Marxist Attorney General of New York Letitia James Ignored New York City’s Over Priced Home Values

The Attorney General of New York, Letitia James a racist Marxist Trump hating cockroach has used her positional authority to unconstitutionally attack President Trumps free market entrepreneurial spirit by trying to bankrupt him and steal his properties to cover a bond on her fraudulent prosecution against him.

She accused Trump of over evaluating his properties during free market capitalist exchanges which is impossible because the state of New York has licensed regulated property appraisers and also its the buyers that make these decisions with banks either agreeing or not agreeing to the loans.

Properties for sale in New York City are over evaluated in just about every zip code and the property will either sell or not sell depending on the clients willingness to accept the value and the banks willingness to take a risk on lending above it’s market value.

A home located at 4 E 79th St, New York, NY 10075 is on the market for $65 million dollars but its estimated appraised value is $60 million dollars. The home is “illegally overpriced” by $5 million as per the current rules created by New York’s Marxist Attorney General.

Will she prosecute the listing agents below for her free market entrepreneurial behavior?

Listing by: Sotheby’s International Realty 212-606-7611, Serena Boardman – Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker

A town house is up for sale located at 123 E 35th St, New York, NY 10016 with an “asking price of $24 million plus but it’s market value is actually $20-$23 million – thus apparently it’s overpriced by a million plus dollars by the listing agent below.

Or the listing by: Christie’s International Real Estate Group, LLC 917-821-6225.

Let’s take another example of so called real estate overpricing in New York City. A home located at 10 E 67th St, New York, NY 10065 is up for sale with an asking price of $50 million but its comparable market value is $46 million. We thus have a $4 million disparity here. The listing agent is:

Douglas Elliman 212-891-7621, George Vanderploeg – Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker

Source: StreetEasy, MLS#: 22871889

In a free market no matter the true value of a piece of real estate it’s up to the buyer, the lender and the seller to come to an amicable agreement not the Attorney General of New York and definitely not a hand picked Communist Trump hating judge.

As a licensed real estate agent in Florida property I am more than qualified to say that real estate values are speculative across the entire republic as they are in New York City.

Letitia James is close friends with Bill and Hillary Clinton and these folks also over evaluated property during her buying and selling days but I see no prosecution against the Clintons.

Bill and Hillary Clinton paid over $5 million dollars for their home located at 15 Old House Ln, Chappaqua, NY 10514 but it’s true value is actually a little over $2 million dollars. Why would the Clinton’s pay over $3 million above its market value? Who took the $3 million pay off ? Surely this warrants an investigation ?

Hang in there ladies and gentlemen Trump will soon be back in the White House and all these Marxist cockroaches and their cronies will come under investigation and face justice.

Donald Trump Appeals New York Civil Fraud Trial Verdict

Former President Donald Trump has appealed a verdict by the New York Supreme Court that found him guilty of civil fraud and fined hundreds of millions of dollars.

Trump, the leading candidate for the Republican presidential nomination, was ordered to pay the State of New York approximately $355 million on Feb. 16, a figure that was revised to $454 million, according to Democratic Attorney General Letitia James of New York, whose office sued Trump in the case. On Monday, Trump filed a notice of appeal with the New York Supreme Court’s Appellate Division, seeking to overturn the verdict.

“PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT…Defendants President Donald J. Trump, Donald Trump, Jr., Eric Trump, Allen Weisselberg, Jeffrey McConney, the Donald J. Trump Revocable Trust, the Trump Organization, Inc….hereby appeal to the Appellate Division, First Department, from the Decision,” wrote Trump’s attorneys in the notice of appeal. The trial verdict was issued by Justice Arthur F. Engoron of the New York Supreme Court’s Trial Decision, who had been previously criticized by Trump while presiding over the case.

James later claimed that the actual amount Trump was required to pay was $464 million. Trump’s net worth is currently $2.6 billion, according to Forbes, with most of his wealth comprising the ownership of properties in New York City, such as Trump Tower.

The verdict in the case was handed down after a trial beginning on Oct. 2 that was attended several times by Trump. He later testified in the trial in a chaotic session that saw Engoron chide him multiple times to conform to the court’s rules, though was later allowed to deliver his testimony without interruption.

“The fraud is on the court, not on me,” Trump said, according to CNN. “This is not a political rally,” Engoron responded to Trump’s attacks while on the stand.

The verdict and subsequent appeal is one of many civil and criminal proceedings that implicate Trump. He is presently under indictment on dozens of state felony charges in New York City and Miami — regarding allegedly falsified business records and his possession of highly classified documents after leaving office — as well as in Washington, D.C., and Fulton County, Georgia, which concern his alleged efforts to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election.

Additionally, Trump is currently involved in litigation at the Supreme Court of the United States regarding the decisions of state authorities in Colorado and Maine to disqualify him from the ballot in the 2024 presidential election, based on Section 3 of the U.S. Constitution’s 14th Amendment, and is petitioning the court for a writ of certiorari regarding his Washington, D.C. indictment to claim constitutional immunity from prosecution.

Furthermore, Trump was ordered to pay $83 million to E. Jean Carroll as damages for defamation following his criticism of her after she successfully sued him for an alleged sexual assault in the 1990s, where he was ordered to pay her $5 million.

The New York Attorney General’s Office did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

This is a breaking news story and will be updated.

‘It Ruins Their Case’: Attorney Reveals Why New York Judge Tried To Hush Trump During Testimony

A legal spokesperson for former President Donald Trump said that the judge in Trump’s civil fraud trial was trying to hush the former president because Trump’s explanations wrecked the case against him.

Trump and attorney Alina Habba clashed with Judge Arthur F. Engoron during the former president’s testimony Monday, with the judge threatening to remove Trump from the courtroom. Engoron ruled that Trump was liable for fraud Sept. 26, and ordered that several business licenses Trump held were to be rescinded, but an appeals court ruling stayed the order Oct. 6.

“There was a fiery exchange with the judge,” Habba told Fox Business host Larry Kudlow. “Frankly, I can’t even say it was with the judge and I… I’m very polite, I’m very professional when I’m in the courtroom, but the judge did not like him finishing or explaining because it wasn’t good for his case. He is interfering. He made his decision, let’s not forget that, Larry. He made a decision on summary judgment. He found liability already.”

WATCH:

Democratic Attorney General Letitia James of New York sued Trump in September 2022, alleging he overstated the value of real estate holdings in order to obtain loans.

“We’re wasting all this time, and he won’t even let the president, who is the person they’re trying to get to, explain why he certified to certain values,” Habba said. “Why? Because the minute he starts to explain it, it ruins their case. He was worth more than his statement of financial conditions, and Miss James, her politics are not allowing to backtrack. She needs a PR team, I’m telling you.”

Real-estate experts told the Daily Caller News Foundation that Engoron’s ruling greatly undervalued Mar-a-Lago, the Florida estate owned by Trump, which some considered to be worth more than $250,000,000.

“We are obviously going to move to completely dismiss this case. There should be a mistrial based on some of the things you mentioned today that I can’t talk about,” Habba added later. “There should be a mistrial here. Bias in general, I’ll say. There is a judicial code of ethics. Those ethics extend to the entire courtroom and when you violate the rules of judicial ethics there need to be certain things that hold you accountable.”
