Comrade Newson and His Filipina Marxist Attorney General Sue President Trump Over Tariffs

The Communist Chinese cheerleader Comrade Governor Newsom is suing the Trump Administration for the tariffs imposed globally initiated to equalize free balanced trade between the United States and other nations.

Newsom is having another one of his Trump Derangement Syndrome episodes as he tries to save his very close relationship with his pals in Communist China and its tyrannical leadership.

Newsom and his waterboy state attorney General (Filipina born) Rob Bonta want a ruling to stop the tariffs because they are hurting California consumers and businesses. Seriously? Sounds like they are worried about Chinese stores going under, not American.

Rob Banta is the same low IQ attorney that tried to eliminate cash bonds for criminals, just let them walk free from jail with no bondsman. He also banned private prisons. He even prosecuted companies for so-called excessive carbon emissions.

Perhaps the State Department should look at Comrade Banta’s immigration status and send his Marxist ass back to Quezon City in the Philippines where he was born and then he can focus on their air quality which is actually bad unlike California.

Newsom is also crying that more than 60,000 businesses in California export goods, apparently mainly to Communist China. Well the solution is to export California goods to friendly countries, not a country hell bent on invading Taiwan, a country trying to take complete control of the South China Sea and threatening the Philippines, Thailand and Australian economic fishing zones.

Newsom is also saying that tariffs will affect the procurement of construction materials critical to rebuild parts of Los Angeles, (Pacific Palisades) an illegal immigrant controlled city burned to a crisp from the fires his administration created by lack of forest management and failing to provide water to the fire fighters to save a fish.

Newsom says he needs timber, wood, steel, aluminum, and drywall products which are all available for procurement in the United States but Newsom wants to purchase these products from Communist China and the future 51st state of the United States Canada.

Newsom also fails to mention that the Mayor of Los Angeles a Communist Cuba government sympathiser, has yet to issue a single building permit so new home construction can begin using debris clearing as an excuse.

So while Comrade Newsom reminisces on his past trips to Communist China to discuss the fraudulent climate change agenda and his unconstitutional ban on the sale of new gasoline powered vehicles, lawn mowers, leaf blowers. BBQ grills and farm equipment.

With zero diplomatic experience, he actually spent more time meeting with his Communist Chinese pals discussing trade agreements of which California and the United States were always on the losing end of the deal, but not anymore. Not with Trump running things.

Governor Newsom and other Communist sympathisers in the Democrat Party have zero objectives to make America and California great again. They are concerned only with appeasing their handlers in the Chinese Communist Party leadership who have made significant inroads into state and local government blue states like California.

It’s very difficult for the Communist Chinese to infiltrate the Trump Federal level of leadership so they focus on weak local blue state operations like California. Vermont, Colorado, Minnesota and Massachusetts. Just follow the money and the politicians frequent trips to Beijing.

Governor Newsom and a few others like him are a bigger threat to our republic than the Communist Chinese because he (they) have control internally of their states like California. But, Trump will win and he will make America great again no matter how many of these low life bottom feeding Marxists cockroaches in the local and blue state governments try to stop him.

Using Tariffs, Donald Trump Reinvents Capitalism in America

As AOC and Bernie Sanders traveled around the country to entice college students into socialism, I wondered if the students actually understood what they were fighting for? I wondered if their parents could explain the virtues of capitalism, as opposed to communism or socialism?

It is hard to understand President Trump’s ideas, like shrinking the size of government and that more workers don’t always mean increased value for the government. Sometimes, more means “redundant” and “wasteful.” Spending more money doesn’t necessarily mean “efficiency;” sometimes, it means “corruption.” Tariffs level the playing field. If your country can sell to Americans, we should be able to sell to your citizens.

Liberation Day has come and gone. It looks like the only ones crying are the so-called experts who have been wrong in every policy they have ever created. I remember when I was a mortgage broker in the early 2000s, how we screamed, “Don’t send our jobs overseas, because if you do, the people will not be able to pay their mortgages!”

I was called every name you can think of, including conspiracy theorist. I was told I didn’t know what I was talking about and that America was going to be the greatest service country in the world! I said, If we lose our manufacturing base, we must rely on others to care for us! If we rely on other countries to produce our goods, we become slaves to other countries. We saw that during COVID-19 as they took care of their countries first. We had to beg for meds.

What services do people without jobs need?

They need services from the government, and therefore, the government will continue to grow and grow, and the taxes collected will NEVER be enough! To everyone’s surprise, Karen was right. Could it be because of two things? I learned critical thinking skills in school, and it is proven and logical that people without jobs cannot pay mortgages.

What did the Bush administration do? They put out propaganda, saying that bad people like you and I could not pay our mortgages because we bought houses that were too expensive! We are living beyond our means. What a lie.

For none are so blind as those who cannot see that America is on a path of destruction. What kept America afloat during those years? War, of course! War needs products that America is able to produce. Those wars made the manufacturers and their investors very rich.

Let’s not forget the greenies, who were able to regulate our industries. Today, we learn that not one country has successfully adopted green energy strategies. Cheap coal and fossil fuel, of which America has an abundance, became overly expensive, driving the cost of goods up. Bringing fuel prices down reduces inflation.

Too many Americans do not understand tariffs or capitalism. Why? Because it is no longer taught in schools! For this reason, we made it easy for Communist Democrats to instill fear in the American people instead of preparation.

Although you are probably only hearing about the tariffs going into effect, President Trump’s economic plan is multifaceted. It encompasses tariffs, tax cuts, regulation cuts, companies coming back to America to create jobs, and drill, baby, drill. All of these policies are designed to make America wealthy again. It will take time to do this, so do not panic; prepare.

We all know that when a new policy is implemented, it takes time for it to work through the system and stabilize. Tariffs become the new bogeyman, and the Left tries to scare you into thinking prices will go up as an attack on you.

When new industries come online, prices will come back down. What they never say is that it takes time. We must be prepared, and we must prepare our children. It is for that reason that I asked Andy Bernstein, who wrote a book called The Capitalist Manifesto, to be the guest this week and explain capitalism in a way that you can understand what it means and how you can prepare and come out whole and successful on the other side.

Thank you, President Trump, for having the courage to reverse America’s destructive path and construct a winning economy.

We Win, They Lose

Ronald Reagan was asked by one of his advisors early on in his presidency to outline his strategy toward the Cold War with the Soviet Union.

It’s simple, he replied. “We win, they lose.”

That is also Donald Trump’s strategy when it comes to Communist China.

During the early days of Covid, the Chinese publicly floated the idea of cutting off the supply of pharmaceutical precursors to the United States, knowing full well that such an action could cost millions of American lives. And they did that when our two nations were at peace.

Imagine for an instant if, God forbid, the United States and China were engaged in a shooting war over Taiwan. It wouldn’t be just pharmaceuticals they would cut off, but the computer chips that guide our smart munitions, the strategic minerals we use in our bombs, and much more.

Through laziness and greed, we have become utterly dependent on Communist China to supply us with basic necessities at a lower cost than we can produce them in the United States. As I wrote in this space last week, Donald Trump saw that vulnerability, and is seeking to correct it through tariffs.

And guess what? Trump actually holds all the good cards. China’s $300 billion annual trade surplus with the United States is vital to the Chinese economy. Chinese business publications this week were full of stories of the catastrophic effect of the new US tariffs on their exports.

Even the lithium battery industry, which the Chinese dominate world wide, would be decimated. Trump’s new tariffs “will lead to a significant decline in the price competitiveness of China’s lithium power battery products in the US, shrinking profits for export enterprises, and forcing some companies to accelerate the adjustment of their overseas market strategies,” one such publication conservatively projected.

Without the US market, Chinese auto-parts manufacturers will close factories. Apple will accelerate the construction of its new iPhone and iPad factories in the United States. Millions of Chinese workers will find themselves out of work.

And then? The prospect of major economic hardship, brought about by the actions of Chinese President Xi, will enrage other Chinese leaders, not just the population. President Xi’s days could very well be numbered.

The administration is engaged in two other sets of negotiations at the same time the tariff and trade deals are hatching. And the same person, Steve Witcoff, is leading both.

On Friday, Witcoff flew off to Saint Petersburg, Russia, for previously unannounced talks with Putin. It was the third time the two have met.

President Trump has expressed frustration at what he sees as Putin’s obstinate refusal to agree to a ceasefire, and so Witcoff came armed with a menu of potential US actions aimed at making Putin more amenable to ending the killing.

But there is a Ukraine wildcard in the negotiation as well, and it’s a killer — literally.

The Department of Justice filed a motion this week in the case against Ryan Routh, alleging that Trump’s would-be assassin had contacted someone in Ukraine asking to buy a Stinger or an RPG, in order to take down Donald Trump’s campaign jet. “[Trump] is not good for Ukraine,” Routh texted his correspondent on an encrypted messaging app.

Prosecutors did not name the Ukrainian, or indicate whether he was at all connected to the Ukrainian government. What if he was just a private citizen Routh had met while in Ukraine in 2022 but Ukrainian intelligence got wind of the plot and declined to inform the United States? The implications of this new information go way beyond the Russia-Ukraine negotiations.

From St. Petersburg, Witcoff flies to Oman for negotiations with Iran’s foreign minister, Abbas Araghchi. Trump said publicly during his Oval Office meeting with visiting Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu that the two would hold “direct” talks.

The Iranians said, no, they would talk through intermediaries.

That is the first red flag.

Witcoff recently admitted that he got “duped” by Hamas during negotiations in Qatar with Hamas-appointed Arab mediators over the latest hostage release.

Having worked in the Middle East as a war correspondent and investigative reporter for forty years, let me say this straight: if Arab negotiators managed to dupe Mr. Witcoff, the Iranians are going to take him to the cleaners.

Rule #1 in negotiating with the Iranians: always be prepared to walk out.

The Iranians invariably win at negotiations because the other party wants the deal more than they do. That’s what happened to John Kerry when he “negotiated” the Iran nuclear deal in 2015. Three times he thought he had a deal, and three times his Iranian counterpart agreed.

But, he added, just let me fly back over the weekend to Tehran to run it by the Supreme Leader.

Each time, the Ayatollah — surely laughing like a magpie at Kerry’s idiocy — upped the ante with new and increasingly outrageous demands. And each time, Kerry agreed.

The Iranians love to talk about the size and shape of the table. And the participants. And the intermediaries. Mr. Witcoff must make clear that neither he nor the president finds their games amusing.

They get one shot at this. If they keep their foreign minister in an adjacent suite while the Omanis transmit messages back and forth, Mr. Witcoff should walk out. If they want negotiations to continue, they can crawl back.

And remember this: these negotiations are not about returning to the 2015 nuclear deal, which Trump has called the “worst deal ever negotiated.” They are about dismantling Iran’s nuclear weapons infrastructure.

Mr. Witcoff must understand that and hold firm. The Iranians will squeal. They will complain. They will accuse us of behaving like a hegemon, depriving them of their “rights” to conduct nuclear research.

Let them. Because if they do not agree to Mr. Trump’s terms they won’t be squealing at all, at least, not for long.

There are now six B-2 “Spirit” stealth bombers stationed on Diego Garcia in the Indian Ocean with 30,000 bunker-busting bombs with the names of buried Iranian nuclear plants on them.

That’s called, holding all the cards.

I discuss this, and the blowback of the Russia-China-North Korea-Iran axis, in this week’s Prophecy Today Weekend. As always, you can listen live at 1 PM on Saturday on 104.9 FM or 550 AM, or by using the Jacksonville Way Radio app. If you miss us live, tune into the podcast here.

Yours in freedom.

104% China Tariffs Take Effect at 12:01 a.m. April 9th, 2025 EST

The 104% tariff on China took effect at 12:01 a.m. April 9, 2025 after China failed to lift its 34% retaliatory tariff by the deadline.

I am glad. China has been ripping us off for decades. And stealing all of our intellectual property. Enough.

Anyone crying for China is ought to move there. Cheer for America, do not aid the enemy.

If there are shortages in critical industries, Trump should invoke the Defense Production Act (DPA). The Cold War–era law gives the president significant emergency authority to control domestic industries.

The market lost the previous gains of earlier today. That is temporary.

Meanwhile in China……The deadline for China to remove its 34% retaliatory tariff was April 8, 2025 at 12 PM EST. After China failed to comply, the tariff was increased by an additional 50%, bringing the total to 104%, effective at 12:01 AM on April 9th.
