Majority Of Voters Want To Throw Biden Overboard Following Disastrous Debate, Poll Shows

The majority of voters want to see President Joe Biden replaced as the Democratic nominee following his debate performance on Thursday night, according to a Morning Consult poll released Friday.

After the first presidential debate of the 2024 election cycle, Biden’s performance left many major Democrats scrambling to soften the blow. But even with the damage control, 60% of voters and even 47% of Democrats said Biden should be replaced as the Democratic candidate, according to the poll.

Of the voters who actually watched the debate, 63% say Biden should be replaced, according to the poll. Among Democrats who watched the debate, 50% say they want Biden gone, while 62% of independents who watched and 75% of Republicans agreed.

The sentiment was felt even in the upper echelons of the Democratic Party. Within 35 minutes of the debate, top Democrats and media publications began echoing calls to replace Biden altogether.

The New York Times editorial board called for Biden to drop out of the race Friday, asserting that other Democratic leaders are better equipped to take on former President Donald Trump in November.

Amid talks of replacing Biden altogether, 30% of Democratic voters said they think Vice President Kamala Harris should be the new nominee, according to the poll. Further, 20% say California Gov. Gavin Newsom should replace Biden, and 9% say it should be Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg.

Despite the rumors, Newsom has repeatedly downplayed questions about a potential 2024 election bid. After the debate, he dismissed questions about the possibility of Democrats replacing Biden in an interview with MSNBC.

“I will never turn my back on President Biden,” Newsom said. “Never turn my back on President Biden, I don’t know a Democrat in my party that would do so.”

Since the debate, many top Democrats who had previously defended Biden’s mental acuity have now avoided commenting on the subject altogether. To voters, the decline in Biden’s mental fitness was apparent, especially after watching the debate.

Prior to the debate, 43% of voters reported that Biden was mentally fit, and only 41% said they thought he was in good health, according to the poll. Across debate viewers, those numbers worsened, with only 35% saying Biden is mentally fit and 28% saying Biden is in good health.

This trend was reversed for Trump, who had 47% of voters saying he was mentally fit and 52% saying he was in good health, according to the poll. After the debate, those numbers jumped up to 54% of viewers saying he is mentally fit and 62% saying he is in good health.

Across voters, 64% said Biden was too old, while 78% of debate viewers expressed the same sentiment, according to the poll. For Trump, 42% of voters said he was too old, and only 45% of debate viewers agreed.

President Joe Biden’s campaign did not immediately respond to a request for comment from the Daily Caller News Foundation.

Illegal Immigrant ‘Gotaways’ Near Two Million Under Biden Admin

The number of illegal immigrant “gotaways” has skyrocketed to nearly two million under the Biden administration, a congressional source confirmed to the Daily Caller News Foundation.

Roughly 1.9 million gotaways, illegal immigrants who escape into the interior of the country, have been recorded since President Joe Biden first entered office, a congressional source confirmed. In addition to the rise in gotaways, Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) non-detained docket has exploded to 7.4 million cases and is on track to hit eight million by the end of the year.

The internal federal data was first reported by Fox News.

“These numbers are further proof of President Biden and Secretary Mayorkas’ radical commitment to open borders, and the secretary’s high crimes and misdemeanors committed to make them a reality,” House Committee on Homeland Security Chairman Mark Green said in a Monday statement. “The laws passed by substantial bipartisan majorities in Congress make very clear that illegal aliens must be detained, but Biden and Mayorkas have instead directed and overseen the mass release of illegal aliens into our communities.”

Unlike other foreign nationals that seek out immigration officials and request asylum once they illegally cross the U.S. border, gotaways are observed by Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officials escaping into the interior of the country before being apprehended. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is unable to track their whereabouts in the U.S.

The number of known gotaways has been steadily climbing the past several years.

There were more than 1.6 million known gotaways recorded between fiscal year 2021 through 2023, according to previously reported CBP data. That number eclipses all known gotaways recorded in both the Trump and Obama administrations from fiscal year 2010 through fiscal year 2020.

Due to the huge influx of asylum seekers appearing at the U.S.-Mexico border, an increasing number are being released from physical detention and allowed to roam freely in the interior of the U.S., being enrolled in ICE’s Alternative to Detention program. The non-detained docket, which currently sits at 7.4 million cases, has more than doubled since Biden entered office, the DCNF confirmed.

Chairman Green noted in his statement that the Biden administration has “consistently” requested fewer ICE beds in order to detain more migrants and isn’t utilizing all the beds currently available.

“Would-be border crossers around the world are making the bet that if they cross under this administration, they will be released into the interior,” Green said. “These numbers show that’s usually a winning wager to make.”

ICE did not immediately respond to a request for comment from the DCNF.

Biden Reportedly Developing Large-Scale Plan To Provide Legal Status To Illegal Immigrants

The Biden administration is developing a plan to provide legal status to illegal immigrants, CBS News reported Friday.

The Biden administration is reportedly preparing to announce an immigration relief initiative that could affect hundreds of thousands of undocumented immigrants living in the United States. The program under development would provide work permits and deportation protections to unauthorized immigrants who are married to U.S. citizens, contingent upon them having resided in the U.S. for at least 10 years, according to sources cited by CBS News.

This initiative, known as “Parole in Place,” aims to also facilitate a route to permanent legal status and ultimately, U.S. citizenship for eligible individuals by circumventing a current legal hurdle, the outlet reported. This hurdle typically bars those who entered the U.S. illegally from obtaining green cards without first leaving the country. Additionally, the Biden administration is working on simplifying the waiver process for DREAMers and other undocumented immigrants. This would potentially make it easier for them to acquire temporary visas, such as the H-1B visas designated for highly skilled workers.

These proposals are expected to be announced in conjunction with the 12th anniversary of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program at a White House event. This event is intended to celebrate DACA, which currently shields approximately 530,000 undocumented immigrants brought to the U.S. as children from deportation, CBS News stated.

The “Parole in Place” plan could represent the most expansive immigration program for unauthorized immigrants since DACA, which was instituted by former President Barack Obama in 2012, the outlet stated. The new policy is targeted at a subset of the estimated 1.1 million unauthorized immigrants who have American citizen spouses, provided they meet certain residency and other criteria.

This move is part of Biden’s broader strategy to address immigration issues through executive action, especially in the face of congressional gridlock on the matter, according to CBS News.

The Daily Caller has reached out to the White House for comments but has yet to receive a response.

‘No Choice But To Respond’: Israel Weighs Retaliatory Options Against Iran As Biden Admin Urges Restraint

Israel is weighing retaliation options against Iran, which attacked the country on Saturday, as the Biden administration ramps up calls for restraint.

Iran launched hundreds of ballistic missiles and suicide drones at Israel on Saturday — the vast majority of which were intercepted or missed their targets — in retaliation for Israel’s airstrikes on a diplomatic compound in Syria that killed several high-level Iranian military operatives on Apr. 1. Israel’s war cabinet convened on Monday to weigh response options as the Biden administration and European allies are calling on the country to deescalate the situation and embrace a diplomatic approach, rather than a military one.

President Joe Biden told Israeli Prime Minister  Benjamin Netanyahu on Saturday he needed to “take the win” from Iran’s failed attack, which was also deterred by U.S. forces in the region, underscoring concerns that an Israeli response could spark a broader regional conflict, a senior administration official told Axios. Defense Minister Yoav Gallant told U.S. Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin during a phone call on Sunday there must be a response to Iran, according to a U.S. official and source familiar with the call who spoke to Axios, though it’s unclear what such a response could look like.

It is unacceptable to allow Iran to launch an attack directly from within its soil when Israel strikes Iranian targets inside of Syria, Gallant reportedly told Austin.

“If Israel absorbs these blows, she will be alone, her deterrence eroded and [Supreme Leader of Iran Ali Khamenei’s] direct attacks normalized,” Mark Dubowitz, CEO of the Foundation for the Defense of Democracies (FDD), said on Sunday. “Khamenei will go back to his proxy attacks, the world will just accept them and restrain Israel.”

“Time to hit the head of the Octopus,” Dubowtiz said. “But patience is a virtue.”

It is the first time Tehran has chosen to launch a strike from directly within its soil against Israel since Oct. 7, the day Hamas, an Iranian-backed terror group, invaded Israel and killed roughly 1,200 people, prompting a massive Israeli counter-offensive. Until Saturday, Iran has solely relied on its network of terror groups throughout the Middle East to launch attacks against Israel and its allies.

Netanyahu asked the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) to provide him with a readout of potential targets and strike options, including hitting a facility inside of Tehran or launching a cyberattack, an official familiar with the talks told The Washington Post. Israel will likely engage in some sort of retaliatory response, but it’s likely to be measured so as to not spark broader regional conflict, Gabriel Noronha, executive director of Polaris National Security and former State Department official, told the Daily Caller News Foundation.

“Part of this is that the West would be smart if they actually offered tangible, real consequences on Iran to supplement or replace some of this kinetic action which Israel is considering. I think Israel still has to do something retaliatory, that can be kinetic, that can be cyber, that can be covert action, but they have to do something just to rebalance, or to settle the score,” Noronha told the DCNF.  “I don’t think in that Israeli response, they need to do anything lethal. I think if they take out either critical ballistic missile or drone-related infrastructure facilities, or perhaps oil-related, energy-related facilities, without causing the high casualties, I think that’s sort of a way to demonstrate, ‘Hey, you can’t go and launch missiles into our territory without consequence. But we’re not trying to turn into a tit-for-tat.’”

“Now the issue is that Iran is doing some interesting messaging. They’re basically saying, ‘If Israel responds, we will respond 10 times greater.’ That’s ridiculous, they don’t have like they don’t have the measures to do that unilaterally,” Noronha told the DCNF. “One thing is attacked demonstrated is that Iran’s conventional capabilities to attack Israel on their own are really bad. They don’t have they don’t have the ability, apparently, to actually hit targets on their own without using their [terror] proxies.”

Other experts speculated that striking back at Tehran could open a new front of conflict between Israel and Iran, which may threaten Israel’s — already fighting a war in Gaza — national security.

“That is a fight Israel cannot win. The Iron Dome system along with all the allied air power knocking down drones and missiles, performed brilliantly — this time. But Israel burned through a lot of interceptor missiles to knock down those cheap Iranian drones,” retired Lt. Col. Daniel Davis, a senior fellow and military expert at Defense Priorities, told the DCNF. “It seems likely that Iran can produce a lot more Shahid and similar type drones than Israel has Iron Dome and Patriot interceptor missiles.”

“If the two sides get into a sustained war measured in months, Israel may soon find itself with insufficient air defenses,” Davis told the DCNF. “Then even the slow-moving, unsophisticated Shahid drones would cause major harm to Israeli targets, as they pack a significant warhead and have excellent guidance systems.”

During their phone call on Sunday, Gallant told Austin that the current standoff with Tehran creates an opportunity to form “a strategic alliance to counter the threat posed by Iran,” according to Axios. But Biden told Netanyahu during their phone call a day prior that the U.S. would not participate in or support an Israeli counterattack against Iran, which could spur Israel not to strike, Davis told the DCNF.

“Netanyahu is now in a tough position, because if he strikes into Iran now — and especially if he hits Iranian nuclear facilities — he may get condemnation from some quarters in the West,” Davis told the DCNF.

Biden has been criticized for taking a policy of appeasement toward Iran in a bid to try and deter the country from acting hostile to U.S. allies. The Biden administration allowed Iran access to billions of dollars after failing to enforce oil sanctions, paying “ransom” for six hostages in late 2023 and extending a sanctions waiver so that Tehran could have access to revenues made from Iraqi energy transactions.

“President Biden needs to face reality: His policies of appeasing Iran while waging political warfare against Israel led Tehran to conclude it could launch a massive attack on Israel and face no consequences,” Richard Goldberg, senior fellow at FDD, wrote on Sunday. “The White House has been showering Tehran with access to cash in hopes of incentivizing better behavior.”

“It’s quite logical for the mullahs to examine the record and conclude a strategic-level strike on Israel would end in two results: zero consequences for Tehran and pressure on Israel not to respond,” Goldberg said. “Israel, however, has no choice but to respond forcefully to this attack — imposing costs high enough on Tehran to turn the ayatollah’s calculation into a miscalculation.”

The White House did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Iran Attacks Israel — Comrade Biden Takes Credit for Saving Israel — Total Lies!

In my last publication I stated that Iran would NOT attack Israel because they did not have the guts and they did not want a return strike on their nuclear weapon production facilities.

Apparently I was wrong, which is good news for the United States, the United Kingdom and Israel because now Iran is fair game. Although Germany will stay silent because they actually helped build these Iranian nuclear facilities with the Russians.

The installed Marxist in the White House Joe Biden rolled out of bed early this April 14th, 2024 which is a miracle in itself but no doubt his day nurse started his or her or its shift early with a handful of adult diapers at the ready. Biden woke up, rubbed his eyes, wiped some Vicks menthol under his nose and made his first statement to the world saying this was an “unusual attack” by Iran.

Well there is nothing unusual about a terrorist state attacking freedom loving people. What is unusual is Biden getting up before 10AM to make a statement. That’s a miracle.

So according to the fake news Iran launched over 300 missiles and drones at Israel and then Biden said the United States helped shoot almost all of them down. Nothing quite like announcing a Top Secret military response publicly. Now we are the next target, not so much Israel.

Biden in an election year took full credit from stopping this Iranian aggression with zero credit going to the brave and honorable Israeli Defence Forces (IDF).

Biden is your typical Marxist cockroach much like Maduro the dictator of Venezuela.

Biden said quote:

“Thanks to these deployments (he is slapping himself on the back to his orders) we (as in him) helped Israel take down nearly ALL the incoming drones and missiles.”

There is no mention of the Jordanian and British Air Force actually doing a good portion of the work and no credit for Iraq for closing its airspace to Iran. The fake news won’t report that Biden also told the President of Israel via phone that the United States will NOT help Israel in any retaliatory strikes against Iran. So why did we help shoot down the drones and missiles?

Biden’s hate Israel gang in the Pentagon described Israel’s superior blockade of its borders and military preparedness by the IDF and “Israel’s approach to military operations as a “Mansion of madness”.

So Israel’s government is considered mentally unstable for defending itself proactively by Biden’s Marxist led Pentagon. I have no doubt that the low IQ cockroach running the Pentagon will demand that Israel also notify him before any retaliatory strike on Iran.

If I was the IDF General running military operations for Israel I would tell Comrade Lloyd Austin the Marxist U.S. Secretary of Defense to go #### himself. Why would Comrade Austin need to know of Israel’s military plans unless he wants to keep Iran in the loop. The U.S. government is funding Iran’s military in part by allowing this terror state to sell its oil to Communist China avoiding U.S sanctions which actually no longer exist.

Biden is a fraud and a menace to global security and our republic. Remember, Trump not only stabilized and revitalized our economy he restored global peace and security. Any military actions ordered by Trump during his tenure were kept top secret as they should be to protect our national security interests. He did take credit though for destroying ISIS but that was a true statement unlike Biden’s lies and misrepresentations.

To restore global security and make America great again we must return former President Trump back to the White House in November 2024 and then January 2025. As for Biden, that corrupt weasel should already have been impeached by the spineless weak do nothing Republican controlled congress. The same Republicans who just gave the NSA and the FBI permission to continue spying on us from their 59 listening posts in the USA.
