Netanyahu Calls on U.S. to Create New NATO-Like Military Alliance in the Middle East

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu spoke to a joint-session of Congress Wednesday, vowing “total victory” against Hamas while calling for the creation of a new multi-national military alliance that would deal with Israel’s primary Middle East nemesis, Iran.

Netanyahu’s speech did not seem in any way designed to lead to progress in months of U.S.—led pressure for Israel to stop its offensive and agree to a cease-fire.

The AP reported that Netanyahu’s speech was interrupted by frequent applause from mostly GOP lawmakers, while it met with stony silence from many leading Democrats in the chamber.

Netanyahu said the U.S. has a shared interest in his country’s fight against Hamas and other Iran-backed terrorist organizations such as Hezbollah in Lebanon.

Netanyahu said:

“America and Israel must stand together. When we stand together something really simple happens: We win, they lose.”

The Israeli leader called on the United States to create a new military alliance similar to NATO in the Middle East, the purpose of which would be to confront the “Iranian threat.”

It’s interesting that Netanyahu brought that up, because NATO just announced earlier this month it will soon open its first Middle East liaison office in Jordan, a fact that has many Muslims riled up as they see this as a further extension of Western power into the region.

According to a report by Financial World:

“The opening of the NATO liaison office in Amman is a natural progression of the long-standing relationship between NATO and Jordan,” NATO said in a press release, also calling Jordan “a beacon of stability in the regional and global context.” Numerous negative comments have emerged on social media, and many conspiracy theories have begun circulating.

Some believe NATO now intends to actively engage in conflicts in Gaza or Lebanon on behalf of Israel. This is not the first time in recent months that Jordan has faced such criticism. In April, after Iran targeted Israel with drones, Jordan played a significant role in defense against the attacks.

Jordan stated it was only protecting its airspace, but many Jordanians find this problematic. About 20 percent of the population is of Palestinian origin, including the queen, so many people support a Palestinian state.

Netanyahu, in his speech to Congress, blasted those protesting against Israel on college campuses and elsewhere in the U.S. He called protesters “useful idiots” for Israel’s adversaries.

Security removed protesters in the gallery who rose to display T-shirts with slogans demanding an end to the war and the freeing of remaining hostages.

Netanyahu got particularly adamant when he started talking about the U.S. protesters.

One Democrat member, Rep. Rashida Tlaib, held up a sign that said “WAR CRIMINAL” on one side and “GUILTY OF GENOCIDE” on the other. She remained seated during the entire speech.

Tlaib, a Muslim of Palestinian descent, has relatives in the West Bank and represents a district in Michigan with many Palestinians, many of whose grandparents immigrated to America in the 1930s and 40s to work in Henry Ford’s automobile factories.

Netanyahu accused the U.S. protesters of the Israel-Hamas war of standing with the terrorists, those who raped women, beheaded men, and burned babies alive in the Hamas attack on Oct. 7.

He said, “These protesters that stand with them, they should be ashamed of themselves.”

Netanyahu was scheduled to meet with Biden and Harris today, and with Trump at Mar-a-Lago on Friday.

Poll: Support for Israeli PM Netanyahu surges domestically

Breitbart reports today that domestic support for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is on the rise as the Jewish State’s war against the Iran-backed Islamic terror group Hamas advances, according to poll numbers showing the right-wing bloc in Israel nearing 60 seats.

Israel’s Channel 14 published the results of a survey conducted by Direct Polls on Monday, showing that if elections were held now, Netanyahu’s Likud Party would receive 26 mandates, one of its best numbers since the October 7 massacre — the most brutal attack on Jews since the Nazi Holocaust.

In a matchup for prime minister between Netanyahu and his longtime rival, centrist Benny Gantz, Netanyahu is the preferred candidate, securing 47 percent of the total sample’s support — at a yearly high — compared to Gantz’s 31 percent.

The poll also showed Gantz’s National Unity Party coming in second, receiving only 17 mandates.

“The people of Israel recognize we’re in a war for our national survival. And one thing is for sure, they view every effort to overthrow the government and force Israel to surrender as a reason to support Netanyahu more, not less,” wrote conservative American-Israeli columnist Caroline Glick.

NEWSRAEL: Just 3 days ago, we published a report by top Israeli political analyst Amit Segel Biden may spur another Netanyahu comeback – and as usual, Segel’s analysis was right on the money. Biden’s attempt to bring down Netanyahu only helped to make him stronger.

The ICC’s War Crimes

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s initial response to International Criminal Court chief prosecutor Karim Khan’s announcement that he intends to issue international arrest warrants against Israel’s leaders was brief and to the point: “The international arrest warrants won’t deter me. This is a political, biased decision. It is a disgrace and a shame. We will continue on until victory.”

Netanyahu’s response was correct but too narrow. True, Khan’s accusation that Israel under Netanyahu and Israel Defense Minister Yoav Gallant is deliberately starving Gazans and intentionally targeting civilians for death is a blood libel. Far from starving or deliberately killing civilians, Israel is doing more to protect the lives of the Palestinian population in the Gaza Strip than any military has done to protect the lives of civilians in war zones in human history.

The ICC’s goal in propagating this slander against the Jewish state is to criminalize the State of Israel and pave the way for its annihilation by denying it the right to self-defense.

While it’s true that Khan’s move is a shameful, nakedly political disgrace, it is also illegal. The ICC has no jurisdiction over Israel. Israel is not a signatory of the Rome Treaty, which founded the ICC, and set out its powers and jurisdiction. To get around that fact, the ICC illegally accepted “Palestine” as a signatory to the treaty.

The political entity that presents itself as the “Government of Palestine” is the Palestinian Authority. The P.A. was established in 1994 by force of the bilateral agreements the Palestine Liberation Organization signed with Israel during the 1990s. Those agreements—popularly known as the “Oslo agreements”—bar the P.A. from seeking membership as a sovereign state in international bodies, including the ICC.

The ICC’s lack of jurisdiction is only part of the legal problem with its move against Israel. In his statement on Monday, Khan drew a false moral equivalence between the crimes against humanity and acts of genocide Hamas committed on Oct. 7—meaning, the terror group’s invasion of Israel and slaughter, rape, torture and abduction of thousands of civilians and soldiers on the one hand, and the lawful acts of war that Israel has conducted against the Hamas terrorist regime and its terror army in response to that invasion and commission of atrocities.

Hamas is bound by its charter to commit genocide against the Jewish people worldwide and to annihilate the Jewish state. Khan’s allegations against Netanyahu and Gallant—and against the State of Israel more broadly—are predicated on blood libels originating from the Hamas regime in Gaza. In so acting, the ICC is providing material support for Hamas. That is, it is providing material support for a genocidal terror group engaged in a genocidal war against the Jewish people.

Unlike the libelous accusations Khan raised against Israel’s elected leaders, Khan’s provision of material support for Hamas’s war of genocide is an actual war crime.

Both houses of Congress are now advancing bills to sanction the ICC and its personnel for their illegal prosecution of Israel, a U.S. ally. It is essential that these bills be fast-tracked through the legislative process.

But two more actions should be taken.

Israeli PM Netanyahu to address Congress for record 4th time amid Hamas war and attacks on American Jews

Israel is fighting a war for it’s survival against Iran and it’s proxies. All while enduring a vicious propaganda assault from the radical Left. There is no one who is more qualified to speak on behalf of Israel and the Jewish people than Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. And there is no better platform than a joint session of the United States Congress.

The question is how many Democrats will boycott Netanyahu’s speech?

Schumer plans to join Johnson in inviting Netanyahu to address Congress

By Washington Examiner, May 2nd, 2024

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) gave his clearest indication yet that he will invite Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to deliver a joint address before Congress.

He intends to sign on to an invitation Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) drafted around a month ago, Schumer’s office confirmed to the Washington Examiner.

“The timing is being worked out,” the spokesperson said.

The statement, which follows Johnson’s acknowledgment of the draft invitation to the Hill, is only an incremental step toward the gesture and not altogether surprising. Schumer previously indicated his openness. But the development comes amid a period of intense bitterness between Washington Democrats and Netanyahu, who has defied the White House with his casualty-heavy war in Gaza.

In March, Schumer, the highest-ranking Jewish elected official in the United States, said Netanyahu had become an obstacle to peace and called for new elections in Israel…..

Nancy Pelosi Demands Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu Resign, Israel should permanently ban her from entering the Holy Land

Communist bottom feeding parasite Democrat Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) the former Speaker of the House kept her groupies under control in the Congress by forcing them to all wear virgin white outfits. Go figure right? The U.S. Virgin Islands probably should also be renamed just the “Islands” after Bill Clinton’s last visit there.

She, as in comrade Pelosi ran a tight ship and used her large political pectoral muscles adored in the past by her secret lover of 7 years President John F. Kennedy to illegally and unconstitutionally impeach President Trump twice.

Now this screaming harpy who should get royalty payments from the movie “Jason and the Argonauts” is calling on Israel’s brave and honorable Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to resign.

Don’t forget, Pelosi is part of the Military Industrial Complex and she blaming Netanyahu for blocking a two party state. Who in their right mind wants a terrorist state sitting next to Israel other than Pelosi?

Now Israel has been the land owner of the Gaza Strip and the West Bank plus its other territories since before the birth of Christ. So there is only one Israel with Muslim occupiers and squatters in these locals.

The Gaza Strip is gifted land by Israel to the so called Palestinians so the answer to this problem is to deport these Muslims back to where they originally came from like Iraq, Syria, Jordan and Lebanon.

Nancy Pelosi is the one who needs to resign for being President Kennedy’s alleged longest running mistress starting at age 15 and who was supposedly witnessed tiptoeing into Kennedy’s bedroom as the sun was setting.

She needs to resign for impeaching President Trump twice for no apparent reason other than for making a constitutionally protected phone call to the corrupt President of Ukraine and for telling his supporters to go home peacefully.

His second impeachment was adjudicated by the cockroach Pelosi while Trump was no longer president of the United States. Totally unconstitutional. The only President in history to be impeached from office when he was no longer in office.

She should also resign for her insider trading successes including her husbands investment of millions of dollars in computer-chip stocks while Pelosi and members of Congress were preparing to vote on legislation to subsidize the chip- manufacturing industry.

She should resign for providing aid and comfort to our enemies by voting for and providing them aid and comfort through Sanctuary city policies including the fecal capital of the world, her district San Francisco funded by U.S. citizen tax dollars.

She should resign for refusing to protect the American people by refusing to fund our Border Patrol and the much needed border wall, leaving our borders open and unsafe.

Stay strong folks November 5th 2024 will return a real American with a backbone back to the White House. He will restore global security and will be in office to continue his legacy. Much to the chagrin of Nancy Pelosi.

That man is Donald Trump.
