New York City: Muslim cleric accused of groping 10-year-old girl in Queens mosque

Where did Tajul Islam get the idea that a ten-year-old girl would be a suitable sexual partner? Might it have been from his prophet?

There is abundant justification for child marriage in Islamic law, as it is in accord with Muhammad’s example, so these clerics can’t possibly find anything wrong with the practice. Those who wave away the threat of Sharia as “bigotry” and “racism” never seem to care about its victims, such as the untold numbers of young girls who have been victimized by having to become brides.

Islamic tradition records that Muhammad consummated his marriage with (i.e., raped) Aisha when she was nine, and the resultant fact that child marriage and the sexualization of children are taken for granted in wide swaths of the Islamic world.

“The Prophet wrote the (marriage contract) with Aisha while she was six years old and consummated his marriage with her while she was nine years old and she remained with him for nine years (i.e. till his death)” (Bukhari 7.62.88).

Another tradition has Aisha herself recount the scene:

The Prophet engaged me when I was a girl of six (years). We went to Medina and stayed at the home of Bani-al-Harith bin Khazraj. Then I got ill and my hair fell down. Later on my hair grew (again) and my mother, Um Ruman, came to me while I was playing in a swing with some of my girl friends. She called me, and I went to her, not knowing what she wanted to do to me. She caught me by the hand and made me stand at the door of the house. I was breathless then, and when my breathing became all right, she took some water and rubbed my face and head with it. Then she took me into the house. There in the house I saw some Ansari women who said, “Best wishes and Allah’s Blessing and a good luck.” Then she entrusted me to them and they prepared me (for the marriage). Unexpectedly Allah’s Apostle came to me in the forenoon and my mother handed me over to him, and at that time I was a girl of nine years of age. (Bukhari 5.58.234).

Muhammad was at this time fifty-four years old. Nowadays in the West there are elaborate efforts to deny all this. An Islamic scholar/apologist named Joshua Little has constructed an elaborate argument from close study of the chains of transmitters (isnads) of various traditions about Aisha, claiming that those traditions, despite appearing in Sahih Bukhari, the hadith collection Muslims consider most reliable, are actually inauthentic. Little’s argument, however, is absurd and self-contradictory. He acknowledges that the hadiths are late and unreliable from a historical standpoint, and even admits that the chains of transmitters, like the stories themselves, were freely forged. Then he bases his whole argument for the traditions being inauthentic even on Islamic grounds on the basis of the isnads that he just admitted could be forged. He claims to be able to determine the age of various traditions by how they were forged, but here is argument is so conjectural and subjective as to be essentially worthless.

Little is also a standard-issue lemming academic. He denounces people he calls “Islamophobes” for making much of Muhammad’s marriage to Aisha. He ignores the primary reason why anyone cares about this: not because, as he claims, “Islamophobes” contend that Muhammad’s example forces Muslims to condone child marriage, but because all too many Islamic authorities do condone child marriage. In April 2011, the Bangladesh Mufti Fazlul Haque Amini declared that those trying to pass a law banning child marriage in that country were putting Muhammad in a bad light: “Banning child marriage will cause challenging the marriage of the holy prophet of Islam, [putting] the moral character of the prophet into controversy and challenge.” He added a threat: “Islam permits child marriage and it will not be tolerated if any ruler will ever try to touch this issue in the name of giving more rights to women.” The Mufti said that 200,000 jihadists were ready to sacrifice their lives for any law restricting child marriage.

Turkey’s directorate of religious affairs (Diyanet) said in January 2018 that under Islamic law, girls as young as nine can marry.

“Islam has no age barrier in marriage and Muslims have no apology for those who refuse to accept this” — Ishaq Akintola, professor of Islamic Eschatology and Director of Muslim Rights Concern, Nigeria

“There is no minimum marriage age for either men or women in Islamic law. The law in many countries permits girls to marry only from the age of 18. This is arbitrary legislation, not Islamic law.” — Dr. Abd Al-Hamid Al-‘Ubeidi, Iraqi expert on Islamic law

There is no minimum age for marriage and that girls can be married “even if they are in the cradle.” — Dr. Salih bin Fawzan, prominent cleric and member of Saudi Arabia’s highest religious council

“Islam does not forbid marriage of young children.” — Pakistan’s Council of Islamic Ideology

“Religious leader accused of groping 10-year-old girl in Queens mosque: DA,” by Mira Wassef, PIX11, April 30, 2026:

QUEENS, N.Y. (PIX11) — A religious leader is accused of repeatedly groping a 10-year-old girl in a Queens mosque, and police suspect there may be more victims, authorities said Thursday.

Tajul Islam, 55, was arrested for allegedly sexually abusing the girl multiple times inside the Masjid Bilal mosque at 121-03 Sutphin Blvd. in Jamaica from April 21 to April 27, according to the criminal complaint.

Islam is accused of touching the girl’s chest and inner thighs on four separate occasions, prosecutors said.

The Queens Child Abuse Squad apprehended the suspect on Monday after the victim reported the incident, according to the NYPD.

Islam was charged with sexual abuse, forcible touching, and endangering the welfare of a child, police said. He had no prior arrests….

Police believe there may be more victims and are asking the public for help with the investigation.

Malia Obama’s Next Move: An Internship with Harvey Weinstein

The (former) First Daughter, who’s already had experience on TV sets, is reportedly coming to New York to work for the Oscar whisperer himself.

After the Obama family returns from their post-inauguration vacation to Palm Springs, three of them—Barack, Michelle, and Sasha—will readjust to civilian life in Kalorama, a D.C. neighborhood located just two miles from their old digs. The missing family member? That would be 18-year-old Malia, who’s reportedly off to a new adventure: an internship for mega-producer Harvey Weinsten.

Page Six first reported Thursday night that the future Harvard undergrad—she’s taking a gap year before beginning college this fall—will begin work with Weinstein “sometime in the future.” The Hollywood Reporter followed with news that Malia “is expected to begin work in the New York office of The Weinstein Co. in February,” shortly after her family’s Palm Springs jaunt.

Despite her age, Malia already has a fair amount of experience in the entertainment industry: she spent some of the summer of 2015 assisting crew members on the set of HBO’s Girls, and reportedly had a similar gig on the set of Halle Berry’s sci-fi drama Extant the previous year (where she “fetched coffee and got no special treatment,” at least according to the Daily Mail).

Clearly, there’ll be a lot more for her to learn at the Weinstein Company: Harvey Weinstein is a notorious mover and shaker in Hollywood, a comeback kid whose producing prowess and reputation for waging fierce Oscar campaigns has inspired admiration, envy, and every other emotion on the spectrum. (His former assistant Leslye Headland, now a successful screenwriter and director in her own right, wrote a scathing 2008 play based in part on her experience working for Weinstein, called Assistance.)

It’s also a good thing that the internship won’t conflict with Malia’s schoolwork—because we know her parents never would have let that fly.

Blue State Dems Pull Resolution Honoring March As National Women’s Month After GOP Lawmaker Defines What A Woman Is

Pennsylvania House Democrats yanked their own Women’s History Month resolution from the floor after a Republican lawmaker tried to attach an amendment spelling out the biological definition of a woman.

Democratic Rep. Carol Hill-Evans introduced House Resolution 390 on Tuesday to designate March as National Women’s Month in the commonwealth. The measure praised the accomplishments of women that she said too frequently go without recognition, according to Fox News Digital.

Speaker Joanna McClinton opened the resolution for consideration in the 102-100 Democrat-controlled chamber. Before the body could vote, the clerk flagged an amendment from state Rep. Aaron Bernstine, a Republican from Ellwood City. McClinton allowed him to present it.

“This amendment is very straightforward and clear,” Bernstine told the chamber, according to Fox News Digital. “It defines what a woman actually is — because we do know what that is.”

McClinton briefly cut her microphone and huddled with colleagues. Seconds later, she declared the resolution “temporarily over,” drawing an eruption of laughter in the chamber, the outlet reported.

Bernstine told Fox News Digital the following day that the speaker shelved the measure to avoid forcing members to vote on a physiological definition of womanhood. “They pulled it because they were scared to define what a woman actually is,” he said.

Jason Gottesman, a spokesman for the House Republican Caucus, told the outlet that Democrats cannot be taken seriously on the issue when they want to celebrate what they refuse to define.

Democrats at the federal level have repeatedly sidestepped the same question, most notably during Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson’s 2022 confirmation hearing. Senate Democrats also voted along party lines in March 2025 to kill legislation banning biological males from women’s sports. The resolution remains eligible for reintroduction under its “temporarily over” status.

Victor Davis Hanson: The New Democratic Party

Editor’s note: This is a lightly edited transcript of today’s video from Daily Signal Senior Contributor Victor Davis HansonSubscribe to our YouTube channel to see more of his videos.

Hello, this is Victor Davis Hanson.

For all practical purposes, there is no longer a Democratic Party, at least as we’ve known it for 50 to 100 years. What we’re witnessing in Washington as the opposition under Chuck Schumer and Hakeem Jeffries is something that we haven’t really seen before. It is a full-blown Socialist Revolutionary Party.

The players of that party that are running things are not even Chuck Schumer or Hakeem Jeffries. They’re people like [outgoing] Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett. They’re people like Mr. [James] Talarico in Texas, Mr. [Zohran] Mamdani. Elizabeth Warren. The socialist Bernie Sanders, etc., etc.

They’re radical leftists. And they believe in a mandated equality of result, perpetuated or completed by radically high taxes from people who have been successful and to transfer that money to people who have been unsuccessful. Not because of any fault of their own or any gift or success of the wealthy, but because of oppression.

And they’ve created a Marxist binary in the world. There’s 70%, the so-called white population, because they’ve confused and conflated race with class. That is the oppressor class. And the 30% that is the oppressed class.

And the victimized class feels that they have legitimate grievances against the other 70% for not having what they do. And therefore, the Democratic Party steps in and says that we will mandate an equality of result. That is the agenda. And you can see it on all fronts.

If people are poor, they want to come to the United States, then open the border. They should have a right to do that. And when they come to the United States, they can become better off than they were in Mexico or El Salvador or the Caribbean because they’re going to get entitlements. And those entitlements will be costly and expensive, fraud-ridden, as we’ve seen in California and Minnesota.

And that will require people to pay their, quote, fair share and higher taxes. Which is a good in itself. Not just because the money is transferred to the people who don’t have it through entitlements, but more importantly, you’re emasculating people who “didn’t earn that.” “You didn’t build that,” as Elizabeth Warren said.

So that’s what the party is. You can see it on the border. You can see it with crime. They believe that crime is committed not by individuals who break existing laws, but by society, which created the conditions for crime.

And so, therefore, we see no-cash bail, or we see somebody who commits a heinous crime, and they’re let out. They’re either not jailed. They’re not indicted. They’re not convicted, and they’re not incarcerated, because of, I guess we would call it, critical legal theory.

Behind all of it, though, is diversity, equity, and inclusion. And this is what they’ve had a problem with because when the American public sees this, and they said, you’ve created a victim class that you represent, and then you’ve demonized the other 70% that ar so-called white, and people are saying, well, you’re on the wrong side of percentages.

Unless you can convince, as happened with Barack Obama’s candidacy, to get more white people to vote for him than maybe voted for Romney or John McCain. Or maybe more white people voted for Obama than they did for John Kerry, four years earlier. But the point is that it has nothing to do with class.

So, one of the problems that democratic socialists, or whatever these people call themselves, have is Mamdani’s a multimillionaire. His parents are multimillionaires. When he says he wants to go after white neighborhoods for equity, the wealthiest minority in the United States, today, ethnic minority, is Mamdani. It’s Indian Americans. Americans of Indian heritage.

And the next six or seven or eight ethnic groups are not white. And there is no direct relationship anymore between your skin color and your class status or your income. And so, if that’s not true, when you go after these people, then you are basically an out-and-out racist because they haven’t done anything to you. And the greatest number of people who are poor in the United States remain white.

Let’s just ask ourselves what happened to the Democratic Party. If we were to look at the ’92 and ’96 agendas at the Democratic Convention, and those were written by Doug Schoen and Mark Penn. It’s pretty much a Republican agenda now.

It was closed borders. Legal-only immigration. Strong support for unions. Trying juveniles who commit violent crimes as adults. Strong national defense. Balanced budget, achieved for four years under Bill Clinton, and with the help of Newt Gingrich. That’s all out the window. Anybody in the Democratic Party who espouses those views today would be considered a heretic or worse.

So between the Clinton phenomenon of ’92 to 2000, what happened? It’d be easy to say Barack Obama happened. That he ginned up latent racial tensions and grievances and used them for political purposes to get himself elected and reelected. That’s true.

But there were larger cosmic forces that created a Barack Obama. And the first, of course, was open borders. We have now 53 million people. It’s the largest in the history of the United States. In numbers, 16.2% of the United States resident population was not born in the United States.

Some of them are naturalized citizens, but as we’ve seen this last two weeks, whether it was the Old Dominion shooting or the attack on the synagogue or the IEDs that were thrown out in front of the New York governor’s mansion or the shooting in Austin, we have a problem with naturalized citizens.

They do not assimilate, acculturate or integrate in the way that they used to under the melting pot. And they formed constituencies for the Democratic Party. And they are told that you came here—and it doesn’t really matter under what auspices—if you’re part of the 53 million, and there’s probably 30 million, with the Biden additions that came illegally, you still had a right.

We don’t believe in borders, and therefore, you come here. We will provide the entitlements. And we will water down voting laws. No voter ID, even though 70% of the American people want them. And you will be either a present or a future constituency.

So that was a big change. Demography is destiny, they told us. The new Democrat majority, they told us and that came true. That was a big factor in their rise.

The second thing was globalization. Globalization created two societies in the United States. The East Coast, from Massachusetts down to the Carolinas, looked out at the EU, and the West Coast, from Seattle to San Diego, looked out at Asia, the Tigers, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and, of course, mainland China.

And people who had particular skills that were globalized, and here they were in tech, insurance, investment, law, media, academia. They found that their audience, their constituency, was expanded from 300 million, let’s say, 10 years ago, maybe 340 million now, to seven billion. But for those who mined or farmed or assembled or manufactured, they were outsourced offshore, or they couldn’t keep up with cheap imports.

This is what got Donald Trump elected, but it also explains the new Democratic Party. They used to rail about the importance of the middle class. They dropped that. That was the meme of Donald Trump. They found that by supporting the 30% DEI agenda and the globalized elite, they had a new constituency. And that was vast amounts of money. All of Silicon Valley and its $9 trillion in market capitalization, until recently, was put at the service of the Democratic Party.

So this party radicalized in two fashions. You brought in a lot of poor people, and you re-energized people of color to say that your problems were not your own, but they were committed by the deplorables, the irredeemables, the clingers, the chumps, the dregs, the garbage. And then you had the money to outspend your Republican candidates in vast numbers.

And more importantly, with the rise of left-wing big tech and the left-wing corporate boardroom and the left-wing academics, you could control institutions. The medium is the message.

So ABC, NBC, NPR, social media, Facebook, the old Twitter, you name it. There was a popular culture, professional sports. There was a monopoly on left-wing knowledge, and that was very, very valuable.

And finally, the old idea of integration, intermarriage, assimilation, the melting pot, that was not conducive to this new Socialist Democratic Party. They said, why would we bring in people who wanted to be American and wanted to identify essentially as American and only incidentally, in their former country?

We saw what happened, the Democrats said, in 1956 when we let in the Hungarians, anti-communist, they came over here. They assimilated as Americans. They became very, very conservative voters. We saw what happened in 1959 to 1980 when we let in all of these Cubans, who had been driven out by communism. They were very patriotic Americans. They assimilated, and they were a constituency that we didn’t like.

So, what we want to do is refabricate the immigration. Let in a lot of people, but not from particular countries that would mean they were successful, they had skills. We don’t want anybody from Europe. We don’t want anybody from Australia or the former British Commonwealth, such as New Zealand. We don’t want anybody coming in here who is anti-communist as a refugee.

We want people who are poor and are accustomed to socialist countries and will come here and want more socialist benefits. That’s South America, Latin America, Africa, large parts of Asia. And they will be the constituency that allows us to have an unpopular message that existing Americans have never liked and do not like at all.

And the result was the Democrats can’t win elections with open, transparent balloting, one-day balloting, and they know it. But if you take over the institutions and you use this globalized financial power and you appeal to very, very wealthy people’s sense of noblesse oblige or guilt or whatever strategy you use, and you combine that with a mass of very poor people who came in very recently, many under illegal circumstances, you have a constituency that required one thing.

You had to give up the white middle working class. The union class that you used to champion. The Hubert Humphrey, John F. Kennedy, Harry Truman class. You despise those people. And we know that because you didn’t just give up on them and accept a globalized agenda and an expanded welfare state, but you created a vocabulary of disparagement.

As I said earlier, these were the clingers. These were the people who had no teeth in their head. These were the people who Peter Strzok, Lisa Page texted about smelling up Walmart. All this disparagement for a class of people you despised, and I don’t think you’re going to win them back.

But just to finish, there is no Democratic Party. There’s a Socialist Party. But it’s a very weird Socialist Party. It’s a pyramiddle party with a lot of very wealthy, globalized elites that run things at the top. Nothing in the middle of the pyramid. And then an expansive big base of poor people, of immigrants, and of people who claim that they identify mostly in their diversity, equity, inclusion person, and not necessarily as a full-fledged American.

We publish a variety of perspectives. Nothing written here is to be construed as representing the views of The Daily Signal.

Why Do ICE-Haters Fiercely Protect Child Predators?

Numerous times, as ICE agents are about to apprehend convicted illegal child predators, ICE-haters spring into aggressive actions, injuring federal agents who are trying to enforce laws intended to safeguard vulnerable children. Why?

Could it be that “protecting illegal aliens” is a great cover story for keeping child predators in proximity to children? Could it be that ICE-haters are child-haters, too? Does that include the politicians, members of the public, and other adults who vehemently oppose deportations and imprisonments of child predators?

Is it just an accident that so very many of illegal aliens convicted of crimes are vigorously protected when their convictions are for sex crimes against children? Is Ghislaine Maxwell just a fluke, or does she represent national and global unchecked crimes against children. For 25 years, Ghislaine aggressively recruited girls, transferred them to Jeffrey Epstein as sex slaves, and sexually victimized children herself before Maxwell was ever charged with crimes against minors.

For 25 years, Maxwell masterminded the world’s largest sex trafficking industry fairly openly without a single investigation or interrogation of her, even after Epstein was convicted of preying upon children and very lightly sentenced to jail, not prison. This story could not be made up!

Childhood sexualization in many, many professional and non-professional circles is commonplace and largely condoned and/or supported and/or practiced.

WATCH: ICE Agent Slams Protester During Child Sex Offender Arrest in Viral Minnesota Video

Especially prevalent and disgusting is the pro-predator “lobby” in legal and judicial circles that put child predation into a revolving door of arrests and returns to the streets, seal court documents, and force reunifications and visitations of predators with their victims, particularly in cases of incest.

  • Saeb Sivixay, of Laos, who has three prior convictions for selling amphetamines as well as convictions for assault and contributing to a minor’s delinquency. His final order of removal was issued in 2009.
  • Ignacio Gonzalez-De La Rosa, in the US illegally from Mexico, who was previously arrested for child cruelty and battery.
  • Miguel Salvador-Reyes a Mexican national arrested previously for cruelty toward a child.

ICE has vowed to see these criminal aliens, some of whom were issued final orders of removal more than two decades ago, deported from the US once and for all….

But ICE-haters who hate children will be waiting to attack the child protectors.

The Child Predator Problem Inside Roblox

States Are Taking Action. But a Parent’s Intuition Remains the Final Line of Defense

To millions of children, Roblox looks like a colorful universe of games and imagination. Players build worlds, customize avatars, and explore endless digital playgrounds with friends.

But to a growing number of investigators, Roblox represents something else entirely. It is a massive digital environment where predators can hide behind cartoon avatars and quietly search for vulnerable children.

That concern has now reached the courtroom in both Nebraska and Louisiana.

Nebraska Attorney General Mike Hilgers recently filed a lawsuit against Roblox Corporation, accusing the platform of misleading parents about the safety of its environment while predators exploit the system to put countless children in danger.

Although Nebraska’s full court filing has not yet circulated widely online, reports about the case suggest that investigators discovered disturbing examples of user-created worlds accessible to children.

Strip clubs. Yes, children under 13 have access to digital strip clubs on the platform.

And if that’s not shocking enough, kids can visit “Epstein’s Island.” They can even engage in Sean “Diddy” Combs experiences, which are known to include “freak offs.”

The lawsuit also alleges that predators have used Roblox’s in-game currency, Robux, to both lure and manipulate children. By offering digital gifts or rewards, stalkers can gradually build trust before steering conversations toward inappropriate behavior.

This pattern is well known among researchers studying online grooming.

How Grooming Begins in Gaming Platforms

Unlike traditional social media, gaming platforms offer predators an easy slide into a child’s world by creating a tunnel of supposedly shared experiences, which make conversations feel natural and harmless.

“Problems with mom? Me too!” “You like Sponge Bob? He’s my favorite!”

Predators extend this conversation by playing a game with a child, offering tips, helping them win challenges, or giving them Robux (virtual currency). Over time, the predator establishes a friendly relationship.

Only later does the manipulation begin.

Below are Roblox images presented in the State of Louisiana’s court filings.

IMAGE ONE

IMAGE TWO

IMAGE THREE

IMAGE FOUR

Then Pied Piper Phase

This is when the predator lures the child away from the main game environment and into private chat channels, voice chats, or outside messaging platforms. Once the conversation leaves the monitored space, it becomes much harder for parents or moderators to detect what is happening.

In some cases, the manipulation escalates into coercion or blackmail.

One reason gaming platforms pose unique risks is the anonymity they offer.

Users interact through avatars rather than real identities. A predator can present himself as another child, making it extremely difficult for young users to recognize danger.

Roblox alone hosts millions of user-generated environments. Each day, new games and digital worlds appear on the platform. Monitoring every interaction in such a vast system is an enormous, and possibly, an impossible task.

Critics argue that this scale allows deviants to operate in dark corners where oversight becomes a distorted game of hide-and-seek. The moderators are ‘it,’ but every time they find a predator, the ‘hider’ simply vanishes and reappears in a new corner of the platform, starting the cycle over again.

Organized Predator Networks

Investigators increasingly warn that the problem is not limited to lone predators like John Wayne Gacy. While Gacy required a physical crawl space to hide his crimes, the anonymity of gaming platforms creates “virtual crawl spaces” where bad actors operate in plain sight.

Decentralized networks like the group “764” — a neo-Nazi, Satanic subculture — have gained notoriety for weaponizing these digital environments. Unlike traditional predators, these groups use collective grooming, coercion, and “sextortion” to manipulate minors into self-harm or even violence.

The challenge for law enforcement is the extreme portability of these networks. When one account is flagged, members simply migrate to a new server or encrypted channel, turning the platform into a hunting ground where the predators are always one step ahead of police or platform oversight.

The Corporate Responsibility Question

The controversy surrounding Roblox raises a deeper issue confronting the technology industry:

Are companies truly capable of policing digital environments that contain hundreds of millions of users?

Roblox has invested heavily in moderation, deploying AI filters like Sentinel and thousands of human reviewers.

Roblox has consistently stated that it invests hundreds of millions in safety and continually improves its systems, but critics argue these efforts are fundamentally outmatched by the scale of the problem.

Yet, the platform’s very architecture — private messaging, user-created “experiences,” and a complex digital economy — serves as a double-edged sword. These same features that drive engagement also provide the camouflage predators use to bypass safeguards.

Critics argue this is a fundamental design flaw: safety is often at odds with the bottom line.

Historically, the industry has prioritized user growth and revenue over restrictive security, a choice some liken to a child shunning spinach for candy. This tension has now reached a boiling point in the courtroom.

What Parents Should Understand

The Roblox controversy serves as a warning about the broader digital environment children now inhabit.

Gaming platforms combine social media, chat systems, and virtual economies in ways that previous generations never experienced. While many children use these platforms safely, predators understand how to exploit their design.

Parents should be aware of several warning signs.

Children who receive unexpected gifts of digital currency may be interacting with strangers, attempting to build trust. Conversations that move quickly into private chat channels should raise concern. And any request for secrecy is a major red flag.

Understanding how these platforms function is essential to protecting young users.

When Evil Stops Hiding

This rise of organized predator networks exploiting digital environments is a central theme I explore in my book, When Evil Stops Hiding, which examines how technology has created new avenues for age-old human evils.

For parents, the lesson is clear. The dangers facing children today do not only exist in dark alleys or suspicious neighborhoods.

They are increasingly hidden behind avatars, usernames, and digital worlds that look harmless on the surface.

Democrat Party No Longer Exists — Replaced by the Red (Communist)/Green (Islamist) Alliance

We no longer have a Democrat Party in the U.S. Instead what we have are crazy, anti-American politicians and their equally crazy supporters on the left. Can you think of even one of the 47 U.S. Senators claiming to be Democrats or voting with Democrat caucus whose world-view and policies are pro-traditional American or supportive of our Constitution and our country? Maybe only one — Fetterman of PA who still has some Blue Dog Democrat tendencies. Same thing can be said of the 214 Democrats in House but without a single outlier like Fetterman.

Back to Red/Green Alliance and their CRAZY thinking anti-American actions vs. COMMON SENSE, Pro-American actions. Following is a list of what the CRAZY’S stand for and support — or hills they have chosen to die on. Note that these are not listed in any priority sequence but all are bad and some are overlapping in scope or content.

1. No national election integrity e.g. nothing in law to prevent illegal aliens from fraudulently voting in our elections e.g. no support for SAVE Act. No Voter ID; eliminate the Electoral College, steal elections with fake paper ballots, etc.

2. Open borders allowing 20 million illegal aliens to invade our country during Obama and Biden regimes (10-15 during Biden) — note, since these illegal aliens violated our immigration laws, they are criminals even if no prior records. In addition to the crime many of these illegals have brought — they are costing us

$151B a year in taxpayer funds to pay for free social security benefits, schools, medical care, phones etc.

3. Men allowed in Women’s sports; women’s restrooms; women’s prisons.

4. Mutilation of children based on false claims of need for gender transition long before their brains are mature and thinking is critical.

5. Support for Islamic, Sharia law which ignores our Constitutional law; brings violence and fraud and does not promote assimilation. Under Sharia non-Muslims who won’t convert to Islam are Infidels who only deserve to be killed, enslaved, groomed/raped or taxed into poverty.

6. Abortions provided on demand resulting in murder of over 60 M babies all in the false name of “woman’s health”.

7. Defunding of Police and replacement with feckless social services.

8. Lawfare against political opponents resulting in illegal FBI censorship, raids, charges and trials by corrupt leftist judges legislating from bench and issuing injunctions in attempts to stop all POTUS Trump’s great EOs.

9. Green New Deal; Climate Change; Great Reset; ESG all of which will reduce American prosperity while making 1%ers richer; inefficient, costly, low lifespan; raptor killing windmills are good alternative energy sources; coal, natural gas and nuclear power are bad .

10. Push for Public schools, colleges and universities to indoctrinate students with liberal ideology; LGBTQxyz perversion; pro-Hamas, antisemitism; and other Communist; Democrat Socialist and Islamic propaganda.

11. Denigration of both Christianity and Judaism replaced with secular humanism, atheism and/or Islamism.

12. Decline of Biblical morals and values. “The USA is not a Christian nation” Barack Obama

13. Continued false emphasis on Marxist CRT including U.S. is a systemic racist nation; there are no real truths including God’s truth (only what individuals think are true); use of “revisionist” history to try to make America look bad and destroy American Exceptionalism with lies such as “Christian Nationalists are White Supremacists” , “white privilege”; white males are biggest threat to nation; and other ID politics like BLM.

14. Humiliating your opponents and constant chaos are keys to “social justice” and now even violence against political opponents is justified.

15. Criminals like narco terrorists; violent illegal alien demonstrators attacking police and others; etc. should be protected and provided Due Process.

16. Violence against political opponents including assassination fits the communist mantra of “the ends justify the means”.

17. Accuse your political opponents of that which you do.

18. Weakening of our military, DHS, FBI, DOJ, CIA other governmental entities with “social engineering” such as DEI and Transgender hires and promotions so that we aren’t perceived as a threat by other nations including our enemies.

19. Spread the myth of “toxic masculinity” and replace with “femininity”; that men should not be the leaders of families; that LGBTQ “families” are just as stable as nuclear families made up of one man, one women and their child(ren).

20. Marriage and having children is bad for women’s independence and happiness (it has been proven that unmarried, childless women especially those under the age of 45 are the most angry and unhappy people on the planet. Just look at who you see are in the majority at protests against ICE and other common sense government activities.

21. Draconian gun control is the answer to reducing crime in the U.S., never mind that criminals will obtain guns illegally and the murder rate is down 20% across the country since the border has been sealed.

22. Islam is a religion of peace. This is a complete lie as evidenced by violent attacks by Islamists against Americans as well as Christians and Jews world-wide. Islam is actually a geo-political theocratic form of ideology/government with the goal of world conquest by terrorism; migration; rape/grooming of infidel women/girls; high birth rate. Islam is not a race but and ideology which involves people of all races and ethnicities.

23. The main threat to the USA is white supremacy and white men. Another total fallacy. The main threat is the Red/Green alliance including Communism and Islamism and their common goal of world-wide domination. This includes the Communist Chinese who are the leading Communist power (together with surrogates like N. Korea, Cuba, many African countries) as well as Islamic governed countries like Iran, Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria and others.

Etc., Etc. — I’m sure I’ve missed something.

Truist Bank Makes an Important Withdrawal from LGBT Activism

There haven’t been a lot of industries untouched by the anti-woke revolution in the last three years. But there is one pocket of the economy that’s been slightly less eager to roll back the radical agendas that have been swallowing companies whole these last two decades: banks. But, in a sign that no corporate entity can escape the consumer muscle flexing across America, that may be about to change.

In what everyone hopes is a genuine pivot, Truist Bank has agreed to stop submitting to the Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index — a dramatic change considering the company’s string of 100% scores leading up to 2026. The move, prompted by a Heritage Foundation shareholder proposal, is the first big domino to fall in a financial sector that’s escaped largely unscathed from the grassroots movement.

As most people know, HRC’s index, produced by the largest and loudest LGBT activist group in America, ranks businesses on how well they implement extreme policies like covering the cost of gender-transition procedures for staff and their families, publicly lobbying for pro-LGBTQ legislation, forcing employees to undergo multiple ideological trainings, opening restrooms to both sexes, introducing a pronoun sharing guide, recruiting employees based on sexual orientation and gender identity (not merit and experience), and more. A perfect score from HRC essentially means the wokest of the woke.

But, in a seismic shift, CEOs have fled the index this year, refusing to carry the leftist political baggage that could paint a target on their backs and sink their profits. Just this year, the 2026 index lost a whopping 65% of its Fortune 500 participants, dropping from 377 companies in 2025 to just 131.

Jerry Bowyer, a former columnist for Forbes who now serves as president and CEO of Bowyer Research, can’t underscore just how significant this concession is, especially for a major bank. “We’ve seen that from a lot of the regional banks … even from tech companies and consumer companies.” But this, he told “Washington Watch” guest host Jody Hice, “is really astonishing.”

Stephen Soukup, visiting fellow in the Heritage Foundation’s Free Enterprise Initiative, agreed. “I think it’s pretty clear that the Human Rights Campaign is losing what remains of its relevance in the effort to influence American corporate behavior. Truist Bank is the latest example of a major corporation to admit that its public and private positions on the HRC and its Corporate Equality Index were at odds with one another,” he told The Washington Stand.

It’s worth noting, he continued, “that this concession came in what was an otherwise combative engagement with Bowyer Research on behalf of its client, the Heritage Foundation. As a shareholder of Truist, Heritage filed a proxy proposal asking the bank to evaluate the business risks it creates when its values are misaligned with those of its shareholders. The bank refused to budge on many important questions, but not on its participation with the HRC” — a telling sign of the organization’s cratering influence.

Of course, as Bowyer pointed out, the index didn’t used to be a list of wildly controversial demands on transgenderism. Back in the day, it was essentially an agreement that businesses wouldn’t discriminate against people who identify as LGBT. “But little by little, [HRC] moved the goalposts until finally it was bathroom wars, Bud Light branding, and puberty blockers for the children of employees.” Getting a 100% may have seemed like an A+ in corporate board rooms, Bowyer underscored, but to most Americans, “it’s an F-minus.”

Gradually, thanks to Robby Starbuck’s crusade and other long-suffering soldiers of the movement like Soukup, businesses that were growing uncomfortable with the over-the-top concessions they had to make to HRC started to peel off. Groups like Bowyer’s, who represent the interests of shareholders against companies “who’ve been,” as he describes it, “led around by the nose by activist groups,” started asking CEOs, “Why don’t you just stop participating altogether? You don’t have to have these outside groups who are determining your policies, who are pressuring you. Just focus on being a bank. … Focus on being a credit card company. And a lot of them are saying, ‘Okay, that’s what we’re going to do.’ Because frankly, I’m not sure they all realize what they were signing up for. … It was sold to them as a way to decrease controversy,” he pointed out. But in the last few years, what it became was “a huge magnet for controversy.”

Equally significant, at least where Truist is concerned, is their willingness to fix the debanking problem that’s been plaguing Christians and conservatives for years. Thanks to Joe Biden’s weaponization of the federal government, major financial institutions were encouraged after January 6 to “comb through the private transactions of their customers” to look for “suspicious charges” (without warrants) of legal activities involving political and religious expression.

Observers warned that it would lead to a flood of cancellations where conservatives were concerned. They were right. What was already a growing problem of viewpoint discrimination at the nation’s banks became an epidemic. More institutions started freezing assets and locking conservatives out of accounts, citing “reputation risk” to justify their bias.

Faith groups and leaders have been a common target. In just the past few years, Bank of America suddenly closed the accounts of reputable ministries like Indigenous Advance Ministries and Timothy Two Project International, claiming that the groups “exceeded the ‘bank’s risk tolerance.’” JP Morgan Chase piled on, canceling the account of the National Committee for Religious Freedom (NCRF), headed by former U.S. Ambassador-at-Large for International Religious Freedom Sam Brownback. “In order for their account to be reinstated,” The Washington Stand’s Dan Hart reported, “JPMorgan demanded that NCRF turn over a list of high-level donors, ‘a list of candidates it intended to support, and its criteria for political support.’”

President Trump, outraged by the injustice — and a victim of this coordinated attack himself — issued an executive order last year to crack down on debanking. “It is the policy of the United States that no American should be denied access to financial services because of their constitutionally or statutorily protected beliefs, affiliations, or political views, and to ensure that politicized or unlawful debanking is not used as a tool to inhibit such beliefs, affiliations, or political views. Banking decisions must instead be made on the basis of individualized, objective, and risk-based analyses.”

After several months of conversations, Truist agreed, offering Bowyer a link to its updated service agreement that addressed concerns about politicized debanking. “This is an issue,” he said in an organization statement, “that we’ve been engaging the company on for more than two years — and it’s a true blessing to see a prohibition on debanking based on ‘political opinions’ come as fruit of that engagement.” The message, he hopes, is “back to neutral.”

But now isn’t the time to let up on the gas pedal. “Christians need to get in the game,” especially on the investment side, Bowyer urged. When companies started becoming left-wing operatives, “The problem wasn’t the Biden administration,” he argued, or any Democratic administration before it. “The problem is you weren’t showing up. …We complain about a process of woke capitalism that we helped create with our absence and neglect.”

Asked if he thinks the change is sustainable in a post-Trump world, Bowyer was frank. The “vibe shift,” he argues, “started before the election of Trump. I don’t think Trump cause[d] it.” He believes the two were basically parallel tracks that combined to create this powerful climate of pushback. But, he acknowledged, “Starbucks is still going to be Starbucks. Disney is going to be Disney. I mean, they didn’t really want to talk, and they didn’t change anything. But that’s maybe three or four out of 100 companies we’ve engaged with, most of which have been extremely productive engagements,” he underscored. In his opinion, this is “the biggest reverse march through the institutions I’ve ever seen in my life. The ESG and DEI bubble is just collapsing before our eyes.”

As Soukup stressed, the momentum for change is only snowballing. “It’s worth noting that this concession came in what was an otherwise spirited engagement with Bowyer Research on behalf of its client, the Heritage Foundation.” The fact that “Truist is willing to resist some efforts by its shareholders to rein in its political activity, even as it willingly defies the Human Rights Campaign” is significant. “The spell is broken. Corporate fear of the HRC is dead. Bowyer Research and the Heritage Foundation scored an important victory for shareholders, even as they keep the pressure on Truist to do better.”

The successes keep coming — beyond most consumer activists’ wildest dreams. But “to quote Churchill,” Bowyer said, “It’s not the end. It’s not the beginning of the end. But,” he smiled, “it just might be the end of the beginning.”

Rape? Assault? Harrassment? A Collosal Congressional Coverup!

“The problem was with Bill Clinton, the scandals and rumored scandals, the incubating ones and the dying ones never ended. Whatever moral compass the president was consulting was leading him in the wrong direction. His closets were full of skeletons just waiting to burst out.” — Louis Freeh

“Today they voted to keep sexual harassment records buried, and they did it together. The establishment always protects itself, never the victims.” — Rep. Nancy Mace

“I don’t night-club, don’t get into fights or scandals, don’t own a yacht, don’t play the horses, don’t wear plaid overcoats, don’t go to Hollywood parties, don’t own a motorcycle, don’t run back and forth to New York, don’t go in for politics.” — Fred MacMurray (smart man)

“We just had a Member of Congress literally sexually harass a woman that then lit herself on fire and you all protected him!” — Rep. Anna Paulina Luna

“Scandals have impacted many politicians’ careers and aspirations. Some have survived, and others have fallen.” —  Mercedes Schlapp

On March 4, 2026, the U.S. House of Representatives voted 357–65 to effectively kill a resolution introduced by Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC) that would have required the House Ethics Committee to publicly disclose investigations into sexual misconduct and harassment involving members of Congress.

These charges are sent to the House Ethics Committee where members actually investigate themselves.  How well does that work?  The only member of the House who resigned before the Ethics Committee report came out on him was Matt Gaetz (R-FL).

Rep. Nancy Mace introduced the resolution following allegations that Rep. Tony Gonzales (R-TX) sent sexually explicit text messages to a staffer.  Regina Ann Santos-Aviles was a congressional staffer and former executive director of the Uvalde Area Chamber of Commerce who died in September 2025. Her death became the center of a major political scandal involving Representative Tony Gonzales. Santos-Aviles was intoxicated when she committed suicide in her backyard by self-immolation.

Congressional Scandal

“Staff deserve to come to work without being harassed by their bosses. Women deserve to be safe,” Rep. Mace said. “And the American people deserve to know when their so-called ‘representative’ is abusing power instead of serving their constituents. No more hiding. No more excuses. It’s time to end the cover-up and drag the truth into the light.”

The majority of Congress disagreed. Nearly all Republicans, 175, and nearly all Democrats, 182, voted to refer the resolution to the committee, essentially killing it. One member voted present not voting, nine didn’t vote, according to the roll call vote.

Those who voted to “refer it to committee” did so knowing the “resolution ain’t ever making it out of committee,” U.S. Rep. Thomas Massie, (R-KY), said. Massie has been calling for the release of names for years.

Who are they covering for?

Who are they protecting?

Seventy-eight female Democrats in Congress blocked the release of sexual misconduct reports; the same ones yelling about the release of the Epstein files.

Feminists remained thunderously silent through 8 years of Clinton scandals.

And, feminists in America and beyond were silent when in Israel on October 7th, women were raped so violently that it broke their pelvises. Babies were put in hot ovens while their parents screamed and the world chose silence. Why is their pain treated as less? Why are their stories questioned?

Why is it that truth is silenced?

And now not one voice of outrage for these victims whose predators are being protected by Congress.

Is this where our tax dollars are going, including $5 million to Ashley Babbitt’s family for her murder by United States Capitol Police Lt. Michael Byrd?

Last November 2025, these same House members passed the Epstein Files Transparency Act compelling the release of all files by December.  Yet, 357 of them refused to allow the public to know who in the House had to pay off work-place disputes or sexual harassment claims.

House Resolution 1072 was tabled referring it to the House Ethics Committee, which is considered a move to kill the effort, Democrats and Republicans joined together and voted to kill the Resolution.

Rep. Mace described the vote as “shameful” and accused both parties of colluding to protect the guilty members. She warned the American people: “This is the establishment in action, always protecting itself, never the victims. Ask yourself why. Remember their names when they ask for your vote.

And don’t send them any money!

“We don’t want to hear a single Member who voted this resolution down utter the name of a single Epstein victim. You don’t get to bury sexual harassment records in Congress and then pretend you care about victims. Pick a side.

“The victims deserved better. The American people deserved better. Every Member who voted to keep these records buried voted to protect power over people. We won’t let it go and neither should you.” Link

The 357 members voted to protect predators, protect themselves, take part in the cover up and ultimately voted against women and victims.  And all 357 were willing to use your tax dollars to do it.

The 65 members who voted against tabling the resolution and releasing the reports consisted of 38 Republicans and 27 Democrats.  Are there only 65 House members who have not made use of taxpayer dollars for hush money to the complainants?

Watch the two-minute video with Reps. Tim Burchett, Nancy Mace and Lauren Boebert.

The “Slush Fund”

The taxpayer-funded account has paid out over $18.2 million in settlements since 1997 to resolve disputes of sexual harassment while keeping the names of the lawmakers confidential. The opposition to this Resolution claim that publicizing the report could discourage victims from coming forward and interfere with ongoing investigations. But what about the electorate, don’t we have a right to know?

In March of 2021, Open the Books reported that, “Since 1997, the Office of Congressional Workplace Rights has paid out $18.2 million to settle 291 cases of workplace disputes for Congress, the Capitol Police, the Architect of the Capitol, and the Library of Congress.”

Congress has been accused, and rightly so, of having a #MeToo slush fund to secretly pay off victims of sexual harassment.  Congress appropriates this fund annually!  It includes payouts for workplace safety, pay disputes and sexual harassment claims, though many specifics are not reported.  Many members pay victims through their office budgets to keep them out of the record.

In late 2017, reports surfaced that then Rep. John Conyers (D-MI) negotiated a secret settlement with a female staffer who accused him of sexual misconduct, and the 88-year-old quickly resigned from Congress. It turns out Conyers’ Congressional office budget paid out his sexual misconduct settlement, meaning that total wasn’t even included in the multi-million-dollar “slush” fund’s reported total.

Democrats and Republicans continually spew “transparency,” but the vast majority of House members voted to keep the secret of which members were covered.

After 30 years of taxpayer dollars’ hush money going to victims, don’t we have a right to know who was covered and why?

The 357 members who voted against Rep. Mace’s Resolution chose to protect predators over victims.

The reality is this…we can’t “follow the money” because Congress is protecting their own.

Nuisance Newsom Nonsense

Perhaps, the Governor needs to review the maxim to “clean up your own backyard first” because his is filled with ashes from uncontrolled fires that displaced much of his state’s citizenry and pot lots that drain the water supply.

Likewise, his state is drenched with rampant vagrancy and homelessness, antisemitism, fraudsters, environmental catastrophes, and crimes perpetuated by revolving door “consequences.”

Newsom compares Israel to ‘apartheid state,’ wants to ‘rethink’ U.S. relationship

by Ryan Mancini

California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) on Tuesday compared Israel to an “apartheid state” while suggesting that the U.S. should “rethink” its relationship with the Jewish state after both countries carried out attacks on Iran Saturday.

Newsom, promoting his new political memoir “Young Man in a Hurry,” sat down with the hosts of “Pod Save America” for an interview in Los Angeles, where the governor was asked about how many Democrats disapprove of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s “trajectory” and want to “rethink” the U.S.-Israel relationship.

“The issue of Bibi is interesting because he’s got his own domestic issues,” Newsom told Tommy Vietor, a co-host of the podcast. “He’s trying to stay out of jail. He’s got an election coming up. He’s potentially on the ropes. He’s got folks, the hard line, that want to annex the West Bank. [Journalist Thomas] Friedman and others are talking about it appropriately as sort of an apartheid state.”

The governor brought up the issue of regime change — a term thrown around before and after the U.S.-Israeli attack on Iran — and said, in relation to Israel, that “they haven’t even been able to solve the Hamas question” in Gaza following the Oct. 7, 2023, attack on country.

Co-host Jon Favreau then asked Newsom, a 2028 presidential contender, if the U.S., “looking down the road, should consider rethinking our military support for Israel?”

“It breaks my heart, because the current leadership is walking us down that path where I don’t think you have a choice about that consideration,” Newsom answered.

He added that the “regional war” is the opposite of what President Trump campaigned on in 2024, when he and others touted him as a candidate for peace compared to former Vice President Harris.

Newsom’s criticism of Israel comes less than two months after he said he refused to call Israel’s bombardment of Gaza, the cutoff of humanitarian aid and the hundreds of thousands of Palestinian deaths a genocide. He told conservative commentator Ben Shapiro on the governor’s podcast “This is Gavin Newsom” in January that he was “crystal clear on my love for Israel.”

The Media Lie About Trans Shooters

We just saw another tragic shooting in Rhode Island, this time at a high school hockey game. What people want to know in the immediate aftermath of such tragedies is who did it, where, and why—and how many people were injured or died. We instinctively want to know how close it was to us, if it could have happened to us, and if we could avoid a similar fate.

Flying in the face of this human need for truth is the woke legacy media, which puts ideology ahead of facts.

The Daily Mail, a British paper, reported early on that the Pawtucket perpetrator was a trans-identifying man in his 50s, the chief victims his wife and children, and the motive was likely connected with his gender identification and family conflict about it. Their photos supported this.

U.S. legacy media, meanwhile, tried to avoid the above facts. Their reason? The woke dogma the media adhere to is that “trans” people are an oppressed minority and always victims. Thus, the growing instances of mass shootings from people suffering from gender-related mental troubles must be given as little coverage and detail as possible.

The Washington Post headline was “Shooting at Rhode Island youth hockey game leaves 3 dead, including shooter, and 3 more wounded.” It quoted the police chief as saying, “It may be a family dispute,” and that the shooter was “Robert Dorgan, who she [the police chief] said also went by the name Roberta Esposito.”

The story from The Associated Press was almost the same.

The New York Times also danced around the motive, quickly pivoting to “the painful regularity of gun violence in America.”

The Federalist demonstrated in one graphic how the legacy media approached this story. It produced headlines from CBS, CNN, NBC, ESPN, AP, and The New York Times. Not one has the word “transgender.” They all reference a “shooting,” which one said was by a “shooter.”

Legacy outlets are so predictable on this that one can infer truth from what they leave out. Initial reports on a (barely) previous mass shooting on Feb. 10 in Canada spoke of a “female in a dress,” or a “gunperson,” leading astute readers correctly to guess the shooter was male.

The legacy media do this because they don’t want to violate the Fifth Woke Commandment: You Shall Not Know “What Is a Woman.” In “The Ten Woke Commandments (You Must Not Obey),” I explain how the progressive Left, which dominates American media, demands we ignore obvious truth to defend its ideology.

Anything that does not fit the woke model must be refuted or, better still, ignored. That is the agenda the legacy media serves.

Gender ideology claims that identity is subjective. You are what you say you are. Hence the mantra “trans women are women,” repeated by everyone from actor Rupert Grint of the Harry Potter movies to British Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer (in 2022—he later changed his mind).

Why does it matter if news outlets report the truth about crimes committed by trans-identifying individuals, or any other identity group?

It matters because the gender ideology agenda is to give men who identify as women full, unchallengeable access to women’s spaces, and to label anyone fighting for women’s rights a bigot, transphobe, or worse.

Ideologues are also still pushing—against mounting evidence that it does not improve outcomes—what they call “gender-affirming care.” That means accepting at their word any individual—even a child—who self-identifies as the opposite sex, and using social acceptance, hormones, and surgery to make the person look more like how they feel.

It matters because parents have been bullied and shamed into letting their children go so far down this path they can’t go back.

Fox Varian is the first successful “detransitioner” to sue her providers for negligence, winning $2 million. Many others, like Prisha Mosley and Chloe Cole, are bravely countering the narrative that everything works out fine once you “affirm” a child’s fleeting sense of gender.

And it matters because we see more and more cases of men who are frustrated at their inability to change reality and force the world to accept it that they hurt themselves or others.

Clinical psychologist Dr. Ray Blanchard coined the term autogynephilia—“the love of oneself as a woman”—to describe adult men, often in middle age, who enjoy dressing and acting as women and are sexually aroused by the idea of themselves as women.

Men fitting this description are often the most aggressive in insisting on their “right” to women’s sports and spaces, from spas to prisons. Their families, co-workers, and friends must decide how to help them, and they are best served by the truth, not obfuscation for the sake of ideology.

Accurately describing the perpetrators of violence and their motives is a journalistic duty.

Hiding the role of gender confusion in individuals who commit crimes serves only to propagate myths that sustain gender ideology’s crumbling house of cards and will result in more violence.

Pastor brags to Indiana church filled with families about his use of sex toys

Forensic analysis uncovered more than 200 files of suspected child sexual abuse material, including material described in court filings as sadomasochistic child abuseand photorealistic AI-generated images depicting nude minors.

Investigators also documented chat logs suggesting distribution of explicit material in a Snapchat group called “Diddy Disciples,” a reference to rapper and music producer Sean “Diddy” Combs, who was convicted in 2025 on federal sex trafficking-related charges and is serving a prison sentence while appealing his conviction.

The affidavit also states that more than 50 intimate photos and videos on Peternel’s phone appeared to show his parents nude or engaged in sexual acts — details that intensified public scrutiny when first reported.

SENTENCED: Son of Life Church pastor gets 6 years in child exploitation case

By Sydney Byerly • The Indiana Citizen • February 13, 2026

ANDERSON, Indiana — The son of a prominent Indiana pastor with close ties to the state’s lieutenant governor was sentenced to six years in prison Friday after pleading guilty to child exploitation charges.

Jonathan Peternel, 24, of Pendleton, pleaded guilty in January to one Level 4 felony count of child exploitation and three felony counts of possession of child sexual abuse material.

The case drew public attention because his father, Nathan Peternel, remains listed as lead pastor at Life Church, though he previously took a leave of absence following his son’s arrest. Nathan Peternel has been a longtime mentor and close associate of Republican Lt. Gov. Micah Beckwith. The two collaborated in church leadership and co-hosted the podcast “Jesus, Sex & Politics,” which frequently discussed sexual morality along with the role of faith in public life and government. No new episodes have been released since shortly after police searched the Peternel home, and two episodes — including one focused on combating child abuse and sex trafficking — were removed.

Beckwith was not present at Friday’s sentencing and has not publicly commented on the case.

Madison Superior Court 6 Judge Mark Dudley sentenced Peternel to six years on the Level 4 felony child exploitation charge, three years each on two Level 5 felony possession charges and one year on a Level 6 felony possession charge. All counts will run concurrently for a total of six years with Peternel sentenced to four years in the Indiana Department of Correction and two years suspended to probation. Peternel must also register as a lifetime sex offender.

Under the plea agreement, the court retained discretion up to a capped executed sentence of six years. Dudley imposed the maximum allowed under that agreement.

The courtroom was filled for sentencing, and many in attendance appeared to be church members, friends and family of Peternel. Both of Peternel’s parents sat front and center during the hearing.

After the sentencing concluded and the court moved on to other matters, a group of Peternel’s supporters stood and exited together. They were directed by a sheriff’s deputy not to gather in the hallway and instead went outside, where they formed a circle, held hands and began praying.

Investigation and charges

The charges stemmed from a tip received by the Hamilton County Metro Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children indicating that child sexual abuse material had been uploaded to Snapchat from Peternel’s account.

According to court records previously reviewed by The Indiana Citizen, investigators executed a search warrant at the Peternel family’s home in Pendleton and seized multiple electronic devices. Forensic analysis uncovered more than 200 files of suspected child sexual abuse material, including material described in court filings as sadomasochistic child abuse and photorealistic AI-generated images depicting nude minors.

Peternel did not post bond and remained in custody throughout all of his court proceedings. He was represented by a public defender.

Peternel: ‘I’m deeply sorry’

Before sentencing, Peternel addressed the courtroom.

“Your honor first I want to say that I’m deeply sorry. I hate my sin that I’ve committed,” he said. “I want to apologize to anybody who has fallen victim to my behavior.”

As Lawsuits Multiply, Transgender Reversal Movement Gains Momentum

Lawsuits filed by young people who were permanently disfigured by procedures attempting to reassign gender are multiplying, and more and more professional medical associations are backing away from endorsing the procedures for minors. Experts like Walt Heyer, who formerly spent eight years living a transgender lifestyle, say it’s just the beginning of a burgeoning movement.

On Jan. 30, a New York jury awarded 22-year-old woman Fox Varian $2 million after she sued a psychologist and a plastic surgeon for deviating from standard medical practice and informed consent when they pushed her toward getting a double mastectomy at the age of 16 amid feelings of confusion over her identity as a female.

Three weeks later, the Center For American Liberty announced that a court date of April 5 had been set for Chloe Cole, the 21-year-old national advocate against transgender procedures, who is suing Kaiser Foundation Hospitals for greenlighting gender reassignment procedures that included a double mastectomy and hormones when she was only 15.

The rapidly changing landscape toward widespread disavowal of so-called gender reassignment procedures for minors is now enveloping professional medical associations, who were once the primary advocates of the procedures.

On Feb. 3, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) became the first major medical association to publicly recommend against the procedures for minors, stating that surgeons should “delay gender-related breast/chest, genital, and facial surgery until a patient is at least 19 years old.”

In response to ASPS’s announcement, the American Medical Association (AMA) appeared to partially reverse its position as well, stating that it “agrees with ASPS that surgical interventions in minors should be generally deferred to adulthood.”

For Walt Heyer, a senior fellow at Family Research Council and co-author of the new book “Embracing God’s Design,” the cultural tide is clearly turning, especially in light of the rise in lawsuits against purveyors of these procedures.

“[W]hen the lawyers get a hold of this and it starts getting into the jury trials and juries are making the decisions, this is when things change,” he told Tony Perkins during Thursday’s “Washington Watch.” “[The] second part of that is the medical malpractice insurance goes up. And then the doctors, they go, ‘Wait a minute, now it’s costing me $2 million a year for medical malpractice. I can’t afford it. I’ve got to stop doing it.’”

Heyer further emphasized that the gender reassignment industry is rooted in saddling fear and guilt onto parents of children suffering from confusion over their biological sex. “[It’s] emotional blackmail. ‘Your kid’s going to commit suicide if they don’t have hormones and surgery,’ which is a total lie. The fact of the matter is, they’re [more likely] to commit suicide … after having the hormones and surgery.”

“Or kill someone else,” Perkins interjected. “Or kill someone else, which we’re seeing more and more of now,” Heyer agreed.

This month, an 18-year-old male who began undergoing transgender procedures at age 12 committed the largest mass shooting in Canada since 2020, killing eight people and injuring 25 others.

The shooting continued a troubling pattern of transgender-identifying individuals committing mass murder, including at Annunciation Catholic School in Minneapolis in August 2025 that killed two children and injured 17 others, and at Covenant School in Nashville, Tenn. in March 2023 that killed six people.

Heyer underscored that those who think they are actually “transitioning” to the opposite sex by undergoing reassignment procedures are living a charade, as he himself experienced. “I look at this and realize … this whole thing about hormones and surgery — the fact of the matter is, it never changed my gender, right? So the whole thing is sort of a medical fraud to begin with. It’s masquerading. It’s all cosmetic. So I say, I never transitioned. I didn’t detransition because it never happened.”

As Heyer went on to contend, the way to help those struggling with gender confusion is to identify the underlying comorbidity disorders and to treat those directly, especially trauma.

“A lot of it is spiritual,” he explained. “And we’re dealing with demons who are coming after our children, kids who are struggling with things that happened, like [what] happened to me in my early childhood. … I was sexually abused, and … even as an adult, I thought I was trying to repair what had happened in my early life and thinking if I had my genitals cut off, then I wouldn’t be sexually abused again. … When we say these people have mental illness, I can testify to the fact that they do.”

Heyer concluded by urging the church to get involved in helping those struggling with gender confusion. “Pastors need to speak to this. … [‘Embracing God’s Design’] was designed for pastors to help their congregation understand they don’t have a trans kid. … [S]omething has happened to that child. And let’s help find out what it is and get them the help they need.”
