Antisemitic protests near Disney World

Protesters with swastika flags and antisemitic signs gathered in multiple locations near Disney World and in Orlando, Florida, over Saturday.

Dozens of Neo-Nazi protesters gathered near Disney World and in nearby Orlando, Florida, yesterday.

Protesters waved flags with swastikas, displayed antisemitic signs, and shouted antisemitic slogans.

The local Jewish community condemned the protest and demanded that local authorities take action against similar incidents.

Anna Eskamani, representative of Florida’s 42nd district, criticized the protesters on X: “Sad to report that Nazi scum and losers are back in Winter Park, holding their disgusting flags and banner. Working with local officials to see what options we have for accountability.”

Ron DeSantis Signs Legislation Ending The ‘Corporate Kingdom’ Of Walt Disney World

Republican Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis signed legislation Monday ending the self-governing status and special privileges provided to Walt Disney World through the Reedy Creek Improvement District.

DeSantis made the announcement during a press conference in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. The legislation, titled HB 9-B, ends Disney’s self-governing status, establishes a new state-controlled district and imposes a five-member state control board, which is appointed by the governor. The board will also be confirmed by the state Senate.

“Allowing a corporation to control its own government is bad policy, especially when the corporation makes decisions that impact an entire region,” DeSantis said in a statement.

Here Is What The Legislation Does Specifically:

  • ENDS Disney’s self-governing status.
  • ENDS Disney’s exemption from the Florida Building Code and Florida Fire Prevention Code.
  • ENDS Disney’s exemption from state regulatory reviews and approvals.
  • ENDS Disney’s secrecy by ensuring transparency.
  • ENSURES that Disney will pay its fair share of taxes.
  • PREVENTS leftist local governments from using the situation to raise local taxes.
  • IMPOSES Florida law so that Disney is no longer given preferential treatment.
  • ENSURES that Disney’s municipal debt will be paid by Disney, not Florida taxpayers.

WATCH: 

“This legislation ends Disney’s self-governing status, makes Disney live under the same laws as everybody else, and ensures that Disney pays its debts and fair share of taxes,” DeSantis added.

The bill is 189 pages and would also make it so that the new representatives of the committee cannot have any previous relationship with Disney within the past three years.

Disney+ Will Now Ask You To Confirm No Parents Are In The Room Before Viewing Content

U.S.—Disney+ has announced some new parental features coming to the popular streaming platform. Now to ensure that parents do not get in the way of their children’s viewing experience, Disney+ will ask to confirm that no parents are in the room before viewing any content.

“We have to stick to our core values. And that’s to influence and fill young minds with content that we want them to see without Mommy and Daddy’s knowledge,” said Disney CEO Bob Chapek. “We believe children learn the most from a free environment, that’s not stifled by adult supervision.”

Now before viewing any content intended for children, users will have to confirm that no parents are in the room, only young susceptible children. They will be prompted to answer as follows: You must be 18 or younger, preferably in Kindergarten to 3rd Grade. Please confirm that no parents are in the room before continuing.

“We realized that parents have enough controls as it is,” explained Bob Chapek. “So we are giving children special tools so they can have a special educational time on Disney+. Now kids can learn without the oppressive, disapproving judgment of parents who think they know what’s best for their own kids”

At publishing time, Disney confirmed that any parents found violating the rules by staying and watching in the room are subject to legal fees and having their children taken away by Child Protective Services.

This clever husband has found a way to avoid all his responsibilities: he just deflects blame onto Vladimir Putin. Smart!

Sick. Truly sick. Even for the an irreligious, one cannot help seeing biblical undercurrents in the current low state of the America and the world.

In the meantime, remove Disney for possible family vacations.

I am a capitalist. I always stand with business but when businesses get political, all bets are off.

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis on Thursday slammed “woke” Disney CEO Bob Chapek over his criticism of a parental rights bill that progressives claim is anti-LGBTQ.

“When you have companies that have made a fortune off being family-friendly and catering to families and young kids, they should understand that parents of young kids do not want this injected into their kid’s kindergarten classroom,” DeSantis told Fox News.

“You have companies, like at Disney, that are going to say and criticize parents’ rights, they’re going to criticize the fact that we don’t want transgenderism in kindergarten in first-grade classrooms,” he continued.

“If that’s the hill they’re going to die on, then how do they possibly explain lining their pockets with their relationship from the Communist Party of China? Because that’s what they do, and they make a fortune, and they don’t say a word about the really brutal practices that you see over there at the hands of the CCP.

“And so in Florida, our policies got to be based on the best interest of Florida citizens, not on the musing of woke corporations,” he added.

The Parental Rights in Education bill, which bans school employees or third parties from giving classroom instruction on “sexual orientation” or “gender identity” in kindergarten through third grade, passed the state Senate Tuesday after passing the House last month.

Disney Continues to Prioritize Left-Wing Culture, Anti-Free Speech Legislation

Lifelong family-oriented supporters of the Walt Disney Company will be sad to learn that Disney is no ally to traditional social values.  2ndVote currently scores the Walt Disney Company at a measly 1.67 — and we’re not optimistic about that score improving in light of the company’s brainwashing of little children with an episode of their famed Muppet Babies television show promoting gender confusion.

There are several problems with Disney’s decision. First, biologically, there are just two sexes. Second, Disney should focus on wholesome entertainment, not overtly political social activism. Third, Disney has actively engaged on the issue of gender identity in a way which attempted to restrict the rights of millions of Americans.

We’ve been tracking Disney’s actions against traditional American values for years. In 2016, the company stood against North Carolina bill HB2, claiming that allowing business owners to choose their own bathroom policies was bigotry. Disney canceled events, costing local business owners a lot of money. More recently, Disney endorsed the Equality Act – a bill that has nothing to do with equality, and everything to do with pushing a very specific cultural agenda. Religious organizations would be under threat because of the Equality Act – a clear violation of Basic Freedoms found in the First Amendment.

When Disney puts its financial resources behind movements that seek to compel anti-American values, Americans suffer.  These movements are potentially harmful to everything from freedom of speech to religious liberty.  The next time you’re looking to enjoy some family-style entertainment, consider an alternative to Disney which won’t play against your traditional values.

The trick to the entertainment industry is that Hollywood Studios (owned by Disney), Universal Pictures (1.00), Netflix (2.29), and other top entities also rank poorly on the 2ndVote scale. They simply don’t support America’s constitutional and human freedoms of religion, speech, firearms, etc. Therefore, we encourage you to support regional theme parks like Kentucky Kingdom (3.00) and Six Flags (3.00) instead. As for digital entertainment, organizations like PureFlix (3.73) have the kind of wholesome, fun entertainment that Disney used to prioritize. We urge you to spend your hard-earned money with those organizations, and contact Disney and urge them to return to entertainment, not left-wing politics.
