5 Star Veteran’s Center Jacksonville FL
Lt. Col. Allen West spoke at an event the Foundation held at the 5 Star Veteran’s Center in Jacksonville FL to a full house. Veterans of several wars filled the room along with Veterans cause supporters to meet and greet Lt. Col. West and hear him discuss Veterans issues. Hosted by Kevin Jackson, renowned conservative speaker, Allen West was joined by: Chelsi P. Henry, Cabinet Aide for Florida’s Chief Financial Officer Jeff Atwater; and Latanya Peterson, Candidate for City of Jacksonville At Large Group 3. After a lively question and answer period a buffet dinner was served.

Annual Veterans Day Ride
November 9th, 2013
A group of Veterans and Foundation supporters joined Lt. Col. West for the Foundation’s First Annual Veterans Day Bike Ride. The group met at the Palm Beach Gardens Police Department and rode their bikes to the Navy Seal Museum in Ft. Pierce, Florida and a great day was had by all.

Grand Opening & Toys For Tots Event
December 9th, 2013.
Donors came from all areas of south Florida to join the staff of the Allen West Foundation at the Foundation’s official Grand Opening and Annual Toys For Tots event. Hundreds of new, unwrapped toys arrived and were dropped off at the Foundation office for weeks leading up to the event. Well wishers filled the Foundation office with toys and Holiday cheer enjoying cookies and beverages while chatting with Allen West. Allen and our guests filled the Marine Corps truck which were distributed to children in need in the community.

Holiday Evening With Allen West

Hosted by Roxanna Trinka, CEO at Baseline Engineering and Land Surveying Inc., this was a lovely benefit for the Allen West Foundation. Held at Mt. Carmel Banquet Hall at St. Jude’s Catholic Church in Boca Raton, FL. Foundation benefactors filled the banquet hall to hear a selection of holiday music and listen to Allen West speak about the Mission of the Allen West Foundation.

Donor Campaign to Benefit JROTC Programs
December, 2013
The Allen West Foundation would like to express profuse gratitude to the contributors who gave generous donations during the recent fundraising campaign by the Allen West Foundation in support of the JROTC (Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps) programs throughout the United States. This campaign, benefiting JROTC programs around the country, directly affected the following JROTC programs in jeopardy of losing operational funding: The South River High School Army JROTC in Denver, Colorado; The Daphne-Spanish Air Force JROTC in Daphne-Spanish Fort, Alabama; The Grady High School Army JROTC in Atlanta, Georgia; The Rio Grande City High School Army JROTC 12th Cavalry Unit, Rio Grande City, Texas; and The NEASE High School Navy JROTC in Ponte Vedra, Florida. The initial donation to these programs was $2,500.00 each, with an additional five JROTC programs to be selected, due to the overwhelming support from the generous donors to this campaign, bringing the donation total to $25,000.00.
