Tucker Carlson Has Gone Off the Deep End

I take no pleasure in my subject today. But it is an important one.

It’s important to us as Americans, as conservatives, as Christians, and as Jews. It’s especially important to those of us who call ourselves Christian Zionists, as I proudly do.

I have known Tucker Carlson for well over twenty years – not intimately, certainly. Not as a close friend. But as a like-minded colleague whose tremendous media savvy and marketing skills propelled him into the stratosphere of broadcast journalism.

I think we first met when he was co-hosting CNN’s Crossfire, and he invited me on to discuss my 2002 book on Jesse Jackson, Shakedown.

We both worked at NBC in the mid-2000s, and Tucker interviewed me when he was an anchor on MSNBC (before it, too, went off the deep end) just after I had returned from Israel during the 2006 war with Hezbollah.

Later, he graciously platformed some of my columns on his new website, the Daily Caller, and in 2011, we were both honored on the same podium with journalism prizes from Accuracy in Media.

I also appeared many times on a weekly radio show hosted by his father, Ambassador Dick Carlson, in Bethesda, Maryland. The sound engineer was Tucker’s brother, Buckley.

All this to say, I like Tucker Carlson.

But something happened to Tucker Carlson in early 2023 that profoundly changed him.

In his own words, he was “physically mauled by a demon or something unseen that left claw marks on my sides. Then I was seized with this very intense desire to read the Bible.”

The demon attacked him during his sleep, with his wife at his side and four dogs in the bed. In the interview he gave the Blaze 18 months later, he said he still bore the marks and woke up in the morning to find blood in the sheets.

So what about that intense desire to read the Bible? Tucker says he purchased a Bible, but one without commentary, because he did not trust Christian preachers; in fact, he disdained most of them.

And in reading that Bible, he discovered the anti-Semitic narrative that he put on display in his speech at Charlie Kirk’s memorial service, when he spouted the age-old blood libel that the Jews killed Christ, the Messiah.

In Tucker’s account, which was not just heretical but inaccurate, he said that Jesus was a revolutionary who challenged the Jewish ruling class, so of course they wanted to get rid of him.

But as we learn from the Gospels, the truth is just the opposite. Jews had been expecting a Messiah who would liberate them from the Romans, and Jesus was not it.

Jesus told those who followed his Way to respect the rulers, not rebel against them, because his Kingdom was elsewhere, not of this earth.

For centuries, the Catholic Church as well as the Reformation under Martin Luther continued to embrace the blood libel that the Jews were “Christ-killers.” It was a great stain on Christian believers everywhere and for all times.

It wasn’t until the rise of Adolf Hitler in Germany that the Christian Pope – Pius XI – officially denounced antisemitism, saying in 1938, “Spiritually, we are all Semites.” He later issued several encyclicals condemning racial hatred and Nazi ideology.

Pope John XXIII and Pope Paul VI made the Church’s rejection of anti-semitism even more explicit. But of course, if you reject Christian preachers, you might have missed that.

Tucker has welcomed onto his podcast a host of Jew-hating personalities, some who openly professed an admiration of Adolf Hitler, denied the Holocaust, and who called for killing Jews.

Tucker himself has denounced “Christian Zionists” as people infected with a “brain virus,” and has repeatedly attacked conservatives such as Ted Cruz who he calls supporters of an “Israel First” mentality.

Earlier this year, Tucker blasted what he called the “utterly pointless bombing of Iran” by the US and Israel, saying that the Islamic regime was “not even in the top 25 threats to us.”

He has called Hamas and the Iranians “peacemakers,” and promoted guests who call Sharia law a perfectly benign legal system.

You can find the litany of Tucker’s own brain virus all over the Internet, especially since the disastrous brief speech last week by Heritage Foundation president Kevin Roberts, who whitewashed Tucker’s anti-Semitism and reaffirmed his place within the conservative movement.

Let me be clear. There is no place within the conservative movement for someone espousing anti-Semitic views, as Tucker Carlson has been doing at every occasion in recent months.

There is no mainstreaming Jew-hatred. There is no tolerance of a “difference of opinion” when that opinion has been shown by history and by current events (October 7) as an invitation to genocide.

Stop watching Tucker’s podcasts. Stop funding the Heritage Foundation. And don’t vote for phony conservatives (such as Marjorie Taylor Greene) who think Tucker is right in condemning the “Israel-firsters.” I am a proud supporter of Israel, and a proud American.

In attacking the “Israel-firsters” Tucker is attacking the entire America First movement.

Americans have a special place in their heart for Israel because they understand that our values come from the Bible. You don’t become a Christian without first adopting the Jewish Bible. That’s why we call it, our Judeo-Christian heritage. Jesus was, after all, a Rabbi, and never abandoned the Law.

I wrote a book in 2003, called Preachers of Hate: Islam and the War on America, that describes how Muslim Jew-hatred, enshrined in the Koran, was used by al-Qaeda as an excuse to attack America.

This is no different.

I discuss Tucker’s brain trauma, as well as the latest developments in the Russia-Ukraine war, China’s new aircraft carrier, and Trump’s poaching Central Asian leaders in Putin’s back yard, on this week’s Prophecy Today Weekend.

As always, you can listen live at 1 PM on Saturday on 104.9 FM or 550 AM in the Jacksonville, Florida, area, or by using the Jacksonville Way Radio app.

Yours in freedom.

ROOKE: ALP Fundraiser For Charlie Kirk’s Family Surpasses $3,000,000 In First Day

Over $3 million has been raised for Charlie Kirk’s family, according to a GiveSendGo set up in his memory.

ALP, the nicotine pouch company started Thursday by Daily Caller co-founders Tucker Carlson and Neil Patel, seeded the fund with $1 million to help “do everything we can for Charlie’s widow Erika and their two small children,” the company stated.

As of the time of publication, the fundraiser has raised $3,001,082 to honor Kirk’s wife, Erika Kirk, and their two young children. ALP promises that every dollar collected will go to Kirk’s family.

Kirk was assassinated on Wednesday while speaking at a Turning Point USA (TPUSA) event at Utah Valley University (UVU), allegedly by Tyler Robinson. A single gunshot rang out as Kirk addressed students at the event, striking him from a building roughly 200 yards away, a university spokesperson told the Caller.

“Our team at ALP is heartbroken by the death of Charlie Kirk — a devoted husband, father, and friend. Love for God, family, and country defined his life,” the website states. “Charlie leaves behind his wife, Erika, and their two young children. As they navigate this unimaginable loss, we want to rally together to provide security and stability for Charlie’s loved ones.”

The GiveSendGo’s goal is set at $5 million, but ALP stated in the fund’s description that they hope to “raise as much as possible to support the Kirk family.”

Comments from donors express love and admiration for Kirk and deepest sympathies for his family.

“Charlie was one of the best of us. Heartbroken for his family and for our country to lose such a champion for truth, but grateful to know that Charlie was immediately with Jesus the moment he died. Thank you for setting up a fund to help his family. I was hoping to see a trustworthy source step up,” an anonymous donor, who sent $15,000 to fund, stated.

“I hope my very small donation will help Mrs. Kirk and the two little kids a little bit. May the Almighty Father always bless your family and be with you always, Mrs. Kirk. You are not alone. We are here. Take care. Prayers sent!!!” another anonymous giver said, along with sending $200.

The donations and remarks are a testament to Charlie. He was a force of good in our country. He started an organization out of love for his country and a mission to empower college students to stand up against the far-left indoctrination they faced on campus.

He visited their colleges and universities to speak with them, and more importantly, to allow them to discuss and ask questions about topics that no one else in the movement was willing to engage with. Kirk did this peacefully and with grace. He knew what these kids were facing, and instead of mocking them and leaving them to rot, he gave them an opportunity and hope to break out.

This fund is an excellent example of what communities are supposed to do in a time of crisis and sorrow. His wife needs our prayers and support because the road ahead of her is a long and hard one to walk.

EXCLUSIVE: ‘Humorless Pronoun Robots’! Tucker Carlson Gives Corporate America, Zyn ‘A Middle Finger’ Through ALp Launch

Daily Caller News Foundation co-founder Tucker Carlson was joined by friends and supporters Thursday evening outside of Nashville, Tennessee at the launch of his new nicotine pouch line, ALP, where he explained how Zyn’s attack on him led to the creation of his rival product.

Carlson announced the launch of his joint project with Turning Point Brands in September, stating that no nicotine consumer should be “forced to buy nicotine pouches from soulless, pronoun-loving, politicized conglomerates that despise them and their culture.” Philip Morris owners and employees had donated thousands to Vice President Kamala Harris’ campaign through a PAC.

At the official launch party, Carlson recalled receiving a letter from Zyn’s headquarters after he jokingly mentioned on a podcast with comedian Theo Von that the nicotine pouch had erection-inducing properties.

“About three weeks later, we get this letter from the General Counsel of the Zyn Corporation, with like pronouns at the bottom of the page, saying, ’It’s come to our attention here at Zyn World Headquarters you made a non-substantiated whole thing about our product, and you should know that there is no medical science supporting the untrue misinformation that it’s an erectile dysfunction treatment.’ And I thought, ‘You know, I hate you. I hate you so much,’” Carlson said.

“‘I hate you and everyone else who can’t take a joke who’s required by law not to see humor as a category that has to send me a sold-in letter,’” Carlson said. “‘I’m joking! I paid you the greatest compliment you could ever pay a consumer product, and you attacked me for it?’ By the way, it may even be true. You don’t even know the science. Shut up!”

Carlson went on to thank Von for being a pivotal part in pushing him to realize he had been ingesting a product that was made by people who hate him and everything he believes in.

“I realized in that moment, I just want to thank you again, Theo, for making this revelation possible to me. This works in the best of moments. That I have been for years putting into my mouth the fruit of like the worst people in the world who hate me and everything that I believe in and my family.  They hate everything that makes America great and I was throwing them in my mouth every day,” Carlson said.

WATCH:

“To me it was just like a metaphor for what it’s like to live in this country that I love so much and want and will never leave — [I] will die here,” Carlson added. “A country full of great people sort of living under the tyranny of humorless pronoun robots. I thought, not another dollar.”

American tobacco company Philip Morris International fully acquired Swedish Match and its subsidiary Zyn in February 2023, after launching a $16 billion takeover bid for the company and its products in March. However, it was later revealed that the company, through a PAC, donated a total of $27,610 to Vice President Kamala Harris’ campaign, $6,700 to the DNC Services Corporation, and thousands more to additional Democratic candidates, according to OpenSecrets. The donations to Democrats in 2024, as reported by OpenSecrets, represent the largest amount given to the party in recent years.

“All of a sudden, I was filled with this holy rage, and I thought, I want to make something that I will use myself, that I’m proud of, and this middle finger extended in the face of the corporate America, the machine that doesn’t like me or my values, or American values. I can’t change the world, but I can certainly change the nicotine pouch they use. We’re going to,” Carlson said.

“I’m going to sell this with a pure heart, because I mean it,” Carlson said. “I’m honestly going to say, not only is it more righteous than Zyn, because it’s not owned by some company that hates me, and can’t take a joke and it’s sending me letters about erectile dysfunction, oh shut up. But it’s better.”

In attendance to celebrate Carlson and Turning Point Brands launch were celebrities and singers John Rich, Kenny Shepard and Mel Gibson, with other political figures like Republican Georgia Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia and former Republican Washington representative candidate Joe Kent of Washington state.

Supporters told DCNF how Carlson backing ALP’s was an exciting venture for conservatives and a way for supporters to have an alternative option with values that they also believed in.

I think ALPs is really going to give Zyn a run for their money and definitely take over the marketplace after this,” Greene said.

“ALP is a true American company genuinely built with a stiff spine and a pure heart,” Kent and his wife Heather told DCNF.

Prior to the open sales of ALP, the nicotine product was already poised to “upend” the industry, with more than 86% of Americans using nicotine pouches saying they’ll likely to switch to ALP, according to a survey by online nicotine retailer, Nicokick.

VIDEO: ‘Shut It Down’: Vivek Ramaswamy Talks To Tucker About ‘Mega Reorganization’ Of Federal Bureaucracy

Former 2024 Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy spoke to political commentator and Daily Caller Co-Founder Tucker Carlson about the “mega reorganization” of federal bureaucracy in an interview released Friday.

President-elect Donald Trump swept all seven battleground states, won the popular vote and achieved a Republican majority in the Senate. Ramaswamy detailed how the incoming administration could eliminate and separate federal agencies from Washington, D.C. to make systemic change.

“I think many of those agencies should not exist. Many of them that do continue to exist absolutely should be moved to other parts of the country,” he told Carlson.

Ramaswamy said the Office of the Surgeon General and the U.S. Department of Agriculture should not be in D.C. He also named the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services among those in need of major reforms.

“I think you’re wrongfully insulated in Washington, D.C.,” Ramaswamy said before mentioning that the U.S. Department of Education should be eliminated entirely.

“I wouldn’t want to start this process of just saying, okay, let’s move them out of Washington, D.C., as some sort of polite, genteel way of avoiding and sidestepping the thing that we actually need to do, which is bring a jackhammer and a chainsaw to the whole thing,” he added.

“But even those that do continue to exist, you would actually have a lot more accountability to the people and probably even some kind of stimulus, if you will, in parts of the country that wouldn’t mind a little bit of that growth getting out of D.C. and come into their own backyard,” Ramaswamy said.

Ramaswamy said many federal employees would quit on their own if they were required to go into the office to work every day. He suggested Trump fire approximately 75% of federal employees immediately to prevent his administration from easing into bureaucracy on day one.

“Department of Education is a good example,” Ramaswamy told Carlson. “Shut it down. Send the money back. Workforce training can move to the Department of Labor and loan collections can move to Treasury.”

“It’s just a mass opportunity for a mega reorganization and thereby downsizing of this bureaucracy. And it’s a one-way ratchet because it’s not like if another president comes back, they can write that back into existence by fiat. They’d actually have to go through Congress to do it,” he said.

Ramaswamy revealed he would like to be involved in reshaping the federal government in Trump’s incoming administration.

“Would you be involved in this effort?” Carlson asked.

“I’d like to be, yeah, absolutely. I’ve given it a lot of thought. It was the centerpiece of my presidential campaign. I spent a year and a half of my life. It was probably the most. I mean, I took a lot of positions on a lot of things, but this is probably the single most useful and certainly personally important to me, part of the policy aspect of my campaign last year,” Ramaswamy responded. “And yes, I have been involved, let’s just say, in recent months. So, this is laying out what the blueprint should look like.”

‘The Actual End Of Democracy’: Tucker Torches Colorado Decision To Keep Trump Off Ballot

Daily Caller co-founder Tucker Carlson torched the Colorado Supreme Court’s decision to disqualify former President Donald Trump from the 2024 presidential ballot.

The justices ruled in a 4-3 decision to bar Trump from the ballot, stating he violated the 14th Amendment’s “insurrectionist ban.” Carlson warned Wednesday this decision by the liberal Colorado justices was the “actual end of democracy” and disputed claims Trump led an insurrection at the January 6, 2021, Capitol riot.

“Whatever else January 6 was, and in some ways we still don’t know exactly what it was, it was not a Trump-led insurrection,” Carlson said in a Wednesday monologue. “The crowd had no guns. They had no plan to overthrow the government. Nothing like that has ever emerged. And above all, Trump was not leading it. He was miles away at the White House at the time, where he issued a public statement calling for calm and non-violence.”

He criticized the four justices who ruled in favor of removing Trump from the ballot given the former president had never been charged or convicted of an insurrection.

“Despite the fact Donald Trump has never been convicted by any court of insurrection, and although the 14th Amendment specifically does not apply to the presidency, Donald Trump cannot run for president because he is an insurrectionist,” Carlson continued. “This seemed like lunacy because it was lunacy.”

The Daily Caller co-founder argued U.S. democracy is failing and quoted El Salvadoran President Nayib Bukele who tweeted, “The United States has lost its ability to lecture any other country about ‘democracy.’” Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold, who he described as “an unhappy 39-year-old liberal” woman, said Trump incited a so-called insurrection and agreed with the state Supreme Court’s ruling.

Carlson said her statement and the state Supreme Court’s ruling was un-American.

“None of this seems very American. All of it looks like the actual end of democracy,” Carlson concluded.

In the dissenting opinion, Chief Justice Brian Boatright argued the state law “was not enacted to decide whether a candidate engaged in insurrection.”

Trump said “justice” has been “weaponized” to benefit President Joe Biden in the 2024 election in a Tuesday post on Truth Social.

‘Lost Any Control’: Glenn Greenwald Tells Tucker Why Dems Are ‘Completely Petrified’ Of Trump Victory In 2024

Journalist Glenn Greenwald told Daily Caller co-founder Tucker Carlson on Tuesday that Democrats are “petrified” of a 2024 victory for former President Donald Trump, in part because Americans have lost “faith and trust” in institutions.

Greenwald joined Carlson on “Tucker on Twitter” to break down the turn corporate media has taken against President Joe Biden running for re-election next year. Greenwald stated that he believes the media is turning because of the support Trump has been receiving since announcing his run for 2024.

“I think what they’re trying to do is to put pressure on the Democrats and Biden to say, ‘look, you’re – this is serious now. Like it doesn’t seem like you have any chance of winning,’ in a last-ditch hope to try and convince Biden to step aside and the Democrats to force him to,” Greenwald stated.

“Of course, the media is, I mean, completely petrified at the idea that Trump would win, even though part of them knows it will help their careers like it did the first time around. But they really are scared of Trump,” Greenwald continued.

“They really view Trump as this ultimate menace.”

Since announcing his run for 2024, Trump has received significant support even amid four indictments totaling 91 criminal charges. Recent poll numbers in a hypothetical race between Biden and Trump have the former Republican president leading by two to eight points, according to data from FiveThirtyEight.

“And I think those horrified tones are about the fact — two things. One, there’s obviously a good chance Trump will win and they can’t understand that and I think that’s the other thing is that all they’ve been saying for six years is that Trump is a white nationalist, that Trump is a racist, that Trump hates all minorities. And here you have increasing numbers of non-white voters doing the exact opposite of what you would expect them to do if they trusted or believed what those people have been saying,” Greenwald continued.

Biden has lost significant support, particularly among minority voters, with many of the voters in a Monmouth University poll from September seeing Biden’s age as an issue. The poll found that 76% of the voters told Monmouth University that they view Biden as “too old,” while only 48% found Trump’s age an issue.

Biden’s support from Latino, black, and Asian voters dropped from 63% to 47% in July, according to the poll. The drop in support could be a concern to Biden as 70% of his support in the 2020 election was from non-white voters, according to The New York Times.

“Namely, they’re voting for Donald Trump, the racist white nationalist candidate who wants to put them all into camps. And so if you’re an employee of these media outlets, and you look at the polling numbers, you realize that these people have tuned you out. They don’t care what you say anymore. They don’t trust what you say anymore. They have completely lost any control or influence over how Americans reason because most Americans are smart enough to have come to the conclusion that those people that you just showed in the media outlets for which they work are absolute liars, are just propagandists and people who exist to deceive,” Greenwald stated.

“And that is the good news that these institutions where people have lost faith in, deserve to have lost their faith and trust. They deserve that contempt and hatred they provoked and it’s good that Americans are recognizing that and it’s good that those people there, even though they’ll never question whether they are to blame, are also starting to see that nothing they say really matters and makes a difference any longer.”

Trump has also recently gained significant support in five out of six key swing states. Democrats have begun to voice their growing concerns with the Biden campaign questioning the White House’s messaging to voters, especially when it comes to topics like the economy.

‘Savage Animals’: Trump Talks Indictments, Political Assassinations With Tucker During GOP Debate

Former President Donald Trump counter-programmed the 2024 Republican primary debate Wednesday night by sitting down for an exclusive interview with Daily Caller co-founder Tucker Carlson in Bedminster, New Jersey.

The former president told Carlson why he skipped the first Republican Nation Committee (RNC) debate in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The former president confirmed Sunday he would skip the primary debates in a Truth Social post, and instead agreed to sit down for a pre-recorded interview with Carlson to compete with the debates.

“Why aren’t you at the Fox News debate tonight in Milwaukee?” Carlson asked.

“Well, you know, a lot of people have been asking me that and many people said you shouldn’t do them but you know, the polls have come out and I’m leading by 50-60 points and you know, some of them are at 1 and 0 and two. And I’m saying do I sit there for an hour or two hours whatever it’s going to be and gets harassed by people that shouldn’t even be running for president. They shouldn’t be doing that and a network [Fox News] that isn’t particularly friendly to me, frankly.”

Trump said Fox News is friendly to Republican Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, his biggest rival in the race, but that the network’s support is not paying off.

Trump said the ratings will be higher on Carlson’s “crazy forum” than the debate.

He then claimed his political opponents will attempt to steal the 2024 presidential election if he wins and explained why they would possibly even want to kill him.

“It started with protesting against you, then it moved to impeachment twice, and now indictments,” Carlson said. “Are you worried that they’re going to try and kill you? Why wouldn’t they try to kill you, honestly?”

“They’re savage animals. They are people that are sick,” Trump answered.

The former president also told Carlson whether the U.S. is “on the brink of civil war.”

Trump touted his lead in the Republican primary race in his Truth Social post Sunday.

“New CBS POLL, just out, has me leading the field by ‘legendary’ numbers,” Trump wrote on Truth Social. “TRUMP 62%, 46 Points above DeSanctimonious (who is crashing like an ailing bird!), Ramaswamy 7%, Pence 5%, Scott 3%, Haley 2%, Sloppy Chris Christie 2%, “Aida” Hutchinson 1%. The public knows who I am & what a successful Presidency I had, with Energy Independence, Strong Borders & Military, Biggest EVER Tax & Regulation Cuts, No Inflation, Strongest Economy in History, & much more. I WILL THEREFORE NOT BE DOING THE DEBATES!”

The first primary debate was held in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and moderated by Fox News’ Martha MacCallum and Bret Baier.

The former president has continued to be the frontrunner in the primary race consisting of 14 declared candidates. He currently polls at 52.2% as of Monday, while Republican Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis is in second with 15.2% favorability, according to FiveThirtyEight.

Trump’s aides have said he is unlikely to participate in the debates in previous months. Republican consultants told the Daily Caller News Foundation that it is “not in his interest” for Trump to participate in the debates.

Carlson has conducted interviews with every major Republican presidential candidate. He interviewed every candidate besides Trump during a July 14 event hosted by Blaze TV in Iowa. He recently interviewed Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy in an hour-long discussion released Thursday.

The Daily Caller co-founder launched his show, “Tucker on Twitter,” after departing from Fox News in April. Fox News has accused Carlson of breaching their $20 million contract by releasing interviews before the agreement’s expiration in January 2025.

VIDEO: Tucker Interviews Andrew Tate’s Brother After House Arrest Release

Daily Caller co-founder Tucker Carlson interviewed Andrew Tate’s brother, Tristan, after their release from house arrest in a video released Sunday.

The Tate brothers were released from house arrest in Romania Friday as they face human trafficking, rape and criminal gang charges. Carlson previously interviewed Andrew about the emasculation of men and the criminal allegations they faced in mid-July.

Tate told Carlson of two women, one being his personal assistant, who were thrown in jail for the same 92 days as the brothers simply for knowing the Tate brothers and allegedly being part of their so-called “organized criminal gang.” Tate said the women were victims of “psychological torture” by Romanian officials to force them to make up false crimes committed by the Tate brothers.

“And essentially, when I look at the way these two women were treated, they were locked in prison because they know us. They’re attacked by their own, one is my personal assistant, so she knows everything I do. She does airport pick-ups, pays my electricity bills. And every week or so they had the keys dangle in front of them, ‘Ready to tell us about Tate’s criminal activities now?’ And they said no, [and] stayed in prison.”

“Next week, ‘You ready to tell us about the criminal activities of the Tate brothers?’ And the problem is they can’t have told the police about criminal activity I take part in because those criminal activities don’t exist,” Tate continued. “So I see it as a method of psychological torture.”

Tate said rather than condemning his arrest, he is angry about the two girls who had been placed behind bars for charges not pertaining to sex or criminal gang activity. Tate said, “Human trafficking” is a “very loose law” which lacks a true definition in Romania.

He claimed the arrest and charges were about “attacking” his brother by charging those close to him for his message on the downfall of masculinity in society.

“Attacking me is a way of attacking [Andrew] and attacking my personal assistant and her friend. I think it was a way of hoping you were gonna turn these women into prosecution witnesses essentially. To lie and say that we did crimes,” Tate said. “It’s about Andrew and his message. That’s all it’s about.”

Tate said he enjoyed being imprisoned because his relationship with Andrew strengthened while in jail. A Court of Appeals in Bucharest released the brothers from jail in late March and granted them house arrest.

He told Carlson he does not blame Romania for his arrest and refuses to sue the country’s government. He is currently unwilling to publicly predict who may have targeted him and have him put in prison.

Tucker Sits Down With Hunter Biden’s Business Associate Devon Archer

Daily Caller co-founder Tucker Carlson sat down one-on-one with Devon Archer about his former business associate, Hunter Biden.

Archer testified before the House Oversight Committee Monday where he detailed Hunter’s business deals, most notably the alleged personal phone calls with his father, President Joe Biden, on speaker phone in front of foreign business executives on over twenty occasions. Archer detailed Biden’s involvement with his son’s business dealings in the sit-down with Carlson.

Archer confirmed the nearly twenty phone calls made by Hunter to his father while surrounded by business associates within a ten-year span.

“So Joe Biden, who is very much a product of Washington, of course must have known that he was calling into effectively a business meeting,” Carlson said. “Something’s happening. He must have understood that that was kind of what his son was selling.”

“Well that’s hard for me to speculate,” Archer answered.

“But like, just to keep it to the facts, Joe Biden, then the sitting Vice President knew that there were Hunter’s business associates in the room,” Carlson pressed.

“Yeah, I think I can definitively say at particular dinners and meetings, he knew there were business associates and he, or if I was there, I was a business associate too. So I think, you know, any of the other colleagues from the DC office or New York were there,” Archer said.

Carlson also confronted Archer on a letter from January 20, 2011, addressed to him from Biden. The then-Vice President wrote to apologize for not being able to speak with him while hosting former Chinese President Hu, and said, “I hope I get a chance to see you again soon with Hunter,” according to Archer.

Archer said Biden thanked him for his idea to bring a government regulatory strategic advisory business into the private equity sector. The letter indicated that Biden worked with foreign governments while serving as Vice President.

Archer said Hunter joined the board of Burisma, a Ukrainian energy company, because he brought the benefits of the “Biden brand.” He and Carlson agreed it is “disingenuous” to act unsure as to the reason Burisma hired Hunter, who served on the board from 2014 to 2019.

Tucker Carlson Weighs In On Hunter Biden’s ‘Sweetheart Deal’

Daily Caller co-founder Tucker Carlson weighed in on Hunter Biden’s “sweetheart deal” with Trump-appointed prosecutor David Weiss during Tuesday’s broadcast of “Tucker on Twitter.”

Biden agreed to plead guilty to charges of illegally purchasing a gun while under the influence of drugs and for failing to pay his taxes in 2017 and 2018. Carlson said Weiss prosecuted the younger Biden to make the 37-count indictment against former President Donald Trump appear fair and non-political.

“Donald Trump had an idea: ‘They’ll hit Hunter with something small to make their strike on me look fair.’ Trump wrote that about two weeks ago,” Carlson said. “And it turned out those were prescient words. This morning, Hunter Biden pleaded guilty to pretty much nothing. Biden pled to two misdemeanor tax evasion charges and then entered a diversion on a federal gun charge. That’s it. As far as Merrick Garland’s Justice Department is concerned, Hunter Biden is done. There was no pre-dawn raid carried live simultaneously on CNN. There was no perp walk, no handcuffs, no press conference.”

“Above all, there was no felony. Hunter Biden, who broke federal gun laws, can still carry a gun. It’s like it all never happened,” he continued.

Carlson said the first son will never be charged for possessing and abandoning a laptop containing details about his business dealings with oil companies in Ukraine and China. The laptop was long discredited by federal agencies and corporate media outlets until March 2022, when The New York Times and The Washington Post confirmed its authenticity. Hunter’s lawyers admitted the data from the laptop was real in a February 2023 letter.

Carlson then pointed out Hunter’s plea deal signals how the people in charge will never face penalties for committing a crime.

“In the meantime, though, the question is what can we learn from Hunter Biden’s plea deal today? First off, the obvious: For the children of the people in charge, there are no penalties — there are only upsides,” Carlson said. “They’re princelings: They can do what they want. You are not. Therefore you can’t. So don’t get any ideas about cheating on your taxes or violating federal gun laws unless you want to celebrate next year’s Father’s Day through the glass of the visitor’s room. The rules definitely apply to you, including rules you don’t know yet exist.”

Carlson is in a legal battle with Fox News over the network accusing him of breaching his contract by posting “Tucker on Twitter.” The network is reportedly demanding Carlson not work until the $20 million contract’s expiration in January 2025.

Fox News sent Carlson a “cease and desist” letter June 12 in an attempt to prevent him from continuing his Twitter series. Carlson’s legal team defended his First Amendment right to openly express his opinions on social media and accused Fox News of breaching their contract.

Carlson previously told those close to him he is ready to unleash attacks on Fox News in order to be freed from the contract.

Tucker’s First Twitter Broadcast Racks Up Over 13 Million Views In Less Than 3 Hours, Destroys Fox News’ Ratings

Former Fox News host and Daily Caller Co-Founder Tucker Carlson’s first Twitter broadcast reached nine million views in its first two hours, demolishing his old employer’s ratings in the same time slot the previous day.

Carlson’s 10 minute Twitter monologue went up at 6 p.m. Tuesday. At the same time, “Special Report with Bret Baier,” aired on Fox News.

Carlson’s video reached 13 million views within its first three hours on Twitter and it immediately made him a trending topic. Baier’s 6 p.m. broadcast had 1.78 million total views and Jesse Watters’ 7 p.m. broadcast reached two million viewers on the night of June 5, according to Mediate. The Fox News rotation replacing Carlson’s 8 p.m. time slot hit 1.5 million viewers Monday night.

In his monologue, Carlson scorched the corporate media for its coverage of the war in Ukraine and its prioritization of narratives over curiosity. “Nobody knows what’s happening. A small group of people control accesses to all relevant information. And the rest of us don’t know. We’re allowed to yap all we want about racism, but go ahead and talk about something that really matters and see what happens. If you keep it up, they’ll make you be quiet. Trust us. That’s how they maintain control,” Carlson told viewers.

Before Carlson and Fox News parted ways in April, he was the network’s highest rated host and consistently scored the highest ratings on cable news. He is currently embroiled in a breach of contract dispute against the network, with his lawyers arguing the noncompete clause in his contract is no longer valid, according to Axios.

Twitter owner Elon Musk addressed Carlson’s broadcast by calling for more political creators to air their shows on the platform. “Would be great to have shows from all parts of the political spectrum on this platform!” Musk said.

Tucker Carlson Announces New Platform For His Show

Former Fox News host and Daily Caller co-founder Tucker Carlson announced Tuesday his show will air exclusively on Twitter going forward.

Carlson tweeted a short video breaking the news about where his program will air. “You often hear people say the news is full of lies. But most of the time that’s not exactly right. Much of what you see on television or read in The New York Times is in fact true in the literal sense,” he began.

“But that doesn’t make it true. It’s not true. At the most basic level, the news you consume is a lie. A lie of the stealthiest and most insidious kind. Facts have been withheld on purpose along with proportion and perspective. You are being manipulated,” Carlson continued.

“After more than 30 years in the middle of it, we could tell you stories. The best you can hope for in the news business at this point is the freedom to tell the fullest truth that you can. But there are always limits. And you know that if you bump up against those limits often enough, you will be fired for it.”

“Amazingly, as of tonight, there aren’t many platforms left that allow free speech,” Carlson continued. “The last big one remaining in the world, the only one, is Twitter, where we are now. Twitter has long served as the place where our national conversation incubates and develops. Twitter is not a partisan site — everybody’s allowed here, and we think that’s a good thing.”

“And yet, for the most part the news you see analyzed on Twitter comes from media organizations that are themselves thinly disguised propaganda outlets. You see it on cable news, you talk about it on Twitter. The result may feel like a debate but actually the gatekeepers are still in charge. We think that’s a bad system.”

“Starting soon, we’ll be bringing a new version of the show we’ve been doing for the last six-and-a-half years to Twitter,” he said.

Carlson concluded by teasing “some other things” and emphasizing the importance of free speech.

Fox News parted ways with Carlson on April 24, and key demographic ratings in his 8 p.m. slot have plummeted since his departure. His show, “Tucker Carlson Tonight,” was often ranked the highest-rated cable news show and beloved by conservatives.

Tapes of Carlson were previously leaked to left-wing group Media Matters, and a text message was sent to The New York Times (NYT) attempting to discredit Carlson. Fox News sent Media Matters a cease-and-desist letter Friday after conservatives praised Carlson’s conduct and criticized the leaks.

Tucker Carlson To Make First Public Appearance Since Leaving Fox

Daily Caller co-founder Tucker Carlson is scheduled to speak at a fundraiser Thursday in his first public appearance since departing Fox News.

Carlson will appear at the Oxford Performing Arts Center in Oxford, Alabama, for an event which will raise funds for Rainbow Omega, an organization helping “adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities.”

Rainbow Omega’s mission is to “glorify God by ensuring that adults with developmental disabilities have a permanent and safe home where their abilities and potentials are respected and nurtured in a Christian environment,” according to the organization’s website.

The venue seats 1,200 and seats are still available. Tickets range from $65 to $80, the website states.

This will be Carlson’s first public appearance since Fox News announced it had severed ties with the host. However, Carlson posted a video on Twitter shortly after the news broke on his departure from the network.

Carlson was also spotted “howling in laughter” as he emerged from his home in Boca Grande, Florida, with his wife Susan, according to the Daily Mail.

“Retirement is going great so far,” Carlson reportedly said.

Tucker Carlson Breaks Silence, Goes Live With Statement On Social Media

Former Fox News host and Daily Caller co-founder Tucker Carlson broke his silence after leaving Fox News in a social media message.

He began by highlighting how many “genuinely nice people” who “really care about what’s true” live in America. Carlson then pivoted and spoke about how “unbelievably stupid most” television debates are. He called them “irrelevant” and said they “mean nothing” in the long run.

“The undeniably big topics — the ones that will define our future — get virtually no discussion at all,” Carlson said. “War, civil liberties, emerging science, demographic change, corporate power, natural resources. When was the last time you heard a legitimate debate about any of those issues? It’s been a long time. Debates like that are not permitted in American media,” Carlson said.

“Both political parties and their donors have reached consensus on what benefits them and they actively collude to shut down any conversation about it. Suddenly the United States looks very much like a one-party state. That’s a depressing realization but it’s not permanent. Our current orthodoxies won’t last, they’re brain-dead, nobody actually believes them,” he continued.

He closed his statement with a hopeful message for viewers. “When honest people say what’s true, calmly and without embarrassment, they become powerful. At the same time, the liars who have been trying to silence them, shrink and they became weaker. That’s the iron law of the universe, truth things prevail,” Carlson stated.

“As long as you can hear the words, there is hope. See you soon,” he concluded.

Carlson and Fox News agreed to part ways on Monday, with Brian Kilmeade and other replacement hosts temporarily taking over his 8 p.m. slot.

“FOX News Media and Tucker Carlson have agreed to part ways,” the network said in a statement. “We thank him for his service to the network as a host and prior to that as a contributor.”

Carlson’s show, “Tucker Carlson Tonight,” was Fox News’ most popular program and the highest-rated cable news show. His sudden departure drew a fierce reaction from conservatives who felt blindsided by Fox News’ announcement.
