President Trump: “The Case Has Been Made – You’ll See a Lot of Big Things Happening Over the Next Couple of Days” (Video)

President Trump spoke with liberal reporters today at the White House after he honored US wrestling champion and Iowa Hawkey wrestling coach Dan Gables.

By Jim Hoft, Gateway Pundit, December 7, 2020:

President Trump did not appear worried at all.

President Trump told reporters, “It’s a disgrace to our country. It’s like a third world country. These ballots pouring in from everywhere using machinery that nobody knows ownership, nobody knows anything about. They have glitches that aren’t glitches. They got caught sending out thousands of votes. All against me by the way. You know this was like from a third world nation. And I think the case has been made and now we find out what we can do about it. But you’ll see a lot of big things happening over the next couple of days.

VON SPAKOVSKY: How To Make Sure The 2020 Election Never Happens Again

To see what’s wrong with our election system, just look at all the claims and allegations being made in the litigation filed by the Trump campaign and other organizations contesting the outcome of the presidential election. Regardless of what happens with that challenge, state legislatures should take note of the underlying problems, which have existed for years, and finally do something about them — before we have our next set of state and federal elections.

The Heritage Foundation has an Election Fraud Database that provides a sampling of proven fraud cases from across the country. It highlights the many vulnerabilities in the election process that can be — and are — exploited by those willing to game the system. It is everything from non-citizens registering and voting, to vote-buying and submission of fraudulent absentee ballots, to individuals voting more than once because they are registered multiple times in the same state or are registered and voting in two different states (like former Democratic congressional candidate Wendy Rosen was caught doing in Maryland and Florida).

Anyone who doubts this type of activity can make a difference in an election should look at what happened this past summer in Patterson, N.J., where a new municipal election was ordered and four locals were charged with absentee ballot fraud. Or the 9th District congressional race in North Carolina that was overturned in 2018 due to absentee ballot fraud and illegal vote harvesting by a political consultant and six of his staffers, all of whom were criminally charged.

But it is not just intentional misconduct. It’s also the errors, mistakes, and incompetence of sloppy, inefficient systems that exacerbate all of these problems. Like state election officials not doing something as basic as checking the addresses of newly registered voters with county tax records to ensure they are really residential addresses where someone lives, as opposed to a vacant lot or a mall or a UPS store. Or modifying their registration software to detect multiple registrations by the same individual with only slight variations in his or her name, such as using a full middle name in one registration but only the first initial of that person’s middle name in a second registration. In many states, that will get you registered twice without election officials noticing, which will then allow you to vote twice with little chance of detection.

There are a whole series of steps that need to be taken by state legislators to fix these problems, and they should act in the upcoming legislative sessions that will start in many states in January 2021. It should be the states, not Congress, that address these issues, since the states are primarily responsible under our Constitution for administering elections.

There is no doubt they will run into opposition, and left-wing advocacy groups will sue to try to stop any reforms that would fix these problems and make it harder to cheat. States just need to be prepared to defend their reforms in court, the way states that have implemented voter ID laws have, usually successfully.

In fact, that is the first reform states need: requiring a government-issued photo ID to vote not just in-person as in Georgia and Indiana, but also for absentee ballots, as is the law in Kansas and Alabama. That includes providing an ID at no charge for the tiny percentage of the residents of their states who don’t already have one. And states need to modify their driver’s licenses, which are the default national ID card used by the average American every day for many different purposes besides voting, to conspicuously note whether the individual is a citizen or not.

Unfortunately, it is easy for a non-citizen, legal or illegal, to register and vote with little chance of being caught, because states don’t verify citizenship. That needs to change. States should require proof of citizenship to register to vote. They should also use available Department of Homeland Security records to check the citizenship of registered voters.

For those of us who’ve been called for jury duty, you may recall that you had to swear under oath that you are a U.S. citizen. Yet very few states require state courts to notify election and law enforcement officials when individuals called for jury duty using voter registration lists are excused because they are not U.S. citizens. Furthermore, federal courts also use state voter registration lists to find jurors for federal cases. Yet they also don’t notify states when those called for jury duty are excused for not being U.S. citizens. This should have been changed years ago.

Absentee ballots are the only ballots voted outside the supervision of election officials and outside the observation of poll watchers, making them particularly susceptible to fraud, forgery, theft, and numerous other problems we’ve seen surface in this year’s election. For that reason, the use of absentee ballots should be limited to individuals who have a valid reason, such as being disabled or out of town on Election Day, to vote absentee. They should require witness signatures or notarization and the signatures of voters on both absentee ballot request forms, and the absentee ballots themselves should be compared to the signature of the voter on file before they are accepted.

With all of the disputes over absentee ballots received after Election Day, the deadline in every state for receipt of a completed absentee ballot should be Election Day itself. Voters have many weeks prior to Election Day to obtain and vote via absentee ballot. There is simply no reason to have a deadline past that day. Additionally, vote-harvesting should be banned in every state. You are just asking for trouble if you give candidates, campaign staffers, party activists, and political consultants the ability to pick up and handle the ballots of voters – including subjecting voters to coercion and intimidation.

Absentee ballots should only go to voters who request them — there should be no automatic mailing of such ballots to all registered voters. Why? Because as this and past elections have shown, state voter registration lists are in terrible shape, filled with voters who have moved, died, or otherwise become ineligible. That is because many states are not taking the most basic steps to keep their lists accurate and up-to-date. They need to be comparing their voter-registration lists with other states; using available state, federal, and commercial databases such as credit agencies, tax records, driver’s licenses, and public assistance filings; Department of Homeland Security alien records, and deaths listed by the Social Security Administration and other government agencies.

These fixes are just a start. There are many others to add to this list, including more vigorous investigations and prosecutions of fraud by election and law enforcement officials who all too often don’t want to know about these problems or don’t take them seriously.

We have razor-thin elections all the time in this country at the federal, state and local levels. As the Supreme Court and many others have pointed out, including the bipartisan Carter/Baker Commission on Federal Election Reform, fraud can make the difference in a close election. And so can errors and slip-ups by election officials. That is why state officials all over the country need to concentrate on addressing all of these vulnerabilities and problems and finally do something about them.

Trump: Biden Must ‘Prove’ His 80,000,000 Votes Weren’t ‘Illegally Obtained’

President Donald Trump appeared to walk back his Thursday commitment to a peaceful transfer of power with a Friday morning tweet.

Trump, on his way to a round of golf at Trump National Golf Club, wrote that President-elect Joe Biden “Biden can only enter the White House as President if he can prove that his ridiculous “80,000,000 votes” were not fraudulently or illegally obtained.”

“When you see what happened in Detroit, Atlanta, Philadelphia & Milwaukee, massive voter fraud,” the president continued. “He’s got a big unsolvable problem!”

Trump originally said during a pool spray on Thanksgiving that he “certainly” will vacate the White House if the Electoral College declares Biden the victor of the 2020 election. It was his first time taking questions since Election Day.

He claimed later Thursday night that the “Fake News Media coordinates so that the real message” of his press appearance “never gets out.”

While fielding questions Thursday, Trump additionally expressed concern that Georgia Republican Senators Kelly Loeffler and David Perdue will also be “robbed” in the upcoming January runoffs.

“You have a fraudulent system,” he continued before announcing he will hold a rally supporting Loeffler and Perdue in Georgia on December 5. “I think it’s very dangerous.”

Trump says DHS cybersecurity chief Chris Krebs has been terminated

By: Amanda Macias, CNBC, November 17, 2020:

President Donald Trump announced Tuesday on Twitter that he has “terminated” top U.S. cybersecurity official Christopher Krebs. In a pair of tweets, Trump said that Krebs gave a “highly inaccurate” statement about the security of the 2020 presidential election.

‘Krebs, who heads the Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, is the latest Trump administration official to depart on the heels of the election.

WASHINGTON — President Donald Trump announced Tuesday on Twitter that he has “terminated” top U.S. cybersecurity official Christopher Krebs.

In a pair of tweets, Trump said that Krebs gave a “highly inaccurate” statement about the security of the 2020 presidential election. Trump, who has not yet conceded to president-elect Joe Biden, alleged that there were “massive improprieties and fraud.”

Twitter labeled the president’s tweets with a warning citing the claim about election fraud is disputed.

Krebs, who heads the Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, has previously said that there is no evidence that the elections were compromised by foreign interference.

Earlier on Tuesday, Krebs tweeted from his government account, “On allegations that election systems were manipulated, 59 election security experts all agree, “in every case of which we are aware, these claims either have been unsubstantiated or are technically incoherent.”

Less than an hour after Trump tweeted about his firing, Krebs wrote from his personal Twitter account that he was “honored to serve.”

He is the latest Trump administration official to depart on the heels of the election.

Last week, Trump fired Defense Secretary Mark Esper via Twitter and replaced him with Christopher Miller, director of the National Counterterrorism Center.

On the heels of Esper’s removal, a Trump administration official told CNBC’s Eamon Javers that “I assume FBI and CIA are next,” referring to FBI Director Christopher Wray and CIA Director Gina Haspel.

The Department of Homeland Security did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

The latest revelation comes as Trump has rejected the results of the U.S. presidential election. Other top administration officials, such as Vice President Mike Pence and Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, have publicly insisted that the election is not over.

VIDEO: 1,000,000 MAGA March on Washington, D.C to Defend the Integrity of the 2020 Election!

Washington, D.C. was filled with peaceful Trump supporters on Saturday, November 14th. Not a single business was burned down. Not a single window smashed. Not a single business looted. Not a single person was attacked, beaten or harmed by a Trump supporter.

The marchers were there for one reason to insure the integrity of the 2020 election. They were there to support President Trump’s efforts to insure a free and fair election and that only legal votes are counted. This is the American way.

The media did not cover this event. The social media blocked posts about this massive march for freedom and the U.S. Constitution. The people get it. The 2020 election was stolen using various methods that can only be exposed by a nation wide audit of the votes.

The bottom line: Until all the states that are being sued or are undergoing a recount report. Donald J. Trump is still the President. Joe Biden is just a candidate.

ELECTION FRAUD: Michigan Shows 69,000 Votes Were TRANSFERRED From Trump To Biden!

Here’s an analysis of 2020 voter patterns in 4 Michigan counties from some REALLY brainiac-types with multiple MIT degrees – mathematician, data analysis and software engineering types.

It’s complex BUT, if you take the time to watch/listen/digest you’ll learn a lot AND it’s not about “voter fraud”. It’s about “election fraud” and how it occurs via the voting machines’ software features – not bugs – FEATURES.

The info and results are pretty astounding.

MIT Scientists: Data Analysis Of Election Fraud In MI Shows 69,000 Votes Were TRANSFERRED From Trump To Biden!

Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai, who is a MIT trained data scientist and Fulbright Scholar, along with Bennie Smith a Democrat, who is a software engineer, data analyst and an election commissioner and Phil Evans, who is also a trained engineer and data analyst, discuss some very troubling findings after reviewing the election data coming out of Michigan. Dr. Ayyadurai is a US Senate candidate in Massachusetts, which is a contributing factor as to why he began looking into the integrity of our voting systems.

Dr. Ayyadurai’s discovered through a series of FOIA requests related to his own election that ballot counting machines don’t directly count ballots.  Instead, they take an image of the ballot that is submitted to them, and then they tabulate the votes based on the ballot images collected.

Federal election statues dictate that all election records must be held for 22 months.  However, Dr. Ayyadurai discovered that many states do not retain the ballot images produced by the machines.  The default settings of the machines automatically store the ballot images, so this means election officials are manually disabling the image storage feature.

Because ballot images are not being retained in states like MA and MI, the election results cannot be meaningfully audited, leaving ambiguity as to the actual election outcome.  The only way to audit the results of an election without ballot images would be to manually count the ballots, which is very difficult to do.

Biden did not win this election, and now there is ZERO doubt about that fact. [Emphasis added]

AP: Attorney General William Barr has authorized federal prosecutors across the U.S. to pursue “substantial allegations” of voting irregularities before the 2020 presidential election is certified, despite little evidence of fraud.

Barr’s action comes days after Democrat Joe Biden defeated President Donald Trump and raises the prospect that Trump will use the Justice Department to try to challenge the outcome. It gives prosecutors the ability to go around longstanding Justice Department policy that normally would prohibit such overt actions before the election is formally certified.

Trump has not conceded the election and is instead claiming without evidence that there has been a widespread, multi-state conspiracy by Democrats to skew the vote tally in Biden’s favor.

By: Jim Hoft. Gateway Pundit, November 8, 2020:

The Trump campaign team held a presser in Las Vegas on Sunday night.

During the press briefing Trump campaign member Matt Schlapp told the crowd the Trump team has a witness who saw Biden-Harris van unload and repackage ballots.

Matt Schlapp: A second whistleblower, we have not mentioned before, describes leaving on his lunch hour and walking around the counting center. While he was walking he notice a van pulled up at the center marked Biden Harris.

The doors of the van opened. Ballots were clearly visible. Ballots were opened with letter openers. And ballots were filled in an resealed in envelopes. These people who were involved in this activity then decided to create a human shield around what they were doing in the van.

VIDEO: Pennsylvania-based USPS Whistleblower Richard Hopkins Comes Forward — Agrees to Testify

  • USPS Whistleblower Richard Hopkins: “Other employees feel the same way I do, but they do not want to say anything…They contacted me… ‘That was badass.’”
  • Hopkins overheard postmaster rebuke supervisor:
  • “He told the supervisor they had postmarked one of the ballots for the fourth, instead of the third.”
  • Hopkins: “I’m nervous. I am nervous because this is a big deal.”
  • Hopkins: I will testify before Congress about what I heard.
  • James O’Keefe: “He is a courageous soul, and he is going to inspire so many people.”

[ERIE, PA.—Nov. 6, 2020] The U.S. Postal Service whistleblowers assigned to the General Mail Facility here agreed today to come forward to go on the record using his real name.

“He is going to testify about the backdating of ballots in Erie, Pennsylvania, in a battleground state,” said James O’Keefe, the founder and CEO of Project Veritas.

“He’s scared,” O’Keefe said. “He’s afraid he’s going to lose his job.”

The Erie, Pennsylvania-based postal service whistleblower is named: Richard Hopkins, he said.

Hopkins said, “I’m nervous. I am nervous because this is a big deal.”

Some people at his work surmised that he was the one to talk to Project Veritas about the scheme to postmark late ballots with ‘Nov. 3,’ which was Election Day, he said.

“I did not witness them backdating, I witnessed them talking about backdating,” he said.

“Other employees feel the same way I do, but they do not want to say anything,” Hopkins said. “They contacted me, and actually were like: ‘That was badass and what-not. They were kind of glad that I did what I did—because they know things are—some odd stuff.”

O’Keefe said, “He is a courageous soul, and he is going to inspire so many people.”

Already, Hopkins is getting hassled by his union over a previous incident that was resolved months ago,” he said.

U.S. Postal Inspection Service investigators interview Erie-based USPS whistleblower

The investigators from the United States Postal Inspection Service interviewed the whistleblower about what he witnessed and heard, he said.

“I told them what I told you,” the whistleblower said to Project Veritas founder and CEO James O’Keefe in a phone call this morning.

The whistleblower’s story was posted Thursday on the Project Veritas website. It centered around a conversation he overheard Wednesday, the day after the election.

“I was casing my route and I saw the postmaster pull one of our supervisors to the side,” he said. “He was pulling the supervisor, it was, and it was really close to where my case was—so, I was able to hear, listen in and I heard him say to the supervisor that they messed up yesterday.”

The whistleblower said he was curious about what was messed up.

“He told the supervisor they had postmarked one of the ballots for the fourth, instead of the third, because they were supposed to put them for the third,” he said.

Biden Has Singlehandedly Destroyed our Free and Fair Election System

“I consider it completely unimportant who in the party will vote, or how; but what is extraordinarily important is this — who will count the votes, and how.” – Joseph Stalin, from The Memoirs of Stalin’s Former Secretary by Boris Bazhanov, published in 2002.

“There is no compromise when it comes to corruption. You have to fight it.” – A.K. Antony

Joe Biden we have put together “the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization” in the history of American politics.

As I woke up on November 4th, 2020 and began reading about how votes were magically appearing and magically disappearing in Democrat controlled cities and states across America! I was shocked. I had never seen something this wide spread and organized in my lifetime.

From Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconson to Georgia, Arizona and Nevada. Ballots were showing up after the polls closed by the tens of thousands.

As I watched news network after news network call a state for one presidential candidate over another presidential candidate before all the votes were counted I was bewildered.

The term “fake news” took on a new meaning. An ominous meaning.

When I went to Google, Twitter and Facebook to learn about what was happening with ballots and voter fraud I saw these posts completely disappear from Facebook and Twitter and shadow banned by Google. In many cases Twitter would post on a tweet about voter fraud this:

“Some or all of the content shared in this Tweet is disputed and might be misleading about an election or other civic process.”

Or this:

This Tweet is from a suspended account.

As I saw the vote counts stop and then suddenly start again followed by the counting of hundreds of thousands votes for one candidate for president to the exclusion of all the other candidates,  I thought to my self – will 2020 go down in American history as the first un-free and un-fair election?

Voter fraud has now become the primary  “weapon of choice” of one political party.

Since the 2016 Presidential election the Democrats have taken the following public positions on voting in America:

  1. End the Electoral College.
  2. Implement a national popular vote system.
  3. Implement a national vote-by-mail system.
  4. Control the voting process by any and all means necessary.
  5. Control how the votes are counted.
  6. Create phony ballots to offset legal ballots as we are learning in 2020.
  7. Refuse to purge voter rolls of the dead, non-citizens and those who no longer live in the state. For example, a lawsuit filed by the Public Interest Legal Foundation found that in Detroit, Michigan there are: 4,788 duplicate registrations, 32,519 more registered voters than eligible voters, 2,503 dead people registered and one voter born in 1823.
  8. Reject any form of voter ID laws, labeling them as voter suppression, thus allowing multiple cases of fraud.
  9. Over look voters who vote more than one time, i.e. those who are residents of two states and vote in each state illegally.
  10. Give voter IDs to anyone and everyone.
  11. Target Republican voters and cancel out their ballots.
  12. Emphatically say there is no such thing as voter fraud! While at the same time conducting voter fraud by all means available.

The final outcome of these Democrat Party policy positions is to enforce a popular voting system and then control that system at the ballot box.

The idea of one man/woman one vote is passé. The ideal of a free and fair election is a thing of the past. The process of counting all the votes on election day is dead, thanks to the United States Supreme Court.

The only thing important today, as Stalin said, is “who will count the votes, and how.”

Is 2020 the death of our Constitutional Republic?

Is it the final nail in our free and fair elections’ coffin? Are we entering a socialist state where the ballot box is totally controlled the state, and how the people vote be damned.

The sentiment “The people who cast the votes decide nothing; the people who count the votes decide everything” that originated with Stalin has now been perfected by Joe Biden as the leader of the Democrat Party in 2020.

Evidence of Massive Election Tampering

UPDATE: Wisconsin

Comparing the latest number of registered Wisconsin voters (3,684,726) to the number of votes cast in Wisconsin (3,297,137) would mean that 89.5% (3,297,137 / 3,684,726) of Wisconsin voters voted.

How often has 90%± of any state’s voters ever voted on anything?

As a point of reference, here are the voter turnout rates for the 2016 national election — very hotly contested. The highest of any state was 74%. A 90% voter turnout for an entire state would be a phenomenal record.

2016 United States Presidential election in Wisconsin
November 8, 2016
Turnout 67.34%

Something very bad is happening.

PODCAST: It’s Show Time 2020!

Put the signs, the flags, and the hate away, it is finally time to make a decision; it is election day. Many of you have already voted by absentee ballot and early-voting, which is to be commended, but understand this, the lion’s share of votes will come today. Out of a population of 331 million citizens, less than half will vote in the 2020 election. Estimates show a record high 150 million citizens will vote. As I recently reported, the candidates will end up spending another record of $11 Billion in campaigning, thereby assuring the media continues to grow unabated. At this rate, the candidates are spending approximately $73 on each voter.

If you do not know who or what you are voting for, please do us all a favor and stay home. It means you have buried your head in the sand and do not know what is truly going on. Actually, there is no real excuse for not voting as it is your civic duty to do so. It is the least we can do to help this country work properly. Recently, I have heard Millennials complain their vote doesn’t matter and, as such, they will not vote. Interestingly, I hear members of Generation Z (the group following the Millennials) say just the opposite; this is the group who will be voting for the first time today.

One thing I find abhorrent is voter fraud.

I have no patience for this. To those who claim, “All is fair in love and war,” get out, there is no place for such shenanigans. Consequently, it is also our duty as law-abiding citizens to report anything suspicious to the board of elections. In other words, when you vote, be on your toes and make sure your vote is properly counted.

Let me be perfectly clear on something, it is not up to me or someone else to tell you how to vote. It is up to your individual conscious; your intelligence, your morality, your sense of right and wrong. In other words, voting is not a game, it ultimately is an expression of your values. I know how I would like you to vote, but you must come to this conclusion on your own, and as I said, if you do not know what you are doing or are uncomfortable in answering such important questions, don’t vote. It is too important to take frivolously.

For those of you concerned about the Electoral College superseding the popular vote, understand this, the college was created to assure the interests of rural America are equally considered on the same level as urban America. If it wasn’t for the Electoral College, candidates would only pander to the interests of major cities and ignore everyone else. That is not an opinion, it is a fact. The Electoral College is one of the most brilliant inventions by our founding fathers.

Finally, to the winners and losers, be magnanimous in victory and cordial in defeat. Let’s compare this to another time. In the U.S. Senate race of 1855, Abraham Lincoln lost in Illinois to Lyman Trumbull. It was a tough race and even though Lincoln lost he was determined not to express any hard feelings over the matter. Instead, he surprised people by showing up at Trumbull’s victory party and offered him a smile and a warm handshake. Such magnanimity did not go unnoticed, nor was it forgotten. Trumbull and his confidants helped Lincoln in his bid for the Senate in 1858 and later on in his run for the presidency in 1860. The point is, instead of losing friends over a defeat, Lincoln actually made friends of his opponents.

I doubt Lincoln’s act of magnanimity would play in Peoria today. Instead we are more inclined to be more visceral in acknowledging defeat. This could be due to the adverse effects of today’s technology and our lagging socialization skills, or because of our incompatible ideologies. Nonetheless, imagine the effect if the losers of the elections would do as Lincoln and offer a sincere handshake of congratulations, in person. A simple act like a handshake could go a long way to repairing the divide in our country.

Some might argue Lincoln lived in a simpler time which was much less contentious than today. Really? I wonder if anyone remembers the viciousness of the Missouri Compromise and the other acts leading to the American Civil War, perhaps the darkest chapter of our history.

In his famous speech of 1858, Lincoln warned, “A house divided against itself cannot stand. I believe this government cannot endure, permanently half slave and half free. I do not expect the Union to be dissolved – I do not expect the house to fall – but I do expect it will cease to be divided. It will become all one thing or all the other.”

Lincoln’s speech is as prophetic today as it was then. Interestingly, he seemed to understand the issue of the day posed a significant threat to the Constitution, which is also on the minds of a lot of people today. Even though his talk was well remembered, it wasn’t considered politically correct and may have cost him the Senate race (losing to Stephen Douglas). So, are we really any different than yesteryear? Hardly. If anything, we are chillingly similar.

Best of luck on election day. Vote with a clear head and a warm heart.

Oh, by the way, tomorrow you can start picking up all of those ghastly political signs around your neighborhood.

Keep the Faith!

VOTER FRAUD ALERT: Lawsuit Filed to Stop Ballot Fiasco in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania

PITTSBURGH, Pennsylvania /PRNewswire/ — Plaintiffs in a federal lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, GOP congressional candidates Sean Parnell and Luke Negron, are demanding Allegheny County officials count every ballot intended to be cast despite confusion wrought by the county’s mistake in sending out over 29,000 duplicative ballots.

Plaintiffs point out that many voters may fail to cast corrected absentee ballots mailed by the County after the County mailed over 29,000 flawed ballots to the same voters. The plaintiff congressional candidates express concern that after already casting a ballot flawed by the County’s admitted error, those voters may not cast the corrected ballot out of a concern for casting two ballots.

Plaintiffs filed Declarations with the court early today, outlining their concerns with the Allegheny County Board of Elections issuing 29,000 erroneous ballots while refusing to permit poll watchers at satellite voting stations. The plaintiffs propose the County should accept the votes on the corrected ballot and also those votes properly cast on the flawed ballot if the voter has not returned the corrected ballot or otherwise cast a vote.

“Every vote must count, so the County must fulfill their sworn duty to protect every voter’s ballot by properly counting every ballot cast,” said GOP congressional candidate for the 17th District of PennsylvaniaSean Parnell. “And County officials should make sure that votes are not counted in the wrong district. The citizens of Allegheny County deserve this at a minimum,” he concluded.

Adding his thoughts on the blocking of poll watchers, GOP congressional candidate for the 18th District of PennsylvaniaLuke Negron, said, “Considering this mistake, it is only fair and it is required by law, that representatives of all of the candidates be allowed to witness the handling of these ballots and to work together to make sure the election is conducted professionally and fairly.”

Both candidates urged their opponents to join their “efforts to protect the ballots and integrity of the votes cast by the citizens of Allegheny County,” according to the Declarations.

The candidates originally filed their complaint on behalf of the citizens of Allegheny County to ensure that their ballots are safeguarded, and their votes are protected following revelations that erroneous ballots were mailed to registered voters with a second round of corrected ballots mailed thereafter. The plaintiffs are concerned the mistakes of the Alleghany Election Officials will disenfranchise voters who intended to vote in the 2020 General Election.

The Declarations and the pleadings in the case outline the demands of the plaintiffs that:

  • All votes are properly counted, and no ballots are thrown away;
  • Only the votes properly cast by voters residing in the district should be counted, consistent with law.
  • Representatives for all of the candidates should be able to be poll watchers in satellite offices as required by law and to ensure the handling of ballots is done properly and fairly.
  • No candidate should have to pay the County $540,000 to help the County correct its mistake.

More Examples of Election Fraud Prove the Left Is in Denial About It

The 2020 presidential election is less than three weeks away, and many Americans have already voted early or through the mail.

Unfortunately, at the same time that they are exercising their franchise, there are others out there who are taking advantage of the vulnerabilities in our system to try to steal their vote or dilute the value of their vote.

Though many on the left downplay the threats to the security and integrity of the electoral process, such fraud really does occur, jeopardizing free and fair elections for the American people.

The Heritage Election Fraud Database showcases a sampling of close to 1,300 proven instances of election fraud. Yet, many other cases go unreported and other potential cases are not investigated or prosecuted.

There has been a rash of recent arrests around the country. Although those who have been charged are entitled to a presumption of innocence, these cases illustrate the types of fraud that have occurred and can occur that threaten our democratic system.

In New Hampshire, Attorney General Gordon MacDonald announced an indictment against a woman for allegedly voting in the town of Derry during the 2018 general election despite residing in Washington D.C., not New Hampshire.

The indictment says she submitted a false voter registration form and then voted using an absentee ballot.

In Hooksett, New Hampshire, Michael Lewis has been charged with illegally voting in the 2016 general election even though he is a resident of Georgia, where he was arrested at the request of New Hampshire authorities.

The Coalition of New Hampshire Taxpayers, run by registered Democrat Ed Naile, discovered that Lewis used the state’s same-day voter registration law in Hooksett to illegally register and vote.

And those are not the only recent cases from the Granite State.

Vincent Marzello was arrested for voting twice in the 2016 general election in West Lebanon, New Hampshire, once as himself and then again under the name of a woman, Helen Elisabeth Ashley.

In California, a man by the name of Caesar Peter Abutin was charged with three counts of felony voter fraud. Despite Abutin’s mother passing away in 2006, he voted under her name multiple times between October 2012 and November 2014, in addition to casting ballots under his own name.

These cases demonstrate how sometimes it can take years for the evidence in election fraud cases to come to fruition and for the potential fraudsters to face justice.

Additionally, it’s worth noting that election fraud cases often involve absentee ballots.

The danger posed to voters by such ballots, which are voted outside the supervision of election officials and outside the observation of poll watchers in unsecure settings, is shown by a video that has just surfaced from Escondido, California.

A local resident, David Sprouse, filmed an individual walking through his neighborhood last week stealing mail—including absentee ballots—from his home and other houses.

And the Virginia State Board of Elections had to send out a press release warning voters that six Richmond-area mailboxes—which may have contained absentee ballots—were broken into over the first weekend in October.

Other threats to the security of voting by mail are coming to light.

Take Hudson County, New Jersey. A postal worker was arrested for discarding mail after an investigation conducted by the U.S. Department of Justice found more than 1,800 pieces of mail, including 99 absentee ballots, in a dumpster.

Fortunately, these ballots were recovered and forwarded to their intended recipients. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident.

Thomas Cooper, a postal worker, pleaded guilty to obscuring, crossing out, and changing at least five party affiliations on absentee ballot request forms back in July during the West Virginia primary.

In Manatee County, Florida, Larry Wiggins, a registered Democrat, was arrested for requesting an absentee ballot for his late wife, who passed away in 2018. Though Wiggins claims he was simply “testing the system,” he is now facing third-degree felony charges.

In Texas, four people, including a Gregg County commissioner, were arrested last month in connection with their alleged involvement in a vote-harvesting scheme that was uncovered by the state Attorney General’s Office.

Commissioner Shannon Brown, Marlena Jackson, Charlie Burns, and DeWayne Ward are facing more than 130 felony charges, including organizing an illegal vote-harvesting scheme, illegal voting, fraudulent use of absentee ballot applications, unlawful possession of absentee ballots, and election fraud in connection with the 2018 general election, which Brown won by only five votes.

Another case out of the Lone Star State involves a mayoral candidate for the city of Carrollton. Zul Mirza Mohamed is alleged to have forged at least 84 voter registration forms for unwitting residents of Denton County, and then obtained absentee ballots in their names without their knowledge using a virtual mailbox and a false identity.

The Texas Attorney General’s Office states that at the time of his arrest, Mohamed was completing more fraudulent mail-in ballot applications.

There are also multiple reports of problems being caused by election officials using inaccurate, error-filled voter registration lists to mail out absentee ballots. Those include:

  • A German journalist who reports that he received three ballots at his residence in Washington, D.C., for the previous tenant, who moved five years ago; the landlady, who now lives in Puerto Rico; and the landlady’s deceased husband.
  • New Jersey residents across the state reporting that they have received absentee ballots for their deceased relatives.
  • Clerical errors that sent 1,400 Virginia voters two mail-in ballots for the general election.
  • Close to 100,000 New York City voters receiving mail-in ballots with incorrect names and addresses.
  • An acquaintance of one of the writers living in Washington, D.C., who received five ballots in the mail—two for him, one for his roommate, and two for individuals who haven’t lived at his address for years. Those ballots can be seen here:

This summary of recent cases doesn’t even cover the 1,000 voters referred to law enforcement officials in Georgia for voting twice in that state’s June primary (once in person and a second time with an absentee ballot); or the former Democratic congressman and erstwhile political consultant indicted in Philadelphia on charges of bribing an election official to stuff the ballot box with fraudulent votes in multiple elections; or the illegal aliens indicted in North Carolina for illegally registering and voting.

While many on the left dismiss these threats and insist that voting by mail has no potential for fraud, or that other types of fraud just don’t happen, these stories continue to break, dispelling that narrative.

These cases should be investigated and prosecuted, and reforms should be initiated that remedy the vulnerabilities in our voter registration and election system that will prevent and deter these types of actions from occurring in the future.

No matter who the American people elect, it should be done in a fair, free, and secure process.

A Note for our Readers:

Democratic Socialists say, “America should be more like socialist countries such as Sweden and Denmark.” And millions of young people believe them…

For years, “Democratic Socialists” have been growing a crop of followers that include students and young professionals. America’s future will be in their hands.

How are socialists deluding a whole generation? One of their most effective arguments is that “democratic socialism” is working in Scandinavian countries like Sweden and Norway. They claim these countries are “proof” that socialism will work for America. But they’re wrong. And it’s easy to explain why.

Our friends at The Heritage Foundation just published a new guide that provides three irrefutable facts that debunks these myths. For a limited time, they’re offering it to readers of The Daily Signal for free.
