EXCLUSIVE: Planned Parenthood Used Your Tax Dollars To Train Educators That Biological Sex Is A ‘Myth’

America’s eighth-largest school district handed taxpayer cash to Planned Parenthood to train teachers that biological sex is a “myth,” according to documents obtained by the Daily Caller News Foundation.

Philadelphia School District (PSD), which oversees almost 200,000 students, paid Planned Parenthood Southeastern Pennsylvania (PPSP) nearly $40,000 in Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) HIV grant funds to provide up to 70 trainings which decry biological sex as a “myth,” support medical child sex-changes and normalize men in women’s sports, according to documents obtained by the DCNF through a public records request. Planned Parenthood delivered Comprehensive Sexual Education to more than 1.3 million participants during the 2023-2024 fiscal year, according to its latest annual reportdubbing itself as America’s “largest” sex education provider.

“Too many people remain unaware that Planned Parenthood has become a primary player in the youth gender industry and uses schools as the vehicle into the minds of children,” Erika Sanzi, director of outreach for Defending Education, told the DCNF. “This is already unacceptable on its face but the fact that they’re using federal dollars to promote these ideologies and lie about the long-term consequences of medicalization is reprehensible.”

PPSP contracted with the PSD to provide 14 unique sexual education trainings for teachers and students in grades 4-12, on topics such as creating a “safe space” for LGBT youth at school, “debunking myths” about child sex-changes and teaching “self-advocacy” to LGBT youth, documents show. The DCNF obtained slideshows from the presentations, revealing Philadelphia teachers are being trained to reinforce the gender-confusion of students and push youth towards obtaining medical sex-changes.

The funds for PPSP were derived from a $2.6 million dollar multi-year CDC grant for a school-based HIV prevention program, awarded to PSD in 2018.

PSD did not provide a comment in time for publication. The CDC and PPSP did not respond to the DCNF’s requests for comment.

Slides from a Planned Parenthood school training titled, “Debunking Myths about Gender-Affirming Care,” obtained from the Philadelphia School District via Public Records Request.

A PPSP teacher training titled “Debunking Myths about Gender-Affirming Care,” “debunks” what it claims to be “myths” about child sex-changes, such as “most people regret having gender-affirming surgery or medical interventions,” “kids are too young to know they’re trans or non binary” and “gender-affirming care is dangerous,” documents show.

The presentation incorrectly calls puberty blockers, which cause infertility, bone density loss and may impair brain development, “fully reversible,” and states child sex-change medical interventions are “life saving and life enabling.” A review published by the Trump administration in May 2025 found the child sex-change medical industry is built on junk science that lacks ethical justification.

Planned Parenthood is “wrong” to cast child-sex changes as safe and reversible, Dr. Kurt Miceli, medical director at the watchdog organization Do No Harm, told the DCNF.

“Planned Parenthood is wrong in its portrayal of so-called ‘gender-affirming care’ in minors. Multiple systematic reviews show that the quality of evidence for these interventions is incredibly weak,” Miceli told the DCNF. “The harms, on the other hand, are very real and serious. The risks range from infertility to surgical complications and regret. These interventions negatively impact bone health and cause cardiovascular disease, too. The experimental and harmful effects on youth are no myth and can’t be ignored.”

PPSP provides sex-change hormone therapy through in-person and remote telehealth appointments to patients over 18, directing minors seeking sex-change hormone therapy to contact the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia Gender and Sexuality Development Program, according to its website. A training on medical child sex-changes lists the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, who Do No Harm calls the “worst-offending” children’s hospitals in the country for “promoting sex change treatments for minors,” as a “local resource” for educators.

The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia did not respond to the DCNF’s requests for comment.

Planned Parenthood claims biological sex is a “myth” and explains the importance of providing students with “gender-neutral” locker rooms and bathrooms in a teacher training titled “How to Make Your Classroom a Safe Space for LGBTQIA+ Students.” Teachers are further instructed to fill their classrooms with LGBT imagery, interrupt “transphobic” behavior and advocate for school-wide “queer positive” sexual education.

PPSP addresses the hot button topic of male “transgender” athletes competing in girls sports in the same training, stating there is “no research” to support males having an advantage over females in sports. It states that research supports that a “lack of athletic opportunities in schools,” which transgender activists say occurs when males are denied access to girls sports, is an “actual” threat to students.

A slide presentation titled, “How to Make Your Classroom a Safe Space for LGBTQIA+ Students,” obtained from the Philadelphia School District via Public Records Request.

In a PPSP training titled “Teaching Digital Decision-Making, Media Literacy and Safety,” teachers were warned they might be exposed to “transphobia,” “misogyny” and “bullying,” when reviewing a series of tweets, including those authored by J.K. Rowling, that questioned the legitimacy of Imane Khelif, an allegedly male boxer, participating in female sports, documents show.

Khelif controversially won the 2024 Summer Olympics female gold medal in the boxing competition. In March 2023, Khelif was excluded from participating in the International Boxing Association (IBA) women’s events after a series of blood tests showed Khelif failed to meet its definition of a woman, according to the IBA website. The IBA wrote a letter to the International Olympic Committee in June 2023 and expressed concerns over the safety of female boxers if forced to compete with Khelif.

A PPSP student media literacy training asked youth to identify “red flags,” defined as content on social media that is exclusionary, prejudiced or providing false information. Students were asked to find the “red flag” when provided with a photo of a pregnant “man” and a statement that only biological women can get pregnant, documents show.

A PPSP training titled “Self Advocacy For LGBTQ+ Youth” encouraged students to embrace “coming out” and to be supportive of medically transitioning “transgender” friends.

In its 2023-2024 Annual Report, PPSP praised its partnership with PSD, saying it has trained 627 teachers and staff to “cultivate shame-free schools.”

Trump Announces Major Job-Creating Deal That Biden Blocked On His Way Out The Door

President Donald Trump endorsed a “planned partnership” Friday between U.S. Steel and Nippon Steel, claiming the deal between the two steel giants will constitute the largest economic investment in Pennsylvania’s history.

The president’s decision to greenlight a partnership between the Japanese steel company and its American rival producer caps off a years-long fight over the fate of the iconic Pennsylvania company, U.S. Steel. Trump announced the steel company will remain headquartered in Pittsburgh and that the Japanese steel company’s investments will add at least 70,000 jobs to the economy.

“For many years, the name, ‘United States Steel’ was synonymous with Greatness, and now, it will be again,” Trump wrote on Truth Social. “This will be a planned partnership between United States Steel and Nippon Steel, which will create at least 70,000 jobs, and add $14 Billion Dollars to the U.S. Economy.”

The Trump administration’s endorsement of a U.S. Steel-Nippon Steel partnership follows former President Joe Biden’s decision to block the sale of U.S. Steel to its Japanese competitor for nearly $15 billion in January, citing national security and supply chain concerns.

“Without domestic steel production and domestic steel workers, our nation is less strong and less secure,” Biden wrote in a press release.

Trump opposed the takeover of U.S. steel by the Japanese steelmaker during his successful 2024 campaign and while serving as president-elect, arguing the Pittsburgh-based company should continue to be domestically-owned. However, he appeared more open to a deal upon taking office and directed the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States to undertake a new review of the proposed merger in April.

Republican Pennsylvania Sen. Dave McCormick praised the $14 billion investment by Nippon Steel in a statement, calling the deal a “huge victory for America.”

“My priorities are preserving and expanding jobs and investment in the Mon Valley,” McCormick wrote. “This partnership gets it done.”

CFIUS was slated to deliver its assessment of the proposed merger this week. Trump announced a May 30 rally at U.S. Steel headquarters to celebrate the major job creation news.

Butler, Pennsylvania: ANOTHER Assassin Charged With Threatening to Kill Trump, Officials, ICE agents

Butler. Pennsylvania again.

No Democrat legacy media coverage. They party of treason wants it. They want civil war. They gin up their base, incite their goons to violence and sit back and wait.

Pennsylvania man charged with threatening to kill Trump, officials, ICE agents

Shawn Monper of Butler, Pennsylvania, was charged with the threats earlier this week after he allegedly made threatening comments on social media, and purchased guns to allegedly carry out the threats.

By Misty Severi, Just The News, April 11, 2025 4:08pm

The Justice Department (DOJ) on Friday revealed it has charged a Pennsylvania man with threatening to harm and kill President Donald Trump, other U.S. officials, and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents.

Shawn Monper of Butler, Pennsylvania, was charged with the threats earlier this week after he allegedly made threatening comments on social media, and purchased guns to allegedly carry out the threats.

Monper allegedly made the posts under his username of “Mr. Satan” where the user commented in February that people needed to kill Trump, Tesla billionaire Elon Musk, and other Trump administration agency heads. In one message, he allegedly stated that he would “assassinate him myself.”

“I want to applaud the outstanding and courageous investigative work of the FBI and the Butler Township Police Department, who thankfully identified and apprehended this individual before he could carry out his threats against President Trump’s life and the lives of other innocent Americans,” Attorney General Pam Bondi said.

“Rest assured that whenever and wherever threats of assassination or mass violence occur, this Department of Justice will find, arrest, and prosecute the suspect to the fullest extent of the law and seek the maximum appropriate punishment,” she added.

Federal agents also alleged that Monper made other threatening statements against Trump and his officials from January 2025 through April. It is not clear what Trump officials he allegedly planned to target.

Butler 2.0: Trump Returns to Site of Assassination Attempt for Campaign Rally

Former President Donald Trump hosted his second campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, on Saturday. The last time he was in Butler, he was shot in the side of the head.

After Trump took the stage, he pointed to the same graph — depicting the drastic rise in illegal immigration under the Biden-Harris administration — he had had onscreen when he was shot on July 13 and began, “As I was saying…” Noting that Election Day was exactly one month away, the former president declared, “We stand on the verge of the four greatest years of the history of our country. We can make these the four greatest years. We’ll turn it around so fast that your head will spin.” He added, “With victory on November 5, we are going to redeem America’s promises and unlock the extraordinary future that is just within our reach.”

“I’ve been on a mission to rescue our country from a failing and very corrupt political establishment, very corrupt. We have to change it,” Trump continued. He stated, “I will never quit. I will never bend. I will never break. I will never yield, not even in the face of death itself.” Trump also said that what the political Left has “never understood” is that the Make America Great Again (MAGA) political movement is not “about me.” He explained, “It’s always been about you. It’s been about a lot of people, millions and millions of people. The biggest ever in the history of this country, maybe anywhere.”

He continued, “And every day, people who are the heart and soul of our country, they love our movement, they love our country, and they know they are doing right. Your hopes are my hopes. Your dreams are my dreams. And your future is what I am fighting for every single day.”

“America will, once again, be strong and confident and free,” Trump promised. Referring to the assassination attempts made against him since July, he went on, “That’s why I’m here today. You know, I could, right now, be having a beautiful life. I don’t have to be here. I could have said I could be on a gorgeous beach someplace. I have such nice property, I could be in Monte Carlo, as an example, but I’d rather be in Butler.”

Thomas Crooks opened fire on Trump and rallygoers at 6:11 p.m. EST on July 13. At 6:11 on Saturday, Trump announced, “Exactly 12 weeks ago, this evening, on this very ground, a cold blooded assassin aimed to silence me and to silence the greatest movement, MAGA, in the history of our country.” He continued, “For 16 harrowing seconds during the gunfire, time stopped as this vicious monster unleashed pure evil from his sniper’s perch, not so far away, but by the hand of Providence and the grace of God, that villain did not succeed in his goal. He did not come close.” Trump went on, “He did not stop our movement. He did not break our spirit. He did not shake our unyielding resolve to save America from the evils of poverty, hatred, and destruction. Yet we are here this evening in record numbers.”

Two rallygoers were wounded during the July shooting, in addition to Trump, and one man was killed. Corey Comperatore was a firefighter who died shielding his wife and daughters from the sniper’s fire. Trump asked attendees on Saturday to pause for a moment of silence in Comperatore’s honor and invited world-renowned tenor Christopher Macchio to sing the “Ave Maria.” Trump placed Comperatore’s firefighter’s uniform in the seats and spent time with the late husband and father’s family, who attended the event. “Corey Comperatore was an incredible husband and father, a devout Christian, a veteran, and a proud former fire chief, very respected within the town. Everybody knew him. Few men volunteered to run into fires, but Corey was one of those who did. He ran into fires,” Trump said.

He continued, “And when the sound of gunshots pierced the air on that July evening, Corey leapt into the fire one more time. In his last seconds on this earth, he threw himself on the top of his wife and daughters. He didn’t want them hurt.” He added, “Every father and husband in America hopes that if the time came, we would have what Corey had: tremendous courage, tremendous guts, and he wanted to protect his family, and he did protect his family.”

Trump also invited James Sweetland, a doctor who tried to save Comperatore, to speak. “I had the opportunity to take care of Corey Comperatore during the last Butler rally,” Sweetland said. “The fact that all you are here,” he went on, addressing attendees, “makes you all heroes. You’re standing up for your candidate and the right to celebrate your candidate.” Sweetland gave the crowd a “disclaimer” and said that he “used to be a Democrat.” He joked, “Please forgive me for that.”

Tesla Motors CEO Elon Musk, who purchased Twitter and renamed the social media site “X,” also spoke. “The true test of someone’s character is how they behave under fire. We had one president who couldn’t climb a flight of stairs and another who was fist-pumping after getting shot, ‘Fight, fight, fight,’ blood coming down the face,” Musk said. He asked, “Now, America is the home of the brave, and there’s no truer test than courage under fire, so who do you want representing America?” The crowd cheered, “Trump!” Musk continued, “I think this election, I think it’s the most important election of our lifetime. This is no ordinary election. The other side wants to take away your freedom of speech, they want to take away your right to bear arms, they want to take away your right to vote, effectively.”

“This is a must-win situation,” Musk observed. He said that he had “one ask” for all Americans watching the rally: “Register to vote. And get everyone you know — and everyone you don’t know — drag them to register to vote.” The billionaire tech entrepreneur said that if conservatives don’t register to vote and show up to vote, “This will be the last election. That’s my prediction.”

Trump’s running mate, Senator J.D. Vance (R-Ohio), also spoke at the rally, quoting Scripture. Referring to the July assassination attempt, Vance said, “Now I believe, as sure as I’m standing here today, that what happened was a true miracle. And on that day, America felt the truth of Scripture.” Citing Psalm 23:4, the senator continued, “Though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for You are with me.”

The Trump campaign has estimated that over 105,000 Americans attended the rally on Saturday. Over the course of the rally, attendees also sang “How Great Thou Art” and “The Star-Spangled Banner.”

‘They’ve Been Exploited By The Democratic Party’: Trump Has Caused Seismic Shift Among Blue Collar Voters

Former President Donald Trump has amassed more support among blue collar voters as Vice President Kamala Harris’ support with the once reliably Democratic group slips.

Trump has made strides among working class voters more than any other Republican candidate in decades, boasting a 31 point lead among trade school graduates and 17 point increase among nonwhite non-college educated voters compared to 2020, according to CNN senior data reporter Harry Enten. Among union voters, a historically blue voting demographic, Harris has managed to hold a nine point lead while her Democratic predecessors boasted a double digit advantage.

“There has always been a great deal of synergy between Trump and this demographic constituency,” Len Foxwell, a Democratic strategist based in Maryland, told the DCNF. “He has certainly made a conscious effort to target that voter base, and now, this traditionally Democratic constituency is at least keeping an open door to Donald Trump.”

Prior to the CNN poll, the International Brotherhood of Teamsters declined to endorse a presidential candidate on Sept. 18. Internal polling from the Teamsters, the largest union in America, revealed that nearly 60% of the workers they represent strongly favor Trump over Harris.

“All of the nation’s working men and women know that President Trump is the candidate looking out for them, which is why nearly 6 out of every 10 Teamsters support his candidacy,” Trump Campaign Senior Advisor Brian Hughes told the DCNF. “He has an economic plan that will allow workers to keep more of the money they earn, increase American manufacturing, and drive down energy costs. Under dealmaker President Trump, American farmers, manufacturers, and auto workers got the best trade deals in history, and he will once again put America First when we send him back to the White House.”

Teamsters General President Sean O’Brien was invited by to speak at the Republican National Convention (RNC) back in July. In contrast, O’Brien was not extended the same offer by the Democratic National Convention (DNC) in August.

“The Teamsters thank all candidates for meeting with members face-to-face during our unprecedented roundtables,” O’Brien said in a press release. “Unfortunately, neither major candidate was able to make serious commitments to our union to ensure the interests of working people are always put before Big Business. We sought commitments from both Trump and Harris not to interfere in critical union campaigns or core Teamsters industries — and to honor our members’ right to strike — but were unable to secure those pledges.”

The Teamsters have endorsed every Democratic nominee for president since Bill Clintonincluding President Joe Biden in 2020.

“By not endorsing Kamala Harris, they’ve given the green light to go vote for Donald Trump,” John McLaughlin, a Trump campaign pollster and CEO of McLaughlin & Associates, told the DCNF.

“We’re seeing a realignment between the institutional wing of the union and the rank and file membership,” Foxwell told the DCNF.

Pollsters like McLaughlin told the DCNF that this shift among working class voters is likely a result of economic hardships under the Biden-Harris administration.

“They’ve been exploited by the Democrat Party,” McLaughlin told the DCNF. “For the people that are surviving paycheck to paycheck, they have no choice but to vote for Donald Trump.”

Inflation has repeatedly polled as a top issue for voters, with rates surging to decade highs under the Biden-Harris administration.

While inflationary costs burden working class Americans, the Biden-Harris administration approved several spending provisions such as the American Rescue Plan and the Inflation Reduction Act, which have collectively contributed more than $2 trillion to the federal deficit. The American Rescue Plan, which was passed in March 2021, approved $1.9 trillion in spending, and the Inflation Reduction Act, which was passed in August 2022, authorized an additional $750 billion.

In addition to economic factors, political strategists like Foxwell told the DCNF that Trump’s trade policy would “naturally appeal” to working class voters in a way that the Democratic Party hasn’t.

“We’re seeing a realignment of the two parties when it comes to trade policy,” Foxwell told the DCNF. “Trump, who leads the party that was once considered to be the party of free trade and unfettered market capitalism, has adopted positions on issues like trade tariffs that would naturally appeal to a union constituency.” (RELATED: Trump Hammered Voters’ Key Concerns In RNC Speech, Harris Hardly Mentioned Them)

“Meanwhile, ever since the days of the Clinton administration and certainly continuing through the Biden presidency, the Democrats have been leaning more toward free trade,” Foxwell told the DCNF. “So, to the extent that we have a union workforce that is concerned with unfair and unbalanced competition from export markets, Trump’s policies would have a natural appeal.”

Although the Rust Belt states of Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania typically lean blue, their working class strongholds will prove increasingly consequential heading into November.

These “blue wall” states carry a lot of electoral weight, making them crucial for either candidate if they want to see an electoral victory in November.

In 2016, Trump swept all three Rust Belt states and secured his election against former Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton. In 2020, however, Trump lost in all three states and subsequently lost his reelection against President Joe Biden.

As Foxwell said, Trump has made a “conscious effort” to appeal to key industry workers like the United Auto Workers (UAW) members who were on strike in Detroit, Michigan, in 2023. During his campaign, he attacked Biden’s Green New Deal policies and their potentially negative impact on the auto industry in order to gain their favor.

Trump has also gained ground among trade school graduates, which is a continuously growing demographic. Gen Z has become increasingly involved in trade schools, with enrollments in vocational programs increasing by 16% from 2022 to 2023 according to the National Student Clearinghouse Research Center.

“I think there’s a lot of fluidity in this campaign, despite the fact that the numbers look relatively static at the top,” Foxwell told the DCNF.

“It’s really essential,” McLaughlin told the DCNF. “For Donald Trump’s Republican Party to become a majority, we’re relying on working voters across the country in Michigan and Wisconsin to add to our coalition. And he will win them over not because they make up a majority of the Republican Party, but because Donald Trump has stood up for them.”

The Harris campaign did not immediately respond to a request for comment from the DCNF.

‘I Have Not Seen This In Ages’: Pollster Warns Of Concerning Data For Dems In Nearly All Swing States

Veteran polling analyst Matt Towery detailed Monday on Fox News a worrying trend for Democrats due to a rise in support for former President Donald Trump among voters in crucial swing states.

During an appearance on “The Ingraham Angle,” Towery, who claims to have access to recent polls soon to be released to the public, reported a significant uptick in favor of the former president, not just in the usual hotspots but across almost every battleground state, including Michigan, Pennsylvania and Nevada.

“I’ve looked at polling that I’ve been privy to, and I’ll probably be public in the next few days. Trump is trending up in almost every single battleground state, almost every one,” Towery told Laura Ingraham when asked why Michigan Democratic Rep. Elissa Slotkin was concerned about the polling. “And when you ask the question, how are your neighbors going to vote? You have very shy Trump voters sometimes. Those numbers explode, and I’ve not seen this in ages. And you know me, I’m usually Mr. Doom and Gloom for the Republicans and Trump.”

WATCH:

While Towery is typically more pessimistic about Republican prospects, his current observations indicate a shift in public sentiment that spans beyond traditional strongholds.

“I am seeing a true shift in public sentiment, not just in Michigan and in Pennsylvania. I’m seeing it in Nevada, as a matter of fact, there’s been a turnaround there. The only problem child right now is Georgia, and that’s because the Republicans, you have two groups, traditionalist Republicans who go way back,” he continued. “They’re not feeling the groove with Trump right now. It’s the more new-come Republicans and those who live in the exurbs and down in those areas that were hit by this storm.”

Towery also touched on the recent severe storm that has wreaked havoc across the Southeast, particularly affecting Republican-dominated areas. “That storm affected Republican areas, and I’m just saying, demographically, all the way up, basically majority Republican other than Asheville. So what effect that’s gonna have on turnout? I have no earthly idea,” Towery added.

Experts suggest that Nevada’s shift toward Trump could significantly impact Vice President Kamala Harris’s campaign, despite the state’s modest six electoral votes. The unique economic and demographic factors in the swing state, which has consistently voted Democratic since 2008, might now tilt the balance in this tight race.

A New York Times and Siena College poll indicates a neck-and-neck race between former President Donald Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris in key swing states such as Michigan and Wisconsin. In Michigan, Harris leads Trump by a narrow margin of 48% to 47%, while in Wisconsin, her lead is slightly larger at 49% to 47%, according to the Saturday report from the NYT.

JD Vance Reacts After Reportedly Being Barred From Greeting Supporters In Pennsylvania Restaurant

A southwest Pennsylvania restaurant employee moved to restrict Republican Ohio Sen. JD Vance’s entrance into the establishment Saturday, forcing waiting supporters to move outside to greet him, according to reports.

Vance appeared at Primanti Brothers in North Versailles Township to meet supporters but one of the sandwich shop’s workers “told the press that cameras were not allowed and that they did not want a ‘campaign event,”‘ according to NBC News reporter Gary Grumbach.

“Now, it’s all right; don’t hold it against [the worker]. She just got a little nervous, but it’s a great local business. Let’s keep on supporting it. And, most importantly, November 5th or before: go vote, let’s go win this thing,” he added to cheers and applause.

“Without any advance notice, today’s campaign stop caused some momentary confusion for our staff,” a Saturday statement posted by Primanti Brothers to X (formerly known as Twitter) reads. “However, Senator Vance and his team were welcomed into our restaurant shortly after and engaged with our guests inside and on the property.”

Vance eventually entered the restaurant and spoke with an employee while paying the bill and promoting the Trump campaign’s “No tax on tips” plan, video obtained by Fox News shows.

Primanti Bros. allowed the Harris-Walz campaign to use its shop in Moon Township in August 2024. A local diner complained to Fox News Digital about being kicked out of the shop; protesters were recorded greeting the Democratic presidential campaign.

Rumors circulated online that the diners at the Harris event were paid actors brought along in white vans. Fact-checking website Snopes stated it had “yet to find any credible evidence of involvement from ‘paid actors.’”

U.S. Secret Service spokesperson Alexi Worley told Snopes the event was “a volunteer appreciation event” and that the white vans were “part of the Secret Service’s motorcade, ‘transporting members of the campaign staff and press.’”

The incident involving Vance and Primanti drew mixed reactions online.

“You are such a classy guy @JDVance !” said a commenter.

“Make sure everyone goes on Yelp and give them a 0 Star review,” another said.

“Boycott @Primantibros,” another said.

“Where’s the advance team?… and why does Vance keep making this mistake over and over?” another asked.

Earlier videos circulating online show Vance at a King Food Supermarket in Reading, Pennsylvania on Sept. 21, 2024 bemoaning the high price of eggs.

JD Vance: “Yes, buddy. Want some eggs? Let’s talk about eggs. Because these guys [pointing to his kids] actually eat about 14 eggs every single morning.”

“Eggs when Kamala Harris took office were short of $1.50 a dozen,” Vance said. “Now a dozen eggs will cost you around $4, thanks to Kamala Harris’s inflationary policies.”

Viewers pointed out online how some of the lower-priced tags on the crates behind Vance in the video showed $2.99, The Independent reported.

An Aug. 22 video of Vance ordering donuts during a campaign stop at Holt’s Sweet Shop in Valdosta, Georgia showed an apparently awkward encounter with an employee who seemed uneasy and asked to not be filmed while Vance intended to make small talk.

Secret Service Denied At Least 9 Requests To Buff Up Trump’s Security Before First Assassination Attempt

A Senate Homeland Security Committee report released Wednesday shows that the U.S. Secret Service denied at least nine requests to increase former President Donald Trump’s security leading up to the assassination attempt on July 13 in Butler, Pennsylvania.

Although the additionally requested resources would have been helpful, the assets were denied “at times without explanation,” according to the report. As a result, 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks nearly assassinated the former president when he fired shots at Trump from a rooftop positioned just 130 yards from the rally stage, killing an attendee and injuring others.

“The USSS C-UAS operator told the Committee he requested additional C-UAS equipment and personnel in the days before the rally,” the report reads. “However, these 9 requests were denied, at times without explanation.”

Trump’s security detail also requested “Counter Assault Team liaisons” to aid their coordination efforts in advance of the rally, but the Secret Service denied their request, according to the report.

The report found that counter snipers were only assigned to Trump’s detail at the Butler rally after “credible intelligence” of a threat was identified by officials ahead of the event. Although snipers were eventually assigned, the report found that they didn’t have a clear line of sight.

The report also cited several communications failures, faulty technology, planning missteps and lack of coordination between local and federal law enforcement.

“What happened on July 13 was an accumulation of errors that produced a perfect storm of stunning failure,” Chairman Richard Blumenthal said in a press release. “It was a tragedy and completely preventable from the outset. There was both a failure to provide resources – like a working radio, drone detection system, or counter surveillance team – and lack of an effective chain of command. Looking forward, we need structural reform in the agency itself.”

At the Butler rally, 20-year-old Thomas was spotted by attendees, flagged by Secret Service and identified by a local counter sniper over an hour before he took aim and fired shots at Trump, according to the report. Two months later, 58-year-old Ryan Wesley Routh was apprehended and charged after a Secret Service agent spotted his “AK-47 style rifle with a scope” poking out of the bushes on the Trump International Golf Course in West Palm Beach, Florida.

“This was a failure on the part of the United States Secret Service,” Secret Service acting Director Ronald Rowe said after the Senate report was released. “It’s important that we hold ourselves to account for the failures of July 13th and that we use the lessons learned to make sure that we do not have another failure like this again.”

‘Time To Make A Statement’: Black Voter From Swing State Explains Why He’s Voting For Trump

A black voter from Philadelphia said that he would vote for former President Donald Trump in a Monday morning segment on NewsNation, asserting that people were “not doing good” under President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris.

Since Biden and Harris took office in January 2021, prices have increased by around 20%, with the consumer price index (CPI) hitting a four-decade high of 9% in June 2022. Naomi Miller, identified as a first-time voter, told the network that he was looking at policy when deciding who he was voting for this November.

“It don’t matter about whether you like him or not, it matters is about his policies. And people’s not doing good out here with the Democrats,” Miller said, adding. “I feel like this year, it’s time to make a statement with Trump.”

WATCH:

The CPI grew 1.4% year-over-year in January 2021 when Trump left office, while the average price for a gallon of gas was under $2.25, according to GasBuddy.com. The CPI increased by 2.9% in July.

On the economy, Biden’s approval rating was only 38.8% in the RealClearPolitics average of recent polls, while only 34.8% gave him good marks on inflation.

Another Pennsylvania voter said she was backing Harris, citing abortion.

“When we are talking about freedom and rights, I feel like Harris is more fighting for everybody’s rights, and she’s more open to reproduction rights, which is very important to me,” Deanna Beloschtsky said.

Harris leads Trump by 0.5% in a head-to-head matchup in Pennsylvania, according to the RealClearPolitics average of polls from August 8 to 30. Nationally, Trump trails Harris by 1.8% in a head-to-head matchup in the RealClearPolitics average.

Harris proposed in August empowering the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) to impose “harsh penalties” for “price gouging” by grocery stores during a speech on economic policy. Harris also intends to raise the corporate rate from 21% to 28%, a proposal similar to one in a March 7 White House fact sheet, NBC News reported.

The Trump Assassination Attempt: Iran Wants the Democrats to Remain in Office

Recently released reporting about an ‘Iranian assassination’ plot may have little or nothing to do with the July 13 assassination attempt on President Donald Trump at a rally event in Butler, Pennsylvania. In March 2024, the FBI in Miami warned of an Iranian assassin wanted in connection with assassination plots against former and current public officials, such as former National Security Advisor/Ambassador John Bolton, former CIA Director/Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, and others who served in former President Donald Trump‘s administration. The Iranian regime has repeatedly threatened both Trump and other officials it holds responsible for the drone strike that killed Quds Force Commander Qassem Suleimani in January 2020. The FBI stated, “Majid Dastjani Farahani, an Iranian intelligence officer, is wanted for questioning in connection with the recruitment of individuals for various operations in the United States, to include lethal targeting of current and former United States government officials as revenge for the killing of IRGC-QF Commander Qasem Soleimani. Farahani acted or purported to act for or on behalf of, directly or indirectly, Iran’s Ministry of Intelligence and Security.” In 2022, Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi made a speech in which he blamed Trump and former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo for the killing of Suleimani.

Different Operations?

One theory being floated in some circles is that Thomas Matthew Crooks—and possibly others across the United States who may fit an anti-Trump, disaffected profile—could have been recruited on online gaming sites by Iranian intelligence agents posing as Americans. We’ll note that Rep. Mike Waltz (R-FL) told FOX News host Jesse Watters in an interview at the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee, WI, that Crooks had three encrypted overseas apps on his cell phone. Subsequent reporting identified the locations of those three apps as Belgium, Germany, and New Zealand. Waltz, who sits on the House Intelligence, Foreign Affairs, and Armed Services Committees, did not offer additional details, nor did Watters press him to. Online recruitment is a well-known tactic employed by Islamic jihadis, usually with the intent of enticing young people to war zones or to act within communities in support of jihadist objectives. The Islamic State (IS) exemplifies the use of technology to disseminate high-quality propaganda that emulates Hollywood movies and popular video games. Using a variety of social media platforms, IS has been able to reach millions of people and encourage tens of thousands to leave their homes and join the Caliphate. In this case, if Crooks was recruited from a gaming platform, he was not being recruited for war in Syria or Gaza. He was being recruited for a “special” operation, which could be viewed by those recruiting him as jihad.

Crooks’ attempt to murder the former US President may or may not be part of the known ‘Iranian assassination plot.’ Crooks was not a ‘trained’ assassin. He may have received some training, but he is not an IRGC/MOIS (Islamic Revolutionary Guard/Ministry of Intelligence and Security) operative. Moreover, the discovery of one plot a year ago does not mean it’s this plot. In fact, the Iranian regime and other hostile state actors continuously develop various plots to undermine the U.S. government and its allies. Disclosure to the media of the Iranian intelligence assassination plot—which came after the Trump shooting but apparently had been known for several months, if not up to a year prior—may or may not relate to this attempt by Crooks. There could be a different plot related to maintaining the Biden administration and its policies towards Gaza/Israel in power that supersedes this earlier-but-still-in-effect plot of revenge for Suleimani or it may be in addition to the threats against Trump related to Suleimani.

Which regime benefits from a Democrat administration the most? Given the situation in Gaza and the likely upcoming war between Israel and Hizballah, it is clearly in the Iranian regime’s interest to maintain the status quo. The Biden administration is, after all, an administration that has consistently demonstrated a policy of appeasement towards Tehran. The Biden, Burns, Bitar, and Blinken team has been viewed as less adversarial to Iranian interests and those of its intelligence services than the prior Republican administration led by then-President Donald Trump. The Biden administration is viewed by the Iranian regime as willing to permit and even finance its drive to deliverable nuclear weapons capability and support for Islamic terror across the region, while at the same time being antagonistic toward longtime ally Israel.

For example, the Biden administration has sought to sanction Israel’s battalion, an Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) unit comprised of observant Orthodox Jewish men. Such a step is unheard of among allies and certainly from what was, until recently, the closest ally of the Jewish State of Israel. Recently, however, in deference to the UN and other aid agencies, some of which have been found to aid and abet terrorists, the Biden administration built a ‘humanitarian aid’ pier with U.S. taxpayer money to support food and other supply efforts in the Gaza Strip, in full knowledge that HAMAS takes control of most supplies coming into Gaza. The $230 million pier has now been dismantled because it could not withstand the Mediterranean’s typical buffeting by wind and waves. The U.S. State Department has proffered ‘ceasefire’ agreements that were not coordinated with Israel and which demonstrably would benefit HAMAS and its fight to survive and remain in control of Gaza, and has delayed critical weapon shipments to Israel, all of which serve to undermine Israel’s military objectives during what can only be described as an existential war.

Then there are the pro-HAMAS and pro-Iran officials who populate the Biden administration, such as Hady Amr, the Special Representative for Palestinian Affairs within the State Department’s Bureau of Near Eastern Affairs. Add the Iran Experts Initiative network, established in 2014 by the Iranian regime’s Foreign Ministry to infiltrate the highest levels of U.S. national security in collaboration with then head of the International Crisis Group think tank, Robert Malley. Malley was subsequently selected to head the Biden administration’s State Department negotiating team for the Iran nuclear talks in Vienna, Austria, before having his security clearance and job suspended over reports of ‘mishandling’ classified information.

There have also been questionable appointments to the Biden National Security Council. According to an article that appeared in Dnyuz, Maher al-Bitar, the White House Coordinator for Intelligence and Defense Policy at the U.S. National Security Council (NSC), was a radical pro-Palestinian activist and a leader with Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP) while at Georgetown University. “Bitar’s record is coming under closer scrutiny as President Joe Biden takes unprecedented action to undermine Israel’s war against the HAMAS terrorists that attacked it on October 7, including withholding arms from Israel.” Usually, the sensitive position is reserved for a CIA officer who is detailed to the National Security Council. Bitar, however, is not an intelligence professional. He is an anti-Israel political activist who formerly worked for UNRWA (UN Relief and Works Agency), a HAMAS partner in Gaza. Bitar also played a key role in the first impeachment of President Donald Trump, working for Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) on the House Intelligence Committee.

The View from Tehran: Biden, Bitar, Burns and Blinken a Dream Team

Relaxed U.S. enforcement of oil sanctions continued through October 2023, refilling Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei’s coffers even after the Oct. 7 slaughter and the more than 40 attacks on U.S. troops by Iran’s regional proxies in the weeks since. The Iranian surge in oil exports since President Biden took over has brought Iran an additional $32 billion to $35 billion, according to the Foundation for Defense of Democracies. The calculations are tricky, but the cause of the Iranian windfall is clear: as part of President Biden’s quiet diplomacy with Iran, the U.S. has curtailed sanctions enforcement.

As should have been predictable, even as the money fails to moderate Iranian behavior, the mullahs’ regime grows more confident in its belligerence. It finances Iran’s aggression abroad via proxies such as HAMAS in Gaza, Hizballah in Lebanon, the Houthis in Yemen, and the front groups in Iraq and Syria that shoot at American bases once again on a regular basis. In 2020, the State Department assessed that Iran sends $100 million a year to regional Islamic terrorist groups, arming and training them to attack Israel and murder its civilians, as HAMAS, Palestinian Islamic Jihad, and thousands of fully supportive Gazan civilians did on Oct. 7. In 2023, HAMAS leader Ismail Haniyeh said that his group receives $70 million a year from Iran, plus long-range rockets. Citing an Israeli security source, Reuters reports that Iran’s funding for HAMAS ballooned in the past year to $350 million. HAMAS’s capabilities, but more importantly, its objectives and intent, inexplicably took Israel and the U.S. by surprise, but they didn’t come from nowhere.

With Biden now out of the running as the Democrats’ candidate or out of office, Iran may believe it is imperative at all costs to maintain a Democratic administration, one favorable to Iran and overtly hostile to Israel. It is keenly focused on regime priorities to accelerate its nuclear weapons program, sell oil, and fight Israel through its main proxy, Hizballah. It needs a U.S. administration willing to look the other way, approach sanctions with kid gloves, and deliver sanctions against the Islamic Republic’s near enemy, Israel.

Regardless of whether the current Biden administration attempts to downplay any association between Iran and the attempted killing of the former U.S. President, it is incumbent upon U.S. security services and those responsible for the safety of President Trump and other possible Republican targets to consider the potential recruitment of Crooks by Iranian intelligence (even if that was done anonymously to an unwitting Crooks). On July 9, 2024, U.S. Director of National Intelligence Avril Haines revealed that Iran was trying to “stoke discord and undermine confidence in our democratic institutions. Haines said that actors tied to Tehran were encouraging protests over the war in Gaza by posing as activists online and even providing financial support to demonstrators. Did MOIS assess Crooks and others as potential recruits to further its Gaza goals? The primary mission of Iran’s intelligence agencies is to keep the Islamic regime in power. The MOIS and IRGC are the regime’s two main intelligence agencies.

Americans who are being targeted by this Iranian campaign may not be aware that they are interacting with or receiving support from a foreign government. Against this background of Iranian influence, it will be interesting to see what Crooks’ foreign-linked accounts reveal.

Should Iran and its security services eventually be discovered to have some association with Crooks, Trump could well be in continuous danger from a significant hostile state-level party. The threat to him may not have gone away with the takedown of Crooks and may still be at the same, if not a greater, level. If Crooks were recruited online, which is currently under investigation, we should not assume that any plot to kill the former President is over. This is not similar to a school shooter incident in which once the shooter is killed, the threat is gone.

Conspiracy theories will likely run wild for months, if not years, after this horrific attempt on the former—and likely incoming—President’s life. At the end of the day, the shooter does not appear to be a lone wolf, nor does he meet the criteria floated by several media outlets, to put everyone’s mind at ease, of a ‘school shooter.’ This is not Columbine; this was the attempted assassination of a U.S. president. It was a head shot that missed killing Trump by millimeters, not the wild spraying of bullets across a lunch hall. Nor was it an up-close event, as in the case of Ronald Reagan’s assassination attempt. Crooks conducted pre-operation surveillance, flew a drone over the site, acquired a weapon, and once situated atop his chosen roof, assumed a prone sniper position. These factors separate this operation from anything close to a ‘school shooter’ or ‘lone wolf/disgruntled youth’ event. What comes to the surface once the dust has settled may be far worse and far more complicated. If Iran recruited Crooks to maintain Biden, Bitar, Burns, and Blinken, or at least hope to keep Democrats in power while it attacks Israel, did it simultaneously recruit others like him as insurance? Are there more out there? It doesn’t seem likely that Iran would put all its efforts into just one recruit. Will Iran double down?

Beyond the ‘revealed’ assassination plot discovered several months ago, is this a new, active, and more urgent threat to Republican candidates? Is this part of a larger plot extending beyond the death of Suleimani, as some suspect? More critical and highly concerning, after the near assassination of Donald Trump, we must ask: Does the United States have a Secret Service capable of handling such a threat as possibly posed by Iran in its determination to keep the Democrats in power? Does it have the intelligence capability and the wherewithal to halt Iran from enriching ever more uranium for its nuclear weapons program, deploying nuclear-tipped weapons, and annihilating Israel? Secretary of State Blinken has now stated that Iran is within two weeks of having a nuclear-capable weapon. There are still some six months remaining until Inauguration Day in January 2025. If anything, the Trump assassination attempt has shown the stakes for the U.S., Israel, Republicans, and indeed, the world, could not be higher.

‘Comrade Kamala Knew Everything’: Trump Kicks Off Week Of DNC Counterprogramming

Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump and his running mate, Republican Ohio Sen. J.D. Vance, kicked off a week of counterprogramming in battleground states Monday as the Democratic National Convention (DNC) began.

Trump held a campaign event at Precision Components Group in York, Pennsylvania, during which he made remarks around 5 p.m. about the economy and energy. The Trump campaign gave each day of the week a theme and Monday’s theme was “Make America Wealthy Again,” according to Spectrum News NY1.

“While Biden and Harris have been impoverishing our country, they have been getting rich at your expense,” Trump said, citing Fox News reporter Brooke Singman’s report revealing Republicans on the House Oversight, Judiciary, and Ways and Means Commitees found President Joe Biden committed “impeachable conduct” and “defrauded the United States to enrich his family.”

“Remember, Comrade Kamala, she knew everything, and the senators knew what was going on,” Trump added.

Vance was also in the Keystone State earlier at 1 p.m., where he grabbed a cheesesteak and signed autographs at Pat’s King of Steaks in Philadelphia, according to CBS News.

Trump sat down with CBS News for an interview after delivering his remarks in York. His opponent, Vice President Kamala Harris, has yet to formally address the media since becoming her party’s presumptive 2024 Democratic presidential nominee 29 days ago.

On “Make America Safe Again” Tuesday, Trump will host an event in Detroit, Michigan while Vance hosts an event in Kenosha, Wisconsin. The duo will hold a joint event in Asheboro, North Carolina on Wednesday to deliver their “Make America Strong Again” message, Spectrum News NY1 reported.

To deliver their “Make America Secure Again” message on Thursday, Trump will campaign in Monetezuma Pass, Arizona while Vance will host an event in Valdosta, Georgia. On Friday, Trump will hold a “Make America Great Again” event in Glendale, Arizona, the outlet reported.

Harris currently polls higher than Trump in Wisconsin by 1% and Michigan by 2%. Trump leads Harris by 0.2% in Pennsylvania, 0.2% in Arizona, 1% in Georgia, 1.2% in Arizona and 1.3% in Nevada, the RealClearPolitics average shows.

The DNC began Monday at the United Center in Chicago and lasts until Thursday.

Family Of Dad Killed At Trump Assassination Attempt Speaks Out

The family of Corey Comperatore, the 50-year-old volunteer fire chief who was killed at a Trump’s Butler, Pennsylvania rally, spoke out one month after his death.

While attending Trump’s rally on July 13, Comperatore was fatally shot by 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks, saving his two daughters in the process by using his body to shield them from gunfire. His wife, Helen Comperatore, and his daughters told ABC News Pittsburg affiliate WTAE on Friday how Corey’s death has changed their lives. Segments of the interview have been aired by both WTAE and ABC 6 Philadelphia.

“He definitely was a hero,” Helen told the reporter. “He saved his wife, he saved his child. And — he was just the best guy. He was just the best.”

“I’m angry. You know, obviously. My husband took a bullet for [Donald Trump],” Corey’s widow told the outlet. “That, unfortunately, was the plan that day.”

Corey’s daughter, Allyson, told WTAE about the moment she realized her father was shot.

“I was the one that my dad threw down,” Allyson said. “As he was throwing me down, he, that was when he was shot. And he ended up falling onto me. And I — I don’t remember hearing any other shots, I don’t remember feeling any other shots, because like in that moment I was, like I was saying before, just trying to take care of him. I turned around, and I was like confused. And I went, ‘Dad?’ And when I turned is whenever he fell down.”

“And that’s when I started screaming,” Allyson continued. “And I was instantly, like, I was trying to keep him from bleeding. And somebody had thrown down a towel. So somebody behind us must have seen what was going on, and I was just — I was just holding it there and just screaming for anybody to help.”

Corey’s eldest daughter, Kaylee, told WTAE that her father is “more than just the guy that got shot at the rally.”

“He isn’t the guy that got shot at the rally,” Kaylee said. “He was a husband, a father, a son, an uncle. And he was the glue to our family. He was our strength. He was everything to us and that is what got taken from this world.”

Crooks, who was sitting atop a building 400 feet away, grazed Trump in the ear with a bullet in a failed assassination attempt. The 2024 Republican presidential nominee, sporting an ear bandage, paid tribute to Comperatore by kissing his firefighter gear on stage at the Republican National Convention in July. Helen told WTAE that Trump’s act “was a big honor.”

Hunters, Truckers And The Amish: Inside Republicans’ ‘Aggressive’ New Ballot-Chasing Plan For November

Come November, every hunter, trucker and Amish person across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will have a ballot in their hands if the GOP’s expansive get-out-the-vote (GOTV) effort goes according to plan.

For years there have been restrictions on how the Republican National Committee (RNC) and presidential campaigns could work with door-knocking groups. That all changed in March when a Federal Election Commission (FEC) advisory opinion eased restrictions on coordination between such groups.

Now, a large portion of Republicans’ GOTV efforts are being outsourced to prominent conservative organizations, who are running an aggressive ground game across several states including Arizona, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania, the Daily Caller learned.

“80,000 votes [in Pennsylvania] decided 2020, so let’s break that down. There are 90,000 Amish in Pennsylvania. That is the election. So we are courting the Amish vote, and we’re going to farmers markets, and we’re going to their villages, their towns. We’re meeting them where they are,” Scott Presler, the founder of Early Vote Action, told the Caller.

“There are 80,000 truckers in Pennsylvania … a lot of them don’t vote because they’re driving rigs on election day. So we’re trying to get them the mail-in ballot. We’re trying to get them to vote early, because if they’re driving how are they going to vote? That 80,000 number could very well win Pennsylvania,” he continued.

As of a few months ago, the RNC has also been coordinating with Turning Point Action on its GOTV efforts, a GOP spokesperson told the Caller. Various other groups that work with Turning Point Action, including Presler’s Early Vote Action and Cliff Maloney’s The Pennsylvania Chase, are in frequent communication with the party about its work and consistently share data as the election nears, they told the Caller.

“We are in lockstep with the party. We are in lockstep with the statewide campaigns, and we are doing everything we can legally to coordinate and to share data so that we are all working in harmony,” Maloney told the Caller.

Turning Point Action is heading up a considerable amount of the get-out-the-vote efforts across the country as it works to replicate the Democratic Party’s “hub and spoke model,” a spokesperson told the Caller. On the right, the RNC is playing “quarterback” and overseeing the GOTV operation while the grassroots organizations focus on their specialties and periodically meet with the party to provide updates.

Following the 2022 election, Turning Point Action, just a fraction of the size it is now, decided it was time to get serious about its GOTV work. The new Trump-endorsed RNC leadership, the organization told the Caller, has been willing to support ground game programs — something the group did not have previously.

To bulk up its efforts, Turning Point Action built up an app that provides information on who in an area is a low-propensity voter. When that voter is identified, the app users are provided scripts for door-to-door work, postcards and text messages to use to approach the individual.

A Turning Point Action spokesperson told the Caller that the organization has hundreds of full-time staff members devoted to the get-out-the-vote effort in Arizona and Wisconsin. The spokesperson added that the organization is ramping up its initiative in Michigan, a pivot from its initial plan of focusing on Georgia, because it saw more opportunities in the Wolverine state.

“There are 400 to 600 low propensity voters within a territory. And we put a full-time body on that territory and their goal is to knock on the doors of 400 to 600 low-propensity voters, get to know them, and be a good neighbor and a resource to them. For every 18-20 ballot chaser we assign a manager as their direct report, and then that goes up to a state director, and then an enterprise director. Everyone is accountable up and down the process,” the spokesperson told the Caller.

While Turning Point Action focuses its staff primarily on Arizona and Wisconsin, other organizations are using the app to target other states. In Pennsylvania, which both Democrats and Republicans have identified as one of the most important states in the election, Presler and Maloney are deploying a complex effort.

Using its own app modeled after Turning Point Action’s, Presler’s Early Vote Action is targeting key demographics, such as the Amish, truckers, veterans and hunters, that he believes have the ability to flip the state red. Presler explained that the state of Pennsylvania has 800,000 veterans and 930,000 hunters, but 30% of those hunters are not registered to vote.

“With that number being larger than 300,000 when the state was lost by 80,000, it very well could be hunters and gun owners and gun enthusiasts that save the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,” Presler told the Caller.

“So we, for the last year and a half, have made a direct effort, going to the Monroeville Gun Show, to the great American outdoor Gun Show, to the Philly Expo Center, going to every single gun show, gun store, gun range, meeting hunters where they are, and really courting their vote,” he continued.

Similarly to Turning Point Action’s app, Presler’s gives its 30,000 users the ability to call, text and write postcards from anywhere in the country to low-propensity voters in states like Arizona, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.

“One woman in particular, her name is Marcella. She has written over 2,500 handwritten postcards as a grandma from California into Pennsylvania alone,” Presler said.

While Presler focuses on getting ballots in the hands of thousands of Pennsylvanians, Maloney’s group is gearing up to chase the vote into the ballot box.

“We’re hiring 120 full-time ballot chasers September one through Election Day. We’re knocking on 500,000 doors, and specifically doors where Republicans have a mail-in ballot sitting on their dining room table,” Maloney told the Caller. “That’s important because if you look back to 2020, Trump lost by 80,000 votes, 141,000 Republicans — I’m not even including independent Republicans — 141,000 Republicans requested a ballot. They got the ballot and they never sent it back. And why would they? Nobody knocked on their door.”

Beginning on Sept. 1, those 120 ballot chasers will be dispatched to ten locations across the state where they will go door-to-door. Until then, Maloney will continue fundraising for the operation. The group sits just a half a million dollars away from its goal of $2.5 million.

As the RNC expands its field operations and grassroots organizations handle the ground game, the party is also focused on election integrity efforts.

Before the RNC leadership change, legal experts expressed concerns about the state of the election integrity landscape. In March, a Daily Caller analysis found that a number of key battleground states, including those that delivered Biden the presidency, were poised to use many of the election procedures in 2024 that outraged Republicans in 2020.

Since Trump’s daughter-in-law Lara and North Carolina GOP Chairman Michael Whatley assumed leadership of the party, the GOP has filed numerous lawsuits, many regarding states’ voter rolls.

“The Trump campaign and the RNC are much better prepared this time, and while there’s a lot of work to be done, they’ve done a very good job of hiring the right team and devoting the right resources,” Mike Davis, a former law clerk for Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch and founder of the Article 3 Project, previously told the Caller.

Despite the RNC’s extensive work, some laws remain in place — but Maloney says that’s okay, it just makes their work more crucial.

“In Pennsylvania, there’s now 50 days of vote by mail, which is just insane, but it’s reality. So you got to play by the current rules. And I think for a while, we were hoping the lawmakers would change it. They didn’t. We were hoping the courts would change it. They didn’t,” Maloney told the Caller. “And now I think we’re just looking in the mirror saying ‘it’s time to go to war.’”
