Russiagate Scandal Demands Prosecutions, Overhaul of the FBI and CIA

WATCH: WHERE ARE THE PROSECUTIONS?!

Once again, newly released documents and damning evidence conclusively substantiate what many Americans have long suspected. Russiagate was a conspiracy — hatched, implemented and relentlessly promoted by top officials in the CIA, FBI and across the Obama-Biden-Clinton political machine to rig a presidential election and undermine a duly elected president. It also corrupted the very institutions essential to protecting American liberty.

Despite the mountain of evidence and exhaustive investigations, those responsible for this travesty remain unpunished.

Former CIA Director John Brennan and former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, among other intelligence officials, have lied to Congress and the American public about their reliance on the discredited Steele dossier — a report paid for by the Clinton campaign and the DNC — while simultaneously engineering different versions of critical intelligence assessments to cover their tracks.

Although the intelligence community and its leaders publicly maintained that the notorious dossier played no role in the official assessment concerning “Russian Activities and Intentions in Recent U.S. Elections,” newly declassified oversight reviews flatly contradict these claims.

The record shows that Brennan and Clapper prepared a classified, compartmented version of the assessment specifically for President Obama and senior officials, which cited the dossier to bolster key judgments about Russian election interference. Later, when sanitized versions were released to Congress and the public, all references to the dossier had been scrubbed away.

Special Counsel John Durham’s investigation verified that Brennan, Clapper, then-Vice President Joe Biden, Attorney General Loretta Lynch, and FBI Director James Comey were all briefed, even before the 2016 election, on the Clinton campaign’s plan to concoct a false Trump-Russia narrative. Still, the FBI — with full knowledge that the Steele dossier was riddled with falsehoods — deployed it to secure baseless FISA warrants against Trump advisor Carter Page and launch the Crossfire Hurricane investigation (the FBI’S codename for the operation), with the intent of sabotaging Trump’s campaign and subsequent presidency.

Judicial Watch’s Freedom of Information Act litigation exposed much of this corruption years before the Durham report. Court-obtained documents, such as the “electronic communication” that launched Crossfire Hurricane, revealed the flimsy and third-hand nature of the intelligence used as pretext.

Other records uncovered by Judicial Watch showed how high-ranking Justice Department officials, such as Bruce Ohr, maintained close ties with Christopher Steele and Fusion GPS, acting as a conduit for anti-Trump smears even after Steele was fired as an informant by the FBI for leaking to the media. Ohr’s communications disclosed that so-called “intelligence” on Trump-Russia ties was being laundered to the Clinton campaign and other government insiders.

It goes deeper. Declassified supplements to the Durham report lay out how activists tied to George Soros’ Open Society Foundations, aided by operatives within the Obama FBI and intelligence community, sought to plant and spread the bogus narrative about Trump colluding with Russia even before the FBI operations officially began. Hacked emails and foreign intelligence corroborated this extraordinary collusion between campaign operatives, federal law enforcement, and the media — a clear case of government being weaponized for partisan ends.

Leaders at the FBI — Comey, Andrew McCabe, Peter Strzok — and at the CIA, and their superiors in the Obama White House, knew precisely what was unfolding. They were using the intelligence community’s credibility to spread what they knew to be their own fiction as if it were truth. Yet, they pressed ahead anyway, smearing Trump and creating excuses to spy on his campaign.

Their collusion made a mockery of the rule of law, resulting in illegal warrants, fabricated evidence, and years of phony investigations. Recent Judicial Watch lawsuits have further exposed how shamelessly courts and legal systems were deceived, with virtually no oversight or meaningful hearings.

For all it revealed, the Durham investigation resulted in one modest plea deal and few and failed prosecutions. If no one is held to account, Americans’ confidence in government will be shaken by the toxic message that in Washington, the bigger the crime, the less likely it is to be punished.

The FBI and Justice Department, and their enablers in the Obama White House, engineered the most egregious abuse of power and corruption in modern American history. The public deserves justice — not just in the form of reports and hearings, but through criminal prosecution of the officials who orchestrated and covered up this conspiracy.

Brennan, Clapper, Comey, McCabe, Strzok, and every enabler involved must be brought before a court of law. No spin can excuse years of perjury, abuse, and violations of civil liberties. It is not enough to claim that “mistakes were made” or offer platitudes about trust. Laws were broken. Rights were trampled. Our democracy was threatened. News of criminal referrals for perjury by some of the players is a good start, but only that.

Nor will prosecution alone suffice. The FBI and CIA need fundamental reform. Trump’s recent executive orders aimed at ending the “weaponization of government” are steps in the right direction. These agencies have proven incapable of policing themselves. From rubber-stamp FISA courts to politicized counterintelligence and persecution of whistleblowers, these agencies are built on unaccountable power. Significantly cutting back the Justice Department and dismantling the FBI should be on the table.

America is a republic, not a banana republic. It’s time for accountability, reform and a sharp reminder to the deep state: in America, the people are sovereign, not unelected bureaucrats.

Corporate Media Mostly Sidestepping Russiagate Revelations For Torrent Of Trump-Epstein Coverage

CNN and MSNBC covered President Donald Trump’s alleged ties to sex offender Jeffrey Epstein more than four times as often as they covered revelations from Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard regarding the “Russiagate” scandal since July 18, a Daily Caller News Foundation review found.

Gabbard released documents and a memo July 18 detailing what she called a “years-long coup” against Trump begun during the Obama administration after he defeated former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton in the 2016 presidential race. In the week since then, while CNN and MSNBC have mentioned the terms “Russia,” “Gabbard” and “Obama” a combined total of 1,848 times, many of those segments either platformed critics of Gabbard’s decision to release the documents or to defend claims that Trump’s campaign colluded with Russia in 2016, according to a keyword search of footage archived by Grabien News as of 10:00 a.m. EDT Friday.

By contrast, Epstein was mentioned 8,101 times by CNN and MSNBC in that same timeframe following a July 17 Wall Street Journal report about a “bawdy” birthday greeting Trump allegedly sent the disgraced financier for his 50th birthday. Trump announced he’d filed suit against The Wall Street Journal and its owner, Rupert Murdoch, on July 18 over the article.

In one case, during Wednesday’s episode of “Anderson Cooper 360,” guest host John Berman brought on former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe to claim that Gabbard was engaging in “a massive distraction technique” intended to draw attention away from the controversy over the Epstein files.

WATCH:

“This is not information. This is propaganda. This entire thing is, as you said, a massive distraction technique,” McCabe claimed. “When the conspiracy theory about legions of powerful Democrats who are in league with Jeffrey Epstein is now not working for them, they go back to the greatest hit of all time, which is what the Russians did in 2016 and how, you know, what — our investigation to try to preserve the integrity of a U.S. presidential election is somehow a personal insult to Donald Trump.”

“Tulsi Gabbard is simply an opportunist in this play, right? She — her star is falling. Her analysis was thrown out the window on Iran,” McCabe added. “She embarrassed herself with that — that somewhat bizarre video about nuclear weapons in Japan. And so she’s using this as an opportunity to get herself back into favor with the White House. That’s my personal assessment.”

Gabbard spoke at a White House press briefing Wednesday, where she announced she had sent the Justice Department a criminal referral involving former President Barack Obama.

CNN cut away from the White House press briefing Wednesday, with reporter Jeff Zeleny later complaining on-air that the network should not be covering Gabbard’s revelations.

In another Wednesday appearance on CNN, McCabe told “CNN News Central” co-host Brianna Keilar and guest co-host Jim Sciutto that Gabbard’s criminal referral of former CIA Director John Brennan and former FBI Director James Comey was “ridiculous.”

Special counsel John Durham released a report May 15, 2023, on the origins of the FBI investigation of allegations that Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign colluded with Russia that found that the FBI “did not and could not corroborate” the claims from the now-discredited Steele Dossier, which was used to obtain warrants to monitor communications by Carter Page and other associates of Trump.

In some of its mentions regarding Epstein, MSNBC hinted that Trump was up to something nefarious. Norm Eisen said Thursday Trump was seeking to have Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche meet with Ghislaine Maxwell to keep “what Donald Trump may or may not have done” under wraps during an appearance on “The Beat with Ari Melber.”

On Wednesday, MSNBC host Nicolle Wallace led off the day’s episode of “Deadline: White House” with discussions about a Wall Street Journal report that claimed Trump had been advised his name turned up in the Epstein files. White House Communications Director Steven Cheung called the WSJ report “fake news.”

MSNBC and CNN did not respond to requests for comment from the DCNF.

Get Your Tickets for The Russiagate Treason Trials

Tulsi Gabbard has finally shown why Donald Trump appointed her as director of national intelligence.

In a series of moves over the past ten days, she has declassified key documents from the Russiagate probe that prove, beyond a doubt, that the entire narrative of a Russian preference for Trump in the 2016 election was a treasonous hoax.

In fact, in September 2016, the CIA and the FBI were reporting that Russia had taken no steps to penetrate US election systems or to manipulate public opinion in favor of one candidate or the other.

The little the Russians had done – such as a pathetic social media campaign to discredit both candidates – was similar in scope and intent to what they had always done at US election time, which was intended to pit Americans against one another.

And then something happened. Donald Trump won the presidency.

Deep State operatives at the FBI had already been working on an “insurance policy” (the term coined by Lisa Page and Peter Strzok), a dossier compiled by former British intelligence officer Christopher Steele of totally fabricated allegations of a secret Trump-Russia alliance.

Steele contrived his phony intelligence reports on contract to Fusion GPS, a Beltway consultant on the payroll of the Democrat National Committee. Although he leaked his dossier to far-left “journalist” David Corn in late October, it had no impact on voters at the time.

Now, thanks to Tulsi Gabbard, we know what happened.

In her first move, she declassified a series of emails between her predecessor, James Clapper, and other intelligence chiefs that documented what the intelligence community knew about Russian interference in the US elections.

In September 2016, no US intelligence agency had knowledge of Russia efforts to hack the US elections or to aid one candidate over the other, and they reported this in public assessments.

Then on December 8, 2016, President Obama convoked the agency chiefs to the White House and directed them to fabricate a new Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA). This became the infamous document leaked to anti-Trump media in January 2017 that touted the fabrications of the Steele dossier as fact and became the basis of the Russia hoax.

Gabbard presented her findings to the White House press corps on this past Wednesday. CNN cut away when she got the part about Obama. Later, Gabbard confirmed to a reporter that she was referring President Obama to the Justice Department for prosecution.

For treason.

Friends, this is a stunning moment in our history. We are about to learn if the concept of treason against the Republic and the will of the people has any meaning.

Barrack Obama, as president, instructed the heads of our intelligence agencies to knowingly fabricate scandalous allegations about his duly-elected successor, in a secret effort to undermine the Trump presidency.

This is now a documented fact. All the emails about the new Intelligence Community Assessment refer to the president’s “directive,” the president’s orders. Tellingly, the National Security Agency alone refused to go along.

Gabbard also released a previously classified 2020 report from the House intelligence committee that goes into great detail on how the scandal unfolded, and contains previously unknown revelations that the Russians had intelligence on Hillary Clinton’s mental and physical health issues that they withheld from the public (which, of course, had they preferred a Trump victory they would have released during the campaign).

For example, the Russians had internal DNC emails that Hillary was on “heavy tranquilizers” and suffering “intensified psycho-emotional problems.” The Russians also claimed she had secret meetings with US religious leaders pledging “significant increases in funding” from US AID in return for their support.

Corruption, anyone?

In France, where I have taken up summer quarters, there is nary a word about all this. Instead, the media is hyping President Macron’s obscene plan to vote for Palestinian statehood at the UN General Assembly in September.

The French were once known for their manners. Now Little Cookie (‘le petit Mac’ron) is mocking the dead and spitting in the face of every woman raped on October 7 by the Hamas monsters.

I discuss these topics, as well as the failed European attempts to negotiate a trade deal with China and the Trump Administration’s wise refusal to allow the World Health Organization dictate lockdowns when the next pandemic hits, on this week’s Prophecy Today Weekend.

As always, you can listen live at 1 PM on Saturday on 104.9 FM or 550 AM in the Jacksonville, Florida area, or by using the Jacksonville Way Radio app. Later, you can listen to the podcast here.

Yours in freedom.
