President Donald J. Trump Endorses ‘Big Dan’ Rodimer for Congress

LAS VEGAS, Nevada – Republican nominee for Nevada’s 3rd congressional district Dan Rodimer has received the endorsement of President Donald Trump. In 2016, the President won Nevada’s 3rd Congressional district by 2.4 percentage points and his endorsement is seen as a boost to the Rodimer campaign as they face off against incumbent Congresswoman Susie Lee (D-NV) in the November election.

On Saturday, August 29, Trump exclaimed on Twitter, “Dan has my Complete and Total Endorsement. We need Dan in Washington!” and attached a tweet about Rodimer.

On Monday, August 31, the President repeated on a tele-townhall that the Dan Rodimer campaign has “done a fantastic job of fighting, he’s gonna fight, he’s gonna win. I think you’re gonna have a big success. I think you’re gonna have a really great, great success.”

“I am honored to receive the endorsement of President Trump,” Rodimer responded. “President Trump ran as a political outsider, a businessman, and somebody who would push an America-first agenda. On all of those promises, and many more, he delivered. And now, he is helping rebuild our nation’s economy again following the harmful effect of the COVID pandemic. I look forward to winning this campaign, and helping the President win not only this district once again, but winning the state, so I can join the President in helping rebuild our economy and restore our freedoms.”

“I’m running for office to serve the people of Nevada, not myself and my family,” Rodimer continued. “When the first CARES Act came before Congress after our economy initially shut down and Nevadans lost their jobs and their businesses, Susie Lee was on vacation and took her time getting back to Washington. Then, when she returned, she went to work to pad her bottom line, rather than to look out for ordinary Nevadans. I will always put Nevadans first, and I will always be transparent in how I conduct myself in Congress.”

Rodimer is running against freshman Democrat Susie Lee, who the NRCC has named one of the most scandal plagued politicians in Congress. Lee is currently under investigation from public watchdog and ethics groups for allegedly inappropriately lobbying for her family’s business to receive $5.6 million in taxpayer-funded PPP loans, even when her family business was laying off scores of Nevada workers.

The Rodimer campaign recently reported an increase of more than 10,000 individual donors since the primary election in June and frequently touts their strong grassroots support in the district as the reason they will win.

Dan Rodimer is a former WWE professional wrestler, Ave Marie law school graduate, and small businessman. He is married to his wife Sarah. They have five children together with another on the way.

SOTN Editor’s Note: It must be pointed out that one of the easiest, quickest and most effective ways of destroying any politician’s career is to plant child pornography on their computer or smartphone.  Or, to maliciously accuse them of child sexual abuse, or falsely charge them with a sex crime related to a child or minor, or defame their character with a baseless allegation of sexual impropriety toward an underaged individual.  Each of these smearing tactics are routinely used by The Powers That Be who manipulate the Pedogate control mechanism that is used to coerce and blackmail political leaders around the world.  This multi-decade control system is especially utilized to forever ruin political careers of those individuals who have left the reservation of political correctness. (See: PEDOGATE: A Global Child Trafficking and Exploitation Crime Syndicate)  In light of this stark reality, we leave it to each reader to decide which of the preceding cases are in fact true; and which were fabricated by the prosecuting authorities.

PODCAST: How is the Fight for Florida Shaping Up?

It’s time for me to begin making preparations to do my annual statistical analysis on voting in Florida. This is when I dust off my spreadsheets and ready myself for the influx of voting data from the state. August 18th is the Florida Primary, and early voting for it is August 8th – 15th. As I’m sure you are aware, Florida is a swing state, just as it was in 2016.

In preparation for the primary, I wanted to check on registration by party affiliation to get a sense of who will be voting in the Fall. Not long ago (June 16th) I read a report titled, “Florida Among Group of States Seeing Decline in Voter Registration.” I would really like to know how the reporter came to this conclusion as I found just the opposite, as there are more people registered as of today than in all of 2016.

As usual, I visited the web site of the Florida Division of Elections (under the Secretary of State), which is the agency charged with maintaining such data. Here is what I found:

GOP DEM INDEPENDENT
2020 4,851,116 5,127,920 3,595,208 as of April 30th
2016 4,577,406 4,914,593 3,129,277 Total
+6% +4% +15%

Note: The registration deadline to vote in the Florida primary ended yesterday (July 20th) and I do not yet have the final numbers.

The data reveals an upswing in registration by Republicans (up 6%), the Democrats (up 4%), and Independents (up a whopping 15%). Similarly, my county (Pinellas) is also showing a slight upswing in registration by both parties.

From studying the data, I can make the following observations:

  • Even though Republicans were behind the Democrats in terms of 2016 registrations, the state went to Donald Trump for two reasons; first, actual voting by Democrats lagged behind Republicans, and; second, Mr. Trump won the vote of the Independents.
  • Today, both parties are making gains over 2016 and will likely set new records in voting, but the biggest increase is that of Independents. The big question in 2020 is, “Will the Independents still support President Trump?” The Democrats say No, but I believe otherwise. In 2016, they went with Mr. Trump as they knew the nation’s capitol is broken and, instead of electing another politician, they gave an outsider a try. To his credit, the president kept many of his campaign promises, including moving the American embassy to Jerusalem, exterminating ISIS, energy independence, reducing government bureaucracy thereby allowing America to go back to work in record numbers, and, an overall improvement in the economy.
  • In 2020 though, the Independents are fed up with the helter-skelter of the congressional Democrats, and the hate emanating from the far-Left anarchists, including an attempted elimination of our history and sweeping changes to our culture. Independents will likely say, “Enough is enough!” at the ballot box. In other words, the Silent Majority, which includes Independents, will carry the day.
  • Next, the press contends Republicans are gravitating away from Mr. Trump and turning to former VP Joe Biden. I hear just the opposite; moderate Democrats have had it with the socialist agenda of the far-Left and have no faith in Mr. Biden’s abilities to govern. I have personally heard this on multiple occasions from older Democrats who would like to see the party turn the clock back to the 20th century.
  • The last thing I learned from studying this, is how wrong the “Fake News” can be. Finding the actual data from the State is incredibly easy, so why does the reporter in the article claim Florida is “experiencing a major decline in new voter registration numbers compared to this time in 2016.” This is just plain sloppy reporting. It also means “Fake News” is still alive and well in the Tampa Bay area, as well as across the United States. This is why we created “Tampa Bay Conservatives” (TBC) web site to report REAL news. The site can be found at: TBCtampa.com

So, how is Florida shaping up for the 2020 election? If the Republicans and Independents continue making gains in registration, President Trump should have no problem in being re-elected. And as Florida goes, so goes the country.

Keep the Faith!

Race Relations Plummeted While Joe Biden Was Vice President Under Barack Obama

  • Polling on racial relations turned historically negative during President Barack Obama’s final year in office due in part to the blossoming of the Black Lives Matter movement after the police shootings of two black men. Now, Obama’s vice president, Joe Biden, is running for president as a unifier on race.
  • Americans’ view on race during President Donald Trump’s first three years in office were good relative to Obama’s final year in office, with polls showing public satisfaction on race issues increasing dramatically in 2018.
  • Views on race relations turned overwhelmingly negative during the final year of Trump’s first term after the death of George Floyd, a black man who died in May after a white police officer kneeled on his neck for nearly 9 minutes.

Former Vice President Joe Biden is billing himself as the person who can ease race relations and unify the nation as part of his 2020 presidential bid. But race relations plummeted while the presumptive Democratic nominee served under President Barack Obama, the first black U.S. president in history.

Biden supported demonstrations in May and June against the death of George Floyd, a black man who died after a white police officer knelt on his neck for nearly 9 minutes, video of the incident shows. He met with Floyd’s family after the tragedy and wrote in a June 10 tweet that he’s ready to get to work on “day one” to tackle racism.

The former vice president stayed on message that month and promised to “heal the racial wounds that have long plagued our country.”

“This is a battle for the soul of America,” Biden said at an economic roundtable in June. “Who are we? What do we want to be? How do we see ourselves? What do we think we should be? Character is on the ballot here.”

But last time Biden was in the White House, when he was serving as vice president, race relations in the U.S. took a nose dive.

Race Relations During The Obama Era

Americans held a positive view on race relations during the first half of Obama’s administration, with more than 52% of voters telling pollsters in 2008 that the former president’s victory would lead to better race relations, a Pew Research poll published in November 2008 showed. Only 9% thought race relations would get worse.

But polling on racial relations turned overwhelmingly negative during the last half of Obama’s administration. Nearly 70% of Americans said in July 2016 that race relations were bad, a level not seen since the 1992 riots in Los Angeles during the Rodney King case, a New York Times/CBS News poll published that month and year show.

The poll found that six in 10 American voters said race relations were growing worse, up from 2015, when 38% 0f people expressed a similar view.

The downward trajectory coincided with the blossoming of the Black Lives Matter movement, which began in 2013 after videos were made public showing the deaths of Alton Sterling and Philando Castile at the hands of the police. They were killed over the course of two days that year.

Five police officers were shot and killed in Dallas by a black Army veteran the day after the Sterling and Castile deaths.

Obama told audience members at the police officers’ memorial service on July 11, 2016 that, “we are not as divided as we seem,”

“We cannot simply turn away and dismiss those in peaceful protest as troublemakers or paranoid,” Obama said.

He added: “We can’t simply dismiss it as a symptom of political correctness or reverse racism. To have your experience denied like that, dismissed by those in authority, dismissed perhaps even by your white friends and co-workers and fellow church members again and again and again — it hurts.”

Obama’s pleas didn’t do much to change perceptions.

The July 2016 NYT poll showed a stark difference in how white and black people see race. Three-quarters of black people said police are more likely to use deadly force on an African American over a white person, the poll showed. Only 18% of black people argued that the color of the person made no difference.

Race Relations During Trump’s Term

Satisfaction with race relations jumped during Trump’s first three years in office.

A Gallup survey conducted in January 2020, for instance, recorded a double-digit increase (14 percentage points) in public satisfaction with the state of race relations in the country. Only 22% of people held a satisfactory view on race at the end of the Obama-era, with that number jumping to 36% in January, Gallop’s survey showed.

Satisfaction also increased between six and nine points regarding the position of black people and other racial minorities in January, according to the Gallup poll. Trump and White House officials cited the historic low black unemployment rate for reasons why attitudes on race were in positive territory at that time.

Black unemployment reached a record low during the first two years of the Trump administration, with only 5.9% claiming unemployment in May 2018. Yet the biggest drop came under Obama, when the unemployment rate for black people fell from 16.8% in March 2010 to just 7.8% in January 2017, AP reported in 2019.

Poll numbers on race relations plummeted shortly after Floyd’s death, which sparked nationwide demonstrations and calls for city and state officials to defund the police. Biden does not endorse an outright campaign to defund the police but does support a move to redirect police funding to address mental health.

Following Floyd’s death, most Americans now argue that race relations in the U.S. are bad, including a majority of both black and white people, according to a CBS poll conducted in June. Roughly 61% of Americans believe that the state of race relations in the U.S. today are generally bad compared to 35% who say they are good, the poll notes.

Trump’s poll numbers are similarly dropping.

More than 67% of voters disapprove of the president’s “oversight” on the coronavirus pandemic, according to a July 11 poll conducted by The Guardian. The same percentage said they disapproved of the president’s response to recent racial unrest.

Conservatives Cheer as Trump Celebrates Achievements Under Fire [+Video]

President Trump’s full remarks at CPAC 2020:

Speaking before a celebratory crowd of conservative activists Saturday, President Donald Trump gave thanks to God for being able to accomplish so much in three years despite incoming fire from the left.

Trump referred to both the lengthy Russia investigation and House Democrats’ hasty impeachment move during remarks at the Conservative Political Action Conference just weeks after the Senate found him not guilty in a historic impeachment trial.

“Can you imagine with all of that—going through all of that with a cloud over your head like nobody has ever had—for us to have seriously done more than any other administration?” Trump said to the cheering crowd.

Trump, in a freewheeling speech delivered without a script in just under an hour and a half, pondered other options before settling on divine help.

In these trying times, we must turn to the greatest document in the history of the world to promise freedom and opportunity to its citizens for guidance. Find out more now >>

“It’s sort of a miracle when you think about it,” Trump said. “It’s sort of a miracle, or a toughness or something.”

Then, pointing up, Trump said: “Maybe it’s right there. Thank you. Thank you, God. How did we do that? How did we do it?”

In mentioning the impeachment trial, the president referred to Sen. Mitt Romney, R-Utah, the lone Senate Republican who voted to convict him for abuse of power.

“You know the Republicans stuck together, except Romney, of course,” Trump said, provoking boos from the crowd at the mention of Romney’s name. “Low-life, low-life. Except Romney, they stuck together.”

Earlier Saturday, the United States and the Taliban signed a peace agreement for Afghanistan that could mean U.S. troops finally depart that country after 19 years.

The historic deal, Trump said, may end “the longest war in U.S. history, not even close.”

“I’ll say this for the Taliban, they’re great fighters,” he said. “You can ask the Soviet Union. But they’re tired also.”

The U.S. and allies invaded Afghanistan in October 2001 because the Taliban was providing shelter and resources there for the al-Qaeda terrorist group that planned the 9/11 attacks on America that killed nearly 3,000.

The United States can’t get caught up in building democracies, Trump said.

“American forces cannot be the policemen for the world,” he said. “We’re all over the world and a lot of times, we’re not appreciated. It’s taken for granted.”

“After years of rebuilding foreign nations,” he added to huge applause, “we are finally rebuilding our nation and taking care of our own American citizens.”

Trump, echoing his State of the Union address Feb. 4, cited record low unemployment amid what he called the “great American comeback.”

Trump said 10 million people are off welfare roles and 7 million are off food stamps.

The president then made a reference to his predecessor, Barack Obama, whose 2008 campaign slogan was “hope and change.”

“We are actually achieving the progress, ‘hope and change,’ that liberals have been falsely promising for decades, but utterly failed to deliver or produce—and it’s really driving them crazy,” Trump said.

Trump acknowledged he wasn’t a typical politician or nice guy.

“You’ve had a lot of really nice people running the country,” he said. “Maybe I’m not nice, but I’m doing a great job for you.”

Trump took only a few jabs at the media and “fake news.”

“It would be so much easier for our country if we had a press that told the truth,” he said.

After holding a White House press conference earlier in the day on the spread of the coronavirus, Trump brought up his administration’s response at CPAC, saying:

Border security is also health security. In our efforts to keep America safe, my administration has taken the most aggressive action in modern history to control our borders and protect Americans from the coronavirus.

CPAC, the largest annual national gathering of conservative activists, runs Thursday through Saturday at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center in National Harbor, Maryland, just outside Washington.

A Note for our Readers:

This is a critical year in the history of our country. With the country polarized and divided on a number of issues and with roughly half of the country clamoring for increased government control—over health care, socialism, increased regulations, and open borders—we must turn to America’s founding for the answers on how best to proceed into the future.

The Heritage Foundation has compiled input from more than 100 constitutional scholars and legal experts into the country’s most thorough and compelling review of the freedoms promised to us within the United States Constitution into a free digital guide called Heritage’s Guide to the Constitution.

3 must-see moments from Impeachment, Day 1,033

The Washington Swamp often likes to think they alone run our country, with input from voters serving, at most, as a pesky inconvenience. That’s why House Democrats and their “star witnesses” keep claiming, day after day, that President Donald J. Trump is somehow at odds with America’s “stated foreign policy.” By America’s, they mean their own.

Let’s be clear: The President, duly elected by the American people, is the one who sets the foreign policy of the United States. Career bureaucrats and political appointees, while entitled to their own opinions, do not. That’s how constitutional democracies work.

Yet during hours and hours of hearings that have effectively shut down Congress this month, Americans are being treated to just that: opinions. Every single time House Republicans ask the witnesses for any actual evidence of crimes or impeachable offenses committed by the President, none is offered. That’s because those crimes don’t exist.

Today’s hearing followed the same script. Alexander Vindman—who testified for hours on national TV—has never met the President, said that he has no way of knowing what the President was thinking on Ukraine, and admitted that his testimony was based on nothing more than his own personal opinions and feelings.

America learned nothing new. A few witnesses, Vindman included, actually confirmed the accuracy of the White House call transcript between President Trump and President Zelensky. Vindman even acknowledged the corruption surrounding Burisma and that Hunter Biden didn’t appear qualified to serve on the company’s board, leaving the door open for a potential conflict of interest.

Most important for Americans outside the Beltway Swamp, it’s been more than 1,000 days of Democrats’ nonstop impeachment and investigations. Every hour wasted staging TV infomercials for the left is another hour that Congress isn’t passing a budget, isn’t approving USMCA to fix NAFTA for American workers, isn’t addressing our broken immigration system, isn’t working to lower medicine prices, and isn’t working for you.

With that in mind, here are 3 moments that tell you everything you need to know:

Rep. Adam Schiff invents fake quotes from President Trump—again!

Reminder: The President sets foreign policy, not unelected staff.

President Trump: While Democrats did nothing, America created $11 trillion.

What is wrong with Democrats? It’s in their party’s name, stupid!

“Democracy never lasts long. It soon wastes, exhausts and murders itself. There was never a democracy that did not commit suicide.” – John Adams, letter to John Taylor, 1814.

“The American Republic will endure, until politicians realize they can bribe the people with their own money.” – Alexis de Tocqueville, Democracy in America.

The Democrats want America to become a democracy. The ideal of a Democracy is not only reflected in their name but it is in their political DNA.

Eliminate the Electoral College – The First Step Toward Suicide

The Democrats want to eliminate the Electoral College and choose the President of the United States by popular vote. They also want to give illegals and non-citizens voting rights. They want Americans, and non-citizens, to vote to commit suicide.

An email from the Progressive Caucus titled “It’s time to put an END to the Electoral College” states:

We can’t forget: in 2016, Trump LOST the popular vote to Hillary Clinton. But thanks to the Electoral College, he’s the President.

If we sit back and allow history to repeat itself, Trump could be re-elected next year!

So we’re taking action NOW and raising $15,000 to support Progressives who are working to abolish the Electoral College.

If you believe that the results of elections should reflect the will of the people, chip in now to help end the Electoral College:

[ … ]

Listen, the Electoral College consistently benefits Republicans at the expense of our democracy.

In fact, 2016 was not the first time a Republican won the presidency after losing the popular vote.

So it’s up to Progressives in Congress to put an end to this antiquated system and enact a National Popular Vote, once and for all.

It’s not going to be easy, but with the help of supporters like you, they can make it happen.

If you believe every vote should truly count in our elections, chip in now to help end the Electoral College:

Eliminating the Electoral College has become one of the major talking points of not only the Progressive Caucus but also for some of the Democrat candidates running for president.

America is a Republic

America is not a Democracy. The U.S. Constitution was set up by the Founding Fathers to prevent the United States from ever becoming a Democracy.

Article 4, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution reads:

Article 4 – The States
Section 4 – Republican Government

The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.

Republic

republic n 1 : a government having a chief of state who is not a monarch and is usually a president; also : a nation or other political unit having such a government 2 : a government in which supreme power is held by the citizens entitled to vote and is exercised by elected officers and representatives governing according to law; also : a nation or other political unit having such a form of government Source: NMW

In the context of the United States of America, both definitions apply.

Conclusion

It’s all about the name. The Republican Party supports the U.S. Constitution and the American republican form of government. Democrats want to change, or even abolish, the U.S. Constitution in order to establish a democracy.

What we are witnessing today is treason led by members of the Democrat Party against a duly elected President. A President who won via the Electoral College.

Treason
treason n the offense of attempting to overthrow the government of one’s country or of assisting its enemies in war

President Trump tweeted the following:

As I learn more and more each day, I am coming to the conclusion that what is taking place is not an impeachment, it is a COUP, intended to take away the Power of the….

….People, their VOTE, their Freedoms, their Second Amendment, Religion, Military, Border Wall, and their God-given rights as a Citizen of The United States of America!

In “The Nature of Government,” Ayn Rand observed, “We are fast approaching the stage of the ultimate inversion: the stage where the government is free to do anything it pleases, while the citizens may act only by permission; which is the stage of the darkest periods of human history, the stage of rule by brute force.”

Is this a coup? Are we approaching an “ultimate inversion” by the deep state?

We report, you will vote your conscience on Tuesday, November 3rd, 2020!

Republican Famela Ramos Announces Candidacy for California’s 53rd Congressional District

SAN DIEGO, Ca. /PRNewswire/ — The Famela Ramos Campaign announced today Candidacy of Republican Famela Ramos in the 53rd Congressional District as a result of requests from supporters encouraging her participation in her home District.

Famela announced her candidacy versus Nancy Casady and Scott Peters in July with endorsements from business leaders such as Peter Farrell, Chairman of ResMed a $20 Billion market cap medical device company, and Wes Chandler, an NFL Hall of Fame Football Player. The recent announcement of Susan Davis’ retirement has resulted in an extensive outpouring of requests asking Famela Ramos to run in her home district.

“It has always been my dream to represent the community that I grew up in, and that my children are now part of.  When my colleagues, neighbors and family asked me to run in my home District, I was humbled but highly enthusiastic,” said Famela Ramos.

Famela resides in the 53rd District and previously attained a strong voter base in her School Board run in 2018.  Famela is a nurse, researcher, mother of 4 children, and Founder of a healthcare non-profit.

As President of the Right to Try Foundation, Famela collaborated with Dr. James Veltmeyer and local biotech companies in providing access to experimental medication to dying cancer patients.  Famela has published 7 peer reviewed scientific papers with major universities and companies.

Testimony to Famela’s corporate and scientific leadership is the fact that she has co-authored 7 peer reviewed scientific publications.

The first paper was a collaboration with the Moores Cancer Center and several biotechnology companies, describing the state of the art in cancer immunotherapy, and proposing future directions.

The second paper discussed the possibility of stimulating regeneration of injured lung stem cells using specific types of laser and light based interventions, this was a collaboration between the University of Utah and the University of California, San Diego.

The third paper, a collaboration between a nutraceutical company and Indiana University, demonstrated the beneficial effects of a nutritional supplement on circulating stem cells in healthy volunteers.

The fourth publication was the first successful use of two different types of stem cells in a patient with heart failure, which resulted in a profound improvement.

The fifth publication is a report of 114 patients that were treated with umbilical cord blood stem cells and demonstrated safety and signals of efficacy in collaboration with a Chinese Biotech company.

The sixth publication was successful treatment of a spinal cord injury patient with stem cells.

The seventh publication was the basis for an investigational new drug (IND) application to the FDA, describing use of fat stem cells to treat aplastic anemia.

“I am very pleased that my daughter is following my advice to change Districts in which she is running.  Areas such as Paradise Hills, where we raised our family, will significantly benefit from having one of our own representing us in Washington,” said Pepito Ramos, Father of Famela and a US Navy Veteran.

Pavlovian Politics

We have all seen people on both sides of the political aisle use catch phrases routinely in response to political topics, but it seems the Democrats have honed this skill to razor sharpness. For example, in her recent “60 Minutes” interview, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) was asked by Anderson Cooper if she thought President Trump was a racist, to which her reflexive response was,

“Yes, no question. When you look at the words that he uses, which are historic dog whistles of white supremacy, when you look at how he reacted to Charlottesville incident where neo-Nazis murdered a woman, versus how he manufactures crisis, like immigrants seeking legal refuge on our borders, it is night and day.”

Her response seemed almost robotic. I found her use of words like “dog whistles,” “white supremacy” and “manufactures crisis” illuminating as if she had been programmed to use such expressions on command, kind of like Pavlov’s dog. Say a certain word or ask a question, and the person begins to salivate automatically. Frankly, it’s kind of scary.

The expression “dog whistles” is particularly interesting as it is now commonly used by the Left to denote how they believe conservatives respond. Now I will admit I have seen Republicans use catch phrases, such as “Lock her up” and “CNN sucks,” but I have found conservatives more inclined to engage in honest debate as opposed to Democrats trained in Pavlovian responses.

Do you want to stop a left-wing Democrat in his/her tracks? Just tell them you have voted for a Democrat in the past, as you thought the person was the right candidate for the job, and then ask if they ever voted for a Republican. A wild-eyed expression comes over their face and they are at a loss for words.

I had a Democrat friend who recently told me point blank, “I will never go to any meeting where a Republican is speaking.” So much for open-mindedness. I also guess I will not see him in any of my audiences any time soon.

What I am finding with Democrats is there is less courteous debate and more conditioning in terms of talking points. Whenever I get in an argument with them, I feel I am dealing directly with MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow or CNN’s Don Lemon, et al. Interestingly, if you ask them to explain their rehearsed talking points, they are at a loss. This speaks volumes about the power of the main stream media. Further, they tend to turn up the volume as if you cannot hear them. I have found both young and older Democrats becoming excessively passionate and less inclined to hear opposing views, thereby emboldening them to attack their opponents.

Now there is a movement in the media to label Republicans as racist, hate-filled liars. This is all being done as a prelude to the 2020 elections to condition their constituents to believe Republicans are evil and must be eliminated. Through the use of identity politics, the media is creating stereotypes intended for character assassination. I don’t think Hitler could have done it any better.

As to racism, let us never forget not one Republican ever owned a slave. In fact, the Republican Party was created to abolish slavery (anyone remember a guy named Lincoln?). The Left conveniently overlooks the fact that the Ku Klux Klan and Jim Crow laws were all Democrat inventions, and somehow try to blame the Republicans for their creation. Nothing could be further from the truth. Nonetheless, by training people to repetitively chant “Racist, Racist, Racist,” they are hoping people will develop a reflexive action against the Republicans.

By religiously parroting the talking points of the Left, the Democrats have become a party of lemmings controlled by the news media who has plotted them on a course to tear their opponents apart. More likely though, they will end up in the abyss.

Keep the Faith!

First Muslim Republican Candidate for U.S. Congress

COBB COUNTY, Ga. /PRNewswire/ — Dr. Mohammad Ali Bhuiyan has been a lifelong champion of education, small business, and “Prosperity for All!”  He is announcing his candidacy to replace Congressman Dr. Tom Price (R-Roswell) who has been nominated by President-Elect Donald Trump as Secretary of Health and Human Services. Dr. Bhuiyan is a, “Different kind of candidate who understands and can work with all people.” He has a long history of giving back selflessly with honesty and integrity.

Dr. Bhuiyan is a husband, father, homeowner, small business owner, academic administrator, professor, and economist who moved to Georgia 30 years ago. Cobb County has been his home for the past 16 years. He has been married to his wife Shamima for 30 years. They have one grown son. Dr. Bhuiyan received a Ph.D. degree in economics/trade, two MBA degrees, and advanced leadership training at Harvard and MIT. He is an alumnus of Leadership Georgia.

Being a man of deep personal faith and family values, he believes in one God and as a Muslim he believes in Moses, Jesus, and Mohammad (peace be upon them) who are parts and lineage of the great prophet Abraham.

Above all, Dr. Bhuiyan is an American first and fully committed to America’s security, prosperity, individual freedom, and greatness.

America is a country of immigrants. Dr. Bhuiyan came to America from Bangladesh as a graduate student in 1986 to attend Georgia State University.  He and his wife became citizens of this great country in 2000.  The “American Dream” has become a reality for them.

Government spending and waste are out of control. Washington has become a center of power to serve and protect special interest groups and is no longer good for ordinary citizens. We all need to get involved, say “NO” to this broken system and send an honest and experienced business/education leader to work for ordinary citizens.

Many politicians, both sitting and former, have thrown their hats into the ring to replace Dr. Tom Price.  Dr. Bhuiyan believes the voters of the 6th District should start fresh and elect someone who has no axe to grind, is not financed or influenced by special interests, but who will work only for the interest of the ordinary citizens.

Dr. Mohammad Ali Bhuiyan is a supporter of:

  • Fiscal responsibility, accountability, and strong ethics
  • Cutting government waste and taxes
  • Taking serious steps to reduce debt burden
  • Reduce the influence of “special interest groups” and lobbyists
  • Putting Social Security and Medicare on a sound financial footing while protecting our seniors
  • High quality education designed by teachers, parents, and policy experts
  • Limited government and second amendment
  • Healthcare system that works for all
  • Environmentally responsible domestic energy policy and mutually beneficial trade
  • Peace backed by a strong/smart military
  • Condemning all forms of extremism, terrorism, and violence
  • Pro-life with exceptions
  • Comprehensive just and fair immigration policy
  • Two-state solution for Israelis and Palestinians
  • Term limits for elected officials

EDITORS NOTE: We have sent the following questions to Dr. Bhuiyan in an email.

Dr. Bhuiyan,

I just published a column announcing your candidacy for the 6th Congressional District in Georgia.

In your press release you state that you condemn “all forms of extremism, terrorism, and violence.”

As you know President-elect Trump has focused on radical Islam and radical Islamic terrorism globally, especially ISIS, as an existential threat to the United States.

Would like to get further clarification on your statement.

Do you denounce the following groups:

HAMAS

CAIR

The Muslim Brotherhood

ISIS (Daesh)

Iran

al Qaeda

Hezbollah

Do you support Israel fully and would you support a one state solution, where Israel would annex Judea and Samaria? Do you support moving the U.S. Embassy to Jerusalem? Do you support designating the Muslim Brotherhood, and its U.S. affiliates, as terrorist organizations? Do you support the DOJ reopening the Holy Land Foundation trial?
I would like to add your views on the above to the column.

When we get a reply we will update our column.

Maybe Kaine Thinks You Are Not too Bright

Either progressive Vice Presidential candidate Tim Kaine is stupid or he believes the American people are.  Progressive Senator Tim Kaine D-Va. Has portrayed presidential candidate Donald Trump as a xenophobe.  According to Dictionary.com the word xenophobe is defined as a person who fears or hates foreigners, strange customs, etc.  Kaine went on to utter, “Look, this same speech has been given throughout our history, against the Irish, against the Italian-American immigrant (how one can be an Italian-American immigrant is beyond me) against Jews coming from Eastern Europe.  It is a deportation nation… That is not going to make our nation great.

“The continuous flow of new energy and new ideas has made our nation great, Kaine said Clinton, in the first 100 days of her administration, would announce an effort to reform immigration “in a comprehensive way.”  “And it’s going to have a couple of key pillars.  It’s going to have the pillar of trying to keep families together as a key value.  It’s going to have helping employers figure out the immigration status of people they hire.  “It is going to be providing a path, for people who are here if they pay their taxes and submit to criminal back ground record checks and follow the law, over a period of years, they can earn the right to citizenship, come out of a shadow economy where they’re being paid sub-minimum wages, hurting American workers and being treated more fairly.  “That will help American workers and help the economy.

“And finally, we’re going to do what we did in the Senate bill back in 2013, a significant investment in border security.  Your right, illegal immigration is a problem, and we have border security.  Kaine said, he thinks the American people will “send a mandate for comprehensive reform on November eighth.  When individuals such as Donald Trump runs for president, it would seem that one of the top requirements would be to place a high priority status to genuine border security.  That dear reader is what presidential candidate Donald Trump has been emphasizing almost since day one of his candidacy.  He has consistently spoken of the need to stop illegal immigration.

Trump has emphasized the need to protect our borders, not only from illegal immigration, but also from Islamic terrorists that many, including yours truly believe have been slipping into America among the throngs illegals sauntering into America.  I find Kaine’s accusation of xenophobe against Donald Trump to be both false and sinister in nature.  I have never heard or read about any authentic example of Donald Trump being full of hatred or fear against foreigners.

However, unlike many elected officials who are supposed to be in favor of protecting our nation against enemies, both foreign and domestic, but they are not.  Trump has consistently called for defending our borders.  There are two possible reasons that one can be foolish enough to equate protecting our borders and national sovereignty with xenophobic tendencies.

  1. Number one is quite common. There are now millions of high school and recent college graduates who were indoctrinated against American culture, American exceptionalism and American borders.
  2. Many political office holders who have vowed to uphold the United States Constitution actually govern in opposition to constitutional constraints upon government while seeking to make it easier for illegal immigrants to live unopposed in our republic.

Sanctuary cities are a perfect example where quite often American hating bigoted illegal immigrants have robbed, raped and murdered Americans.  Yet the globalist government officials look the other way or only seek to send the criminal illegal immigrants across the border.  Officials do nothing when the murderous illegals return into the United States to abuse our nation’s misguided generosity that American taxpayers are placed on the hook for.   In fact, there has been more expressed outrage from progressive democrats and globalist republicans over Donald Trump’s reaction to illegal immigrant atrocities than the actual criminal activities of the illegal immigrants.

It is a shame to have to mention this, but many black Americans and Latinos both legal and illegally in America equate protecting the U.S. border with racism.  What is scary is that there are many others as well who are actually dumb enough to believe that.  Also, many progressives use that mantra as part of a ploy to guilt America into not protecting her own border security and national sovereignty.  That is because, like many globalist republicans and most democrats they want the U.S. to be changed from powerful to pummeled so she will simply fold into a United Nations global union.

Tim Kaine weighed in about all the money spent on border security in 2013.  What a B.S. artist.  Yes, money was spent, but on what? Feeding and housing illegal immigrants in sanctuary cities.  He like many, talk about keeping families together.  I have a great idea.  When illegal immigrants decide to stroll into our republic, simply deport them with their entire family back to the country they came from.  We must also get rid of that awful anchor baby law.

If someone slips into the United States illegally has a baby and gets caught, Daddy, Mommy and little baby should not be rewarded with the American dream at taxpayer expense.  We should not be rewarding bad behavior with the American lifestyle. The incentive to get pregnant and come to America to have the baby must be eliminated.

The United States can do Mexico a huge favor by first getting our own economic house in order.  Then showing nations like Mexico how they can also be economically successful without the need to send their citizens into America for three hots and a cot, jobs, housing, education, etc.  This is the United States of America and we must govern ourselves accordingly and not allow globalists, and Islamic and illegal immigrant apologists like Kaine, Clinton, Kasich and others to change our republic into a United Nations outpost.

Three Names that will go down in infamy: Crist, Rubio and Cruz

There are now three infamous “Republican” names that will be remembered for decades to come. Each harmed not only their Party but also betrayed the American people. The names are:

  1. Former Florida Governor Charlie Crist, who when he lost his GOP Primary bid for the U.S. Senate ran as an independent, then changed party affiliation and is now running for the U.S. House of Representatives in Florida’s District 13 (prophetic).
  2. Senator Marco Rubio, who won the GOP Primary for the U.S. Senate promising that the word “amnesty” was not in his lexicon. Once elected Rubio became the face of the GOP effort for “immigration reform”. Rubio lied and Floridians carry the $5 billion burden to medicate, educate and incarcerate illegal aliens. Rubio is running to keep his seat in the U.S. Senate after a failed campaign to become the GOP nominee for president.
  3. Senator Ted Cruz, who began his run for the GOP nomination for president as an outsider and then became the consummate insider. Cruz failed to endorse the GOP nominee on July 20, 2016. This failure led to his being booed at the GOP Convention (watch the video below).

VIDEO: Wednesday, July 20 2016: During his speech at the Republican National Convention in Cleveland, Ted Cruz refused to endorse Donald Trump and was booed by the RNC crowd – then Donald Trump shows up before Cruz is finished speaking and the crowd goes wild!

After Cruz’s remarks Ann Coulter Tweeted:

Last night, Cruz showed that he’s earned a leading role in the nation’s political future. And that nation is Canada.

An op-ed titled “That Moment When Ted Cruz Doused Himself With Gasoline and Lit the Match On Stage” notes:

It’s called self immolation.  July 20th 2016 will go down in Cruz family history as that moment when Ted Cruz detonated his career suicide belt and created the #NeverCruz movement.

Forget the non endorsement, that’s not the issue.  Senator Cruz had a remarkable opportunity, he blew it.  Cruz accepted an invitation to speak to the GOP convention then insulted the audience.  Cruz couldn’t rise above his own brutal ego and petty selfishness.  The arrogance simply went too far, he humiliated himself in front of millions.

It happened just like we predicted it would.  Donald Trump gave Senator Ted Cruz the rope, and Ted hung himself -diminished himself- on national TV.

Don’t be too angry…  The backlash Cruz is going to get from his prideful and arrogant display will be written in the annals of political history and shared with political science classes for generations.

Ted Cruz now joins a rogues gallery of those who cannot abide losing and will do anything to win, even if it means harming their party and the people who trusted them and put them into positions of power.

I recall a Tweet that pointed out TrusTED was the past tense of the word trust. I guess that Tweet was prophetic. Can you say betrayal, traitor, establishment republican?

These three names will live in infamy.

VIDEO: Florida Candidate for U.S. Senate Wilcox “Eliminating the Islamic State”

ORLANDO – Todd Wilcox, combat veteran, former CIA case officer and businessman today released his first ad, “Eliminating ISIS,” a web spot highlighting his strategic approach to combating radical Islamic terrorists.

“Terrorists have brought this fight to American soil and it’s time we get serious about eliminating ISIS once and for all,” said Wilcox. “ISIS can be defeated, but it’s going to require American leadership and a real strategy to win.”

“Eliminating ISIS” Transcript:

Arab Sunni Muslim Terrorism is a threat to all of Western society. If we don’t take the fight to ISIS now, we’ll be fighting them here at home. We should use every pillar of American power to destroy ISIS – diplomacy to create an Arab coalition, Special Operations Forces to lead, equip, train and advise them and NATO to provide close air support, intelligence, and logistics. Our cyber power can shut down the ISIS social media machine and use our economic power to cut off their revenue. ISIS can be defeated, but it requires American leadership and a real strategy to win.
