Reporter Dave Sess of WKBN News in Ohio stated that a Navy Petty Officer just “Won” a bravery and heroism award.

He also said: “He won an award that is presented to just one enlisted member from each of the Armed Services branches”

First of all you don’t “win” a Navy and Marine Corps Medal it is earned. It’s not a competition for this medal that is ranked higher than a Bronze Star and Purple Heart.

Second, it’s an award presented to all service members that risk their lives to save others in a non combat role if it gets reported to the Bureau of Naval Personnel via the chain of command .

It’s then signed by the President of the United States, its not awarded to just one person enlisted or otherwise. It’s awarded to those who earn it.

Low IQ Liberal news media outlets like this channel are getting to a new low and has totally disrespected the Navy Petty Officer who earned this award at great risk to his own life.
