New Mexico Audit Identifies Feature in Dominion Voting Machines that Allows Ballots to be Filled Out by Machine Itself

On Monday, the Otero County Commission held a special meeting on the 2020 election audit sanctioned by the County exposing shocking results from the 2020 election. The auditors  ound a feature within Dominion machines that would allow ballots to be filled out by the machine itself. They also found material issues with the voter rolls in the county. Furthermore, all of the ballot images from the 2020 Election were deleted and this occurred after Dominion worked on the voting machines in the county in June 2021.The Pinion Post is reporting that all of the ballot images disappeared from the machines after Dominion worked on them in June of 2021. Those images must be saved for over a year.

One commenter: “Dominion is an international criminal organization whose purpose is to deliver a result to those who pay for it.”

On Monday night in Alamogordo, Otero County, New Mexico, individuals involved in a 2020 Election audit presented results from their audit to date. They identified a number of issues and some very shocking issues as well.

The auditors found material issues with the voter rolls in the county.

The Pinion Post reported that per the auditors, all of the ballot images from the 2020 Election were deleted and this occurred after Dominion worked on the voting machines in the county in June 2021.

These Dominion errors come after the county auditors reported last week that the Dominion voting machines had an erroneous code in them that would force ballots to move to adjudication where the selections on the ballots are manually determined.

The Pinion Post reports:

Erin Clements was joined by her husband, David Clements, and expert witness Jeffrey Landberg, who was involved in finding apparent fraudulent activity in Antrim County, Michigan, during the 2020 election. Landberg has been helping with the data side of the audit after Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai of EchoMail, Inc. was intimidated out of participating in the audit by “threats from up high” from Democrats in the U.S. House of Representatives.

David Clements opened up his testimony on the apparent fraud by saying, “We’re told that the Lord abhors inaccurate weights and measures. What we’re finding is inaccuracy after inaccuracy after inaccuracy.” He added, “You have a potential crime scene in Otero County.
Clements said, “It appears you’re being held at gunpoint.” He said the County is a casualty of “lawfare” from “Congress and a bunch of operatives.”

Landberg echoed David Clements’ sentiments, saying, “If you even question election integrity, you get canceled.”

There were project files missing for the 2020 election in Otero County, according to Landberg. The voting machine company, Dominion Voting Systems, came out to “service” the units in June 2021, according to Otero County Clerk Robyn Holmes. Landberg concluded that Dominion “definitely had the possibility of erasing stuff.”

Landberg also noted how models of Dominion machines in Otero County had the capabilities of remote access from outside sources. He said manufacturers, such as Dominion “have led people to believe they don’t have that capability.” But they do have this capability, according to evidence provided by the Clements.

Landberg also noted that the Otero County audit found a feature within Dominion machines that would allow ballots to be filled out by the machine itself.

The audit team will present their work from their review of ballot images at a later date.

Biden Administration Urges Court Not to Allow Release of ‘Secret Report’ on Dominion Voting Machines

Top officials at a U.S. federal cybersecurity agency are urging a judge not to authorize at this time the release of a report that analyzes Dominion Voting Systems equipment in Georgia, arguing doing so could assist hackers trying to “undermine election security.”

The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) was recently provided an unredacted copy of the report, which was prepared by J. Alex Halderman, director of the University of Michigan Center for Computer Security and Society.

The report discusses “potential vulnerabilities in Dominion ImageCast X ballot marking devices,” or electronic voting devices, according to the government.

While CISA supports public disclosure of any vulnerabilities and associated mitigation measures with election equipment, allowing the release of the report at this point “increases the risk that malicious actors may be able to exploit any vulnerabilities and threaten election security,” government lawyers said in a Feb. 10 filing in the case.

The case was brought in 2017 by good-government groups and voters who say the lack of paper ballots undermines the voting process.

U.S. District Judge Amy Totenberg, an Obama nominee overseeing the case, was urged by CISA to reject attempts to release a redacted version of Halderman’s report for now.

CISA officials want to review the information in the report and help Dominion resolve the vulnerabilities identified before the report is released. They said they weren’t able to provide a date by which they’ll be finished.

Totenberg must weigh the request against the wishes of Georgia Secretary State Brad Raffensperger, a Republican and one of the defendants, who called in late January for the release to happen immediately.

John Poulos, Dominion’s CEO and president, said in a statement released by Raffensperger’s office that Halderman’s review lacked “a holistic approach,” adding that Dominion “supports all efforts to bring real facts and evidence forward to defend the integrity of our machines and the credibility of Georgia’s elections.”

Plaintiffs, including the Coalition for Good Governance, also support the release of the report, David Cross, one of their lawyers, confirmed to The Epoch Times.

The plaintiffs said in a filing before a copy was sent to CISA that the agency should get a copy and begin its evaluation process, but that the evaluation “should not unreasonably delay the public disclosure of the report, which must be promptly disclosed to Georgia state and county election officials, and filed on the public docket, so that public officials can secure the upcoming May primary elections.”

They asked Totenberg to order them to file a redacted version of the report on the docket, which would make it accessible to the public, no later than March 4.

According to reports in late September Dominion’s radical Leftist Eric Coomer made a “critical software change” to GA’s Dominion voting machines “without adequate testing or certification from the U.S. Election Assistance Commission”.

This was reported in the Atlanta Journal Constitution.

Now this…

A group of Georgia attorneys sued the state after news of the last minute changes to the Dominion voting machines. They called for paper ballots to be used instead of the controversial computer voting systems.

Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger called in Dominion’s Eric Commer to testify for him in the state’s defense.

GovTech.com reported:

Georgia election officials told a federal judge Monday that they’ll quickly correct a problem with touchscreen voting computers that left off the names of some of the 21 candidates in a special election for the U.S. Senate.

But attorneys suing the state government said they’re alarmed by technical difficulties so close to the time in-person early voting begins on Oct. 12. They want the government to replace the touchscreens with paper ballots filled out by hand.

Software on the state’s 30,000-plus touchscreens will be replaced to prevent an issue where the second column of U.S. Senate candidates sometimes didn’t appear. Those candidates included Republican U.S. Sen. Kelly Loeffler and Democrats Matt Lieberman, Ed Tarver and Raphael Warnock. Another Republican candidate, U.S. Rep. Doug Collins, wasn’t affected because his name appeared in the first column.

“The plaintiffs are flagging this as some apocalyptic scenario on social media, and it’s not. This is a very minor issue,” said Bryan Tyson, an attorney for Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger.

The issue, discovered last week during pre-election equipment testing in Douglas and Richmond counties, occurred when the second column of candidates didn’t appear because of a technical problem with how touchscreens communicated with their underlying Android operating system, said Eric Coomer of Dominion Voting Systems. He said the problem only happened rarely, when users made selections in a specific pattern.

David Cross, an attorney for the plaintiffs, said making a critical software change shows that the state’s voting technology is vulnerable to problems.

“This is far bigger than we originally thought,” Cross told U.S. District Judge Amy Totenberg. “It’s hard to imagine a more concerning scenario.”

He said the software upgrade is being made without adequate security testing or certification from the U.S. Election Assistance Commission. But Coomer said the change is minor and doesn’t require recertification.

Election officials halted testing in the 77 counties where it had begun after they learned about the problem, said Gabriel Sterling, statewide voting system implementation manager.

Trump says DHS cybersecurity chief Chris Krebs has been terminated

President Donald Trump announced Tuesday on Twitter that he has “terminated” top U.S. cybersecurity official Christopher Krebs. In a pair of tweets, Trump said that Krebs gave a “highly inaccurate” statement about the security of the 2020 presidential election.

‘Krebs, who heads the Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, is the latest Trump administration official to depart on the heels of the election.

WASHINGTON — President Donald Trump announced Tuesday on Twitter that he has “terminated” top U.S. cybersecurity official Christopher Krebs.

In a pair of tweets, Trump said that Krebs gave a “highly inaccurate” statement about the security of the 2020 presidential election. Trump, who has not yet conceded to president-elect Joe Biden, alleged that there were “massive improprieties and fraud.”

Twitter labeled the president’s tweets with a warning citing the claim about election fraud is disputed.

Krebs, who heads the Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, has previously said that there is no evidence that the elections were compromised by foreign interference.

Earlier on Tuesday, Krebs tweeted from his government account, “On allegations that election systems were manipulated, 59 election security experts all agree, “in every case of which we are aware, these claims either have been unsubstantiated or are technically incoherent.”

Less than an hour after Trump tweeted about his firing, Krebs wrote from his personal Twitter account that he was “honored to serve.”

He is the latest Trump administration official to depart on the heels of the election.

Last week, Trump fired Defense Secretary Mark Esper via Twitter and replaced him with Christopher Miller, director of the National Counterterrorism Center.

On the heels of Esper’s removal, a Trump administration official told CNBC’s Eamon Javers that “I assume FBI and CIA are next,” referring to FBI Director Christopher Wray and CIA Director Gina Haspel.

The Department of Homeland Security did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

The latest revelation comes as Trump has rejected the results of the U.S. presidential election. Other top administration officials, such as Vice President Mike Pence and Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, have publicly insisted that the election is not over.

Carone was sent to Detroit, Michigan, to provide technical support for the ballot counting process. While she was there she noted poll workers repeatedly double scanning ballots to generate multiple votes from the same batch of ballot sheets. Ms. Carone also witnessed election workers filling out ballots, fraudulently signing ballots, as well as the unloading of vans in an area of the Detroit election tabulation facility she was not permitted to inspect.

In video testimony, Detroit IT worker Melissa Carone, who was employed by Dominion Voting Systems as a contractor to keep an eye on ballot-counting machines, says she witnessed poll workers at the TCF Center repeatedly run the same batches of 50 ballots through counters sometimes up to eight, nine, 10 times.

What’s more, she said that while she was not allowed to touch ballots or stand directly over machines, she said only saw ballots marked for Biden during her entire 24-hour shift – not a single ballot for President Trump.

She also testified that there was no legitimate, legal oversight of the balloting process – that Democrats were essentially ‘watching’ Democrats. She also says she saw poll workers duplicating ballots while changing the votes on others, stealing results in the open.

Carone also said she reported her findings to the FBI, but at this point, there is no indication that the bureau – or the Justice Department – has done a thing to investigate.

Her revelations come amid others by Trump campaign lawyer Sidney Powell, who says she and other legal eagles working on behalf of the president have discovered substantial evidence of alleged payoffs, vote alterations, and other shenanigans related to Dominion and certain state elected officials whom she did not name.

And here’s some food for thought: If – if – widespread, open vote fraud against this president were going to take place, it makes perfect sense that it would be carried out in Democratic strongholds like Detroit, where there is a corrupt machine already in place.

In May, 2019 Four Democrat Senators questioned Dominion Voting machines’ ‘known vulnerabilities’

The biggest story in 2020 is about the massive election fraud taking places across America. The media (CNN, NBC, ABC, etc.), social media (Twitter, Facebook, Google), the Democrat Party and their supporters are doing anything and everything to make us believe that this is a hoax, a conspiracy theory, and just not true. Let’s look at the facts concerning election fraud in 2020.

The four pillars of Election Fraud in 2020 are:

  1. Voting machines (specifically Dominion Voting).
  2. Mail-in-ballots (people like West Virginian Jeff Harshman who posted on his Facebook page , “I voted 29 times by mail in 29 different districts in battleground states. Vote Joe no matter what!!!”)
  3. Faulty voter roles (dead people voting, people voting who do not live in the state in which the ballot is counted and “ghost voters”).
  4. Failures by the USPS to either deliver ballots (found in dumpsters), failure to properly post mark ballots (in swing states) or caught intentionally destroying ballots.

Let’s look in detail at #1 – Voting Machines.

The 2020 election has now focused, like a laser beam, on Dominion Voting machines, Sequoia Voting Systems and its parent company SmartMatic, as the primary system that has flipped votes from Trump to Biden. This flipping of votes from Trump to Biden was first discovered in Antrim County, Michigan.

Who is Dominion Systems and why are they suspect in 2020?

On August 14, 2018 in a column titled Louisiana doesn’t need any hacks in its election system Tim Morris wrote:

Election Systems and Software, one of the two losing bidders, complained that the [Louisiana] secretary of state’s office released add-on standards weeks later than allowed and that one set of standards was so specific that only Dominion Voting Systems would qualify, according to records obtained by The Associated Press. [Emphasis added]

In a May 27, 2019 Tech Crunch column titled Senators demand to know why election vendors still sell voting machines with ‘known vulnerabilities’ Zack Whittaker reported:

Four senior senators have called on the largest U.S. voting machine makers to explain why they continue to sell devices with “known vulnerabilities,” ahead of upcoming critical elections.

The letter, sent Wednesday, calls on election equipment makers ES&S, Dominion Voting and Hart InterCivic to explain why they continue to sell decades-old machines, which the senators say contain security flaws that could undermine the results of elections if exploited.

“The integrity of our elections is directly tied to the machines we vote on,” said the letter sent by Sens. Amy Klobuchar (D-MN), Mark Warner (D-VA), Jack Reed (D-RI) and Gary Peters (D-MI), the most senior Democrats on the Rules, Intelligence, Armed Services and Homeland Security committees, respectively. “Despite shouldering such a massive responsibility, there has been a lack of meaningful innovation in the election vendor industry and our democracy is paying the price,” the letter adds.

Their primary concern is that the three companies have more than 90 percent of the U.S. election equipment market share but their voting machines lack paper ballots or auditability, making it impossible to know if a vote was accurately counted in the event of a bug. [Emphasis added]

It gets worse

James Woods tweeted the following:

On November 14th, 2020 in an article titled The Vote-Switching Ghost in the Machine  Tony Thomas from Quadrant Online reported:

It now looks like Deep State criminals have tweaked voting machine software to switch Trump votes – possibly millions of them —  to Biden to create the illusion of a Democrat victory. You don’t have to believe me on this. If you still retain a smidgen of high-school algebra, the data patterns in voting in the swing state of Michigan speak for themselves.

A team of three engineers and software analysts have demonstrated that a minimum of 69,000 votes there were switched from Trump to Biden. Biden is supposed to have won Michigan and its 16 Electoral College votes by about 146,000 votes in an electorate of 5.4 million.

The Michigan auditing team was Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai, an MIT trained data scientist and Fulbright Scholar and now Republican Senate candidate; Bennie Smith, a Democrat and software engineer, data analyst and an election commissioner; and Phil Evans, engineer and data analyst. They analysed voting patterns in Michigan’s four biggest counties and concluded the patterns must have resulted from an inserted algorithm that switched salami-slices of votes from the Trump tally to the Biden column. The greater the voting support for Trump and Republicans, the bigger was the slicing-off for Biden.

Who is Right? Whos Claim Should be Disputed?

PBS News Hour did an analysis of the Dominion Voting system in Georgia, a state where the 2020 election recount is being currently disputed. Note that the Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger in the PBS News Hour report talks about the ability to “audit” the votes if there is a problem. Today this same Brad Raffensperger is refusing to do an audit.

In an Epoch Times column titled Election Data Team to Call 1.25 Million Voters Over Anomalies in 6 Contested States Charlotte Cuthbertson reports:

The former data and strategy director for President Donald Trump’s 2016 election campaign has canceled his vacation plans to comb through election data for voter fraud.

Matt Braynard and his wife had planned to be in the Dominican Republic, but “right now, this is where I’m needed,” he said on YouTube on Nov. 8.

Braynard has assembled a team to look for inconsistencies in the six contested states—Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin, Arizona, and Nevada.

So far, they’ve identified 1.25 million voter issues that they’re following up on through phone calls and against other databases.

The only way to determine who is right and who is wrong is to do a complete audit of the votes recorded by Dominion. Then, and only then, can each disputed states’ votes be certified.
