CIA Analysts Who Helped Cook Up Phony Russiagate Intel Still Thriving In Deep State, Former Spy Says

Two analysts who helped Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) Director John Brennan discredit President Donald Trump through weak or phony intelligence on Russian election interference continue to cash paychecks from the agency, according to a former CIA operations officer.

“At least two still do work there. That doesn’t mean that all of the other people have left. Those are just the two that I’m aware of,” former CIA Operations Officer Bryan Dean Wright told the Daily Caller News Foundation.

One of former authors remains in possession of a “blue badge,” meaning they remain a CIA employee, while another possesses a “green badge” and continues to do work for the agency as a contractor, Wright said. Others may retain their security clearances.

Wright has not held back his opinion about his former boss: He said in a recent op-ed that he should “rot in prison” for undermining the integrity of the Republic.

“These men thought they knew what was best for America, and they didn’t give a damn what voters like you thought,” he wrote.

Brennan — whose tenure at CIA spanned decades — likely cultivated generations of like-minded CIA employees, Wright said. The former CIA director’s influence probably continues to shape the agency’s culture by way of mentorships, friendships, promotion panels and hiring offices. 

The CIA did not respond to requests for comment. A request for comment from Brennan through his consulting firm WestExec Advisors did not receive a reply.

Documents declassified by Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard in recent days have revealed that President Barack Obama’s intelligence chiefs spun, cherrypicked and in some cases wholly manufactured raw intelligence reports to support the narrative — predetermined in leaks to the media — that Russian President Vladimir Putin had a “clear preference” for Trump and “aspired to help his election chances when possible by discrediting Secretary Clinton.”

The resulting 2017 Intelligence Community Assessment touched off years of Russiagate media frenzy. Though technically endorsed by the “big three” — the CIA, FBI and National Security Agency — just five CIA analysts under Brennan wrote the assessment, according to a House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence report declassified on July 23. The analysts were plucked from a “Fusion Cell” Brennan had formed months earlier to examine Russian election interference, according to a CIA self-assessment declassified on July 2.

Those analysts worked hand-in-glove with Brennan, churning out an assessment in less than a week in the days leading up to Christmas. Brennan hid the “sensitive intelligence” — the unverified, slanted and irrelevant raw intelligence reports — from other elements of the intelligence community until a two-day review process. The review happened using a card copy that was shuttled between Langley, Washington, DC, and Fort Meade, the report indicates.

Despite the revelations, there have been few assurances that analysts whose names are unknown and may remain embedded in the Deep State no longer play a role in U.S. national security.

It’s not atypical for the CIA to conduct internal investigations of its personnel, from audits of timecards to counterintelligence probes to ensure foreign spies do not infiltrate U.S. intelligence, Wright said.

Yet the CIA assessment of its own “tradecraft” in assembling the ICA omitted full details about the significant flaws of the raw intelligence reports underlying its judgements. The deputy director of CIA for analysis, who is unnamed in the report, wrote that CIA analysts were subject to “procedural anomalies” and Brennan’s outsized influence. The CIA assessment also concedes its ICA was weakened by the inclusion of the Steele dossier, a salacious Democratic opposition research file on Trump. Yet the report also claims the ICA had “analytic rigor” which “exceeded that of most IC assessments.”

The report conceded that the CIA’s “high confidence” that Russian authorities “aspired” for Trump to win was unwarranted given it was based in only one report. But the CIA’s self-assessment did not give full insight into the weaknesses of that report.

“While the DA Review identified specific procedural and tradecraft issues with the one judgment, these issues should not be interpreted as indicative of broader systemic problems in the IC’s analytic processes or standards,” the CIA deputy director wrote.

House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence Chair Rick Crawford proclaimed the report a “whitewash” within hours of its release, setting in motion the declassification of his committee’s more strident report.

“The report was produced in the 116th Congress under Devin Nunes despite extraordinary restrictions placed by the CIA. Among those restrictions are a prohibition on transporting the document to secure spaces on Capitol Hill,” Crawford said.

It would only become apparent when the congressional investigation’s report was declassified three weeks later that the “aspired” judgement relied on a fragment of a sentence from a single human intelligence report.

“Putin had made this decision [to leak the DNC emails] after he had come to believe that the Democratic nominee had better odds of winning the U.S. presidential election, and that [candidate Trump], whose victory Putin was counting on, most likely would not be able to pull off a convincing victory,” the report read.

The “aspired” judgement hinged on the clause “whose victory Putin was counting on,” which five CIA officers interpreted five different ways, the report states.

CIA Director John Ratcliffe himself called attention to a lack of accountability around intelligence failures and deceptions in a 2023 op-ed. CIA senior bureaucrats hold lifetime appointments, maintaining their rank and pay even when overseeing major failures — a practice Congress should move to end, Ratcliffe wrote.

“Officials who betray the public trust—either by bad acts in office or by politicizing their credentials after leaving—should be stripped of their security clearances,” Ratcliffe wrote.

But experts told the DCNF that Ratcliffe could encounter a hostile CIA culture in implementing any reforms.

CIA officer training includes a video of drafters of an intelligence estimate alleging Iraqi weapons of mass destruction expressing regret, according to Wright. Few analysts would want to see themselves as responsible for an intelligence failure that could set back their careers.

At the same time, a lack of accountability could contribute to a culture of stagnation and decline in professionalism in Langley.

“The CIA has become so severely politicized that it has fundamentally lowered its standards of integrity in collecting and assessing intelligence, and analysts come up with what are often very weak intelligence assessments,” said J. Michael Waller, senior analyst for strategy at the Center for Security Policy. “I used to think it was grossly irresponsible hyperbole to compare the CIA to the KGB, but you really have to wonder, have the CIA and other intelligence community elements become a state within a state?”

Government Data Shows Federal Agencies Take Years to Respond to ‘Simple’ Information Requests

Citizens filing simple information requests to a key Department of Commerce office must wait on average 836 days — more than two years — before getting responses, and there is no guarantee that what is provided by the government’s reply will be complete or credible, according to a new report based on federal data.

The report is being published July 17 by Open the Books (OTB), the Illinois-based non-profit government transparency watchdog, using data compiled by foia.gov. An advance copy of the report was obtained by The Washington Stand.

The average response time for simple requests of 836 days was compiled by the Commerce Department’s Office of the Undersecretary for Economic Affairs. The second-longest wait time among federal departments and agencies was 811 by the Department of Veterans Affairs’ Office of Enterprise Integration.

Third among the longest wait times was the Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA) at 367 days. The fourth longest average wait was registered by the U.S. Chemical Safety and Hazard Investigation Board at 360 days, followed in fifth by the Executive Office of the President in the White House at 350 days.

The five federal agencies with the fastest average turnaround time in responding to simple FOIA requests include the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) at one day, the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA) at 1.69 days, followed by the Job Corps, the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals and the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) at two days.

The average response time for all federal departments and agencies for complex requests was 267 days.

The report was compiled, OTB said, because “as the size and scope of the administrative state grows, decision-making processes become more opaque even as those decisions impact our lives more fundamentally than ever. So, our ability to check their work has become more critical than ever before.”

“Although agencies are required by law to respond within 20 days, in practice many require extensions for months or even years, citing big backlogs of records requests,” OTB continued. “When FOIA wait times stretch to months and years, it becomes impossible for We the People to hold agencies accountable.”

The 1966 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) guarantees American citizens access to copies of all government documents except those covered by a handful of reasonable exemptions such as national security, personal privacy, active law enforcement investigations, and protecting commercial business secrets.

Another exemption, Exemption Five or the “pre-decisional” or “deliberative process” exemption, allows virtually all documents produced prior to a decision to be withheld. Critics of how the government has administered the FOIA have for years criticized the frequency with which Exemption Five is used by civil servants to deny providing access to requested documents.

Federal agencies are required to acknowledge all requests within 20 days of being received, but there are no limits on how much time can be consumed in gathering requested documents via extensions. Citizens submitted 1,501,432 FOIA requests in 2024, while federal employees completed processing on 1,499,265. The total received for 2024 represents a 25.15% increase, year over year.

More than 50,000 FOIA requests have been submitted by OTB to federal, state, and municipal governments since the foundation’s 2007 founding in order to put all official spending on the internet and available to all citizens with access to a computer.

As an illustration of the long wait times, OTB filed a FOIA request in May 2023 with the HHS Administration for Children and Families (ACF).

“Open the Books has been waiting for records from one of these agencies, the [ACF], since May 2023. As our auditors previously reported, an office within ACF has spent billions on all manner of aid to migrants, including those who crossed illegally, those who enjoyed relaxed entry rules under the Biden administration, and even some children. The spending included anything from help with small business startups to savings for home and auto loans. The majority of the spending was done through third-party nonprofits who took grants from ACF and distributed them as aid,” OTB said.

Lengthy waiting times for FOIA responses also often result in expensive litigation. In its dealings with HHS on multiple requests for government documents, OTB has experienced particular difficulties in seeking documents from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and has had to resort to litigation.

“Open the Books partnered with Judicial Watch to sue [NIH] over redactions to its data on royalties from pharmaceutical companies paid out to agency scientists. The litigation has since forced NIH to produce thousands of pages of documents, which we’ve used to delivered blockbuster reports on the connections between federal scientists and the private sector. Three years later, litigation is still ongoing.”

When It Comes to ID, It’s Time to Get REAL

Congress passed the REAL ID Act in 2005, a few years after the 9/11 attacks. The subsequent 9/11 Commission Report revealed many weaknesses in our national security, including the fact that hijackers Khalid Al-Mihdhar and Nawaf Al-Hazmi got California driver’s licenses through a facilitator in San Diego. They probably used those to board the American Airlines plane they crashed into the Pentagon, killing 189 people.

International and domestic criminals and terrorists love “breeder documents” (papers issued based on low evidence), which they can use to get better identification documents (IDs) like a passport, birth certificate, and Social Security card. That’s why for air travel and other serious business, all passengers should have identification based on information that has been verified, so we know who they really are.

After two decades of the government kicking the can down the road with one excuse after another, the deadline for needing a REAL ID to catch a domestic flight is up on May 7. This time, we need to keep it.

Over the past four years, former President Joe Biden and his Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas released at the border, paroled, or let sneak in over 10 million essentially unidentified aliens. Many had thrown away their ID or didn’t have any, so the Department of Homeland Security took their word for who they were.

There was no way to do proper background checks in their home countries. Some of them turned out to be terrorists, rapists, and murderers here—and for all we know, they may have been before at home, if we had only known their real identities and records.

Many Americans were outraged over the last few years to see aliens at our interior airports checking in for domestic flights with only their Notice to Appear (NTA—the document they got at the border that tells them to show up in court for a deportation hearing). Some were flying on the taxpayer dime. Others were flown in the middle of the night to avoid public attention. Meanwhile, all of us had to carry proper documents that take time and money to get.

Most states will issue you a non-REAL ID license with less proof than the REAL ID version. For the real deal, you need some combination of documents such as a birth certificate, passport, Social Security card, and proof of residence. It’s not easy, but once you’ve done it in your home state, you don’t have to repeat the exercise when you renew.

Some of those holding non-REAL ID-compliant driver’s licenses are living in the U.S. illegally. Nineteen states plus Washington, D.C., have allowed people who claim residence there to get some version of a license even if they are illegal, arguing that it improves road safety.

For another two weeks, foreign nationals have a choice of showing a driver’s license, foreign passport, military ID, federal Employment Authorization Card, or even their Notice to Appear to get on a domestic flight. After May 7, they will need a passport or a state-issued driver’s license that complies with federal REAL ID standards. Or there’s always the Greyhound.

Just as leftists want men to self-ID into women’s spaces, they seem fine with unidentified foreigners self-declaring who they are before getting on a plane. I’m not. If we’re going to keep handing over our nail clippers thanks to the 9/11 hijackers and taking off our footwear thanks to shoe-bomber Richard Reid, we can at least ask our fellow travelers to have a secure ID that is based on verified facts and not just their say-so.

The one exception that the Department of Homeland Security will make to the new REAL ID requirement is for foreigners booking a flight out of the country. With the border more secure than ever, that would mean they’d be self-deporting, unless they can qualify for a visa in the future.

Some on the American right, and Libertarians, don’t like the REAL ID requirement. But the rest of us will pay that small price to ensure safer skies and so we know that someone has verified the identity of the guy sitting next to us. Basic Economy is already rough enough without having to play human lotto every time you fly.

Critically Thinking about Stealing U.S. Elections—How the Left is doing this LEGALLY

It goes without saying that the Left would like to derail the American Experiment. As Lincoln so eloquently stated in his Lyceum speech, there is not likely going to be a military attack from a foreign power, but rather an invasion from within.

As outlined here, there is strong evidence that the Left has no compunction against committing election malfeasance. Fortunately, over the last four years, the Right has made strong gains in securing election integrity, thanks to competent and committed warriors like Cleta Mitchell. Due to her and other allies, numerous State organizations have taken hold (e.g., here), State election laws have been tightened, the RNC has finally been aggressive regarding lawsuits, poll watchers have come out in droves, etc., etc. The 2024 election results were due in no small part to these efforts at improving election integrity.

That said, the Left has an even more powerful and devious plan to win US elections — and almost no one is paying attention!

To appreciate this, we need to fully comprehend the reality that while those on the Right are almost entirely focused on short-term solutions, the Left is very comfortable also playing the Long Game. In other words, they are perfectly willing to adopt a strategy that might not come to fruition for 10 to 20 years… Since conservatives would almost never do that, they don’t ordinarily think in those terms — so even though the evidence is in black and white before them, they have difficulty grasping such a strategy. Big Mistake!

The Left’s Long Game

The number one fear of the Left is to have Critically Thinking citizens. I can not overstate the importance of fully grasping that pivotal understanding.

Since the Left is petrified of that happening they have expended enormous time, effort, and resources trying to ensure that the US has the absolute minimum of Critically Thinking citizens. After considerable research, they decided that their absolute best way of restricting the number of Critically Thinking citizens was to take control of the U.S. K-12 education system. What does this mean?

“Taking Control” means that the Left is calling the shots in almost every important aspect of the US K-12 education system. For example:

  1. they have captured the teacher certification process,
  2. they write the subject standards [e.g., Common Core Math],
  3. they determine the classroom subject textbooks,
  4. they purposefully introduce anti-Judeo-Christian topics like SEL,
  5. they see that anti-American values are attacked by infusing text and library books approved by the ALA (e.g., see here and here). Etc.

For good measure, they have also indoctrinated professors at colleges to reinforce the K-12 brainwashing for those students who go on to that level, etc.

The Left’s Focus on K-12 Science

Of their K-12 program, their most insidious influence is that they make sure that both Knowledge and Skills are skewed to promote Progressive ideology — particularly in the subject area of Science. They have focused on Science standards as they are acutely aware that Science is the most appropriate subject for teaching children how to be Critical Thinkers — which they adamantly oppose.

With the Next General Science Standards (NGSS) they not only do not teach the skill of Critical Thinking to K-12 students, they purposefully teach the OPPOSITE! The antithesis of critically thinking students are those who are easily led to comply, as they don’t ask sufficient questions, or don’t intelligently critique the answers they are given. These students are intentionally trained to be conformists, submissives, sheeple, etc.

How are students taught to be compliant? In the NGSS there are multiple subliminal messages supporting conformity, like:

a) go along with whatever is politically correct,

b) defer to authority,

c) accept at face value the statements of experts,

d) concur with consensus views, 

e) buy into one-sided presentations of information,

f) don’t question computer projections, etc., etc.

All of these have the same subconscious message: People a lot smarter than you have made a determination here, so we do not need — or want — any input from you. In other words, they are communicating: We do not want you to do any critical thinking!

The definition of Science is: Science is a process. What that process is is a continuous and well-organized (e.g., the Scientific Method) refinement of what are the truths of our existence. As such, one of the hallmarks of a true scientist is that they are a skeptic. In other words, they are a person who instinctively ask questions, like: who? what? why? when? etc. Interestingly Critical Thinkers are also people who do not just robotically accept what they are told: after they ask questions they are not swayed by light-weight answers.

Where the Rubber Hits the Road

So let’s be perfectly clear: over the last few decades (remember: the long game) the American K-12 school system has been set up:

  1. to indoctrinate students with progressive ideology, and
  2. to produce non-critically thinking graduates.

Every year there are about 4 MILLION graduates from the American K-12 school system.

Shortly thereafter most of those graduates become American voting citizens!

How long can the American Experiment survive when there are 3± Million voters added: 1) who have been thoroughly propagandized with Left-leaning ideology, and 2) who have been trained to be compliant conformists?

Briefly, this is the Left’s plan to legally steal elections, and no one is doing anything meaningful to stop it…

Transforming the Department of Education is the absolute best option we have to stop this tsunami from undermining our electorate.

Guess How Many Democratic Party State AGs Are Now Fighting Trump’s Executive Order To Stop Voter Fraud

Nineteen Democrat-led states filed a lawsuit Thursday against President Donald Trump’s executive order requiring proof of citizenship to vote.

In the lawsuit, attorneys general from 19 states called to block provisions of Trump’s executive order, alleging the president is attempting to “seize control of elections” in an unconstitutional manner. The lawsuit was filed by Arizona, California, Connecticut, Colorado, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, New Mexico, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont and Wisconsin.

“The Elections EO violates the Constitution. It interferes with States’ inherent sovereignty and their constitutional power to regulate the time, place, and manner of federal elections,” the lawsuit states.

“It also usurps Congress’s powers to legislate (under the Elections Clause) and to appropriate (under the Spending Clause) because Congress has not chosen to implement the changes the President seeks to impose by decree,” the lawsuit said. “The critical funds at issue have in large measure already been appropriated by Congress.”

On March 25, Trump signed an executive order to “protect the integrity” of U.S. elections, mandating voter “citizenship verification [in every state]” and banning foreign nationals from interfering in U.S. elections. The order also directed attorneys general to collaborate with state election officials to ensure compliance, placing conditions on federal funding to whether states require voter ID.

“Free, fair, and honest elections unmarred by fraud, errors, or suspicion are fundamental to maintaining our constitutional Republic. The right of American citizens to have their votes properly counted and tabulated, without illegal dilution, is vital to determining the rightful winner of an election,” Trump wrote.

Over the years, states like California, Oregon, New Mexico, Minnesota, Illinois, Maine, Vermont, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Hawaii and Maryland have enacted laws that no longer require documentation to vote.

According to the lawsuit, the attorneys general argue that the order “sows confusion and sets the stage for chaos,” as states will need to allocate staff and resources for new training, testing, voter education and coordination, or risk losing federal funding.

“Donald Trump’s Executive Order to seize control of our elections, intimidate voters, and attack Americans’ right to vote is unconstitutional and undemocratic. I’m suing to stop the President’s authoritarian power grab and protect people’s right to vote and our democracy,” New York Attorney General Letitia James wrote on X.

Marine Le Pen has been convicted and sentenced to four years by corrupt French court system. 

We have huge breaking news out of France today.

Marine Le Pen was banned from seeking public office for five years, a French court ruled after the right-wing leader was found guilty of embezzlement by a criminal court.

The news means Le Pen, the current frontrunner in the 2027 presidential election, cannot run unless she successfully appeals.

According to the New York Times, Le Pen has denied any wrongdoing in the case, which involved accusations that her party, the National Rally, illegally used several million euros in European Parliament funds for expenses between 2004 and 2016.

The court also sentenced Le Pen, 56, to four years in prison, with two of those years suspended. The court said the other two of those years could be served under a form of house arrest. She was fined 100,000 euros, or about $108,000.

Le Pen’s electoral ineligibility is effective immediately. As a result, only a successful appeal before the 2027 deadline to enter the race would allow her to run.

That is not impossible, but it will be extremely difficult, according to the Times’ article, which stated:

“The appeals process is slow in France, and even if a new trial took place before the election, it is unclear whether the prosecution’s case would be overturned.” (The New York Times)

Le Pen had emerged as the frontrunner in France’s 2027 presidential race at a time when France’s current globalist leader, President Emannuel Macron, is wildly unpopular. Macron rants and raves constantly about Russia and how he wants to send French boys to die fighting Ukraine’s border war with Putin.

This is the new face of “democracy” in the West. Send your anti-globalist opposition to prison when you can’t defeat them at the polls. Watch them ban and criminalize her party next. Perhaps some of her biggest supporters will also be locked up.

The deep state will also slaughter you in the media if you are an anti-globalist politician. Look how even some conservative American news sites describe La Pen as “far right.” Liberal ones go even farther with the narrative that she is a “danger to democracy.”

Today’s breaking news out of France affirms what I’ve always said, that the deep state is not relegated to Washington. It runs through Ottawa, London and Paris as well.

Look how Canada just celebrated getting rid of WEF puppet Justin Trudeau, only to wake up one morning and find out he’d been replaced by an even darker globalist monster, the international banker and WEF puppet Mark Carney.

The deep state is a global leviathan that cannot be defeated by anyone but Jesus Christ. This deep state is now in the process of rushing the world to war on a massive scale. Any politician who stands in the way will be crushed.

And this deep state, which drives the beast system, will reign supreme for a brief period until Christ Himself intervenes to crush it.

Did the FBI Leak Deportation Raid Plans to a Gang? Border Czar Homan Thinks So

After an internal leak jeopardized a deportation mission, President Donald Trump’s border czar is alleging that bad actors within the FBI may have been responsible. Border czar and former U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) chief Tom Homan confirmed Monday night that he’s closer to identifying the individual who leaked information regarding an ICE raid in Aurora, Colorado to members of the Tren de Aragua (TDA) gang. The raid, carried out last week, initially targeted at least 100 TDA members, but ICE officers ultimately only arrested one, after the leak provided gang members a chance to evade ICE.

“We think it’s coming from inside. And we know the first leak in Aurora is under current investigation. We think we’ve identified that person,” Homan said in a Fox News interview. He explained that leaking information regarding ICE operations is more than just “giving the bad guys a heads-up so they can escape apprehension,” but is actually “putting officers’ lives at risk. It’s only a matter of time before we walk into a place where there’s going to be a bad guy who doesn’t care. He’s going to be sitting in wait to ambush an officer. This is not a game.”

Homan confirmed that “some of the information we’re receiving tends to lead toward the FBI” as the source of the leak. He added, “I talked to the deputy attorney general all this weekend. They’ve opened up a criminal investigation, and they have promised that not only will this person lose their job and lose their pension, they will go to jail.” U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi committed to prosecuting the individual responsible for the leak. “If anyone leaks anything, people don’t understand that it jeopardizes the lives of our great men and women in law enforcement,” she said in an interview Sunday. Bondi pledged, “If you leaked it, we will find out who you are, and we will come after you.”

U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Kristi Noem also named the famous federal law enforcement agency as a likely culprit after information regarding another ICE raid in Los Angeles was leaked. “The FBI is so corrupt. We will work with any and every agency to stop leaks and prosecute these crooked deep state agents to the fullest extent of the law,” Noem declared.

Shortly after Trump returned to the White House, a planned ICE raid in Chicago had to be rescheduled after information regarding the raid was leaked to The Wall Street Journal. Homan reported Monday that the leaks will not stop deportations. “I’m going to double the manpower in those sanctuary cities,” he warned, adding, “If we can’t get them in their homes, we’ll get them at their place of employment.” The border czar continued, “Sanctuary cities are a sanctuary for criminals, bottom line. So, we’re going to do everything we can to find them. Regardless of what it takes, [we’ve] got a strong president in the White House; he’s giving us all the authority we need. We’re coming.”

According to reports ICE has posted on social media, the agency made over 8,200 arrests from the time Trump returned to office and the end of January. The agency has not yet posted data for the month of February. Although he has explained that deportation numbers may seem low while ICE focuses its efforts on arresting violent illegal immigrants, Homan affirmed late last month that he intends to increase the number of daily arrests and deportations. “We’ve got to do more. We’ve got to open that aperture up, which we’re going to do,” he said at the time, adding, “And we need more deportations, a lot more deportations, and that’s what we are working on.”

U.S. Citizen’s Elections Bill Of Rights: Another Important Step in the Right Direction

Since it has not been acknowledged or published by the legacy media, very few people are fully aware of one of the main reasons why Trump won in 2024… Here it is —

Since 2020, TENS OF THOUSANDS OF HOURS went into publicly exposing bad election policies, plugging election loopholes, upgrading states’ election legislation, filing hundreds of good lawsuits (mostly by the RNC), getting Republicans to vote, etc., etc.

Most of these efforts were done for free by dedicated, patriotic, citizen volunteers.

A superior example is that NC attorney Cleta Mitchell lead an informal group of patriots interested in election reform, and they met online on Friday mornings. Every Friday morning — since early 2021! I know as I attended several of these TWO HUNDRED (200+) private meetings since the beginning.

There are MANY unsung heroes in this group (and elsewhere). I won’t mention their names, as they don’t feel that being a patriotic citizen warrants special recognition. One of many outgrowths of these meetings was a more formal organization: Election Integrity Network.

The group’s latest worthy effort is that they have just released a U.S. Citizens Election Bill of Rights (posted below). They are working with some key Republican Congressional people, so some of these will likely get incorporated into federal legislation.

This is a living document, so if you have any constructive suggestions for improvement, please post them in the Comments, below.

U.S. Citizen’s Elections Bill Of Rights

We, the Citizen Voters of the United States do hereby proclaim this Elections Bill of Rights to secure the integrity of America’s elections, which are the bedrock of America’s constitutional republic; so that our elections are protected from fraud, manipulation, and error, free from foreign interference and influence, enabling the citizens of the United States of America to faithfully give to or withdraw our consent from those who seek to govern our nation, our states, and our local communities, enshrining in the laws of our nation the following principles:

I. Only US Citizens Participate in US Elections, in Any Manner

  • Documentary proof of citizenship / confirmation of citizenship status to register
  • States adopt Only Citizens Vote constitutional amendments
  • States must confirm citizenship status of current registered voters; compare voter rolls to state DMV / other data
  • Social Security Administration must confirm citizenship status per HAVV
  • DHS must provide data to states at no cost to confirm citizenship status for any new registration, current voter lists, upon request
  • ID for voting must clearly state CITIZEN on the ID; only IDs issued to US Citizens and state residents can be used for registration and voting
  • Eliminate registration at any agency other than election offices and DMV
  • No registrations added to voter rolls unless confirmation of identity, residency and US citizenship; States must confirm missing ID for residency, identity, citizenship or remove from rolls
  • Federal (and state) Census to confirm citizen population, apportion representation among states and base all representative districts (local, state, federal) on citizenship population only
  • Prohibit foreign money in issue campaigns and elections, directly or indirectly, with criminal penalties for violation
  • Prohibit foreign ownership of voting equipment companies and/or election related systems, prohibit foreign made or ownership of software or parts used in voting equipment

II. Voter ID For All Votes / Voters: Acceptable ID Confirms Citizenship

  • Photo ID for all methods of voting
  • Permissible ID for voting can only be type that confirms identity, residency, and US citizenship
  • Additional verification for people voting by mail (QR Code, Valid passport, or other non-subjective identifier linked to unique voter registration number)

III. All Vote on Election Day, Except Qualified Absentee Voters; Results Election Night

  • In-person voting on Election Day, no early voting
  • Vote in precinct polling places, limit size of precincts so all can vote on Election Day
  • Establish criteria for eligibility to vote absentee
  • Require verification of identity of citizenship, identity and residency of all voters, using proper ID; no vote can be counted until verified eligible voter
  • Eliminate Same Day Registration
  • Processing and tabulation of absentee ballots must be conducted in public
  • Absentee ballots received by close of polls on Election Day, no ballot ‘curing’ or extended deadlines for ANY ballots
  • Absentee ballots verified in advance, but tabulated and reported on Election Night

IV. Confirm Citizenship, Identity, & Residency of All Voters, Rigorous Voter Roll Maintenance

  • Compare voter registration lists against citizenship data, confirm identity and residency of all current registrants
  • Require regular, ongoing list maintenance by all jurisdictions
  • Repeal blackout periods for list maintenance under federal and state law
  • Publish qualified voter list before Election Day; list of who voted within three (3) days of election
  • Election offices must accept documentation of bad registrations from citizens; act on citizen challenges
  • Institute procedures for USPS and DMV to notify election office of registrants’ moving
  • Penalties for election officials’ failure to clean voter rolls, retain private right of action to enforce
  • List Maintenance records are public records, even if outsourced to vendor
  • Prohibit sharing of DMV data with any 3rd party or nongovernmental entity

V. Replace All Vulnerable / Insecure Voting Technology; Only Pre-Printed Secure Paper Ballots, Hand-Marked

  • Eliminate touchscreens, ballot marking devices, QR Codes read by machines
  • Allow for certain technology solely for disabled voters, supervised, pre-approved
  • Prohibit internal modems and all remote access capability for any voting technology
  • Mandatory, public pre-election testing of all technology used in elections, not vendor controlled
  • No foreign-owned voting equipment companies, no foreign-made voting equipment, databases, parts, or software
  • Manual confirmation and backup for any technology process, including tabulation, e-poll books,
  • Publish results at each voting location prior to delivery to county, then to state, to allow comparison of results and data by public
  • All voting technology built on open-source hardware and software; eliminate proprietary code

VI. Confirm Accuracy of Election Results Pre-Certification; Require Post Election Independent Audits

  • Require precinct, county/city, AND state reconciliation of number of voters to equal number of ballots to equal number of votes
  • Confirm by statute certification is discretionary, not ministerial, to ensure accuracy of results
  • Require independent post-election audits of election procedures & results by state auditors / 3d party (not the election offices auditing themselves)
  • Eliminate risk-limiting and other pretend ‘audits’

VII. Ensure Transparency of Elections and Election Records

  • Ensure all processing, voting, tabulation procedures are open to meaningful public observer and media access
  • ALL election records (including electronic) are by law public records that must be retained for 24 months
  • Publish/ make available at no cost all election records (redacted PII), including all chain of custody documents, cast vote records, ballot images, electronic and all other records related to the election
  • Citizen standing to sue if records are withheld or destroyed
  • Provide civil and criminal penalties for withholding / destroying election records

VIII. Protect Deployed Military Voters, Separate from Overseas Civilians

  • Separate procedures for registration / voting by overseas civilian citizens from deployed military
  • For military:
  • Apply to all active-duty deployments, not just overseas
  • Allow registration / voting if prior resident, registration in state
  • Allow email/fax FPCA, voting
  • Require copy of military ID or valid US passport
  • If no prior registration / residency in state, allow voting in District of Columbia
  • For civilians:
  • Require copy of valid US passport to register/vote from overseas
  • Require prior residency, registration in a state to register / vote in the state
  • Require proof of overseas residence (lease, other documentation)
  • If no prior residency or voter registration in state, limit to presidential only, count with District of Columbia voters

IX. Eliminate Leftwing Billionaire Election Schemes

  • Prohibit ranked choice voting, National Popular Vote, other concocted voting methods
  • Protect one person, one vote and Constitutional framework from radical leftwing billionaires

X. Citizen Standing to Enforce Election Laws; Protect Laws from Leftwing Legal Apparatus; Accountability & Penalties for Violations

  • Citizens have statutory standing to enforce election laws (such as appeal of HAVA decisions), and to enforce election statutes against officials ignoring / breaking election laws
  • Election law challenges require facts establishing particularized injury to individuals impacted or to be impacted, not speculative assertions by groups
  • Election laws should be self-executing, with severe penalties for violations

Deep State Officials Opposing Tulsi Gabbard’s Nomination Have Close Ties To Defense Contractors, Censorship Tools

Numerous officials that signed a letter opposing Tulsi Gabbard’s nomination for Director of National Intelligence (DNI) are tied to groups targeting “election misinformation,” left-wing organizations, intelligence agencies and defense contractors.

Certain members of Foreign Policy for America, the group behind the letter, are linked to entities from Lockheed Martin to George Soros’s Open Society Foundations. Nearly 100 national security officials published a letter calling for a “thorough vetting” of Gabbard, and it was addressed to Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer and soon-to-be Majority Leader John Thune.

Former Deputy Secretary of State Wendy Sherman criticized Gabbard’s views on the Russia-Ukraine war, former head of U.S. counterintelligence Joel Brenner blasted the nomination as “an insult to our intelligence agencies,” and former Senior CIA officer Melvin Gamble said her nomination “should worry any American who cares about keeping our country safe.”

But these very same people are part of the cohort of intelligence officials President-elect Donald Trump has signaled he wants to remove from power.

“This is a perfect example of why President Trump chose Tulsi Gabbard for this position,” Gabbard’s transition spokeswoman Alexa Henning told the Daily Caller.

“These unfounded attacks are from the same geniuses who have blood on their hands from decades of faulty ‘intelligence,’ including the non-existent weapons of mass destruction. These intel officials continue to use classification as a partisan weapon to smear and imply things about their political enemy without putting the facts out.”

Much of the group’s criticism levied at Gabbard centered around her 2017 meeting with then-Syrian President Bashar al-Assad. Much of that criticism has been absent for Democratic California Rep. Nancy Pelosi, who also met with Assad in 2007.

Sherman, for her part, previously criticized Trump for attempting to remove U.S. troops from Syria in 2018.

Asaad fled the country and escaped to Russia after the oppositional coalition Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) overthrew his regime last week. HTS is considered a terrorist organization by many of the world’s governments, including the United States. The group’s leader, Abu Mohammed al-Golani, was previously a leader of an al-Qaeda affiliate in the country.

Before she criticized Gabbard for speaking with a foreign dictator, Sherman negotiated with terrorists on behalf of the Obama administration. She was his Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs and played a key role in negotiating the Iran nuclear deal. The Obama administration unfroze nearly $2 billion in assets for the Iranian regime in 2016.

Rose Gottemoeller, Joel Brenner, and Brian P. McKeon all served in the Obama administration and slammed Gabbard’s nomination. President Obama launched a CIA program in 2013 aimed at removing Assad, but it was ultimately a failure, and Trump ended the program in 2017.

Gabbard called Assad a “brutal dictator” in an interview with CNN in 2019, and has defended the meeting as a means of preventing America from being involved in foreign entanglements.

“He’s a brutal dictator. Just like Saddam Hussein. Just like Gaddafi in Libya,” Gabbard told CNN.

Some of the officials opposing Gabbard’s nomination are affiliated with organizations focused on combating “disinformation” in elections. Sherman currently serves as a senior fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School’s Belfer Center. Former Deputy Secretary of Homeland Security, John Tien, also signed the letter and is a senior fellow at the Belfer Center.

The Belfer Center was involved in the Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Agency’s (CISA) training seminars on election “disinformation,” according to a CISA “Disinformation in 2020” YouTube video. The CISA relied on the Center’s “Defending Digital Democracy Project” (D3P), which is led by former Army intelligence officer Eric Rosenbach, and Hillary Clinton and Mitt Romney’s former campaign managers.

The Belfer Center also partnered with The National Democratic Institute (NDI) and The International Republican Institute (IRI) to tackle “misinformation in elections,” both of which are funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), according to USA Spending.

USAID, which has been accused of being a CIA front, has multiple alumni who signed the letter, including Donald Sampler and Dr. Eric Rudenshiold. Additionally, the Executive Director of Foreign Policy for America, Andrew Albertson, worked in the USAID’s Office of Transition Initiatives (OTI).

Multiple Foreign Policy for America members are also tied to Princeton University’s Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs, which recently held a discussion with never-Trump neoconservative Bill Kristol. In September 2024, it had an event on “free and fair elections” about “threats of foreign interference, disinformation, [and] political violence.”

Former Chief of Staff of the Commission Security and Cooperation in Europe, Alex T. Johnson, signed the letter and was senior policy advisor for Europe and Eurasia at George Soros’s Open Society Foundations until February 2019.

Aside from ties to left-wing organizations combating “disinformation,” some of the members are linked to defense contractors or groups funded by them.

The Woodrow Wilson Center received funding from Lockheed Martin in 2023. Ambassadors Anthony Stephen Harrington and Kenneth S. Yalowitz are both fellows and signed the letter opposing Gabbard’s nomination. John D. Butler, another official listed on the letter, was previously on the board of Lockheed Martin.

Rose Gottemoeller, who stated Gabbard has “serious red flags,” is a senior fellow at the Carnegie Endowment for National Peace’s nuclear program. Carnegie received funding from Boeing and Soros’s Open Society Foundations, according to its 2023 report.

Former Ambassador Kenneth S. Yalowitz and former Acting Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Annie Pforzheimer, who signed the letter, are both members of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR). The CFR is funded by Lockheed Martin and Northrop Grumman in addition to Blackrock, various banks, and tech giants like Google, according its list of corporate members.

Another official, former Deputy Secretary of State for Management and Resources Brian P. McKeon, is Senior Director of the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement. Classified documents from then-Vice President Joe Biden were discovered at the Penn Biden Center office in 2022.

Last Monday, however, hundreds of veterans endorsed Gabbard’s nomination and lauded her military service.

“As a Member of Congress and as a civilian, Tulsi has been a stalwart advocate for veterans’ health concerning toxic exposures and cancer care as a result of our fellow veterans’ military service. Tulsi’s life exemplifies a rare blend of selflessness, courage, and leadership—qualities desperately needed to reform and strengthen our intelligence community,” their letter reads.

Voter Fraud—The ONLY Issue That Matters in 2024

No, it’s not “the economy, stupid,” in spite of the schizophrenic stock market since our remarkably resilient capitalistic economy ran head into the socialist-cum-communist Biden-Harris regime, with its $1.8-trillion deficit.

And no, it’s not domestic policy, where we have had the luxury of being on the receiving end of:

  • High taxes.
  • High food prices.
  • High gas prices.
  • Sky-high regulations.
  • Alarmingly high crime rates throughout the country, particularly in states run by Democrats, where arrests are few, bail is nonexistent, and raging criminals enjoy no consequences for their assaults, rapes, murders, racist attacks, et al.
  • Eleven million illegal and unvetted aliens are further draining our economy  thanks to the largesse of this regime, which is housing them in fancy hotels, providing food, healthcare, iPhones, education for their children, even monthly stipends that are higher than what American families and veterans receive.

And no, it’s not foreign policy in which:

  • We’ve spent trillions of dollars supporting thugs like Zelenskyy in Ukraine but couldn’t find the funds, as ace investigative journalist Kelleigh Nelson spells out, to help the ravaged victims of the government-manipulated hurricanes Helene and Milton in several southern “red” states. Talk about a pre-election October Surprise!
  • There are now five wars that didn’t exist four years ago—in Yemen, Darfur, Myanmar, Ukraine, and Israel… costing us more trillions of dollars and precious lives.
  • The Biden-Harris regime is indefensibly antagonistic to our trusted and invaluable ally, Israel, as they have waffled on their support and threatened an arms embargo for that tiny Jewish state, surrounded and at war with seven menacing enemies whose charters call for its complete annihilation and death to every Jew on earth. And yet a president who threatens Israel not to destroy the Iranian nukes.

CRUNCH TIME

Clearly, the only thing Democrats have cared about for the past hundred years is winning elections at any cost, the better to inflict their strangulating socialist/communist and now Islamist style of government on the American people.

And in the past four years in particular, they’ve been maniacally obsessed with lodging phony lawsuits against President Trump in order to ensure that he is not reelected, even if the perpetual sore losers of the left have to buy the guns they say they hate in order to assassinate him.

Why? Because the business mogul and non-politician Citizen Trump won the 2016 election by exposing:

  • “The Swamp’s” systemic lawlessness, corruption, and treason.
  • The Democrats’ America-Last policies.
  • The leftist bias of the bought-and-paid-for Media Whores.
  • The Democrat racism that has kept blacks uneducated, impoverished, and imprisoned for decades on end because of the welfare system they created that promises food, housing, education, medical care, et al, to women and says they can have as many children as they desire, with only one iron-clad rule: if you get married, you lose all benefits! Hence, tragically, the decades of broken families.
  • The horrific trade deals that benefited foreign nations, but not America .
  • The fallacy that no Mideast peace is possible without striking a deal with the hostile-to-Israel Arabs who insist on calling themselves “Palestinians.” Really? See President Trump’s colossally successful Abraham Accords.

METHOD TO THEIR MADNESS

Dozens of books have spelled out in scandalous detail how Democrats have stolen elections over the past many decades by enlisting the votes of illegal aliens, absentee voters who simply don’t exist, and of course dead voters.

Among the most riveting are:

Then there is Ballot Harvesting, a scheme exclusively used by Democrats to, ahem, win elections. How does it work? According to CA political commentator Stephen Frank, someone––campaign worker, minor, illegal, etc.––goes door to door to “help” people fill out ballots that strangely favor Democrats, and refuses to collect ballots from anyone they suspect of voting the “wrong” way. They even pay them to vote the “right way.”

Intimidation is common and nothing stops them from altering ballots or throwing out ballots for the undesired candidate.

According to the National Conference of State Legislatures, in 2020, 26 states allowed this fraudulence, a practice that was aggressively and successfully challenged by Tom Fitton of electionintegrity@judicialwatch.org.

Not to omit the now-defunct ACORN (Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now)—a massive group of over 500,000 members which operated nationwide since 1970, registering voters and helping people sign up for government-financed programs.

ACORN was exposed for its criminal activities in 2009 by James O’Keefe, founder of The Veritas Project, resulting in multiple convictions for massive voter fraud in several states, and it closed its doors in 2010, although it is believed that splinter groups formed and are active to this day.

Writer Barbara Kralis maintains that “America’s election mail-in ballot scam has been a huge problem the last four national elections. Democrats and organized union officials keep ‘miraculously’ finding lost mail-in ballot boxes (fake ballots) on the days following each of the last four elections,” leading to highly suspect Democrat victories. And Dinesh D’Souza’s film, “2000 Mules,”  shows in real time how the massive fraud of the 2020 election was executed. Jaw-dropping!

LET ME COUNT THE WAYS

Just the other day, Kamala Harris’s Department of Justice––in a can’t-make-it-up act––sued the state of Virginia  for removing illegals from its voter rolls!

The last time I kept track of such desperate––and illegal––measures was just a few years ago, and here is just a tiny sampling of the vote-rigging methods used exclusively by Democrats that I discovered:

Linda Goudsmit, author of The Book of Humanitarian Hoaxes: Killing America with ‘Kindness‘ and the just-released Space Is No Longer the Final Frontier-Reality Is, sees the upcoming election as another “sinister leftist, Islamist, globalist attack on America.”

“We are only weeks away from the 2024 election,” she said, and “the enemies of America are desperate and behaving like cornered animals poised for attack. Their survival is at stake because if POTUS 45 is reelected, he will take down the Deep State and expose them all. They know it and Trump knows it.”

Goudsmit’s point is really the crux of the Democrats’ desperation these past four years. With a Trump victory, you can be sure that over the next few months, the powers-that-be will be handing out dozens of indictments to the many criminals from Barack Obama’s Federal Bureau of Investigation, Department of Justice, Central Intelligence Agency, Homeland Security, State Department, and every other department of our government, including the Military, in which Obama implanted his hate-America agents to commit either sedition or treason in the name of actualizing a genuine coup d’état against both a sitting president and America the Beautiful itself

With now three assassination attempts, I only hope that President Trump has a dozen  private armed guards and a food taster!

ELECTION FRAUD MICHIGAN: Detroit Hires 50 Republican vs 2,300 Democrat Poll Workers!

Lawsuit: RNC Claims Detroit Hired Seven Times More Democrat than Republican Poll Workers

The Republican National Committee (RNC) is accusing Detroit, Michigan’s election commission of hiring more Democrat than Republican poll workers as the presidential election approaches.

The RNC has slapped the Election Commission of the City of Detroit with a lawsuit that alleges officials broke state law by hiring over seven times more Democrats than Republicans for those roles, Fox News reported on Friday.

The outlet continued:

Michigan requires that the board of election commissioners “shall appoint an equal number, as nearly as possible, of election inspectors in each election precinct from each major political party,” according to Section 168.74 of the state’s election law.

However, the city of Detroit hired about 2,300 Democratic poll workers and only about 300 Republican election inspectors for the state’s 2024 primary election, according to the Detroit Election Commission Report cited in the lawsuit.

In a statement to Fox News, RNC Chairman Michael Whatley and Co-Chair Lara Trump stated, “Detroit’s failure to hire Republican poll workers is the kind of bad-faith Democrat interference that drives down faith in elections.”

It is important to note that the RNC and Trump campaign recently surpassed 150,000 poll watchers and workers after setting a goal of 100,000 for their election integrity program, according to Breitbart News:

The RNC and Trump campaign announced the launch of the massive election integrity program earlier in 2024, describing it as the “most extensive and monumental election integrity program in the nation’s history.”

Every battleground state will have an election integrity hotline, and with that comes poll watching, which is a massive part of the program. Along with this comes “comprehensive training sessions” every month on election monitoring. In fact, in late July, the GOP celebrated 100 days until the election by holding a nationwide election integrity training event.

In September 2022, the RNC criticized the cities of Kalamazoo and Flint, Michigan, once city leaders appointed significantly fewer Republican election inspectors than Democrats, Breitbart News reported at the time.

“Under Michigan law, local election commissions must hire an equal number of Republican and Democrat poll workers. However, Kalamazoo and Flint officials significantly deviated from this requirement,” the outlet said.

The case is Republican National Committee v. Election Commission of the City of Detroit in the Michigan Circuit Court for the County of Wayne.

The History of Kamala Harris

For your knowledge and interest about the Biden VP.  Here is a timely editorial that exposes the hidden background of Kamala Harris from the Combat Veterans for Congress Political Action Committee that is posted here with permission of the author. CVFC PAC supports the election of US military combat veterans to the US Senate and House of Representatives. The editorial begins:

Kamala Harris’ father was an avowed Marxist professor in the Economics Department at Stanford University in Palo Alto, CA. Both of Harris’ parents were active in the Berkeley based Afro-American Association; Fidel Castro and Che Guevara were the heroes of the Afro-American Association.

The group’s leader, Donald Warden (aka Khalid al-Mansour), mentored two young Afro-American Association members, Huey Newton and Bobby Seale; they created the Maoist inspired Black Panther Party which gained strong support from Communist China; the Black Panther Party served as the model for creation of the Black Lives Matter Marxist organization Khalid al-Mansour subsequently went on to arrange financing and facilitated for Barack Hussein Obama to be accepted as a
student to matriculate at Harvard Law School.

Following her graduation from college, Harris returned to California and subsequently became the mistress of the 60-year-old married Speaker of the California Assembly, Willie Brown, Jr. Brown’s political campaigns were supported and funded by Dr. Carlton Goodlett, the owner of The Sun Reporter and several other pro-Communist newspapers.

Brown was elected as Mayor of San Francisco, and strongly endorsed Harris’ Marxist political philosophy; he guided Harris’ political rise in California politics, leading to her election as California’s Attorney General. Willie Brown, Jr. was a well-known long-time Communist sympathizer. Willie Brown, Jr. was initially elected to public office with the substantial help of the Communist Party USA.

Today, Willie Brown is widely regarded as one of the Chinese Communist Party’s best friends in the San Francisco Bay Area.

While serving as San Francisco District Attorney, Kamala Harris mentored a young San Francisco Radical Maoist activist, Lateefah Simon, who was a member of the STORM Revolutionary Movement; Simon currently chairs the Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) Board. Simon has always been close friends with the founder of Black Lives Matter Marxist Domestic Terrorists, Alicia Garza, as well as STORM member and avowed Communist, Van Jones. Harris has been openly and aggressively supporting Black Lives Matter Marxists; Kamala Harris is still closely associated with Maoist Lateefah Simon and Marxist Alicia Garza.

Kamala Harris’s sister Maya Harris was a student activist at Stanford University. She was a closely associated with Steve Phillips, one of the leading Marxist-Leninists on campus and a long-time affiliate with the League of Revolutionary Struggle, a pro-Chinese Communist group.

Phillips came out of the Left, and in college he studied Marx, Mao, and Lenin, and maintained close associations with fellow Communists. Phillips married into the multi billion dollar Sandler family of the Golden West Savings and Loan fortune. He funded many leftist political campaigns, and the voter registration drives in the Southern and South Western states in order to help his friend, Barack Hussein Obama, defeat Hillary Clinton. Phillips has been a major financial sponsor for Kamala Harris’s political campaigns for various California elective offices.

Harris’ husband, Doug Emhoff works for the law firm DLA Piper, which “boasts nearly 30 years of experience in Communist China with over 140 lawyers dedicated to its ‘Communist China  investment Services’ branch. He was just appointed to Professor at Yale to school future lawyers in the fine points of Communism. When she was elected to the US Senate, Kamala Harris appointed a Pro-Communist Senate Chief of Staff, Karine Jean-Pierre. Jean-Pierre was active with the New York-based Haiti Support Network. The organization worked closely with the pro-Communist China/Communist North Korea Workers World Party and supported Jean-Bertrand Aristide, the far-left Communist former president of Haiti and the radical Lavalas movement.

Fortunately for Harris, but potentially disastrous for the Republic, elected office holders are not subject to the security clearance process. If the FBI did a Background Investigation on Kamala Harris, she never would have passed, because of her 40-year close ties with Marxists, Communists, Maoists, and Communist China. Harris would never have been approved for acceptance to any of the 5 Military Service Academies, been appointed to a US Government Sub-Cabinet position, or would have been approved to fill a sensitive position for a high security defense contractor. Yet, since Joe Biden was elected, Harris could be a heartbeat away from being President.

The US constitutional Republic is being threatened by the People’s Republic of Communist China (PPC) externally, and by their very active espionage operations within the United States. The People’s Republic of Communist China (PPC), with 1.4 billion people, is governed by the 90 million member Chinese Communist Party (CCP), that has been working with Russia to destroy the US Constitutional Republic for over 70 years.

If the American voters read the background information (in Trevor Loudon’s article) on Kamala Harris, they would never support her election as Vice President of the United States. Joe Biden is suffering from the early onset of dementia and will continue to decline in cerebral awareness; he will never be able to fill out a four-year term of office. Since Biden was elected, the Socialists, Marxists, and Communist who control Kamala Harris, are planning to enact provisions of the 25th Amendment, in order to remove Joe Biden from office, so Harris can become the first Communist President of the United States.

Since Biden was elected, because Biden would not be up to it, Kamala Harris would lead the effort to appoint very dangerous anti-American Leftist, Communist, Socialists, and Marxists to fill highly sensitive positions in the Washington Deep State Bureaucracy. She would fill all appointive positions in the US Intelligence Agencies, in the Department of Homeland Security, in the Department of Defense, in The Justice Department, the Department of State, the FBI, the CIA, most cabinet positions, the National Security Council, and in the White House Staff.

American voters must alert their fellow Americans that Kamala Harris is a very serious National Security threat to the very survival of the US Constitutional Republic; she has been a fellow traveler of Marxists, Communists, Maoists, Socialists, Progressives, and Chinese Communists for over 35 years. President Trump had much more background information on Kamala Harris than we presented here, and he was correct, when he accused Kamala Harris of being a Communist subverter.

No, Joe Biden is not in charge of the federal government, but has any president since Nov. 22, 1963, really been ‘in charge?’

President Joe Biden made a lot of embarrassing gaffes in his so-called “Big Boy press conference” last night, Thursday, July 11, including his referral to Donald Trump as his vice president. Earlier in the day he had referred to Ukraine’s illegitimate (unelected) dictator Volodymyr Zelenskyy as “President Putin.”

But he made one other slip of the tongue that was perhaps the most telling of all and has not elicited much coverage in the corporate media. Watch video clip below.

Biden confirmed what we already have known for nearly four years, that he is not the one in control of policies, he is just following orders. He has his own “Commander in Chief,” as he stated. Even though he is theoretically holding the position of commander in chief, he has his own Commander in Chief, a superior officer to whom he reports, most likely on a daily, if not hourly, basis. He is being run.

But let’s be honest. Almost all presidents have been in this same position, to one extent or another. They all received the message that was sent very clearly on November 22, 1963, when President John F. Kennedy was brutally assassinated in what many believe was a CIA hit job.

In case future presidents still didn’t get the message, another one was sent on March 30, 1981, when President Ronald Reagan took an assassin’s bullet but survived.

If they still somehow didn’t get the message, another was sent when President Donald Trump had his entire administration undermined through false accusations about being a Russian “asset,” among other idiotic and uncreative assaults on the truth (OK, I admit the plandemic was pretty creative). The point is, the globalist deep state can literally make up anything and enough people will believe it because these same intel agencies who control the web of bureaucracies also control the corporate legacy media and the major social media platforms. They control the flow of information. They define what is regarded as accurate news and what is deemed “conspiracy theory.”

So, maybe Joe Biden is not just a doddering old fool. I mean, he is that, but due to his lack of a filter he often babbles his private thoughts out loud into a public microphone. I, for one, do not believe that all of his private thoughts are to be dismissed as the incoherent babblings a man who lacks all of his faculties. Some of what he says is dead-on truth that he simply wasn’t supposed to let leak.

Because he is not fully in control of his faculties, he is not as guarded in his speech as the previous presidents post 1963, which is when the initial coup took place, when our military and executive branch was ceded to the globalists in the intelligence agencies. That hidden hand still runs the show today in Washington, D.C.

Democrat Senator Chuck Schumer told us who was really in charge of Washington when he admitted to a corporate news journalist more than three years ago that the CIA has “six ways from Sunday of getting back at you” if you defy them. That was yet another dire and truthful warning to American politicians, presidents especially, who disobey their orders. Sure, some presidents have been more in charge of White House affairs than others. Men like President George Herbert Walker Bush were probably much more in charge of things because Daddy Bush came to the Oval Office straight out of the CIA and had been groomed his whole adult life for the presidency. I believe Barack Obama also was groomed from an early age by the intel agencies. But those who snuck up on the office and were not groomed, or were less groomed, had to be put in their place and were put in their place.
