The Making and Dealing With Jihadists

Bewildered by what fanatic Muslims do, some conclude that Muslims are brainwashed. Otherwise, how can their completely illogical belief system and barbaric behavior be explained? However, the notion of “brainwashing” that is bandied about is the stuff of science fiction and Hollywood movies such as the “Manchurian Candidate.”

The human arrives in this world with his brain already washed in the sense of being what 17th-century English political philosopher John Locke called ‘tabula rasa,’ a clean slate—ready for experience to imprint its script on it. John Locke was only partly correct. The brain also arrives with numerous predispositions already in place. A combination of life’s influences and a person’s decisions determines which dispositions develop and which ones fail. It is through this process that a unique human being is formed.

Many animals have already implemented programs that automatically run much of their lives. Bird migration, mating courtship, and thousands of other complex behaviors are examples of this specific programming. A catchphrase for this type of behavior is “instinct.” Generally, the higher the organism, the less rigid its preprogrammed behaviors are, and the greater its latitude for exercising choices.

Making choices depends on what to choose from and to what extent a given choice appeals to an individual.

The human newborn enters the arena of life without the means to be anything other than a passive recipient of things already chosen for him or her.

It is like the old joke by Henry Ford, who reportedly told his customers that they could choose the color of their car as long as it was black. Things are almost as bleak for the new arrival. He doesn’t have a say in choosing his parents, his socio-economic conditions, his environment of birth, or much else. All of this is already in place, and he is to start life from the context of his birth.

The development of a newborn in any family is influenced by many factors, among them how hands-on the parents are, how religious they are, and how severely they micromanage him to make him a good person and a better one than they are themselves.

Parents tend to live vicariously through their children by programming them as best they can so that the children become or achieve much of what they had failed to become or accomplish. This attitude covers all areas of life, such as giving the child the education they didn’t have, helping him achieve fame and fortune, nurturing him to become a top-notch athlete, and so forth.

Early influences play a crucial role in shaping a person. For this reason, the overwhelming majority of Muslims are born into Muslim families, Catholics into Catholic families, Hindus into Hindu families, and so on. The degree of religiosity ranges from mild to intense, with most people falling between the extremes.

Interestingly, two siblings raised by the same parents under the same influences may end up at opposite extremes in their religious views and practices. Here, the human dynamic of freedom of choice comes into play, steering one to one extreme and the other to the opposite. Occasional extreme deviations notwithstanding, most siblings in a given family have various degrees of that family’s overall religious and different values. The same principle of subscribing to a set of shared values exists in all human groupings, sometimes with broad flexibility and inclusiveness, while in other cases, with rigidity and exclusivity.

To enjoy the privileges of belonging to a group, one must also pay the membership dues.

The very young human faces a bewildering array of mysteries, challenges, and enticements, beginning from the minute they can make some sense of the world. Questions at every step, fears, and hopes are entangled with the need to survive and possibly thrive.

Who am I? What is this world all about? What’s the purpose? What am I supposed to do, and how? Where am I headed? People die. Where do they go? And on and on and on. The information booths available at the Fairground of Life provide him with answers that may help relieve his innate existential anxiety. It is here that religion plays a critical role and holds great appeal. Religion offers a good person and a surefire answer to those willing to take it on faith.

Islam is a powerful magnet for the masses who are unable to deal with the uncertainties of life and death on their own. It is from this population, many of whom are already thoroughly indoctrinated from birth, that the majority of diehard jihadists emerge.

It is the bargain that the jihadist makes. He surrenders totally to the religion of surrender in exchange for blanket security. Islam gives him all the answers he truly seeks for dealing with this world and promises him a lush and eternal paradise of Allah once he leaves it. Leaving this world in perfect submission as the foot soldier of paradise’s creator grants the faithful unimaginably glorious eternal rewards in their next life. It’s a bargain that some buy in whole, some in part, while some refuse and seek other means of addressing their questions and the unrelenting existential anxiety.

The great majority of jihadists emanate from the ranks of those born into the religion of Islam simply because they are the ones who are most thoroughly indoctrinated and influenced by Islamic dogma in their most receptive early years. Yet, others embrace Islam in adulthood on their own and enlist themselves as devoted jihadists for the same rewards that Islam offers them.

Islam has the great advantage of having the first call on new arrivals. It is an omnipresent system with masses of believers, mosques, madrasahs, and a host of other social and economic organizations that overpower individuals and steer them into the same fold; it is a sea of people who seem to know what they are all about, what life and death entail, and what one must also do.

Within this sea of surging humanity, composed of some 1.5 billion Muslims, each believer—a drop—ends up in one of its many waves through a combination of choice and forces beyond his control. The jihadist wave is beautiful to the deeply indoctrinated and poorly adjusted to dealing rationally and independently with life. Here, he finds the ironclad perfect solution to his anxieties and perplexities.

To a jihadist, death is nothing more than casting off a shell of the worthless earthly existence and donning the suit for winging joyously to the life of bliss promised by none other than Allah’s beloved final emissary, Muhammad.

Eradication of jihadism is a daunting task since Islam is genuinely a virulent, persistent pandemic disease. Massive education efforts, combined with the resolute confrontation of all sources and people that support and promote this deadly philosophy, hold the best promise of dealing effectively with this affliction of humanity.

In addition to family, places such as mosques and madrasahs, Islamic associations and charitable organizations, prisons, and similar institutions are incubators of jihadists. Massive efforts are required, on the one hand, to drain the breeding swamps of the Islamic virus while, on the other hand, helping Muslims adopt an alternative perspective on life that addresses their perplexities and offers a degree of comfort that religions provide without pitting one segment of humanity against another.

In conclusion: Folks, get off your duff. Stop saying, “Let the FBI do it.” Neither the FBI nor the NSA nor DHS can do it alone. This is a battle for survival that each one of us can help wage. Let’s get on with it before it’s too late. If not you, then your children and grandchildren will end up under the barbaric rule of the Jihadists.

Will America Survive the Threat of Islam?

Nearly 1400 years ago, a large number of Muslim jihadists from across the scorching Arabian desert, motivated by the ideology of Islam, indoctrinated by Muhammad, unafraid of death, conquered Iran (Persia), one of the greatest, strongest and most tolerant empires known throughout the history of man. The invasion of Persia was completed five years after the death of the Prophet of Islam, Muhammad, though Persian resistance continued for centuries up to and including the present time. (Most Iranians consider the current Islamic regime as the continuation of 1400 years of Islamic tyranny and oppression).

The Bedouin Arabs who toppled the Sassanid Empire were propelled not only by a desire for conquest and to steal Persian jewels and treasures, but also to enslave Iranian women and children, while imposing their barbaric ideology upon the entire population. With that, they almost wiped out one of the most benevolent and ancient religions, Zoroastrianism, which is often called the mother of all revealed religions.

The political nature of Islam demanded that a conquered people not only convert to Islam but also regard its past history as a time of darkness before the light of Islam came. Today the Islamic Republic of Iran is busy purging Pre-Islamic Persian history from children’s textbooks. Islam required conquered people to scorn their own past and love their Islamic Arab conquerors by striving to imitate them. According to Islam, all history before Islam was an era of “darkness” and should be discarded. Islam is a brutal, hyper-masculine, barbarian, tribal warrior cult that glories in murder, mutilation, rape, genocide, terrorism, destruction, and anarchy.

When Arabs, a collection of backward, nomadic warrior tribes who did not even have a fully developed scripted language, conquered sophisticated cultures such as Egypt, Syria, Persia, and the Byzantine Empire, they took control over some of the world’s largest centers of accumulated knowledge. To claim that there was an “Islamic Golden Age” is like saying a group of savages storming into the world’s largest libraries, murdering all the librarians, and then claiming to have written all the books there, gives credit to this myth. Islam’s much-vaunted “Golden Age” was in fact just the twilight of conquered pre-Islamic cultures, an echo of times past. In all honesty, Islam’s trophy to human civilization is and always has been, Islamic terrorism.

The prophet of Islam motivated his rapidly growing body of followers to rally around him by proclaiming: if they are victorious, they will have the treasures of the infidels as well as their women and children as slaves to hold or sell; if the faithful kill the infidels in doing the work of Allah, a further reward awaits them in paradise; and, in the unlikely event that they are killed, they find themselves in Allah’s glorious paradise for an eternal life of joy and bliss.

The Persians underestimated the power and dedication of this newly formed Islamic ideology of hate and violence by desert dwellers. An unexpected unorthodox attack on the Persian army caused it to fall into the hands of the butchers of Islam and eventually, the culture of death prevailed and the era of Islamic terrorism began. Americans need to learn from the Persian experience and become more vigilant.

Americans must understand the history of Islam if they want to avoid the Persian experience. However, 1400 years later, a few Islamic terrorist States, flushed with petrodollars, are seeking and working hard for Islamic world domination through worldwide Islamic terrorism. They are determined to destroy everything America and the free world stand for and intend to replace it with the most barbaric ideology known as Sharia. Islam sees Christian America as a formidable enemy standing in its path of world domination. Hence, it has waged stealth jihad on Christian America. It is time to wake up and wake up fast.

In many surprising ways, America resembles the great ancient Persia. Like the ancient Persians who were the first-world managers and the most tolerant empire-builders, America, by its constitution, is also the most tolerant and benevolent nation in the world. Let us hope that America’s destiny will not end up like Persia’s.

Regretfully, reading about the Islamic religiously mandated horrific acts and even seeing them on television or the Internet may momentarily repulse, but does not terribly concern many Americans. After all, those things still are happening on the other side of the world and away from their homes, we are safe in Fortress America, so goes the thinking.

“Fortress America” is a delusion that even the events of 9/11 and the Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan massacre seems to have failed to dispel. Many prefer to believe that the assault of 9/11 was an aberration, since nothing as it has happened since, and it is unlikely that anything of the sort will ever happen again, so goes the wishful thinking. Reality portrays a vastly different picture. America is far from a fortress, given its vast wide-open borders. It is a nation of laws where all forms of freedom are enshrined in its constitution; where Americans live by a humane ethos diametrically different from those of Islamist savageries. Sadly, these differences confer great advantages to the Islamists and place America in imminent danger.

The breach of “Fortress America” from the air on 9/11 is only the first installment of many more forthcoming heinous assaults, about which we have been repeatedly warned by Muslim thugs living in caves. Unless we abandon our way of thinking, we will suffer the consequences of a dangerous complacency. We need to stop relying on the invincibility of the law-enforcement people and willingly make the sacrifices that would protect our way of life.

I have never claimed that the reported 1.5 billion Muslims are all jihadists aiming to destroy civilization and establish Muhammad’s Ummah over all of us. I certainly know that the active jihadists are a small minority. Yet, it takes a blind eye to ignore militant minorities. Did Hitler become the Chancellor of Germany because he and his gang got the majority vote in Germany? More than 65% of Germans were not supporters of Hitler and his party and viewed the Nazis as louts and worthless. Yet, we all know what this little minority did while being ignored.

What about forest fires? You cannot ignore a little smoldering fire here, a little smoldering fire there because the rest of the forest is not on fire. Only a fool will ignore these fires because they will eventually devour the forest.

The recent migration of Muslims to non-Islamic lands began as a seemingly harmless, even useful; trickle of desirable cheap needed labor. Before long, greater and greater numbers of Muslims deluged the new territories, and as they gained in numbers—by high birth rate as well as new arrivals—Muslims began reverting to their intolerant ways by, for instance, demanding legal status for Sharia (Islamic laws), the type of draconian laws that for the most part resemble those of man’s barbaric past.

Just a sobering note; mild Islamism is already here. As an example, there was the Muslim cab driver of the Minneapolis Airport and his refusal to ferry passengers with alcohol or even those with seeing-eye dogs; Muslim inmates demanding to be served only halal food, Kentucky Fried Chicken opens first halal restaurant in New York City, honor killing, Muslim students badgering universities for special facilities for their meetings, and, for the first time ever two Muslim Congressmen assuming the office by swearing on the Quran and not the Bible.

Islam need not even literally destroy the civilized world. All it needs is to gain enough power to impose its worse-than-death Sharia on everyone. If you are not up to speed with the horrors that Muslim governments and their jihadist foot soldiers commit on a daily basis, you need to open your eyes and deal with this deadly threat of Islam with much more realism.

Ignoring the smoldering fire and relying on a few local “firefighters” to keep the fires from spreading is either naive or outright criminal, but it is certainly the easiest thing to do. That’s why I have chosen to fight the fire and I am calling for help to put out Islam, the source that raises arsonists — the minority that they may be. It takes one arsonist to set a fire that a thousand firefighters will have difficulty putting out. The few Muslims who are brave enough to advocate reform of their religion are tossed out of mosques or, very likely labeled as apostates with a death warrant.

When our leaders, for instance, call Islam a great religion, they are appeasing, if not lying outright. We the people, elect our leaders and we hold them accountable to be honorable. When they are using their voice to call Islam a great religion, the most deadly threat to everything we cherish, not only do they legitimize Islamofascism, but also they infuse the rest of us with a false belief.

While people like former President Obama glorify Islam, the barbarians have made it inside our fortress. They have infiltrated our system of government. This time around, the people of the sword have their collaborator, Useful Idiots, inside busily doing all they can to dismantle our republic and replace it with worse death Islamic ideology by appeasing the enemy.

If you had just arrived from Mars to observe the Republican and Democratic conventions, one after the other, you undoubtedly would conclude that they were talking about two different countries.

One America recognizes real threats from foreign jihadi fighters who seek to eradicate our existence and to replace our freedoms with Islamic sharia law. It believes that economic revival — through tax reform, trade reform, and enforcing our borders and immigration laws – holds the key to future prosperity.

The other America believes we face no real foreign threats, the economy is doing great, and that our biggest challenge comes from crop failures, rising seas, and monster storms caused by — you guessed it, climate change.

It wasn’t by chance that the Democrats made no mention of ISIS on the first day of the convention and scarcely mentioned it on the next two days.

Terrorism and Islamist ideology that seek to replace our democratic republic with a “superior” law written by Allah are a distraction from the real mission of Democrats in Philadelphia. As former Maryland Governor Martin O’Malley put it: “to hell with Trump’s American nightmare.”

In his first year in office, President Obama directed the Central Intelligence Agency to divert significant assets from the war against real threats from terrorists and enemy nations to the hypothetic dangers of “climate change.”

The Defense Department was ordered to follow suit, and under Obama’s direction, launched massive building programs at American naval bases to shelter them from rising seas.

President Obama squandered billions of U.S. taxpayer dollars in pursuit of an ideological agenda.

This past May, the CIA quietly shuttered its climate change initiative, since it was unable to find data to sustain the Left’s faith in its new religion that man-made climate change would destroy the earth, or significant portions of it.

Cyclical changes in our climate have always occurred and have had dramatic impacts in the past, long before the carbon emissions the Left blames for today’s droughts and tsunamis.

Hollywood actress Signourey Weaver, hair on fire, introduced a “scare-me” video by James Cameron and claimed that farmers in Kansas were losing their crops today because of climate change.

I understand that Ms. Weaver is too young to have lived through the Dust Bowl — so am I. But I would hope she isn’t too dumb to have read about it and to have understood that these things have happened before, and will happen again.

Government’s role, in such circumstances, is to extend a helping hand of solidarity to individuals who lose their livelihoods to disasters they had no way of foreseeing. Its role is not to preemptively cripple the nation with fantasy-driven regulations and shut down entire sectors of the economy.

Incapable of a sustained conversation about national security, we’re left with Sen. Harry Reid suggesting that the Director of National Intelligence should “fake” national security briefings to Donald Trump. Why? Because Trump suggested that perhaps the Russians might be able to find the 33,000 emails Hillary Clinton admitted she deleted from the private server even President Obama warned her not to use.

In Senator Reid’s mind, entrusting Mrs. Clinton with our national security secrets is just fine, even though FBI Director James Comey acknowledged she had been “extremely careless” by transmitting highly-classified intelligence information on her personal email server. Let’s not forget that the FBI still hasn’t found more than 2,000 classified emails Mrs. Clinton deleted.

Bill Clinton thought he had found a “trump” card that would earn his wife a place in the pantheon of national security heroes.

“She launched a team — and this is really important today — she launched a team to fight back against terrorists — online — and built a new global counterterrorism effort,” he said.

Think about that for a moment. In the words of her own husband, Mrs. Clinton’s main achievement in the war against the terrorists attacking us was to hire a few social media analysts whose advice she didn’t consult and in fact ignored when they informed her the Benghazi attacks had nothing to do with a YouTube video insulting Mohammad.

I’ve got news for the Clintons: our intelligence community has been focusing on social media for years. The biggest growth industry among the Beltway bandits is foreign language experts who can mine Facebook, Twitter and other social media sites for evidence of jihadi connections.

That’s great, but it isn’t enough.

Former Defense Secretary Leon Panetta went overboard in his support for Mrs. Clinton, claiming that, if elected, she would take office as someone who “has the trust of our troops who know she will always have their back.”

Four men died in Benghazi because Mrs. Clinton didn’t have their backs. Instead of rushing to the rescue, she spent hours in meetings trying to keep Panetta from sending reinforcements to their rescue.

But that’s the other America. The America of facts.

The differences of our two Americas are many. One America lionizes the mothers of young black men killed by the police – often after they had committed assaults of one sort or another. The other celebrates as heroes police officers gunned down by snipers seeking vengeance.

One America believes that women, illegal immigrants, invalids, minorities, and people with kaleidoscope glasses constitute grievance classes who deserve special treatment. The other believes that all Americans deserve equal treatment under the law and equal opportunity under our system.

As a life-long investigative reporter, I remain committed to the facts. But I recognize that the contest in November will be determined not by facts, but by faith, and by how many believers on each side come to the polls. That is the new reality of the two Americas of 2016.

Obama Intentionally Overloading Immigration System, Creating Back Door for Jihadists

Since he came to office, Obama has been ignoring, rewriting, delaying, and breaking the nations Federal Immigration Laws under the guise of immigration reform.  Immigration reform “starts” with securing the wide open southern border and enforcing Federal Immigration Laws at the same time.  Any member of Congress or candidate for President in 2016, who doesn’t support closing the Southern Border and enforcing Federal Immigration Laws those should be defeated at the polls in November 2016.

Obama has proclaimed for 6 years that he cares about the American union worker, the unemployed minority workers, and the middle class, yet he gave orders to DHS to issue 5 million Work Permits and Social Security Numbers to Illegal Aliens who would end up taking millions of jobs away from the 90 million unemployed American citizens, union workers, and taxpayers who are desperate for a job.  Issuance of Work Permits and Social Security Numbers would allow Illegal Aliens to obtain driver’s licenses, which will then facilitate them in their ability to illegally register to vote; probably one of the Obama administration’s goals.

In North Carolina the Registry of Voters did what every state should do; they compared the list of voters who registered to vote against the Federal Immigration Database.  The cross check of the first 10,000 voters, found 1,425 likely non-citizens registered to vote, including 109 Illegal Alien “Dreamers”.  Almost 10 percent of the non-citizens who registered to vote, did so when they applied for and received their driver’s license at the state’s Registry of Motor Vehicles outlets, and the .  problem is nationwide.  To prevent voter fraud in 2016, all state election officials should compare the list of registered voters, in their respective states, against the Federal Immigration Database and should also closely scrutinize if Illegal Aliens are registering to vote at the same time they are applying for drivers licenses.  In the last national election over 7 million voters, voted in two states, and many millions more Illegal Aliens voted illegally

In addition to registering to vote illegally, because of the provisions of Obama’s Executive Order on Immigration, each Illegal Alien will be able to file for and received a refund check from the IRS for a $24,000 income tax credit that will cost the American taxpayers $150 billion in one year (How many loyal Americans paying their taxes are receiving a refund check for $24,000 from the IRS?).  Obama’s Executive Order on Immigration would also allow for each Illegal Aliens to apply for visas for their family members in Mexico.  It is conservatively estimated that each Illegal Alien would be applying for visas for 10+ relatives; the 5 million Illegal Aliens who are covered by Obama’s Executive Order on Immigration will seek 50+ million visas for new Illegal Alien family members; their relatives will enter the United States to compete with 90 million unemployed Americans citizens for scarce jobs.

Currently, the Immigration System is overloaded, dealing with 12.5+ million Illegal Aliens.  Those numbers consist of 150,000+ Illegal Alien children from Central America with infectious diseases (who were allowed to enter without being properly quarantined), the 6 million Syrian Muslim Immigrants from a number of UN Resettlement Programs whose backgrounds were not investigated for terrorist ties and were given a fast track for US Citizenship, the 1.5 million “Dreamers” children up to “age 31” (children?) whose backgrounds were not properly investigated for residency, the 5 million Illegal Aliens being given a pathway to U.S. Citizenship by Obama unconstitutional Executive Order on Immigration without interviewing them on their backgrounds and 5 year residency. A number of those 12.5 million Illegal Aliens will be undermining the health & safety and the National Security of the United States.

The pressure placed on the overly stressed and fragile Immigration System dealing with 12.5 million Illegal Aliens, would eventually crash if it has to process an additional 50 million new Illegal Alien relatives.  There are not enough qualified intelligence analysts to evaluate the backgrounds of the millions of new Illegal Aliens.  The U.S. Congress passed a bill to employ the power of the purse to defund the Obama’s Executive Order on Immigration; the bill is in the Senate being filibustered by the Democrats.  In response to a law suit filed by Attorney Generals in 26 states, calling the Executive Order on Immigration unconstitutional, a US Federal District Judge in Texas, issued an injunction that restrained the DHS from carrying out that unconstitutional Executive Order, and halted the issuance of Work permits and social Security numbers. The Congress should also take action to prevent the IRS from giving each of the 5 million Illegal Aliens a check for $24,000—it is gross abuse of Executive power by the occupant in the Oval Office.

A new report from the Center of Immigration Studies (CIS), released in response to a Freedom of Information Request from the US Citizen and Immigration Services (USCIS), stated that for 6 years the Obama administration has been issuing millions of work permits, over and above the annual legal limits set by Congress and by Federal Immigration Regulations.  The CIS found that Federal Records showed that from 2009—2014.  The USCIS illegally issued 5,461,568 new Work Permits to Illegal Aliens, over and above those issued annually to 1.1 million Legal Immigrants and 700,000 Guest Workers that the Congress and Federal Immigration Regulations have authorized the Immigration System to issue each year.

Obama has demonstrated for 6 years that he doesn’t support the fundamental requirement that every nation in the world implements, that a nation must have secure international borders.  Secure international borders are the first line of defense for a nation against invading enemies, Radical Islamic Terrorists, and drug/human smuggling criminals.  Obama has not supported the closure of the wide open southern border with the same type of border fence that “has eliminated illegal immigration” in the San Diego Sector.  Now there is a new Border Fence Bill, HR 399, called the “Secure Our Border First Act,” supported by the Obama administration; it will “only” extend the secure border fence “20 miles.”, while 1200 miles of the southern border is wide open with no controls at all.   HR 399 is designed to mislead the American voters; it must be changed to extend a secure border fence (a 700 mile secure border fence was previously authorized and funded by Congress, but for 6 years Obama has refused to build the funded 700 miles of secure border fence to close a portion of the 1200 mile wide open southern border).

There are not adequate staff members or a proper review process in place to properly investigate the backgrounds of the latest influx of Muslim immigrants to ensure they have no terrorist ties or criminal records.  It has been reported that within the latest influx of 75,0000 Muslim immigrants from the UN Resettlement Program, that Al Q’ieda and Radical Islamic Terrorists have been infiltrating the foreign refugee camps operated by the UN; in order to sneak into the US along with thousands of Syrian Muslim refugees.  All those Muslim Syrian refugees will be included in Obama’s fast track program, so they can quickly obtain their US citizenship.   In the below listed article, a senior FBI Official admitted that the United States is finding it virtually impossible to screen out Radical Islamic Terrorist that are hiding among the 75,000 Syrian Muslim Refugees being admitted by Obama.  Obama has accepted more Muslim Refugees from the UN Resettlement program than all the other nations in the world combined, and according to Greek Catholic Relief Agencies, the US has refused to accept 300,000 Syrian and Assyrian Christian Refugees seeking resettlement in the US.

Obama has imposed new restrictive orders on the US Border Patrol and ICE that has tied their hands and prevented them from implementing Federal Immigration Regulation and has prevented them from executing Federal Immigration Laws that were designed to secure the southern border, to apprehend Illegal Aliens, and to deport Illegal Aliens.  Obama’s orders to DHS have prevented ICE from apprehending and deporting the massive influx of illegal alien children from Central America with infectious diseases and made it very easy for hundreds of thousands Illegal Aliens and Radical Islamic Terrorists to walk across the wide open southern border.  According to Judicial Watch,  the Obama administration has also ordered all Border Patrol Agents to stop apprehending Illegal Aliens who have been detained for drunk driving, and prohibited them from apprehending Illegal Aliens at traffic stops.  ICE Officers are prohibited from making street arrests or enforcing Federal Immigration Laws.

ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations of Illegal aliens who are unlawfully present have ceased (Obama’s deportation statistics are padded & deceptive—-9 border stations have been closed—over 1,000,000 ICE Deportations Cases were closed by the Obama administration, and 900,000 Illegal Aliens ordered to be removed by Federal Courts remain in the United States—160,000 of them are convicted criminals).  Last year 36,007 convicted criminal Illegal Aliens with 88,000 convictions were released into the general population, including 193 homicide convictions, 426 sexual assault convictions, 303 kidnapping convictions, 9.187 dangerous drug convictions, and 16,070 drug & drunk driving convictions—–DHS refused to tell Local Law Enforcement where they were released.  Holder’s Department of Justice will not take action against 225 sanctuary cities and 275 counties where Local Law Enforcement Agencies ignore ICE detainee requests.

MI 5 recently notified US Intelligence Agencies, the FBI, and the CIA that ISIL, Al Q’ieda, and other Radical Islamic Terrorists are actively planning to strike the United States.  In addition to the threat from Radical Islamic Terrorists entering among UN Syrian Refugees, the FBI has estimated that 150+ American citizens have traveled to Syria to train and fight with ISIL (they are being allowed to return to the US with no restrictions on them at all, when they should be arrested and tried for treason as terrorists); the identities of every US citizen fighting with ISIL is not known by the FBI and ICE Agents (many are Muslims refugees previously admitted to the US on Obama’s Fast Track program for U.S. Citizenship).  It has also been reported that 5000+ trained ISIL Radical Islamic Terrorists hold passports from European allied nations that will permit them to gain easy access through U.S. Ports of Entry.   When coupled with 3000+ members of the shadowy Pakistan-based group, Jamaat al-Fuqra, and its main US front group, Muslims of America, Inc. (MOA) who have been training the Radical Islamic Terrorists in 19 Radical Islamic Paramilitary Communes located in 15 states.  The Immigration Policies of the Obama administration over the last 6 years has created an enormous threat from possibly as many as 10,000+ Radical Islamic Terrorist referred to above.  The Bush administration posted 1200 National Guard Troops on the southern border to maintain security while Border Patrol Agents worked to apprehend potential terrorists—they have been effectively reduced to negligible numbers.

In the midst of these revelation the Obama administration is giving 30,000 well trained US Military Combat Veterans who are US citizens pink slips, and are pushing an Obama measure,  HR 2377 “Enlist Act” thru Congress, to permit the enlistment of Illegal Aliens unlawfully present in the US to enter the US Armed Forces.  Any member of Congress who supports or votes for H R 2377,  should be voted out office in 2016. That bill would remove 30,000 well trained US citizens soldiers and airmen out of military billets, and replace them with Illegal Aliens who can’t speak, write, or read English well, requiring substantial time and funding to reeducate them in the English language.  That dysfunctional bill damages the Combat Readiness of the US Armed Forces and must be defeated.

ISIL poses a serious danger to the United States, and continues its genocide of Christians, Jews, and Muslims who won’t join their Jihad. ISIL recently beheaded 21 innocent Egyptian Coptic Christians in Libya, and just before ISIL executed them, they used Obama’s own words intoned by him when he addressed attendees at the February 9, 2015 Annual Prayer Breakfast in Washington, DC..  Obama referred to Christians as “Crusader” at that prayer breakfast, so the ISIL executioners used Obama’s own words when they referred to the 21 Egyptian Coptic Christians as “Crusaders,” as a justification for beheading them.   Today we learned that ISIL put 45 Kurds and Iraqi military personnel in cages, dowsed them with oil, and burned them alive.

For over 6 years, the Obama administration has threatened the nations Constitutional System, Dismantled Immigration Enforcement, threatened our national sovereignty by leaving 1200 miles of the southern border wide open for Radical Islamic Terrorist to enter the United States; the southern border has never been more violent or dangerous.   The Federal Immigration Laws and System must be restored by Congress and by the US Federal Courts to its status 6 years ago.

A senior FBI official has admitted the United States is finding it virtually impossible to screen out terrorists that could be hiding among the thousands of Syrian “refugees” heading soon to American cities.

The U.S. simply does not have the resources to stop Islamic radicals in Syria from slipping into the country through the State Department’s refugee-resettlement program, said Michael Steinbach, deputy assistant director of the FBI’s counter terrorism unit.

Separating legitimate refugees from terrorists was difficult enough in Iraq, where the U.S. had a large occupation force. Even then, the U.S. government’s vetting process missed “dozens” of Iraqi jihadists who slipped into the country posing as refugees and took up residence in Kentucky, according to a November 2013 ABC News report.

In Syria, the challenges are much greater. That’s why Rep. Michael McCaul, R-Texas, chairman of the House Homeland Security Committee, held hearings this week on the process of vetting refugees and sent a letter to the White House voicing the committee’s “serious national security concerns.”

“We learned our lessons with the Iraqi refugee population. We put in place a USIK-wide background and vetting process that we found to be effective,” Steinbach told the committee Wednesday.

“The difference is that in Iraq we were there on the ground collecting (information), so we had databases to use,” he added. “The concern is that in Syria, the lack of our footprint on the ground in Syria, the databases won’t have the information we need. So it’s not that we have a lack of a process, it’s that there is a lack the information.”

Separating the wheat from the tares

Rep. John Katko, R-N.Y., asked Steinbach if he could suggest ways to go about getting this vital background information that would separate legitimate refugees from those who may be seeking to enter the U.S. to harm Americans.

“I just don’t think you can go and get it,” Steinbach said. “You’re talking about a country that’s a failed state, does not have any infrastructure so to speak. So all the data sets, the police, the intel services, that you would normally go to and seek that information, don’t exist.”

“And that obviously raises a grave concern of being able to do proper background checks on individuals coming into the country?” Katko asked.

“Yes,” Steinbach responded.

McCaul’s panel sent a letter to the Obama administration Jan. 28 saying they have “serious national security concerns” about the U.S. State Department’s plans to accept tens of thousands of Syrian refugees into the U.S. by the end of 2016.

The letter implored the administration not to let the refugee resettlement program become a “backdoor for jihadists” to enter the country.

The United States has traditionally taken in the majority of the world’s displaced persons, but since 1980 the refugee program has been handled through the United Nations high commissioner on refugees, who approves individuals for refugee status and then assigns them to various host countries. The U.S. can reject any refugee assigned by the U.N. if it discovers ties to terrorism during its vetting process.

The four-year-old Syrian civil war has created a humanitarian crisis, with 3.2 million Syrians having fled their country. Most are staying in camps in Jordan, Lebanon and Turkey.

The State Department said in December it was processing more than 9,000 applications referred from the United Nations, with tens of thousands more Syrians waiting in the U.N. pipeline. Resettlement agencies have lobbied the White House and Congress to allow up to 75,000 Syrians into the country as refugees over the next five years.

“Would bringing in Syrian refugees pose a greater risk to Americans?” asked McCaul.

“Yes, I’m concerned,” said Steinbach. “We’ll have to go take a look at those lists and go through all of those intelligence holdings and be very careful to try and identify connections to foreign terrorist groups.”

And the door from Syria swings both ways.

Not only are Syrians with potentially deadly ties to terrorism coming into the U.S., but Americans are going to Syria to fight for ISIS. Many are lured over the Internet or encouraged by radicalized mosques in the U.S. to fly to the Middle East and wage jihad. Once they receive military training they are a danger to return to the United States.

Situation ‘out of control’

Another purpose of McCaul’s hearings was to get a handle on the size of the ISIS fighting force and how many Westerners have left their countries to fight for the terrorist army, which has butchered Christians across Iraq and Syria.

More than 150 Americans are believed to have gone to fight for ISIS. That’s up from the number Vice President Joe Biden gave just last fall, when he said about 100 Americans were fighting for ISIS.

“We don’t have it under control,” said Steinbach. “Absolutely, we’re doing the best we can. If I were to say that we had it under control, then I would say I know of every single individual traveling. I don’t. And I don’t know every person there and I don’t know everyone coming back. So it’s not even close to being under control.”

McCaul said the American people want answers.

“You know the American people have seen Americans, the American journalists, beheaded by the ISIS executioner. It was a wake-up call for the United States,” McCaul said. “Kayla Mueller was just recently executed.

“And the Jordanian pilot, in one of the most horrific videos I’ve ever seen, in a very sophisticated Hollywood movie production style, lit in flames,” he continued. “They’re barbarians. And I think the barbarians are at the gate. We want to keep them outside the gates of the United States. I’m concerned that some have already returned.”

McCaul said the ISIS army is 50,000-men strong, but an article by WND earlier this week cited an Egyptian intelligence report that estimates the terrorist army could muster up to 180,000 or more fighters if it called in allied forces from al-Qaida, al-Shabab, al-Nusra and other like-minded Islamic groups.

What’s more troubling is the number of foreign fighters flooding in from the West. ISIS is not a nationalist movement with loyalties to any nation. Rather, it is an Islamic movement bent on building up the caliphate declared by Caliph Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi.

Under an Islamic caliphate, the fighters swear allegiance to the caliph. Christians in the caliphate have been forced to convert or die. Many of the Christian women have been sold into slavery after being forced to watch the murder of their own children.

5,000 ISIS fighters hold Western passports

“We know that foreign fighters have gone from 15,000 to 20,000. We know that 5,000 of these foreign fighters have Western passports that could get them entrance into the United States,” McCaul said. “… There are hundreds of Americans who have traveled to the region to fight with ISIS. We know that some of them have returned, and that’s a classified number. But my first question is, for those who have returned to the United States, what assurances can you give the American people, and what are we doing about it to make sure they do not attack in the United States?”

Nicholas Rasmussen, director of the National Counter Terrorism Center, also testified Wednesday and said the numbers are far from clear.

“We know what we know, but that comes from a wide variety of sources and we have always assessed that there is likely more information out there that we have not yet been able to collect … And that is possible there are greater numbers of foreign fighters and potentially even greater numbers of individuals from Western countries who have traveled to the conflict zones.”

Steinbach agreed the numbers could be much greater than the 150 or so Americans suspected of fighting for ISIS, also called ISIL.

“I would not be truthful if I told you we knew about all the returnees. We know what we know. There is a number that we don’t know about,” he told the committee. “The ones we know about, that have returned from Syria and the conflict zone. … Regardless of the intelligence that we started with, we build a case to disrupt. … And we seek to determine the root cause of their travel, what they did in Syria, and then ultimately if it was in support of a foreign terrorist organization such as ISIL we look for prosecution or some other type of disruption.”

McCaul said he does not believe the U.S. has “sufficient human intelligence in Syria to properly identify these individuals and hopefully the administration will move forward to do that.”
