Jill Biden: Protecting Kids from Porn Is a Step Toward the Holocaust

As the nation nears Passover, the Biden administration has unveiled its latest scapegoat: people who want to protect children, especially Christians. In a speech that defied parody, First Lady Jill Biden linked those who oppose books that show minors transgender cartoonish porn to the Nazis.

“Doctor” Jill’s accusations came over the weekend during brief remarks to the so-called Human Rights Campaign (HRC). She was supposed to marry the Democratic Party’s campaign themes of castigating “Christian nationalism” with their all-encompassing campaign message that electing anyone more conservative than AOC poses “a threat to democracy.” In the Biden family’s typically solipsistic fashion, she spent about one-third of her nine-minute-long speech talking about herself. But when she finally served up the rainbow-colored meat, it hit its target: anyone who would try to slow down the Left’s agenda to indoctrinate and trans kids.

“We had to fend off more than 50 anti-gay amendments that Republicans tried to force into the government funding bill,” she said, then plunging unartfully into her evening’s talking points:

“These were extreme measures aimed directly at this community — measures that would have limited health care, eroded protections for same-sex couples, and more. And they served only one purpose: to spread hate and fear.

“History teaches us that democracies don’t disappear overnight. They disappear slowly, subtly, silently.

“A book ban. A court decision. A ‘don’t say gay’ law.

“Before World War II, I’m told, Berlin was the center of LGBTQ culture in Europe.

“One group of people loses their rights. And then another, and another. Until one morning you wake up — and you no longer live in a democracy.”

In her defense, Biden-era America does bear a striking resemblance to the Weimar Republic, both in its openness to sexual licentiousness (which carried over into the highest ranks of its successor Nazi regime) and hyperinflation. Otherwise, it’s a full-out assault on family values and common decency.

The “book ban” simply means removing books that feature cartoonish imagery of fellatio and celebrations of pedophilia from school libraries, or moving them from the children’s section to the adult section of other libraries. That’s “not Kristallnacht,” Bruce Friedman, a concerned citizen, told “Washington Watch with Tony Perkins” in 2022.

The “Don’t Say Gay” law does not say “Don’t Say Gay.” It merely prohibits teachers from deliberately introducing sexual themes into classroom discussions for children in kindergarten through third grade. That would make most elementary school teachers incipient Nazis, since 62% of primary grade teachers said “students should not learn” about transgenderism in school.

Not content to break Godwin’s Law, Jill Biden tried to blame her political opponents for the deaths of numerous LGBT-identifying Americans. The first lady expressed concern for Nex Benedict, clasping her hands in a mock prayer before pointing the finger at conservatives: “We have faced unspeakable tragedies before: an assassination in San Francisco, a barren field in Wyoming, a nightclub in Orlando.”

The “assassination in San Francisco” refers to Harvey Milk, a San Francisco Democrat who had sex with a 16-year-old runaway named Jack Galen McKinley who later committed suicide. Milk’s supportive biographer remembers Milk had an eye for teenage boys with drug problems — behavior many would call sexual exploitation.

The “barren field in Wyoming” refers to Matthew Shepard, who had been kidnapped and raped during a high school field trip to Morocco a few years before dying a brutal death as a 21-year-old college student. But his murderers, Aaron McKinney and Russell Henderson, used the “gay panic” defense to avoid the death penalty for a meth-fueled drug robbery gone wrong — and two witnesses confirm that McKinney and Shepard had a sexual relationship. These underreported facts proved so shattering to the Shepard martyrdom thesis that the LGBTQ website The Advocate asked, “What if nearly everything you thought you knew about Matthew Shepard’s murder was wrong?” (It also confirmed the movement’s penchant for stretching the truth, stating, “There are valuable reasons for telling certain stories in a certain way at pivotal times, but that doesn’t mean we have to hold on to them once they’ve outlived their usefulness.”)

The “nightclub in Orlando” — The Pulse — found itself under fire from Omar Mateen, the American-born child of Afghan parents who professed his allegiance to ISIS during the shooting. Mateen was placed on, then removed from, the FBI’s terrorist watchlist by the Obama-Biden administration. President Biden has imported nearly 100,000 more Afghanis to the U.S. since the fall of Kabul, and an unknown number more potential terrorists through our open southern border.

The irony of Jill Biden accusing others of subverting democracy is underlined by the remarks’ location: She spoke at the so-called Human Rights Campaign (HRC), a $46 million LGBTQ pressure group, which opposes laws protecting minors from transgender procedures and has denounced laws regulating drag shows and “allowing misgendering.” HRC’s “Welcoming Schools” program creates gay- and transgender-themed lesson plans for teachers beginning in “pre-K,” such as reading the book, “They, She, He, Easy as ABC.” By third grade, HRC introduces the “Gender Snowperson” exercise to indoctrinate children that there are “differences between gender identity, sexual orientation and sex assigned at birth.”

Most parents, and teachers, want nothing to do with this. More than 10 times as many teachers say transgender lessons in schools “have had a negative impact on their ability to do their job,” according to the Pew Research Center.

majority of Americans (55%) say they find transgenderism immoral, according to a Gallup poll taken last June; 71% of Americans agreed with that “there are two genders, male and female,” according to a June 2023 Rasmussen poll; and 64% of Americans (including 62% of Democrats) support Florida’s Parents Rights in Education bill, which Mrs. Biden smeared as a “Don’t Say Gay” bill.

If somewhere between two-thirds and three-quarters of America do not believe the transgender agenda, who’s waging a “war on democracy”? For that matter, who’s waging a war on logic?

After years of quietly investigating traditional Catholics, prosecuting evangelical sidewalk counselors, and warning of an alleged nexus between Orthodox Christians and the Kremlin, the Biden administration has decided to crank up the anti-Christian, anti-Middle America rhetoric to 11. Americans can be grateful Jill Biden’s speech proved poorly executed. Even the portions intended to endear herself or appeal to the audience fell flat. For instance, after revealing that Joe Biden proposed to her five times, she said: “I’ll never forget what Joe said next. He said, ‘Jill, I promise you, your life will never change.’ Of course, this proved to be wildly untrue.” Thus, Jill Biden verified her husband either breaks his promises or makes inaccurate forecasts about the future.

She closed, “I love you,” reminiscent of the hapless president of the United States, based on then-Governor Jerry Brown and played by the late John Ritter, in the movie “Americathon.” The movie, released in 1979 at the height of the Carter-era malaise, is about an America so broke it must hold a national telethon to keep from going bankrupt.

Jill Biden’s speech proves the Left’s rhetoric has long been morally bankrupt. Yet facing ruin is precisely when some become most dangerous.

TENNESSEE: Bill advances to ban drag shows, other adult entertainment on public property

A society is in a moral crisis when it becomes necessary for a bill to be sponsored to safeguard kids in public places. Although the bill is aimed at “go-go dancers, exotic dancers, and strippers on public property,” it is hardly a secret that the trans agenda has come to include grooming children in vulgar performances that are inappropriate for children.

Republican Rep. Chris Todd, who sponsored the bill, called it a “common-sense” “child safety” bill. Senate Majority Leader Jack Johnson introduced the bill. People have lost sight of what responsible censorship is even means. It is glaring how the far Left uses charges of censorship to shut down speech that does not suit its agenda and that they claim to consider “offensive,” but they have no problem with the overt, public corruption of children. The sexualizing and grooming of young children is relentlessly becoming normalized. That’s why laws of this kind are needed.

Tennessee bill aims to ban drag shows, other adult entertainment on public property

by Lawrence Richard, Fox News, February 1, 2023:

The state of Tennessee could bar drag shows and other adult entertainment performances, pending a bill that is advancing through the state’s legislature.

A bill banning go-go dancers, exotic dancers, and strippers on public property and for those under the age of 18 was approved by the Tennessee House Criminal Justice Subcommittee on Tuesday, according to FOX 17 Nashville. It will now advance to the House Criminal Justice Committee.

“This is a common-sense child safety bill,” said Rep. Chris Todd, a Republican who sponsored HB. 9, per the report.

The bill intends to prohibit “adult cabaret entertainment” that is “harmful to minors,” including “male or female impersonators who provide entertainment that appeals to a prurient interest, or similar entertainers.”

“There’s confusion in the law of what performances are covered. This clarifies what is crossing the line that is harmful to minors,” Todd added.

While the bill effectively bans drag shows, it does not specifically use the term.

Republicans in the state have contended that drag shows can result in the “sexualization” or “grooming” of children.

Senate Majority Leader Jack Johnson, a Republican, introduced the legislation near the end of 2022 with his own bill that limits gender-care surgeries for those under 18.

“We are not going to expose our children to this type of inappropriate, sexually explicit performances,” Sen. Johnson told the station in November 2022, after drag performances where kids were present were becoming more popular……

MSNBC claims that efforts to remove pornography from public schools are ‘book banning’

“Book banning is much more than just the removal of books from school libraries.” — Reza Aslan

Actually, that’s all it is: an effort to remove explicitly pornographic material such as Gender Queer from public libraries and public schools. But Ali Velshi and Reza Aslan are in the business of stoking Leftist hysteria, and they love posturing as the courageous enlightened against the benighted, willfully stupid bigots.

If Velshi is serious about his “Banned Book Club,” however, let him feature an author whose books are not subject to an official ban, but to the de facto ban of Leftist conformism. Let him discuss a book that cuts against the Left’s authoritarian agenda. Don’t hold your breath.

Velshi Banned Book Club: The Concerted Effort to Ban Books

NBCUniversal, November 5, 2022:

Book banning is much more than just the removal of books from school libraries. It has become a rallying cry for the Christian Right, and a wedge issue for these upcoming midterm elections. So how do you speak to religious fundamentalists about an issue like book banning? Reza Aslan, author of “Beyond Fundamentalism” has an answer, “The way that you defeat religiously-inspired hate is with religiously-inspired love….

NEW YORK: High School Teacher Accused Of Possessing Thousands Of Images, Videos Of Child Pornography

The Department Of Justice (DOJ) arrested and charged a New York high school teacher with possession of child pornography on Thursday.

Louis Carusone, a teacher at Brighton High School in Rochester, New York, has been accused of obtaining and distributing thousands of pictures and videos of child pornography, according to a DOJ press release. The investigation into Carusone began after an undercover officer allegedly found Carusone distributing child pornography through a peer-to-peer online sharing network.

“Law enforcement officials informed us last Friday night that they had just completed a search of Mr. Carusone’s home,” Brighton Central Schools Superintendent Kevin McGowan wrote in a statement. “We were told that devices belonging to Mr. Carusone had been seized and what the nature of their investigation was. We immediately placed Mr. Carusone on leave, froze his access to all electronic resources, and directed him to not be anywhere near BCSD property or to have contact with anyone at BCSD other than those who he would need to discuss his employment status with.”

Law enforcement found Carusone in possession of 2,030 pictures and 21 videos of child pornography after a search of his house, the DOJ reported. Carusone allegedly took photos and videos of his female students and also allegedly recorded children and adults in bathing suits at a waterpark.

Carusone will not be returning to work in the school district, the school’s statement said. The district is working to have Carusone’s teaching license revoked. (

Students will be able to meet with counseling staff from a local children’s advocacy center and the school will meet with all students in Carusone’s classes to address their questions and concerns, according to the school’s statement.

“We often talk about the trust placed in us and the need to care for and support each child as if they were our own children,” McGowan wrote. “This ethic of care can be seen throughout each day. However, the behavior and betrayal of one person in this incident was a failure in our obligation in every way. Our response now and in the coming days will be the first steps in reinforcing the great good that is done by so many in this organization and our commitment to a trusting relationship with all of you.”

The DOJ and Brighton High School did not immediately respond to the Daily Caller News Foundation’s request for comment.

VIDEO: What is Human Trafficking?

HUMAN TRAFFICKING HAS TRULY BECOME A GLOBAL THREAT to vulnerable men, women, and children worldwide. It is an injustice that affects millions of people every year on every continent and at all socioeconomic levels. Human trafficking is a highly-organized and lucrative business, generating 150 billion USD per year, 99 billion of which is generated by sex trafficking within the prostitution industry.

The latest global estimate according to the International Labor Organization (the United Nations agency that deals with global labor issues), calculates that nearly 21 million people are victims of human trafficking worldwide. Roughly 4.5 million of those victims are trafficked for the purpose of sexual exploitation.

The most significant number of victims are said to come from Asia and the Pacific region, although human trafficking in Africa continues to grow when compared to its 2005 estimates. The International Labor Organization also estimates that 55 percent of all trafficking victims and 98 percent of sex trafficking victims are women and girls. That is why sex trafficking is often considered a “gender” crime and why Exodus Cry focuses its intervention largely on women and girls.

Defining human trafficking

The most widely accepted definition of human trafficking comes from the Protocol to Prevent, Suppress and Punish Trafficking in Persons, especially Women and Children, otherwise known as the Palermo Protocols. Adopted by the UN General Assembly in 2000 and accepted by over 150 countries, the Palermo Protocols defines human trafficking as:

“The recruitment, transportation, transfer, harbouring or receipt of persons, by means of the threat or use of force or other forms of coercion, of abduction, of fraud, of deception, of the abuse of power or of a position of vulnerability or of the giving or receiving of payments or benefits to achieve the consent of a person having control over another person, for the purpose of exploitation.”

Exploitation is at the heart of human trafficking. In the case of sex trafficking, exploitation implies the forced prostitution or sexual abuses of vulnerable men, women, and children. The United States’ Trafficking Victims Protection Act (TVPA) declares it a crime to coerce, force, or mislead men, women, and children into sex slavery, whether those efforts to coerce are subtle or overt. However, if a victim is a minor (under 18), it is a considered a crime regardless if there is evidence of force, fraud, or coercion.

Victims are trafficked across both national and international borders, infiltrating nearly every part of the world, according to one World Health Organization report. The global scale of the problem is attributed to the various roles nations play in the exploitation of the victims, whether that be recruiting, harboring, transporting, or acting as destinations for victims. One UN report estimates that trafficking victims represent over 130 different nationalities and are present in almost 120 countries. While the problem is clearly of global scale, with some 600,000 to 800,000 victims trafficked across international borders each year, most human trafficking surprisingly still occurs within national borders.

The effects of human trafficking on victims

HUMAN TRAFFICKING HAS A DIRECT EFFECT ON THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL WELL-BEING OF VICTIMS. During the initial trafficking, victims are coerced and deceived usually through the exploitation of their current circumstances, as most victims have a history of abuse and are already living in precarious circumstances.

Once enslaved, victims typically are forced into unsanitary and stressful living conditions and receive little to no healthcare or basic services. Their movement is often restricted, their personal documentation withheld, and most experience significant physical, emotional, sexual, and psychological violence. Escaping from slavery is extremely difficult and dangerous, putting the victim at great personal risk. If rescued, integration back into society is incredibly difficult because of the shame, stigma, threat of retribution, and trauma experienced during enslavement.

Global efforts to combat human trafficking

There are several international organizations fighting human trafficking at the global level. The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime combats human trafficking worldwide through promoting policies that incriminate traffickers and protect victims. The UN agency also produces tools and publications to help train law enforcers and raise awareness of this injustice worldwide.

Additionally, many governments are taking action to protect potential victims from trafficking predators. The United States’ Trafficking Victims Protection Act (TVPA) was established by the US Department of State and has been highly influential in protecting potential victims worldwide. The TVPA defines, mandates, and funds United States’ anti-trafficking efforts, including producing the annual Trafficking in Persons Report, which is the most comprehensive resource of governmental, anti-human trafficking efforts in the world. The United States’ Officer to Combat and Monitor Trafficking in Persons is also combating human trafficking worldwide through three avenues—prevention, protection, and prosecution—which includes activities to raise awareness, identify victims, enforce appropriate laws, and convict traffickers.

However, perhaps some of the greatest work being done to combat human trafficking is performed by non-governmental organizations (NGOs). These anti-trafficking groups are working hard to prevent human trafficking, protect vulnerable populations, lobby for policy reformation, and even rehabilitate victims both at local and global levels. Exodus Cry is an active part of this global community of abolitionists and involved in these key areas of intervention.

How you can help combat human trafficking

You can join us in our fight to stop human trafficking and end modern-day sex slavery through engaging in any of our three areas of action—shifting culturechanging laws, and reaching out.

PODCAST: What It Will Take To End Sexploitation

In a follow up Dawn Hawkins, as the new CEO of NCOSE, wants to share more about HOW we can achieve a world free from sexual abuse and exploitation.

Hear about my vision:

Before any real problem solving can be done, it’s essential the problem is properly laid out and defined. That’s why NCOSE’s work to expose the interconnected web of sexual exploitation issues is so critical to achieving our vision—we cannot solve one problem while ignoring the influences and tangled nature of another.

Our nearly 60-year history has given us a unique, panoramic perspective which enables us to see that we cannot succeed in preserving human dignity if we approach the work from a narrow lens, such as a singular religious, political, or social perspective. It’s this wisdom that has allowed NCOSE to adapt and change over the past decade to unite and grow a movement and address current issues while utilizing myriad advocacy tools, cutting-edge tactics, and the latest research.

NCOSE has built a diverse team of top experts, broad coalition partners, and a deep grassroots network and it now leads the movement to end sexual abuse and exploitation through research, litigation, and corporate and legislative advocacy

This is what it will take to build a world free from sexual abuse and exploitation:

  1. Destabilize the pornography industry and make pornography intolerable in society. Pornography does not have room to exist in a world that truly believes in human love, connection, and equality.
  2. Stop sex buying to end sex trafficking and all exploitation. The world should not allow and even celebrate the commodification of any human being, especially the most vulnerable, who are preyed upon by the commercial sex industry.
  3. Protect children online. The Internet should be a safe space for all, including the children who are now growing up with access to people and unlimited information.

Read About Our Tactics Here

With your help, the National Center on Sexual Exploitation has made significant progress on these three objectives and more in just the last few years. Best of all, there are more victories and accomplishments to come!

The light of human dignity will always burn brighter than the shadow of exploitation. By eschewing the boundaries of politics, religion, and other divisive backgrounds, NCOSE is in a unique position to ignite that light and continue to bring organizations and individuals from all walks of life out of the shadows of a world that allows and normalizes sexual exploitation to thrive.

All our work is dedicated to realizing the vision of a world free from sexual abuse and exploitation—a world I know is possible.

We Can’t Solve the Sexual Assault Problem Unless We Solve The Porn Problem

The porn industry is an example of “limbic capitalism”, a business system in which global industries encourage excessive consumption and addiction.

The issue of sexual assault has been at the forefront of the public mind of late. This is largely due to the shocking revelations of a study released earlier this year that claimed 86 percent of women aged 18-24 had experienced sexual assault in a public space. A previous study in 2014 found that 33 percent of women across the EU had suffered physical and/or sexual violence since the age of 15.

The difference in these findings is probably more to do with methodology than with anything else. However, whichever study paints the more accurate picture, there is clearly a crisis in sexuality that cannot be solved by simply setting a curfew for men and it would be a fruitless exercise to attempt to change the current culture without first addressing the problem of porn among young men.

A survey conducted in 2020 found that men across Western European countries consumed, on average, 70 minutes of porn a day – while 2.2 percent of respondents consumed more than seven hours. More shocking still is the level of consumption by children and young teenagers. In Australia, research shows, 93 percent of adolescent boys have been regularly exposed to pornography, and children as young as seven are exposed to it due to availability via online devices.

The pandemic and subsequent lockdown policies have exacerbated the problem and have been instrumental in the rise of the pornography platform “OnlyFans” which has been used by many “sex workers”.

The porn industry is an example of “limbic capitalism”. The historian David Courtwright has coined this term “to describe a technologically advanced but socially regressive business system in which global industries, often with the help of complicit governments and criminal organisations, encourage excessive consumption and addiction. They do so by targeting the limbic system, the part of the brain responsible for feeling…”

Consumers are trapped in damaging cycles of behaviour the consequences of which are only now becoming clear. Much of the male population is now exploited by the sex “industry” – though clearly not as much as many of the women “working” in it – and it is having terrible effects.

The consumption of pornography has many perverse consequences. In fact, there is pretty strong evidence that porn consumption and sexual assault are closely linked. Studies show that porn makes many consumers more likely to support violence against women; to believe that women secretly enjoy being raped; and actually to behave in a sexually aggressive manner in real life. The aggression may take many forms – verbally harassing or pressuring someone for sex; emotionally manipulating such a person; threatening to end a relationship unless “favours” be granted;  deceiving or lying to another about sex; or even physically assaulting them. The campaign Everyone’s Invited provides yet more testimony to the effect of pornography on relationships between the sexes.

There has been little recognition of the destructive impact pornography has on the perception of what is appropriate sexual conduct. The sex industry debases and exploits women. Men are wholly capable of having fictitious and “satisfying” interactions with women where the concept of consent and rejection are entirely absent. The issue of sexual assault can never truly be tackled unless we can solve the problem of pornography.

Most men living in Western Europe and the USA do respect women and that is a mark in some measure of how advanced and humane our civilisation is, but the prevalence of porn is a sign of decadence and moral decline. Women must be treated with the dignity that is theirs as fellow children of God, and not as mere objects for sexual gratification.

Law Center Files First Ever Anti-Trafficking Lawsuit Against Pornography Producers on Behalf of Survivor

How Cissy Steele Groomed Jane Doe

Cissy Steele was using the internet to disguise herself as a talent agent from Royal Loyalty Management who was looking for models and actresses when she came across Jane Doe (not her real name). Steele then proceeded to prey upon Jane Doe by intentionally cultivating a sense of trust and building a false relationship. Steele reached out to Jane Doe online and offered her lucrative acting and modeling opportunities. After communicating, Steele convinced Jane Doe to take a modeling opportunity with the promise of making Doe into a successful model and actress. Steele manipulated Doe to go a step further and move into Steele’s home with the reassurance that this move would benefit Doe’s supposed new career.

Online Grooming Turns Into Sex Trafficking Situation

Once Jane Doe was ensconced in Steele’s house, Steele furthered her deception of Doe by setting up several faux modeling photoshoots. After a few months, Steele began verbally degrading Doe and telling Doe that the only way she had a chance at becoming a lucrative actress or model was through pornographic “acting.” When Jane Doe resisted this pressure, Steele began using psychological manipulation, direct coercion, intimidation, threats, and physical violence against Doe including threatening to kill Doe’s dog and harm her family. In the end Steele managed to effectively imprison Jane Doe and coerce her into commercial sex acts with men at various hotels in several states. All the money made from Jane Doe’s sexual exploitation was immediately pocketed by Steele.

From there, Steele also trafficked Jane Doe to multiple pornography production companies in California and Nevada including Diabolic Video Productions, Black Ice Ltd., Zero Tolerance Entertainment, Third Degree Films, and Elegant Angel, Inc.  All of the pornography producers directly paid Steele for Jane Doe’s participation in the videos despite clear signs that Doe was being trafficked.

Pornography Production Companies Complicit in Crime

The pornography production companies distributed the videos of Jane Doe to a multitude of internet pornography providers. As a result, the online porn providers illegally profited from the sex trafficking of Jane Doe through advertisements on their websites as well as through viewers’ subscription fees.

Eventually, with the help of a friend, Jane Doe escaped from Cissy Steele’s home and control and began a new life. Despite Jane Doe’s many efforts to have the videos taken down, her videos remain on several online sites to this day.

Legal Argument Filed on Behalf of Jane Doe

Cissy Steele, the pornography production studios, and the internet pornography websites violated the Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act of 2008 (TVPRA) which prohibits anyone from knowingly using force, fraud, and coercion to entrap victims into commercial sex acts and profiting off of their exploitation.

Accordingly, Jane Doe has now sued Cissy Steele, the pornography production companies, and the online pornography providers which continue to show and sell videos of her sexual abuse and exploitation against her will. The case, filed on September 24, 2020, is in federal district court in San Diego.

As horrific as this case is, it is not an anomaly. Countless Jane Does are trafficked and exploited by the pornography production industry and internet pornography providers. Jane Doe repeatedly attempted to have her sex trafficking videos removed to no avail and there are websites that continue to profit off of her sexual abuse and exploitation to this day. The same is the case for myriad survivors who find their sexual abuse images and videos on internet pornography websites and are afflicted with the paralysis of not being able to remove the degrading and re-traumatizing content. As long as someone is willing to pay for this content, pornography production companies and internet pornography providers have proven more than willing to provide it—no matter how violent, dangerous, and degrading the content may be.

Jane Doe is Not the Only Victim

Take the case of Mia Khalifa as another example.

In 2015, Mia Khalifa mistakenly signed a contract with a pornography production studio and resigned after two weeks. The contract she signed gave the company control over the websites and domains that contained her stage name. Although Khalifa has been out of the pornography business for over five years, the pornography production company is still promoting her videos and creating an illusion that she is still engaged in the commercial sex industry even though she has worked hard to have her videos removed from pornography sites. This reality has made it difficult for Khalifa to find employment in other fields, which only furthers the reach and extent of the exploitation.

Like many others, Khalifa’s attempts to remove her videos have been met by indifference from the pornography companies. “Pornography companies prey on callow young women and trap them legally into contracts where they’re vulnerable,” Khalifa noted in comments published by The Guardian. She also stated that during every filmed scene she would black out, yet no one on the set seemed to notice or offer any assistance: “The abuse and exploitation of young women is normalized in pornography, and if you don’t comply, you’re threatened, beaten, and intimidated.”

Pornography Producers Are Sexual Exploiters

Whether or not there is a contract in place, the sexual exploitation and abuse that comes from pornography production studios and internet pornography providers is degrading, traumatizing, and crippling. These abusive companies know they are profiting off of the sexual exploitation of women who have been beaten down, manipulated, often drugged, and are in no condition to acquiesce to such exploitation. The pornography industry’s lack of regulation hinders many survivors from fully healing, as they are continuously haunted by the existence of videos of their abuse living on in the Internet.

The Hope Jane Doe v. Cissy Steele Gives

The Cissy Steel lawsuit is the first federal lawsuit against a pornography producer and online pornography website for federal anti-trafficking violations. We hope this lawsuit and many others like it will hold pornography producers and internet pornography providers accountable for the damage, abuse, and exploitation of the untold numbers of women and children trafficked in the pornography industry.

Google Allegedly Monetizing Child Erotica on YouTube

The National Center on Sexual Exploitation is calling on YouTube to remove all pornography from its platform, following yet another disturbing account of apparently monetized child erotica on YouTube. This is one of the reasons Google has been placed on NCOSE’s 2019 Dirty Dozen List which names 12 mainstream facilitators of sexual exploitation.

Prominent YouTuber MattsWhatItIs made a video on February 17th, explaining his discovery.

In the description, he writes:

Over the past 48 hours I have discovered a wormhole into a soft-core pedophilia ring on Youtube. Youtube’s recommended algorithm is facilitating pedophiles’ ability to connect with each-other, trade contact info, and link to actual CP in the comments. I can consistently get access to it from vanilla, never-before-used Youtube accounts via innocuous videos in less than ten minutes, in sometimes less than five clicks.. Additionally, I have video evidence that these videos are being monetized by Youtube, brands like McDonald’s, Lysol, Disney, Reese’s, and more… Youtube is facilitating this problem. It doesn’t matter that they flag videos and turn off the comments, these videos are still being monetized, and more importantly they are still available for users to watch.

This is not the first time YouTube has come under fire for hosting sexually exploitive content. In April 2018 it was criticized for allowing a pornographic ad to appear on a trending YouTube video, and in November 2017 it was revealed that YouTube’s flagging system to prevent child victimization on its platform was reportedly malfunctioning for a year. Even the YouTubeKids app has been infiltrated with disturbing and often sexual content.

It’s an open secret that Google’s YouTube is a hub for child erotica and is used by pedophiles to network. It’s time for YouTube to make solving this issue their number one corporate priority. Too often, YouTube waits for users or the media to flag degrading and exploitive content on its platform. And then once the media buzz dies down, YouTube reverts to its whack-a-mole approach instead of making sustained improvements.

We know that the technological solutions exist that would be able to prevent this material from being posted and it would save countless man-hours that YouTube currently uses by employing human reviewers.

For instance, Dr. Michael Holm, Chief Data Scientist at Picnix, Inc., asserts “Our team is fully capable of delivering an effective, scalable AI solution for pornographic video detection, building on our seminal patent pending Iris Program (www.meetiris.ai).”

We implore Google and YouTube to collaborate with this company, and others, to find real solutions instead of putting a bandaid on it and waiting for the next blow up.

Florida Pedophile Sentenced to 885 Years in Prison

This week, Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi’s Office of Statewide Prosecution announced the sentencing of a Seminole County sex offender to 885 years in prison for possession of massive amounts of child pornography. According to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement investigation, multiple images containing child pornography were retrieved from a laptop in Shawn Ryan Thomas’ bedroom. The investigation also revealed that Thomas discussed with an informant, plans to kidnap a child, kill the parents and sexually batter the child while producing child pornography. Thankfully, FDLE quickly intercepted Thomas before he carried out his plans.

The Honorable Marlene Alva, Circuit Judge in Seminole County, sentenced Thomas to 885 years in prison on 59 counts of possession of child pornography, 15 years for each count, and 15 years of sex offender probation for one count of possession of child pornography.

Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi notes, “Thanks to my Office of Statewide Prosecution’s tenacious prosecution of Thomas and FDLE’s investigation, this dangerous predator should now never be released from prison.”

Jared Fogle’s Rise to Infamy

jared fogle new york postMonths ago, I published an article about Indianapolis teenagers being marketed in photos posted on the Internet – months before Indianapolis native Jared Fogle‘s arrest for child pornography and sexual relations with multiple minors.  How is it that Jared, reported to be worth 15 million dollars and at the top of the national hall of fame heap as Subway’s spokesman par excellence, fell from fame into infamy in a moment’s time?

Actually, Jared Fogle, born, raised, and living in Indianapolis, Indiana – the nation’s heartland – trafficked children around the world, according to testimonies, but his sentence is remarkably slight – a maximum of five years in prison and minimal restitution to certain child-victims.  Jared’s family, whom I have known since childhood, know some of the marketed teens well, as do I.

For two years, every Saturday morning and many other times as well, I picketed against child trafficking beside the Indianapolis Jewish Community Center (JCC), where Jared’s dad is a devoted Board member.  I reported child abuse at the JCC to law enforcement, the JCC Board, and to dozens of persons and agencies, to no avail.  For reporting the child abuse I personally witnessed at the JCC – a huge 350-pound man lying on top of a child, who was pinned to the floor against a cement block wall – I was targeted by leaders in our own Jewish community, where a code of sexual abuse silence has persisted for generations, as in the Catholic church. By this code, victims are abandoned by both communities in staggering numbers.  Predators are protected in both communities by members of the hierarchy and authorities.

I repeat … Jewish teenagers that I know and Jared’s parents know are freely and openly posted in photos on the Internet with captions like “the prostitute” and “Spank me.”  No matter how many reports are made to the authorities of ongoing Indianapolis child trafficking, the fates of the child-victims are sealed by freedom from punishments for their predators.

For 10 years, according to testimonies, Jared Fogle’s depraved conversations about his exploitation of children were recorded as part of a criminal investigation.  For many years, Jared Fogle met with Russell Taylor, his best friend and fellow pornographer, at a Broad Ripple bar, near my home, in what is known as the “Little Man’s Club,” in the VIP section, boasting of their crimes against children.  In Indianapolis, who even cared?

Picketing photo 2Born, raised, and living in Indianapolis virtually my entire life, I know that it is a predator-friendly city of which I am ashamed.  It is nearby to Bloomington, Indiana, where Alfred Kinsey’s name, as the Indiana University professor who made pornographic films in his home starring his wife in sexual acts with Kinsey’s fellow professors, is revered beyond words by officialdom.

Are we naïve enough to believe that predators do not nest in safe places for their insidious crimes against children to be overlooked?  Indianapolis is a safe place for predators.  Indianapolis is unsafe for children and for mandatory reporters of childhood sexual abuse.

In my years of picketing beside the JCC, I received credible death threats, stones hurled at me, and cars veering to hit me.  I was regularly harassed by officers and staunchly protected by neighbors, who, as myself, understand that there is no more heinous evil than to defile a child.

As for my fate, since my picketing ended, both my husband and I have been targeted for our public protests against child abuse in the Jewish community.  My husband was fired by his boss for my legal actions against the JCC, and his boss, an Indianapolis lawyer, who never knew my Dad, was appointed as the executor of my Dad’s estate instead of me.

As Jared relaxes at home instead of prison, those of us on the front-lines of the war against child trafficking are harassed, intimidated, and threatened ….

Pedophile Jared Fogle and the Untold Story of his Visit to Sarasota, FL

Jared Fogle, the longtime Subway spokesman, was arrested on August 19th for soliciting sex with minors. I have known about Fogle’s pedophilia for over 4 years but did not publish a story on it. I did not publish the story at the behest of Rochelle Herman-Walrond the single mother of two little children, then under the age of 10-years old, who knew Fogle, for safety reasons.

I was approached by Rochelle and we met for lunch at Station 400 in the Rosemary District in Sarasota. Rochelle outlined how Fogle became acquainted with her and her family. She became aware that their relationship was not on a professional level but rather he wanted to have sex with her children.

At one point Fogle visited Sarasota, Florida ultimately with the intent of having sex with Rochelle’s children. The Rochelle became so frightened that she called me and asked for help. I was able to put up Rochelle with her children in a Sarasota hotel until Fogle left. At least her two little Sarasota girls were saved from this sexual predator.

Calls were made to local Sarasota law enforcement agencies but no investigation or charges were ever filed against Fogle, at the time. This made things even worse for Rochelle Herman-Walrond. No law enforcement officials seemed to take her story seriously. That is the travesty of how the victims are many times treated in cases involving sexual predators, like Fogel.

However, later the FBI took up Rochelle’s case and she was instrumental in bringing down Fogle.

I am glad that Fogle has been finally exposed for what he really is – a child sex predator. I am also glad that this reporter helped prevent at least one crime from occurring. Sometime journalists must make that choice – support the intended victims at the expense of making headlines.

Here is here story as told by the DailyMail.com:

A Florida woman says she alerted the FBI about Jared Fogle’s activities after the former Subway spokesman confided his interest in having sex with minors to her years ago.

Former journalist Rochelle Herman-Walrond revealed that she spent more than four years recording conversations she had with Fogle for authorities.

On Wednesday, Fogle agreed to plead guilty to one count of travel to engage in illicit sexual conduct with a minor involving two underage prostitutes and one count of distribution and receipt of child pornography involving 12 children.

Now, Herman-Walrond has said she did not know why Fogle would have confided in her, but said: ‘Jared Fogle is a monster.’

As the Chicago Tribune reported:

Longtime Subway pitchman Jared Fogle agreed Wednesday to plead guilty to allegations that he paid for sex acts with minors and received child pornography in a case that destroyed his career at the sandwich-shop chain and could send him to prison for more than a decade.

Prosecutors allege that Fogle knew the pornography had been secretly produced by the former director of his charitable foundation, which sought to raise awareness about childhood obesity and arranged for Fogle to visit schools and urge children to adopt healthy eating and exercise habits.

Authorities said Fogle offered to pay adult prostitutes a finder’s fee if they could connect him with minors for sex acts, including some as young as 14 or 15 years old.
