TalaFRICO Has Been at a Mental Hospital in Ohio not fighting the flu as reported

This Democrat Socialist, Universal Unitarialist (not Christian) freak Talarico running for Senate in Texas is a consummate liar and hypocrite who flip flops on issues as badly as Islamist El Sayed who is running for Senate in Michigan.

Was James Talarico Admitted to a Mental Health Facility in Ohio?

James Talarico is in one of the most competitive Senate races this cycle, and he disappeared from the campaign trail for almost two weeks. He supposedly reappeared this weekend to poke at Republican Texas AG Ken Paxton over debates, and his team showed him attending a Kacey Musgraves concert.

Talarico is once again being hailed as the Democrats’ best hope to win statewide in the Lone Star State, but his absence drew attention, especially since it looked like he checked into a mental health clinic. That’s not what his campaign said; it said he was sidelined with the flu. There’s a phone call seems to confirm he was a patient at the Lindner Center of Hope near Cincinnati, Ohio. Nick Sortor had the clip:

We’ll keep you updated. The Paxton campaign has trolled Talarico, releasing a press release asking for proof of life.

UPDATE: The Talarico campaign responds with a simple ‘this is a lie’ statement.

Seriously, Texas?

The left’s most popular streamer says out loud who would really be in charge if James Talarico wins the Texas Senate seat.

WATCH: Hasan Piker: “We are the force that allowed James Talarico to win this seat of power.”

“Hopefully, inshallah, after James Talarico wins,” Hasan Piker tells a crowd in this undated clip, and then goes on to heap scorn on Texas as a “no-shari’a state.” Piker then goes on to assure the crowd that Talarico will take marching orders from the Marxists and antisemitic activists if he knows what’s good for him: Hasan Piker says he’ll make sure James Talarico follows his far-Left agenda if he becomes a Senator: “After James Talarico wins…we have to remind him that…we are the force that allowed him to win this seat of power, and if he wants to maintain it he’s got to play ball.”… The Left has mainstreamed a deranged Jew-hatred that has become their own main motivating principle. They do not want to win an election; they want to win a revolution that will destroy constitutional order in Texas and America. Piker is among the vanguard of commissars that will enforce compliance, and Talarico is the stooge that will do what he’s told by the revolutionaries. (Hot Air.) Yesterday Talarico told a supporter that he’s just as radical on gender issues today as before, and today his socialist minders assure us that he will play ball with them.

Democrat James Talarico: Christians are ‘Christofascists,’ Islam is a ‘Path to Truth’

“My religion has done more damage”

Senate candidate James Talarico has very different ways of talking about Christianity and Islam.

Christians, according to Talarico, are ‘Christofascists’ who are practicing “Christofascism”.

Christianity is far more violent than Islam, according to him, and has caused far more damage to Islam than the other way around.

“Christianity is Season 2, and Islam is Season 3,” he told the New Yorker. “I’m Season 2—the most violent season. My religion has done more damage to both of those religions than they’ve done to each other.”

And, beyond that, all religions are basically the same and Islam is just as true as Christianity. “I always think of all the world’s faith traditions as a circle, with that divine mystery of the universe in the middle. We all have different names for that mystery, whether it’s God or Allah or Nirvana or Great Spirit. Whatever you call it, this is all different pathways to the same fundamental truth.”

The fundamental truth here being that none of the religions are true. Especially Christianity, which Talarico both hides behind and makes a special point of disliking, unlike Islam, which he clearly favors.

In 2021, Talarico posted on Facebook, “Texas has the largest population of Muslims in the country. Today I introduced legislation to add Imams to the list of religious officials who can perform marriage ceremonies in our state. As-salamu alaykum, y’all.”

Y’all.

James Talarico’s Progressive Theology Puts Texas, Christianity, and the Border on the Ballot

James Talarico’s Theological Relativism Should Alarm Every Texas Patriot.

As the 2026 race for the U.S. Senate in Texas heats up, voters are witnessing a stark contrast between incumbent Republican Attorney General Ken Paxton and his radical Democratic challenger, State Representative James Talarico. While Paxton stands firmly on a platform of securing the southern border, upholding the rule of law, and defending the foundational Christian heritage of the Lone Star State, Talarico is pitching a brand of “progressive Christianity” that strips the faith of its core convictions.

Nowhere is this more evident than in Talarico’s recent statements regarding Islam and Christianity, which expose a deep-seated theological relativism that directly undermines Western values and national security.

In interviews and campaign stops, Talarico — who often leans on his status as a seminarian to lecture Texans on morality — has argued that all world religions are essentially interchangeable. Using the image of a circle, Talarico claimed:

“I always think of all the world’s faith traditions as a circle, with that divine mystery of the universe in the middle. We all have different names for that mystery, whether it’s God or Yahweh or Allah or Nirvana or Great Spirit. Whatever you call it, this is all different pathways to the same fundamental truth.”

For any traditional Christian, Jew, or American patriot who values the distinct Judeo-Christian framework that birthed our constitutional republic, this is a massive red flag. By declaring Islam and Christianity as equal pathways to truth, Talarico isn’t practicing “orthodox humility” – he is erasing the unique, foundational truth claims of the Bible.

If every path is equally true, then no path possesses actual truth. This brand of progressive theology reduces the Gospel to a fluid, secularized philosophy that changes with the political winds.

Talarico’s worldview goes beyond simple pluralism; it actively penalizes the very heritage that built Texas. While he preaches broad-minded acceptance for other traditions, he has taken aim at the history of his own professed faith. In an exclusive report by Breitbart, Talarico went so far as to assert that Christianity has historically been a highly violent religion, arguing that it has done immense damage to Islam.

This inverted historical narrative is a staple of the radical left. It ignores centuries of defensive struggles against Islamic expansion and overlooks the unprecedented freedom, human rights, and prosperity produced by Western, Christian-influenced civilization. By framing the West as the perpetual aggressor, Talarico aligns himself with the globalist academic elite who view American patriotism and traditional faith as problems to be solved, rather than legacies to be protected.

Talarico’s theological fluidness directly informs his dangerous political agenda, particularly regarding the open wound that is the southern border. When criticized for treating the Texas border like a welcome mat, Talarico dismissed the concern by hiding behind scripture, advocating for a policy that treats national security as a secondary thought to globalist neighbor-loving rhetoric.

But Texans know the ground reality. Unchecked migration from nations with radically different legal, religious, and cultural traditions is not a theoretical debate – it is an existential crisis. The rapid influx of millions of unvetted individuals, including those from regions dominated by fundamentalist Islamic law (Sharia), poses a direct threat to American public safety, women’s rights, and the rule of law.

This blindness to the border crisis has forced Talarico into a massive public relations pivot as election day approaches. Talarico has aggressively shifted his public emphasis to sound more moderate on enforcement — a cynical flip-flop scandal that raises legitimate campaign questions about his true convictions.

This late-campaign softening is flatly contradicted by his actual record. As Fox News reported, Talarico previously called for tearing down Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), even going so far as to smear the federal agency as a secret police force. Furthermore, despite his sudden rhetorical pivot toward border security, his campaign has been completely unable to produce any evidence that he ever broke with the Biden administration’s disastrous open-border policies while Biden was in office.

Ken Paxton, by contrast, understands reality and has never waivered. He has consistently fought to:

  • Enforce strict border controls to stop the flow of illegal crossings.
  • Support federal and state law enforcement in vetting those entering the country.
  • Protect the unique cultural fabric of Texas from being dismantled by federal overreach.

Talarico’s circle of faith philosophy leaves him entirely unequipped to defend American borders or citizens. When you believe that every culture, law, and religious system is completely equal – and when your past rhetoric reveals an eagerness to dismantle immigration enforcement — you lose the moral clarity required to say that American laws and Western values are worth protecting.

The U.S. Senate race comes down to a fundamental question: Will Texas be represented by a leader who defends its sovereign borders and Judeo-Christian roots, or by a progressive activist who appeases radical ideologies while watering down the faith of his constituents?

James Talarico wants to flip the tables on Texas values. But by eroding the distinction between the foundational truths of Western civilization and the expansionist nature of radical Islam, he is offering a path that leads straight to the dismantling of the American republic. For patriots who love their state and country, Ken Paxton remains the essential bulwark against this radical tide.

EXCLUSIVE: Ken Paxton Wants Texas To Know That James Talarico Is ‘Weird’

WASHINGTON — Republican Texas Senate nominee Ken Paxton said he hopes to raise awareness about Democratic opponent James Talarico’s “weird” statements in an interview with the Daily Caller News Foundation on Saturday.

The Republican attorney general is seeking to cut through Talarico’s well-funded rebrand as a moderate by highlighting his embrace of left-wing identity politics, including his past remarks about there being six genders and his “love” for trans children.

“We have a saying in Austin. We call it weird. Well this guy’s weird. His positions are weird,” Paxton told the DCNF during the Faith and Freedom Coalition’s Road to Majority Conference in Washington D.C. “He went to San Francisco to raise money. In my opinion, those are his people. They’re not in Texas.”

Paxton weighed in on Talarico’s statement that “God is nonbinary,” which he made during an October 2021 speech in the Texas House opposing a bill to reserve girls’ school sports for biological females. Talarico had described the legislation as “hateful” at the time.

“I think if you look at the scripture it’s pretty clear God is not ‘nonbinary.’ He is expressed in three forms in the trinity, and not as James Talarico is suggesting,” said Paxton.

WATCH:

Talarico has recently come out in opposition to child sex changes and now describes himself as a “border security Democrat,” portraying himself as moderate in high-profile appearances on the Joe Rogan podcast and the Late Show With Stephen Colbert.

Paxton argued that Talarico probably sounds like his prior, more progressive self in behind-closed-doors fundraisers in Chicago and the Bay Area in California.

“There is no genuineness to it,” Paxton told the DCNF. “None of his past statements, none of his voting record matches up to what he’s now saying.”

Talarico is a former middle school teacher and Presbyterian seminarian. He now admits the “God is nonbinary” comment was “cringey” but insists it is a distraction from Paxton’s record, emphasizing the Attorney General’s 2023 impeachment. Paxton was acquitted on all of his charges.

Paxton conceded that his GOP primary battle against longtime incumbent Republican Sen. John Cornyn — who he trounced by 28 percentage points in a May runoff — had been bruising. The prolonged nomination contest also shortened his runway to fundraise. By Election Day, Paxton will have had just five months to raise money as his party’s nominee compared to Talarico’s eight months of fundraising.

But Paxton has made headlines for years by launching lawsuits on behalf of Texans against Big Pharma, against Big Tech and against blue cities for evasions of immigration law — among many other issues.

Talarico raised $11 million through the controversial Democratic fundraising platform ActBlue in one month, Paxton said.

Paxton said his team is “suspicious” of the sourcing of all of that money in light of revelations about the collapse of the company’s legal and compliance team and illicit foreign donations flowing through the platform.

But being outspent is a familiar predicament for Paxton.

Paxton defeated Cornyn in a May runoff despite being outspent by roughly 15 to 1 in the $120 million race, including an onslaught of outside money from the senator’s Washington network.

Paxton received an endorsement from President Donald Trump one week before the runoff. Trump broke with the typical Washington protocol to endorse the challenger, with whom he has a close relationship. Paxton spoke about his relationship with Trump in his remarks to the conference Saturday, sharing that the president was his first call after his 2023 acquittal.

Asked how he plans on replicating his success in the general election if he finds himself massively outspent, Paxton insisted that as long as he successfully defines what he and Talarico stand for, he will clinch the election in November.

“As long as we have enough resources and money to define him … who he really is, with his own words, not me saying anything, just him, we will win this race,” he said.

Paxton’s advantage over Cornyn in part stemmed from Cornyn’s position on gun rights. Cornyn supported a bill signed into law by President Joe Biden in 2022 to fund state red flag laws and tighten background checks on gun buyers under 21, leading to consternation within the Texas Republican Party.

Talarico said in a podcast interview earlier in June that he supports the Second Amendment “with limits,” likening it to the First Amendment.

“You have the right to protest, but you need a permit before you go start a rally on a street corner somewhere,” he said.

In 2020, Talarico said that Trump allows “weapons of war on our streets,” according to a clip unearthed by the National Rifle Association (NRA).

Paxton emphasized the importance of the Second Amendment to the DCNF.

“The Second Amendment was designed to protect citizens not just from bad people but also from their own government,” he said. “It was designed to have a backstop when the government gets out of control and becomes authoritarian. That’s something that’s happened historically in countries around the world. The Founders envisioned that, so it’s extremely important.”

Vance Takes Center Stage In White House Push To Protect GOP Majority

Vice President JD Vance flew to Bangor, Maine, on May 14 for what was billed as an Anti-Fraud Task Force rally, but the trip quickly revealed its true purpose.

Vance shouted out former GOP Gov. Paul LePage, who is mounting a congressional bid, and extended an olive branch to Republican Sen. Susan Collins, a frequent thorn in the administration’s side who faces reelection in 2026. As rallygoers waved “Protecting Taxpayer Dollars” signs, Vance made his closing argument: keep the Trump administration in power so the fraud-fighting can continue.

Maine was just the latest example of a pattern that has defined his vice presidency.

In the last five months, Vance has traveled to eight states for 11 campaign-type events. This excludes a trip like Maine, where the vice president was there technically on official business. Since taking over as finance chair of the Republican National Committee (RNC), Vance has headlined 25 fundraisers, an RNC official told the Daily Caller.

Outside of the president, Vance owns 2026. He’s the GOP’s top surrogate, its best closer and most valuable weapon on the trail.

“He has a star power that, outside of the president, is unmatched,” RNC Chairman Joe Gruters told the Caller. “People love him, they love what he has to say. He’s a very good campaigner, a very good speaker and motivator. He just has the ability to move people.”

The White House political team has mapped out competitive districts and is deploying Vance accordingly, an official told the Caller. His team has been coordinating with the White House for months, and Vance has made clear he’ll go wherever he’s needed.

Those stops are expected to multiply as Labor Day approaches, though his travel will pause briefly when Usha Vance gives birth to their fourth child in the coming weeks.

“There’s a realization that he’s a younger face who articulates domestic issues in a way that resonates and complements the president’s style,” one source close to the administration told the Caller.

Vance isn’t alone on the trail. Cabinet officials have fanned out across the same battleground states, often far more frequently than the VP himself.

In Georgia, where former Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene’s seat is up for grabs, Vance has visited once; Cabinet officials have made 14 trips since January.

In North Carolina, where former RNC Chairman Michael Whatley is running for Senate, Vance has stopped once to the Cabinet’s 11. In Vance’s home state of Ohio, where Vivek Ramaswamy is running for governor, and a tight Senate race between former Democrat Sen. Sherrod Brown and Republican Sen. Jon Husted is taking shape, Cabinet officials have shown up 19 times to his two. The pattern holds across Iowa (8-1), Wisconsin (11-1), and Michigan (15-1).

The numbers reflect a deliberate division of labor. The White House political team told Vance they needed him to make a push for Rep. Zach Nunn in Iowa, a source close to the political operation told the Caller, and the VP agreed. He goes where the ask is sharpest.

New York illustrates the scale: Cabinet officials have visited 27 times, Vance twice. In Texas, where Republican state Attorney General Ken Paxton faces Democrat state Sen. James Talarico, Cabinet has been there 49 times, the president once, Vance twice.

And joining the Cabinet officials and the VP on the campaign trail will be Trump, who will be making some stops as Labor Day approaches, a White House official told the Caller.

On the fundraising side, Vance has been just as formidable. He has helped raise more than $60 million for the RNC since taking over as finance chair, according to The New York Times. The RNC ended May with $125.5 million cash on hand, raising $14.8 million in the month alone.

Gruters credits Vance’s personal touch.

“People that we’ve had come to some of our events have told me that they’ve been some of the best political events they’ve ever had, the best opportunity they’ve ever had to spend quality time with the VP,” he told the Caller. “It’s really opened up the opportunity for us to break out and raise these record-setting amounts.”

None of this can happen, however, without whispers of 2028. Trump loves to poll those around him on the question of his successor: Vance or Rubio. Every trail stop the VP makes adds more to the conversation.

Sources close to Vance insist the midterm push is not a calculated audition, and the VP has gone out of his way to signal as much. Earlier this year, he turned down political trips to Iowa specifically because he didn’t want them perceived as 2028 groundwork.

For Vance’s part, he has repeatedly said he is not thinking about 2028, but the job ahead.

“I have no doubt that the president of the United States is going to be very supportive of anything that I ultimately decide to do,” Vance told CBS News. “But we really just haven’t talked about what that thing will be.”

He added that he is not “sitting around figuring out whether I’m going to run for president.

But the overlap is hard to ignore.

“It also serves the heir apparent well to hit hotly contested areas of the country ahead of his own run,” one source close to the administration told the Caller. “In many ways, it’s a win-win.”
