Pornhub Staff Worried About Going To Jail For Child Porn Downloaded From Their Company’s Own Website, Docs Show

PornHub let child pornography sit untouched on its website for years, including content one employee admitted would put him behind bars “for a long time” if it was found on his computer, discovery documents released in error reveal.

Internal messages, emails and memos from around 2020 reveal the company struggling to clear child pornography from its website while executives debated measures to crack down and staff tasked with removing it made light of the situation.

The documents, first reported by the New York Times’ Nicholas Kristof, are part of discovery in an Alabama class action lawsuit brought by child sex trafficking victims who allege PornHub’s parent company MindGeek financially profited from distributing videos depicting their abuse.

“You guys want to laugh,” one staff member wrote in an April 7, 2020 message. “[I]t caught a cp [child pornography] video from 2009…a full on cp video on the site for 11 years.”

At one point, one staff member was told not to include a superior on child sexual abuse material (CSAM) report emails.

“He doenst wnat [sic] to know how much cp we have ignored for the past 5 years?” the employee responded.

Aylo, formerly known as MindGeek, told the DCNF its policy is not to comment on ongoing litigation to respect the “integrity of court proceedings.”

“We look forward to the facts being fully and fairly aired in that forum,” the company told the DCNF.

However, the company did state it has “instituted some of the most comprehensive safeguards in user-generated platform history in order to mitigate the ability of bad actors to abuse our platform and post unwanted material.”

‘I Hope I Never Get In Trouble’

One discovery document tracking keywords shows the phrases “12yo” and “13yo” resulted in 155,447 videos each on the website, while the term “7yo” yielded 5,387 results. Other tracked terms include “girls under18” with 146,248 videos and “Degraded Teen” at 1,537.

One memo suggesting words that should be banned notes the term “infant” resulted in 764 videos. Yet terms like “childhood,” included 1,519 video descriptions, or “forced,” included in 548,697 descriptions, are not recommended to be banned.

“I hope I never get in trouble for having those vids on my computer LOOOOL,” one staff member wrote in a March 2020 message.

“I found one yesterday night…that i had forgotton to delete…and it was a really bad one…like i will go away for a long time,” another staff member replied.

The first employee suggested that MindGeek would “vouch for us if we every [sic] get arrested.”

The word “teen” has at times ranked among the website’s top search terms, according to company reports. Some email exchanges show executives unsure of what words to ban.

In June 2017, an executive suggested blocking the term “rapped” but allowing the term “young girl.”

Around May 2020, there were more than 706,000 videos flagged by users for underage content or other terms of service violations, according to internal emails. A video would only be prioritized for removal at the time if it had been flagged more than 15 times.

Similar figures were also included in emails released as part of discovery in a class action lawsuit filed against MindGeek in California, which Justice Defense Fund CEO Laila Mickelwait shared in 2023 on X.

In June 2020, a company leader acknowledged they had previously not been “enforcing strict rules” for staff who failed to block violations.

“Now older mistakes are found and many will continue to be found from the 700k backlog and if I go ahead and enforce the strict/rules guidelines we will lose a significant amount of our agents and cause chaos within the team,” a member of leadership wrote.

Pornhub removed more than 10 million videos from its website in December 2020 after the NYT reported instances of child sexual abuse material on the website.

The company also announced that it had “banned unverified uploaders from posting new content, eliminated downloads, and partnered with dozens of non-profit organizations” as part of its new safeguards.

Other safeguards Aylo told the DCNF it has implemented include “an uploader verification program that uses secure biometric facial recognition technology to ensure the identity of the uploader of all pieces of content,” “utilization of digital fingerprinting technology to prevent the re-upload of unauthorized material,” and “a constantly evolving banned keyword list that disallows searches for more than 60,000 words and phrases in multiple languages.”

Mickelwait said the documents reveal PornHub went “far beyond negligence.”

“It was systemic criminal conduct—monetized sexual abuse on an industrial scale, driven by willful corporate decisions,” Mickelwait said in a statement Saturday. “These newly released documents confirm what survivors have long known: Pornhub executives knew they were distributing child rape—and they chose profits over children’s lives.”

‘Our Revenue Hit a Cliff’: Radical LGBT Groups See Mass Layoffs in Trump Era

As the legacy media highlight questionable polls and short-term economic dislocations to portray President Donald Trump as uniquely unpopular with the American people, some of the main financial and political movements of the Democratic Party have engaged in a series of mass layoffs — especially groups focused on promoting LGBT ideology.

GLSEN — founded by Kevin Jennings in 1990 as the “Gay, Lesbian & Straight Education Network” to promote extreme transgender ideology in public schools — announced in February it would lay off 60% of its workforce. The announcement came one day before the nation’s leading LGBTQIA+ pressure group, the Human Rights Campaign (HRC), announced it would cut 20% of its staff in February, laying off about 50 people.

GLSEN’s leader “says that the business decision was painful and necessary in response to mounting financial pressures and coordinated right-wing attacks,” which the LGBT lobby is apparently losing, reported The Advocate. GLSEN Executive Director Melanie Willingham-Jaggers, whom the outlet describes as “the first [b]lack and nonbinary person to lead the organization,” announced the LGBT pressure group fired 18 employees on February 3. “We are not an injured version of the GLSEN we were before Monday. We are a new organization,” the director insisted.

But Willingham-Jaggers admitted the lack of corporate support blew a hole in the organization’s bottom line. “We hit a ceiling — and then our revenue hit a cliff because of right-wing attacks … [T]otal revenue is down,” said Willingham-Jaggers. “They saw Target back off, and then they came for us even harder.” Willingham-Jaggers chided donors that they “need to fund us like they want us to win.” In the same vein, HRC President Kelley Robinson said “the last several years” have presented “historic challenges to our progress,” specifically from “historical softening’ of HRC’s support “in institutions, out of fear.”

These moves underline “the broader financial strain facing LGBTQ+ advocacy groups amid a shifting political and philanthropic landscape,” reported The Advocate.

According to the Human Rights Campaign’s most recent financial disclosures, HRC raised $75 million in its 2024 fiscal year — a $10 million decrease from the previous year — but spent $88.9 million, cutting its total assets by $12.6 million. (HRC still had robust total net assets totaling $45.7 million as of March 31, 2024.) With HRC, too, the largest funding decreases came from “Corporate & foundation grants & contracts” (down $5 million year over year) and “planned giving” ($1.9 million).

GLSEN’s ‘Rainbow Library’ and HRC’s ‘Gender Snowperson’ Meet the DNC

Both GLSEN and HRC have long sought to indoctrinate public school students with extreme LGBT ideology. The nation’s largest public schools union, the National Education Association (NEA), instructed teachers in 33 states how they can obtain a free “Rainbow Library” from which GLSEN describes as “an initiative that provides LGBTQ+ affirming text sets to schools free of charge. We have already sent Rainbow Library sets to 8,100 schools and libraries.”

GLSEN encouraged teachers to insert transgender ideology into math problems. For instance, in one of GLSEN’s suggested word problems, teachers would ask math students to calculate how long it will take to “spread the use of the singular they/them/their pronoun” used by individuals who identify as “nonbinary.” Since “any encounter will lead to a percent of the population adopting the they/them/their pronouns as part of regular use, the students can determine how long it will take for the entire population to adopt the use.”

GLSEN also suggested inserting multiple gender identities into student surveys that traditionally ask for a student’s sex. “[T]eachers need to be sure they include both intersex and other as choices,” and if “the students want to include data for gender, a variety of choices need to be included, such as agender, genderfluid, female, male, nonbinary, transman, transwoman, and other,” insisted GLSEN.

“HRC’s ‘Welcoming Schools” program instructs teachers to read the book ‘They, She, He, Easy as ABC’ to children in preschool or kindergarten. Its pre-Klesson plan defines ‘gender identity’ as ‘How you feel. Girl, boy, both or neither. Everyone has a gender identity,’ conducts school trainings, and creates lesson plans for teachers beginning in ‘pre-K.’ By third grade, it encourages students to use the ‘Gender Snowperson’ exercise to ‘understand the differences between gender identity, sexual orientation and sex assigned at birth.’

“The HRC … opposes laws protecting minors from transgender procedures and has denounced laws ‘allowing misgendering of transgender students’ or regulating ‘drag performances.’”

Ironically, Robinson has accused conservatives who resist the forced insertion of LGBT ideology into their children’s curriculum of “launching a culture war against our kids.”

Both also have ties to the Democratic Party. HRC has crossed into the partisan sphere, hosting Jill Biden and dedicating $15 million to the 2024 presidential election. Shortly before election day, Robinson reassured her followers Republican ads highlighting Democrats’ extremism on the transgender issue “would fall flat again in 2024.”

GLSEN, too, has enjoyed ties to the Democratic Party since President Barack Obama nominated its controversial founder, Kevin Jennings, to serve as his “Safe Schools Czar.”

Yet corporations which accurately forecasted President Trump’s victory in 2024 have backed off support for his ideological, and political, foes in the LGBT movement. The president has taken swift action to defund, and at times prosecute, those who impose transgenderism in the schools. In his first 100 days in office, Trump has signed executive orders defining sex as a biological reality, protecting women’s sports, and prosecuting states that force girls to change in front of trans-identifying males for Title IX violations.

GLSEN, HRC to Focus on Schools, Workplace Policies, and Redefining Religion

Yet both groups insist they will double-down on propagandizing our nation’s youth in the schools — and changing their views of what the Bible teaches about sexual morality issues.

GLSEN’s plans for the future include a focus on young people and teachers, described as “supporting educators and students in local communities, amplifying youth voices” by The Advocate. Similarly, going forward, The Advocate reported, “HRC officials said schools and workplaces will be a primary area of emphasis.”

HRC will also attempt to redefine the position of the Christian religion on LGBTQ ideology. The Advocate reports that HRC plans to launch new “storytelling initiatives,” one of which will ask Mariann Edgar Budde — the cleric whom The Episcopal Church considers a bishop, who confronted President Trump in a service at the National Cathedral shortly after his inauguration — to provide “moral clarity on LGBTQ+ rights from a religious vantage point.”

In the future, both groups will have to implement their agenda with decimated workforces, thanks to the cultural winds ushered in by last November’s election.

Supreme Court Allows Trump Admin To Enforce Transgender Military Ban

The Supreme Court allowed the Trump administration on Tuesday to enforce its transgender military ban.

In a 6-3 decision, the majority granted the administration’s request to halt a lower court’s ruling preventing the policy from taking effect.

Justices Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan and Ketanji Brown Jackson would have denied the administration’s request, according to the order.

In its application, the administration argued that the lower court’s injunction “cannot be squared with the substantial deference that the Department’s professional military judgments are owed.”

“It is undisputed that gender dysphoria is a medical condition associated with clinically significant distress or impairment in social, occupational, or other important areas of functioning,” Solicitor General D. John Sauer wrote April 24.

Judge Benjamin H. Settle, a George W. Bush appointee, found in a March 27 decision that the transgender service members and activist group who challenged the ban were likely to succeed on their claims.

“Because the military has operated smoothly for four years under the Austin Policy, any claimed hardship it may face in the meantime pales in comparison to the hardships imposed on transgender service members and otherwise qualified transgender accession candidates, tipping the balance of hardships sharply toward plaintiffs,” Settle wrote. “There can be few matters of greater public interest in this country than protecting the constitutional rights of its citizens.”

The Department of Defense (DOD) updated its policy in February to state that individuals with gender dysphoria do not meet “the high mental and physical standards necessary for military service.”

A comprehensive new report from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has concluded that there is no strong evidence to support “gender-affirming” procedures that block puberty, mutilate the sexual organs of, and sterilize children for life. Experts say the report is a welcome affirmation of the grievous harms that gender transition procedures inflict on minors — which much of Europe has already acknowledged, marking a stark reversal of the pro-gender transitions for minors position of the previous Biden administration.

The five-part, 409-page report, entitled “Treatment for Pediatric Gender Dysphoria: Review of Evidence and Best Practices,” presents an exhaustive study of the issues surrounding diagnosing children with gender dysphoria and subjecting them to gender transition procedures. The first part covers the background, noting that medical treatments are typically “first established as safe and effective in adults before being extended to pediatric populations. In this case, however, the opposite occurred: clinician-researchers developed the pediatric medical transition protocol in response to disappointing psychosocial outcomes in adults who underwent medical transition.”

The report went on to note that gender transition protocols were “adopted internationally” before proper studies were conducted to examine the health outcomes of pediatric patients. But after evidence of outcomes began accumulating, “health authorities in an increasing number of countries have restricted access to puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones, and, in the rare cases where they were offered, surgeries for minors. These authorities now recommend psychosocial approaches, rather than hormonal or surgical interventions, as the primary treatment.”

The second part of the report highlighted a general lack of reliable evidence analyzing the effects of gender transition procedures. However, it emphasized that the risks of the procedures that have been established “include infertility/sterility, sexual dysfunction, impaired bone density accrual, adverse cognitive impacts, cardiovascular disease and metabolic disorders, psychiatric disorders, surgical complications, and regret.”

Despite these documented risks, the report’s third part noted that the most influential U.S. bodies for recommending health protocols for gender transition procedures, the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) and the Endocrine Society, went ahead with guidelines recommending the procedures for children, which were characterized by international reviewers as “lack[ing] developmental rigour and transparency.” The report pointed to countries like Sweden, Finland, and the U.K. who are encouraging mental health approaches over medical interventions.

The authors (whose names have not yet been released) further observe that the “‘gender-affirming’ model of care, as practiced in U.S. clinics, is characterized by a child-led process in which comprehensive mental health assessments are often minimized or omitted.” In addition, the concerns of whistleblowers and detransitioners “have been discounted, dismissed, or ignored by prominent advocates and practitioners of pediatric medical transition.”

The report goes on to detail the ethical concerns involved in establishing protocols for gender transition procedures without sufficient clinical evidence to support them, as well as ethical concerns about involving children in “randomized controlled trials on pubertal suppression or hormone therapy.” The final part points out that behavioral comorbidities such as suicidal ideation associated with gender dysphoria in children “have known psychotherapeutic management strategies.” The report argues for more research to be conducted on psychotherapy as a way to treat gender dysphoria, since psychotherapy “is a noninvasive alternative to endocrine and surgical interventions for the treatment of pediatric gender dysphoria.”

The HHS report concludes by stating that “[w]hile no clinician or medical association intends to fail their patients — particularly those who are most vulnerable — the preceding chapters demonstrate that this is precisely what has occurred.”

Clinical experts like Dr. Jennifer Bauwens, who serves as director of the Center for Family Studies at Family Research Council, say the new HHS report is a welcome change in direction away from the blind promotion of gender transition procedures for minors that occurred under the previous administration.

“[O]ur government under the Biden administration was falsely using research to scaffold the ‘gender-affirming care,’” she pointed out during Thursday’s “Washington Watch.” “And really, what this report showed in the bottom line is [that] basically everything that has come from Europe and what we have been talking about, that the science is just not there to support it. And in fact, it’s quite the opposite. It says, ‘Run from these procedures and … protect children.’”

Bauwens, a clinical psychologist and licensed therapist who has provided trauma-focused treatment to children, went on to highlight how the new report delved into data coming out of Europe on mental health outcomes of children who have undergone transgender procedures, including the U.K.’s groundbreaking Cass Review.

“[W]hat it found [after] looking at the science, just the methods … used to cause a reduction in distress, is [there’s] no question you have to scrap this so-called ‘intervention’ because it’s not making a difference in what it purports to do,” she explained. “It’s not causing psychological distress to be reduced. In some cases, as other reports have found in Sweden, the rate of suicide was much higher.”

Bauwens concluded by expressing gratitude to the Trump administration for taking an ideology-free approach to the issue of gender transition procedures for minors.

“I’m so grateful that we are living during an administration that has courage and is doing what they said they would do, looking at all of the science but also looking at the ideology and saying, ‘How can someone suddenly claim to be … the opposite sex?’ They’re looking at it with common sense, and that’s really the heart behind this administration. … And I think we can get a lot done by just adhering to those basic principles.”

Francis the divider is dead: Look for his successor to be portrayed as somewhat more conservative and less controversial

Imagine the world being swayed to accept digital money and biometric digital IDs by a popular pope who is charismatic and more likable than the often ornery Francis. In short, he will be a unifier.

The Argentine Jesuit Jorge Mario Bergoglio, a.k.a. Pope Francis, died Monday morning, the Vatican announced. He was 88 years old.

The Vatican said Francis’s cause of death was heart failure due to a stroke. Below is my analysis, including what to look for as the Vatican chooses the next pope two to three weeks from now.

It’s interesting that U.S. Vice President JD Vance had just met with Pope Francis at the Vatican on Easter Sunday, just hours before the pope died early Monday morning. You can see in a video of the meeting that the pope was barely lucid in his final hours and it’s interesting that the Vatican put him out in such a public show anyway. Did they know he was about to die and wanted his last public appearance to include a meeting with the Catholic American Vice President and heir apparent to Donald Trump?

Vance had only good things to say about Francis, which is what you would expect under the circumstances, despite the fact that Vance’s outspoken positions on political issues are almost all diametrically opposed to those espoused by Pope Francis.

Vance wrote in a post to X:

“I just learned of the passing of Pope Francis. My heart goes out to the millions of Christians all over the world who loved him. I was happy to see him yesterday, though he was obviously very ill. But I’ll always remember him for the below homily he gave in the very early days of COVID. It was really quite beautiful. May God rest his soul.”

Francis was the Roman Catholic Church’s first Jesuit pope and was a committed globalist and socialist. Many believe he was an outright Marxist.

During the peak of Covid, Pope Francis energetically enforced the closing of Catholic churches and then later pushed the devastating mRNA injections. The pope said it was the “moral obligation” for all Catholics to get their shots.

He was also the first real DEI pope, speaking profusely and persistently about the need to change the church’s age-old teaching about homosexuality being a serious sin.

Francis fired many conservative bishops around the world and declared virtual war on the traditional Latin mass, attended by millions of conservative Catholics. He excommunicated the conservative anti-globalist Archbishop Carlo Maria Vigano, who served as papal nunsio to the United States under the previous Pope Benedict.

In the final analysis, Pope Francs will be remembered as a very divisive pope who catered to the liberal wing of Roman Catholicism with his controversial decisions to welcome unrepentant LGBTQs into the church, pushed mRNA injections on humanity, advocated the World Economic Forum’s climate-change agenda, and introduced other controversial measures into the church. He gave his blessing a few years back to a pagan ceremony that took place in St. Peter’s Square and was devoted to the South American fertility goddess Pachamama.

Like it or not, the papacy is a position of great influence in the world.

Francis used that position for great evil.

He shut down a planned audit of the corrupt Vatican Bank.
He sent the pedophile Cardinal Ted McCarrick to negotiate a deal with the Chinese Communist Party that placed the final authority for choosing Chinese bishops in the hands of the corrupt communist government in Beijing.
He normalized LGBTQ filth.
Called for the free and unfettered migration of Muslims and other hostile illegal immigrants into Western nations.
He dismissed conservative priests and bishops, replacing them with liberal ones.
He taught that there was no literal hell and that the souls of unrepentant sinners simply disappear into nothingness.

I have many friends who are Catholic, and the majority of my extended family are Catholic. The overwhelming majority of them did not trust or follow the teachings of Pope Francis. They saw right through him.

With Francis gone, I would not be surprised to see the next pope be cut from the same cloth, but in a less obvious or recognizable way. Perhaps he will be more likable and therefore more capable of deceiving the masses of Catholic faithful. Imagine if the world had a likable, lovable, charismatic pope who was able to unify the religious world in favor of the one-world agenda of the Great Reset, convincing all nominal Christians and religious folks in a time of suffering and confusion that the way out of the global crisis is with biometric digital ID and digital programmable tokens replacing paper cash. Perhaps he also convinces the masses in the aftermath of World War III that submitting to the digital surveillance state will also make them safer and more secure.

Just as the leftist Joe Biden administration paved the way for Donald Trump and the appearance of a conservative backlash on the political level, I expect the outragious antics of Pope Francis will lead to the selection of the next pope being, at least on the surface, a man who will be seen as more conservative in tone and content.

One marker to look for will be if the next pope is chosen from the group of cardinals appointed by Francis. If that happens, you know he is not a true conservative or even a moderate, even if the media portrays him that way.

As always, pray for peace but prepare for war. Question everything that comes from the mainstream media and puppet governments installed by moneyed interests. Compare what you’re hearing from people in positions of authority to the Word of God, not necessarily to what the opposite party is saying. That’s how the globalists are able to manipulate public opinion, by playing the statements of one political faction off against the other in a fake left-right paradigm. In the final analysis, it should be apparent that neither side is preaching biblical truth, even if one sounds more favorable to the conservative Christian ear. Both sides will lead us off a cliff. Only Christ and his Holy Word are trustworthy arbiters of truth and justice.

We are witnessing the decline and fall of the Democrat Party and it is because they know that they are in a deep hole politcially, but just can’t seem to stop digging.

Biden announced the creation of the nation’s first “National Strategy for Countering Domestic Terrorism” in June 2021. The strategy, as explained to the public, justified itself by dual reasoning: a “resurgence” of racially motivated violence, attacks against government institutions, and associated individuals. Among the latter, according to the document, were the January 6, 2021, protests which culminated in protesters occupying the Capitol.
Attacked their political opponents using the Justice System as a weapon. President Donald J. Trump and thousands of Americans have been tried, convicted and declared felons by corrupt judges.

Also unprecedented was the Biden administration’s campaign against political rivals under the guise of fighting domestic terrorism.

Since losing the 2024 election the Democrats have take a dramatic turn for the worse.

Called for resistance in the halls of Congress, in the courts and in the streets. The statement “resistance in the halls of Congress, in the courts, and in the streets” refers to the various forms of opposition and challenges to policies or actions of the Trump administration, particularly in the context of political and social movements. This resistance can manifest in legislative action in Congress, legal challenges in the courts, and through protests and mobilization in the streets.
Used district court judges appointed primarily by Obama and Biden to take away the Executive Powers of the President of the United States of America. These rogue judges have ruled on every action taken by the Trump administation to make America safe, prosperous and great again. These judges have ignored the U.S. Constitution and its speration of Powers. To date the U.S. Supreme Court has ruled in favor of the President but there are many more cases to be adjudicated.
Created violence in the streets across America, on college campuses and even ploted multiple assassination attemps against the Presiden, his cabinet and other government officials.
Attacked citizens who own Tesla vehicles and Tesla dealerships using a variety of means including bombs, molotov cocktails, and defacing or destroying Tesla vehicles.
Come out against cutting government fraud, waste and abuses in the courts and in the halls of Congress. Including voting against bills that would protect the American people against such fraud, waste and abuse in every department of government.
Voted against votor IDs, paper ballots, same day reporting of the results of elections and cleaning up voter roles of dead people and criminal illegal aliens.
Actively supported MS-13 gang bangers and ignored American hostages held by Hamas in Gaza.
Continue to support radical Islamic terrorists and drug cartels over the safety and security of the American people.

And the list of rage and projections is not only supported but amplified by the legacy media. A prime example is the defense of Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia as a Marylander. This even led to Maryland Democrat Sen. Chris Van Hollen who met with the now deported criminal illegal alien, and MS13 gang leader Abrego Garcia in El Salvador on Thursday, April 17th, 2025. They sat and had margaritas together like they were members of the same MS13 cartel family.

The Democrat party is no longer the party of Thomas Jefferson or John Fitzgerald Kennedy. That party has died long ago and is in it’s final death spiral.

The American people, thank God, have woken up and are now fighting back. They are fighting back peacefully, using their God given right to free speech.

The American people re-elected as their President Donald J. Trump for a reason. That reason is to fundametally transform American back to greatness and glory under God.
