders are demanding L.A. County repeal its ban on outdoor dining, while restaurants in Louisville, Kentucky pledge to reopen regardless of what the governor orders.

When Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear announced a week before Thanksgiving he was closing all indoor service for restaurants and bars because of rising COVID-19 case numbers, Richard Hayhoe had a simple message for his customers.

“Come hungry, come inside,” said Hayhoe, the owner of Beans Cafe and Bakery in Dry Ridge, a rural community about 50 miles north of Lexington.

Instead of complying with Beshear’s order, Hayhoe opted to keep his restaurant open, saying the governor’s order was not about public health.

“This is no longer just about health, it is about control,” Hayhoe wrote in a social media post.

Hayhoe’s act of civil disobedience appears to have started something.

USA Today reports that dozens of Louisville restaurants recently announced they will reopen their dining rooms (at 50 percent capacity) on December 14—regardless of what Beshear does. (Kentucky’s shutdown order is slated to expire at 5:00 PM on December 13.)

The group, called the Kentucky Restaurant Rescue Coalition, started an online petition that has garnered more than 5,000 signatures as of Wednesday morning.

“If Governor Beshear does not rescind restaurant closures, restaurants will reopen on December 14 at 50%,” reads the petition.

The news from Kentucky comes amid a surge of backlash against economic lockdowns, which have wreaked damage on America’s small businesses, the broader economy, and the mental health of Americans.

The opposition has taken many forms—from criticism from Waffle House to enforcement defiance from Weld County Colorado to civil disobedience in Brooklyn and Buffalo—and continues to spread.

In Beverly Hills, California, city leaders are demanding Los Angeles County repeal its ban on outdoor dining.

“The resolution demands a motion be placed on the December 8, 2020 agenda of the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors to repeal the current Health Order,” Beverly Hills City Council said in a press release.

Reports say Beverly Hills is also exploring creating its own city public health department, similar to Pasadena, which currently allows outdoor dining. (If nothing else, the coronavirus is helping Americans rediscover the virtue of federalism and decentralization.)

The fact that politicians in California—and Beverly Hills of all places!—are growing disenchanted with the punishing and ineffective lockdowns is a sign that Americans are tired of being ordered around by politicians who blithely choose which parts of the economy stay open and what gets shut down, while ignoring their own rules.

Churches? Closed. Strip clubs? Sure. Restaurants? Sorry. Liquor stores? Okay. Private gatherings? Nope. Lottery ticket sales? You bet! The sheer banality of these orders has given lie to the notion that public health is driving the lockdowns.

“Who knew public health would so perfectly align with secular convenience?” Justice Neil Gorsuch recently quipped in a Supreme Court case overturning Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s coronavirus restrictions on houses of worship in New York.

The case for forced lockdowns was always dubious, especially in the absence of clear data on the mortality risk of COVID-19. But the fact that lockdowns are continuing today in light of the evidence we now have—which shows lockdowns are incredibly harmful and terribly ineffective at slowing the spread of a virus, which appears to have been in the US since 2019, according to new CDC research—is maddening.

As Jason Riley recently pointed out in the Wall Street Journal, many Americans are simply done with all of it.

“What’s going on is not simply hypocrisy but an infantilization of the American public,” Riley wrote. “There’s a widespread assumption among liberal elites that the rest of us are incapable of calculating risks and taking necessary precautions to ride out the pandemic, and it’s insulting.”

Across the United States—from Beverly Hills to Louisville to New York City and beyond—Americans are finally resisting. In doing so, Americans are channeling the tradition of civil disobedience that is part of our DNA and was used by figures ranging from Sam Adams to Henry David Thoreau to Susan B. Anthony and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

“This is a form of mass civil disobedience like nothing the country has seen since the 1960s,” Riley notes. “Some of it is born of Covid fatigue, to be sure. But the endless parade of politicians flouting their own rules surely has also played a role. It began shortly after the spring lockdowns and if anything has become more commonplace, even farcical.”

The paradox of civil disobedience, which Thoreau called the “true foundation of liberty,” is that it empowers those who lack power through peaceful non-compliance. Throughout history, it has proven an effective tool against injustice and the use of capricious and arbitrary power.

And it was arbitrary power that compelled Richard Hayhoe, the owner of Beans Cafe and Bakery to take a stand against state lockdown orders.

“Small businesses,” Hayhoe told Neal Cavuto, “are being made to submit to these orders that just seem arbitrary.”

Indeed. Nevertheless, Hayhoe’s non-compliance may come with consequences, which is why he has started a legal defense fund.

Americans like Hayhoe may soon have to determine how far they’re willing to go to peacefully oppose the injustice of lockdowns in the face of politicians who have the power and show no signs of wishing to relent.

“You’re not going back to normal,” New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo recently told reporters.

As governments heap threats and penalties on those who defy orders by peacefully conducting business to stay afloat, Americans seeking to steel themselves can find inspiration and courage in these words from Thoreau.

“[The state] is not armed with superior wit or honesty, but with superior physical strength,” Thoreau wrote in Civil Disobedience. “I was not born to be forced. I will breathe after my own fashion. Let us see who is the strongest.”

While there’s proof aplenty that this election was stolen from President Trump through rampant, egregious fraud, plain common sense might lead us to the same conclusion. For instance, which do you think most people would vote for: Opening our country back up for business, work, school, entertainment, sports, community, celebrations and gatherings of all kinds, while making America prosperous and great again – or tax increases, mandatory mask-wearing, nationwide lockdowns, more small business closures, more bankruptcies of our favorite restaurants, theaters, concert halls, and sports venues, plus our energy sector in the crosshairs and socialized medicine on the horizon—all the while being promised a “dark winter”? That’s the choice between Trump and Biden. Which candidate do you think won? Me, too.

By now the felonious Deep State coup plotters are so desperate, that If Trump is officially re-elected, they might well attempt a putsch to throw him bodily out of the White House. Should Trump win, you can be sure the Dems will be screaming that he stole the election and will proceed full tilt with their Color Revolution plans. They have their mercenary shock troops waiting, and who knows what reinforcements and weaponry are also at their disposal. Money’s no object for them, and they’re playing for all the marbles. They intend to kneecap Trump to achieve their ultimate goal: the takeover of America. What with Covid wreaking havoc with our citizenry and our economy, and both Biden and radical Leftist Kamala waiting in the wings ready to do their bidding, they must surely see this as their golden opportunity for a full court press.

However, there’s some good news circulating on the internet that POTUS may be in train to checkmate the Deep State fraudsters before they can do the same to him. What is certain is that one side or the other will triumph in this winner-take-all battle for our Republic. American patriots are longing to see justice enacted, as we’ve been watching seditious criminals remain at large for far too long. With stakes this high, and both sides essentially fighting for survival, it’s not hard to imagine a battle encircling the Tree of Liberty as at our founding.

THE SWAMP FIGHTS BACK

For four years, President Trump has presided over a rogue DOJ, rogue FBI, rogue CIA, rogue DHS, and various other rogue intelligence agencies seeded with Obama holdovers. POTUS recently removed James Anderson, Acting Director of Policy Planning in the DoD, followed by the firing of quisling Mark Esper as Secretary of Defense along with his chief of staff. Let’s hope he’s not done cleaning house, though. As of December 1st, we learned that Attorney General Bill Barr is playing for the other team, as he announced he sees no evidence of vote fraud that would change the election results. That’s two feckless attorneys general in a row. The Swamp runs deep.

SEVEN DAYS IN DECEMBER?

The President and his team ought to huddle around a big-screen TV to revisit the classic film from 1964, “Seven Days in May,” which, if you’ve never seen, you owe it to yourself to watch—and not just for the excellent acting and gripping story. A decorated General, head of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, organizes a military coup against the sitting president. Incidentally, our own current head of the Joint Chiefs, General Milley, recently made this statement: “We are unique among militaries. We do not take an oath to a king or a queen, a tyrant or a dictator. We do not take an oath to an individual. No, we do not take an oath to a country, a tribe or religion. We take an oath to the Constitution.” So if push comes to shove, apparently General Milley would shove out the President.

Um, Mark, doesn’t the Constitution vest the powers of the Executive branch in the President, and isn’t he your Commander-in-Chief? If you disagree with his policies, isn’t the appropriate response to tender your resignation? And General Milley, isn’t the point that the Constitution undergirds our Republic, so when you swear to protect it, you’re swearing to protect our country from enemies foreign and domestic? The Constitution represents the rule of law in our nation. The last time I looked, the office of the president was featured rather prominently in our founding document. Before you set yourself up as a staunch defender of the Constitution, General, perhaps you ought to read it.

That reminds me, here’s the latest gem from former head of the CIA, John Brennan:

“I’m very concerned what he [Trump] might do in his remaining 70 days in office. Is he going to take some type of military action? Is he going to release some type of information that could, in fact, threaten our national security interests? If Vice President Pence and the cabinet had an ounce of fortitude and spine and patriotism, I think they would seriously consider invoking the 25th Amendment and pushing Donald Trump out because he is just very unpredictable now.

Brennan may be reacting to the specter of the noose, as his remarks followed hard upon Donald Trump Jr.’s tweet: “Declassify everything!!!”

And while we’re sampling treasonous assertions, take a look at this one, reported by SkyNews Australia:

“Two retired army officers are urging General Mark Milley– the highest-ranking military officer in the US – to remove President Donald Trump from office if he refuses to leave when his term ends. In an open letter published in Defense One, John Nagl and Paul Yingling warned President Trump could trigger a ‘once-unthinkable scenario of authoritarian rule’ and ‘America’s greatest Constitutional crisis since the Civil War.’ ‘If Donald Trump refuses to leave office at the expiration of his constitutional term, the United States military must remove him by force, and you must give that order.’”

As far as I’m concerned, General Milley needs to hear two words from the President, “You’re fired!”

Spoiler alert: In “Seven Days in May,” good triumphs over evil. Let’s hope and pray, but let’s also do all we can to make sure good triumphs on our watch as well, as we fight to shore up our beleaguered Republic. If not it will be a Dark Winter indeed.

America’s Color Revolution, Part 1: The Election Psy-Op

Trump voters will never forget the shock of going to bed on November 3rd secure in the knowledge that the President had won a second term, only to awaken on November 4th to the news that Biden, lagging far behind Trump in all the battleground states, was magically now in the lead.

How did the Democrats pull this off? In both simple and sophisticated ways. But the key to the massive election theft—their hidden tactic—is computerized vote-stealing by means of Dominion voting machines, and/or the “Scorecard” vote-flipping program. Remember those 6,000 votes that went from Trump to You-Know-Who? That wasn’t just a gain of 6,000 fake votes for Biden; it also lowered Trump’s count by 6,000, creating a difference of 12,000 votes between them in Biden’s favor. Such “vote flipping” widens the gap between the two candidates twice as effectively as garden-variety cheating—vote harvesting, dead people voting, etc.—giving the Dems the biggest bang for their ill-gotten buck. And as of Friday the 13th of November, audits of the computerized cheating showed 500,000 votes were switched from Trump to Biden. Folks, this means at least a fraudulent 1,000,000 vote windfall for Biden in swing states, courtesy of the Dominion software tamperers. We know Leftists are big on redistributing the wealth—well here’s the counterpart: redistributing the votes of the American people!

HAS TRUMP BEEN BOXED IN?

As myriad claims of vote fraud emerge, including ballot counters tacking cardboard over their building’s windows so locked-out poll watchers couldn’t even see into the room, the thought struck me that even the Dems are usually not this sloppy and obvious. I can even imagine the great fictional detective Hercule Poirot saying to his sidekick, “Ah, Hastings, do you not see? No, no, mon ami! There are too many clues. This fox, he wants to be caught!” The Democrats’ war-gaming of the election may go far beyond their flagrant vote fraud schemes. In fact, I believe they plan to win regardless of the final result of this election. Either Biden stumbles his way into the White House, or as soon as Trump is inaugurated, if not before, they attempt a violent coup d’état, using the pretence that he stole the election—their old standby trick of accusing others of their own crimes.

So far, they’ve put Trump in the defensive position of having to challenge the vote fraud. While it’s very likely he’ll win his case, since the facts and evidence are all on his side, what next? Do we transition into four more years of MAGA and can our President finally drain the swamp before it succeeds in swallowing him up? After all, we know that Trump won this election. In 2016 he ended up with 304 electoral votes to Crooked Hllary’s 227, having received 63 million votes in the general election. This time ‘round he has at least 74 million—10 million more—not counting the millions of votes the Dems stole from him. With Trump more popular than ever, and Basement Biden an even weaker candidate than Hillary was, we should expect something in the neighborhood of Trump with 400 electoral votes to Biden’s 140—a landslide win.

THE LEFT’S ELECTION PSY-OP

The Left knows this, too. That’s exactly why they’ve instructed their propaganda machine, aka the mainstream media, to hammer home the “fact” that Biden won. Recall that they began election season claiming polls showed Biden was the runaway favorite with a double-digit lead. And on November 7th, with major irregularities in all the swing states emerging and no real final count, they blithely announced Biden as the winner.

They even got their pals in the UK and elsewhere to congratulate Biden! Vladimir Putin is one of the few leaders who says he’ll wait to find out who won. Even the New World Order Pope has congratulated the poseur. You can’t read a newspaper or listen to a newscast without hearing about “President-elect Biden.” Huh? We’re not done counting votes let alone certifying them, and Trump’s team has only begun to fight against the Dems’ unprecedented vote fraud. We’re still a couple of weeks away from the Electors voting, yet millions of Americans believe Biden has won the election. This does not bode well.

The astonishing in-your-face election psy-op taking place is in many ways analogous to that of the Covid Plandemic. The globalist cabal took the virus that causes the common cold—and for most people, Covid is not much worse than a cold—and turned it into a mechanism for upending our liberty. For their nefarious purpose they had plenty of help from the likes of China, the UK, Italy, etc. Remember all those scary videos of people dropping in the street? It’s difficult for most people to doubt Big Media’s show-and-tell. This is the effect, praised by Goebbels during the Third Reich, of the Big Lie. The more outrageous the lie, and the more often it’s repeated, the more readily people will accept it as true.

And millions of Americans are now primed to believe that Biden won this all-important election. In fact, he’s already assembling his cabinet! I personally think Trump made a mistake in allowing Biden access to funds for his “transition.” POTUS did this to protect General Services Administration chief Emily Murphy from the harassment and death threats she was getting for refusing to release these funds. Predictably, the Dems made hay out of this gesture, as CNBC crows that this concession, “… marks one of the first clear indications of the Trump administration acknowledging defeat in the 2020 election.” And here’s their headline, “Trump Administration Officially Begins Transition to Biden after Weeks of Delay.” Give a Leftist an inch…

You can see the Left’s evil genius at work in this quote by David Leonhardt of the New York Times: “A sitting president has spent months telling lies about non-existent voter fraud. Now that his re-election bid is in deep trouble…he has unleashed a new torrent of falsehoods, claiming that the other side cheated. He has demanded the Supreme Court intervene to decide the election in his favor.” Note the devious spin throughout this seditious quote. It’s the President who’s telling the truth—there is evidence of massive vote fraud which his team has uncovered—and all he wants is a fair and honest election. Nor could he “demand” the Supreme Court decide the election in his favor. Could it be that “journalists” at the “paper of record” have never heard of the “Separation of Powers”?

But let’s put all this in the context of Color Revolutions. How do these typically begin? With a disputed election, followed by an insurrection. Now imagine the headlines in the New York Times, the Washington Post, et al., and the coverage on CNN, MSNBC, etc. when Trump is declared the winner: “Trump Tries to Steal Election from Biden! Refuses to Step Down!” “Millions Rioting in the Streets Protesting Trump Acting as Dictator!”

How about a few actual headlines from recent weeks? From Yahoo News: “Trump defies election loss, Biden ignores him”; from USA Today: “’It’s an embarrassment’: Joe Biden responds to Donald Trump’s refusal to concede presidential race”. And here’s Yahoo News opening line from Friday, November 13th: “The White House is planning for President Donald Trump to serve a second term despite his reelection loss, a top official said Friday.” Or this: “Trump has yet to concede nearly a week after US media announced that his Democratic challenger Joe Biden had defeated him in the November 3 presidential election.” This psy-op is following the playbook of Color Revolutions. Recall also that back in August, Hillary herself helped set the stage with this remark: “Joe Biden should not concede under any circumstances.” Um, Hillary, did you mean even if he lost?

The New York TImes, perhaps the most blatant colluder in this psy-op, sent this headline into readers’ email inboxes on November 12th: “Good morning. A president is trying to undo an election result: How would you describe that situation in another country?” Well, at least they said “Good morning.” And here’s a warning from Rick Hasen, an “election law expert” from UC Irvine, who opines that if judges allow Republican legislatures to overturn Biden’s supposed victory, “it would provoke massive social unrest. … I think it would be the end of American democracy as we know it.” That “massive unrest” is exactly the threat. Well, one of the threats. See Part 2 of this article for the Deep State’s Plan B.

But I’d be remiss not to include this gem from the statists in the UK:

“America has chosen Joe Biden ... to be the 46th president of the United States. The American people have disavowed four years of a thuggish presidency. They have chosen decency over dysfunction, fact over fiction, truth over lies, and empathy over cruelty. They have rejected the last four years of ugliness, divisiveness, racism and sustained assaults on constitutional democracy. And even as Trump plots legal challenges and levies unfounded claims of fraud, it is clear America is moving on.”

We the People who love our Republic, also hope America is moving on—but in the opposite direction: away from the Left’s sabotage, sedition and treason, to a restoration of justice, liberty and the pursuit of happiness once more. It’s not over till it’s over. Four More Years!

Gingrich: 2020 Election is the ‘Biggest Theft Since 1824’ – But It’s Even Worse Than That

Newt Gingrich tweeted Friday:

“The more data comes out on vote anomalies that clearly are not legitimate the more it looks like 2020 may be the biggest Presidential theft since Adams and Clay robbed Andrew Jackson in 1824. State legislatures should demand recounts.”

He was right, except for one detail: the stolen election of 2020 is shaping up to be much worse than that of 1824.

Rating America’s Presidents explains that by that year, the Democratic-Republican Party, which was the party of the previous three presidents, Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, and James Monroe, now included virtually every politician of significance and had split into factions of its own. The congressional caucus that had chosen Jefferson, Madison, and Monroe bypassed the candidate whom many considered to be Monroe’s heir apparent, Secretary of State John Quincy Adams. Instead, the caucus picked a candidate who stood for the old Republican principles of strict adherence to the Constitution and a weak federal government: William Crawford, who had been a senator from Georgia, minister to France, and secretary of war and secretary of the treasury in the Monroe administration.

The caucus, however, didn’t have the influence in 1824 that it had enjoyed in previous years. Those who favored the positions that had initially been identified with the moribund opposition party, the Federalists, including a strong federal government that funded internal improvements, a centralized Bank of the United States, and high tariffs to protect American industry, were Adams and the speaker of the House, Henry Clay of Kentucky. Then there was General Andrew Jackson, the hero of the Battle of New Orleans in the War of 1812 and, more recently, a senator from Tennessee. Jackson had genuine popular support, which was increasingly important, as more and more states were choosing electors by popular vote.

No one, however, knew exactly where Jackson stood on the issues. Adams, whom Jackson would soon count among his bitterest political enemies, actually supported him for vice president, albeit with a quip about Jackson’s volatile character: “The Vice-Presidency was a station in which the General could hang no one, and in which he would need to quarrel with no one.”

One reason why 2020 is worse than 1824 is that everyone in that race, like everyone for the first century and a half of the republic, had an America-first agenda. So there was nothing like the modern-day division of candidates on that score, and voters didn’t have to ask themselves which candidate was less likely to sell America’s interests to the highest international bidder.

What’s more, the positions that were truly best for America in the long run were distributed across factional lines; the Adams party held some, and the Jackson party held others. The gargantuan growth of the federal government today and its increasing interference in the daily lives of its citizens make one long for the era when politicians were determined not just to pay lip service to the idea of limiting its power. One need not acquiesce in that unrestrained and continually growing power in order to accept the Supreme Court’s declaration of the constitutionality of using federal funds for internal improvements as based on the Commerce Clause; nor does this require one to endorse the later abuse of that clause. The Bank placed control of the public funds in private hands, which was never wise, as it risked the possibility of an elected clique, rather than the people, setting the national agenda; we are seeing the consequences of that in other contexts today.

The question of Andrew Jackson’s fitness for office was a key issue in 1824, as it had been for no previous presidential candidate. Jackson was widely considered to be unsuitable to be president, as he had little political experience. Clay sneered, “I cannot believe that killing 2,500 Englishmen at New Orleans qualifies for the various, difficult, and complicated duties of the Chief Magistracy.”

Nevertheless, the election results had Jackson leading the field, winning ninety-nine electoral votes, with eighty-four for Adams, forty-one for Crawford, and thirty-seven for Clay. As none of the candidates had a majority, the election went to the House of Representatives, where the choice was between the three top vote-getters. Clay threw his support to Adams, who prevailed. Adams, as president, then chose Clay as the secretary of state, which was reasonable in light of their agreement on key issues. But Jackson and his supporters charged Adams and Clay with making a “corrupt bargain” to secure the presidency for Adams. Jackson raged: “So you see the Judas of the West [Clay] has closed the contract and will receive his thirty pieces of silver. Was there ever witnessed such bare faced corruption in any country before?”

So it was that the presidency of John Quincy Adams, a man who was distinguished throughout his long political career for his integrity, was tainted from beginning to end by charges of corruption and venality. Adams entered the White House under a cloud that never dissipated. In his inaugural address, Adams appealed to the goodwill of the American people: “Less possessed of your confidence in advance than any of my predecessors, I am deeply conscious of the prospect that I shall stand more and oftener in need of your indulgence.”

He didn’t get it. His victory was so tainted that his presidency was effectively crippled from the start. Of course, he didn’t have the weight of a complicit and compliant media and political establishment behind him. Compared to Donald J. Trump, John Quincy Adams had it easy.

Deep Stater Bill Barr Sells Out Trump and America

“The great object of my fear is the federal judiciary. That body, like gravity, ever acting, with noiseless foot, and unalarming advance, gaining ground step by step, and holding what it gains, is ingulfing insidiously the special governments into the jaws of that which feeds them.” – Thomas Jefferson

‘If we are to keep our Republic, there must be one commandment: Thou shalt not ration justice.” – Learned Hand, Judge and Judicial philosopher

“The men whom the people ought to choose to represent them are too busy to take the jobs. But the politician is waiting for it. He’s the pestilence of modern times. What we should try to do is make politics as local as possible. Keep the politicians near enough to kick them. The villagers who met under the village tree could also hang their politicians to the tree. It is terrible to contemplate how few politicians are hanged.” –  G. K. Chesterton

We have a corrupt judiciary, a corrupt Justice Department and a corrupt FBI, and as Trump said when he was campaigning for the office of President in 2016, “The system is crooked.”  We have an AG whose inaction is the definitive action regarding the outcome of the 2020 election.

Attorney General Bill Barr has stated, “The U.S. Justice Department has uncovered no evidence of widespread voter fraud that could change the outcome of the 2020 election.”  I could list thousands of pieces of evidence, but obviously there hasn’t been any semblance of a Department of Justice investigation. Here is the entire response by the Trump Legal Team.

Barr has not stood for truth, for justice, for accountability and for doing his job as AG; he told us he didn’t want to influence the election, but he’s obviously doing that now.  Barr’s job is to bring justice and prosecute evil doers, many of whom surround him, not to worry about his influence or the election.

Where are the indictments of the Deep State Criminals?  How long must we wait?

He said he would not prosecute Hillary Clinton, James Comey, and Obama or Biden in the Russia probe.  We’ve waited almost two years for the results of Durham’s investigation, and it appears none is forthcoming.  What happened to Anthony Weiner’s laptop and what happened to Hunter Biden’s laptops?  The AG is supposed to treat the American people as his client, but as the top lawman, he’s been a miserable failure.

Bill Barr was recommended to President Trump by Joe diGenova and Victoria Toensing.  DiGenova stated in a recent email that he was proud of it.  Now diGenova is on the Trump Legal Team investigating all the fraud and treason committed in the 2020 election, and our AG says there is none.

Barr is an overweight bagpipe playing Deep State impresario and he and FBI Director Christopher Wray should have been shown the door long ago, but there’s more…

Let’s revisit Barr’s questionable background.

Barr’s Father

William Barr’s father is Donald Barr, who was the headmaster at Dalton School in Manhattan which was founded by progressive educator, Helen Parkhurst who took her cues from developmental psychologist Jean Piaget and education reformers such as John Dewey and Horace Mann.  Jeffrey Epstein became a professor at the Dalton School.  Yes, really!

In 1983 President Reagan nominated Donald Barr to be a member of the National Council on Educational Research.

Donald Barr also had a stint in the precursor to the CIA, the Office of Strategic Services (OSS) during WWII.  Prior to that, he described himself as having a Marxist upbringing in terms of his own memoirs and ruminations on education.  He had a footnote on the dialectic and stated that as a child he enjoyed being a Marxist and reading Marx and Engels.

Barr wrote a book entitled, Who Pushed Humpty Dumpty? wherein he claimed to have three very strange radical leftist mentors in his life who migrated toward establishment mainstream status basically infiltrating old right conservatism just as did William F. Buckley and Irving Kristol.  Gordon Myrick, Ralph Lynton and Carlton Hayes were the mentors and Diana West is researching all three.

Establishment Ties

Back in 1992, the first time Bill Barr was U.S. attorney general, New York Times writer William Safire referred to him as “Coverup-General Barr” because of his role in burying evidence of then-President George H. W. Bush’s involvement in “Iraq-gate” and “Iran-Contra.”

Barr expressed his support for gun control measures as well as confiscation during the hearings in 1991 for his first time as Attorney General for President George H. W. Bush.  He is widely considered to be the author of  PL 101-647, The Crime Control Act of 1990.

As President Bush’s most notorious CIA insider from 1973 to 1977, and as the AG from 1991 to 1993, Barr wreaked havoc, flaunted the rule of law, and proved himself to be one of the CIA/Deep State’s greatest and most ruthless champions and protectors.

AG Barr owes virtually his entire career to the Bushes, so where does his allegiance truly lie?  Conservapedia gives us some important facts.

Barr donated $55,000 to establishment candidate Jeb Bush in the 2016 presidential election, but after Trump became the nominee, Barr donated only $2,700.  He was on the board of Time Warner, the parent company of CNN, between 2009 and 2018, and he thus supported its merger with AT&T when conservatives and the Trump Administration opposed it.

Sen. Patrick Leahy, who was forced to resign from the Senate Intelligence Committee for leaking information related to the Mena/Contra operation in 1987, was an enthusiastic Barr supporter. Bush DOJ official Stuart Gerson called Barr and Bob Mueller “folks of the establishment.”

Prior to his appointment as Attorney General, Barr served as Chief Counsel for the CIA airline Southern Air Transport during Iran Contra.  Robert Mueller served as Assistant Attorney General for the Criminal Division during Barr’s tenure.

Barr and Robert Mueller are personal friends and actually worked together during Barr’s first stint under George H. W. Bush from 1991-1993. Mueller headed the FBI Criminal Division at the time of the Ruby Ridge killings and was infuriated that members of Congress and public officials dared complain about the FBI sniper shooting Vicki Weaver in the head while she held her 10-month-old baby.

In August of 1992 when the Ruby Ridge siege occurred, AG Barr was in charge. After he left office, he spearheaded legal efforts to assure total immunity for Lon Horiuchi, the sniper who killed Vicki Weaver, and any federal sniper who behaved similarly.

In late March of 2020, Bill Barr asked Congress to expand legal authorities to circumvent civil liberties because of Covid-19, which easily happened and gave governors dictatorial totalitarian powers over their citizens which we are still experiencing nine months later.

The CIA

Barr was a full-time CIA operative, recruited by Langley out of high school, starting in 1971. Barr’s youth career goal was to head the CIA. See my previous article, AG William Barr, CIA Asset and Deep State Impresario.

In the final pages of Compromised, Terry Reed writes that in 1992, several years after working with CIA-connected Robert Johnson, he made the “miraculous find” that “Robert Johnson” was also William P. Barr.  Reed’s CIA contact, William Barr, known at that time by his alias Robert Johnson, told Reed that Attorney General Edwin Meese had appointed Michael Fitzhugh to be US Attorney in Western Arkansas, and that he would stonewall any investigation into the Mena, Arkansas drug-related activities. This obstruction of justice by Justice Department officials did occur.

Don’t forget Edwin Meese’s involvement in the Inslaw/Promis software theft by the federal government.

When George H. W. Bush became CIA Director in 1976, Barr joined the CIA’s “legal office” and Bush’s inner circle, and worked alongside Bush’s longtime CIA enforcers Theodore “Ted” Shackley, Felix Rodriguez, Thomas Clines, and others, several of whom were likely involved with the Bay of Pigs/John F. Kennedy assassination, and numerous southeast Asian operations, from the Phoenix Program to Golden Triangle narco-trafficking.

The Church Committee was a U.S. Senate select committee in 1975 that investigated abuses by the Central Intelligence Agency, National Security Agency, Federal Bureau of Investigation, and the Internal Revenue Service.  Barr stonewalled and destroyed the Committee investigations into CIA abuses.

A memo uncovered in the Central Intelligence Agency’s declassified archives shows that during his time at the CIA’s Office of Legislative Council, current AG Barr drafted letters calling for the end of the moratorium on destroying records imposed on the Agency ahead of the Church Committee hearings.  We need to keep the docs showing the evil of the CIA, but Barr wants them destroyed.

And President George H. W. Bush was all for the destruction since he had headed the CIA and was likely culpable for many of the CIAs actions.

Obama/Biden Culpability

There is strong evidence that President Barack Hussein Obama and Vice-President Joe Biden were involved in a conspiracy to obstruct justice and a conspiracy to criminality that shows the Justice Department wasn’t interested in following the corrupt trails to begin with.

AG Bill Barr has actually given a pass to former President Obama and VP Joe Biden saying there is nothing he has seen in John Durham’s investigation to suggest any wrongdoing by either Obama or Biden.  Barr told reporters he has a general idea how Durham’s investigation into Obama gate and the conduct of the Obama era intelligence community is going, and he confirmed, “Some aspects are being investigated as potential crimes.”  He did all of this standing next to Deep State FBI Director Wray on May 18th, 2020.

Barr made this statement, “What happened to President Trump throughout his 2016 campaign and election was abhorrent.  It was a grave injustice and it was unprecedented in American history.  As to President Obama and Vice President Biden, whatever their level of involvement, based on the information I have today, I don’t expect Mr. Durham’s work will lead to a criminal investigation of either man.  Our concern over potential criminality is focused on others.”  Coverup…no justice!

No Justice!

Barr said that while potential crimes by the Deep State are under investigation, it seems to be happening at an extraordinarily slow pace.  It is even slow by DOJ standards established by the Obama presidency.  Former CIA Director John Brennan (who voted for communist Gus Hall in the 1976 presidential election) was interviewed by Durham in August of this year.  It was not a criminal investigation; he was interviewed as a witness.

Why did it take so long?  Barr’s DOJ seems to be playing cover for the Deep State.  Why did his investigation of the Clintons end with a whimper?  Why did he refuse to prosecute former FBI Director James Comey for leaking memos with classified information?  Why did he refuse to charge former FBI Deputy Director and then Acting Director Andrew McCabe for lying to investigators?  It was Bill Barr who praised former Acting Attorney General Rod Rosenstein despite Rosenstein signing FISA’s and helping to launch the Mueller witch-hunt which was fraudulent from the very beginning.

AG Barr also played a role in the sweetheart deal for former senate aid, James Wolfe who served only two months in prison for leaking the Carter Page FISA warrants to four leftwing media, one with whom he was having an affair.  Wolfe was never charged with leaking classified information. Politico reports that during the lame duck session after the 2018 midterms, Senators Warner, Richard Burr and Diane Feinstein asked for leniency in his case and received it.  And Barr wants FISA reauthorized without any reforms.

Barr Appointments

John Durham has interviewed several of the FBI investigators who worked on Robert Mueller’s witch hunt.  It remains unknown which ones are being investigated and it is also unknown whether any prosecutors are being investigated as well.  If Durham follows the same model used by the Justice Department of late, justice will likely not be served.

If Trump ultimately loses despite the treason and fraud, Barr can bury it, but if he wins, then Barr has to have a scapegoat.  Will the people stand for criminals going free and the innocents being destroyed?

Barr said it was just fine that the House went through with impeachment! But the impeachment was to cover Biden’s son Hunter and his Ukrainian Burisma dealings.  Is Barr ruling that out of his investigation?  And what about Pelosi’s son, Kerry’s step-son, Chris Heinz, and Mitt Romney’s top advisor, Cofer Black?

If the president wants justice himself, he cannot rely on these Deep State agencies that should have been cleaned out three years ago.  He can and should appoint his own special council outside of the FBI and their investigators to do this.  Sidney Powell is busy trying to save the Republic.

Barr’s appointment of U.S. Attorney Jeffrey Jensen actually succeeded in getting exculpatory evidence to Sidney Powell and forced the DOJ to dismiss the case against General Flynn.  This evidence should have been given to his attorneys prior to Flynn’s plea of guilty which was done to save his son from Mueller’s attack dogs.

The AG has now assigned Trump appointee U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Texas, John Bash, to examine “criminal unmasking” by the Obama administration.

Sounds good, except for the fact that the DOJ is defending the president’s Deep State persecutors and they are suggesting they won’t do anything serious regarding criminal prosecution.

Richard Grenell

Acting Director of National Intelligence Richard Grenell did more in three months to declassify information about Obama administration officials who were behind the “unmasking” of Michael Flynn. Grenell declassified the transcripts of Flynn’s phone calls with Russian Ambassador Kislyak, which proves the General did nothing wrong.

There is wide spread domestic political spying, far greater than AG Barr will admit. Brennan and Clapper had their own secret surveillance system.  Barr also has a long history of supporting expansive government surveillance programs and related legislation, including the Patriot Act.

As head of Trump’s transition team, Mike Pence chose his neo-con Deep State Republican establishment mainstay friend, Dan Coates as Director of National Intelligence.  In two and a half years, Coates did nothing to release these materials.  AG Barr and FBI Director Wray were mum.

Sidney Powell went to the mat for her client and clamored for the Justice Department to release the exculpatory evidence.  They’ve never given the original 302s (reports of Flynn interview by Strzok and Pientka), which I believe were destroyed once Strzok and Page rewrote them.  Neither Barr nor Wray acted to release the documents. Only last January, federal prosecutors wanted General Flynn to spend six months in prison.

Dobbs on Barr

Fox News’ host Lou Dobbs is not at all pleased with Bill Barr.  “Where the hell are the indictments, where the hell are the charges against the corrupt, the politically corrupt deep state within the Justice Department, the FBI?” Dobbs asked. “Why in the hell are we hearing apologies from someone in that rancid, corrupt department?”

Dobbs has stated more than once that Barr should be more loyal to Trump and shot down the longstanding practice of impartiality for DOJ officials.  Think of Bobbie Kennedy and his brother, President John Kennedy.  As Dobbs says, “The Justice Department works for the president.  It’s part of the executive branch.”

Since AG Barr took over for the impotent AG Jeff Sessions in February 2019, he has dropped the Clinton Foundation investigation, punted on charging Comey for leaking classified memos, and punted on charging McCabe despite a slam-dunk 18 USC 1001 false statements case.

Conclusion

Diana West, author of American Betrayal and The Red Thread stated that when President Trump chose William Barr for his AG, her heart sank, and for good reason.  Barr was a double agent during the Iran contra affair and a fixer for Poppy Bush.  Barr wanted the Church Commission to remove the moratorium on the destruction of CIA documents…covering for his bosses.  While at the CIA Barr drafted letters asking if the agency could again “start” destroying Church Committee records.

It’s been nearly two years since Bill Barr became the U.S. Attorney General.  While skilled at coverups, he has been derelict regarding indictments of his Deep State comrades. Justice has been swept under the rug.

PODCAST: Woke Culture Comes for America’s High Schools

High schools across America are embracing a woke curriculum. Charles Fain Lehman, adjunct fellow at the Manhattan Institute, says he is troubled by a trend in education of embracing wokeness above reason and fact.

Lehman, who is also a staff writer at The Washington Free Beacon, joins the show to discuss his recent article “American High Schools Go Woke” and how this development may affect the nation years from now.

We also cover these stories:

  • The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says the length of a quarantine after exposure to the coronavirus may be shortened from 14 days to seven to 10 days.
  •  CDC Director Robert Redfield says America could see a massive spike in COVID-19 cases this winter.
  • Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, asks the Supreme Court to hear an emergency appeal on Pennsylvania’s election results.

Virginia Allen: I am so pleased to welcome to the show Charles Fain Lehman, a journalist at The Washington Free Beacon and an adjunct fellow at the Manhattan Institute. Charles, thanks so much for coming on today.

Charles Fain Lehman: Thanks for having me on, Virginia. I feel glad to be here.

Allen: So today, we’re talking about a pretty popular subject, and that is woke culture. And that word, “woke,” is thrown around a lot. So I want to begin by just asking you to define exactly what we mean when we use that word, woke.

>You wrote a great piece on this that we’re going to get into in just a minute, but I think it would be really helpful to start with just, what exactly do we mean by that? What does that term, woke, mean?

Lehman: Yeah, absolutely, and I think as a term, it contains contradictions or contains multitudes, as it were.

There’s an author, Wesley Yang, who I think the term is generally attributed to, but refers to what he calls the successor ideology, the ideology that comes after late 20th-century Clinton-ite, triumphalist liberalism.

And it’s really more of an inchoate thing, but it’s the set of increasingly dominant liberal-progressive ideas that really took off in the wake of Barack Obama’s reelection in 2012 when we see a lot of this churning up.

So it imports a lot of academic ideas from the 1990s and earlier, has a great deal of focus on race or critical race theory; on sex, gender, and trans issues broadly; and I think is characterized by this particular social justice outlook on how the world works. A fixation on identity categories and defining things in those terms and then defining the world as a set of struggles between those identity categories.

And also, in some senses by the degree of its interest in ideological purity, in getting people to commit themselves fully to the ideology and spurning the nonbelievers, even within their own circles.

I think most viewers, most listeners will recognize this as that increasingly dominant strain in the American left more broadly, especially the college-educated or elite left.

Allen: And you have done quite a bit of reporting on this subject. You’ve just wrote a piece called “American High Schools Go Woke.”

And in the area of education, for several years, we have seen this increase in woke curriculum being promoted, being endorsed. But after the death of George Floyd and then across the summer with protests and riots, it felt like a lot of that very, very progressive education was fast-tracked in schools.

So can you just give us an update, what exactly are we seeing now? What’s actually happening in high schools across America?

Lehman: Yeah, absolutely, and I think the first thing that I would do is I would encourage your viewers to type in the name of their local school district or type in the name of their local private school into Google with the word “anti-racism.”

And they will find almost invariably that there’s a set of resources, or [a] page, or a letter discussing the school’s commitment to the importance of anti-racism, whereby anti-racism what’s really meant is a set of particular active commitments meant to combat racism that’s distinguished from being not racist, as being a set of beliefs that are … about correcting racial injustices actively.

I think across the country, there are both private and public schools that have pushed huge quantitative of time, money, and energy into so-called anti-racist agendas since the summer, essentially.

So, for example, in my article, I looked at, on the one coast, there’s Harvard-Westlake, which is by some measures the No. 1 prep school in the United States, and they released a 20-page letter over the summer from their administrators saying, “Here’s all of the ways in which we are racist, and here are all of the steps that we’re taking to combat racism.”

For example, their 11th-grade U.S. history course is going to be overhauled to be taught from a critical race theory perspective, which means it will incorporate the latest in progressive pedagogy.

On the other coast, we at the Free Beacon have looked at Fairfax County, which is one of the collar counties of D.C. in Virginia, where they spent something like $20,000 to get Ibram Kendi, who’s a prominent race scholar, to come talk to them. This is $20,000 of taxpayer money.

I dug up the details on the Anti-Racist Reading List that was sent out to parents and students at one Fairfax area school. So really, I mean, I have identified very few schools that haven’t been touched by this stuff in some way, and they’re pushing the same ideas everywhere.

Allen: Yeah. I mean, I love the examples that you give in the article because it’s wild when you actually see what’s happening, and what’s happening not that far away.

You tell about one Connecticut prep school in your article, Loomis Chaffee, and they have introduced mandatory diversity, equality, and inclusion training for students. And they’re also requiring faculty to read Kendi’s “Stamped From the Beginning” and [Robin] DiAngelo’s “White Fragility” for what they call professional development.

So you obviously see that there is a problem here, that this kind of mandatory woke education is harmful. Why do you see it as so harmful?

Lehman: I think there are a couple of answers to that, and you can talk about what sort of ideas it’s spreading. I think that there are derogatory features of it.

If you look at responses to DiAngelo’s book, if you look at some of the more extreme instances, frankly, the accounts of race that they give are startling and disturbing.

There’s a controversy because the National Museum of American History I think over the summer released an info sheet about the norms of white culture, which implied that non-White people aren’t on time to stuff and that that’s a white norm and non-white people don’t work hard so white people are willing to work hard.

No, I believe that everyone is able to work hard. That’s an important tenant of racial equality, is that we believe that people are equal in common decency and dignity.

But I think that the other thing to highlight is that a lot of this stuff doesn’t appear to work. It doesn’t appear to have a major impact.

I think everyone can reasonably agree that if we have tools that reduce racial animosity and tension, those are good. All else equal, we want that. But there’s a reasonably strong research finding at the corporate level that the corporate diversity trainings, their primary effect is not to reduce inequality in either experience or in hiring, but actually increase racial animosity and to have no effect otherwise on who ends up in top positions.

It seems like it mostly takes some extreme example of Robin DiAngelo, if you pay somebody $20,000 to spend two hours screaming at your employees about how all of their problems are caused by racial animosity, the effect of that will be to cause them to resent each other even more, which is not really surprising.

And then I think this plays out—I highlighted in the piece a couple of different stories about progressive schools that, really, their progressivism has veered into a disturbing level of anti-Semitism.

There was reporting from Tablet Magazine looking at [a] school in New York where they divided kids out by affinity groups that were based on their ethnic identity, and how all of the Jewish kids felt super targeted by being put into the Jewish group and being told that they were terrible Zionists and … the oppression of the Palestinians, that was their fault as Jews.

So that kind of division by race, especially among high schoolers, can promote bullying and destructive behavior.

Virginia Allen: Wow. No, I mean, I think on so many levels, just fundamentally the fact that, OK why are we continuing to do things that, one, we’re seeing really don’t help, and then, two, that actually have real harmful effects?

I do want to get your opinion on something that you reference in your article. That’s the 1619 Project. We’ve talked a lot about the 1619 Project on this show, the flaws with the curriculum, but we are seeing it continue to be implemented in schools across the country.

I want to get your perspective, as a journalist, and specifically how the media reports on the 1619 Project, because we know that there flaws. The New York Times themselves, they published a major correction to the project central piece.

So why do you think so much of mainstream media just looks the other way at something that’s being so promulgated but is so clearly flawed?

Lehman: I think I want to answer that question pretty generally and then focus in on the particular example, which is that there were lots of institutions in American society today, whether it’s the Pulitzer Prize, or The New York Times, or it’s who gets the Nobel Peace Prize, which has historical legitimacy, which it did.

Their authority derives from a past treatment of authority, and which today have been more or less co-opted by partisan liberal interests. They use the stamp of their legitimacy to approve things which are ideologically correct if they’re not factually correct.

And so this is how you end up in situations, and this is when you talk with journalists specifically, where journalists are happy to pat themselves on the back with things that are factually inaccurate or which don’t set an accurate picture, but which served the ideological ends that they want them to serve. You have a laundering of legitimacy that goes on.

So I think something like 1619, the question is not, is it right? Is it presenting an accurate picture? I don’t know a huge amount about the details, but for I think your reporting on it, the question is, is this how we imagined history really looks in this Howard Zinn sense of? Is this the untold secret story of history that confirms our ideological priors?

And if the answer’s yes, then they’re going to go, “OK, this is good. And we’re going to put our stamp of approval on it, and we’re going to help advance this thing having influence in society.” That tool set is apparent across American elite society, and it’s so apparent in that case too.

Virginia Allen: Interesting. I want to dive in a little bit more into some of these examples that you give in your piece about what is happening at some of these schools.

I was really fascinated, and then I did some extra homework on it, because I was really interested, that in San Diego, their public schools have actually overhauled their traditional grading system because of racism.

So they’ve changed the way that they grade as a way to combat racism. It’s a little unclear how one plus one, not sure. They didn’t seem to draw a super direct link for how changing the grading system then will help to defeat racism in that school district. Do you know more about that situation?

Lehman: Yeah. I mean, I think, basically, one of the enduring problems in American education policy over the past 40, 50 years is that there are large and persistent gaps along race on any standardized tests that you care to name, which is to say Asian students and then white students consistently and significantly outperform Latino students and then black students, and this is called the achievement gap.

And the why is a really complicated question and there are lots of different debates about how we can address this, and I think it’s important to ask, what are the underlying causes? That might be whether there [is] socioeconomic inequality, or lack of access to resources, or lack of school choice.

There any given number of factors at play, but having observed this disparity and from beating their heads against it for the past 50 years, I think many of the most progressive figures in education policy and in teaching theory have basically said, “It’s no longer relevant to ask, ‘What is the cause of this disparity?’ We should just choose the disparities, ipso facto, racists.”

This is the … logic, “If there is a disparity, then racism is what causes it. There’s no other plausible explanation. And therefore … we should address the disparity at the level of metric.” Which is to say, “If being graded poorly on homework is the thing that is leading to the achievement gap, the measure of achievement gap on homework between black kids and white kids, then the solution is to change how we grade homework until the achievement gap goes away.”

In other words, I think their contention is that the measures are hopelessly racist and so we should change the measures.

I think my contention might be, maybe not homework, but certainly standardized testing is a reasonably good measure of something like academic ability.

And so whatever the underlying causes of the disparities, again, with racists, you can argue inequality, whatever the underlying causes of the disparities are, changing the measure to make that measured disparity go away, changing what your measure is, doesn’t actually address the inequalities or issues that are causing the disparity to emerge in the first place. But I think that’s the thinking that’s going on there.

Virginia Allen: Yeah. That seems so dangerous and obviously so not helpful to those students that are struggling that need the extra help.

I mean, I’m just thinking, for a few years you’ll have teachers and administrators thinking, “Well, we ‘fixed’ the problem,” through a bizarre solution that isn’t a solution at all, a major problem that needs to be changed probably on multiple levels to really get these students up to par and get them the help that they need.

I do want to pivot and just ask you a little bit about something that you referred to, which is director of diversity. This has become a popular job title at a number of schools. Lots of schools, lots of businesses are hiring someone that’s specifically just on staff to make sure that that community is racially aware, that they are diverse enough.

So what exactly do these people do who wear this title of something like director of diversity?

Lehman: Yeah. I mean, I think it’s a person who is responsible for, the industry buzzword is DEI—diversity, equity, and inclusion—and broadly speaking, it’s the person who is responsible for any initiatives related to those things as a set of priorities for a business, or a school, or a nonprofit, what have you.

And I think that can mean metrics for diversity, that can mean organizing a speaking event, that can mean consulting on who’s getting promoted and who isn’t. I think it’s a person who’s specifically responsible for forwarding a diversity, equity, and inclusion set of goals.

To some extent that might be good. It’s conceivable that they could do that role well. I think often in practice, that role, as I argue in the piece, often in practice what that role does is identify reasons that more diversity, equity, inclusion are needed.

So if you look at these schools, their roster of DEI people [has] only grown over the past five to 10 years. They might’ve started with one diversity chief, and then because of that person finding issues, they hire another person, and then another person, and then you have a seven-person group who’s responsible for diversity.

And it is telling to me that as these organizations add administrators, the number of acquisitions of racism only increase, the number of identified instances of racism only increase. Maybe they’re measuring better, but they may also typically be measuring more.

I think it is generally true that administrators of this sort seek in their own interest in trying to accrue, just like anybody, trying to accrue resources. And the best way to do that is to say, “Well, actually, you need even more DEI than you first thought.”

Allen: Wow, fascinating. And I know you have specifically written about that subject in other pieces, and we’ll link those in the show notes so our audience could read your work on that.

But I want to ask, apart from education, we are seeing that woke culture is really seeping into things like professional sports, of course, TV [shows] and movies, large corporations. So if we fast forward maybe 10 or 15 years, what [effect do you think] this very progressive woke culture ideology is going to have on America long term?

Lehman: I’ll say two things. One is, I’m not sure what’s going to happen in 10 to 15 years, in part because it is hard to disentangle this push for wokism and it’s contemporary political context.

Clearly, it started the second half of the Obama administration, but was empowered by the Trump administration, a liberal visceral backlash against the Trump administration. Maybe with Joe Biden in office, it’ll ratchet back. Maybe not. Who knows? Let’s imagine it doesn’t.

I think I would say, here’s the thing that’s not going to happen, I am not optimistic about the spread of woke ideology actually reducing substantive racial inequality in United States.

If our priority is doing something like reducing the black-white wealth gap, I don’t think it’s going to have a major impact on that. I don’t think Uber Eats-ing from a black-owned restaurant is going to have a major impact on that, even though they lecture me about it all the time.

I certainly don’t think you lecturing your employees about their white fragility is going to have a major impact on that. And I think in general, it is unlikely to even help diversity at the top end of the distribution. The Nasdaq can require you to have a more diverse board in order to be admitted to it, but I think companies will be really good at skirting that.

Instead, what I imagine is that mostly the serpent will leave its own tail, that as with diversity execs I talked about a minute ago, in schools, the principle applies more broadly.

What mostly will happen [is] they’ll find new ways to identify hard-to-measure racial problems, racial wrongthink, and then hire new consultants and new employees and new directors who are responsible for ferreting it out, none of which will have any interest in correcting any substantive imbalance from a policy perspective, but will instead so focus on reinforcing this idea and therefore, frankly, generating more profit for the people who propound it.

Allen: Charles, we just so appreciate your insight on this issue. I do want to ask, where can our listeners follow you, find your work?

Lehman: Absolutely. I think the best place is at the Free Beacon. That’s freebeacon.com. I’m there. All of my great colleagues are there. You can also follow me on Twitter. I’m @CharlesFLehman. … Those are both good places.

Allen: Great. Charles, thank you so much.

Lehman: Yeah. Thank you.
