Is It Time to Amend the Constitution to Stop Satanism in Our Schools?

Satan is Out in the Open — And Daring Us to Fight

At Edgewood Elementary School in Marysville, Ohio, children are now being excused from class during school hours to attend a religious program run by The Satanic Temple.

The name of the program?

HAIL — short for Hellion Academy of Independent Learning.

That’s not parody or a fringe internet group. That’s a legally protected religious program operating inside a public school in the United States.

Moreover, The Satanic Temple wants to expand the program across the nation.

And this is all happening under the full protection of the First Amendment — the very same amendment that was meant to secure religious freedom for Christians, Jews, and others who worship the one true God.

And that’s exactly the problem.

What Satanists Are Teaching Children

According to The Satanic Temple, their school programs promote “empathy” and “critical thinking.”

But in practice, they’ve created:

  • Coloring books that feature inverted pentagrams and black magic
  • Activities where students connect the dots to form Satanic symbols
  • Videos that claim Satan seeks truth and hell doesn’t exist
  • Ritual reenactments where cartoon children use occult “magic” in the classroom

And in Chesapeake, Virginia, one of their self-proclaimed Satanic Ministers posted a meme of a baby stuffed in an oven — and called the roasting child “lunch.”

But this isn’t just a spiritual threat — it’s a legal one.

They are not breaking the law.

Instead, they are using it.

They are invoking “religious liberty” to spread darkness under the banner of constitutional protection.

What Can Be Done?

Christians, understandably, are asking:

“How is this possible? What can we do?”

Here’s my answer:

We must amend the Constitution.

Not to suppress private belief. Not to shut down free expression. But to restore moral boundaries around what can and cannot be taught — especially in our public schools.

Here’s My Proposed Constitutional Amendment

Save Our Schools Amendment

Section 1: No institution of the federal government, state government, or public education system shall promote, endorse, teach, or fund the religious practices or beliefs of Satanism, witchcraft, or paganism, nor grant these belief systems legal status as protected religions under the First Amendment in the context of public institutions.

Section 2: Nothing in this amendment shall be construed to prohibit individuals from privately practicing their personal beliefs so long as such practices do not occur within public institutions, nor shall this amendment limit academic instruction about these belief systems in comparative religion or history courses that do not promote their practices.

Section 3: This amendment reaffirms the original intent of the First Amendment as a safeguard for the free exercise of conscience and religious freedom, while protecting the public sphere from government promotion of anti-Christian or anti-Jewish belief systems that undermine public moral order.

Do You Agree?

Should we amend the Constitution to stop Satanism, witchcraft, and paganism from being protected and promoted in America’s public schools? I want to hear from you.

Why It Matters

The Satanic Temple isn’t just attacking public education. They are attacking:

  • God Himself
  • The next generation of children
  • And the future of America’s moral and spiritual foundation

For 37 years, I’ve fought to defend faith, family, and freedom at Christian Action Network. But let me be clear: this may be the most urgent battle we’ve ever faced.

Satan isn’t lurking in the shadows anymore. He’s not bothering with the sheep costume. No — he’s strutting down Main Street in broad daylight, flipping the Church the bird and daring us to do something about it.

And what are most pastors doing? Smiling politely. Talking about peace, unity, and self-care. Anything but the uncomfortable truth.

But Scripture doesn’t flinch. It tells us exactly why Christ came into this world — and it wasn’t to hand out participation trophies.

“For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil.” – 1 John 3:8

Not to tolerate the devil, mind you. Not to negotiate with him. But to DESTROY his works.

So the question is not what Christ came to do. That’s settled.

The question is whether we have the courage to follow Him into battle.

If your answer is yes, then prove it. Take 30 seconds to answer the one-question survey above. I need to know who’s standing with me.

For the fight.

ENOUGH!

ENOUGH!  The Great State of Arizona has fallen far from what the pioneers of my state desired, worked to create, and then shepherded from Statehood on February 14, 1912, to at least the late 1970’s.  My State of Arizona is in a free fall into socialism the likes of California, Chicago, New York, et.al, are experiencing.  ENOUGH!

The troubling article below from the NATIONAL FILE has brought to light what many have known but afraid or too embarrassed to discuss; namely, a supposed conservative Republican with long tenure in state politics and proud to shout how he and his family are almost pioneers in Arizona, is really a liberal wrapped in Republican cloth pretending to defend the conservative principles of a Barry Goldwater, John Rhodes, a Sam Steiger and a host of others that made Arizona nationally known for its conservative ways.  The NATIONAL FILE has even presented how this supposed conservative supports transgenderism and Satanism.  While it is possible some misleading and sensational words are incorporated into the NATIONAL FILE article, what is profusely clear with redundant examples of this supposedly conservative State Senator frequently supporting in a myriad of ways, Democrat and socialist agendas and legislation.  ENOUGH!

Ken Bennett has learned to smile, promote his hometown boyhood and continued residency in Yavapai County persona, and shrug off any suggestions that he is anything but a conservative representing one of the most conservative counties in the country, not just in Arizona.  ENOUGH KEN…ENOUGH!

America is in serious trouble verging on a total collapse of the Republic given to us by our founders, “if we can keep it.”  Arizona is quickly heading down the same path with a fraud for a Governor, Secretary of State and Attorney General, coupled with a one vote majority in the State Senate Bennett in which he is a member.  Bennett loves to brag at public gatherings how he crosses the political aisle to help Democrats feel so included and to maintain the status quo.  Our Ship of State, both nationally and here in Arizona has hit the iceberg, and we are taking on water.  Where are the leaders who might still make a positive difference in this diabolical crisis now underway?  Where are the leaders who will help keep our Ship of State afloat a while longer if not completely deliver us from certain disaster.

On the first day of the Forensic Audit of the 2020 Election, Ken Bennett was holding a press conference informing all that he was in charge of the audit.  That was a lie put forth by a person seriously wanting to be someone special, someone considered important, someone who needed to be recognized.  He was NOT in charge or the Director of the Forensic Audit.  He was to serve as the liaison to the President of the Arizona Senate, period.  The NATIONAL FILE article points out a couple of additional massive deceptions and acts of sabotage during the forensic audit the national was watching most closely as if each county and state’s future depended on the outcome…and for very, very good reason.  The delegations from 26 states that arrived at the forensic audit were soberly concerned for their future and election security and integrity.  Ken Bennett was concerned for his future, also but as in seeking public office.

The NATIONAL FILE and Frankie Stockes who authored this article, have brought to the public what those behind the political curtain have known for some time about Ken Bennett. Mr. Bennett is a liberal in Republican sheep’s clothing more interested in serving himself and moving ahead rather than serving the people who placed trust in him to serve them.  I pray many across Yavapai County, Arizona will read this article and seriously consider what has been stated, and the iceberg our state has hit when it comes time to fill out their voting ballot.

‘That Is Not a Religion’: DeSantis Bars Satanists from Florida School Chaplaincy Program

The Sunshine State is now welcoming chaplains into public schools, but Satanists need not apply. On Thursday, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis (R) signed a bill into law allowing chaplains to volunteer to offer counseling at public and charter schools. However, the Catholic governor warned that Satanists would not be accepted into the program, as some Christian and conservative groups had feared.

“Now some have said if you do a school chaplain program that somehow you’re going to have Satanists running around in all our schools,” DeSantis said in a press conference. “We’re not playing those games in Florida. That is not a religion. That is not qualifying to be able to participate in this. We’re going to be using common sense when it comes to this, so you don’t have to worry about that.”

The Florida Senate version of the Bill was approved in February and the House version approved early last month. The legislation’s text states, “Each school district or charter school may adopt a policy to authorize volunteer school chaplains to provide supports, services, and programs to students as assigned by the district school board or charter school governing board.” The new law requires volunteer chaplains to pass a background check and would require school administrators to publicize each volunteer chaplain’s religious affiliation and obtain parental consent before a student begins counseling.

“Any opportunity that exists for ministers or chaplains in the public sector must not discriminate based on religious affiliation,” said The Satanic Temple’s (TST) “Director of Ministry” Penemue Grigori in February. “Our ministers look forward to participating in opportunities to do good in the community, including the opportunities created by this bill, right alongside the clergy of other religions.” Ryan Jayne of the Freedom From Religion Foundation’s Action Fund added, “I think there is a 100% chance you see satanic chaplains, and also of course other religious minorities that the majority-Christian population might not be a fan of. The Satanic Temple is a church, whether people like it or not.”

“It is wonderful to have such a strong statement denying the legitimacy of Satanism as a religion or church from Governor DeSantis. But I worry that appeals to common sense will not hold in the most ideological school systems, even in Florida,” Family Research Council’s Senior Fellow for Education Studies Meg Kilgannon commented to The Washington Stand. “Regardless, this is an important step in acknowledging the role that faith plays in our lives and how important it is that the big questions students have about morality, life and death, and God’s plan for their lives are best answered by a parent or priest, pastor, or chaplain.”

DeSantis has criticized Satanism in the past, arguing that it is not a religion. In December, after military veteran and outspoken Christian Michael Cassidy toppled and beheaded a Baphomet idol erected in the Iowa state capitol building by TST, the Florida governor declared, “Satan has no place in our society and should not be recognized as a ‘religion’ by the federal government. … Good prevails over evil — that’s the American spirit.”

On its website, TST responds to the question “Do you worship Satan?” The organization states, “No, nor do we believe in the existence of Satan or the supernatural.” TST adds, “Satan is a symbol of the Eternal Rebel in opposition to arbitrary authority, forever defending personal sovereignty even in the face of insurmountable odds. … Our metaphoric representation is the literary Satan best exemplified by Milton and the Romantic Satanists from Blake to Shelley to Anatole France.”

Now that it has been signed by DeSantis, Florida’s new law goes into effect on July 1.
