Trump’s Second-Term Revolution Restoring American Greatness

Nearly a year into his triumphant second term, Trump stands as a colossus, methodically dismantling the shadowy Deep State that has long strangled the will of the people.  What began as a bold mandate from 75 million patriots in 2024 has evolved into a masterclass in executive resolve, yielding historic economic surges, ironclad border security, and a foreign policy that puts America first.  Far from being bogged down by bureaucratic sabotage, Trump’s administration has turned resistance into rocket fuel, accelerating reforms that are already delivering unprecedented prosperity and security to everyday Americans.

The Deep State’s arsenal — leaks, delays, and outright insubordination — has been exposed and neutralized with surgical precision.  Drawing lessons from his first term, where rogue bureaucrats in the FBI and DOJ orchestrated the Russia hoax and impeachments, Trump launched the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) on Day One, enlisting tech visionary Elon Musk to spearhead a blitzkrieg against waste.  This innovative task force has slashed federal spending by billions, overseeing mass layoffs of obstructive civil servants and streamlining agencies bloated by decades of leftist overreach.  Schedule F reforms, revived and expanded, have reclassified thousands of policy-influencing roles as at-will positions, empowering loyal patriots to replace the faceless apparatchiks who once weaponized government against conservatives.  Critics wail about “politicization,” but this is justice — restoring accountability to a bureaucracy that betrayed the electorate by slow-walking Trump’s agenda and shielding illegal activities, from Crossfire Hurricane to the Hunter Biden laptop suppression.

The results are nothing short of miraculous.  Despite the Deep State’s desperate rearguard actions — fomenting leaks and legal challenges — Trump’s economy is roaring back to pre-Biden glory.  Since January 2025, the U.S. has added 671,000 net jobs, with native-born workers capturing every single gain while foreign-born employment plummeted by 543,000 — a direct win for American families sidelined by open-border policies.  Core inflation hovers at a stable 2.1%, the lowest since Trump’s first term, defying the doomsayers who predicted tariff-induced chaos.  The S&P 500 and Nasdaq have shattered records multiple times, fueled by $7.6 trillion in pledged investments from companies and foreign governments eager to partner with a pro-growth America.  Treasury coffers overflow with $90 billion in tariff revenues, posting the first June surplus since 2005 and funding infrastructure without a dime in new taxes.  These aren’t accidents; they’re the fruits of Trump’s reciprocal trade war, slapping 10–50% duties on unfair partners like China and India, forcing fair deals that protect steelworkers in Pennsylvania and farmers in Iowa.

On the border, where Biden’s laxity unleashed chaos, Trump has forged an impenetrable fortress.  The Laken Riley Act, signed into law in March 2025, mandates detention for criminal illegal aliens, commemorating the Georgia nursing student’s tragic murder by an MS-13 savage.  ICE raids have deported over 250,000 offenders, invoking the Alien Enemies Act against Venezuelan gangs like Tren de Aragua — a bold stroke blocked temporarily by activist judges but upheld in spirit by the Supreme Court.  Nationwide, sanctuary cities like New York face federal ultimatums: End the shielding of 7,000-plus criminal illegals or lose funding.  Birthright citizenship for anchor babies is under assault via executive order, and the border wall expands daily, slashing crossings by 90% in key sectors.  Deep State holdouts in DHS tried to sabotage these efforts, but Trump’s loyalists — vetted warriors like Tom Homan and Stephen Miller — have rooted them out, ensuring that the wall isn’t just built, but effective.

Foreign policy, too, gleams with victories.  Trump secured a landmark NATO deal, compelling allies to hike defense spending to 5% of GDP — a feat diplomats deemed impossible.  In the Middle East, his 20-Point Gaza Peace Plan, unveiled with Prime Minister Netanyahu, delivered a ceasefire, hostage releases, and Hamas’s dismantling by October 2025, stabilizing the region without a single American boot on the ground.  Strikes on Iranian nuclear sites, backed by Israel, neutered Tehran’s ambitions, while trade pacts with Pakistan unlocked energy independence abroad.  Even in Ukraine, Trump’s tough negotiations — favoring no more blank checks — paved the way for mineral deals funding reconstruction, proving that diplomacy through strength works.  The Deep State’s globalist puppets, from USAID saboteurs hiding Syria ops to WHO enablers, have been defunded and defanged, with $7.6 billion in green energy pork axed to prioritize real security.

Health and education reforms cut through the woke rot with equal vigor.  The Make America Healthy Again (MAHA) agenda, led by HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., bans DIE indoctrination in federal agencies and revives the Mexico City Policy, defunding overseas abortions while safeguarding taxpayer dollars for essential programs.  The 2025 Marketplace Rule ensures that Obamacare subsidies go only to qualifiers, stabilizing premiums and exposing fraud.  In schools, Executive Order 14191 expands educational freedom, empowering parents against union bosses and curriculum censors.  Bureaucrats who resisted — firing inspectors general who probed too deeply — were swiftly shown the door, their “trauma” a small price for liberating American kids from radical agendas.

Of course, the swamp fights dirty.  Impeachment whispers from Al Green and Democrat resolutions citing phantom “crimes” are desperate flails from a party eyeing 2026 wipeouts.  Leaks from FEMA holdouts and DOJ foot-draggers aim to manufacture failures, but Trump’s 143 executive orders in the first 100 days — more than any president — have steamrolled them.  Pardons for 1,500 January 6 heroes restored justice, while revoking 111 Biden edicts erased the woke stain.  As Russell Vought, OMB director and Project 2025 architect, declares, this is no mercy mission: “We want the bureaucrats to be traumatically affected,” ensuring loyalty to the Constitution over cabal.

Trump’s second act isn’t just governance; it’s a reckoning.  From job booms to border walls, from NATO wins to Middle East peace, he’s proving that the Deep State is no match for a leader who fights for forgotten Americans.  As 2026 looms, the midterms beckon as a referendum on renewal.  The people who sent him back to the Oval know: Trump is dynamiting the swamp, rebuilding on solid ground.

America is winning again, and under President Trump, that victory is just beginning.

EXCLUSIVE: Trump Admin Launching New Vetting Unit In Wake Of National Guard Attack

The Trump administration will be dramatically enhancing its screening of all foreign nationals with the launch of a new vetting center.

In response to a slate of high-profile arrests of Afghan men accused of committing or planning serious attacks on American soil, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is establishing a specialized unit intending to markedly upgrade the country’s vetting procedures of migrants, according to a memo exclusively obtained by the Daily Caller News Foundation. The new vetting center will help federal officials identify terrorists, criminal aliens or other foreigners who pose a danger to the country.

“USCIS’ role in the nation’s immigration system has never been more critical,” Joe Edlow, the director of the agency, said in a public statement.

“In the wake of several recent incidents of violence, including a foreign national attacking National Guard service members on U.S. soil, establishing this vetting center will give us more enhanced capabilities to safeguard national security and ensure public safety,” Edlow continued.

The new vetting center, when fully operational, will “draw on the full spectrum” of screening capabilities and leverage state-of-the-art technology when reviewing immigration applications and petitions, according to the memo. Headquartered in Atlanta, the center will also be tasked with reviewing already-approved applications for foreign nationals and prioritizing applications from designated countries of concern.

Trump officials say the enhanced screening is necessary after four years of the Biden administration, which oversaw a historic border crisis and a chaotic military withdrawal from Afghanistan that sparked the importation of thousands of Afghan nationals.

“Under the Biden administration, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services was pushed to expedite the immigration and naturalization processes with little regard for how that affected national security and the safety of our communities,” Edlow stated. “We changed that approach on day one of the Trump administration.”

“Under President Trump, we are building more protective measures that ensure fraud, deception, and threats do not breach the integrity of our immigration system,” the USCIS director continued.

The Trump White House, which has long prioritized border security, has doubled down on security efforts since Rahmanullah Lakanwal, an Afghan national brought into the country in 2021 under humanitarian parole, allegedly killed one National Guard member and left another in critical condition in an ambush-style attack in Washington, D.C., hours before Thanksgiving Day.

Immediately after the attack, federal immigration officials dramatically restricted asylum applications for all foreign nationals and completely halted immigration processes for individuals hailing from 19 countries deemed to be “high-risk.” On Wednesday, USCIS announced it was scaling back the timeframe in which asylum seekers and other foreign nationals can have valid work permits in the U.S.

Including Lakanwal, three different Afghan nationals let into the country through the Biden-era Operation Allies Welcome program have been arrested within a week. The FBI arrested Mohammad Dawood Alokozay on Nov. 25 for allegedly making bomb threats in Fort Worth, Texas and Jaan Shah Safi was arrested by immigration officials on Wednesday for allegedly providing support to ISIS-K.

Putin is Out of the Box

If you thought Putin had been marginalized by the US and Europe because of the Ukraine war, think again.

The Europeans have done a lot of huffing and puffing. And President Trump has sent Ukraine powerful offensive missiles. But we haven’t succeeded in blowing Putin’s house down. Far from it.

This week, Putin once again defied the International Criminal Court, which has an international arrest warrant against him, by traveling to India for talks with Prime Minister Modi.

He was received by Modi with all the pomp and circumstance normally accorded the leader of a great power. The two leaders signed an economic cooperation agreement that expanded Russia’s oil sales to India and included a Russian pledge to buy more Indian goods, all of it in defiance of international sanctions and U.S. tariffs.

It wasn’t long ago that President Trump announced he was doubling tariffs on India to 50% until India reduced its purchases of Russia oil.

I commented at the time that Trump was trying to force India to chose between Russian oil and exports to the US, and that I suspected the Indians would call his bluff and choose Russia.

And that is exactly what Prime Minister Modi did, despite his good personal relations with President Trump. India will also get new shipments of S-400 air defense systems and upgrades to its advanced Sukhoi-30 MKI fighter jets.

And why not? We were never going to offer them the F-35 because of all the Russia technicians already working with the Indian military.

That’s why Trump rescinded the F-35 co-production agreement with Turkey during his first term. He gave Erdogan the choice of buying S-300 air defense systems from Russia or the F-35, and Erdogan chose the S-300.

Look, the Russians are really, really good at espionage. But why should we make it ridiculously easy for them to steal our secrets?

Putin also signed a deal with the military regime in Sudan to establish a naval base on the Red Sea last week. It will allow the Russians to permanently house 300 personnel and dock up to four warships, probably in Port Sudan.

The deal also expands mining concessions (mostly gold) to the Russians, and includes Russian air defense systems, as well.

If you thought having the Houthis shooting Iranian-made missiles against Israel, US warships, and commercial shipping in the Red Sea was bad, just wait until the Russians get there.

They don’t have to fire a single shot to disrupt US naval operations, intimidate our allies, and gain intelligence on US and allied fleet movements.

According to an analysis by the Robert Lansing Institute, a Russian naval base in Sudan will “complicate American force flow in a crisis,” while providing “operational support” for covert arms shipments and Wagner group operations throughout Africa.

It also satisfies Russia’s centuries-long quest for access to the warm seas.

French president Macron traveled to China this week, ostensibly to get the Chinese to pressure Putin to end the war in Ukraine.

Macron is at best a bit-player on the world scene, but he is always good at preening. He really went to Beijing to sell more French goods to China. French presidents have always been their nation’s “salesman in chief.”

Trump is the first American president to play that role for us, and with $18 trillion in new investment in the US in just ten months, he has way outclassed the French.

The really big news about China, however, was a virtually unreported investigation by the Kyiv Independent that revealed a secret arms pipeline between Russia and China.

Since the very beginning of Russia’s war in Ukraine, the Chinese began sending top-level military officials to Russia, mostly in secret, to negotiate new contracts for advanced Russian armaments and to fund Russian arms manufacturers.

The Kyiv Independent based its revelations on a large leak of Russian defense industry documents obtained by the Black Moon hactivist group earlier this year, supplemented by Russian customs and flight records, court documents, and facial recognition software that allowed them to identify the visiting Chinese officials.

That China would want to buy Russian military technology suggests to me that the Chinese claims of developing fifth generation stealth fighters and other advanced AI-assisted systems are overblown.

But it also reveals China’s strategic partnership with Russia and their support for Russia’s war with Ukraine.

The Chinese want that war to go on forever. The reason is simple: as long as the US and Europe are focussed on Ukraine, they have less bandwidth to deal with China’s military buildup and its threats to Taiwan. And for China, that is the real prize.

I discuss all of this, as well as the Democrat and media phony outrage over the Veneuzuela coke boat strikes, and the president’s just released National Security Strategy, on this week’s Prophecy Today Weekend.

Critically Thinking About Our Health: IMO a key MENTAL component is too frequently overlooked

The physical health of Americans is simply atrocious. For example, over 75% of American adults have at least one chronic disease, and the rate of child illnesses continues to grow. Considering our knowledge, scientific advancements, financial resources, etc, this is unconscionable.

The good news is that many people and groups (like RFKjr, MAHA Action, etc.) are now aggressively chipping away at this huge elephant-sized issue. I am in full support of these efforts, and (despite being time-challenged) religiously watch MAHA Action’s 1-hour weekly meeting. It rarely disappoints. (You can join, for free, here.)

That said, I have one major beef.

No one is seriously addressing the underlying mental part of this health crisis. I don’t mean mental illnesses, but rather mental ability. We can provide citizens with boatloads of great information, but if they can’t properly process it, what good is it?

Yes, to truly fix this crisis we need many more citizens to be Critical Thinkers!

Interestingly, medical people (and other good souls) immersed in trying to solve parts of our health crisis repeatedly say things like “We need to change the public’s thinking!” yet they don’t get this connection…

Let’s do a layperson’s overview, starting from the beginning…

The human body is a collection of parts working together in various systems.

These unique elements range from relatively passive parts like a bone in your little finger to very active parts like your heart.

These complex systems range from the respiratory system to the circulatory system to the digestive system to the endocrine system.

The sophistication of these parts and systems is a major differentiation between animals and plants.

A key difference between humans and other animals is that humans have a much more advanced brain.

A human illness is a serious degradation of one or more parts or systems.

Critical Thinking is Instinctive!

The human brain is designed for thinking critically. For example, young children are naturally inquisitive, which is a clear indication that they are developing their critical thinking skill — which is rooted in asking questions.

K-12 schools should be focused on maturing this powerful skill, which is a cornerstone of what sets us apart from the rest of the animal kingdom.

Instead of making this a priority, almost all US K-12 schools actually infect children with a mental illness: lemmingitis. (See my earlier related commentary.) This disease occurs when the brain’s healthy and naturally occurring critical thinking is purposefully replaced by conformity.

The result? Such a brainwashed person now has herd mentality, which means that they are not much different from many animals. Thus, the term sheeple.

Surprisingly, much of psychology (and many other treatments of what we call mental illnesses, e.g., depression) can often be traced to a lack of critical thinking skills. This results in those victims making poor decisions (regarding diet, exercise, drugs, relationships, and much more).

So, when we talk of mental illness, lemmingitis should be at the top of our list.

Put another way, the number one thing to significantly reduce Americans’ chronic illnesses is to nurture their inherent Critical Thinking ability, starting when they are youngsters.

The Bottom Line:

We need to fix what goes into people’s minds before we can fix what goes in their mouths.

Put another way: until we make major inroads to restoring the critical thinking skills of Americans (e.g., starting in K-12), we have little hope to successfully restore the health of our nation.

SCOTUS Approves Lone Star State’s New Congressional Maps

With the 2026 midterms looming, the U.S. Supreme Court is officially weighing in on the redistricting arms race between red and blue states. Late Thursday, the nation’s highest judicial authority disagreed with a lower court ruling and instead allowed Texas to implement new congressional district maps expected to take five seats in the U.S. House of Representatives from Democrats and hand them to the GOP.

A divided three-judge panel consisting of two federal district court judges and one appellate court judge ruled late last month that the new congressional district maps Texas planned were unlawful, charging the state legislature with remaking congressional districts on racial lines, rather than along political ones. Six of the Supreme Court’s nine justices reversed the lower court’s decision. “Texas is likely to succeed on the merits of its claim that the District Court committed at least two serious errors. First, the District Court failed to honor the presumption of legislative good faith by construing ambiguous direct and circumstantial evidence against the legislature,” the court’s majority wrote in a two-page order halting the lower court’s injunction. “Second, the District Court failed to draw a dispositive or near-dispositive adverse inference against respondents even though they did not produce a viable alternative map that met the State’s avowedly partisan goals.”

The Supreme Court’s progressive wing, comprised of Democrat-appointed Justices Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan, and Ketanji Brown Jackson, issued a 17-page dissenting opinion authored by Kagan and joined by Sotomayor and Jackson. “In enacting an electoral map slanted toward Republicans, did Texas predominantly use race to draw its new district lines? Or said otherwise, did Texas accomplish its partisan objectives by means of a racial gerrymander?” Kagan asked. “Texas largely divided its citizens along racial lines to create its new pro-Republican House map, in violation of the Constitution’s Fourteenth and Fifteenth Amendments,” she continued, noting the lower court’s decision. “Yet this Court reverses that judgment based on its perusal, over a holiday weekend, of a cold paper record. We are a higher court than the District Court, but we are not a better one when it comes to making such a fact-based decision.”

“That is why we are supposed to use a clear-error standard of review — why we are supposed to uphold the District Court’s decision that race-based line-drawing occurred (even if we would have ruled differently) so long as it is plausible,” she wrote. The clear-error standard of review is an appellate standard, under which “a finding is ‘clearly erroneous’ when, although there is evidence to support it, the reviewing court on the entire evidence is left with the definite and firm conviction that a mistake has been committed,” according to the Supreme Court in United States v. United States Gypsum Co. “Without so much as a word about that standard, this Court today announces that Texas may run next year’s elections with a map the District Court found to have violated all our oft-repeated strictures about the use of race in districting,” Kagan continued. “Today’s order disrespects the work of a District Court that did everything one could ask to carry out its charge — that put aside every consideration except getting the issue before it right. And today’s order disserves the millions of Texans whom the District Court found were assigned to their new districts based on their race.”

Justice Thomas Alito, joined by Justices Clarence Thomas and Neil Gorsuch, responded to Kagan’s argument in a three-paragraph concurring opinion. “Texas needs certainty on which map will govern the 2026 midterm elections, so I will not delay the Court’s order by writing a detailed response to each of the dissent’s arguments. Instead, I offer two short points which for me are decisive,” Alito wrote. “First, the dissent does not dispute — because it is indisputable — that the impetus for the adoption of the Texas map (like the map subsequently adopted in California) was partisan advantage pure and simple.”

“Second, the clear-error standard of review does not apply here because the ‘trial court base[d] its findings upon a mistaken impression of applicable legal principles,’” Alito clarified. “Because of the correlation between race and partisan preference, litigants can easily use claims of racial gerrymandering for partisan ends. … To prevent this, our precedents place the burden on the challengers ‘to disentangle race and politics,’” he continued. “Thus, when the asserted reason for a map is political, it is critical for challengers to produce an alternative map that serves the State’s allegedly partisan aim just as well as the map the State adopted.” It is common, in such cases, for challengers to present an alternative map that achieves the stated partisan objectives without racially gerrymandering. However, Alito observed, the challengers in the Texas could not do so, “giving rise to a strong inference that the State’s map was indeed based on partisanship, not race.” He emphasized, “Neither the duration of the District Court’s hearing nor the length of its majority opinion provides an excuse for failing to apply the correct legal standards as set out clearly in our case law.”

In comments to The Washington Stand, FRC Action Director Matt Carpenter hailed the Supreme Court’s decision. “The Supreme Court handed Texas Republicans, and by extension Republicans in Congress, a huge victory in the redistricting war by restoring Texas’s congressional maps last night,” he said. “This emergency order from the highest court in the land does more than restore five new potentially red congressional districts, it signals that this court is unlikely to side with frivolous claims of racial discrimination in the gerrymandering process from leftwing lawyers like Marc Elias — whose legal group represented one of the plaintiffs in this case, and has gone to great lengths to hurt election integrity wherever it has advanced,” Carpenter continued. “This could have huge ramifications as we also expect a decision from the Supreme Court on Louisiana vs. Callais, a case with the potential to strike down Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act, which would open up as many as 19 other congressional districts for redistricting.”

The Supreme Court only issued a stay on Thursday, halting a lower court’s injunction. However, the justices are deliberating over a similar set of circumstances, originating in Louisiana. In the dual cases of Louisiana v. Phillip Callais and Press Robinson v. Phillip Callais, since consolidated into a single case, the Supreme Court will consider Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act (VRA), which bars racial gerrymandering, and reconsider its own precedents on the issue. Congressional district maps drawn by Louisiana’s state legislature in 2022 only created one majority-black congressional district out of the state’s six, despite the fact that roughly one-third of the state’s population is black. In response to a lawsuit accusing them of racial gerrymandering, Louisiana legislators remade the maps, yielding two majority-black districts. Those remade maps, however, were subsequently challenged, also on racial grounds: this time, the argument was that the new maps were racial gerrymandering because they were explicitly redrawn along racial lines.

In the midst of oral arguments in October, a majority of justices appeared poised to render Section 2 toothless and dilute its own precedents on the issue. In a line of questioning that would have been almost equally applicable to the Texas case, Alito asked, “If registered, Democrats overwhelmingly vote for Democratic candidates, regardless of the candidate’s race. Is that bloc voting?” Querying the relationship between redistricting along political lines and redistricting along racial lines, he continued, “Likewise, if registered Republicans overwhelmingly vote for Republican candidates, that’s not bloc voting. … So if it happens to be that people of one race or another race overwhelmingly prefer one of the political parties, does that transform the situation into racial voting? Or is it still just partisan voting?”

Accusations of racial gerrymandering have often been used by progressive voting groups to challenge and block Republican-led redistricting efforts. The Supreme Court’s decision in the Texas case could potentially indicate which way the Justices may rule in the Louisiana matter. A decision to neuter Section 2 allows red states to move forward with partisan redistricting maps, eliminating over a dozen Democrat-held House seats.

Evidence of Nicolás Maduro’s relationship with a senior leader of the Cartel de los Soles

U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio, having designated the Cartel de los Soles as a terrorist organization, noted the investment relationship between the Development Bank of Latin America and the Caribbean (CAF), and the relationship between President Bernardo Arévalo and Nicolás Maduro.

Including evidence of Maduro’s relationship with a senior leader of the Cartel de los Soles.

President Bernardo Arévalo wants to move $40 million dollars from the Guatemalan Bank’s reserves. This is a favor to Nicolás Maduro.

Monetary reserves: They see possible unconstitutionality in the 2026 Budget

By Carlos Álvarez

Authorities at the Bank of Guatemala (Banguat) will determine what actions to take in response to possible unconstitutionalities in the Congressional approval.

The Bank of Guatemala (Banguat) warned that Article 85 of Decree 27-2025, the 2026 Budget Law, approved by Congress and related to the country’s financial participation in the Andean Development Corporation or Development Bank of Latin America and the Caribbean (CAF), could present flaws of unconstitutionality.

The Bank of Guatemala (Banguat) reported that the Monetary Board (JM) discussed the issue at its session on December 3 and concluded that the content of the article contravenes the current legal framework.

According to the entity, “the aforementioned article could have unconstitutional flaws because it contravenes article 133 of the Political Constitution of the Republic and the provisions of article 71 of the Organic Law of the Bank of Guatemala.”

Both articles expressly prohibit the central bank from granting credit to the Government, which, in the opinion of the members of the JM, could be violated by the way in which the financing for Guatemala’s participation in the CAF is proposed.

In response to this situation, “the technical bodies of the Bank of Guatemala (Banguat) and the Ministry of Public Finance (Minfin), in a coordinated manner, will be presenting to the Monetary Board (JM) a roadmap to determine the actions to be taken in light of the validity of article 85,” it was announced.

According to Banguat, “a solution must be sought that protects the country’s institutions,” given that “there is agreement between the Executive and Congress that Guatemala’s participation in the CAF could be beneficial.”

However, he emphasized that “the form provided for in article 85 of the approved budget is not the appropriate one.”

Soy502 consulted with the Ministry of Finance and the Social Communication unit explained that “although the budget project submitted by the Executive proposed payment with budget funds,” the Legislative branch modified the financing method.

He explained that “Congress approved the Banguat exchanging one dollar asset —International Monetary Reserves (RMI)— for another dollar asset —the shares of CAF, a regional development bank—.”

“The Congress of the Republic has the legislative power to authorize the Executive Branch and the Bank of Guatemala to take this action,” the Ministry of Finance pointed out.

He explained that article 85 of the approved 2026 budget empowers the Ministry of Finance to manage the use of RMI for the payment of shares with the Bank of Guatemala, but also mandates that the Monetary Board authorize the transaction, which allows for prior technical and legal opinions that give it viability.

“If the technical and legal opinions of the Bank of Guatemala (Banguat) indicate any unconstitutionality, the Executive Branch may request an opinion from the Constitutional Court on this article,” the ministry stated.

He noted that Banguat has acquired shares in the World Bank (WB), the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), and the Central American Bank for Economic Integration (CABEI).

“It is an accounting matter; when the capital payment is made in cash to an international organization, it would not constitute an expense for Banguat, since a counterpart entry is recorded on the asset side that corresponds to the capital contribution to said international organization,” the Ministry of Finance stated.

He added that “it would have no effect on the level of its external assets, since the payment in dollars would only constitute a change in the composition of the assets recorded in its Balance Sheet.”

“There would be an increase in the Contributions to International Financial Organizations account, where the shares of the World Bank, IDB and CABEI are currently recorded, and a decrease in the Deposits Abroad account,” the ministry pointed out.

What the article says

Article 85 of Decree 27-2025, the General Budget of Income and Expenditures of the State for Fiscal Year 2026, specifies that “the Executive Branch, through the Ministry of Finance, is authorized to manage before the Bank of Guatemala, with prior authorization from the Monetary Board, the use of RMI for the payment corresponding to the ordinary capital type C of the CAF”

There are “2,817 registered shares of series C corresponding to the ordinary capital of CAF and the unit value of the shares is US$ 14,200 (Q 108,630)”.

Congress authorized the Bank of Guatemala (Banguat) to “honor the commitment of this provision” using funds from the International Monetary Rights (IMR).

He wasn’t shouting.

He wasn’t preaching hate.

He wasn’t attacking anyone.

He was sharing his faith.

The teacher monitoring the call muted him instantly. Moments later, she removed him from the Zoom meeting entirely — cutting off his message mid-sentence.

Why?

For talking about heaven.

For talking about eternity.

For talking about Jesus.

It was a brazen violation of Zion’s religious freedom, especially in an age where After School Satan Clubs are routinely allowed in elementary schools.

That same week, First Liberty Institute sent ARCA a demand letter reminding them of what the Supreme Court already made clear in Kennedy v. Bremerton School DistrictThe First Amendment “doubly protects” religious speech.

And then something remarkable happened.

Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders ordered an investigation.

ARCA suddenly changed its tune.

The school invited Zion back to speak, publicly guaranteed him three whole minutes to share his faith, and agreed to complete religious liberty training. Officials also pledged that students’ free speech and free exercise rights would be honored going forward.

Zion won.

“We are grateful that school officials acknowledge how concerning this situation was,” First Liberty said in their statement. Zion himself responded with the courage of a young believer beyond his years:

“Christians must stand up, speak out, and defend our right to share what we believe.”

In a time when many students feel pressured into silence, one young man refused to hide his faith — and the state was forced to back down.

May his example inspire all of us.

In Scripture, God repeatedly uses the young to shame the powerful. David against Goliath. Daniel before kings.

Here, another young believer stood firm while the system tried to silence him. And when he refused to back down, the truth prevailed. This moment is a reminder that religious liberty survives not by accident, but because courageous Christians insist on exercising it.

1,000 American Pastors Mobilize for Israel! AMEN!

“We need the pulpits of America to be on fire with the truth,” Mike Huckabee said in a fiery address. “I hope you will go back to the U.S. with the fire of G-d burning in your bones and say it is time to be pro-biblical, because then you will find your voice to be pro-Israel.”

‘Pro-Bible is pro-Israel,’ Huckabee tells 1,000 US pastors in Jerusalem

Tucker Carlson booed at the largest gathering of pastors in Israel since the establishment of the state.

” … we should say thank G-d [the Israelis] had humanity that valued every life. Let us never forget every enemy of Israel is the enemy of America: Israel is the appetizer and America is the entre,” Huckabee said.

‘Pro-Bible is pro-Israel,’ Huckabee tells 1,000 US pastors in Jerusalem

Dec. 4, 2025 / JNS

U.S. Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee on Wednesday urged more than a thousand visiting American pastors and Christian leaders to “light the pulpits of America” with the truth about Israel, and to quash criticism of the Jewish state from both the left and the right with the facts and the Bible.

“We need the pulpits of America to be on fire with the truth,” Huckabee said in a fiery address. “I pray that you don’t just go back home and say, ‘Oh, I had wonderful trip. I took some good pictures. I saw some wonderful sites.’ I hope you will go back to the U.S. with the fire of God burning in your bones and say it is time to be pro-biblical, because then you will find your voice to be pro-Israel.”

The Baptist minister turned ambassador urged his fellow pastors to speak out against criticism of Israel that is clouding American support among young people, singling out The New York Times and conservative commentator Tucker Carlson. The boisterous audience loudly booed Carlson’s name amid chants of “U-S-A, U-S-A” and “amen.”

“Those who are saying things about Israel that are not true they have the right to free speech,” Huckabee said. “But you have the free speech possibility to push back, stand up, speak up, and say not in this country. America will not stand silent,” he added to a thunderous standing ovation.

The weeklong visit, which was organized by American evangelical leader Mike Evans with the Israeli Foreign Ministry, was the single largest gathering of pastors in Israel since the establishment of the state in 1948. It included a tour of the southern communities that came under attack during the Oct. 7, 2023, Hamas-led massacre as well as meetings with survivors and former hostages.

In his address, Huckabee denounced criticism of Israel that it had overreacted in the two-year war against Hamas in Gaza, noting that the campaign—which, he said, could have been over on Oct. 8, 2023, if Hamas returned the hostages—resulted in the lowest proportion of civilian casualties count of any urban warfare conflict in history.

“That would be true, but that’s not the point,” he said. “Here’s the point: If your daughter or son was held in the tunnel, what would be the limit to your tenacity to get them and bring them home?” he asked. “Why every single one of us …, if those were my children, I would move heaven and earth and I would be like a crazed madman to do anything and everything I could to get into those tunnels and bring my child home.”

The ambassador continued, “And that’s what Israel has done. And instead of criticizing, we should say thank God they had humanity that valued every life.

“Let us never forget every enemy of Israel is the enemy of America: Israel is the appetizer and America is the entre,” Huckabee said.

Omer Shem Tov, whom Hamas terrorists held captive in the Gaza Strip for 505 days, including 450 days alone in tunnels, sang Psalm 121 in Hebrew at Wednesday evening’s event. He had repeatedly recited the psalm during his time in captivity.

700 million non-Jewish Zionists

“There are more than 700 million non-Jewish Zionists in the world,” said Evans, founder of the Friends of Zion Heritage Center in Jerusalem. “They believe in one book and it is a Jewish book. This is a covenant based on faith and a commitment to shared values.”

Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Sa’ar called the gathering “an alliance of believers” against an axis of evil that wants to destroy the Jewish state and its biblical connection to the Land of Israel.

“There is a huge global movement trying to erase our biblical roots and trying to destroy us,” he said. “But the Land will be as it always was: the Land of Israel.

“Over these last two difficult years, we saw who our true friends are,” Sa’ar said. “Our Christian friends are our most important and true friends.”

PODCAST: Federal agencies blame Democrats for the government shutdown. Are they violating the Hatch Act?

A banner on the Department of Housing and Urban Development website currently reads, “The Radical Left in Congress shut down the government. HUD will use…In a striking departure from long-standing norms, several federal agencies are publicly blaming congressional Democrats for the government shutdown.”

A banner on the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s website currently reads, “The Radical Left in Congress shut down the government. HUD will use available resources to help Americans in need.”

Kedric Payne leads the ethics program at the Campaign Legal Center, a nonprofit and nonpartisan organization that advances democracy through law.

“It is extremely unusual and possibly unprecedented because there is no reason for an agency to get involved in such partisan statements to the public,” Payne said. “I worked previously in the federal government. We always had particular language that was ready for a shutdown, and never did it have any partisan nature to that.”

A message at the top of the Department of Justice website reads, “Democrats have shut down the government.”

Department of Health and Human Services employees received an email prior to the shutdown stating, “Unfortunately, Democrats are blocking this continuing resolution in the U.S. Senate due to unrelated policy demands.”

Payne said there needs to be an investigation to determine whether this is a violation of the Hatch Act, a federal law that prohibits government employees from engaging in political campaign activity.

“The larger problem is that it violates an ethics norm where agencies may perform the work of an administration, but they do it in a nonpartisan manner,” Payne said. “These statements are not from an individual. They’re from the agency, from the American government, and they are made in a way that divides the public based on partisan affiliation. And that is not a normal activity for a government agency.”

California Gov Hopefuls Throw Newsom Under The Bus After He Skips A City Where Kids Were Shot

Multiple Democratic California gubernatorial candidates called out Democratic California Gov. Gavin Newsom on Wednesday evening for not personally going to Stockton after a mass shooting killed three children and one adult.

massacre erupted at a children’s birthday party Saturday evening in Stockton, killing two 8-year-old girls, a 14-year-old boy and a 21-year-old man, and injuring others. Despite the tragedy and media attention, Newsom did not go to the scene.

When asked by KCRA Political Director Ashley Zavala about the governor’s decision, three Democratic gubernatorial candidates and one Republican criticized Newsom’s absence.

“I believe the governor, he should have gone down to Stockton. I exchanged messages with the mayor of Stockton and she told me how horrible this is for her community and the fear of retaliation and what that was going to mean for her and her community. And this is an area in the Central Valley that already feels like their flyover country,” Democrat candidate Ian Calderon said.

“Nobody cares about us. You fly over us. You only come here when you’re campaigning. They can’t continue to feel like that. And they need to know that they can have a relationship with the governor and the state that when something significantly tragic like this happens,” Calderon added.

Democratic candidate Antonio Villaraigosa also answered Zavala’s question, saying he “showed up” during his tenure as mayor of Los Angeles from 2005 to 2013.

“I’ll tell you what I did when I was mayor. I always showed up. I showed up when a cop was shot. I showed up when families lost loved ones,” Villaraigosa said. “Actually, when I was a council member, I went to every single homicide in the two years that I was a council member in my district. When I was mayor, there were too many, but we reduced it to 1950 levels, as I said. But I think it’s important to show up. And I’m not criticizing anyone. I don’t know where he was at. But I could tell you for me, you show up.”

A third Democratic candidate, Betty Yee, emphasized the importance of demonstrating support for a community that has “lost loved ones and lost community members” and starting a conversation about why the incident happened. When Zavala pressed Yee on whether she would have gone to the scene if she were governor, Yee immediately responded yes.

Newsom’s office did not respond to the Daily Caller News Foundation’s request for comment.

Riverside County Sheriff and Republican gubernatorial candidate Chad Bianco also criticized the governor, questioning why Newsom has not called for an end to the violence or demanded accountability.

“Why isn’t the leader of the state there saying that this absolutely must stop and that the perpetrators will be held accountable? As the governor of California, I absolutely would make sure that I was there. I would make sure that I’m there for the families and we will be doing everything we can to make sure that California is the safest state in the country,” Bianco said.

“This selfishness of our elected officials that they only do things that benefit themselves, and sometimes they don’t have the ability to sacrifice or sacrifice their own ambitions, his vacation or his political speech that he was going to give in another part of the country, because a community in California was suffering, it says a lot,” Bianco added.

According to the San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office, authorities received reports of a shooting shortly before 6 p.m. and confirmation that 14 people had been struck by gunfire and four were deceased. By Tuesday, the four killed were confirmed as 8-year-old Journey Rose, 8-year-old Maya Lupian, 14-year-old Amari Peterson and 21-year-old Susano Archuleta, with the total number of injured rising to 17, according to CBS News.

Iran to Hang Abused Child Bride — World Must Stop This!

Halt the Execution of Goli Kouhkan Now

The Islamic Republic of Iran stands poised to unleash yet another atrocity, dangling the life of Goli Kouhkan — a 25-year-old Baluch warrior forged in the fires of child marriage and unrelenting abuse — from the gallows of injustice. This regime, a fortress of oppression built on the bones of women, children, and ethnic minorities, condemns her to death for daring to strike back against her tormentor. The United Nations human rights experts roar in unison: Iran must smash this execution order to pieces, or etch another bloodstain on its tyrannical ledger. Kouhkan’s blade in 2018 ended her husband’s reign of terror, but Iran’s courts — blind to her scars, deaf to her cries — branded her a murderer under their twisted qisas (Retaliation) law. This is no justice; this is state-sanctioned slaughter.

Goli Kouhkan’s saga erupts from the depths of hellish tradition. At just 12 years old, this undocumented Baluch girl was sold like chattel into marriage with her cousin — a predator who crushed her spirit and body without mercy. By 13, she birthed a child in agony, denied even the whisper of medical aid, her illiterate mind trapped in isolation. For years, she toiled as a farm laborer under the lash of physical beatings, sexual violations, and psychological warfare. Her family? They abandoned her to the wolves, rejecting her pleas for escape. Society’s chains — discriminatory divorce laws, the threat of honor killings — locked her in tighter. Undocumented and voiceless, she navigated a labyrinth of ethnic marginalization and gender warfare, where Baluch women like her are erased from state protections, education, and basic humanity.

In 2018, the storm broke. During a brutal confrontation, Kouhkan defended herself and her child, felling her abuser. Iranian interrogators pounced, coercing a confession from her lips without a shred of legal counsel. Now, at 25, she faces the noose unless her husband’s family pockets 10 billion tomans — roughly $90,000 in blood money. She can’t pay; poverty seals her fate. This isn’t retribution; it’s a rigged auction where women’s lives are bartered to the highest bidder. UN experts thunder: “Her execution would constitute a grave violation of international human rights law.” They expose the rot: Iran’s qisas system discriminates ruthlessly based on gender and wealth, executing survivors while shielding abusers.

Kouhkan’s torment mirrors a genocide against women in Iran. Between 2010 and 2024, the regime hanged at least 241 women, 114 under qisas for homicide. The vast majority? Victims like Kouhkan, who killed husbands or partners in self-defense after enduring child marriages, forced unions, and endless violence. Iranian courts obliterate evidence of abuse, ignoring self-defense claims and patterns of terror. Domestic violence thrives unchecked – no shelters, no laws, no escape. Women fleeing face death at the family’s hands or state execution. This intersects with ethnic erasure: Baluch, Kurdish, and other minorities suffer amplified horrors, denied documentation, services, and justice. UN Rapporteur Mai Sato and her allies declare: “This is a woman who was sold into marriage as a child, brutalized for years, and then abandoned by her family and the justice system.” They condemn the regime’s failure to protect, its bias that turns survivors into criminals.

The experts — Reem Alsalem on violence against women, Tomoya Obokata on slavery, and the Working Group on discrimination against women and girls — hammer the truth: Kouhkan embodies systemic genocide. “Goli Kouhkan is a survivor of domestic violence and a victim of the justice system,” they proclaim. “Her execution would represent a profound injustice.” They’ve bombarded Iranian authorities with demands for intervention, exposing how gender, ethnicity, and poverty forge chains of doom. Child marriage isn’t a relic; it’s a weapon, stripping girls of childhood, health, and freedom. Kouhkan’s case shatters illusions: Iran’s theocracy weaponizes law to crush the vulnerable, executing those who fight back while abusers walk free.

This outrage demands global fury. The world must not whisper condolences; it must unleash a torrent of pressure. Governments, activists, human rights warriors – rise and bombard Tehran with ultimatums. Halt Kouhkan’s execution now, or stand condemned as accomplices to murder. Provide her sanctuary, compensation, and a path to rebuild. Dismantle the qisas abomination, enact ironclad protections against child marriage and domestic terror. Iran’s regime thrives on silence; shatter it with thunderous condemnation. Kouhkan’s life hangs by a thread — cut it, and the blood floods the streets of history.

But this fight surges beyond one woman. Iran’s women rise like a tidal wave, defying veils of oppression in protests that shake the mullahs’ thrones. From Mahsa Amini’s martyrdom to the underground networks smuggling hope, resistance boils. Kouhkan’s survival fuels that fire, proving no chain unbreakable. The UN’s call echoes: Spare her, comply with human rights covenants, end this barbarism. Failure? It cements Iran’s rogue status, inviting sanctions, isolation, and the wrath of free peoples.

Goli Kouhkan endures as a beacon of defiance. Her story scorches the regime’s facade, revealing a machine that devours its daughters. We declare: No more. Halt the execution. Liberate the oppressed. The revolution against this tyranny ignites today – unyielding, absolute, victorious.

Jack Smith Subpoenaed

Jack Smith subpoenaed for deposition with House Judiciary Committee

Subpoena includes sweeping demand for all documents and communications from Smith’s time as special counsel

By Ashley Oliver,  Fox News,  December 3, 2025 11:37am EST

House Judiciary Committee wants answers from Jack Smith on Trump prosecutions

House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, subpoenaed former special counsel Jack Smith on Wednesday for a deposition, escalating Republicans’ investigation into one of President Donald Trump’s top political foes.

Jordan directed Smith to appear before the committee on Dec. 17, according to a copy of the subpoena reviewed by Fox News Digital.

“Due to your service as Special Counsel, the Committee believes that you possess information that is vital to its oversight of this matter,” Jordan wrote in a letter accompanying his request.

The forthcoming deposition, which is set to take place behind closed doors, comes as House and Senate Republicans have zeroed in on Smith’s election-related investigation of Trump, describing it as a scandal that unnecessarily swept up hundreds of Republican lawmakers, GOP entities, Trump allies and media outlets as part of the probe.

Smith has repeatedly stood by his work as special counsel, which eventually involved bringing two sets of criminal charges against Trump over the 2020 election and over alleged retention of classified documents. Smith dropped both cases after Trump won the 2024 election, citing a Department of Justice policy that discourages prosecuting sitting presidents.

Smith has already offered to publicly testify before the House and Senate Judiciary Committees, but a source familiar with Jordan’s request said a deposition is the chairman’s preferred format because each party on the committee can question Smith for an hour at a time and build a better record. In a public hearing, lawmakers typically question a witness in five-minute intervals.

Peter Koski, an attorney for Smith, responded to the subpoena in a statement provided to Fox News Digital and reiterated that Smith offered six weeks ago to appear voluntarily in a public hearing setting.

“We are disappointed that offer was rejected, and that the American people will be denied the opportunity to hear directly from Jack on these topics,” Koski said. “Jack looks forward to meeting with the committee later this month to discuss his work and clarify the various misconceptions about his investigation.”

Jordan’s subpoena also included a sweeping demand for all documents and communications related to Smith’s time as special counsel, a request that comes after the DOJ told Smith’s lawyers in a letter on Nov. 12, reviewed by Fox News Digital, that it would make a “unique” accommodation to Congress by authorizing Smith to “provide unrestricted testimony to the Committee, irrespective of potential privilege.”

In a statement, committee ranking member Rep. Jamie Raskin, D-Md., blasted Jordan for opting for a closed-door meeting with Smith, saying Republicans will “spin, distort, and cherry-pick his remarks through press leaks.”

“The American people deserve to hear the full unvarnished truth about Special Counsel Smith’s years-long effort to investigate and prosecute the crimes committed by Donald Trump and his co-conspirators,” Raskin said.

Video: Confessions of a Former Pro-Hamas Activist

From The Free Press:

When I saw a viral video of Taryn Thomas speaking at an October 7, 2025, vigil at Stanford, I knew she was unique. That’s because only two years before, she was a part of the pro-Palestine movement on her campus.

After Hamas’s attack on Israel, Thomas took part in the first encampments that appeared on campuses across the country and fully submitted to the groupthink that Hamas was a legitimate resistance group. She marched with people who wouldn’t dare associate with Zionists, and accepted an invitation to see the Nova exhibit in Los Angeles only so she could report back to her friends about the “Zionist propaganda.”

But that’s not what happened. Thomas says seeing evidence of the Nova festival and what truly happened on October 7 opened her eyes. In the months that followed, she took a trip to Israel, listened to the firsthand experiences of Israelis and Palestinians, and made friends from the Jewish community on her campus.

Those experiences gave Thomas the fortitude to do something truly courageous: risk her friendships, face her misconceptions, and change her mind.

This is our conversation about how a well-meaning, highly educated young person can fall into a destructive movement and what it took to find her way out.

I’ve covered the anti-Israel movement on college campuses since October 7, and this is one of the most moving interviews I’ve ever done.

I was able to ask Thomas the questions that have been on my mind since October 7 yet could never have answered, because most members of the anti-Israel movement refused to speak to me. We speak about how the anti-Israel cause has captured so many young people, what the Jewish community fails to understand about the movement, and how we might win the information war online.

Is it time to prepare for civil war? Glenn Beck’s answer might surprise you …

He is right and we must win and keep the House and Senate in 2026 and the Presidency and Congress in 2028.

We have been in a Civil War declared on us by the left since Barak Hussein Obama declared he would “fundamentally transform” the USA back in 2007-08. His intent was to change our Constitutional Republic into a Socialist/Communist state like they now have in western Europe. Had Clinton succeeded him this would have happened — temporary reprieve by Trump until COVID hoax and then more of same with Biden/Obama 3. Had Harris been elected we would have been there but thank God Trump beat the rig.

So far the war has largely been one of words including TDS where conservative Biblical and Constitutional values and logical, factual ideas are countered with insults, word salads, unreasonable emotion, personal attacks and stupid leftis hills to die on espoused below.

Actually, you could say, the current Civil War really started with LBJ’s “Great Society” leading to a welfare state and all its bad impacts but then Obama really cemented our path to socialism/communism which now infects close to 50% of our population; most of our colleges and universities; all of entertainment industry including pro sports and all of our big cities and red states under the control of Democrats.

Of course, cowardly establishment RINOs have not helped much. Trump’s MAGA/MAHA & America First and grassroots activism are the antidote to this leftist poison. The antidote to establishment RINOs has got to be primarying them out and replacing them with true coservative Republicans who stay true to their word and not to special interests/PACs plying them with campaign donations.

Look at the un-American hills to die on the Democrats have picked:

  • Defund the police and replace them with social workers
  • Force social engineering onto our military e.g. CRT/DEI/Climate Change/LGBTQ , etc. rather than combat readiness and deployability (fortunately Trump and Hegseth are whittling away at these but they still exist)
  • Invasion of our borders by illegal aliens (again Trump and ICE are chipping away at this)
  • Lawfare & Injustice by leftist Judges including injunctions against everything Trump does
  • School Districts/Boards more into indoctrination than education of children
  • Men in women’s sports
  • Mutilation of children declared to have gender dysphoria with sex change procedures
  • Denigration of both Christianity and Judaism replacement with secular humanism/atheism
  • Decline of Biblical morals and values
  • Continued emphasis on US as a systemic racist country and use of “revisionist history” to try to destroy American Exceptionalism with lies about “white supremacy”. “white privilege” “racism” etc.
  • Abortion on Demand
  • Criminals like narco terrorists should be protected not stopped or killed as necessary and so forth.

What did I miss?

Is it time to prepare for civil war? Glenn Beck’s answer might surprise you …

‘The likelihood of going into a civil war is higher than any other time in my lifetime.’

As the gap between the right and left continues to widen, whispers that we’re on the verge of civil war are rumbling across the nation. Some people are even wondering if they should start preparing.

Is this wisdom or folly?
